Sunday, 28 September 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - In the wake of staggering revelations made public in documents still being released from Edward Snowden methodically upon determination that they will not put Government operatives or agents at direct risk steadily chronicling United States Government blatantly unconscionable unconstitutional criminal misconduct among other things in wholesale mass eavesdropping on and permanently recording its own American citizens across the board with no cause at all snooping into every aspect of the lives of all American people respecting no privacy whatsoever even in every sacred moment of their lives including their communicating about perfectly legal business, family and pleasure matters to everything in between without limitation including for example all from the most deeply personal to commercial secrets to private religious, medical, and political conversations as well as with their lawyers and accountants, political to intimate conversations between couples married and not and the millions of other types of perfectly legal totally private and personal conversations in which everyone in the United States should be able to engage with the expectation of the right to privacy being absolutely recognized and respected by the State whose morally bankrupt criminal snoops otherwise belong in prison.
That expectation is inherent given the understanding of for what Americans have fought and died to live in a country with a government constrained and respectful of laws rather than one that routinely criminally misbehaves as a matter of course lording over its citizens as if they were the oppressed slaves of a totalitarian state now to the point that finally even America's tech giants are fighting back perhaps soon in court and right now in their research and development efforts after routinely being forced under illegal orders to execute the Government's criminal dirty work against Apple and Google's own clients and customers and then left largely to play the fall guys for these heinous illegal Government-ordered invasions of privacy on a scale so universal as to have come to seem unreal as directed by Government representatives now too young to have fought in anything but phony wars as exemplified by the phony Nixon totally hypocritical insincere losing "war on drugs" dragging on now for 40+ years with no overall progress at all to show for it but rather the establishment of highly violent international crime organizations that are at the point of rivaling the firepower of entire corrupted nations leaving behind a trail countless dead including tens of thousands of innocents and nothing to show but failure failure and misery.
Though Facelog's Zuckerboy with his ever-evolving schemes to extract from Facebook users as much private information by any means possible with no notice whatsoever until forced to provide it has long been suspected by many of being a CIA operative with a devious brilliance this sick penchant for extracting more information through ever-expanding trickery in his Mugbook service that will "always be free" including using devices such as facial recognition technology and "tagging" and on and on as he relentlessly persists in trying to dupe Americans and persons worldwide into creating their own most intimate files to serve as ready fodder "selfie"-made dossiers for government perusal at its leisure essentially a J. Edgar Hoover sicko romp into Zuckerboy's twisted idea of privacy invasion mugshot heaven with all biographical information including birth, location, family, friends, activities, politics, thoughts, etc. to boot. The European community having a little more context long has not been amused with his twisted antics with its European Union regulators fining his spydom goldmine hundreds of millions of dollars on more than one occasion yet barely even followed in the news it means so little to the bottom line especially as it is probably paid by American taxpayers via the CIA anyway.
Back in the United States while Zuckerboy no doubt gladly hands it all over to his handlers the other tech giants have become increasingly uneasy with first Yahoo which unsuccessfully sued the U.S. Government for ordering it to turn over clients' private information but did prevail in being able to make the damning case files public. Unlike Zuckerboy proud to violate the Constitution at every opportunity at the Government's behest provided Zuckerboy even knows or cares what the Constitution is (or rather was), Apple too like Yahoo apparently has had it with playing criminal in the eyes of the American and foreign peoples under orders from the metastasized National Security agencies thus commercially threatening the company at home and especially abroad and yesterday announced the release of the latest generation iPhone which even Apple cannot penetrate once it is in the customer's hands. No backdoor for the suits to sneak into Americans treasure trove of private information which the U.S. Government has come to see as its birthright.
Now Google long suspected itself of managing Americans private information in collusion with the CIA allegedly with some data centers built side-by-side has turned and also taken aim first organizing resistance to NSA blanket interception and storage of communications and now like Apple in the technology research and development arena announced it also no longer had provided a "backdoor" for the government "suits" to slip inside to snoop around Google's clients' most private information either. So Google although long suspected itself of complicity in the Government's mass surveillance run totally amok of the Constitution (although a big deal was made most likely as a cover story about the resourceful Feds having to crack the code and secretly intercept an uncooperative Google's internal date packet transmissions "on the fly" under yet another novel lame legal theory of legitimacy concocted by U.S. Government "lawyers" no doubt on the condition that whatever latest tortured analysis they had concocted justifying the Government's crimes in advance be locked deep in a vault and never looked at again until fifty years after all involved were dead now also apparently really is fed up as Google now spearheads NSA reform drives and apparently shares Apple's domestic and especially foreign commercial concerns about further even involuntary participation with the government spying on its customers and/or clients and thus made Google's own announcement on the heels of Apple's that its latest generation Android phones likewise could not be penetrated for data even by Google.
The Feds with their newfound 21st Centuty attitude of total entitlement and apparent perceived immunity from incarceration (for themselves) are apoplectic having sucked at the tit of unconstitutionality for so long and with such impunity that the existing phone warrant requirement (still the law of the land for wired phones last the Ninth Amendment heard) seems to them a quaint relic of the dinosaur age (the 1950's) since the advent of the portable and then cellphone of course meant to them that although the legal reasoning should have been exactly the same and likewise protected such communications the Feds had soon made it clear that if it went through the air rather than a line a telephone conversation involved no expectation of privacy at all. A perfectly tautological argument making no sense whatsoever.
And that reasoning certainly did become a self-fulfilling prophecy because law enforcement with impunity since routinely has listened in on any such telephone so there sure was no expectation of privacy since law enforcement made sure privacy in such conversations was non-existent. As the Virginia farmboys' parents and ancestors who had themselves once made honest livings and fought to the death for such liberties would say it was a case in which "the horse followed the cart". And the American people allowed this further assault to be perpetrated against their rapidly disappearing core fundamental rights under the Constitution with barely a whimper all for the sake of the instant convenience of pulling a phone from one's pocket and also because they most likely knew no better even if the government would be the third party on the line.

However the mere thought of Apple or Google marketing its most recent phones in the face of the FBI's brilliant (for the FBI) argument that like a closet that can NEVER be opened, now by that thought the FBI cannot just abide. The Constitution is said go be a "living document" and sometimes living things just need to die for a while before they can come back. . . . as for example . . . a totalitarian state. The infrastructure of a rigorous democracy ostensibly is still here seemingly visible for all to see although its actual out of sight functionality merely has merely changed a bit. Indeed just as Aldous Huxley predicted.

Saturday, 16 August 2014, AUSTIN, TEXAS - In spite of his new eyeglasses which apparently did not come equipped with a new brain Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry adamantly resisted calls that he step down and vowed that he will remain in the Texas Governor's Office despite dual Grand Jury indictments handed down yesterday that at worst could eventually land Perry with a 99 year prison term in one of the country's worst prison systems of his own creation and no one in his twin Governor's mansions to look out for the thousands of Texas state government patronage appointees naturally hollering "foul politics" all of whom owe their payback jobs and protection from their own misdoing to the mind-numbingly long Perry run in office. Perry's remaining "fair weather" band of corrupt largely out-of-state dirty money supporters are expected to jump ship and it is not looking as if it will be to GOP Texas Woman-Hater A.G. Gregg "Dark Money" Payday Abbott's sinking campaign. Senator Ted Superstupid Cruz (R-Tex) announced that Perry "is a man of integrity" and that "I am proud to stand with him" (presumably even in a Texas prison cell although Cruz did not make clear where he would lay down when not standing next to Perry).

Wednesday, 15 July 2015, AUSTIN, TEXAS - In yet another mind-numbing series of steadily mounting preposterous claims that even MAD Magazine would reject for publication on the grounds that they are too blatantly dumb to be believed even by five-year-olds Texas' very own GOP Women (And Their Children) Hater A.G. Greg "Payday" Abbott has once again thrust into Texans' faces just how abysmally bad his judgment is now extending to a rapidly growing host of hollow gaffes as female-hater Abbott most recently actually tried to pawn off an insultingly pathetic dishonest excuse for having abused his State Office to single-handedly deprive all Texans of critical safety information on potential chemical hazards throughout the nation's second largest state which Abbot himself admitted would not even entitle Texans to find out if some neighbor say right next to a school were storing truckloads of ammonium nitrate in sheds packed up and ready to go.
Although Republican Abbott may have been too busy soliciting "campaign donations" or who knows what that year such that he just missed the news altogether most Americans will never forget the monstrous devastation that one truckload's mixture of the fertilizer parked beside the federal building in the heart of Oklahoma City completely destroyed the entire huge building instantly killing several hundred federal employees who also happened to be mothers and fathers and daughters and sons and loved ones right in the heart of America in a massively devastating explosion that shook that entire major city and indeed was so massively destructive that its shockwaves were felt around the country and indeed the entire world.
Yet even in 2014 GOP Woman Hater A.G. Greg "Payday" Abbott would have Texans unknowingly play neighbor not just to undeclared tons of extremely hazardous fertilizer when in the wrong hands but all manner of even far more hazardous chemicals haphazardly spread out among all his fellow citizens of the Lone Star state. Texans who could freely do so for the past thirty years now are not even allowed to learn as a matter of public safety from their State government where the chemical stockpiles are kept.
After all the hysteria about components entering the country Texans now know from their aspiring Republican governor that as GOP Attorney General his office has ruled that they are no longer even "entitled" to know where there are known ingredients for potentially thousands of bombs that do not even need to be smuggled in because they are already here! How could any person using their official state position as Attorney General in their right mind have already ruled that as of now Texans will be effectively prevented from finding out where these hazardous chemicals are stored. The answer is just what Texans may have come to expect from Republican governor candidate Abbott who this campaign season has already seen raking in campaign contributions that may well reach into the millions of dollars given with the clear expectation that the money is as with Perry no donation for better government for Texans but for officials making decisions with a direct profit impact on the those that "donate" the money to Abbott's campaign.
Texans should make no mistake about it that this is not because the big money wishes to buy Texans a Governor for the good of Texas. All they want is to buy another Texas governor for themselves. Perry has gotten them so spoiled and keeping playing business as usual hitting up Texans from their out-of-state mansions getting rich gouging the underclass with payday, title and "short-term" loans that end up lasting a lifetime to struggle to pay off with "fees" that are nothing but usurious interest that would have gotten them their hands cut off in Biblical times and maybe their tongues too if they did not shut up.
We have friends and family who have learrned the lifetime those "E-Z" and "short-term" loans" end up really lasting will be your own lifetime drained away faster the harder you try as they kill you off struggling to pay them back a thousand times over as you work day and night worse off than you ever were before until they either drive you into bankruptcy (and still keep trying even then to get more money with no shame even after the Court tells them to stay the hell away from you), or they just slowly kill you off plain and simple as you reach for the salt one day and drop dead with your face in your dinner plate the kids hollering at the table and a day later they will be on the phone and then at the door lying to your kin and trying to get them to say that they are owed all your life insurance proceeds. All anyone has to do is hang up the phone or shut the door. Do not ever make the mistake of ever agreeing to anything including not even that there is any known debt of any amount owed by anyone.
ALL THE PRECEDING IS WHAT WE BELIEVE MAY BE OUR OPINION WHICH IF IT IS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE FROM MOMENT TO MOMENT AND IS WE SUSPECT THE END PHASE PRODUCT OF TOO MUCH "JUNK" AND FAST FOOD AS WELL AS MAYBE THE MERCURY PUT IN OUR FILLINGS AND VACCINES AS CHILDREN. THE NINTH AMENDMENT DOES NOT PURPORT TO NOR DOES IT OFFER NOR PROVIDE ANY LEGAL ADVICE WHATSOEVER ON ANY MATTER AT ALL. ANYONE SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE OF ANY TYPE ON ANY MATTER AT ALL MUST CONSULT WITH A LEGAL PROFESSIONAL DULY QUALIFIED AND LICENSED TO PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE.
It is disconcerting that Abbott the Republican who would become Texas' Governor persists in compounding lies that are so pathetic there seems little doubt he will drive himself to madness were he just to listen momentarily to his own talking trash points. His office claims he had to rule that no Texans could know any longer after thirty years whether or not their very own neighbors were storing hazardous chemicals that might blow up the whole neighborhood and God knows what else because that decision was dictated by some supposed old Homeland Security law that we certainly are not aware of any other state have interpreted the same way since it makes no sense ever and doubtless creates much more of a public safety problem than it possibly could alleviate. How insulting and arrogant can a Republican public official be that he can claim straight to your face that the State has to put you into what for all you know (but of course now you cannot) is a danger a thousand times worse than the non-existent harm that has not been there for thirty years or that your neighbor that you have known forever is suddenly going to fall prey to foreign terrorists who are going to take or get them to use their hazardous chemicals to make a bomb?!
GOP Woman Hater A.G. Greg "Payday" Abbott apparently thinks so little of the true people of the great state of Texas that he actually publicly told Texans that the way they could find hazardous chemicals on properties ALL OVER the state of Texas was to "drive around" looking for facilities. So a Dallas TV station actually took Abbott up on his idiotic idea and drove around going up to places and facilities and asking to see their chemical lists. As the TV station and the newspaper put it, Abbott's suggestion worked just about "as well as you would think".
But Republican Abbott rather than just slink away at some point was still just too damn stubborn to give up so he persisted in proving himself even more of an idiot of by suggesting that Texans might look for locations of hazardous chemicals on the Texas Department of Insurance website apparently on the basis of some kind of wild guess without even checking or asking anyone himself in advance about this convenient resource that would we guess as he saw it at least kind of cure some of the many evolving problems of his campaign at least for the moment.
When survivors still willing to waste their time listening to GOP moron Abbott went to check out his latest fabricated brainstorm they were told that this approach was "useless" for their purposes. Yet unbelievably apparently utterly and completely determined to absolutely make himself look like as much of an idiot as humanly possible moron Abbott the world's most pathetic magician then suggested that perhaps (presumably if he asked nicely and wore a tie) the Texas legislature would allow all Texans to go and try to bother local fire stations for the information "during regular business hours".
Now that last one sounds so incredibly stupid and delusional that one can only imagine that request making firemen's and firewomen's (we guess they have those) jaws drop and proving decisively that Abbott was in no way qualified to be Governor of Texas until he at least tried a mild lobotomy and a few years bed rest. One thing seems clear and that is that Abbott really must need the job as it is hard to see how he could make any rational decisions whatsoever as Governor and therefore like Perry should have a whole group of handlers like Perry who if he goes too far off the mark presumably can just take him out and drag him home for a nap before he torpedoes his entire political career single-handedly. Kind of like Perry needing someone to tackle him off the stage the moment it became clear his brain ran entirely dry on glucose about five seconds into the last round of the Republican national debate. At this rate the Ninth Amendment believes that the only fair prediction the editorial board can make is that Abbott cannot win for Texas governor even if he were the only one running against himself.
So why cannot GOP Texas Moron Woman-Hater Greg "Payday" Abbott just not tell the truth for once for goodness sake. He must have had to at least on a few occasions as a child. After Abbott's behavior so far and a decade of watching Perry get paid off it would not seem to be such a big surprise or anything if Abbott were to just directly openly charge for favors. It would seem to have so much more dignity. And clearly no one in Texas at least at this time aggressively prosecutes these guys for anything since they are the ones that by now have given every patronage job and anything else that belonged to Texas away that was not nailed down. It is one way of protecting oneself. After all $75,000 to keep all information of hazardous chemicals from all the citizens of the second biggest state in the United States, and even make up a bonus lie that that is out of concern for safety because of some Homeland Security law, and another that the information is available on a web site where the commission that runs it says "not a chance", and then to even take it one step further and actually pretend like one was going to propose to the Texas legislature that it make local fire stations available during regular business hours to the public is beyond preposterous, Abbott is achieving a level of absurdity worthy of Eugene Ionesco. Firepersons curating public information records to members of the public in a place which is tailored absolutely to the extremely important local public safety functions of a community in matters of life and death, monitoring members of the public in such a work environment, which also happens to serve as the firespersons' actual home when they are on duty, but limit visiting hours of members of the public wandering about so that firepersons only are burdened with this minor inconvenience during "regular business hours". What the hell are "regular business hours" in a fire station!? Does Abbott take the people of the great state of Texas for imbeciles. We wish he would enter into a saloon in the 19th century and say such rubbish to locals as he told them how he wanted to run for sheriff. He would be shot dead and thrown in the street in about a minute.

The answer is just what Texans may have come to expect from Republican governor candidate Abbott who this campaign season has already seen raking in campaign contributions that may well reach into the millions of dollars given with the clear expectation that the money is as with Perry no donation for better government for Texans but for officials making decisions with a direct profit impact on the those that "donate" the money to Abbott's campaign.
Texans should make no mistake about it that this is not because the big money wishes to buy Texans a Governor for the good of Texas. All they want is to buy another Texas governor for themselves. Perry has gotten them so spoiled and keeping playing business as usual hitting up Texans from their out-of-state mansions getting rich gouging the underclass with payday, title and "short-term" loans that end up lasting a lifetime to struggle to pay off with "fees" that are nothing but usurious interest that would have gotten them their hands cut off in Biblical times and maybe their tongues too if they did not shut up.
We have friends and family who have learrned the lifetime those "E-Z" and "short-term" loans" end up really lasting will be your own lifetime drained away faster the harder you try as they kill you off struggling to pay them back a thousand times over as you work day and night worse off than you ever were before until they either drive you into bankruptcy (and still keep trying even then to get more money with no shame even after the Court tells them to stay the hell away from you), or they just slowly kill you off plain and simple as you reach for the salt one day and drop dead with your face in your dinner plate the kids hollering at the table and a day later they will be on the phone and then at the door lying to your kin and trying to get them to say that they are owed all your life insurance proceeds. All anyone has to do is hang up the phone or shut the door. Do not ever make the mistake of ever agreeing to anything including not even that there is any known debt of any amount owed by anyone.

How insulting and arrogant can a Republican public official be that he can claim straight to your face that the State has to put you into what for all you know (but of course now you cannot) is a danger a thousand times worse than the non-existent harm that has not been there for thirty years or that your neighbor that you have known forever is suddenly going to fall prey to foreign terrorists who are going to take or get them to use their hazardous chemicals to make a bomb?!

Greg "Payday" Abbott apparently thinks so little of the true people of the great state of Texas that he actually publicly told Texans that the way they could find hazardous chemicals on properties ALL OVER the state of Texas was to "drive around" looking for facilities. So a Dallas TV station actually took Abbott up on his idiotic idea and drove around going up to places and facilities and asking to see their chemical lists. As the TV station and the newspaper put it, Abbott's suggestion worked just about "as well as you would think".
But Republican Abbott rather than just slink away at some point was still just too damn stubborn to give up so he persisted in proving himself even more of an idiot of by suggesting that Texans might look for locations of hazardous chemicals on the Texas Department of Insurance website apparently on the basis of some kind of wild guess without even checking or asking anyone himself in advance about this convenient resource that would we guess as he saw it at least kind of cure some of the many evolving problems of his campaign at least for the moment.
When survivors still willing to waste their time listening to GOP moron Abbott went to check out his latest fabricated brainstorm they were told that this approach was "useless" for their purposes. Yet unbelievably apparently utterly and completely determined to absolutely make himself look like as much of an idiot as humanly possible moron Abbott the world's most pathetic magician then suggested that perhaps (presumably if he asked nicely and wore a tie) the Texas legislature would allow all Texans to go and try to bother local fire stations for the information "during regular business hours".
Now that last one sounds so incredibly stupid and delusional that one can only imagine that request making firemen's and firewomen's (we guess they have those) jaws drop and proving decisively that Abbott was in no way qualified to be Governor of Texas until he at least tried a mild lobotomy and a few years bed rest. In case the GOP should lose the handful of really rich people and maverick geniuses buying the U.S. Government for those Republican candidates like Texas' brand new Superstupid McCarthyite Tea Partier Ted Cruz (the GOP's secret weapon currently "handling" U.S. foreign policy which he has for some reason identified as his clear mandate as a new junior senator to try his hand at solo in Ukraine presumably to see if his first success can be single-handed to goad Putin into another Cold War or just go for it and start World War Three and show the world that all this stuff U.S. taxpayers have bought from "defense contractors" for so long can pass the big test) those Republicans may want to copy those Democrats' "grassroots" funding techniques if they work some and the GOP has little other choice. We believe the strategy basically goes like the following with all those Democratic solicitations for money mentioned above and the free real one below.
Say hypothetically those Democrats have a huge pile of e-mail addresses which formerly may not even have been thought worthwhile prospects because they (actually the people at the addresses) vote in their own countries (where elections are available) or if in the United States have records of apparent Republican support, e.g. former not-really-elected "President" George W. Bush. But considering there is little downside why not throw even him the "Hail Mary" bomb and shoot him a couple thousand e-mails as he may make a big donation by mistake or change his mind and become a Democrat based on a particularly compelling plea or just because he hates being in the same party as Dick "Pigheart" Cheney as much he dislikes his former lieutenant Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry and maybe fears apocalypse should Perry like him become "President" by another sneaky obvious Republican coup even if Perry is imprisoned at the time.
As for the foreign e-mails to foreign citizens, well who knows? Again what is the downside as for all those Democrats know they may have a bunch of absentee U.S. ballots lying around that the Democrats sent to them because that is how those Republicans do it and because they seemed like they might want to get a shot at the U.S. trough even if they were citizens of the wrong country, or maybe they even have a warehouse of dead people's ballots because the C.I.A. screwed up rigging some country's "democratic" election and got its countries mixed-up. It happens.
Then there is always the chance of some really evil very lucrative even more than top secret type of "deal with the devil" where there is a covered stadium full of pallets of ballots that all the locals know about which mean it was some kind of operation not really appropriate for actual United States Government employees that then could only be the brainchild of Dick "Pigheart" Cheney hiring out one of his contractor-type companies made up of mercenaries, "early-released" deathrow felons, murderers, dishonorably discharged criminally insane military snipers all with some name like Halliburton, Blackdeath, Wastewater, or the latest one Academia or whatever, finally having "got it" when doing the periodic name change after the latest atrocity that an image change to go along with it probably would not be a bad idea. Kind of like Perry.
If that last one did turn out to be a real scenario then the Republican fundraisers would really be in luck and the good kind at that as Cheney was a Republican at least when he was Vice-President (he sure did live up to the name of that position). "Dark Underbelly Of New Zealand Corruption" Posts Curtailed By Ninth Amendment Preserving Resources For Ongoing Reporting Needs To Readers In United States And Worldwide
Sunday, 30 March 2014, RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA - In consideration of the Ninth Amendment's ethical duty to readers in the United States and worldwide to preserve needed resources for necessary reporting on diverse matters globally the Editorial Board has resolved to curtail at this time reporting on serious matters of endemic corruption among individuals and conspiring groups presently in positions of power in New Zealand such that they remain able to divert and misuse for improper and illegal purposes significant official resources to further their own improper, unlawful and criminal enterprises.
Recent events have afforded opportunities for facilitated investigation and particularly rare public glimpses into, i.e., intertwined connections between private wrongdoing and public corruption in New Zealand as touched upon in some recent posts in the Ninth Amendment. The Editorial Board regretfully has reached the decision that lost and threatened resources of the Ninth Amendment including economic and time costs of interference encompassing criminal actions causing significant damage and harm to persons, equipment, communications indeed every element of continuing ongoing publication should not be sacrificed at the expense of our duty to readers to provide the quality, depth and diversity of reports readers have come to expect of the Ninth Amendment.
We remain confident the appropriate domestic and worldwide regulatory and enforcement agencies which already are aware of and have assembled much of the pertinent evidence, including those as appropriate based in the United States as well as without limitation global banking, taxation, environmental and criminal regulatory and enforcement agencies, will achieve the inevitable result of bringing those responsible to justice including their facing and making reparation for in certain cases enormously costly consequences of their actions.
We trust that the New Zealand judiciary including some of the particularly objectionable mechanisms of interference with individuals' rights and public justice with which it is burdened, at least until it has properly matured, will reconnect with the awesome heritage of the legal system of the mother country of the Commonwealth, including hopefully reconnecting with the Privy Council and ditching New Zealand's ruling party's recent replacement of that venerable body with its partisan "Supreme Court" as the ultimate arbiter of New Zealand's judicial affairs.
The Editorial Board of the Ninth Amendment is aware that our decision may disappoint some readers but hopefully will come to be recognized as necessary when all the facts in due course come to light. In the meantime we particularly encourage readers worldwide to stay aware of and throw and keep their support constant for the brave actions of the New Zealand individuals and press, including particularly The Herald, the Sunday Herald and the National Business Review in their continuing fight to make New Zealand the country which it can be and the world largely mistakenly now believes it to be.
The Ninth Amendment Editorial Board is humbled (not to mention somewhat confused) by the steady growth of diversity of our readership including the addition on average of new readers in more than one new country a month and now covering virtually the entire Northern and moving into the Southern Hemisphere of the Earth. We particularly welcome our relatively large new numbers of readers from Commonwealth countries, with grateful recognition of the significant numbers now stopping by our site from the United Kingdom and Canada, which we always heard was a great place to live.

Times Columnist Professor "Krugtron The Invincible" Blasts Richest 1%'s Ignorant Tool Austerity Economists As "Knaves And Fools"
- Monday, 29 April 2013, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - New York Times economics Nobel Prize-winnng columnist Princeton Professor Paul Krugman yesterday assumed the name of "Krugtron The Invincible" in response to what he described essentially as continuing annoyingly ignorant criticism from so-called "austerity economist" mouthpieces of the United States' richest 1% (soon to be if not already 0.1%) which tools of the rich Professor Krugman dismissed as "Knaves and Fools". The Ninth Amendment editorial staff's responsive comment published yesterday in the digital New York Times appears verbatim below. Security Alerts Home Computers - DISABLE JAVA NOW! - Governments, Media, Experts Warn Zero-Hour Hacker Attack

Readers should find instructions for disabling Java, purchased by Oracle Corporation and since suffering many breaches most recently in another believed "ransom" hacker attack, by searching the term "disable Java" on readers' preferred search engines or combinations thereof.
This follows on the announcement of a hacker attack on Facebook seeking to dupe users into giving up private information in response to a fake message to users purporting to be from Facebook's security detail. Information on this should also be readily available on Ninth Amendment readers' favorite search engines or combinations thereof.
Otherwise the past year has seen a spate of near-hysterical "security alerts" from corporations which once made their money largely unknown to purchasers of, particularly, Windows programs paying Microsoft to "bundle" their software with new Windows releases, often making it extremely difficult for less knowledgeable consumers to safely disentangle this hysteria-based software from installations of new operating programs without damaging those programs or rendering them virtually unusable. These techniques of "bundling" were most often connected in the "security" realm with corporations such as Norton and Symantec.
AOL is still notorious amongst programmers for "bundling" unwanted software by paying software companies to virtually inextricably intertwine its unwanted software with already purchased products such that disentangling it, particularly from computer registries, proved a monumental task in which the slightest slip in hours long procedures by expert programmers could forever render the underlying already-purchased software useless. Leading one to wonder who indeed were the "good" guys and who the "bad". The United States Department of Justice Antitrust Division as well as Microsoft itself ended some of these problems by introducing free security software which in many cases is anyway better and free, such as Microsoft Security Essentials. Thousands of others are available free with consumer and editor ratings on sites such as CNET.
The Ninth Amendment welcomes back patient readers as well as new readers with this first post of the new year 2013. It is NOT the Ninth Amendment's intention to become a source of computer security alerts nor should readers rely on the Ninth Amendment for that purpose.

Apparently United States national security agencies also somehow entirely missed North Korea's start-to-finish development of medium-range missiles capable of carrying WMD warheads until a test missile was successfully fired off on trajectory by North Korea's reportedly charismatic new leader lady-killer and apparent Elvis-style sunglasses aficionado Kim Jong II assumed to be in celebration of something like the New Year. It is not known to the Ninth Amendment log what year if any actually is being celebrated in North Korea.
