Federal And State Law Enforcement Authorities Alerted And Full Enforcement Action Requested Upon Discovery Of Ninth Amendment Pre-Election Site Hacking Identified And Traced By Google, Private Computer Security Companies And Ninth Amendment Security Personnel Apparently Intended To Divert Users From Site Generally By Use Of Changes To Incorrect Country And Language Search Codes And Intentional Coding Errors Introduced To Divert Readers From Site Posts Examining Illegal Acts Of Texas Republican Party And Elected Officials Including Those Currently Under Civil And Criminal Investigation And Prosecution For Official Misconduct And Illegal Activities

Monday, 10 November 2014, AUSTIN, TEXAS - This preliminary report to Ninth Amendment readers is to alert readers to the discovery of extensive hacking to certain programming codes and the misuse of webmaster tools that lawfully only are accessible to the publisher of the Ninth Amendment log and in certain cases authorized individuals and groups of computer technicians including programming and security specialists at Google, Inc.
As longer-time readers will be aware the Ninth Amendment was the target of similar such attacks including evidence of the misuse of extensive resources devoted to such efforts and extending also to other private accounts of Ninth Amendment editorial and other staff especially during the summer months last year in 2013 which illegal activities all became apparent starting within hours of Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry's announcement that he would not run for yet another term as Texas governor in the wake of his "brain-dead still standing" episode extending for nearly a full minute during the Republican national presidential candidates' debate prior to the re-election of Democratic President Barack Obama.
As with these previous site cyberattacks in which the results of investigations including the disclosure upon identification of certain servers including IP and physical addresses including state government facilities and unauthorized phone numbers used to gain control of Ninth Amendment accounts all of which were duly reported in posts on this site the Ninth Amendment again has requested and insured full cooperation with all law enforcement investigation and enforcement efforts.
The Ninth Amendment also is committed to the swift correction of any and all damage caused in this case in which in recent weeks at points the site has seen reported performance statistic fluctuations in readership of nearly 1000% in periods ranging from a few days to weeks and even one from nearly 700 daily pageviews following publication of Ninth Amendment commentary in the digital New York Times dropping in under ten days to about 50 now understandable with newly discovered targeted disruption especially of posts reporting on ongoing civil and criminal investigations of the Texas Republican party and certain elected and nominated officials now in the midst of both civil and criminal investigations and proceedings.
By all indications more space in Texas state prisons should be kept available for a growing number of Texas Republicans and their co-conspirators, accomplices and those with knowledge before and after the fact of criminal activity which cannot forever be avoided by their remaining in political office by whatever means nor remaining behind-the-scenes or even out-of-state. The Ninth Amendment does apart from the investigatory work of others document, report, research, including with the assistance of former federal prosecuting attorneys to whom we as always remain grateful, and request the pursuit of all enforcement and civil remedies available without limitation and reserving all rights.

Extreme Google Under-Reporting Of This Site's Pageviews With Severe Disturbance Of Google Reported Statistical Performance Preliminarily Traced To This Present Date Since Monday 13 October 2014 First-Time Site Visits By Ramnode LLC Of Guangzhou, China Of An Extradorinary 14:11 Miinutes Duration Accessing Eight Full Pages Of Ninth Amendment Posts Remarkably Mirrored Nearly Exactly By A First-Time Site Visit On The Same Date By VPS Nodes Of Cheyenne, Wyoming Of 14:09 Minutes Duration Accessing That Same Number Of Eight Full Pages Of Ninth Amendment Posts As China Visit

Saturday, 18 October 2014, MOUNTAIN VIEW, CALIFORNIA - The Ninth Amendment editorial board would like to share with all concerned readers the above information gleaned from analysis of Google Analytics information available to it namely that the Ninth Amendment Log has continued to suffer from continuous extreme under-reporting of this site's pageviews with accompanying severe disturbance also of obviously untimely and grossly inaccurate self-contradictory Google reporting rather than its contractually obligated promised to publishers accurate "up to the minute" performance statistics. Instead the Ninth Amendment of what site visit reports it is receiving clearly are a bunch of contrived pageviews of older posts such that one might randomly visit one every once in a while to provide some semblance of normalcy but really bespeak completely abnormal site activity based on seven years of experience.
The continuous extreme under-reporting of this site's pageviews despite nearly twenty-five (25) distressed reports to Google continues right to the present evidenced by daily pageview numbers of recent posts of an unprecedented 1 or 2 total pageviews for most all posts from Monday 13 October 2014 to the present with absolutely concrete evidence of manipulation, distortion, and/or interference of some sort especially in the wake of the most recent CREDO mobile post of a couple days ago which would be expected to a near certainty to generate somewhere at least between 100 to 200 pageviews for starters because of the very short fuse on the deadline of this amazing offer but incredibly has shown one (1) TOTAL pageview reported by Google up to the time of this post. The Ninth Amendment hopes it untrue but due to the lack of pageview reports is concerned that interested readers are not getting time sensitive information.
Information from Google Analytics specific to internet service providers for visitors to this site and their general locations gleaned by a team from the Ninth Amendment has discovered that despite a pair of obviously distorted Google performance reporting instances in recent weeks in which information was provided for nearly full days of practically no pageviews when suddenly Google would dump a report on the publisher of the Ninth Amendment of 100-200 pageviews in ONE MINUTE to this site which assuredly does not receive that kind of traffic (yet) that the now very severe problems with Google reporting coincide exactly with the date of a first-time site visit reported by Google Analytics as the "service provider" Ramnode LLC which Google Analytics identified as being located in Guangzhou, China and accessing eight full pages of Ninth Amendment posts in 14:09 minutes.
Absolutely remarkably there was another first-time visit for the EXACT same date of Monday 13 October 2014 reported by Google Analytics by the "service provider" VPS Nodes which Google Analytics identified as being located in Cheyenne, Wyoming incredibly also accessing the EXACT same number of eight full pages of Ninth Amedment posts in the nearly EXACT same time period of 14:11 versus 14:09 minutes. It would appear as if the internet cowboys were a hair slightly slower on the keys than the Chinese. The U.S. Government claims to have such difficulties with Chinese hackers which may be better alleged against say New Zealand of late yet enthusiastically are returned by the Chinese against the United States.
On the other hand very long practiced candidates for any such misdeeds would be contributors to the confusion, misinformation, and/or disinformation who could well be most any GOP or related entity say the Texas GOP perhaps hacking the Ninth Amendment site through a newly discovered by the Ninth Amendment referring site with the quite similar URL to the Ninth Amendment's principal known URL but with the handle waronnothing.blogspot.com/2. Although they probably are too stupid to accomplish it themselves they certainly have a pigsty full of criminal thugs who they obviously easily could and have historically paid handily to do their dirty work hopefully but not definitely more professionally even trying to pass it off as some other's dirty work not always successfully but better than some career GOP buffoon and also more willing "to do the time for which they must be paid" according to GOP great Dick Nixon.
Certainly a party such as the worst members of the Republican small dirty GOP mob that drools over itself willing to deprive legitimate voters of their right to vote on any obviously ludicrously insincere pretext whatsoever throughout Texas and various states of this country including Wisconsin, North Carolina and anywhere the GOP possibly might succeed with some GOP-packed partisan court revealing zero concern whatsoever about the very essence of this democracy or republic the GOP would exploit to the fullest as it spews baseless calculated lies relentlessly in the process as its major contribution to American government policy debate.
All this merely because these morally bankrupt two-bit thugs wish to lord over this great Nation at any price such that they would and will if they could destroy for profit and damn the children with very scant qualms indeed about a little or what the hell say a lot of internet work a couple hundred hours computer hacking or a few other crimes such as their great hero resigned Richard "Dick" Nixon ordering up a major burglary here and a bigger illegal cover-up obstruction of justice there lying all the way while seriously musing as to whether he should take up a a hit man "friend who said he owed Nixon one" on an offer of one bragged of (complimentary) "hit" of an opponent such as "another" Kennedy more or less for the hell of it or anyone at all he named to be killed as he sat in the Oval Office idiotically recording all of it believing all the while in his greatness vomiting out a torrent of obscene filth yes-manned incessantly by Kissinger as Nixon exposed his pathological contempt for every quarter of humanity including every ethnic and racial and lifestyle group from African-Americans to gays to Jews and everyone in between no doubt including himself and Kissinger as well not to mention for sure the hundred thousand protesters camped outside the windows and surrounding the White House in an endless picket line as well. Yes indeed their Grand Old Party hero.
In any case Google itself has responded to zero of the Ninth Amendment's approximately twenty-five (25) requests for its assistance in addressing the aforementioned problems and in fact two days ago made the Ninth Amendment's access to the sole Google provided non-responsive route to assistance much more difficult and time-consuming by requiring for the first time ever that the Ninth Amendment re-identify itself by "signing in" although the Ninth Amendment to send such messages must be at its site "dashboard" already having logged in as verified by Google two-step authentication before allowing the Ninth Amendment even to request assistance.
Google has offered no explanation whatsoever for any of these events since 13 October 2014 intended doubtless to distract (but in fact will have the opposite effect) nor has it alerted the Ninth Amendment to the stand-out activities of the two above-named entities neither of which the Ninth Amendment to its knowledge ever before has had any contact nor of any information whatsoever as to their or their principals' identities or motives as of yet pending further domestic and international investigation not to mention specifically at Google's Mountain View, California Headquarters and Google's co-operations center with the CIA in Virginia, as well as other places of interest in Richmond and other apparently related and unrelated locations.

Wednesday, 8 October 2014, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - This post briefly updates the below Ninth Amendment post dated Saturday, 4 October with more detailed information provided as to the above and related computer breaches and emphasizing the great concern of President Obama, the White House and Wall Street meriting the President's routine attention equivalent to that of national security matters including also some historical context of large-scale computer hacking of major financial and retail institutions as well as very serious difficulties in tracing their sources which have included past traces to current fugitives identified as long ago as 2011 and now believed to be in the Ukraine although not necessarily related to the months-long current cyberattacks which have continued for months without a determination of their purpose whether it be related to Putin's retaliation for economic sanctions, more straightforward common theft, or some other motivation nor determination of perpetrators as well as further tips for readers in addition to those included in the above-referenced post and link. For interested readers the link to the New York Times article digitally published within the past hour here now replaced with the 9:57 pm update detailing new information on the recent major breaches, more historical background, enforcement efforts and the extreme difficulty of bringing culprits to justice or the existence of adequate legislation for prosecution of them as well as tips for consumers to take protective measures appears directly below.

UPDATED IN WEDNESDAY, 8 OCTOBER 2014 POST LINK Precautions After Computer Hackers Of JPMorgan Chase Steal Personal Information Of 76 Million Two-Thirds Of U.S. Households 7 Million Businesses And Hack Nine More Financial Institutions

Saturday, 4 October 2014, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - A stupendously deep hackers' computer security penetration of huge proportions at JPMorgan Chase supposedly the most cyber-secure private financial institution in the country which breach even though detected months ago as early as July 2014 could reportedly not be stopped by bank computer security experts through all (detected) points of hackers' access until recent weeks should definitively put all thoughtful realistic readers on notice that the concept of reliable computer security for any consumer even in the most highly "secured" financial institution computer accounts available is nothing more than a myth.
If any United States financial institution had such reliable security it would be JPMorgan Chase identified as so important to the Nation's economy that a collapse at the bank could trigger a nationwide financial meltdown capable of collapsing the entire country's economy and posing a national security threat. And although this momentous news and harrowing wake-up call has now been made public the fact is that nine other major United States financial institutions which reportedly have suffered similar attacks as well have yet to be identified to the American public.
Many readers may already be aware that the hackers for reasons not known although they could have fully penetrated and stolen complete financial data of all 76 million household and 7 million business accounts instead are said to have chosen intentionally only to access and steal names, addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses of all accounts which together account for two-thirds of American households. And as referenced above authorities have yet publicly to identify the other ten major United States banks' computer security systems similarly breached.
The reason(s) for the theft of only this "personal" rather than "financial" information is the subject of speculation although experts admit in similar past breaches things have "not turned out to be what they seemed" as here where the breaches appear to have been orchestrated and accomplished from overseas reportedly specifically from Russian hackers believed to at least have some connections to the Putin administration perhaps retaliating for ever more strangling economic sanctions against Russia where Putin persists in maintaining perhaps the world's worst kept "secret" lie apparently believing he can without anyone noticing or being too intimidated to say anything probably shooting down and at civilian airliners and flooding first former KGB agents and now regular Russian troops and heavy military equipment across Ukraine's sovereign border to battle under the guise of what were at best just lightly armed "Ukrainian separatists" now in basically a full-on border war against the fully outfitted ranks of the Ukrainian army with complete disregard for the slaughter of the Ukrainian civilians allegedly eager to renew their ties to a Russia basically murdering them and giving them no choice but to live in the middle of an active battleground between two fully outfitted armies the leader of the former original separatists having months ago announced he was resigning his position.
On the other hand security experts are still recommending and reminding Americans of the usual precautions to take in the wake of what many just see as a further escalation of huge hacking attacks already perpetrated against some of the United States largest retailers and who knows what institutions the United States Government is not saying. The Ninth Amendment is aware that our own "national security" State is certainly not above reproach it having already definitively been shown that while the United States national security apparatus was noisily accusing countries such as China of large-scale hacking attacks our venerable child techies running ever further amok of the Constitution at for example the NSA spying on every American in (and out of sight of most of those of us without laser and more mundane eavesdropping and infrared and night vision and who knows what other kinds of satellites and drones and goggles) were themselves and their "national security" colleagues or other executive agency competitors as the case may be actually themselves were staging cyber-attacks against the Chinese and others picking up another one from the CIA's playbook of setting up all innocent Americans for yet more and more sophisticated damaging "blowback" the reasons for which ordinary citizens per usual have no idea while the "national security" outfits take cover and flee.
In any case rather than do an incomplete job and possibly omit valuable information the Ninth Amendment refers concerned readers directly to the limited ways set out in the New York Times article below that Americans may protect themselves from what now have to be accepted as nearly inevitable security breaches unless readers are ready to ditch it all and work strictly with a pen and paper therefore the Ninth Amendment suggests readers proceed directly to the New York Times link below for reminders of known as well as information on some new safeguards to take in the face of such threats to their financial security and security of identity.
One most important new piece of information to us is that with the personal information stolen hackers will be able to craft very convincing e-mails to try to coax birthdates, social security, credit card numbers and the like from consumers with such targeted phony hard to spot e-mails now known as "spear phishing" and as a result readers are advised by the Times no longer to use links directly in such possibly suspicious e-mails which should never be requesting any of the above information in any case but if they are believed to be authentic instead of using links the FBI always advises Americans to skip the link and either type the address oneself in the address bar or alternatively use a search engine to locate the address and place it in one's address bar. Overall however security experts agree that the best advice is that Americans demand of their lawmakers that sufficient workable enforceable laws are put into place providing sufficient incentive for third parties that collect such information to adequately secure it.
The Ninth Amendment reminds readers that it is NOT QUALIFIED IN ANYWAY TO ITSELF PROVIDE ITS OWN SECURITY ADVICE AND CONCERNED READERS ARE URGED TO REFER TO KNOWN RELIABLE SOURCES WHETHER WRITTEN OR DIRECT FROM TRUSTED CERTIFIED COMPUTER SECURITY PROFESSIONALS DEPENDING UPON THE DEGREE OF READERS' OWN PERSONAL AND BUSINESS SECURITY NEEDS WHICH ONLY THEY ARE IN A POSITION TO ASSESS ACCURATELY TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE DEGREE OF RISK AND VALUE OF INFORMATION TO BE PROTECTED TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE WORST CASE COST TO THEM SHOULD THE INFORMATION BE COMPROMISED AND/OR STOLEN.

Law Firm Names In Ninth Amendment Sunday, 25 May 2014 Post Apparently Hacked In Attempt To Obscure Six Law Firm Names Paying Apparent Bribes As "Campaign Donations" Of $200,000 To Corrupt AG "Payday" Greg "Dark Money" Abbott "Whose Final Interest He Is Ruling On" During 2012-2013 Campaign Cycle

Wednesday, 1 October 2014, AUSTIN, TX - The below post appeared in the Ninth Amendment dateline Sunday, 25 May 2014, AUSTIN, TX. A recent review of the past post which interested readers may themselves review with the search blog feature found in the right column of the Ninth Amendment or by simply moving backwards in date by using the past posts link that can be found at the bottom of each page of posts appearing in the Ninth Amendment may find that the names of the law firms identified in the original post apparently had been (poorly) attempted to be hacked in a seemingly not altogether successful conspiracy to obscure the identity of the firms or perhaps subsequently then "unhacked" in a further attempt at obstruction of justice and destruction of evidence by the original culprits since the posting of this article.
Yes Google security can be hacked depending on what priority Google wishes to put on blogging sites. And yes Google if it cared to could probably trace the hacking right back into the brains of the hackers if it cared to do so. Furthermore no matter how much Google may sue the federal government let us not forget that the CIA is invested through a front company in Google and moreover has a publicly acknowledged joint venture with Google so if CIA cared to it probably could send a d-track team right up through the toilets of the hackers and grab them by the . . . . When in doubt always remember to keep an eye on the sewers and the plumbing.
Rather than reiterate the circumstances leading up to the listing of the six rich law firm names at the bottom of that post which made apparent bribes in the form of "campaign donations" totaling $200,000 to Abbott "whose financial interest he is ruling on" in then current bond decisions as reported in the San Antonio Express-News article to which the post linked the editors of the Ninth Amendment have deemed it a better use of resources simply to re-publish here the original post seemingly sought to be obscured by hackers and leave any investigation as to possible issues of, e.g., "moral turpitude" to notification of the proper authorities.
The Ninth Amendment notes that the digitized version of the hard copy newspaper article to which the post links now ends after the first paragraph before the chart prepared by the San Antonio Express-News appears as originally published identifying these firms in the formerly hacked chart reproduced below. The digitized version of the newspaper linked to now only allows "subscribers" to read the rest of the digital article and see the below attempted to be hacked chart identifying the firms' names and amounts paid totaling $200,000 for the benefit of Abbott while he was actively reaching lucrative bond decisions benefiting the six law firms in his official capacity as Texas Attorney General during the same time period. Presumably any readers with subscriptions can therefore via the link below still access the chart as can hoarders of older hard copies of that newspaper.
More longtime Ninth Amendment readers may recall the last time the Ninth Amendment endured a more elaborate hacking attack attempt evidencing what appeared to be literally hundreds of hours of work including apparent often somewhat humorous attempts to emulate the Ninth Amendment's written style which admittedly is not easy since the Ninth Amendment is prone to strange constructions of sentences and thoughts and generally abhors the use of most forms of punctuation although in earlier years its editors rarely missed an episode of "Conjunction Junction" unless raised in a household without a television or country or ungoverned region of the world which did not get PBS.
The 2013 hacking then extended to the personal accounts of Ninth Amendment editors and staff including forged lengthy e-mails appearing to have been placed in personal accounts seemingly in final draft form appearing to be ready to be sent from Ninth Amendment editors and staff to a wide range of recipients basically informing persons and entities from many areas and periods of our lives of all manner of creatively dastardly deeds and damaging information with an apparent dogged determination to terminate or at least greatly complicate longstanding relationships personal and business for completely obscure reasons having seemingly suddenly felt compelled to share everything we had never done with anyone and everyone from former business partners to car insurance companies. There is little so gratifying as being given the gift of strong circumstantial evidence validating that a publication is on the right trail so much as to merit such elaborate attention from persons on an apparently limitless payroll assigned nothing else to do who therefore can be be assumed most likely to work for some government.
With the good fortune of having military trained computer security and even cryptography experts working with our IT department they were soon able to trace the illegal intrusions to specific IP addresses and physical locations and facilities and their operators despite attempts to obscure them which all seemed to fall within the rather broad federal statutory criminal definition of cybercrimes including unlawful use of the internet to cause damage to computer equipment and property not to mention more esoteric Constitutional violations of interference with fundamental rights including freedom of speech and the press.
This specific identifying information including specific geographical locations down to specific addresses of larger computer facilities and pertinent departments, operators, subjects as well as phone numbers involved in password verification breaches were duly traced and identified in full detail in past posts from the summer of 2013 which readers still interested or at least awake may find in the same manner set forth above. These elaborate attempts at hacking coincidentally or not surfaced within hours of Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry's announcement that he would not run for yet another term as Governor of Texas.
What follows is the original post described above as it now appears (with minor editorial corrections that do not appear in the earlier posting):
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sunday, 25 May 2014, AUSTIN, TX - Republicans' corrupt sexist candidate for Texas governor present sitting GOP Texas Attorney General Greg "Dark Money" aka "Payday" Abbott the woman "I own your body" hater today has been exposed as awash in nearly $1 million in bribes in the form of  "campaign donations" over the past decade by just six rich law firms "whose financial interest he is ruling on" according to Texans for Public Justice not to mention who knows how many other "Payday" loan usurers and so on including over one-fifth of $1 million in the present 2012-2013 campaign cycle. The six law firms include a nationally known Washington, D.C. based law firm nearly leading the group in donation amounts.
Republican Abbott reportedly is known to at least one of these firms as "the General". The General's campaign did not deny but dismissed the what effectively were bribes throughout his more than decade-long tenure in his present public office as inconsequential because they only involved such non-judgmental matters as "legal determinations" which characterization should no doubt be of interest to actual courts of law should Abbott ever happen to be prosecuted for anything. His campaign apparently is unaware that in such matters as criminal conflicts of interest the standard need not even be actual but only have the "appearance of impropriety" to be equally liable for punishment.
Presumably if the exposure of this information is of such casual lack of concern one can only imagine what misdeeds and/or criminal behavior of his might be of any concern to his campaign as he certainly demonstrates daily his bona fides for taking over the state's governorship from career Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry whose handlers presumably still again have aspirations between lapses in his brain dead condition for him to be President of the United States where he presumably would be in the best position to cause real concern to the world community by threatening to have the United States secede from itself among other idiotic pronouncements buttressing his already well-known complete lack of familiarity with the functions of the executive branch of the United States government such as the Department of Energy which it no doubt would surprise Perry does not just subsidize wacko windmills but actually assembles the nuclear components of weapons hopefully to help insure the nation's security including by separating that function from the Department of Defense.
With the question looming larger on whether Abbott the General can actually be elected from behind prison bars to be the next governor of Texas (which no doubt is no more than a rote "legal determination" requiring no judgment or discretion so he actually can readily himself spit forth the answer which would of course be "sure") so that he presumably could follow the Republican playbook of pardoning Perry from all pending state (but not federal) criminal charges at the time and continue to blaze the path of destruction to the Great Lone Star state and all true honest hardworking Texans championed by his GOP mentor Perry. Rather than wasting more space on the latest misdeeds of Texas' Republican criminal crop of candidates here interested readers are referred to the excellent investigative report today exposing Abbott the General's most egregious known activity to date via the link below.
Unfortunately the San Antonio Express-News digital edition has buried the fine work of reporters David Saleh Rauf and Peggy Fikac such that even on finding this link readers further are given only  the rather innocuous first paragraph of the lengthy report as the paper apparently prefers to highlight stories on how Republican Abbott the General's Democratic opponent Wendy Davis tried to restrict access to forty ounce beers in her hometown and another story attempting to distance Republican Abbott from the "disgusting" posters of the Wendy Davis "Abortion Barbie" reported on here in the previous post. The Ninth Amendment editorial board is confident that interested resourceful readers will succeed however in themselves accessing any other facts they may seek and draw their own conclusions.
In any case the six law firms with legal determinations before Republican Abbott the General therefore are identified and bribes "donated" to his campaigns are listed directly in the San Antonio Express-News table below.

BREAKING NEWS: New York Times Reveals Latest N.S.A. Remote Physical Intrusion Spying From Within Global Unwarys' Personal Computers

Friday, 16 February 2014, National Security Agency Headquarters housing allegedly (might want to check with Putin first) the most powerful super-computers in the world at Fort Meade, Maryland. It really is worth stopping by if one has a chance on the way to see the more Soviet-Style J. Edgar Hoover FBI Building in Washington, D.C., the Princeton, New Jersey Tokamak Fusion Reactor, and not to be missed the more picturesque George Herbert Walker Bush Center for National Intelligence and Petting Zoo ("CIA") in Langley, Virginia. Sadly Americans at this time cannot see the White House "Dick Cheney Memorial" Situation Room in the White House located in a former swamp in the Nation's Capitol while new Porcelian vending machines are installed.
The Ninth Amendment log welcomes back former and new readers even those who have spent since about the first week of July 2013 hacking, jamming, and playing their tired old dirty tricks interfering with our exercise of our First Amendment rights via our internet blog just because they cannot get any of their own e-mail or mugbook friends and only have corrupt countries to run themselves such as New Zealand gone bad.
Word is the latest illegal surveillance equipment naturally has connections to myriad GPS systems including the most obvious which were first commercially put on vehicles by GM supposedly optionally for safety but actually naturally can be activated by law unenforcement agencies to track vehicles in a further continuing affront to the last remaining vestiges of the United States Constitution.
Some of the latest illegal "hush-hush" surveillance equipment which directs lasers at vehicle windows to listen in on conversations inside them reportedly is not widely available but only to certain other so-called "enforcement agencies" their rogue counterparts such as in the reputedly burgeoning "mafia-style" Commonwealth of New Zealand maintaining a totally inapposite image to that duping most of the rest of the world's population into profound confusion while the Country is rapidly becoming the RICO model now firmly entrenching into international drug, gambling, and human trafficking operations under the tutelage of National Party President Peter "the Peddler" Goodfella, heir apparent to the NZ legends in their own minds "Goodfella" family, clients to creative accountants "not conforming to standard international, legal accounting or taxation principles but offering stationery for sale" under ancient family scion Douglas Goodfella.
Parties interested in availing themselves of the latest illegal surveillance equipment are encouraged to pay a visit to Auckland's Ellerslie Pharmacy and Spy Shop with reformed criminal and NZ police "political cybercrime consultant" William Perese aka . . . . And please do not forget to "buy a brick" for the "new" National Party foundation and mutual fund.

America's First African-American President Obama Finally Acts On Some Campaign Promises To People Who Elected Him. Can Obama Still Redeem Himself, Treatment Not Prison, Peace Not War, AMA Not DEA, Basketballs Not Bombs?

Saturday, 7 September 2013, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Ninth Amendment of late has surprised itself and expressed, we really are not sure why, some few harbored still surviving expectations that President Obama finally may have after all initiated at least some minor long ago we thought for sure forgotten promises desperately needed most by many of those who got him elected in 2008 and even again on faith in 2012 as their last ditch hope to save them, their children and their country on the very, very long road to salvation after the seemingly unsurmountable relentlessly calamitous series of national policy blunders and and ruinous global actions of the unelected Bush "the small shrub's" Administration as he tap-danced the United States off the ''cliff of history" in the greatest experiment ever known in governing the United States under a "Constitution" stripped in the dead of night of all its key provisions.
This accompanied by the apparent announcement of the resignation from politics by the man who had long been doing the same domestically to Texas, the Nation's second largest state. It just had to be too good to be true. Finally, even George "the little Shrub" of late seeming to have come around of sorts even favoring meaningful immigration reform (before mostly deaf Republican ears). Last but not least the final decimating blow from former Chairman of the Board (and Vice-President) Dick Cheney not even attending the inauguration of Bush' library and video arcade.
And amidst all this time for premature celebration the Ninth Amendment being denied in the absolutely ultimate blow the protection of one of its other very favorites, the First Amendment, as documented with absolute truth below and in the posts it has gotten out in the past couple months nonetheless. Worry not readers as we study how so-inclined readers may repay our modest work over these past years as we even now assess the real possibility of the formation of a Nonprofit Corporation, LLC or whatever mechanism most appropriate to fully support the best investigators, advocates and prosecutors of our Constitutional Rights against all who would deny us them leaving a trail which cannot be erased but only will be found by the best. So do stay tuned, all the facts you have heard before as summarized again below, will we promise be most compelling when pursued to their ultimate conclusion:

First let us take a brief surveillance video back at the corners of Market and Van Ness streets in San Francisco : Right across the street from the SFMTA, well known by San Francisco residents and visitors there, the three-wheeled motorcycle triad, streetsweeper tow truck whose ticket and tow fees are all that really keeps the City of San Francisco running (it's so hard!). Yes back there at Cal-Nitwits I.P. snooper as identified in an earlier post here. They really must hand out that new Nolo Presss copyright 2011 "Criminal Law" Handbook at p. 284. If those well-documented hackers of our Google log and other e-mails service(s) who have left such huge cybertrails they could be "cybersleuthed" by even a Boy Scout, say Texas Idiot Governor Rick Perry, they might learn that under the so aptly named "Patriot Act" that "breaking into and damaging any internet connected computer, is punishable by up to 20 years in prison" (emphasis added). Ow!

Thank goodness patient readers that is about all we have, or to say, right now, but we sure were beginning to wonder if President Obama was EVER going to come through or if these Great United States after the likes of the Bush Administration from Hell with its "little shrub" Bush in power who had been like a deer in the headlights ever since they gave him the skull and bones tap, and he refused to ever even pick a name for himself in that august institution situated on the grounds of the gloomiest gothic urban shambles of a college ever to grace the quaint hamlet of New Haven. "Luxury and Truthness" the Bush clan motto.
Now this Google-powered blog has taken on a mind of its own or maybe the fifteen national "security" agencies are downstairs unable to agree today with Texas Idiot Governor Rick Payback Perry's henchmen what to order from lunch from BaBa-Ramen where all the Beltway bandits practice eating their prison meals.
Anyway it was getting to look rather grim as President Barack Obama in his first term and a half in office has seemed largely inclined to do no less than break every promise he made to run the country differently than the tap-dancing little shrub Bush even adopting his predecessor's drug enforcement plan wholesale without even changing a single item line or even pretending to pay lipservice to his so-called emphasis on "treatment" after admitting to America solo on CNN that he Barack Obama used to use drugs because he was "selfish". Or did he say he used drugs because he slightly more accurately "caught dealing".
In any case we knew we could rest easy once the TSA was reined in and told to stop accepting trinkets for allowing pain pills and handguns go through "security". Well as we said it has been looking pretty grim for the Nation's first African-American President when FINALLY someone must have told him it probably would be a good idea to live up to at least a single campaign promise from ONE of his campaigns to the people who really got elected.
Low and behold United States Attorney General Eric Holder finally reportedly has sent a letter around to all the U.S. Attorneys in major cities of the states whose citizens have voted to decriminalize marijuana to STOP enforcing federal marijuana possession laws most especially not bringing prosecutions of of draconian minimum sentencing marijuana laws that have help increase the United States prison population to 800% of what it had been when that cynical crook Richard "Tricky Dick" Nixon declared the "war on drugs" after his other wars like the "Christmas bombing of the civilian population a neutral country for being next to one with which we were at undeclared war".
The Gulf of Tonkin resolution was the one that tricked Congress into what was (now there is one that found itself straight into North Korea's playbooks) to become one of the favorite Presidential ploys of modern times to get a reluctant Congress and Country to go to war by LYING to the American people and the Legislative Branch of their federal government. No doubt that one has become one of the very favorite provisions of the United States Constitution, the one that says the President can lie to the Congress and the "National Security Agencies" can lie to the President if and only if it is necessary to get the country into a waronnothing with bonus points if there happens to be a handy Republican vice-President crook who needs to make some money off a criminal (preferably construction) deal and then finish it off with a pardon for the coup de grace.
Well Google we must say Google the once-vaunted academic bastion of computer "truth search" function later to become "sponsored truth function" has sure made it hard just for a bunch of folks from the local town meeting to make their voices heard throughout America and around the world what with having to form so many identities and "users" that it just makes your head spin. Last we hear "Big M" was our Editor-In-Chief. Next thing we know some hack Max Money is writing our posts when he is not teaching blogs on how to "game the search results."
Well we must admit all these new terms do have a certain ring to them. President Obama with his fleet of CIA and other drones now stretching around the world and even down into the "Dark Continent" - no, not Detroit when the power plant runs out of coal! Used to be that was the CIA's trip. Now President Obama gets to make the call directly with the help of (no, not his hit men but rather the "lethal surveillance team") one bad guy, two wives, three playing children and a cow. Boom!
Our thanks to Max Money we do not know where you came from and we do not know where you are going. But thanks Google for sending him to our blog. Not to mention the California Department of Technical Services, DIT-mis, whose IP address can be found amongst other places like illegally taking "Administrator" functions of our blog with an its IP address at Market and Van Ness meet in San Francisco.
Right across the street from the SFMTA, you know San Francisco residents and visitors there, the ones whose ticket and tow fees are all that really keeps the City of San Francisco running (it's so hard!). They really must hand out that new Nolo Press copyright 2011 "Criminal Law" Handbook at p. 284. Noose Tightens On Federal-Prison Bound Cybercriminals In Resounding National Endorsement Of Free Speech And Global Thirst For Freedom Of Expression, Cheney To Trade Pigheart For Teenage Human Body Parts

Sunday, 18 August 2013, MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA - The Ninth Amendment this week celebrates a spate of birthdays amongst dear friends, close schoolmates, famous persons and B-B-Q lovers not the least of whom is former President Bill Clinton who shares a birthday with one particularly devoted figure who has contributed doggedly to the steady quality growth of readership in the Ninth Amendment for over half a decade now. It is only fitting this post is submitted out of the above dateline location that being the ostensible home of our main server location with of course mirror locations around the globe.
"Mirror servers" remind us of one particularly ugly investment in Akamai pushed on us by a former sellout friend who was a decent attorney and personal investor but became a very sorry lapboy pig of criminal "full-service" brokerage PaineWebber that sure did some full service on all the retirement money we ever made in public interest work. Later combining with confessed criminal Swiss bank United Bank of Switzerland in the "dynamic criminal duo" UBS PaineWebber those greedy morons actually discouraged investments in Akamai when a prescient non-insider engineer at Akamai who said "buy, buy, buy" with it selling at about three dollars a share pnksheet, because there was nothing in it for UBS PW. Later once criminal UBS PaineWebber underwrote the stock, however (was on the take) it encouraged purchases at $375 a share the day before Akamai plummeted "good-bye" about a third never to return from an excruciatingly long dive to bankruptcy. For most that was a GOOD investment with UBS PaineWebber one's one-place stop for capital losses.
Come to think of it we cannot wait to write some posts on that and some other criminal financial services "full-service" outfits and their ugly practices such as taking (legal, huh?) kickbacks for executing your orders on the many exchanges which actually make up a single exchange hunting for a trade like a pig snorting for a truffle on which IT not YOU makes the money, innocuously known as "flowback for order flow" as annually fully disclosed on index cards only legible when read in a mirror with 3-D glasses. Yes they sure do give a reader FULL SERVICE with the GARDEN HOSE.
The only one that must give us a bigger chuckle is BANK OF AMERICA which is simply put the biggest bunch of "legitimized" thieves in the world (just our humble uninformed opinion) who admittedly cannot even perform simple math without making exponential errors consistently in guess whose favor? Dear Readers, think we would mislead you?  Find out at your peril.
We cannot even dissuade our mothers from trusting their Canadian pennies (that is usually all that is left by the time BANK OF AMERIKA is done with their change purses and shaking out grandmother's mattresses) at that -- VERY loosely speaking "bank". Do our readers think B your A will come after us for such irresponsibly absolutely totally TRUE statements? Unlikely. We just have one thing to say to our readers who have their money or anything of value (Bank of Amerika shamelessly even steals senior citizens wallets right out of their purses while fingerprinting them --  a practice with which B your A management certainly should feel comfortable) at the money facilitator of that which happens to be the largest criminal or any other kind of bankruptcy in history. PARMALAT, Italian style - look it up and weep.
And five dollars to cash a check on one of its own bank account holders' instruments?  These people have neither shame nor brains, but their teeth sure are white (and sharp). Our regrets to the many clueless employees of B your A -- in this case we strongly recommend another job or sure even the unemployment line -- better that than working for these crooks unless of course one is in training to become one oneself.
Gosh, did we say that? Well we must have meant it. Perhaps these cybercriminals who have been chocking up the years -- see earlier posts for their phone numbers and other identifying information they were good enough to leave behind on their criminal hacking forays -- have gotten to us a bit interfering with our speech and threatening our children and those we love. Our thanks again to any and all Feds who have been on the good side throughout. And once convicted we look forward to sharing their sorry attempts in our fabricated e-mails at . . . the English language?
Please keep posted because should anyone slip through the cracks we fully expect a significant reward will be on the way for information directly leading to the arrest, convictions, and no less than two oh let us say five years federal prison time. First let us sit back and watch the rats jump from the ship, pointing their dirty nails at one another. Everyone loves a rat with dirty nails. . . .
Finally the Ninth Amendment is delighted to be back with a lot of really fine equipment on loan. And no kidding the "stats" we soon will compile and share with readers not already having done it (somehow) on their own do show the Ninth Amendment is now read by readers in more than half the countries on the planet including nearly the entire Northern Hemisphere with the exception of North Korea. One can only sell so man pairs of the Elvis (later years' look) sunglasses.
Soon we expect to be sharing the highlights of those stats -- even if they are supplied by Google with joint-venturer the Center for International Assassinations (CIA). If compiling our stats keeps the CIA from murdering people and leaving the American people to face the inevitable unexpected mystery killer "blowback" we are all for that.
In the meantime think about how much the average reader might wish to contribute to the reward (held in trust) and as with all not to be collectible by those doing their jobs anyway to help send these criminals away -- start dangling a handful of dimes (in the words of Jim Morrison) in front of their noses, and it sure will be interesting to see for how much the rats will sell each other down the river.  Not much we would guess as by all accounts the stupidity of the cybercrime is just how easily the trail leads both ways. Oh my blowback indeed.
And soon enough back to some of the pressing questions by necessity pushed aside. Has the DEA really committed YET ANOTHER colossal blunder sending America's sick and in pain and young to the morgue with bodies full of super-strong heroin in the latest in a long uninterrupted history of MAJOR POLICY BLUNDERS in the same sorry name of "public safety"? "Public safety" for the D.E.A. means taking away their guns and giving them water pistols and toy doctor bags somewhere they can stay out of trouble for a long, long time, as in until their D.E.A. mousepads (available in YOUR local dumpster) have rotted away and no one really remembers what the acronym stood for back to its proud (huh?) origins in Prohibition. Dumb Enough Already (DEA).
But could it be that President Obama former admitted drug dealer himself will actually live up to some of those nearly decade-old campaign promises and, along with Attorney General Eric Holder, let some of the EIGHT HUNDRED PER CENT increase in the federal prison population go into treatment and leave a little room for the truly violent? Those who we largely have the phony "war on drugs" to thank for anyway, and sorry folks by the way it did not start in the 1980's. It has been a cynical ploy since well before that that had nothing to do with drugs and everything to do with all the lies of Republican icon "Tricky Dick" Nixon ("the Christmas Day Bomber") and sidekick "Spiro Agnew" who supplied his failed condo complex as the still present-day EPA Headquarters above a Safeway, pardoned just in the nick of time as they were dusting his cell in the Republican Hall of Fame. Spiro "my man" the only Vice President who maybe even had one up on fellow "construction" investor on Dick "Pigheart" Cheney (we hear he is trading in Central American teenage body parts down on the Mexican-Belize border, may even get one himself a new heart when the kid stops screaming). And the Republicans are afraid of Hillary?

Criminal Activities Continue Directed At The Ninth Amendment Log And Its Staff

Saturday, 27 July 2013 - CENTRAL TIME ZONE AND OTHER LOCATIONS - Continuing criminal activities and threats right up to the very moment of this posting still interfere with and would seek to intimidate the expression of Free Speech under the First Amendment by the editorial staff and all associated with the posting of the Ninth Amendment log.
Our thanks to the members of the Department of Justice and other law enforcement agencies who have collected information available to us regarding recent criminal activities directed at this site and its staff, including oblique personal threats directed at our families and loved ones and evidencing a large amount of resources devoted to the effort. Our thanks also to the New York Times and especially to Mr. Paul Krugman We also express our thanks to the Department of Defense trained computer experts who have performed a preliminary analysis of the criminal cyberattack(s) directed at the site and now apparent jamming efforts directed at its preliminary transmission.
Others whom we thank wish to remain anonymous at this point as they continue their work.
We appreciate all the support and CONTINUING ATTENTION of our long-time readers and provide further information for those who may be in a position to use such information to bring to swift justice for all to see those engaging in all criminal activities related to this site and/or the individuals seeking to continue making it available to all or readers. Thanks too again to our friends at Yahoo! and Google for ensuring that all cybertrails are documented, preserved and pursued.
Specifically to those at Google, the error code appearing when we have gained access to our "dashboard" is bx-qgcdbk. The primary referring site has switched from that exposed in our earlier post to this: http://thetaoofbadass.pw.
The fact for the day in other news is that according to preliminary reports we have received from our Central European research bureau is that during WWII the contract for the "management" of Jewish and other prisoners of the Nazis in German concentrations camps which also included the tattooing of identifying numbers on the arms of each was awarded to and performed by International Business Machines (IBM) which would put it in a class with other still thriving companies with a legacy dating to Hitler's Nazi German regime including of course Volkswagen ("people's car") and chemical conglomerate I.G. Farben supplier of its trade name pesticide Zyklon B supplied to the Nazis where its was poured into the vents above faux showers in which millions of Jewish and other concentration camp victims were gassed to death.

The Sudden Disappearance Of http/t.co/1kXhhiBrBe

Friday, 19 July 2013, SAN FRANCISCO - The ubiquitous appearance in various statistical compilations and analyses of the referring site and URL http/t.co/1kXhhiBfBE has been lost neither on the editorial staff of the Ninth Amendment nor other official entities unmasking parties of interest in the convergence of recent diverse investigations of an apparent conspiracy to improperly monitor and collect information with illegal intent and means falling within the scope of elements appearing to comprise those both of relatively recently enacted cybercrimes and other laws which have existed so long as peoplekind have sadly operated from and acted upon bad motives.
Possible candidates for criminal activities as previously noted in our most recent posts have included a range of possible counts from those dating from the common law to others appearing in the statute books only in recent years with the advent of, i.e., identity theft and an ever-broadening array of others reflecting the seriousness with which our society has come to take the potential for compromise of its most personal information through the vagaries of the "information age" and the vast potential for abuse which it affords those who are so inclined to avail themselves of whatever means it affords them to leverage wrongful acts such that they are in a position to pose a threat and harm to a far broader range of victims than in times past.
In any case the Ninth Amendment Log does not as always accept remuneration of any type nor in any way coordinate or disclose in advance to those whom we might mention in a post a favorable comment which is based solely on our own opinion and experience with some product or service solely motivated by our own inclination to do so. Here in examining seeming oddities of results using familiar tools in our own amateur attempts to collect information on sites such as the one mentioned in the header and first sentence of this post we find ourselves having visited a site with which we have had frequent prior experience, www.webrankstats.com, but in this case finding it leading to sources intentionally stripped of identifying information.
Readers who are not yet familiar with sites of this type, meaning that which is the one directly above, may find it interesting to visit it or other like sites or those from which it compiles information, in order to collect more information on sites of interest to them, including their history, performance, progress amongst its peers on the web and so on. Meanwhile it has been our fascination along with sleep deprivation recently to have become acquainted with individuals for whom such sites are essentially no more than a toy or casual diversion, their depth of experience with the web being nothing less than astounding in the amount of information they are able to glean from it at locations and by means and speeds that defy belief.
As we have mentioned when one finds oneself at a point confronted with what from all appearances are resource-intensive efforts intended to intimidate, influence or silence including through the use of seemingly intentionally ill-concealed barely indirect communications of suggested surveillance and other invasive practices including those that would conspire and attempt to interfere with our own fundamental rights to express our views, opinions and fundamentally political satirical comment, a cornerstone of American political speech, up to including to the level of poorly cloaked threats, we are only too happy to call in the experts and grateful beyond expression for their immediate willingness to spend hours on the paths which to them it would appear might as well have been left with breadcrumbs or even confessions just waiting to be signed.
We intend to keep communicating to all we can and we cannot express our appreciation enough for our loyal and well-meaning readers who would keep themselves apprised of developments. Vulnerability is borne of silence alone in the dark whereas, as we have so often before repeated, the people United and apprised of developments in the sunshine of the truth can never be defeated.
