Drug Trafficking Success Assured By Community Goodwill Like The Sinaloa Federation Or By Being The Most Ruthless, Violent And Feared Of Cartels Like The Former Mexican Military Elite Los Zetas Offer Immediate Job Opportunities Per Rodrigo Canales Associate Professor At The Yale School Of Management

Rodrigo Canales: Don't underestimate Cartel organisational brilliance (or DEA idiocy and corruption in its fifty-year losing phony sham "war on drugs" for permanent employment)

Rodrigo Canales is an associate professor at the Yale School of Management.
"Our traditional framing is that drug dealers are crazy, ruthless criminals, but I realised they were playing a much more sophisticated sport.
"Because drugs are illegal and physical in nature, the only way you can reliably guarantee to your customers that you're going to deliver, is if you control the territory through which you transport them.
"The way you control competitors is through violence. To control the authorities you use what in Mexico is called 'the law of silver or lead'; meaning if you're the local authority, do you want to earn a lot of money? Or do you want me to kill you?
"And if you want stability in your territory, it's very useful to have local people on your side, or at least not openly against you. In many cases, the most sophisticated organisations establish good relationships with local communities. They help with other types of crime. They invest in the community, and have sophisticated communication strategies to provide a narrative for why they do what they do.
"Organisations which operate effectively have a well-defined structure, culture and set of values. They have YouTube channels. They use social media both to recruit people and communicate with each other.
"The Sinaloa Federation - which is often cited as the most powerful of the Mexican organisations - is quite disciplined about not engaging in other crime, which allows them to retain good relationships with locals. Their brand is professional multinational drug organisation.

Another Sham Success In The Phony "War On Drugs" Dramatically Pictured By "War On Drug" Actors Below:

Image captionLos Zetas leader Omar Trevino was arrested by the Mexican authorities in March

"At the other extreme we have Los Zetas. Born as an enforcement arm to the Gulf cartel, the first cohort used to be an elite corps within the military. They maintained the military structure and chain of command. As Los Zetas grew, they overtook the Gulf cartel.
"They've developed a brand of being the most ruthless, violent and feared of the cartels. Once they dominate a territory, they take over all criminal activities within that territory, including extortion and prostitution.
"If you think about the way drug policy has operated in the world and especially in Mexico, we have created an evolutionary environment where only the most ruthless, violent and sophisticated organisations can survive. The ones that are not as sophisticated just get weeded out, either because the government or a conkmpetitor overpowers them.
"If we don't take a structural and complete approach, then they're always going to be ahead of us - we're just never going to catch up."

Having read the above readers may be unsurprised to learn that such truthful assessments are vigorously and or self-servingly contradicted with lies by those enjoying  lifetime employment fighting the "war on drugs" see e.g.  BBC World US-Canada News link following:

"We're being very effective with the resources we have, but we could use more ships and more aircraft" (who couldn't), claims Coast Guard Rear Admiral Christopher Tomney who remarkably thinks anyone still believes the U.S. is winning the phony "drug war" as he leads the U.S. task force now fighting drug trafficking for "only 26 years". The consistently disgraced DEA habitual prostitute party drunkards meanwhile gasping for relevance with the DEA's latest non-specific doomsday death figures for which it in any case is most likely is as responsible as anyone else. Here the telltale DEA statistically manufactured scare being only further to confuse another issue presenting unknown numbers of prescription combined with other uncertain drug deaths that are essentially meaningless.
That is except to demonstrate the endemically corrupt DEA once again likely is tasking itself with scheming yet some other totally misguided initiative which at best will do minimal damage at taxpayer expense and at worse another in a tediously long DEA history of signature totally failed initiatives serving most often only to expand the so-called phony "Drug War" in new and unexpected (to the DEA at least) directions and opportunities for others.
Most importantly the DEA must keep its drug cartel hosted drunken prostitute parties thriving abroad if only for tradition's sake after 50 straight years more or less of continuing the Nixon administration's cynically bogus totally failed as planned phony "War on Drugs" at grossly enormous cost to this Nation and the global community in nearly every way imaginable.
Meanwhile in addition to the Coast Guard and DEA now Homeland Security Investigations gets its hand in the weed seizing 60 tons of marijuana from San Diego cross-border tunnels. Hopefully that is not "medical" marijuana needed by AIDS, cancer and infant seizure patients.
Of course forever lurking out there among the most ubiquitous of federal agencies self-appointed to all manner of global adventures including complete disregard for its lack of any domestic mission and related authority in the domestic U.S. is the C.I.A. whether flying cocaine around allegedly in the past ltrafficking in cocaine illegally to raise funds for combatants in illegal conflicts, introducing drugs into the United States and more recently rumored even  to be directing as "traffic cep" drug trafficking among Mexican drug cartels.
The Ninth Amendment is familiar with enough reliable reports with past posts here over time to relate the above examples of "rumored" C.I.A. drug trafficking and related activities although the subject obviously is not touched upon in the above-referenced BBC World US-Canada article. Such C.I.A. activity on its face clearly is contrary to or more exactly in complete opposition to all efforts further exposing the phony "drug war" of other agencies above described although. Of course the C.I.A. may be driven by some believed overarching even if incomprehensible and most likely illegal purposes (although perhaps not under DOJ "secret" nonsensical legal memos read by no one but once then hopefully forever locked away.)
Interested readers about the preceding above can find more descriptions of the latest successful large-scale drug trafficking techniques with helpful photos for implementing these opportunities at the BBC World US-Canada news link below.

DEA Poison Sprays Colombia Farms Monsanto Roundup Glyphosate WHO Probable Carcinogen Begged To Stop By Health Ministry Officials, Farmers, Environmentalists Yet Another Misguided Signature DEA Disaster? Probably

Wednesday, 29 April 2015, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Colombian Health Ministry has urged a halt to an "American-funded campaign to eradicate crops of coca, the plant used to make cocaine" which has all the markings of yet another disastrous misguided failed U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) campaign to doubtless haphazardly spray Colombia and its farms and people against its will with the "herbicide" poison glyphosate which the World Health Organization (WHO) belatedly finally has admitted "probably causes cancer in people" and is the active ingredient in Roundup therefore "the herbicide that commits homicide" which apparently kills crops as well as weeds and people made by arguably the world's most hated company Monsanto itself malignant in its relentless campaign to profit by spraying the earth's food supply with carcinogenic poison while at the same time mutating the genes of the world's food sources with "genetically modified organisms" aka "genetically mutated organisms" (GMO's) out of the public eye wherever possible in an apparent demented doomsday campaign to kill the planet off at any expense.
The Ninth Amendment without editorial comment emphasizes to readers that its Bogota bureau has not yet been able to confirm that this "American-funded campaign" is being undertaken by the DEA but simply observes that it might as well be given the DEA's history of so many other disastrously failed initiatives and policies long extending to include destroying the world's natural environment stretching at least back to the spraying of paraquat over Mexico which as all are aware turned out very well for the DEA's party hosts the drug cartels but no so much so for the rest of the world. Readers interested in more details can go to the link to the article below which itself contains links to information about Colombia, the WHO and the details of its agency's finding that glyphosate "probably causes cancer in people".

DEA Chief Booted For "Wild" DEA Agent Drug Cartel Hosted Prostitute Sex Parties Some Taking Cash, Expensive Gifts And Weapons Including AK-47

Wednesday, 22 April 2015, WASHINGTON, D.C. - In the wake of disclosures of widespread DEA agent abuses and illegal misconduct involving Colombian drug cartels detailed extensively in recent posted reports here and elsewhere followed by news of a disastrous grilling at a Congressional hearing last week resulting in the extraordinary issuance of a bipartisan statement of "no confidence" U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Adminstrator Michele M. Leonhart who opposes marijuana legalization in contrast to her boss President Barack Obama even while effectively dismissing her own DEA agents' attendance at Colombian drug cartel hosted prostitute sex parties at which some DEA agents accepted bribes including cash, expensive gifts and weapons including at least one AK-47 was shown the door with an announcement of her "resignation" effective in three weeks by U.S. Attorney General Eric H. Holder, Jr. who called her a "good friend" despite the fact that the U.S. Department of Justice he heads oversees the DEA which under Ms. Leonhart has faced "accusations of mismanagement in recent years" according to The New York Times.

Congress Slams DEA "Completely Out Of Control" As Drug Cartel Hosted Sex Parties Scandal Widens To Include DEA Regional Official Soliciting Prostitutes

Wednesday, 15 April 2015, WASHINGTON, D.C. - Congressional House Oversight Committee lawmakers at a hearing yesterday excoriated DEA Administrator Michele Leonhart disclosing greatly expanded revelations from and commencing a Congressional investigation based on a Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General (IG) report released last month detailing extensive DEA agent misconduct earlier reported here now said to extend back to 2001 and not only including drug cartel hosted sex parties at which agents checked their weapons with some accepting cash, expensive gifts, and weapons from drug cartel members, but also at which agents had their laptop computers and other electronic devices present and which included a newly reported but unverified account of a DEA Assistant Regional Administrator soliciting prostitutes to attend a "going away" party.
Congressional lawmakers outraged over perceived light punishment of DEA agents suspended for two to ten days over recently reported misconduct by attending drug cartel hosted sex parties in Colombia included the House Oversight Committee's chairman declaring that agents who had repeatedly engaged in serious misconduct, including jeopardizing national security, should be stripped of their national security clearances and be fired over what the chairman called "truly breathtaking restlessness". DEA Administrator Leonhart responded to House Oversight Committee members that she had neither the power to revoke agents' national security clearances nor fire them for such misconduct.
"Honestly, what power do you have?" continued another Congressional committee member who then rebuked DEA Administrator Leonhart that "[y]ou have to work with agents over whom you can't discipline and have no control. What the hell do you get to do?" Administrator Leonhart apparently did not answer. The Ninth Amendment without editorial response to the preceding nor comment on any of the content of this post refers readers interested in more information on the above hearing including more details of the DOJ IG's Report on DEA agents' and officials' lengthy list of continuing abuses to the below link.

UPDATED: DEA And Secret Service Agents Charged With Money Laundering And Wire Fraud (DEA Agent Also With Theft Of Government Property And Conflict Of Interest) Allegedly Committed Investigating Notorious "Silk Road" Dark Web Black-Market Drug / Other Contraband Bitcoin Sales Site Founder

Wednesday, 1 April 2015, NEW YORK, NY - The United States government Monday in San Francisco federal court criminally charged DEA Special Agent Carl Mark Force IV and Secret Service Agent Shaun W. Bridges with unlawfully enriching themselves while conducting an undercover investigation of the founder Ross W. Ulbricht allegedly aka "Dread Pirate Roberts" of the popular notorious virtually untraceable Silk Road dark web black-market website infamous for its equally virtually untraceable sales by a thousand drug dealers of hundreds of kilograms of illegal drugs to 100,000 buyers and other contraband also with equally virtually untraceable Bitcoin currency sales transactions often delivering such items by mail right to people's doors according to a former FBI agent interviewed on CNN's "Inside Man" who related that shortly after the site was shut down in 2013 it simply re-emerged shortly thereafter as Silk Road II. DEA Special Agent Force resigned in 2014 and Secret Service Agent Bridges in March 2015 both upon learning they were under investigation by the U.S. government for corruption.
Following a Manhattan-based investigation site founder Mr. Ulbricht was charged and despite maintaining his innocence in ongoing operations of Silk Road except being pulled back in as a "fall guy" was convicted last month on "numerous" counts according to the New York Times article linked to below with upcoming sentencing at which he faces life in prison. While Mr. Ulbricht's attorney contends that the charges brought by the U.S. government against its own recently resigned agents undermine the government's case brought against Mr. Ulbricht the U.S. government contends that the criminally charged DEA and Secret Service Agents worked out of a Baltimore-based task force while the Manhattan-based investigation proceeded on an "separate and independent" track.
Although Mr. Ulbricht's attorney complained that the U.S. government had not revealed the extent of its DEA and Secret Service Agents' alleged corruption during the investigation the Court ruled that evidence of it could be kept out of Mr. Ulbricht's trial on charges still pending from the allegedly "separate and independent" track of the Baltimore task force investigation as the Court ruled the charges related only to U.S. government agents' corruption.
The criminal complaint unsealed in San Francisco federal court Monday alleged that U.S. DEA Agent Force in the course of the investigation "stole and converted to his personal use a sizable amount of Bitcoins," the currency used in the undercover investigation, totaling at least $778,000. "Rather than turning the Bitcoin over to the government, Force deposited them into his own personal accounts." DEA Agent Force also in addition to allegedly attempting to extort $250,000 from Dread Pirate Roberts upon telling him he was a U.S. government agent did in fact allegedly receive a $50,000 payment from Dread Pirate Roberts for providing him with allegedly "inside" law enforcement information. Meanwhile the federal government charged in its unsealed San Francisco complaint that its Secret Service Agent Bridges a computer forensics expert diverted more than $800,000 to his own personal account in the course of the undercover investigation.
Readers interested in more information can refer to the link to the New York Times article below which itself contains details of and a link to more information of the concluded case against Mr. Ulbricht as well as a link to a copy of the U.S. government complaint unsealed Monday in San Francisco federal court against its former DEA Agent Force and Special Service Agent Bridges who maintain their innocence.
[UPDATED] In the newly added second link below readers may find further details from the complaint unsealed in San Francisco including some of the scenes playing out behind the scenes regarding the undercover investigation including its impacts on the case brought in New York federal court against Mr. Ulbricht resulting in his conviction on several counts for which as mentioned above he may face life in prison.

Fentanyl Narcotic Heroin Additive Nationwide Alert Issued By U.S. DEA

Tuesday, 31 March 2015, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) headquarters on 18 March 2015 issued a nationwide alert on the Schedule II narcotic anesthetic/analgesic fentanyl and analogs which reportedly are 50 to 100 times more potent than morphine and 30 to 50 times more potent than heroin according to DEA Administrator Michele M. Leonhart who also states that the euphoric effects of fentanyl are indistinguishable from morphine and heroin.
Ms. Leonhart states that fentanyl is potentially lethal at doses as low as 0.25 milligrams. The Ninth Amendment does note that the drug not uncommonly is prescribed by pain control specialists including as patches for controlled release through the skin. Fentanyl may be laced into heroin and can be extremely dangerous by injection having been known to kill even anesthesiologists who given more ready access to fenatanyl have abused it and overdosed and according to at least one physician have in some cases even been found dead while on duty in hospitals with syringes still in their arms.
The DEA warning was issued largely because nationally "heroin abuse has increased". Ninth Amendment field reporters confirm that in fact by all appearances a renewed heroin epidemic affecting all "classes" of society has been sweeping across the United States. This has been recognized individually by a rapidly growing number of states left to face the consequences of the problem but seemingly has not yet been publicly recognized by the United States government. CNN's Anthony Bordain in his "Parts Unknown" series while reporting one heroin ravaged upstate New York community where he attended a meeting of former addicts apparently identified himself as having been addicted and moreover also observed that a heroin epidemic has caught up not only traditional problem urban areas but small and rural communities stretching across the country without discrimination as to race or economic status.
Reasons for this new heroin epidemic may include that not for the first time a hopefully well-intentioned DEA initiative has gone seemingly predictably badly awry in this case being the rescheduling of opiate medications widely prescribed in the United States with no effective followup or backup plan in the case of consequences unpredictable apparently at least to the DEA. The DEA is not a health agency but an enforcement agency like the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) both under the auspices of the United States Department of Justice (DOJ).
The Ninth Amendment previously has reported in an earlier post for example on the DEA's years-long effort pressuring the independent U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to reschedule hydrocodone aka Norco aka Vicadin and other names apparently finally successfully resulting in later 2014 in the prescription medication's reclassification from Schedule III to Schedule II (with a six-month grandfathering exception into 2015 for patients with refillable prescriptions of the medication at the time of the rescheduling). At the time of the rescheduling hydrocodone was the second most prescribed medication in the United States after hypertension medications.
Nationwide millions of former and present patients have become addicted to opiates in recent years by prescription medications from physicians who "Big Pharma" effectively through massive "promotional" bribery were convinced to suspend disbelief that opiates were addictive. At least one pharmaceutical company while hosting physicians to an all expenses paid week-long paid junket at an exotic location at one of the "teaching presentations" justifying the tax-free promotional holiday actually represented that obviously potentially highly addictive opiates posed less than a 1% chance of patient addiction. The aggressive efforts of big pharmaceutical companies to market opiates through physicians was wildly successful resulting in an unprecedented number of patients being prescribed them in various opium derived and synthetic opioid medications.
Now with the changed regulatory climate many patients are finding themselves addicted to opiates as physicians effectively dump many of them on the streets as they try to distance themselves from intense scrutiny from the DEA, FDA or state medical boards according to more than one physician. This pressure has increased to the point of increased personal visits by federal drug agents extending according to one pharmacist even to pharmacies. Meanwhile many states have brought or joined lawsuits against the large pharmaceutical companies for their extreme marketing of drugs known to result in high addiction rates which are costing states hundreds of millions of dollars in health costs and untold potentially "ruined lives" of their citizens.
The Ninth Amendment emphasizes "potentially" ruined lives as a reminder that as shown by Anthony Bourdain's above-referenced CNN "Unknown Parts" episode in which he sat in on a community meeting of former addicts where government assistance is completely lacking or unavailable there are others who have come to fill the vacuum or have long been there as in the case of Narcotics Anonymous (NA) and other similar groups. The Ninth Amendment does not purport to provide any medical advice whatsoever to anyone at all. Those in need of medical advice must seek it from a properly licensed health professional.
Readers interested in more information on fentanyl and its analogs may go to the link directly below to the above-referenced DEA headquarters alert below although directed mainly to law enforcement is informative and also has a link to another DEA site section with apparently more scientific and/or medical background on fentanyl. Those who do not wish to visit the DEA site should be able easily to search for more information on fentanyl using their preferred search engine or the Wikipedia search function located here at the bottom section of the Ninth Amendment.

"Feds Gone Wild" NY Times Condemns DEA And FBI For Ignoring, Covering Up, And Obstructing Investigation Of DEA Agents' Criminal Offenses Such As Cavorting At Drug Cartel Hosted Sex Parties Compromising Entire "Mission"

Saturday, 28 March 2015, NEW YORK, NY - The New York Times entire editorial board has condemned the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for their routine response or lack thereof to a history of DEA agents' criminal misconduct such as reported here yesterday expanding on a history of DEA agents' criminal misconduct and the virtual lack of consequences to agents for such activities not as to the duplicity of virtually ignoring such conduct effectively shielded by the U.S. Government while other U.S. citizens at home undoubtedly would suffer exponentially worse consequences for such criminal activities, but as to the obvious threat of drug agents completely undermining their claimed mission by exposing themselves to blackmail and extortion and moreover compromising the entire apparent objective of bringing to justice and successfully prosecuting those drug cartels under whose auspices they "cavort" (the Times word which a federal prosecutor certainly would not be nearly so charitable as to use in an "ordinary" U.S. citizen's domestic prosecution).
For interested readers the link to the Times article follows directly below followed by the comment submitted by the Ninth Amendment published in the Times digital edition. Alternatively or in addition to the Ninth Amendment comment readers may find below it a published comment to the same New York Times article contributed by  a Times commenter identifying themself as having served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for 17 years.

Although the Times editorial board is to be commended for following up on these lightly covered most recently reported incidents of law enforcement DEA drug agents' criminal misconduct effectively taking bribes in the form of sex parties, weapons, expensive gifts and money directly from drug cartels while untold thousands of United States citizens' lives are ruined sitting wasting their lives in prisons for much less "drug offenses", the editorial board of the Ninth Amendment at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com urges that the much larger issue of the spectacular failures of the Nixon-fabricated cynical bogus now forty-plus year "War On Drugs" must be emphasized at every available opportunity as the ceaseless series of unintended negative consequences has steadily grown until it has become a menace not only domestically but now undeniably to global order extending to the point of becoming a most serious threat to the very national security of the United States.

The so-called war on drugs is a colossal disaster...drugs continue to flow into the United States, American prisons are filled to the brim with people convicted of non violent drug offenses, drug addiction continues to destroy whole communities and families, and American taxpayers continue to pay billions upon billions for the army of agents hired to "fight" the drug war, for the room and board of tens of thousands incarcerated for drug crimes, and pay billions annually for medical treatment for drug addiction and the many medical conditions that result from it. DEA agents partying down in South America is just a side show compared to this colossal failure. It's time we treat drug abuse for what it is: a social, economic, psychological, and medical problem. I had a front row seat to this horror movie for 17 years working as an Assistant U.S. Attorney.

D.E.A. Sex Parties Agents With Prostitutes Overseas Hosted By Drug Cartels

Friday, 27 March 2015, WASHINGTON, D.C. - United States Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) agents fighting the epic "War On Drugs" and already notorious domestically and abroad for alcohol abuse have for years attended sex parties with prostitutes funded by drug cartels at overseas United States government leased sites. The Associated Press (AP) release linked to below further reports that a Department of Justice Inspector General report found that DEA agents also were given money, expensive gifts and weapons. Seven DEA agents who admitted to having attended the sex parties were suspended for two to 10 days, although the AP release does not reveal whether they were paid or not during this period of suspension.

Texas GOP Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry Calls For Texas Marijuana Decriminalization To Swiss Audience Amidst Doubts As To His Sincerity Or Comprehension Of What He Was Saying And/Or Was Told To Say

Tuesday, 24 June 2014, SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS - Texas "Idiot" Governor Rick "Payback" Perry speaking to an international conference in Switzerland last week reportedly called for the decriminalization of marijuana in Texas for the first time ever.  Interested readers may make their own determination by clicking on the below link whether accompanying statements by Perry's spokeswoman reported in the article indicate if the Perry administration understands the exact meaning of "decriminalization" of pot. But then who are we at the Ninth Amendment to parse words?
Comments following the below article seem to indicate that few if any commenters took Perry seriously either because they merely assumed he was lying, just had wanted to go on another big overseas trip with his traveling carnival paid for by Texas taxpayers, or simply remained very confused, i.e. perhaps in reflecting (if Perry is capable of reflecting) on his infamous "freeze" in the nationally televised Republican Presidential candidates' debate when he forgot which federal executive departments and/or agencies he had proposed eliminating as part of his campaign platform but has since misremembered one as having been the DEA.

WebMD Long Sordid Record As Undisclosed Biased Tool Of Big Pharmaceuticals And Others Google-Supplied "Gadget" Yanked By Ninth Amendment Immediately Upon WebMD Bias Exposure

Thursday, 19 June 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Ninth Amendment sincerely apologizes to readers for any legitimacy WebMD may have been afforded by its Google "Gadget" WebMD presence on this site as it has come to the attention of the editorial board that WebMD has long been the subject of verified allegations that it operates with a complete lack of disclosure and no transparency whatsoever in the fact that it is nothing more than a "For Sale" totally pro-drug company biased operation which has taken in huge amounts of cash for drug companies whose medications it then has directed completely unknowing consumers toward to the extent that WebMD has been the subject of a Congressional investigation.
When drug company advertising somewhat dried up WebMd took large amounts of U.S. readers' taxpayer money from the U.S. Government in order to give the appearance of unbiased support of Obamacare. It seems our most "transparent" President (a pretty tall order which he has no one to blame but himself for totally dishonestly claiming that title) cannot help but likewise enlist or rather pay off the least transparent but mistakenly once most highly regarded and visited web site which Americans where scammed into turning to for what seemed "to good to be true", and was, free medical advice. About as helpful as turning for advice to all those horrific prescription medicine ads the FDA true to its morally bankrupt history has allowed to deluge the public airways.
Speaking of which it turns out that WebMD also has received many millions of dollars from the FDA itself discredited for dissuading the people of this country from using time-tested natural remedies and  promoting drugs which often turn out to have horrific "side effects" which somehow never came to light. Readers may learn why if they ever ask their pharmacist for the true drug information sheet which must come with all cases of prescription medicine in the form basically of tissue paper that folds out to something the size of a billboard in tiny print. If readers examine the numbers of persons actually able to survive it through the studies on which the FDA (iall costs paid by the pharmaceutical companies) approves medications readers will find that often barely a handful make it to the end of a study before the FDA approves a drug that then may be used by millions of persons.
A final note on the absolute hypocrisy of the FDA. In the 1980's the Administrator of the FDA found that the drug MDMA in a final determination did not meet the requirements of no known medical or research value such that it therefore could not be placed in Schedule I. Yet at the same time the latest chemical sweetener to be developed by Searle known as aspartame was found by the FDA to cause too high a risk of brain cancer and was to be banned. Well would readers not know that shortly after that Ronald ("McDonald") Reagan became the first brain-dead President elected since Warren Harding.
He within days reversed the FDA Administrator's determination on MDMA ("ecstasy") and ordered it placed in Schedule I on an emergency basis (no public comment) while meanwhile to the delight of one of his new cabinet members who happened to have just resigned his position as President of Searle within days of joining the new Administration Ronald (McDonald) Reagan agreed to have the FDA rush new tests on aspartame and lo and behold within weeks it was no longer banned but declared perfectly safe such that it was on readers' supermarket shelves and being dumped into all kinds of foods and beverages within the month in time to the likely severe detriment of millions of Americans' well-being. As it turned out Ronald (McDonald) Reagan had been consuming large quantities of homemade aspartame since he was a child and he after all turned out practically to be perfectly fine with no sign of no brain cancer at all.
One last tidbit about what a load of garbage the FDA and all its pharmaceutical and law enforcement chums have hoisted on Americans forever is that one just need take a look at the story of one horribly vilified "date rape" drug known as GHB the only problems for starters being that it is naturally occurring in the human body which one would think might make prosecuting possession a bit of a problem at least in some legal systems. The second being that it has been very widely and safely used for years in Europe and throughout the world as an anesthetic, a sleep aid that some have said is the best sleep aid they have ever had leaving them clear-headed, well-rested, and often even needing less sleep before being able to do more mental and physical activity and even exercise that seem indisputedly to more quickly result in healthy muscle development.
In any case the DEA of course needed its latest hysteria to keep it in business as always, and with the help of a few well-publicized anecdotes, well what did Americans know but the naturally-occurring human growth hormone that had been sold for years in places like GNC and was well known to weightlifters and athletes has become the thing of living nightmares and of course headed for "emergency" scheduling as Schedule I, no known blah blah blah. Only problem was that it turned out to be the only effective substance for certain sleep disorders including serious narcolepsy, so what did the federal acronym gang come up with, well they simply allowed a single company to sell it in pharmacies under a trade name (the name escapes us but interested readers should be able to find it, possibly under the "R"s in about one minute) as schedule III, while it was simultaneously schedule I at the same time and voila disaster was diverted. It is not known if they had the NSA lawyers or the White House lawyers review and okay that one making the legally impossible fully possible with the stroke of a pen.
The Ninth Amendment will save the story told on of all places "60 Minutes" about the drugs in regular use such as aspirin and even phenobarbital from well before the FDA even existed and which therefore had no authority to approve or disapprove those or many other drugs commonly used  -- as we understood it from the television program, and though may have gotten it all wrong and be totally confused we think not. (THIS IS NOT NOR DOES IT PURPORT TO BE LEGAL NOR MEDICAL ADVICE IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER. READERS MUST EXCLSUIVELY CONSULT A LEGAL PROFESSIONAL FOR LEGAL ADVICE AND A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL FOR MEDICAL ADVICE.) In any case in casual inquiries with pharmacists it has been our experience that as "60 Minutes" predicted many druggists are confused between what is known as the NDC number (?) and the actual FDA approval.
Regardless as many of our readers know pharmacists are always right unless they are speaking directly to a doctor or as for the pathetic customer prescription unless they open the bag right there and dump their prescription out on the counter and actually count it out in front of someone behind the counter and carefully compare the visual appearance to the verbal description on the label.
Because OTHERWISE ONE IS OUT OF LUCK even if one gets home with just one big square green pill for pets with the letter "A" on it but were supposed to get two hundred and twenty-five small white people ones with the number "178" on side and for example  "Screw You" on the back. (The number by the way is we understand how many dollars profit the pharmaceutical company makes per pill from the patient, the insurance company, or Medicare or Medicaid -- in the last case it is doubled.)
Whatever that green pill is readers better make it last the month or whatever because the PHARMACIST DOES NOT EVER MAKE A MISTAKE WITH THE PATIENT and ONE'S DOCTOR IS NOT INTERESTED IN ONE'S ABILITIES AT CREATIVE STORYTELLING BECAUSE SHE HAS ONE GOOD ONE FOR THE PATIENT CALLED "DRUG DIVERSION" AND ALREADY HAS THE FDA, DEA AND STATE MEDICAL BOARD all breathing down her neck poring over her medical records for weeks on end of full work days (four-and-a-half hours minus lunch) just because of SUCH UNGRATEFUL PATIENTS  -- and incidentally illegally practicing medicine but we will not get into that here.
In any case WebMD get off our page and good riddance you sell-out pharmaceutical pigs and good riddance again. As for Google well Google no longer has any excuse whatsoever. And MIT had such high hopes for Goog;le. Well it sure is no Noam Chomsky that has become clear. Just shows anyone can go to the dogs. . . .  May Google one day have a Chromebook in the hands of some wacko talking to the parking meters so Google can track their every move and thought for the next ten years. Market that then sell the information to partner CIA -- sounds like a fine opportunity for the first candidate for MK-ULTRA-II. . . .

New Zealand Joins U.S. "War On Drugs" Annals Longest Costliest Enforcement Failure In U.S. History: Recognizing National Party! President Peeta Goodfella "Drug Warrior" Over Two Years Since Mexican Interior Minister Blake Mora Killed In "Bad Weather" Helicopter Crash

Thursday, 22 January 2014 - Here comes another one from the prison vaults lest we forget that New Zealand's National Party! President Pete Goodfella himself some time back curiously (given the Goodfella mob's legendary frugal propensities admitted in a PR piece a few years back by family godfather Doug "the thug" Goodfella confessing the family lived in squalor because it "did not believe in interior decorators") hired his own Target Investigations to submit a "friend of the Serious Fraud office" affidavit that Mr. Goodfella had passed hundreds of thousands of dollars cash (give or take a few) to National Party! business associate and alleged narcotics trafflcker Michael Louzsis (once Goodfella realized the entire cash transaction had been extensively photographed of Goodfella raking over his "investment" cash). Now Mr. Louzsis is back again "running the operation" from a New Zealand prison presumably issuing commands to Goodfella pending Goodfella getting Louzsis out at the first parole hearing possible.
Unlike Mexican Interior Minister Blake Mora before he fell or was pushed from a "crashing helicopter", Mr. Goodfella is not known ever to have suffered a serious helicopter crash even while on frequent family trips to the Cayman Islands (although Goodfella is rumored to enjoy frequenting the company of New Zealand Police helicopter officers harassing hard-working New Zealanders with heat-seeking "qausi"-legal low flyovers of their better-decorated homes generally while occupied only by their wives and young children).  Mr. Goodfella himself a self-described "real strong family man" and botax enthusiast currently dating a woman who has admitted she has trouble distinguishing "fantasy from reality" (DSM # anyone?) of course staunchly at the helm the traditionally "Family Values" National Party! has himself been the subject of domestic violence police emergency calls although police urging the swearing out of police reports against him for National Party! style family violence apparently were not heeded because of concerns it might trigger an irreversible psychotic reaction given his unacknowledged narcissistic borderline personality disorder because, in the unforgettable words of Tom Lehrer, "He loved his mother. When he found out what he done he tore his eyes out one by one. A tragic end for a loyal son who loved his mother." (Copyright Tom Lehrer).
In the preceding years there of course have been thousands of Mexican officials' violent deaths since the last Mexican Interior Minister was killed with large swaths of the country left completely unpopulated by fleeing Mexican citizens in the path of warring Mexican drug cartels exacerbated by the joining of their former "Zeta" bodyguards directly into fighting on their own behalfs in the highly lucrative but risky profession. Back in Auckland neighboring the country largely populated by descendants (Australia) of convicts to which many dangerous English felons were deported, Goodfella is not known to have had any significant connections to the the country prior to his back-seat cash dealings with Louzsis (other than of course his mother rumored the "brains" of the Goodfella mob hailing from the peaceful island of Tasman).
The Ninth Amendment Log often posts officials' own acknowledgments that the phony "war on drugs" began as a cynical political ploy by "Tricky Dick" Nixon with no care of ever "winning", has been a complete and dangerous failure for over forty years with the overall domestic United States and macro global consequences deteriorating exactly as thoughtful consideration such as in a 1988 "Economist" cover story supporting decriminalization predicted. It was perhaps satisfying to some to go to "war" when there was no one fighting on the other side.
Now the United States gladly aided by some of the most ruthless people in the world including the CIA's and other U.S. National Security and law enforcement's own drug dealers have steadily created a global enemy in a very real war of scary possibilities, empowering formerly non-existent criminal syndicates and organizations now with enormous near-limitless money and resources to devote not only to domestic, international, and global trafficking and real-world overpowering influence on how countries are governed and huge populations are involved and/or totally uninvolved but will spend (and most likely end) their lives for the waronnothing. So welcome aboard New Zealand we are confident there is at least one patiently waiting "business partner" of National Party! Goodfella waiting for that early release so he can pay Goodfella back.
So long for now until we meet some more of the new Goodfella mob complete with images -- they sure do like to change their names a lot. Imagine that! Nothing wrong with a fresh start, after all.

Threatened New Zealand Hackers On The Run Shooting Out Phony E-Mails And Bogus Google Warnings That SMS 2-Step Verification Is Down

Saturday, 18 February 2014 - New Zealand National Party President Goodfella mob appears to confirm earlier reports of widening corruption risking tired old hacker tricks seeking to disrupt internet reports of creation of New Zealand "mafia state" while rogue police doubtless drag out the latest surveillance gear for illegal misuse. Appears some just cannot pass up the misguided temptation for a few hundred million dollars (which they will never be seeing) for consecutive ninety-nine year sentences in a prison cell. Hurry to buy your brick as "No price is too small" for a piece of the rock. "Spending your life for a handful of dimes." (Copyright Jim Morrison / The Doors)

BREAKING NEWS: New York Times Reveals Latest N.S.A. Remote Physical Intrusion Spying From Within Global Unwarys' Personal Computers

Friday, 16 February 2014, National Security Agency Headquarters housing allegedly (might want to check with Putin first) the most powerful super-computers in the world at Fort Meade, Maryland. It really is worth stopping by if one has a chance on the way to see the more Soviet-Style J. Edgar Hoover FBI Building in Washington, D.C., the Princeton, New Jersey Tokamak Fusion Reactor, and not to be missed the more picturesque George Herbert Walker Bush Center for National Intelligence and Petting Zoo ("CIA") in Langley, Virginia. Sadly Americans at this time cannot see the White House "Dick Cheney Memorial" Situation Room in the White House located in a former swamp in the Nation's Capitol while new Porcelian vending machines are installed.
The Ninth Amendment log welcomes back former and new readers even those who have spent since about the first week of July 2013 hacking, jamming, and playing their tired old dirty tricks interfering with our exercise of our First Amendment rights via our internet blog just because they cannot get any of their own e-mail or mugbook friends and only have corrupt countries to run themselves such as New Zealand gone bad.
Word is the latest illegal surveillance equipment naturally has connections to myriad GPS systems including the most obvious which were first commercially put on vehicles by GM supposedly optionally for safety but actually naturally can be activated by law unenforcement agencies to track vehicles in a further continuing affront to the last remaining vestiges of the United States Constitution.
Some of the latest illegal "hush-hush" surveillance equipment which directs lasers at vehicle windows to listen in on conversations inside them reportedly is not widely available but only to certain other so-called "enforcement agencies" their rogue counterparts such as in the reputedly burgeoning "mafia-style" Commonwealth of New Zealand maintaining a totally inapposite image to that duping most of the rest of the world's population into profound confusion while the Country is rapidly becoming the RICO model now firmly entrenching into international drug, gambling, and human trafficking operations under the tutelage of National Party President Peter "the Peddler" Goodfella, heir apparent to the NZ legends in their own minds "Goodfella" family, clients to creative accountants "not conforming to standard international, legal accounting or taxation principles but offering stationery for sale" under ancient family scion Douglas Goodfella.
Parties interested in availing themselves of the latest illegal surveillance equipment are encouraged to pay a visit to Auckland's Ellerslie Pharmacy and Spy Shop with reformed criminal and NZ police "political cybercrime consultant" William Perese aka . . . . And please do not forget to "buy a brick" for the "new" National Party foundation and mutual fund.

BREAKING - FDA Finally Caves To Drug Enforcement Agency Latest Policy Disaster Scheme To OK Top Medical Criminal Tier For Vicodin, Lortab Hydrocodone Painkillers

Friday, 25 October 2013, WASHINGTON, D.C. - In a probable major victory for the DEA in its relentless "battle" to stay alive and ever expand in a nearly 40-year-long ceaselessly losing "war" of its own creation former drug-dealing President Barack Obama's FDA has given the "bombs away" signal for moving long-term painkillers brand names like Vicodin, Lortab (hydrocodone plus totally unnecessary amounts of acetominophen at DEA urging to insure destruction of as many living human livers as possible - a la paraquat, or aspirin) up to the highest tier of prescription medications along with morphine, oxycontin and amphetamines as soon as early next year.
The DEA as usual follows in the footsteps of its predecessor Federal Bureau of Narcotics infamous for its Chief Harry Angslinger amongst other things (despite not being a doctor last we heard) awarding a lifetime prescription of morphine to former American Congressional hero Senator Joseph McCarthy conveniently refillable at will at the nearest Capitol Hill Pharmacy. If its latest ill-conceived  policy foray is enacted the DEA may have a chance at one-upping its relatively recent drugdealing fed rivals at the CIA ("birth of crack cocaine") outfit, although Afghanistan may present some intriguing opportunities for both drug-dealing agencies. Singer-songwriter Elvis Presley was named an official "special" drug-fighting agent just to demonstrate how seriously the former President Nixon took his completely insincere cynically announced "War on Drugs". Nixon awarded an official badge at the White House for Presley's drug-fighting efforts. Presley later died on the toilet during a drug overdose.

F.D.A. Seeks Tighter Control on Prescriptions for Class of Painkillers
The Food and Drug Administration on Thursday recommended tighter controls on how doctors prescribe the most commonly used narcotic painkillers.
The move, which represents a major policy shift, follows a decade-long debate over whether the widely abused drugs, which contain the narcotic hydrocodone, should be controlled as tightly as more powerful painkillers such as OxyContin.
The drugs at issue contain a combination of hydrocodone and an over-the-counter painkiller like acetaminophen or aspirin and are sold either as generics or under brand names like Vicodin or Lortab. Doctors use the medications to treat pain from injuries, arthritis, dental extractions and other problems.

Noose Tightens On Federal-Prison Bound Cybercriminals In Resounding National Endorsement Of Free Speech And Global Thirst For Freedom Of Expression, Cheney To Trade Pigheart For Teenage Human Body Parts

Sunday, 18 August 2013, MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA - The Ninth Amendment this week celebrates a spate of birthdays amongst dear friends, close schoolmates, famous persons and B-B-Q lovers not the least of whom is former President Bill Clinton who shares a birthday with one particularly devoted figure who has contributed doggedly to the steady quality growth of readership in the Ninth Amendment for over half a decade now. It is only fitting this post is submitted out of the above dateline location that being the ostensible home of our main server location with of course mirror locations around the globe.
"Mirror servers" remind us of one particularly ugly investment in Akamai pushed on us by a former sellout friend who was a decent attorney and personal investor but became a very sorry lapboy pig of criminal "full-service" brokerage PaineWebber that sure did some full service on all the retirement money we ever made in public interest work. Later combining with confessed criminal Swiss bank United Bank of Switzerland in the "dynamic criminal duo" UBS PaineWebber those greedy morons actually discouraged investments in Akamai when a prescient non-insider engineer at Akamai who said "buy, buy, buy" with it selling at about three dollars a share pnksheet, because there was nothing in it for UBS PW. Later once criminal UBS PaineWebber underwrote the stock, however (was on the take) it encouraged purchases at $375 a share the day before Akamai plummeted "good-bye" about a third never to return from an excruciatingly long dive to bankruptcy. For most that was a GOOD investment with UBS PaineWebber one's one-place stop for capital losses.
Come to think of it we cannot wait to write some posts on that and some other criminal financial services "full-service" outfits and their ugly practices such as taking (legal, huh?) kickbacks for executing your orders on the many exchanges which actually make up a single exchange hunting for a trade like a pig snorting for a truffle on which IT not YOU makes the money, innocuously known as "flowback for order flow" as annually fully disclosed on index cards only legible when read in a mirror with 3-D glasses. Yes they sure do give a reader FULL SERVICE with the GARDEN HOSE.
The only one that must give us a bigger chuckle is BANK OF AMERICA which is simply put the biggest bunch of "legitimized" thieves in the world (just our humble uninformed opinion) who admittedly cannot even perform simple math without making exponential errors consistently in guess whose favor? Dear Readers, think we would mislead you?  Find out at your peril.
We cannot even dissuade our mothers from trusting their Canadian pennies (that is usually all that is left by the time BANK OF AMERIKA is done with their change purses and shaking out grandmother's mattresses) at that -- VERY loosely speaking "bank". Do our readers think B your A will come after us for such irresponsibly absolutely totally TRUE statements? Unlikely. We just have one thing to say to our readers who have their money or anything of value (Bank of Amerika shamelessly even steals senior citizens wallets right out of their purses while fingerprinting them --  a practice with which B your A management certainly should feel comfortable) at the money facilitator of that which happens to be the largest criminal or any other kind of bankruptcy in history. PARMALAT, Italian style - look it up and weep.
And five dollars to cash a check on one of its own bank account holders' instruments?  These people have neither shame nor brains, but their teeth sure are white (and sharp). Our regrets to the many clueless employees of B your A -- in this case we strongly recommend another job or sure even the unemployment line -- better that than working for these crooks unless of course one is in training to become one oneself.
Gosh, did we say that? Well we must have meant it. Perhaps these cybercriminals who have been chocking up the years -- see earlier posts for their phone numbers and other identifying information they were good enough to leave behind on their criminal hacking forays -- have gotten to us a bit interfering with our speech and threatening our children and those we love. Our thanks again to any and all Feds who have been on the good side throughout. And once convicted we look forward to sharing their sorry attempts in our fabricated e-mails at . . . the English language?
Please keep posted because should anyone slip through the cracks we fully expect a significant reward will be on the way for information directly leading to the arrest, convictions, and no less than two oh let us say five years federal prison time. First let us sit back and watch the rats jump from the ship, pointing their dirty nails at one another. Everyone loves a rat with dirty nails. . . .
Finally the Ninth Amendment is delighted to be back with a lot of really fine equipment on loan. And no kidding the "stats" we soon will compile and share with readers not already having done it (somehow) on their own do show the Ninth Amendment is now read by readers in more than half the countries on the planet including nearly the entire Northern Hemisphere with the exception of North Korea. One can only sell so man pairs of the Elvis (later years' look) sunglasses.
Soon we expect to be sharing the highlights of those stats -- even if they are supplied by Google with joint-venturer the Center for International Assassinations (CIA). If compiling our stats keeps the CIA from murdering people and leaving the American people to face the inevitable unexpected mystery killer "blowback" we are all for that.
In the meantime think about how much the average reader might wish to contribute to the reward (held in trust) and as with all not to be collectible by those doing their jobs anyway to help send these criminals away -- start dangling a handful of dimes (in the words of Jim Morrison) in front of their noses, and it sure will be interesting to see for how much the rats will sell each other down the river.  Not much we would guess as by all accounts the stupidity of the cybercrime is just how easily the trail leads both ways. Oh my blowback indeed.
And soon enough back to some of the pressing questions by necessity pushed aside. Has the DEA really committed YET ANOTHER colossal blunder sending America's sick and in pain and young to the morgue with bodies full of super-strong heroin in the latest in a long uninterrupted history of MAJOR POLICY BLUNDERS in the same sorry name of "public safety"? "Public safety" for the D.E.A. means taking away their guns and giving them water pistols and toy doctor bags somewhere they can stay out of trouble for a long, long time, as in until their D.E.A. mousepads (available in YOUR local dumpster) have rotted away and no one really remembers what the acronym stood for back to its proud (huh?) origins in Prohibition. Dumb Enough Already (DEA).
But could it be that President Obama former admitted drug dealer himself will actually live up to some of those nearly decade-old campaign promises and, along with Attorney General Eric Holder, let some of the EIGHT HUNDRED PER CENT increase in the federal prison population go into treatment and leave a little room for the truly violent? Those who we largely have the phony "war on drugs" to thank for anyway, and sorry folks by the way it did not start in the 1980's. It has been a cynical ploy since well before that that had nothing to do with drugs and everything to do with all the lies of Republican icon "Tricky Dick" Nixon ("the Christmas Day Bomber") and sidekick "Spiro Agnew" who supplied his failed condo complex as the still present-day EPA Headquarters above a Safeway, pardoned just in the nick of time as they were dusting his cell in the Republican Hall of Fame. Spiro "my man" the only Vice President who maybe even had one up on fellow "construction" investor on Dick "Pigheart" Cheney (we hear he is trading in Central American teenage body parts down on the Mexican-Belize border, may even get one himself a new heart when the kid stops screaming). And the Republicans are afraid of Hillary?

Some Sly Tricks Of The Tradecraft As It Were, Keywords Hack, Steal, Spy, Eavesdrop, iPhone, E-Mail, Master, Password, Phrasestring, Privacy, Constitution, Guns, Lawyers, Money

Thursday, 8 August 2013, NORTH HAVEN, MAINE - Well the ruling elite is off from their five-day weekend houses in the Hamptons to their five-week summer houses off the coast of Maine. The cooks, au pairs and housekeepers are keeping the children out of sight and setting out the hard liquor  We are fighting with the locals and longtimers over mooring amongst the sailboats our 250-foot power yacht (just slightly longer than the Ferry) bought with Google AdSense pocket change and tastefully emblazoned down the hull in "graffiti-look" the words "AMENDMENT NINE AIN'T SHE FINE!" Seems our fuel requirements to fill up will empty the Vinal Haven marina fuel tanks until sometime next Spring. Perfect!
Anyway dawn is breaking over Penobscott Bay or maybe it is just early evening but anyway we did promise SOME content. Okay, this one is not on e-mail as expected (look up "hush mail" readers who just cannot wait), but we know are readers are sure to love it anyway. No doubt some are aware of the battle raging between the D.A.s of San Francisco and Manhattan about the disabling of MePhones. The D.A.s say they now are responsible for something like half of all street crime. The manufacturers meanwhile are saying it is impossible to turn one off (unless the bill is not paid). No really one can only imagine the hit to sales and SHARE PRICE of Apple and Samsung if everyone were not forced to buy two or three of each model of phone due to theft. It could bring the economy to its knees.
Now here is a Ninth Amendment solution courtesy of an unnamed friend who comes up with ideas like the following about three a minute when not dumpster diving in the abandoned DEA trash (did readers know the Agency even has its very own MOUSEPADS?) or especially Costco's (it has been known to throw out entire RACKS of mountain bikes because they are last season's or cases of super-expensive light bulbs because a couple were broken in shipping), and that is just the START of an evening's dumpster shoppin. . .
The idea for the MePhones is fairly simple but then are not all the best ideas? Have our readers figured out what all those buttons and holes and little switches and things do yet? Do not worry neither have we. Just find the sequence which allows one to put some text across the front of the phone, and if being a reader not a video game player one cannot find it have a child do it for you. Then just pick some effective phrase and have it display across the front of the phone. In our case it is amazing how effective the two simple words "No Service" have been in eliminating all interest in our phones. Sorry Apple and Samsung.
Well the e-mail tips will mostly have to await another day, but the phone one above was worth at least a few hundred dollars would our readers not say? Readers first tip, though, is that according to the computer magazines which we do NOT read, the password/master password thing is out for most of us who otherwise spend our nights awake sweating trying to remember what we have forgotten no longer having any time to actually do anything like write e-mails, bank, pay bills, etc., as we are so busy managing all our passwords and latest security devices and updating our operating systems, browsers, add-ons, tending to sick plug-ins and so on, and then it is time to go out and buy the next generation of "heavy equipment" . . .
Anyway, they call them "passphrases" and we really could not tell our readers if they are adequate or not. Supposedly anyway after having been told that pet names, birthdays, and now just any old words are out because of "dictionary" attacks we understand the latest things are "passphrases" which are a few words strung together in a not completely predictable way and which we actually might have a chance of remembering. Oh and one more thing of course is the big recommendation of late that one do the "two-step" security with the second step being, you guessed it naturally, a final security code to punch in called to the phone which one just had stolen. . . .
Until next time, happy computing, and get ready for some more real tried but true "tradecraft", like the three consecutive turns when being followed, the (states names will be coming next time) trust for the car's registration and about ten other things one would rather keep private, clicking the car door open just BEFORE, PLEASE SAFETY FIRST the tow truck is about to pick it up (occupied vehicle), the homemade mailbox added at the end of the rural row, and so on. . . .  But first and foremost, and we will remind you again before we continue:  Never do anything about which one has doubts before consulting a duly licensed attorney.
Living off the grid without the good old U.S.D.A. grade "A", hey, hey, hey.
