     Wednesday, 10 May 2015, WASHINGTON, D.C - Long notorious already among animal rights groups Pentagon funded pig and other animal "live tissue" gratuitous torture medical doctor retired Lieutenant Colonel John Henry Hagmann whose company Deployment Medicine International based in Gig Harbor, Washington but which seems largely to operate out of Dr. Hagmann's Virginia farm has been supported by over $10.5 million from the Department of Defense for supposedly training "thousands of soldiers and medical personnel in how to treat battlefield wounds" in March 2015 had his medical license suspended by the Virginia Board of Medicine. The board's state attorneys general went beyond his unnecessarily cruel torture of animals already cited by Congress and methodically detailed Dr. Hagmann's perversely abusive sexually deviant sickly "diabolical" practices forced on military medical students in the 15-page report linked to for interested readers in link 3 below (the "Report"). In a hearing set for 19 June 2015 before the full Virginia Board of Medicine the board may permanently revoke Dr. Hagmann's license to practice medicine including after hearing from witnesses and former "students" of Dr. Hagmann.
     Dr. Hagmann's "techniques" alleged in detail in the report suggest that Dr. Hagmann not only should have his medical license permanently revoked but in fact should be criminally prosecuted for practices bordering on the criminally insane which included in 2012 and 2013 having his military personnel "students" drink eight shots of rum in ten minutes after which he injected his students with the hypnotic sedative psychedelic dissociative anesthetic ketamine most commonly used as a veterinary anesthetic drug for animals immediately before directing his trainees then to perform "procedures" on one another including "penile nerve blocks" on two inebriated trainees and repeated insertions of catheters in one another including eight males and one female subject as well as Dr. Hagmann himself.
     The Reuters article also published in the New York Times further included the following astounding account about another of Hagmann's "procedures" presented in its entirety verbatim in the two paragraphs below. Dr. Hagmann's behavior and his justification for it to Reuters as "scientific research" is so bizarrely troubling as to suggest Hagmann will face a seemingly impossible challenge should he rather than his attorney actually need to speak himself before the Virginia Board of Medicine at his upcoming hearing:

In one case detailed by investigators, Virginia authorities allege that Hagmann boasted to a student “about his proficiency with rectal exams” and took the student to a warehouse on his property. There, the report claims, the two “continued to consume beer” and Hagmann asked the student “about the effect (the student’s) uncircumcised penis had on masturbation and sexual intercourse.” The student told investigators “that he was inebriated and felt that he could not refuse Dr. Hagmann’s request … to examine, manipulate and photograph his penis.”

In his statement to Reuters, Hagmann connected his comments on circumcision to his live-tissue trauma training course this way: “The debate on the value and impact of circumcision is a current medical and social issue. The historical link between circumcision and masturbation is a fact dating since Victorian England and is still a current topic subject to scientific research.”

     Also in addition to his ketamine drug and alcohol "labs" and scientific penis circumcision and masturbation research for purposes of combat medical wound treatment Dr. Hagmann performed "shock labs" in which he withdrew blood from students monitoring them for shock before transfusing their blood back into their systems. Medical professionals familiar with trauma training queried about Hagmann's techniques were "stunned". Harvard Medical School professor Dr. David King who does trauma training reportedly said some of Hagmann's alleged techniques were "wildly unheard of and perhaps unsafe." A spokesman for the American College of Emergency Physicians Dr. Howard Mell said subjecting students to such problems as "shock labs" would be absurd. Dr. Mell stated that "I treat people in the ER every day for things I have never experienced. I certainly don't need to experience shock to know how to treat it."
     Virginia state attorneys investigating complaints by Hagmann course trainees reported unsurprisingly that "these procedures were not undertaken or provided in good faith for medicinal or therapeutic purposes." The report alleges that Hagmann "exploited, for personal gain and sexual gratifications" at least two of the "trainees" at a July 2013 "course" at his Virginia farm.
     The animal rights organization PETA made what it says is an undercover video filmed at a 2013 Hagmann training session which allegedly depicts gratuitous violence against shot and stabbed wounded pigs as well as racist and sexist jokes by course instructors. U.S. Armed Services Committee congressman Hank Johnson was so disturbed by the video as well as the allegations leveled against Hagmann for other deranged macabre activities that he introduced legislation to outlaw "live tissue" animal shooting, stabbing and torture. Congressman Johnson a Georgia Democrat said "It's mind-boggling. It's like a diabolical mad scientist at work in a horror movie."      Hagmann further claimed in response last Friday to an inquiry from Reuters that all his practices were reviewed and approved by the Uniformed Services University for the Health Sciences (USU). This in fact apparently was an astoundingly brazen obviously easily exposed absolute lie as USU immediately disputed what Hagmann had just claimed with a far different in fact completely opposite version of its response to information about Hagmann's practices. In addition to stating that Hagmann's procedures "were not authorized by USU faculty", USU spokeswoman Sharon Holland said that upon learning of Hagmann's training from a student there that at "[t]he moment the department and USU leadership were informed that these events occurred, the institution immediately suspended the relationship with Dr. Hagmann, and his company."
     USU then launched an investigation which not only did not approve Hagmann's procedures but in fact "prompted a report to the Virginia medical board" and also alerted the Defense Criminal Investigative Service, a law enforcement agency that oversees the Department of Defense. Although a spokesman for the service was not available for comment as of Monday, an Army spokeswoman saying the records were not readily accessible did add "[w]e certainly don't condone that type of behavior."

       Tuesday, 7 October 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Ninth Amendment editorial board has observed that in the wake of last week's request that U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder launch a federal criminal investigation into whether it was illegal and/or unethical for corrupt Woman-Hating Texas "Dark Money" A.G. Greg "Payday" Abbott to sit by with blindfolds on as the Perry pet "Texas Enterprise Fund" or more appropriately "Perry Payback Taxpayer Slushfund" Abbott oversaw doled out "disbursements" of at least $222 million of Texas taxpayer money without requiring any requests nor applications and/or disbursed it to recipients who "were not required to create new jobs" according to a "scathing" Texas state audit that found these were not "mandated" requirements during the first two years of Perry unilaterally announcing such grants with no prior disclosure claiming they were from his "new deal-making" fund.

       Well that much claimed by since indicted lameduck corrupt Republican Idiot Texas Governor Rick "Payback" Perry certainly does seem to be true as he did use the taxpayers money apparently to fund "deal-making" by doling out hundreds of millions of dollars of taxpayer money which Abbott was supposed to but did not oversee so as to recover improperly disbursed funds to "politically connected" companies as to which Abbott later refused to provide any documentation to the Dallas Morning News which he in fact neglected to mention also did not exist. The News was able to report that it had obtained documentation of $1.4 million in bribes in the now familiar form of Abbott "campaign donations" effectively giving Texas taxpayers' money back to Abbott which similar practice of essentially bribe-taking was reported here with named major law firms as well as countless others with contemporaneous pending decisions before long-corrupt A.G. Abbott while also making regular large "campaign donations" to him for essentially non-existent campaigns.

       Apparently following one from the Perry playbook exemplified by his fine example to all criminal defendants of smirking in mugshots according to Republican special prosecutor Michael McCrum and immediately leaving the country upon his federal grand jury indictments for two counts of "abuse of power" playing down the prospect of the 99-year prison term he now is facing Abbott's spokesperson Jerry Strickland apparently came out swinging on himself on responding to Attorney General Holder's requested federal criminal investigation of Abbott making what the San Antonio Express-News in the linked-to article below called "his strongest yet defense of both the office and his boss" immediately evading the issue telling lies about Abbott's release of documents and accusing the Democratic Congressional delegation of having "a poor understanding of the law". 

       It is not known to the editorial board of the Ninth Amendment how qualified Abbott's spokesman Strickland himself is in the law such as having attended law school or his degree of legal scholarship such that he is comfortable accusing Texas' Congressional national lawmakers of "having a poor understanding of the law". It is not known for example if Mr. Strickland reviewed his boss Abbott's earlier statement regarding the law in which Abbott observed that in the Attorney General's office certain matters were not within Abbott's purview because they involved no more than "making legal determinations".  

       Both in the case of Perry and Abbott the Ninth Amendment has observed most matters that would be of some heightened concerns to persons in such similar positions as having been indicted for two felony counts by a federal grand jury and now facing a trial which just on these counts could result in a 99-year prison term or as in the case of Abbott having a group of members of one's states Congressional delegation requesting of the United States Attorney General that he have the Department of Justice launch a federal criminal and ethics investigation of him for a matter related to the indicted Perry's that on the part of both Republican high office holders such a cavalier attitude may actually be a subterfuge for some greater degree of concern than they are prepared to share at this time although it has been noted that the particularly carefree Perry did greatly buttress his so far Texas taxpayer funded legal defense team with some more $400 an hour lawyers which he even took the extraordinary step of diverting from his own campaign fund rather than his usual course of taking it directly from Texas taxpayer's pockets.

       In addition the brave Abbott spokesperson Strickland taking Texas' Congressional nation's lawmakers to task for "having a poor understanding of the law" Abbott's campaign dream team went on to try to discourage voters from even turning out to the polls in classic Republican style by noting that Abbott has over $30 million remaining in his "warchest" ($10 million of which was used to reserve TV time well in advance no doubt for voters to spend more quality in depth time getting to know if Abbott actually has any specific plan to accomplish anything or just to attack Wendy Davis some more) as opposed to Wendy Davis' $5.9 million going into the final month which Abbott's team described as her campaign now"being broke". 

       They failed to note that since Wendy Davis announced her candidacy she has collected at least as much as Abbott in campaign contributions although his may have been "matched" by more outside donors, doubtless the usual out-of-state suspects and dirty businesses and fugitive payday loan crowd looking for refuge with Abbott running from Utah state and federal investigations. The difference in remaining campaign funds comes from the fact that Abbott has as readers may have guessed spent the past ten years collecting $30 million in bribes in the form of "campaign donations" from entities with matters before corrupt A.G. Abbott despite the fact that Abbott effectively was running for nothing seriously contested and therefore could save up that much for his campaign "warchest" now with who knows how much in leftover bribes perhaps to buy a nice place up in Horseshoe Bay like genius real estate investor Perry.

       As for corrupt woman-hating A.G. "dark money" Greg "payday" Abbott it similarly may be worth noting that he is now starting to take a noticeably wider berth from Perry as the two apparently start breaking ranks with Abbott now specifically "blaming" Perry for not informing him of grants Perry was announcing for his "Perry Enterprise Taxpayer Slushfund" in contravention of the law that it be done no later than at the "finalization" of such grants although Abbott now claims Perry knew they had been finalized over a year before and never informed Abbott. Likewise as Abbott scrambled in recent debates from Wendy Davis honing in on the growing scandal Abbott courageously responded that he "had questioned [Perry's] fund since the beginning of his campaign" 

       The San Antonio Express-News article linked to below unfortunately is one for which readers only can read the first paragraph and see yet another picture of the bespectacled Perry unless readers have a subscription or figure out how to bypass the paper's paywall probably by visiting their favorite search site.

       Monday, 6 October 2014, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - In another significant blow to vicious international criminal organizations that have flourished and gone on to spread harder drugs, forced whole countries into needless tragedies of mass violence, facilitated a proliferation of deadly weapons and criminal behavior to all points of the globe, corrupted whole governments and the world's financial institutions and law enforcement agencies at every level, funded terror organizations that have taken what was a phony "war" into very real wars funded globally destabilizing countries and terrorizing whole populations worldwide, put untold millions of persons behind bars for non-violent conduct often with racially disgraceful prison terms either effectively or by operation of highly questionable operation of law in misguided mandatory prison terms leaving any sentencing discretion in the hands of the vulgar abuses of prosecutors rather than the courts, reeked havoc on the United States Constitution's most fundamental rights once protecting citizens from unwarranted invasions of privacy, searches and seizures without legally sufficient cause, turned all law enforcement actions into unnecessarily violent and characteristically unnecessarily military-style raids by overpowering force against citizens on the streets, in their cars, and even into the once-sanctity of their homes often causing lifelong trauma for citizens in all walks of life who law enforcement seem long ago in this country completely to have forgotten are innocent until proven guilty and often diverting much-needed law enforcement resources from crimes against others of real concern to the American people, propelled the Courts into tortured interpretations and disparaging distortions and destruction of the Constitution (just because the word "drugs" appears in prosecutions and now untold judicial opinions which by the Courts' own reasoning one day now with a keystroke can be changed in a moment from "drugs" to "unauthorized" or "threatening papers" or whatever the State may choose) and caused so much other needless thoughtless harm and suffering it would take volumes to recount along with the huge amount of vital tax, monetary, human and other precious resources that have been completely needlessly diverted that the members of the editorial board of the Ninth Amendment a quarter of a century ago had the opportunity to and did predict these very results to some of the United States' and Great Britain's present and future leading legal minds (at the same time that The Economist's cover editorial called unequivocally for the decriminalization of all drugs) that were perfectly obvious even from another quarter century earlier with the introduction for totally unrelated politically expedient reasons by the disgraced Republican criminal resigned former President Richard M. Nixon and his administration with the introduction of its characteristically totally phony "War on Drugs" now the entire editorial board of the New York Times in its issue of this date now being printed finally calls for what it states is supported by the fact that "a majority of Americans favor legalization" of marijuana thus the Times in all three jurisdictions Alaska, the Nation's Capital the District of Columbia, and Oregon in the United States where the issue is on next month's ballot noting that marijuana is "far less harmful than alcohol" calls for citizens wholesale rejection of the prohibition of pot by what the Times calls a "misguided federal ban".        Wednesday, 1 October 2014, DALLAS, TX - Millions of Texans last night saw exactly what package of used dirty junk goods they would be buying were they to elect as Governor corrupt GOP A.G. "Payday" Greg "Dark Money" Abbott a squirrelly hollow puppet of big dirty "dark money" donors who has made a career of outright accepting illegal "contributions" form dirty entities as to which he has had official decisions pending (and consistently found in their favor) and from groups such as "Payday Loan Stores" to allow loopholes for them letting them collect obscene usurious interest rates on "loans" at far above Texas criminal usury rates to good hard working Texans as well as Abbott grabbing additional large sums of money from chemical companies just before deciding that the location of huge stockpiles of chemicals they stored and dumped even on properties neighboring homes, churches, schools or anywhere else throughout the State did not have to be disclosed to Texans under any circumstances at all regardless of what hazards and dangers they might pose to all in the vicinity who did not even know they were there and then as he was directly asked about but failed to acknowledge also along came Abbott pocket-lining insurance companies running amok raising Texans' homeowner insurance premiums relentlessly with no required prior state review of increases whatsoever under a Republican insurance commissioner who Wendy Davis identified as being completely in big insurance pockets to which Abbott par for the course made no objection nor response other than that he was not an actuary.

       Typical of all Abbott responses which were either lies, omissions or promises of fantasyland improvements with no plausible explanation at all of how they would be accomplished in which he obviously had no conviction whatsoever to things particularly such as education and highways based on Perry disastrous policies that he would not change at all. Abbott volunteered nothing about his close connections and payoffs from payday loan stores, chemical stockpilers and polluters, super-rich insurance companies robbing Texas homeowners blind with outrageous premium increases and who knows how many others who had paid him off for favorable official decisions as Attorney General and have dumped dark money into his campaign coffers drooling for the day when they can own him completely as Governor.  He also virtually assured Texans that like Perry he would reject 100s of billions of dollars in federal funding so that Texas would not have to follow guidelines from the federal governement despite the pleas of Republican chambers of commerce and judges around the state that he not do so just so that as Wendy Davis put it Texans' federal taxes could keep going to Washington and coming back to California and New York for which she described "Abbott as California's best friend".
       Abbott further said he would continue to oppose abortions even for victims of rape and incest be he was "a Catholic". He responded to Wendy Davis' challenge that he as Governor veto any legislative attempt to terminate Texas' so-called "Dream Act" which sets out an official policy for allowing undocumented aliens to continue their studies with higher education.  Abbott also reiterated his opposition to providing any schooling for undocumented aliens as well as a mechanism proposed by Wendy Davis whereby they could obtain some form of driver identification that would allow them to legally operate cars and therefore be able to buy insurance as she argued that Texas must accept the current reality that many driving on Texas roads anyway have no means of getting insurance which situation Wendy Davis described as a constant source of large-scale complaint from her constituents involved in accidents with uninsured drivers.  Abbott simply took the position the nothing should be done to provide education or means for undocumented aliens to drive and purchase insurance because it was symptomatic of much larger immigration problems of a broken system which the federal government was responsible for fixing.
       He made no acknowledgment of the fact that the system has been broken for decades because of competing demands by powerful interests for strict immigration reform fundamentally opposed by the reality that major employers depend entirely on the availability of such labor willing to take below a living wage in order for their businesses to survive. Apparently scant attention has been paid to President Franklin Delano Roosevelt's admonition reflecting the longevity of this huge obstacle to immigration reform when he declared during his own Presidency seventy-five years ago that "[a]ny business which depends for its survival on labor paid below a living wage has no place in this country".
       If Texans take a good look at anything or even any look at all beyond a thirty-second Abbott TV commercial at this sorry excuse for a man much less a Texan and compare him to a true fighting Texas champion such as Senator Wendy Davis who actually was the will and endurance to hold tight and smack right back in the thick of it already having worked hard for years to make the improvements for Texas she spoke of realities when she is Governor then it is plain to see that pitiful Abbott with his handful of rich dirty masters of his every decision and who will own him in the office they will spend every last taxpayer dollar he illegally gives them to buy him Texas' Governorship that Abbott should in all fairness not stand a chance of winning anything but a seat in the Big House where he has so mercilessly sent so many others for life (and death) even if they can hardly count to three.

       This typifies Abbott whose debate responses made it clear that honest, decent, hard-working Texans were not going to have a chance in hell from this corrupt indicted Perry policy clone to advance  themselves be it at their homes, work, school, church, healthcare non-provider nor anything meaningful at all in their lives because if they allow this corrupt old boy completely out of tune with the present realities of the Nation's second most populous state they will continue to have no friend at all in the Texas Governor's mansion.
       Just more of the same that is driving all but the very richest in and out of the state into the more and more contaminated and paved ground under more polluted water and the dirtiest skies in the Nation suffering on in the continued Texas "freefall" started by the so-called indicted Perry Texas "miracle" of taking a great state with strong schools and clean environment and reasonable health and safety laws and standards to one where as the Republican dying old boy network mumbles and drools repeatedly that Texans have the "right to work" only problem being that that is hard to appreciate when one is dead from lack of training and prematurely ended education, health care, most every social service and unable to breathe the air befouled the air by the likes of Perry, Abbott and the whole rotten GOP crowd's "dark money" Texas-spoiling cronies propping them up in office to do their bidding.

       In truth it is a complete mystery why Abbott and his old boy cronies and those who pay them off are not already in federal prison given that their boss corrupt indicted GOP Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry despite all his mockery of the criminal justice system may soon be there himself for a maximum term of 99 years. In the meantime for those who missed it Abbott was so confused by his own lies and omissions by the end of the debate that he called himself "Governor" of Texas when he told all he had not done (actually as Attorney General) but would when he was "Governor" .
       Finally in one of Abbott's most disingenuous moments of the debate when Senator Wendy Davis referred to the $100 million that Abbott now has received back in Texas taxpayers' money from recipients of Texas Enterprise Fund millions meant to promote Texas businesses but who had never even filed applications for the money that Abbott's office was required to collect and evaluate and maintain but now reports are nowhere to be found Abbott claimed he was "glad' that she had brought it up as he was always grateful to be apprised of such new information. New information indeed as Abbott no doubt is perfectly aware that the Texas Enterprise Fund applications are as Senator Wendy Davis charged the responsibility of Abbott's office to manage and it would seem most unlikely that Abbott was unaware he received $100 million dollars in return from recipients who had never even applied for funds meant to promote Texas business enterprises and not to reward the responsible Texas state official who had allowed them to be disbursed to parties who had not even requested them.
       And this comes as news to Perry's Attorney General Texas chief law enforcer (or was it violator) Abbott?  These guys should keep recording devices under their desks (if Perry even has a desk) because things are beginning to sound eerily similar to their fellow party hero Richard Nixon and his co-conspirators shrugging off their crimes (recorded a on taping mechanism maintained on the orders of Nixon himself) right until days before Nixon would find himself to the first and only President in United States history forced to resign from office because of his criminal acts.
       Incidentally after watching Perry engaging in continuous corrupt actions and Abbott speechless but unapologetic in the face being confronted by a laundry list of his criminal payoffs and tainted official acts even as the State's highest law "enforcement" official one may perhaps understand the absence of Texas law enforcement on the scene since virtually everyone in Texas civil service owes their job to Perry at this point because of his interminable Governorship and because of his amply demonstrated willingness to flaunt the law abusing his office with reprisals and paybacks routinely without any apparent reprercussion. But one must ask where the hell the rest of the feds have been in Texas? Is this the south side of Boston where the mob owns the feds or what?
       One might suspect with good reason that the Texas good old boys own the feds here as well given the feds' complacency in the face of seemingly largely unconcealed wrongdoing at least until bringing back the recent grand jury indictment against the "debate miracle" brain dead still standing idiot Texas Governor Rick "Payback" Perry hustled back off to run Texas to get some glasses and continue as Texas Governor again and now reputed 2016 Presidential re-hopeful provided his is not in prison and his handlers can squeeze enough WD-40 into his above-the-shoulder orifices as least to keep him running for about two minutes at a time like a dying horse getting that last shot of speed before the final laps of his career or the boxer slobbering against the ropes pumped up for one last round and pointed and prodded in the direction of the opponent before the fight is called and he is sent off for permanent "recuperation" never again to appear in the ring or even speak a complete sentence in public.

Although the Ninth Amendment emphasizes it has no knowledge as to the propriety or impropriety of such commercial offerings, the Ninth Amendment is confident that Google and the nearby FBI office to this local Ninth Amendment IP location may have a great deal more information available to it regarding the legality of the use of this URL for purposes which may or may not be related to interference with cyber communications involving other sites or matters unknown at this time.

Perry "Enforcer" U-T Regent Wallace Hall Clings To Job As Panel Drafting Articles Of Impeachment Per Earlier Overwhelming 7-1 Vote To Impeach Perry Appointee Wallace Hall Delayed By U-T Officials Attacking Panel's Authority And Forcing "Resignation Ultimatum" On Popular U-T Austin President Bill Powers

       Wednesday, 23 July 2014, AUSTIN, TX - With attention of many focused elsewhere last week UT officials grabbed the perceived strategic opportunity to try and turn the tables by delaying and distracting attention on several fronts from the already long-approved drafting of articles of impeachment against presently serving Perry U-T Regent appointee Wallace Hall. These obvious subterfuges apparently spearheaded by three top U-T system officials reportedly not surprisingly soon descended into "clashes" with antagonized oversight committee lawmakers as the U-T officials in addition to widely publicized earlier acts in direct defiance of committee requests continued at the hearing repeatedly to attack the lawmakers with seemingly specious allegations of overreaching and outright misstatements reflecting a misunderstanding of the nature of the legal relationship between the Texas legislature on whose behalf the committee served and the U-T system Regents supposedly serving at someone's pleasure other than their own or the Governor's office.
       In any case the distractions of attacks against lawmakers and other apparent time-wasting heated interchanges did succeed in further delaying the actual purpose of the hearing of moving forward with reaching conclusion on the specifics of drafting the previously overwhelmingly approved articles of impeachment of Wallace Hall in order to go forward with removing him from his position on the Board of Regents in the absence of his willingness to resign that position.
       For the good of the UT system overall and the withdrawal from the spotlight of bad publicity particularly exacerbated by scrutiny of tensions with its flagship UT-Austin campus and President Bill Powers it has been reported that Mr. Wallace's colleague(s) have suggested that he resign his U-T Regent position from which he so far steadfastly has declined to resign (at least to those who so far have approached him) despite widespread allegations by Power supporters and other critics that Hall's actions have been manifestly inappropriate for a U-T Regent who one might expect to promote rather than detract from the public perception of their university (the role of Regent being one however which Hall previously has described in defending his alleged actions as apparently requiring active investigations into U-T matters in what he perceives to be the absence of others available in the U-T system more appropriately tasked with such "investigative"-type activities).
       Regent Hall's activities to date publicly have been alleged to encompass a spectrum of improprieties including but not limited to those which have focused unwelcome and unproductive attention on the U-T system's apparent differences with what is after all its flagship university at Austin and what have been described as actions by Mr. Hall which are subject to investigation by the Travis County District Attorney's office including but not limited to "the release of confidential student information, bullying of campus officials and submitting onerous records requests" as described in the San Antonio New-Express all with the ultimate purpose of doing the bidding on his appointment as a U-T Regent of Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry of getting rid of Bill Powers for reasons which we to date have not been able to confirm.
       It would appear that the events leading up to the past week have in fact succeeded in accomplishing the objective of ridding UT-Austin of its popular President Bill Powers. At last week's hearing the UT officials reportedly aggressively attacked lawmakers by among other things distorting the reason for the lawmakers' seemingly reasonable request that officials refrain from making any "substantial personnel decision" because it would be inappropriate to do so pending resolution of current contentious issues.
        These have included those which had been surrounding Bill Powers tenure and Wallace Hall's actions in relation thereto as well as questions regarding the conduct of Hall in what he apparently has understood to be his "official" capacity. His conduct to date in what he claims to understand to be his appropriate role as regent has resulted in the overwhelming vote in the Texas legislature for his impeachment as well as an increasingly long period without consequence to date given which there have been calls that Hall meanwhile be subjected to some other form of censure or reprimand also pending any criminal investigation's outcome by the Travis County District Attorney. In any case the next Texas Legislature's committee meeting on its overwhelming approval of the drafting of Wallace Hall's articles of impeachment apparently has been set for 11 August 2014.
       Doubtless the greatest and perhaps best obscured irony by this not uncharacteristic Texas GOP state government fiasco is that in attacking the Texas House Select Committee in Transparency in State Agency Operations ("HSCTSAO" for those fond of acronyms but not having yet achieved the somewhat more refined elegance of Federal acronyms) is the actual outcome when one shovels away the filth that has been flung back and forth which they otherwise might "step in" but failing that has become so apparent one wonders whether they should laugh or cry. As Regents' Chairman Paul Foster lambasted the legislators for their "overreaching" in encroaching on the Regents territory he even went so far as to chastise the the legislative committee for attempting to do something so "offensive".  Apparently on that basis alone it therefore merited no more discussion or answering of questions before the panel by the regents because as it turned out they not only ignored the legislators, they outright defied them and took it upon themselves in the midst of all the controversy and pending investigations to simply do their own analysis reaching the compelling (not to mention convenient) legal conclusion that "[i]t's our view that the Legislature has no authority at all to direct us on personnel matters".
       Powerful stuff. This of course leaves open the question until their next scheduled opportunity to lambast the legislature if that personnel matter authority resides with everyone's favorite Governor who appointed them, with the regents (even when impeached), not to mention raises other fascinating questions such as whether they can employ children and women to work fifteen hours a day for ten cents an hour redeemable only at the Regent's "company store". Given all this drama it almost came as an afterthought that not as of last week there had been no "articles of impeachment" drafted pursuant to the "overwhelming vote" of the legislature as to Mr. Wallace. He once had been widely seen as "playing dirty" but now at least for the time being is a free man with a job which seems to include a lot of investigative work.
      And lo and behold UT-Austin President Bill Powers in fact now has decided of his own free will to make Governor Perry and henchman Wallace Hall's dream come true as it was announced that Powers had decided to resign effective 15 June 2015.  Powers apparently had been told to resign by UT System Chancellor Francisco Ciggaroa "or face a possible firing by the board of regents at its next meeting". Cigarroa nevertheless apparently adamantly denied that he had given Powers an "ultimatum". As for the great umbrage shown by top U-T system regents at the Texas legislature's attempts to interfere with its personnel decisions, Regents' Chairman Foster apparently did feel compelled despite all the strong words thrown at the legislators, including claims of overreaching and their causing "offense" purporting to direct the regents on "personnel matters" which directions were therefore ignored and the opposite actions taken, that it was only accurate that Mr. Foster did grant the panel that "only the legislature can forcibly remove a regent".
       In perhaps some final counterpoint of sanity as if to balance out all else that was said and went before, Representative Lyle Larson, R-San Antonio, did note that Powers resignation was "a travesty" . He further criticized the UT system's only known initiative other than ridding itself of President Bill Powers of its flagship UT-Austin campus, which was the regents pending investigation into admission practices to root out every outside influence over admissions which Larson simply described as "impossible and costly".

       Wednesday, 15 July 2015, AUSTIN, TEXAS - In yet another mind-numbing series of steadily mounting preposterous claims that even MAD Magazine would reject for publication on the grounds that they are too blatantly dumb to be believed even by five-year-olds Texas' very own GOP Women (And Their Children) Hater A.G. Greg "Payday" Abbott  has once again thrust into Texans' faces just how abysmally bad his judgment is now extending to a rapidly growing host of hollow gaffes as female-hater Abbott most recently actually tried to pawn off an insultingly pathetic dishonest excuse for having abused his State Office to single-handedly deprive all Texans of critical safety information on potential chemical hazards throughout the nation's second largest state which Abbot himself admitted would not even entitle Texans to find out if some neighbor say right next to a school were storing truckloads of ammonium nitrate in sheds packed up and ready to go.
       Although Republican Abbott may have been too busy soliciting "campaign donations" or who knows what that year such that he just missed the news altogether most Americans will never forget the monstrous devastation that one truckload's mixture of the fertilizer parked beside the federal building in the heart of Oklahoma City completely destroyed the entire huge building instantly killing several hundred federal employees who also happened to be mothers and fathers and daughters and sons and loved ones right in the heart of America in a massively devastating explosion that shook that entire major city and indeed was so massively destructive that its shockwaves were felt around the country and indeed the entire world.
       Yet even in 2014 GOP Woman Hater A.G. Greg "Payday" Abbott would have Texans unknowingly play neighbor not just to undeclared tons of extremely hazardous fertilizer when in the wrong hands but all manner of even far more hazardous chemicals haphazardly spread out among all his fellow citizens of the Lone Star state. Texans who could freely do so for the past thirty years now are not even allowed to learn as a matter of public safety from their State government where the chemical stockpiles are kept.
       After all the hysteria about components entering the country Texans now know from their aspiring Republican governor that as GOP Attorney General his office has ruled that they are no longer even "entitled" to know where there are known ingredients for potentially thousands of bombs that do not even need to be smuggled in because they are already here!  How could any person using their official state position as Attorney General in their right mind have already ruled that as of now Texans will be effectively prevented from finding out where these hazardous chemicals are stored. The answer is just what Texans may have come to expect from Republican governor candidate Abbott who this campaign season has already seen raking in campaign contributions that may well reach into the millions of dollars given with the clear expectation that the money is as with Perry no donation for better government for Texans but for officials making decisions with a direct profit impact on the those that "donate" the money to Abbott's campaign.
       Texans should make no mistake about it that this is not because the big money wishes to buy Texans a Governor for the good of Texas. All they want is to buy another Texas governor for themselves. Perry has gotten them so spoiled and keeping playing business as usual hitting up Texans from their out-of-state mansions getting rich gouging the underclass with payday, title and "short-term" loans that end up lasting a lifetime to struggle to pay off with "fees" that are nothing but usurious interest that would have gotten them their hands cut off in Biblical times and maybe their tongues too if they did not shut up.
       We have friends and family who have learrned the lifetime those "E-Z" and "short-term" loans" end up really lasting will be your own lifetime drained away faster the harder you try as they kill you off struggling to pay them back a thousand times over as you work day and night worse off than you ever were before until they either drive you into bankruptcy (and still keep trying even then to get more money with no shame even after the Court tells them to stay the hell away from you), or they just slowly kill you off plain and simple as you reach for the salt one day and drop dead with your face in your dinner plate the kids hollering at the table and a day later they will be on the phone and then at the door lying to your kin and trying to get them to say that they are owed all your life insurance proceeds. All anyone has to do is hang up the phone or shut the door. Do not ever make the mistake of ever agreeing to anything including not even that there is any known debt of any amount owed by anyone.
       ALL THE PRECEDING IS WHAT WE BELIEVE MAY BE OUR OPINION WHICH IF IT IS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE FROM MOMENT TO MOMENT AND IS WE SUSPECT THE END PHASE PRODUCT OF TOO MUCH "JUNK" AND FAST FOOD AS WELL AS MAYBE THE MERCURY PUT IN OUR FILLINGS AND VACCINES AS CHILDREN. THE NINTH AMENDMENT DOES NOT PURPORT TO NOR DOES IT OFFER NOR PROVIDE ANY LEGAL ADVICE WHATSOEVER ON ANY MATTER AT ALL. ANYONE SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE OF ANY TYPE ON ANY MATTER AT ALL MUST CONSULT WITH A LEGAL PROFESSIONAL DULY QUALIFIED AND LICENSED TO PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE.
       It is disconcerting that Abbott the Republican who would become Texas' Governor persists in compounding lies that are so pathetic there seems little doubt he will drive himself to madness were he just to listen momentarily to his own talking trash points. His office claims he had to rule that no Texans could know any longer after thirty years whether or not their very own neighbors were storing hazardous chemicals that might blow up the whole neighborhood and God knows what else because that decision was dictated by some supposed old Homeland Security law that we certainly are not aware of any other state have interpreted the same way since it makes no sense ever and doubtless creates much more of a public safety problem than it possibly could alleviate. How insulting and arrogant can a Republican public official be that he can claim straight to your face that the State has to put you into what for all you know (but of course now you cannot) is a danger a thousand times worse than the non-existent harm that has not been there for thirty years or that your neighbor that you have known forever is suddenly going to fall prey to foreign terrorists who are going to take or get them to use their hazardous chemicals to make a bomb?!
       GOP Woman Hater A.G. Greg "Payday" Abbott apparently thinks so little of the true people of the great state of Texas that he actually publicly told Texans that the way they could find hazardous chemicals on properties ALL OVER the state of Texas was to "drive around" looking for facilities. So a Dallas TV station actually took Abbott up on his idiotic idea and drove around going up to places and facilities and asking to see their chemical lists. As the TV station and the newspaper put it, Abbott's suggestion worked just about "as well as you would think".
       But Republican Abbott rather than just slink away at some point was still just too damn stubborn to give up so he persisted in proving himself even more of an idiot of by suggesting that Texans might look for locations of hazardous chemicals on the Texas Department of Insurance website apparently on the basis of some kind of wild guess without even checking or asking anyone himself in advance about this convenient resource that would we guess as he saw it at least kind of cure some of the many evolving problems of his campaign at least for the moment.
       When survivors still willing to waste their time listening to GOP moron Abbott went to check out his latest fabricated brainstorm they were told that this approach was "useless" for their purposes. Yet unbelievably apparently utterly and completely determined to absolutely make himself look like as much of an idiot as humanly possible moron Abbott the world's most pathetic magician then suggested that perhaps (presumably if he asked nicely and wore a tie) the Texas legislature would allow all Texans to go and try to bother local fire stations for the information "during regular business hours".
       Now that last one sounds so incredibly stupid and delusional that one can only imagine that request making firemen's and firewomen's (we guess they have those) jaws drop and proving decisively that Abbott was in no way qualified to be Governor of Texas until he at least tried a mild lobotomy and a few years bed rest. One thing seems clear and that is that Abbott really must need the job as it is hard to see how he could make any rational decisions whatsoever as Governor and therefore like Perry should have a whole group of handlers like Perry who if he goes too far off the mark presumably can just take him out and drag him home for a nap before he torpedoes his entire political career single-handedly. Kind of like Perry needing someone to tackle him off the stage the moment it became clear his brain ran entirely dry on glucose about five seconds into the last round of the Republican national debate. At this rate the Ninth Amendment believes that the only fair prediction the editorial board can make is that Abbott cannot win for Texas governor even if he were the only one running against himself.
       So why cannot GOP Texas Moron Woman-Hater Greg "Payday" Abbott just not tell the truth for once for goodness sake. He must have had to at least on a few occasions as a child. After Abbott's behavior so far and a decade of watching Perry get paid off it would not seem to be such a big surprise or anything if Abbott were to just directly openly charge for favors. It would seem to have so much more dignity. And clearly no one in Texas at least at this time aggressively prosecutes these guys for anything since they are the ones that by now have given every patronage job and anything else that belonged to Texas away that was not nailed down. It is one way of protecting oneself. One can just see all the feds sitting in their offices smiling to themselves and waiting to see how much rope these guys will take imagining the day that the suits must swarm Perry probably off-guard in his running shorts and relieve him of his fearsome dog-killing laser-sighted six shooter, or was it a fox, or a wolf, or no come to think of it we are sure Perry was sure it was a bear. And no doubt it threatened Perry's dog.
       Yeah, that's the ticket. In any case the true boring story here is just one more payoff for Abbott is what it took. Perry sold the State's air and water off long ago. The Gulf of Mexico they sold for what they could before leaving it as a pit of mixed Corexit and oil and floating chunks of poisonous hardened muck floating just beneath the surface fifty-two times more toxic just below where you cannot see it from the surface. But one sadly will not be seeing anymore shrimp and shallow water fish either for a long, long time, or maybe at all around here. Some say they will call it the Gulf of Corexit now, others the Gulf of Perry.
       In any case the long sordid story of Abbott here comes to a pathetic end for the moment. Little doubt he like Perry will return from disaster after disaster returning like one more zombie of the walking dead. He surely can say with conviction that he did nothing for anyone to make anybody safer. Any fool can see that. No, friends the sad truth is that in the wake of the deadly West explosion of hazardous chemicals in 2013 the Koch Brothers have paid off Abbott to the pathetic tune of just $75,000. Looks as if Texans are looking for a next governor who thinks modest, real modest, at least when he thinks at all.
       Then Texans may just have found their man. After all $75,000 to keep all information of hazardous chemicals from all the citizens of the second biggest state in the United States, and even make up a bonus lie that that is out of concern for safety because of some Homeland Security law, and another that the information is available on a web site where the commission that runs it says "not a chance", and then to even take it one step further and actually pretend like one was going to propose to the Texas legislature that it make local fire stations available during regular business hours to the public is beyond preposterous, Abbott is achieving a level of absurdity worthy of Eugene Ionesco. Firepersons curating public information records to members of the public in a place which is tailored absolutely to the extremely important local public safety functions of a community in matters of life and death, monitoring members of the public in such a work environment, which also happens to serve as the firespersons' actual home when they are on duty, but limit visiting hours of members of the public wandering about so that firepersons only are burdened with this minor inconvenience during "regular business hours". What the hell are "regular business hours" in a fire station!? Does Abbott take the people of the great state of Texas for imbeciles. We wish he would enter into a saloon in the 19th century and say such rubbish to locals as he told them how he wanted to run for sheriff. He would be shot dead and thrown in the street in about a minute.
       These ill-considered insultingly stupid matters aside the fact of possible catastrophic environmental accidents alone resulting in contaminated soil and groundwater cleanups being needed in places where authorities have at best a haphazard awareness of the presence of such threats alone might instantly catapult Abbott into the formerly otherwise unoccupied stratospherically deranged environmental hazard orbit of "Professor" Idiot Rick "Payback" Perry whose Texas office after nearly a decade of intentional environmental mismanagement and carte blanche to his out-of-state bankrolling cronies filthy industry "self-regulation" which the USEPA yanked within two weeks of seeing first-hand the mess he had created will leave the fine honest hardworking Texans who trusted him as a steward of the magnificent Lone Star State whose land they have loved with what now in 2014 boasts some of the very dirtiest air and water in the United States trailing behind Perry like the filth of the San Antonio River as he jets out of town to his adopted radioactive homeland of Japan to leave GOP moron Greg Abbott presiding over a wasteland of filth.
