       Saturday, 21 February 2015, LONDON - The New York Times today reports that the French-Dutch chip maker Gemalto yesterday announced that it was commencing an investigation into a report that (in what would have seemed a shocking impossibility a decade ago but today seems just yet another rank stinking truth about the once allegedly law-abiding N.S.A. and its Brit spook GCHQ partner in crime) hacked into the chip maker and stole the encryption codes used by the world's largest SIM card maker potentially enabling them to snoop on worldwide mobile phone communications. The information reportedly first appeared publicly on the website The Intercept with link in the New York Times article below based on information from documents from 2010 made public by former N.S.A. contractor Edward J. Snowden.
       The N.S.A. and GCHQ are in recent times emerging as two of the world's largest criminal organizations operating under cover of apparent government protection paid by readers' hard-earned tax dollars to spy on them having previously reportedly tapped into the private phones of friendly world leaders and now under investigation for stealing encryption codes enabling them to snoop in on billions of voice and data transmissions including with the use of stolen codes for so-called "smart chips" embedded in persons' passports and credit cards with proprietary information stolen from private companies like common thieves allowing them to bypass cumbersome legal requirements imposed by having to deal with government officials and/or telecommunications providers.
       Hardly surprisingly Gemalto announced it was launching its own investigation without seeking assistance of government law enforcement as it watched its shares plummet 7.5 per cent on Friday. Anne Jelema, chief of the World Wide Web Foundation, described as a "nonprofit that campaigns for Internet freedom", reportedly said '[t]hat this is another worrying sign that these agencies think they are above the law." The Ninth Amendment could hardly have thought of a weaker summation if it tried. At this point she might consider campaigning for a bit more than internet freedom if she cares to comment on criminal activities such as those alleged here of the N.S.A. and GCHQ.
       Reportedly a GCHQ spokesman said that he could not comment on criminal activities in which the GCHQ currently was participating. At the N.S.A. "no one was available for comment" as all staff presumably were busy illegally snooping on global communications, practicing their pledges to uphold the Constitution as they personally misunderstood it, or going home early to leave teenage contractors to intimately monitor global events for the weekend.
       UPDATE: Wednesday, 25 February 2015, PARIS - Gemalto the world's largest SIM card maker today announced the results of its preliminary investigation into reports first announced last week by the website The Intercept (link in both New York Times articles linked to below) that the N.S.A. and GCHQ may have hacked into the world's largest SIM card maker and stolen SIM card and "smart chip" encryption codes. Gemalto found that the two spy agencies most likely did hack into Gemalto's networks attempting to gain access to worldwide mobile phone communications for two years beginning in 2010 but would reportedly have met with limited success due to additional safeguards put in place by Gemalto by that time.
       The Ninth Amendment below now links to a second New York Times article dated today which provides significantly more detail on Gemalto's announcement. Of particular interest is that the announcement seems to intimate that as the spy agencies also most likely attempted attacks on its communications networks in 2010 that their hacking probably extended as far as sending out fake "Gemalto employee" emails to its customers which include the world's largest cellphone carriers which fake emails contained malware.
       In any case what limited SIM card encryption codes the N.S.A. and GCHQ probably stole reportedly would have been for more vulnerable less sophisticated 2G SIM cards which as luck would have it in 2010 were mainly only still used in a few "hot spots" of particular interest to the spy agencies including Afghanistan, Iran and Yemen.

       The U.S. State Department in its defense is reported to be against any reaffirmation of the Bush Administration's bogus "legal" analysis promoting torture. CREDO Action Plea To American People Resist Manipulation Into Another Unwinnable Mideast Conflict In "President Obama Just Bombed Syria" Calls For Signing Of Petition To Congress To Vote

       

       Thursday, 25 September 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - CREDO Action yesterday made this plea that the American people call the White House their Senators and Representatives and demand an immediate Congressional vote on the war President Obama has launched expanding from Iraq now into Syria arguing for a vote of "no war" and calling on the American People to sign the below petition.
       The reason CREDO Action submits justifying this plea is detailed below on the basic premise that that United States continued and escalating participation in hostilities in the region of diverse warring factions will not end them based on long historical experience in the region and almost certainly exacerbate them using the analogy of the CIA's disastrous failed attempts in Afghanistan which only eventually led to the CIA's creation of the fully armed Taliban.

President Obama just bombed Syria Tell Congress: "The American people deserve a vote on war in Syria and that vote should be no. Call an up-or-down vote on President Obama's new war in the Middle East and stop the rush to war." Add your name: Dear Martin, President Obama dramatically escalated his misguided war to "degrade and destroy" the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) by launching massive airstrikes in Syria this week. Outrageously, the president launched this major air offensive without first receiving constitutionally required approval from Congress. Congress must rein in President Obama's illegal war in Iraq and Syria. Silence is consent. Tell Congress: Call an up-or-down vote on President Obama's war in the Middle East, then vote 'no' and stop the rush to war. President Obama's publicly stated position is that he doesn't need authorization from Congress to go to war with ISIS. Instead, he has claimed that the outrageously broad 2001 Authorization for the Use of Military Force (AUMF) -- passed at the behest of George W. Bush just days after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 -- grants him sufficient authority to launch airstrikes in Iraq and Syria.1 This is a dramatic flip-flop for President Obama, who campaigned for president on a platform that included winding down George W. Bush's disastrous wars of choice overseas, and last year called for the repeal of the very same 2001 AUMF that he is now using to justify bombing positions in Iraq and Syria. Congress is widely expected to debate and vote on whether to give President Obama the authority to wage a sustained, multi-year war against ISIS during the December "lame duck" session, once the pressures of election season have subsided. This will come in the form of a new Authorization for the Use of Military Force. Senator Dick Durbin has already announced that the Senate will debate and vote on a new AUMF for Iraq and Syria after the 2014 midterm elections. The truth is that it's going to be a steep climb to convince Congress not to sign off on President Obama's war. But the expansion of airstrikes into Syria makes it all the more urgent that we put pressure on Congress right now not to rubberstamp another costly, open-ended war in the Middle East. Congress rejecting authorization is no guarantee that the president will halt his war in Iraq and Syria -- but it's the best shot we have. Tell Congress: Call an up-or-down vote on President Obama's war in the Middle East, then vote 'no' and stop the rush to war. The war against ISIS is a war of choice. There is no urgency driving an American response at this moment. Even according to the Department of Homeland Security, ISIS poses no immediate threat to the United States. There is no immediate crisis as there was in August when CREDO supported the emergency U.S. air strikes that blocked the genocidal ISIS and helped protect minorities by holding the Kurdish defense line in Northern Iraq.2 Since then, the situation in Iraq has stabilized, and Iraq has formed a new government, replacing the corrupt and divisive former Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki. The civil war in Syria is stuck in a bloody stalemate. The current media frenzy that has been ginned up largely by chickenhawks from the Bush administration and parroted by politicians from both parties is not an adequate justification for the United States to continue its intervention in either Iraq or Syria. The sad and simple truth is that, when it comes to the current brutal conflict, rooted in centuries of religious hostilities in Iraq and Syria, there is no solution that American leadership can offer. Given America's history of waging wars of aggression and covert operations in the region, American military intervention will only make a terrible situation even worse. A year ago progressives organized massive pressure on Congress to stop a war with Syria -- and we won. We can do it again, but it's going to take a truly massive outcry against the war. ISIS "Threat" To U.S. National Security Vastly Overblown Or Non-Existent Senior U.S. Counterterrorism And Intelligence Officials Assert Follows Month-Long Public Terror Fueled By Incessant CNN Other Media Repetitive Coverage Exploiting Same Isolated Events Such As Deeply Sick Beheading Of Two American Journalists

        Thursday, 11 September 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - Welcome to the new paradigm of "news" (acronym for North, East, West, South) courtesy most obviously of CNN where seemingly every item very effectively makes viewers feel compelled to be sure to return after (or hopefully sit entranced through) incessantly repetitive advertisers' brainwashing "breaks" for morbid fear that should viewers fail to be present for what the odds should have long ago taught them almost certainly just will be yet another exactly the same word-for-word image-for-image similarly "brainwashing" piece that previously has been aired (cabled or whatever) most likely several hundred times already in the past day other than perhaps with a slightly different introduction reflecting the winning personality of the host of the hour be it Wolf Blitzer, Anderson Cooper the man present at all places at all times, Don Lemon or whomever.
       After how many hundred airings does the same segment lose the status of "Breaking News" on CNN which with its ever-growing casual interpretation of the term now seems to blaze it across the bottom of the screen constantly for most anything along with the casual convenient repetition of the term "LIVE" even for items seen days before presumably based on the unlikely argument that CNN lacks the technical capability to remove the term "LIVE" from the piece even once it becomes untrue (immediately), and now in any case failing the above CNN it would seem has resorted to more or less denoting entire news shows as "Breaking News" or at the very least "Developing News" should CNN really not be able to come up with a straight face with anything else sounding more like the commercially invaluable imminent unfolding crisis of the moment.
       In any case as touched on in the below linked article in today's New York Times apart from the apparent commercial benefit to CNN of the above tactics unfortunately for example as in the case at hand of the repetitive flooding literally thousands of times of Americans' and the world's television screens with the same images of two deeply pathologically depraved ISIS beheadings of American journalists unfortunately this has the presumed effect of serving exactly the purpose of aspiring terrorists to panic viewers into absorbing these two incidents rather than isolated as into what then become in viewers' minds rather cumulatively into virtually thousands of separate acts greatly distorting the presumed reality of at least the present American situation including unfortunately vastly inflating any immediacy of any threat to hundreds of millions of Americans such that they mistakenly perceive this scant totally incomplete information as any kind of actual proof of a infinitely powerful ISIS of unlimited reach which senior American officials increasingly have come to conclude it is not.
       Admit it or not CNN thus becomes the necessary tool of the vast dissemination of the gratification of distortions of a propaganda machine which without CNN would be essentially non-existent. Having stated this the Ninth Amendment editorial board however emphasizes it is appropriate, necessary and essential to expose such atrocities most widely to the extent that it makes a nation and its people accurately informed, rightly on guard and justly enraged at the sheer unmitigated evil which has been perpetrated against its citizens although this should not extend to the counterproductive fostering of uncontrolled terror which ultimately interferes with people's ability to adopt the most rational and lethally effective strategies in response.
       Readers in no way should interpret this as a downplaying of the significance of known horrific acts of heinous murders of Americans be it of a couple or hundreds by ISIS and most especially all kidnapping, torture and/or murder of innocent human beings who moreover as journalists have with their families and loved ones made huge personal sacrifices and risked their lives every day exercising their rights of free speech and the press in the extreme so that all of us comfortably at home in safety may stay informed of vital developments the world over that inform our opinions and help properly guide our governments' policies every day. These journalists are heroes and be it the work of special forces or whomever those who commit these abominations must be hunted down like rabid dogs and should they make it out alive be tried as the war and/or genocidal human rights criminals mass murdering terrorists that they are.
       The proof of this effect on Americans is addressed more extensively for interested readers in the New York Times article linked to below which documents the huge shift in public opinion on the threat of ISIS in the past month not only among a vulnerable population of average Americans but extending to those in serious government leadership positions as well. Most notably Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel apparently has been caught up in the hysteria although President Obama has refrained from describing the ISIS threat to American domestic national security as "imminent".
       However on reading the article in its entirety readers may draw comfort or not depending on their assessment of the individuals involved from the fact that current and former top U.S. counterterrorism, intelligence and Homeland Security officials including those with vast Al Qaeda experience in no uncertain terms in most cases describe the present ISIS threat to U.S. national security as "non-existent" or virtually so. In fact the main concern of many now is to "tamp down" the media-manipulated "terror" of United States citizenry such that decision-makers may step back and give thoughtful and deep consideration to actions which as we long ago have learned could lead to all kinds of unintended consequences including some that are more dangerous in many complex ways ultimately to U.S. regional and national security interests than those the U.S. actually would achieve by "eradicating" ISIS. This could be expected experts say also to lay the groundwork (or rather trap) for another "yearslong" U.S. combat presence in the Middle East just at the time the U.S. finally had hoped to extricate itself from some of the remaining vestiges of the Cheney-Bush debacle which started in a matter of hours but has taken well over a decade to even come close to ending.
       Perhaps most telling an omen it has come to the attention of the Ninth Amendment's editorial board that Dick "Pigheart" Cheney whom sources frankly believed was dead (as in not just the walking kind either) has in past days made a very rare appearance before a closed-door group of House Republicans whom he urged not to walk away from the Middle East but encouraged increased involvement without specifically mentioning ISIS. Any advice comes from Dick "Pigheart" Cheney after his head spins and he emits green projectile vomit and in our humble opinion it is time to run, not walk, as far as possible from anything he recommends or anywhere he goes, especially in which he participates or offers the services of one of his latest renamed gang of mercenaries, felons and as yet unconvicted (or escaped) criminal killers and murderers from whose serious misdeeds he stands to profit whether by more atrocities and murders or just another tired scheme to rip off the United States Government from which he already has profited so handsomely. Luckily in this case the Republican group reportedly humored him with his meeting but at least publicly said they paid his words little heed indeed.

       Monday, 8 September 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The people of the United States not to mention the world at large due to global press attention given recent events in Ferguson, Missouri now are well aware of the ridiculously insane militarization of this Nation's local police departments through the thoughtless extreme reckless disregard for human life embodied by the Department of Defense (DOD) Section 1033 military equipment giveaway and two other programs that do nothing but replace community policing with warfare against the people bound to incite revolution against this gross State oppression and suppression of rights.
       The Ninth Amendment editorial board asks if readers were exposed to such imagery half a century ago of local "law enforcement" authorities outfitted to police their immediate communities with tanks, MRAPS, grenade launchers and tens of thousands of machine guns (many of these taxpayer-bought items in "new" condition) as if the local citizens were enemy combatants in what country they might have imagined they were living or more likely trapped.  We submit it most certainly would not have been recognizable as the United States of America neither as it was conceived nor created in any aspect at all.
       Should this insanity of police militarization continue this country soon will be recognizable as the USA in name alone. For all appearances it will be a State at war with its People.        Saturday, 30 August 2014, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - For readers who are retired or in any case just not tied to the United States with a physical or mental ball and chain the Ninth Amendment Editorial Board congratulates and thanks the New York Times for reminding us all that our lives remain ours alone to do with what we wish and do not belong to the military-industrial-pharmaceutical-"political consultant" corporate state relentlessly advertising unneeded garbage and unconstitutional wars which would have us all spending our lives locked up as hostages mind and body under constant threat of unlawful State surveillance on a layaway plan sofa in front of a layaway plan plasmavision receiving deceptively overpriced empty brainless programming endlessly watching CNN looping bogus horrorshows insuring our pure terror of the street right outside our door while we watch Anderson Cooper stroll around the world for lunch us left watching wide-eyed stuck deep in the grid drowning in an overwhelming excess of junk they would sell us until we are buried flailing under sheer mindless repetition which we do not want nor need but striving in our minds alone while doing absolutely nothing for the fake plastic lives we would never have buying remedies for ailments we do not even have but that can blind or kill us in an instant up until that final moment when the picture shatters from pixels to static squandering the remainder of our pathetic lives paying off debt to credit card bank and payday loan usurers for E-Z credit to pay off other E-Z credit or buy more useless junk long ago lost or forgotten rotting in a landfill and have us above all lusting for plastic cars which depreciate faster than the blink of an eye like dropping from a cliff to elevator music and for mortgages which we could not afford while constantly bombarded by the noise of hawkers and screamers and of course the biggest crooks of any in the world just Google "Bank of America" and "crime" to see who steals ten billion dollars in a heartbeat over and over and over again.
       Whoa now in the words of Hunter S. Thompson "Did we say that?. . . Well we must have meant it." For interested readers the link below is to a New York Times article in which one who is so inclined can read of over 360,000 Americans who receive their Social Security overseas, who in many cases have sold their houses and all their possessions in the United States, who spend less and live better than they ever did in the U.S., who owe nothing to anyone, who live on $150 a month, and have found ways all as detailed with links in the Times article to find transportation and places to stay for nothing or next-to-nothing as they have traveled from state-to-state and country-to-country so extensively it is beyond what they ever believed they could back when they were locked in the grid lives they thought were controlled by government and media inspired fear and terror relentlessly pounded into their brains with of course always the backdrop of invaluable advice of the U.S. State Department where not to travel (in 1963) which as we recall from our travels abroad on a few continents was infamous among travelers for its largely worthless notoriously outdated warnings of where to avoid and its uncanny ability completely to miss the spots where one most easily could be killed.

Facing 99 Years Indicted Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry Grins In Booking Mugshot As GQ Opportunity Then Returns To Perpetual Vacation An Excellent Example To All Defendants That The Criminal Justice System Is To Be Treated As A Joke

       Thursday, 28 August 2014, AUSTIN, TX - Following his indictment on two felony counts that could land him 99 years in prison unlike the previously reported New York Times editorial trying to appear non-partisan on the matter given the publicly known facts of Perry shutting down funding for the State's Public Integrity Unit (which just happened to cripple its investigation of Perry's pet "cancer" charity headed by Perry's crony and had been under criminal investigation by the Public Integrity Unit after another official there last year was indicted for irregularities concerning an $11 million grant for cancer research) conservative hypocrites instead have taken the opportunity to celebrate Texas Indicted Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry's "celebrity" mugshot as reason to completely brush off the charges handed down by a Texas grand jury instead attempting to divert attention to what a self-assured defendant Perry makes briefly scoffing at the felony charges in his no-doubt new taxpayer paid-for get-up of nice suit and of course new de riguer eyeglasses which suddenly appeared following his legendary 2012 Republican National Debate appearance in which after nearly a one-minute silent lapse he spoke just seconds before 911 was to be called for "brain dead still standing".
       If Perry were permitted to carry his fearsome laser-sighted coyote-killing six-shooter for his mugshot due to his demonstrated prowess at defending either himself and others or his dog depending on which one of his conflicting accounts one might choose to believe (and because he is Governor) it is not apparent in his bemused mugshot. Moreover the apparently deep significance of Indicted Governor Perry's strategic "whatever" attitude in his brief public response to his indictment also implicitly demonstrated contempt not only for the grand jury but the entire criminal justice system under which it serves dismissing basically as absurd its indictment handed down.
       In case anyone missed the claimed intended point it was reinforced as the apparent focus of countless pundits who in other circumstances might not endorse such a generous laissez-faire attitude on the part of criminal defendants looking at 99 years in prison regardless of whether they believed they had committed a crime or not. And in case anyone was especially slow on the pickup or had trouble reading the charges for comprehension once again the mysterious "Sabo" conservative "Los Angeles street artist" came to the rescue with his easily comprehended Mad Magazine-like portrayal of Indicted Perry's mugshot with the "looking good" debonair of a man without a care (or brain) in the world.
       Sabo re-surfaces here after his last well-publicized "Abortion Barbie" posters which depicted a woman with the face of Texas GOP Woman-Hater Greg "Payday" Abbott's opponent Wendy Davis in this year's Texas governor's race when she was in town with her abdomen scissored open and white and colored babies falling out of her to the ground and plastered on public fixtures like bus shelters just where persons such as young children could see them. "Sabo" in the case here of the Indicted Perry "Looking Good" picture had "no comment" on whether the Indicted Perry mugshot attempted enhancement from idiot to carefree idiot with eyeglasses had been commissioned.
       The Ninth Amendment does have the strong suspicion that given the timing of the appearance of Sabo's doings as described above that apart from his stated intention of . . . sorry Sabo no free advertising for you. . . he either is on the GOP's indirect payroll (by the taxpayers of Texas like everything else Indicted Perry does) or in any case Perry and Abbott get a quantity discount on this deal. Meanwhile when not commissioning gruesome true to his amply demonstrated woman-hating pathos GOP A.G. Greg "The General" Abbott can do "positive" TV spots where he is vouched for by his mother-in-law (only woman he could get) with reference to church-going as his more-or-less only interest although it is not specified if women are permitted at his church.
       Meanwhile Wendy Davis can be portrayed as a "negative campaigner" for her spot recounting GOP Abbott "The General"'s lonely judgment that an employer bore no legal responsibility for failing to warn that the door-to-door salesman it employed to enter people's homes was a registered sex offender even after the employee then raped and murdered a wife expecting to be shown a vacuum.
       Will the devil-may-care message by Indicted Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry helpfully communicated to criminal defendants throughout the state and nation carry over through his trial for a crime carrying a 99-year sentence with that "image of success" grin in the face of the judicial process with nary a care but when his next vacation will be?  Such generally is understood not to be the most advisable image to convey to a Court especially if one cannot cut off all its funding should it appear that things are headed in the wrong direction. Such circumstances may require a change in strategy in attempts to manipulate the court of public opinion which ultimately should not be the one holding the gavel.

President Obama Authorizes ISIS Airstrikes On Convoys Advancing On Irbil, Iraq Kurd Haven For U.S. Military And Consular Personnel, Confirms Humanitarian Airdrop For 40,000 Mountain Besieged Religious Refugees Okaying Airstrikes On ISIS To Break Siege, Pledges No New U.S. "Boots On Ground" But Airstrikes Continue As Needed To Protect U.S. Persons In Baghdad Or Throughout Iraq

       Thursday, 7 August 2014, McALLEN, TEXAS - Broadcast world news reports have been dominated in recent weeks by the outbreak of sustained violence on the Gaza Strip and tunnel and rocket attacks threatening Israel  with a shaky 72-hour cease-fire just ended, severely increased intensity of battle conflicts at eastern Ukraine's border with Russia where today another Ukrainian warplane reportedly was shot down by a Russian-made BUK missile such as allegedly shot down a Malaysian Airlines passenger jet and where the leader of Eastern Ukrainian separatist forces today announced his resignation, as well as what has been described as the worst Ebola outbreak in recorded world history with perhaps the first known Ebola cases ever possibly now incubating in the United States, while many newswatchers have been left wondering about developments in the dire Iraq situation across the northern section of which a wide swath of terror that has been cut by the terrorist group ISIS (also ISIL) reportedly so senselessly vicious and apparently genocidal as a matter of policy that even Al Qaeda has severed ties with the group believing that their actions elsewhere such as Syria have "given Islamic world jihad a bad name".
       After this seeming dearth of in-depth Iraq coverage President Obama today was shown meeting in the White House Situation Room with senior advisers on the Iraq ISIS crisis concluding this evening with President Obama's public briefing on the status of the most recent U.S. actions and announcement of the most recent U.S. positions on various strategic and tactical matters in Iraq as detailed in the headline above. The components of the President's U.S. Iraq comments basically at this time include threats of airstrikes as well as the provision of humanitarian aid. The U.S. also presumably is considering plans to consult with Congress including on supplying Kurds fighting on the ground against ISIS without new "U.S. boots on the ground".
       One "real concern" that has been repeated by several military and security officials is that firstly the rapid movement of ISIS terrorists into large areas of Iraq adds a dynamic to the Mideast scene which is bound only to increase the training capability and global potential of all terrorists roughly in an axis of different terrorist groups down to Yemen.  Secondly a number of officials and experts have repeated the further "real concern" of ISIS in particular responding to the U.S. use of force against it with retaliatory attacks which may conceivably include attacks on U.S. soil. Many have noted that there are as many as 1,000 persons holding European passports that could get them into the U.S. who are fighting with or have fought with ISIS in the past. Of those who do not hold passports some ISIS terrorists are rumored possibly to have planned to cross the U.S. border from the south in Mexico into the U.S. Homeland.

BREAKING: The Islamic State Terrorists Reportedly Acquire Weapons-Grade Nuclear Material Unknown Capability Or Condition

          Thursday, 10 July 2014, SAADA, YEMEN - Media organizations early this morning have released preliminary news reports that ISIS self-renamed The Islamic State may have acquired weapons-grade nuclear materials at unidentified locations in an unknown condition nor state of capability for use. Meanwhile in the notorious arms bazaar outside of this city a wide selection of major weaponry apparently remains for sale by arms dealers documented to include such weapons as RPG's with a variety of available warheads to any buyer with the funds to make purchases, as is reportedly the case at many locations outside of the United States for weapons such as RPGs. The availability of weapons at this notorious weapons bazaar at Saada extends to many other heavy weapons however even including in less public areas armaments such as shoulder-launched Stinger missiles for sale by one dealer for one million dollars (U.S.) which missiles are known to be capable of taking down airplanes such as commercial passenger airliners.
       The Ninth Amendment editorial board stresses that it has no confirmed information whatsoever as to the actual existence of any type of weapons-grade nuclear materials purchased and/or captured by what has been preliminarily reported to be The Islamic State "terrorists". Recent media reports have focused particularly on the proximity of the group's control of territory in the area of the airport northwest of Baghdad's outskirts as the airport reportedly provides the only escape route for many American critical government personnel presently remaining attached to the United States Embassy and presumably largely confined to the extremely heavily secured United States "Green Zone" in Baghdad.
       The growing presence of United States Marines to supplement existing Marine security, as well as military "advisers" to the Iraqi Army, followed by further combat troops to protect the advisers and help maintain/regain control of the airport, as well as unknown numbers of United States special forces units in and being dispatched to the area and region has been widely reported. The actual total numbers of all these United States forces is unknown and presumably classified especially given foreign combatants and/or "terrorists" in the region are widely reported to collect information from publicly available news reports.
       Reports have not focused on the possibility that even if The Islamic State does not overrun the apparently critical northwest Baghdad airport escape route of last resort for American government personnel what the status may be of the group's access to Stinger missiles which presumably may have fallen into its hands in the large areas of territory the group has overtaken and/or by purchase by the group with the well-publicized extremely ample funding of the Islamic State not only originally from certain (private) wealthy donors in countries such as Saudi Arabia but the very large amounts of funds stolen by the group by overtaking a major Iraqi government bank holding a significant percentage of the country's currency reserves. This is in addition to many large caches of weaponry including much supplied previously by the United States to the Iraqi Army but largely abandoned by fleeing Iraqi troops in their haste to escape the advancing forces of ISIL now renamed The Islamic State.
       This editorial board of the Ninth Amendment must stress that the above information on the extremely serious matter on any acquisition of nuclear materials is based solely on unconfirmed first incomplete reports and should not serve as the basis for any certainty on the part of readers of its accuracy to any degree, which is completely unknown. The lessons of the lies of the Bush Administration as to the presence previously in Iraq of "WMDs" under the control of Saddam Hussein widely now believed by a great  many Americans to have been a heinous bogus justification for the peremptory invasion of Iraq most likely motivated by former Vice President Dick "Pigheart" Cheney's insatiable monstrous greed for oil and cash for his many related commercial endeavors remain fresh in the minds of many Americans and Iraqis including those having suffered enormous personal grief and loss as a result of the pointless ensuing manufactured conflict.

Google Still Fails To Maintain Server Integrity, Technical Support And/Or Operating Statistics Of Google Blogger Sub-Domain Sites

       Monday, 16 June 2014, MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA - Despite now daily reports by the editorial board of the Ninth Amendment of detailed worsening "problems" (Google's term) sent by this Blogger publisher via Google's official route of providing real-time Blogger feedback Google has provided neither any explanation, other response, nor apparently done anything nor taken any steps effective to address any of the many worsening Google Blogger technical and support deficiencies even presumably with the assistance of its CIA partner available.
       Although the many irregularities brought to the attention of the Ninth Amendment by statistical reporting clearly completely inconsistent with historical performance of the site would appear to be directly temporally related to the appearance of referring URL and site webchat.freenode.com the originally apparently well-intentioned open source IRC since overtaken apparently by the sordid more recent history detailed in earlier posts here, because this has not been confirmed nor its purpose here identified, the Ninth Amendment will follow its normal procedure of keeping more posts current for longer periods of time so as to have any attempt to stifle its freedom of speech, reporting, publication or keeping information from its readers in fact any interference therefore will have the opposite result of keeping posts up longer to insure that as many readers as possible may access them whether they concern rampant Texas GOP corruption, national security blunders and hypocrisy, or whatever subject on which information has been posted here, should readers wish to do so including being encouraged as desired to further investigate such matters and draw readers' own conclusions from whatever material they may encounter and assess.
