     Friday, 24 July 2015, AUSTIN - The Texas Third Court of Appeals today although dismissing a lesser charge left intact the more serious charge for abuse of power for which a Texas grand jury last August indicted corrupt Idiot Texas Criminal Ex-Governor Rick "Payback" Perry who now still faces a 99-year prison term if convicted. Although Perry's attorneys tried to play down the seriousness of the offense for which Perry of the infamous "smiling mugshot" still faces an effective life term in the hellish nation's top "sexual assault" prisoner on prisoner Texas rape prison system of Perry's own creation as a "politically motivated" minor charge (with a possible 99-year sentence) that characterization obviously is anything but accurate or truthful as might be expected of any hack representing (at Texas taxpayers' expense) the longtime corrupt Indicted Idiot Texas Criminal Ex-Governor Rick "Payback" Perry.
     While obviously not being concerned about his future possible life in prison the ever ambitious Perry handlers (who previously had Perry tell Texans he never would run for president until they apparently figured out they could likely steal vastly greater amounts from the U.S. government with the help of a Republican Congress) now have recycled the brain dead still standing presidential "hopeful" reportedly while out on bail boning him up now with new eyeglasses and his own personal "scholar" tutor in an apparent attempt to teach the former veterinary student which Texas A&M still refuses to acknowledge to at least briefly give the appearance of knowing how to speak and think and thus give the impression of having the false ability to communicate logically any content of value from his long dead brain perhaps even with an earpiece instructing him what to say while in "debate" most importantly remaining standing and avoiding minute-long lapses in speaking such that a call to 911 need not be required as nearly occurred in Perry's last presidential debate attempt as he apparently struggled to recall which federal agencies he had been instructed to "plan" on eliminating if elected curiously including those such as the Department of Energy which assembles the nation's nuclear weapons for the Department of Defense.
     In actuality the abuse of power charge Perry still faces left intact by the Texas Court of Appeals is the result of Perry's efforts to derail the rightful investigation of and subsequent Perry attempted cover up of blatant illegalities in his use of his so-called "Texas Enterprise Fund" (TEF) as Perry's personal slush payback fund paid for by Texas taxpayers for Perry to pay off cronies and fellow Perry criminal associates and supporters as well as reward criminal former Texas Attorney General now Governor "Woman Hater" Greg "Payoff" Abbott for refusing to perform his required oversight duties of the TEF to see that funds disbursed met legal application requirements and created Texas jobs which requirements in fact none of the funds doled out by Perry to cronies did nor did anyone involved even bother to attempt to show that they had benefited Texans from whom the funds were taken in taxes.
     Criminal GOP Texas mob AG Abbott completely neglected all his oversight duties consistent with his years-long successful effort collecting millions in dollars in bribes even from parties over whom his Texas AG office frequently was conducting "legal determinations" given Abbott in the form of "campaign contributions" even while not running in any seriously challenged campaign. The Perry TEF unlawful slush fund also perhaps most notably was used to funnel money indirectly to criminal former Texas AG Woman-Hater Greg "Payback" Abbott since he notoriously intentionally unlawfully conveniently "overlooked" his oversight duties of the his co-conspirator Perry's use of the TEF fund allowing Perry to illegally dole out millions of dollars with kickbacks then for example from Abbott's major "donor" TEF slushfund recipient longtime criminal Bank of America (see, e.g., B of A's criminal role in the Parmalat largest bankruptcy in world history setting up fake accounts and even branches eventually idiotically exposing the whole vast multi-national criminal enterprise "calling" a bogus loan part of its own vast criminal participation) which "contributed" funds back to pay off Abbott unlawfully for beneficial treatment as corrupt Texas AG to make "official" decisions in Bank of America's favor while accumulating funds for Abbott's eventual gubernatorial campaign as Idiot Texas Governor Rick "Payback" Perry handlers were bound one day to make the  decision to run him for their puppet president of the United States provided they could keep him still standing while brain dead perhaps playing up to Perry's hopes of then trying to "secede" the United States from itself as he repeatedly had "threatened" to do with Texas so that it presumably again might become Mexico's northernmost province.
     Abbott used years of such illegal bribes later to fund his campaign for governor of Texas allowing Abbott to enter the campaign to succeed presidential hopeful brain dead still standing Perry with a $30 million war chest before even officially beginning the campaign against Democrat opponent Wendy Davis with a catchy campaign theme song referring to women as "Hoes" while Davis received as much or more in legitimate campaign contributions than Abbot but could never make up for Abbott's illegal $30 million "head start" in bribes and payoffs from the usual small group of out-of-state suspects eager to continue exploiting the "business friendly" Texas for all they could wring out of the Lone Star state about which they could care less all of which funds eventually were used by Abbott to fund a television smear blitz against Wendy Davis as well as ads in which his conveniently Latin mother-in-law was the only one who would vouch for Abbott totally dominating negative television advertising in the final weeks of the Texas gubernatorial campaign insuring his place as the next corrupt GOP Texas Woman-Hating "Payoff" Governor also known for his peculiar hatred of the physically handicapped especially strange because of his own moral and ethical but also physical disabilities caused by an accident for which Abbott received an enormous insurance settlement which he then took steps to make sure no future accident victims in similar situations would "hit the jackpot" in Texas as Abbott himself had.

Meanwhile after a two-week trial in Corpus Christi, Texas the federal court's ruling by Judge Nelva Gonzales Ramos in a decision directly opposite to what that group of sneaky Republicans had sweated would keep their latest attempt to keep those states' overwhelming number of voters whose interests they do not represent out of the polls and keep their corrupt and criminal owned Republican stooges in their seeming permanent scandalous State crony positions demanding bribes from everyone they encounter while paying them back with taxpayer paybacks while demanding more taxes paid unfairly by the poor and making more cuts go to the few bare-bones rags rags being thrown in Texas by these career corrupt Republican old boys to the needy instead were shocked out of their silk sock, pajamas and underwear to hear the federal court ruling actually stating the truth that the state's voter ID law (just as these true enemies of the People incidentally planned) "creates an unconstitutional burden on the right to vote, has an impermissible discriminatory effect against Hispanics and African-Americans, and was imposed with an unconstitutional discriminatory purpose."

"Dark Money" Greg "Payday" Abbott who as last reported here enforces zero Texas anti-corruption laws relating to big dirty business, unregulated homeowner gouging insurance companies and his pet payday and title store and other major corrupt backroom  "donors" not to mention enforcing no law against his co-conspirator indicted Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry nor any other GOP dark money Perry and Abbot donors such as principal Abbott "dark money" leading corrupt criminal bank major Abbott donor Bank of America who Abbott blatantly illegally failed in his A.G legal. duty to recover from B of A illegally kept millions of the $222 million Texas taxpayer dollars that the now Abbot-connected Perry TEF Texas Taxpayer Enterprise Slushfund illegally "granted" to B of A while meeting none of the State requirements for receiving the money conveniently overlooked and records Abbott refused released then forgot he had "misplaced". Abbott and Perry "abuse of power" poster boys could be put in the dictionary to define corruption.
       Blindfolded overseer AG Abbot then in turn received back $1.4 million of Texas taxpayers' illegally gotten proceeds from leading worldwide criminal Bank of American every consumer's worst friend in thanks to Abbott for his well-practiced fine lack of oversight work and trusting his conveniently forever "turned eye" would continue with him as Governor by B of A giving Abbott back in return Texas taxpayer illegally obtained funds in the form of corrupt Abbot's favorite bribe alternative namely "campaign donating" in their ongoing game of playing "taxpayer musical money."
       After Thursday's federal court ruling that Texas voters need not spend their very limited free time running around in a monkey chase to make sure to have their Republican concocted voter IDs to keep the unconstitutionally "unwelcome" who happen to make up a majority of the state from voting while the rich just flash their million mile platinum credit cards and their Mercedes coupe registrations to vote the longtime career big-business tool corrupt "dark money" owned Abbot had his A.G. spokeswoman (no doubt seriously underpaid by Abbott who has zero to say why he pays his men staffers significantly more than women staffers doing the same work especially his mother-in-law whom no doubt he really shortchanges for the TV ads) say that Abbott suddenly would bring his office back to life in one of liar Abbott's biggest whoppers yet.
       Corrupt Woman-Hater AG "Dark Money" Greg "Payday" Abbott must be getting awfully fatigued of firing off so much bull he does not believe for a minute that the best so totally unconvincing line that it stood as slap in the face to all good Texans who instead admire a true honest man that Abbott probably unable to say it with a straight or unflinching face actually had to have his underpaid spokeswoman say for him namely that the his office would finally come back to life not to enforce Texas' anti-corruption safeguards or even collect more Abbott "campaign donation" bribes but to immediately appeal the federal court's ruling that the state's voter ID law was unconstitutional because Abbott perjured himself to the world and without any thought disrespected the Court which anyway was Latino by claiming the unconstitutional scrapped voter ID law was necessary to "avoid voter confusion in the upcoming election" which of course is exactly what all that the lying corrupt A.G Abbott actually is betting on for him and his desperate cronies to win. The Ninth Amendment would suppose that most voters are not confused as to who they are even without some GOP ginned up voter ID law making them run in circles to find out what their names are.
       It appears that once again the hard-earned much needed taxpayer dollars from good true hard working Texans will once again be wasted away by indicted Perry's now fully exposed conspirator corrupt Woman-Hater A.G. "Dark Money" Greg "Payday" Abbott in both crooks' true form by using Texas taxpayers' taxes directly against taxpayers' best interests. Someone may be confused but it sure is not Texas voters now not burdened with an ID requirement meant to discourage them from voting but rather it is longtime lying creep Abbott who seemingly ratchets up his pathetic lies even to himself with each flaming death spiraling day closer to the end of his and all good honest true hard-working Texans misery.

"Dark Money" Abbott's performance of his legal oversight duties including recovering taxpayer funds illegally disbursed from Perry's  taxpayer slushfund which as below can be seen plain as day that Perry did including to Abbott's own major "dark money" major donor Bank of America (long one of America's most criminally prosecuted banks by the United States and worldwide governments as made abundantly clear by its leading role in the Parmalat scandal the largest bankruptcy scandal in world history) as possibly the most corrupt major financial institution in the world from whom "campaign donations" (read bribes when Abbott never was in any seriously contested campaigns) flowed to recipient Abbott who never made Bank of America return as required of corrupt A.G. Abbott by law the $3.3 million in illegal Perry grants of Texas Taxpayers' money made to criminal Bank of America (which may have signed more consent decrees paying more fines to federal enforcement officials for more crimes than any other bank in United States history) for meeting none of the requirements of the TEF better now known as seen below as the Perry Taxpayer Enterprise "Slushfund". 

       The more that thoroughly longtime corrupt Abbott tries to distance himself from indicted Idiot Perry the more it looks like they will be sitting right beside one another at more than one defense table as woman-hater A.G. "dark money" Greg "payday" Abbott's ten-year corrupt plan finally almost came together in his $30 million dollar warchest of bribes which he mistakenly believes no one could figure he would now use not only to buy the Governorship through sleazy negative attack ads and dark money donor favors to those who bought him but actually to try to use the ill-gotten gains to threaten Wendy Davis out of the Texas Governor's race by calling her "broke" despite the fact that she still has about $6 million in totally legitimate campaign contributions and has received more in real true honest hardworking Texans' grassroots support since she announced her candidacy than corrupt Abbott has received in the same period including from all the "dark money" fugitive payday and title loan stores run out of other states, dirty businesses, hazardous chemical secret stockpilers, out-of-state Texas polluters, Texas homeowners' insurance essentially unregulated gougers, and now not surprisingly corrupt to the core Bank of America possibly one of the least consumer-friendly most criminally-inclined banks in the United States as amply documented in enforcement actions with huge payouts worldwide.  The dots are so close together as set out below that a one-year-old could connect them in a second.
