Trump Is Russia's "Useful Fool" C.I.A. Former Director Charges As U.S. Spy Community Dreads Briefing Tweeting Trump On Nation's "Deepest Secrets"

       Friday, 11 November 2016, WASHINGTON, D,C. - UPDATED - While former CIA acting director Michael Morrell asserts that Russian former KGB/FSB Vladimir Putin "has cleverly recruited" President-elect Donald Trump as an "unwitting agent of the Russian Federation" it appears that Putin's actions and words vis-a-vis the "post-truth" Trump are more predictably opportunistic than "clever" better described as consistent with Putin's routine modus operandi of thinly veiled but tenuously deniable essentially obvious "covert" attempts to leverage Russia's increasingly limited resources by intruding on including by often brutal disruption of world affairs.
     Such attempts including with disinformation, propaganda and "fake news" regularly are sought to be obscured consistent with decades-known former Soviet practices with which previously KGB/FSB Putin is well indoctrinated as he deploys them going to any length to again make Russia appear to be a meaningful player including even so far as to committing atrocities on a global scale as deemed necessary in this pursuit. Meanwhile Putin in order to survive can only succeed personally by continuing to distract the Russian people with cheap propaganda from the unfolding domestic economic and social disaster he has overseen and ignores at home even as Putin himself has operated his faux "democracy" in actuality a kleptocracy by means of which Putin has stolen and enriched himself at the expense of the Russian people robbing them of former State industry assets in an amount reportedly estimated to be at least $252 billion. These may turn out to be a rather unmanageable amount of stolen funds to hide indefinitely from western intelligence agencies assessing "retaliatory measures" including repatriating the funds or at least exposing their existence to the Russian people from whom they have been stolen.
       Putin's "clever" bromance with Trump has been called out by many ranging from late-night television host comic monologues to an unusually stark unambiguous public calling out of Putin cyber-meddling hacks made by U.S. intelligence agencies. These include the Department of Homeland Security ("intelligence" notably no longer applying to self-righteous FBI Director James Comey (who Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev) calls a "Republican operative" who cost Hillary Clinton the presidential election) and his rogue FBI "Trumpland") and further including even the rare public definitive statement of Russian malfeasance by James R. Clapper Jr. Director of National Intelligence who oversees them all. Trump nevertheless ignored and in fact rejected the warning of the Nation's most knowledgeable intelligence officials. Trump relied instead on his "gut" completely uninformed by any meaningful knowledge of foreign affairs and blissfully unencumbered by any context one might assume informed the usual United States president gained from, e.g., reading something more than the "Breaking News" at the bottom of the FOX-TV screen.
       Trump certainly has not hidden his admiration and astoundingly naive belief that his "soul mate" Putin regardless of his growing portfolio of atrocities and  increasingly vast human rights abuses probably is a great guy with whom Trump and his staff of cronies actually may have more, perhaps a lot more, in common than the American people might even suspect. Russian diplomats already certainly have wasted no time even as early as yesterday trying to broadcast that information, misinformation and/or disinformation. Who knows or even really cares at this point given Trump's own profoundly troubling campaign statements including publicly encouraging Russia to spy on the United States in order for Trump to gain some perceived political advantage over his rival on the basis of stolen information. (Call to mind any past criminal Republican U.S. president?)
       Moreover former NSA (1999-2005) and CIA (2006-2009) director Michael V. Hayden goes so far as to identify Trump as what the Soviets called a "polezni durak" which means the "useful fool, some naif, manipulated by Moscow, secretly held in contempt, but whose blind support is happily accepted and exploited".  Hayden admits that that is a "pretty harsh term" but concludes that it is the "most benign interpretation of all this that I can come up with right now". President-elect Donald Trump reportedly this week has commenced briefings by United States intelligence analysts with a "read-through" of the President's Daily Brief providing Trump with the same "sensitive compartmentalized information" (SCI) being the United States most highly classified information of real-time top level intelligence and national security developments including operations and capabilities which are reported by U.S. intelligence analysts to President Barack Obama each day.

CIA Medical Torture "Legacy Of Damaged Minds" NY Times Documents CIA Guilt Mengelian Atrocity War Crimes And Crimes Against Humanity UPDATE

       Monday, 10 October 2016, NEW  YORK, NY - The editorial board of the Ninth Amendment provides interested readers with yet further gruesome evidence documented firsthand in the extensive New York Times articles linked to below of some of the resulting ghastly often apparently permanent psychological damage to victims directly caused by torture crimes against humanity largely committed by criminally insane CIA career psychopaths such as Alfreda Bikowsky perpetrating a covert sick depraved criminal enterprise initially under the auspices of those such as notably the notorious head of the CIA Counterterrorism Center, drone mass murderer and principal architect of the CIA kidnapping, detention and torture criminal conspiracy namely the still as yet unprosecuted Michael D'Andrea aka "the Undertaker" aka "the Wolf" aka "Mike" aka "Roger".
        The CIA clearly criminal program of glaring basic human rights abuses encompassed many deeply disturbed others at every level down to some remaining on site eventually lacking any meaningful oversight at all thus left to descend into the "heart of darkness" inspired to commit further self-devised criminal atrocities with no apparent consequences at Guantanamo and CIA global "black site" secret kidnap torture prisons ostensibly in and under the direction of the Bush/Cheney administration with the culpability including up to the highest DoD officials and further atrocities committed by the DIA all in violation of domestic and international laws, treaties and conventions. To date none of those involved have been prosecuted under the Obama administration nor in any other proceeding.
       All responsible, conspiring and/or connected to including as accessories may be brought to justice and prosecuted in various jurisdictions, countries and tribunals including without limitation the International Criminal Court for the remainder of their lives.

The op-ed piece relates that the CIA withheld information of CIA doctors participation in torture in direct contravention to their Hippocratic oath.
     The documentation finally was released pursuant to an ACLU lawsuit with an example document accessible in the body of the piece. It notes that no CIA physician ever objected to the torture practices their only contributions to be to make the torture worse. Because of the delay in this information becoming public CIA physicians up until its release have been spared the excoriation to which psychologists who participated in designing the worthless CIA torture program have been subjected. The CIA torture program caused untold human suffering and death while yielding absolutely no intelligence whatsoever of any use in fighting terrorism or preventing a single terrorist act but did succeed in making all involved including CIA psychologists and also CIA physicians the new evidence shows subject to prosecution for torture as well as war crimes and crimes against humanity for the remainder of their lives.

     Although President Clinton had finally signed it before leaving office the U.S. Senate did not ratify it. Later after 9/11 when the George W. Bush administration adopted the practice of among other things perpetrating torture in violation of U.S. domestic law and international treaties and conventions to which the U.S. is a signatory party the not-really-elected Bush-Cheney administration "actively sought to undermine the ICC".
It gave specious reasons but actually doubtless sought to destroy the ICC out of self-centered perhaps well-founded fears that its own administration members and co-conspirators up to and including, e.g., Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Bikowsky and others would be further subject to prosecution by the ICC for what they clearly knew to be their torture atrocities among other things comprising crimes against humanity.
     The U.S. Congress also tried to seal the deal by passing a bill barring any U.S. cooperation with the ICC even authorizing the use of force to "rescue" any American on trial before the ICC. The manifest acts of kidnapping, torture and murder as well as other blatantly unconstitutional unlawful atrocities of the United States condemned worldwide up through and including the Obama administration have marked a new era for a new millennium in U.S. history gravely damaging the United States moral authority globally as well as threatening the very foundational principles of its system of government .
     Those grossly thoughtless of long-term consequences blindly vengeful U.S. government knee jerk responses obviously have played right into the hands of terrorist groups seeking to discredit the United States as hypocritical and unworthy of any claims as a beacon of moral integrity in the eyes of other countries. All the while incrementally itself planting the seeds of destruction domestically as the State adopts and/or practices now merely on the pretense of contrived knowingly bogus legal authority if any at all steadily incremental encroachments on domestic liberties as claimed necessary to secure but ironically actually threatening to destroy the core values of the U.S. Constitution which alone has graced the United States with its continuous unparalleled in modern times strong and prosperous continuity of existence for nearly two and one half centuries.
     The fifth link below for interested readers with further links therein is to a letter published in the New York Times from the U.N. and European Union Director of the Global Justice Center supporting and urging demands that the United States join the International Criminal Court (ICC). ICC jurisdiction already extends to citizens of all countries including even the United States whether ICC member or not where those individuals are charged with committing genocide and other crimes against humanity in any ICC member countries such as, e.g., in those which have "hosted" CIA black sites operated by U.S. citizens.

     UPDATES: More recently two CIA secret prison torturees and the representative of a third torturee who was murdered by the CIA after lengthy torture by being short-chained to a wall and frozen to death at a CIA "black site" have succeeded as of late November 2016 in advancing a lawsuit filed in October 2015 in Washington Federal District Court in Spokane against the pair of notorious CIA contractor "Torture Psychologists" Drs. James Mitchell and Bruce Jessen together paid over $80 million by the CIA to design and evidence now released shows actually participated directly in the worthless unconstitutional and blatantly illegal under federal and international law and treaties CIA post-9/11 depraved torture atrocity program.
     The extensive illegal brutal CIA (as well as DIA and "freelancers") torture yielded no actionable intelligence of any value whatsoever as extensively documented in the 2014 Senate Torture Report which indisputably established the CIA pervasive worthless criminal barbaric use of illegal torture for years which further passed the threshold for findings of war crimes and/or crimes against humanity.
     It seems highly unlikely the not-really-elected "Vice-President" Dick "Criminal Notorious" Cheney who as validated by his own tax returns sought to and did wrongly vastly augment his personal wealth through control of and/or deep involvement in criminal conspiracies for profit abusing the power of his office all the while taking every possible opportunity his position afforded him to perpetrate for his own enrichment U.S. government international contract fraud and blatant rip-offs as well as atrocities for profit which have even eventually culminated in murder and other most serious criminal convictions and sentences for a few of his lawless associates while Cheney "served" (himself) under the Bush/Cheney administration but nevertheless somehow missed the opportunity to acquire his share of the inevitable spoils of this CIA torture program he after all championed as well "and would again". Given his reliably horrendous record which makes his disgraced party predecessor Spiro Agnew look like a rank amateur choirboy Cheney doubtless would see his own profit from the CIA torture program of unimaginable human suffering to be no less than one more instance of his entitlement which suggests that even if not yet found out it may well still prove to be so.
     None involved yet have been subjected to any prosecution shielded domestically to date illegally and immorally by President Obama and DOJ although various courts and tribunals still have jurisdiction over all involved from the very BushCheney top to bottom in the CIA torture program for years of heinous criminal actions which cry out for justice to be served under domestic and international law, conventions and treaties including by the International Criminal Court which is but one venue where they all will remain subject to international arrest and prosecution without limitation for the remainder of their lives.
     The instant case is significant particularly because it may serve as a precedent for civil justice to CIA torture victims as it has gone forward this far since filed despite objections to this federal court proceeding by DOJ which to date however has not derailed the case by having it summarily dismissed asserting the much abused made up by the Executive Branch actually non-existent under actual law so-called "state secrets" bogus privilege. It is one of several bogus privileges often wrongly claimed by the State merely with the rote essentially unchallengeable assertion of a proceeding being a threat to "national security". That often suspect claim itself in reality appearing nowhere as a privilege under statutory law but nevertheless used to force a legal proceeding to an immediate conclusion requiring no show of evidence or support at all.

For good measure apparently to win over even more skeptical readers Dr. Mitchell reportedly also asserts in his book that he actually got only a very little (unspecified amount) of the over $80 million of taxpayers' money the CIA paid to just him and his partner Dr. Jessen to design the less-than-worthless CIA torture program. Perhaps tellingly very early on before implementation it was called by the one apparently experienced CIA official in this area who then promptly left the agency "a train wreck waiting to happen".
     Putative "President-elect" Trump who reportedly does not read promised in his campaign to revive "waterboarding and worse" even when informed that it constituted torture and also repeatedly has proven consistently not to provide any useful nor actionable "intelligence" results nevertheless replied "[t]hey deserve it anyway" still may have difficulties should he attempt to revive it for reasons that interested readers can find by going to link seven below. Revoke Obama's Nobel 2009 Peace Prize For Blocking Prosecution Of Bush / Cheney Officials, CIA, DIA Torturers War Crimes And Crimes Against Humanity

     Sunday, 11 September 2016, WASHINGTON, D.C - The Ninth Amendment editorial board holds this truth to be self-evident that the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize wrongly awarded to undeserving United States President Barack Obama must be revoked as Obama has refused to surrender it at the Nobel Committee's request that he voluntarily return it for his absolute failure to prosecute a single one of the Bush/Cheney torturers detailed here in previous posts including without limitation former not-really-elected President Bush and Vice-President "Pigheart" Dick "Criminal Notorious" Cheney as well as all responsible including conspiring members of their administration and of the CIA, the DIA and all other responsible parties acting falsely and clearly repugnant to and in bad faith under the claimed authority of the United States Constitution in the commission of acts of torture war crimes and crimes against humanity as unequivocally documented without limitation in the Senate Torture Report  in clear violation of domestic and international laws and treaties and conventions for which they may be prosecuted at any time for the remainder of their lives.
     Moreover Barack Obama has actively protected and shielded the guilty parties obstructing justice having given personal assurances of non-prosecution to CIA former directors and others including as documented by Leon Panetta and preventing his appointed Attorneys General Eric Holder, Jr. and Loretta Lynch from bringing any prosecutions against a single one of the above torturers ordering the complicity of the United States Department of Justice in this profoundly damaging failure to enforce the law and prosecute these crimes thus severely diminishing the moral authority of the United States in the global community and forever undermining domestically and internationally the core values of and in clear contravention of the founding principles of the United States Constitution.
     Should Obama not remedy this unconscionable course of action obstructing prosecution of those known to have committed crimes against humanity and war crimes before the end of his term as President of the United States such also will be his legacy tainting his other acts during his tenure in office just as will be his commission of and untruthful denial of and his administration's attempts to cover up its responsibility for mass murder of innocents worldwide including U.S. citizens by drone strike kills.

Kelly proudly living out the reality of the most glamorous shining moments of their careers babysitting the right-deprived tortured "detainees" now most recently become "prisoners of war" except without the benefits nor noticeable recognition of new or any rights at all except perhaps thrown to the vagaries if convenient of U.S. military justice provided any outcome if it ever in fact occurred was predetermined to the extent that it might as well be scripted and that GTMO they one day will wrongly have been shown to believe to their own mistaken peril "was beyond the reach of all law" would never close they thus never facing justice nor paying for their crimes against humanity.

      The New York Times reports that its visits now are curtailed along with its other herded press colleagues limited to "outside the walls" as always has been the case never to speak with the distantly separated from them once-"detainees", no longer permitted now even to speak with the "lower level guards" who might just without guile actually tell the truth about Guantanamo to some visiting press group being the only outside persons with any "access" and thus tasked with the staggering moral responsibility to collect valid information as the eyes and ears of the entire world community, which press and therefore world community already since 2013 by order also of Commandant General Kelly no longer have been informed of the numbers nor condition of death hunger strikers among the now about 107 detainee/war prisoners kept at Guantanamo Bay by the American war criminals who themselves await their Judgment Day. Some have for 14 years been tortured by the C.I.A. and D.I.A. and held by the U.S. since 2001 without charge, trial, conviction, any release date nor even pending known just proceeding of any sort.

     Finally Guantanamo Concentration Camp commander General Kelly informally mentioned individually to reporters who at this point felt compelled to complain particularly on behalf of their junior colleagues not previously at the facility for purposes of comparison) that in addition to his above new fiats without any prior notice that to these reporters now visiting he further was decreeing the further ratcheting down totally contrary to Obama administration claimed public "transparency" (or did that quietly dissolve altogether when Obama took the new course in his presidency regarding withholding all information from the public of his drone murders) and of the most hypocritical significance since no longer informing reporters how many "detainees" were trying to starve themselves to death since 2013 that he General Kelly had decided there would be a stark reduction in media Guantanamo observation visits from request granted pretty much any time there was no conflict in visits of other visiting parties for the press from a Monday arrival to next Thursday departure now apparently shockingly curtailed what he Kelly decreed would be now only four single "media day" visits a year. 

     This allegedly not to hide a new phase of internationally illegal torture and other wrongdoing by Kelly and company "to let the whip come down" with the place to themselves but to reduce what the New York Times called the "operational strain" (presumably sarcastically except to the military) of more visitors of late from other countries "shopping" for prisoners in exchange for who knows what, "let's see, three predator drones, 500 hellfire missiles, three more of those "atomic" bombs now that those crazy North Koreans now claimed to have developed a hydrogen bomb, let's see how many hundred million dollars.... and we have to actually keep them on our soil how long?" All this a great lesson in the "new criminal, or military, or whatever, justice" kind of like the new math. . . .   

     Having issued the especially onerous prisoner visit order led the apparently easily offended delicate sensibilities of General Kelly (thus his stationing at Guantanamo Bay rather than say as a valet to serve higher brass at the Army Navy Club) compelled him to offer the press some explanation which was to intimate that such "operational strain" presumably led as it might well logically in the mind of a criminally insane unsupervised Concentration Camp commander to deep offense specifically in this case because of a journalist whom Guantanamo Concentration Camp Commandant General Kelly apparently was too well-mannered to identify as having been "extremely impolite" to a service member working in the detainee library undoubtedly having been a marine or some like person who went back to his/her bunk to cry just reliving the horrid affront from some national reporter over his/her "Miss Marine Manners" book after his/her shift ended subjected to such a lack of politeness as might be expected to cause PTSD. 

     Well that explained it is certainly reason enough for punishing not only all press but all kidnappee-torturee-detainee-"war prisoners"-etc. and effectively remove the sliver that remained of their nearly non-existent recognition as human beings such that they can now may just be seen even in the distance by reporters on their "media day" visits to examine the facility without entering it or talking to anyone except a few persons doubtless like Concentration Camp Commander Kelly who asked the reporters why the big deal as "nothing ever changed around the place" anyway.

     The Ninth Amendment wishes as Barack Obama's legacy clearly becomes more cemented in rebar as rife with atrocity more and more frequently unfortunately and most reluctantly chronicled here of late that President Obama be honored with the structures left still standing at Guantanamo all left remaining and clearly labelled along with a presidential library established where the showers once were with "alternative" law books with strategies as to doing things the "fast" rather than the "legal" way funded entirely by Miami ferry tourist trips to Guantanamo Bay when no longer populated by torturees, detainees, war criminals or whatever they finally may be called to maintain the site preserved by the National Park Service as the "Bush/Cheney Administration DOD DIA/CIA Guantanamo Concentration Camp - World's Most Effective Radical Islamist Terrorist Recruiting Billboard, 2001- ?". 

     Sort of maybe like the modern day Alcatraz Island national park with the Republican Congress mindful of future legacies of corrupt privileged GOP Ivy League "legacy as opposed to aptitude" children to support their folks in their early retirement as as they aspire to gut the Antiquities Act selling off National Monuments insuring no Democrat pulls a fast one and slips in any more stealth national parks like that sneaky enemy of all good nature exploiting Republicans President Theodore Roosevelt (well actually he was the Republican Roosevelt). 

     Anyway celebrating our newly rediscovered joint venture what could be more ecologically Republican American than keeping the land from Guantanamo for the new improved U.S. National (or rather International) Park Drilling Service (IPDS) in a foreign country that has been identified as a known source of hugely profitable supplies of fossil fuels. Not unlike the "Pigheart" Dick "Criminal Notorious" Cheney Iraq Invasion Memorial International National U.S. Drilling Park which unfortunately seems to have supplied much more oil to ISIS than ever to Iraq or the U.S. after Bush/Cheney pre-emptively struck, despite the most corrupt expensive failed efforts of history's most corrupt profiteering "Vice-President" Cheney's Halliburton with his psychotic murderous "no-bid" criminal Blackwater contract security winning combination that made GOP criminal Nixon VP Spiro Agnew look like a rank amateur of mere minor uninspired corruption.

      That is unless the CIA, DIA or one of the rapidly growing number of other U.S. national security agencies should need Guantanamo Bay again for a torture and imprisonment facility in which case it shall be returned to its original CIA Torture Facility condition when the first "detainees" were kidnapped by the CIA and dropped there by helicopter at night, that is with the removal of all seating, plumbing, fixtures, fire alarms, screens and so on although the CIA may maintain a Gift Shop there should it choose selling latest generation armaments to "friendly" soon to be guerrilla movements for otherwise specifically forbidden "operations" when unavailable for example at a double stall the "regulated stuff" kept behind the curtain at the Yemen City weapons bazaar and children's playground. 

       Let's not let self-proclaimed Constitutional Law Professor Obama off too easy aside from his as yet untallied drone mass murders of innocents make no mistake Obama by 2011 had more than doubled the prisoner population at Bagram treated much worse than anyone ever was at Guantanamo from its highest number ever achieved by not-really-elected "President" George "little shrub" Bush with Obama officials suggesting that these persons in never-never land be "processed" as had been dreamed up by "Pigheart" Dick "Criminal Notorious" Cheney in a plan rumored to have been scratched on a cocktail napkin which already had been rejected by even the Bush administration as too ludicrously obviously a horrorshow even for them to pull off. Cheney most recently hawking his book of lies with his daughter re-writing history with his brainwashed daughter claiming the Bush/Cheney administration left a stable Iraq and blaming ISIS on President Obama. Quite possibly they decided while they were putting in the pig's heart to include the brain as well.

Bush (aside from the unjustified invasion of Iraq) with disastrous U.S. policies such as Rumsfeld's sick mistreatment of former "enemy combatants" who did not fight back against the U.S. but nevertheless were (including members of the professional Iraqi army) needlessly crammed into facilities such as the Abu Ghraib Prison where they were tortured and abused many later to become core leaders of ISIS with Rumsfeld, his longtime co-conspirator in advancing one another's less-than-illustrious careers "Pigheart" Dick "Criminal Notorious" Cheney, of course not-really-elected "President" George "little shrub" Bush and more than anyone else Undersecretary of Defense Douglas Feith being the principal ones the world largely has to thank as being the true "Godfathers" of ISIS without whom it never would have existed. Douglas Feith is also the single most guilty party as yet unrepentent and unprosecuted for the lies regarding the existence of WMD in Iraq despite the CIA's dismissal of this "intelligence" as false so Feith not only was most responsible for the unjustified U.S. attack on Iraq but the disaster which later unfolded consistent with his lunatic orders for the "administration" of the conquered Iraq being to dismiss the Iraqi army and thus give birth to ISIS.

Controversies[edit ]

Alleged torture with drugs, gay porn and loud music[edit]

In 2003, the Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld's "Working Group" on interrogations requested that the DIA come up with prisoner interrogation techniques for the group's consideration. According to the 2008 US Senate Armed Services Committee report on the treatment of detainees in U.S. custody, the DIA began drawing up the list of techniques with the help of its civilian employee, a former Guantanamo Interrogation Control Element (ICE) Chief David Becker. Becker claimed that the Working Group members were particularly interested in aggressive methods and that he "was encouraged to talk about techniques that inflict pain."^[40]

It is unknown to what extent the agency's recommendations were used or for how long, but according to the same Senate report, the list drawn up by DIA included the use "drugs such as sodium pentothal and demerol", humiliating treatment using female interrogators and sleep deprivation. Becker claimed that he recommended the use of drugs due to rumors that another intelligence agency, name of which was redacted in the Senate report, had successfully used them in the past.^[41] According to the analysis of the Office of Defense Inspector General, the DIA's cited justification for the use of drugs was to "[relax] detainee to cooperative state" and that mind-altering substances were not used.^[42]

Some of the more lurid revelations of DIA's alleged harsh interrogations came from FBI officers, who conducted their own screenings of detainees inGuantanamo along with other agencies. According to one account, the interrogators of what was then DIA's Defense Humint Service (referenced in FBI correspondence as DHS^[43]), forced subjects to watch gay porn, draped them with the Israeli Flag and interrogated them in rooms lit by strobe lights for 16–18 hours, all the while telling prisoners that they were from FBI.^[44]

The real FBI operative was concerned that DIA's harsh methods and impersonation of FBI agents would complicate the Bureau's ability to do its job properly, saying "The next time a real Agent tries to talk to that guy, you can imagine the result."^[44] A subsequent military inquiry countered FBI's allegations by saying that the prisoner treatment was degrading but not inhuman, without addressing the allegation of DIA staff regularly impersonating FBI officers—usually a felony offense.^[45]

Similar activities are thought to have transpired at the hands of DIA operatives in Bagram, where as recently as 2010 the organization ran the so-called "Black Jail". According to a report published by The Atlantic, the jail was manned by DIA's DCHC staff, who were accused of beating and sexually humiliating high-value targets held at the site.^[46] The detention center outlived the black sites ran by the Central Intelligence Agency, with the DIA allegedly continuing to use "restricted" interrogation methods in the facility under a secret authorization. It is unclear what happened to the secret facility after the 2013 transfer of the base to Afghan authorities following several postponements.^[47]

It is of note that DIA's harsh interrogation methods at times paled in comparison to those of certain military elements. In 2004, interrogations by special units of the U.S. military services were reportedly so heavy-handed and physical with the detainees that two DIA officials complained, as a result of which they were threatened and put under surveillance by abusive military interrogators. The two DIA officials managed to share their accounts of abuse with the agency leadership, prompting DIA Director Lowell Jacoby to write a memo on this topic to the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence.^[48]

Skinny Puppy controversy[edit]

In 2014, a Canadian electronic music group Skinny Puppy sent the Defense Intelligence Agency a symbolic bill of $666,000, after finding out that the Agency had used their music in Guantanamo during enhanced interrogation sessions.^[49] Their music was originally heard at GTMO by a guard, who happened to be a fan of Skinny Puppy and could not understand how his favorite music was being used in such a manner: "[Skinny Puppy's] songs are characterized by ... lyrics that call out corporate wrongdoing. The songs I heard at GTMO were heavily distorted, almost to the point of inaudibility. Even so, I would never have imagined that Skinny Puppy's music would, or could, be used for torture". The officer conducting interrogation sessions allegedly stated that the Canadian group's songs—which are "characterized by relentless drumbeats, panicked, convulsive riffs, synth samples"—were very effective for torture.

Pentagon "Backpack Nuke" Spy Chief Undersecretary Of Defense Michael G. Vickers USD-1 Despite Career Of Failures Highest Civilian Military Intelligence Official "Quietly Retires" Under Obama New Defense Secretary Ashton Carter

     Sunday, 28 June 2015, WASHINGTON - Perhaps but doubtfully intentionally on the internationally recognized day on which Socialism is celebrated worldwide, on Thursday, 1 May 2015 United States Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence (USD-1) chief Michael G. Vickers "quietly retired" from a position that most Americans including New York Times reporters apparently unsurprisingly have no idea is the highest-ranking civilian military intelligence position which oversees the Pentagon's $80 billion largest portion of the United States "intelligence community's" (publicly known) annual spying budget and also manages the nation's largest number of about 180.000 "intelligence people".
     Considering the responsibility of Vickers' position for imposing a major financial burden on the most unfairly heavily burdened taxpaying effectively chronically poverty-stricken portion of the country due to the government's obscenely wastefully unnecessary so-called "defense" spending not to mention the untold numbers of killings Vickers had overseen and ordered worldwide in the American people's name Vickers' reported departure from the Pentagon received very little publicity there with a low-key goodbye and curiously little coverage in the press.
     The New York Times article linked to below reporting Vickers' future plans simply confined itself to relate the uninformative news that Vickers himself provided that he intended to "sleep" claiming often having been woken up during his Pentagon service as Vickers told it on his special apparent "Batman"-type phone (reminiscent of the 1960's telephone drama "Batman" special red phone) presumably to authorize drone strike kills as well as other murders and so on which now allegedly had had its line "cut" along amusingly quaintly as told accidentally with his lined phone and cable service laughably claimed to have "cut him off" from the world as if he relied on technology for Pentagon communications from roughly a century ago.
     The Pentagon apparently had not heard this anecdote as it told the Washington Post at the same time that Vickers future assignments had not been ascertained although with his common drone strike kill experience he may find himself in some future assignment with the seemingly reassigned to disappearance CIA's "the Wolf" aka "Roger" aka "Mike" both of whom regardless of the atrocities for which they may have been responsible at least along with the CIA agent responsible for the "Argo" f*ck yourself mission have been portrayed in feature films although neither is known likewise to have received the "Intelligence" star.
     As to his curious career journey earning him such positions of enormous responsibility including for at least $80 billion of the taxpayers' money Vickers hardly distinguished himself in high school focusing his energy instead on lifting weights while maintaining a "gentleman's" (had he been attending Harvard which he did not) C+ average although a high school teacher oddly inexplicably did introduce him (according to the exceedingly sparse obviously slanted Wikipedia article also linked to below suspiciously seemingly poorly written by a friend) to the "realities of International Relations and the CIA's Secret War in Cambodia."
     The vision of the CIA's illegal activities killing foreigners in their homes overseas in undeclared war in a failed effort to achieve unobtainable objectives apparently resonated with Vickers and allegedly ignited a lifelong interest in Vickers in "International Relations" apparently as used in the loose sense by organizations such as the CIA as assassinating and killing people rather than as might be otherwise recognized in more established academic settings although Vickers would later use his contacts to get into these institutions for which he clearly was academically unfit in his "off years" to falsify a pedigree of "scholarship" much like a Bush might at Yale.
     Somehow being admitted to Pierce College where after being beat out for quarterback by Mark Harmon (later to become the star in the television drama "NCIS" and apparently enjoying a significantly more successful career at least by objective standards than Vickers) Vickers joined the Green Berets where he had the opportunity to prepare for his now "ideal occupation" of being in the C.I.A. Vickers reportedly scored 160 points on the Army's "Intelligence" test whatever that might be being the highest score possible and excelled at "Special Operations" training and hand-to-hand combat with many other similar extraordinary accomplishments apparently attributed to him in Wikipedia by an apparent admirer of equal academic ability given the misuse in this section of the Wikipedia piece of words more commonly confused by elementary school students such as the use of the word "through" for "throw".
     Sometime after this as a Green Beret during Cold War 1.0 Vickers reportedly either "volunteered to parachute" or depending on which version one prefers actually with a team infiltrated the borders of Warsaw Pact countries to place "backpack nukes" in those countries which as described in the Wikepedia article linked to below (there described under "suitcase nukes") were a later generation of portable nuclear weapons first developed by the C.I.A. and placed by Navy SEALS in North Vietnam in the early 1960's although never detonated. Although Vickers seemingly allegedly claimed his team actually "detonated" the weapons brought into Warsaw Pacts countries this seems an extremely unlikely claim as the portable nukes hidden in Warsaw Pact countries' populated or strategic areas might have been magnitudes more powerful than those dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki and presumably someone would have noticed the large thermonuclear explosions with WWIII ensuing.
     (Today many do believe that the United States and the Russian Federation may still have powerful portable nuclear devices hidden in one another's countries left over from Cold War 1.0 near population centers as confirmed by one Russian spy defected to the U.S. but never found in the Shenandoah Valley that can be triggered on command of considerably more concern again as the United States and the Russian Federation effectively now have entered Cold War 2.0 with the "Atomic Clock" nearly as close to zero as ever. The portable devices reportedly incidentally also have been developed by the Israelis should this help calm anyone's nerves about global security.)
     What is particularly curious about Vickers' ever-advancing career is that it appears that almost all subsequent major covert military operations in which he participated or commanded in an intelligence capacity eventually proved to be spectacular failures ending in disastrous unforeseen consequences to the United States such as the creation and/or empowerment through funding and weapons supplies in the CIA's wildly expensive "Operation Cyclone" establishing the Taliban and al-Qaeda as obviously major later threats which succeeded in inflicting great harm to the U.S.
     Vickers bad judgment apparently continued after a lengthy sabbatical from "service" to the U.S. which later came to include later colossal failures such as the policies Vickers enthusiastically supported against Iraq now seen as being largely directly responsible for the circumstances allowing for the creation of ISIS incidentally totally unforeseen by Vickers both in his major "think tank" paper with web address below for interested readers as well as his Johns Hopkins' PhD. 1,000 page thesis on the need for aggressive action against Iraq presumably available upon request from that institution.
     In other words not very intelligent "Intelligence" at all with a remarkable inability to foresee the horrible consequences of the mistakes in which he played a leading role regardless of Vickers' alleged "perfect 160" score on his Army "Intelligence" test but seemingly more consistent with his high school C+ average suggesting he might have been better qualified for a less responsible position than the Undersecretary for Defense (USD-1) for which position President Obama unbelievably appointed Vickers after he was brought back into the federal government first for consultation by not-really-elected Cheney lapdog "President" George "litttle shrub" Bush after an apparent self-imposed period of decades of exile following his failures.
     It was during this period of exile that Vickers somehow got his Masters from Wharton followed by what sounds to be his bogus PhD. from Johns Hopkins with the adviser Eliot A. Cohen who sounds as if he should have been a certified lunatic apparently obsessed with the fanatical belief that the U.S. should go to war with Iraq simply because "Iraq had tried to assassinate Bush's father". This view which apparently deeply influenced Vickers in the writing of his 1,000 page PhD. thesis as well as his later "think tank" paper available as noted to interested readers somehow through the web address provided below.
     Vickers apparently after being taken care of at the private think tank was taken back into the federal fold of idiots willing to buy into the the Bush-Cheney obsession with attacking Iraq. Also of course actual cerebral intelligence clearly was not a qualification required for any senior position in the not-really-elected Bush-Cheney administration thus catapulting he new "scholar" Vickers in 2007 to the major Pentagon position of Assistant Undersecretary for Defense serving as adviser to the Secretary of Defense in such matters as "counter-terrorism" and other "operational activities". As mentioned above President Obama unbelievably retained him upon becoming President seemingly inconceivably naming him Undersecretary of Defense (USD-1) replacing James A. Clapper who became the Director of National Intelligence with blanket oversight of all intelligence operations.
     Vickers finally cemented his ineptitude in 2013 when along with the Snowden disclosures of the N.S.A. which he oversaw he appeared before the Armed Services Committee jointly predicting with the head of the Defense Intelligence Agency "future risks" that completely missed the imminent explosive emergence of ISIS. Previous to this Vickers was implicated but ultimately exonerated apparently for leaking information to the producers of the movie "Zero Dark Thirty" over which the CIA essentially required script-review authority over in order to make sure it implied torture was "successful" in the ongoing efforts of Bush-Cheney Administration including top CIA officials to avoid prosecution for war crimes against humanity in return for assisting the producers with the film much as the police chief of Los Angeles had years earlier in requiring pre-review of scripts of the television drama "Dragnet" in exchange for assisting the producers of that show with the use of official Los Angeles Police Department personnel and equipment.      According to the Washington Post article linked to below for interested readers Vickers did state at a recent conference that there was not so much one over-riding security threat to the United States today but rather those caused collectively by Russia, Iran, North Korea, terrorism and cybersecurity risks. There apparently are those who might not agree as referenced in last Saturday night's airing of the HBO program VICE devoted to what has become known due to the growing threat of NATO conflict with Putin's Russian Federation as Cold War 2.0 which as noted is reflected in the least time remaining until nuclear annihilation on the infamous "Atomic Clock" since the time of the Cold War. In any case it looks as if Vickers may be batting close to .999 in wrong predictions perhaps making him a likely candidate for yet another top military security position in the disastrous case of "Latino"  Jeb Bush 2016 should he become the third Bush to seek to destroy the country whether by Presidential win or coup d'etat.

His credentials in Afghanistan sound ultimately like a failure and his PhD adviser an idiot for war in Iraq which Vickers later echoed in calling for smaller force as in Afghanistan to win in Iraq after it already clearly was a disastrous war started with lies.
