       Friday, 1 December 2017, WASHINGTON, D.C. - Mental health professionals so extremely concerned about President Trump's further mental deterioration after carefully observing and studying his public appearances from afar have felt compelled to take the extraordinary step of invoking their "duty to warn" as obligating them in their opinion even when some depending on their specific mental health profession believe themselves normally constrained by the "Goldwater rule" to make no diagnosis without personally examining a patient now publicly to emphatically express their shared grave fears at least in lay terms warning of the extreme immediate dangers now posed by President Trump to the survival potentially of the entire world community given his legally unchecked sole nuclear launch authority irreversible within five minutes of exercising his launch command even without those mental health professionals necessarily designating a specific diagnosis. Some mental health professionals have made reference to a condition of malignant narcissism when warning about Trump's worsening mental incompetence and lack of fitness for office.
       Their most immediate concerns specifically are about the public danger they believe to be posed by President Trump as has been evidenced by the multitude of actions taken by members of the mental health community including without limitation publishing countless individual articles in a diverse variety of publications and convening a conference of mental health professionals at but not sponsored by Yale University on the subject as well as contributing to the book described in the below Newsweek article link also including many other actions including some reported in previous posts here including but not limited to a march of "Duty to Warn" mental health professionals in lower Manhattan to try to bring their most serious concerns about the dangerous mental condition of President Trump to the attention of the greater American public.
        These mental health professionals are joined by a growing chorus of others including those in frequent daily contact with President Trump or long familiar with him personally and/or through close reporting such as a diverse stream of guests on MSNBC's Morning Joe expressing concerns of markedly more urgent intensity regarding the increasingly apparent seriously disturbing mental health problems manifested by the President nearing a crescendo of symptoms crying out at least to some that the President right now has reached the point of being dangerously unfit and incompetent to serve in such a dangerously impaired state as to be unable to discharge the monumental and most consequential responsibilities of his office.
       Just as the United States for the first and only time since the October 1962 Cuban missile crisis finds itself in a known situation of such dire risk as to pose an imminent threat of nuclear war that likely could kill a minimum of millions of people with further significant risk of an unintended escalation from there to the point of becoming an an existential threat to all life on the planet the United States finds itself with a commander-in-chief in Trump who at this time has deteriorated into a state where he presently has been deemed by an increasing group of those in the best positions to know that the President Trump is unable to rationally and safely deal with such a risk so as to guide and engage his administration in a most delicate exercise of complex diplomacy to defuse this crisis rather than exacerbating it into near-certain catastrophe. The urgency of the situation is made all the greater by what "fearsome" advances as set out in the second New York Times article linked to below the latest North Korean both bigger and more powerful missile tested represents in the opinion of diverse experts some of whom believe that the North Korean missile is within a couple more tests of being able with at least low reliability to deliver a medium-sized nuclear payload to anywhere in the continental United States after the experts had examined the information about the most recently fired North Korean missile in the available photographic evidence.
       Interested readers can go to the link below for a brief Newsweek article including a recitation of the reasons for and the degree of the intense level of concern as expressed by two of the mental health professionals who have been actively engaged as leading voices among mental health professionals who feel compelled to warn of President Trump's current dangerous mental condition and lack of competence to discharge his duties based on the principal of "duty to warn" on an ongoing basis taking into account the extremely high level of danger that entails due to a combination of world events and the President's mental condition. The two professionals believe that Trump's growing delusions as evidenced in part by Trump revisiting earlier conspiracy theories he was thought to have abandoned including regarding the authenticity of Obama's birth certificate as well as apparently new delusions including that Trump himself was not actually the one recorded on the infamous "Access Hollywood" tape even though Trump previously has publicly acknowledged that fact. "Miami Jury: CIA Involved In JFK Assassination" Per 2014 Globalresearch.org Article Noting Lack Of National Reporting On Jurors' Conclusions In E. Howard Hunt Defamation Case

       Monday, 29 September 2014, MIAMI, FL - Monday and every other day too is conspiracy day at the Ninth Amendment which may come as a surprise to some readers as the Ninth Amendment itself has engaged in an elaborate conspiracy to keep our readers from knowing this by resisting the temptation to "spill the beans" as it were to avoid presumably annoying a great many readers by actually writing of conspiracy theories and therefore losing about 98% of them who turn and run immediately. Well in truth its that other 2% that the Ninth Amendment really is after. There is so much competition for them among a select group of self-publishing writers and specialty advertisers.
       Some readers may just wish to skip this post perhaps having endured "conspiracy theorists" entirely beyond their bursting points already especially in the wake of 9/11 even though . . . .  In any case should any readers still with us ever have the chance on that subject they may wish to see the extremely controversial movie "Loose Change" which has been viewed by over one billion people and should they further ever have the more remote opportunity definitely to see the allegedly CIA-produced film of unknown title disk one of which is entitled "Part 1: Demolition". We never learned the title nor saw the subsequent parts for the reasons explained below.
       The gentleman who delivered "Part 1: Demolition" to the Ninth Amendment for viewing only also claimed to be the former CIA operative who shot for being obstructionist of CIA intentions in South Vietnam at the outset of what was to become the Vietnamese "Conflict" (per DOD) the short South Vietnamese President Diem in the head in his palace among his very large potted plants where Diem formerly frequently could be seen ashing the cigarettes which he chain-smoked incessantly. When our people asked "The Demolition Man" if it really were necessary to communicate this biographical information he merely said he did not care what happened to him in his "retirement" since he had been unable to find a suitable woman with whom to settle down moreover in any case if so inclined he still could shoot off a man's earlobe at 1,000 yards.
       He was supposed to meet our people later that week with the remaining disk(s) of the "CIA" film but never was to be seen again. Hoax or not we have no idea. Incidentally the Ninth Amendment did have a close associate who had happened to stay with President Diem at his palace not long before the CIA assassination and had previously said he had been a very nervous man always "flitting about" apparently with good reason.
     In any case that is just about all for the moment as far as our relative proximity to events of the type consuming the minds of "conspiracy theorists". We did coincidentally also have someone at the White House photographed just in the days before the JFK assassination standing right beside JFK in the White House at a formal judiciary reception. And another in the days after JFK's assassination sitting in the President's seat aboard Air Force One right beside the newly sworn in Lyndon B. Johnson. As for the JFK assassination which the Warren Commission swiftly concluded was the work of the "lone gunman" Lee Harvey Oswald and the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) in 1978 later concluded was a probable conspiracy by a group of "unknown assassins" it is the subject of the globalresearch.org 2014 article linked to below.
       The article claims a remarkable lack of national newspaper and broadcast reporting on a Miami, FL jury's 1978 conclusion in a defamation lawsuit brought by E. Howard Hunt against the defunct reputedly anti-Semitic far right-wing newspaper The SPOTLIGHT regarding CIA involvement in the JFK Assassination including testimony that CIA operatives including Frank Sturgis traveled by two-car caravan with CIA ex-operative Marita Lorenz with telescopic rifles from Miami to Dallas where along with their "paymaster" E. Howard Hunt they met with Jack Ruby who would two days later murder Lee Harvey Oswald.  CIA ex-operative Ms. Lorenz who drove with the men to Dallas testified that she was too frightened by what appeared to be an imminent but unknown to her act of monstrous proportions about to occur in Dallas so she left as quickly as possible before soon learning JFK the next day had been assassinated.  Ms. Lorenz testified that at some later time Frank Sturgis expressly told her that CIA mission to Dallas had been JFK's assassination.
       She testified that she subsequently learned that Hunt later was to be "thrown to the wolves" under order of CIA counterintelligence chief James "Wilderness" Angleton in complicity with CIA Director Richard Helms to be painted as a CIA operative gone "rogue" after a CIA memo surfaced placing Hunt in Dallas the day of JFK's assassination until Angleton's plot was aborted when made public and peace was made (or most likely bought) with Hunt. E. Howard Hunt who by that point also had been paid off on President Nixon's direct orders "because he took the risk" (in Nixon's own self-recorded Oval Office words in CNN's current "Nixon On Nixon") for taking the fall for Nixon after he and Sturgis almost a decade after JFK's murder were arrested in the Watergate Building where they were caught in the act of planting bugs and trashing the place to cover the bugging up in the Democratic National Campaign Headquarters offices which they had broken into at the Watergate Building.

Latest Republicans In Trouble Virginia Former Governor Bob McDonnell Convicted Along With Wife Maureen Of A Combined 20 Federal Corruption Counts Each To Face Decades-Long Prison Term

       Saturday, 6 September 2014, RICHMOND, VA - In what appears to be a growing national epidemic of criminal misdoing by elected and appointed Republican government officials as well as their cronies and family members Virginia's former Republican Governor Bob McDonnell and his wife Maureen this past Thursday 4 September 2014 were convicted by a federal jury on "overwhelming evidence" of corruption charges encompassing conspiracy, bribery and extortion.  Despite Republican pundits' unrealistically trite public dismissal of the federal indictments against the pair as unfounded not unlike the current case of federally indicted Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry the jury apparently did not agree characterizing the evidence against the Republican former Governor and his wife as "overwhelming" and in just seventeen hours of deliberations returning with guilty verdicts on eleven federal corruption counts against McDonnell and nine federal corruption counts against his wife Maureen.  Republican pundits and the pair reportedly responded with "shock" to the verdicts which could land them in federal prison for the rest of their lives.

Continuance Of Attempted And Executed Threats Including Acts In Apparent Furtherance Of Conspiracy To Stifle Ninth Amendment Duly Noted Amidst Widening Investigation

     Monday, 15 July 2013, PELICAN BAY, CALIFORNIA - The Ninth Amendment editorial board encourages both longtime and newer readers to use the Log's post search function (gadget) box in the sidebar to identify and read older posts previously appearing here which readers believe may have addressed a subject which has been or now become of more immediate interest. For example readers on seeing the date place of origin leading the body of the immediate post, such as Pelican Bay here, may use the search box here for immediate information on and links back to previous posts in which it appeared. Just as when reading other material in a trusted site with a dedicated search function they may use the dedicated search feature therein or alternatively as readers deem appropriate an outside search engine of their choosing to find some or more information on material of interest.
     The Ninth Amendment's previous post documented steps by or on behalf of its editorial board and individual(s) properly authorized to publish its posts to determine and uncover the source(s) and apparently improper and unlawful methods confirmed to have been used by others apparently to stifle the Ninth Amendment log's publication and content. 
     The lengths gone to and the resources expended apparently in these efforts including but not limited to attempts at interference with our fundamental rights of speech which have been by us properly exercised through appropriate means available to us such as publication of the Ninth Amendment log total perhaps in the hundreds of hours. Ultimately should this be the case we are gratified as this would tend to  suggest that if anything the Ninth Amendment has "struck some chords" or made others feel threatened that it has exposed some facts leading to or threatening to make public truths the exposure of which easily identifiable others apparently find most threatening.
       Especially as such exposure or the threat of it has driven others apparently to break several distinct laws and expose themselves to the potentially severe consequences of doing so, we might expect that the Ninth Amendment is well on its way to achieving the objective of exposing and holding those who would and have misused power to which they have no legitimate claim. We find the attempts to stifle to serve as strong affirmation that the Ninth Amendment has been on to some things and to some persons which would appear to expose themselves to most serious risks to hide certain truths and facts.
       The red flags to date investigated and under continuing investigation appear to confirm the commission of improper and unlawful acts conspired upon, attempted and/or executed including those detailed here and the post previous, in order to intimidate, harass and/or threaten individuals so as to interfere with the Ninth Amendment's publication in the exercise of its fundamental Constitutional rights including by means of violation of statutory laws in furtherance of this objective.
        The Ninth Amendment finds this response to be the highest form of endorsement and evidence of the effectiveness of our scrutiny and informed speculation on the basis of what is widely known publicly already. Finally in checking the relatively recent advent of availability of gauges of our audience's trust in the integrity of our site, such as WOT and other social trust barometers, available collectively and in aggregated form by services such as WOT included in www.webrankstats.com, the level of trust our site where there is enough information available to gauge it, has proven to be at the highest levels on the scale. In other words it could be expected be at the opposite end of the scale from those who are the frequent subjects of our posts.
       Finally back to the search box and our reference to finding further information on previous posts or in other places on items of interest, we came to think of this on reflecting on previously published material we have researched and we believe published on places such as Pelican Bay. This is the California "correction" system's most feared prison where inmates in the so-called "SHU"  spend 23 and one half hours a day in underground isolated cells with one half an hour outside in a concrete walled-in exercise yard.. 
       The "three strikes" law in California that can then land an individual deemed dangerous and unsuitable for mixing with the overall teeming perpetually ov California prison population has had unintended consequences which in the worst cases have allowed prosecutors to sometimes use even a single act to form the basis for successful "three strikes" sentencing, with the third "strike" component at times reportedly being manipulated to that degree from about the level of a small shoplifting offense.
       As for threats made whether implicitly or expressly about young girls including intimating that they might be being watched and reminding (supposedly purporting to be in our own words) of the dangers and security threats posed them in today's world, we are astounded at anyone willing to expose themselves to the degree of risk associated with such threats. 
       Moreover when the young women referred to in the threats are in Texas as has been the case here, one begins to get a grasp if one has not so already of the risks to which certain person(s) apparently are willing to exposing themselves just to stifle the speech of this log. The Ninth Amendment most certainly has informed and or refreshed readers on the basic facts of the use of the ultimate penal sanction's use in Texas, a fact which has it escaped anyone can most certainly be confirmed and expanded upon by using the internal search function here or any of many external search engines. And the penal risk which that entails is certainly a most high one indeed.
