BREAKING NEWS: Legalization Of Recreational And All Marijuana In Alaska, Nation's Capital District Of Columbia, And Oregon Urged By Entire New York Times Editorial Board

Monday, 6 October 2014, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - In another significant blow to vicious international criminal organizations that have flourished and gone on to spread harder drugs, forced whole countries into needless tragedies of mass violence, facilitated a proliferation of deadly weapons and criminal behavior to all points of the globe, corrupted whole governments and the world's financial institutions and law enforcement agencies at every level, funded terror organizations that have taken what was a phony "war" into very real wars funded globally destabilizing countries and terrorizing whole populations worldwide, put untold millions of persons behind bars for non-violent conduct often with racially disgraceful prison terms either effectively or by operation of highly questionable operation of law in misguided mandatory prison terms leaving any sentencing discretion in the hands of the vulgar abuses of prosecutors rather than the courts, reeked havoc on the United States Constitution's most fundamental rights once protecting citizens from unwarranted invasions of privacy, searches and seizures without legally sufficient cause, turned all law enforcement actions into unnecessarily violent and characteristically unnecessarily military-style raids by overpowering force against citizens on the streets, in their cars, and even into the once-sanctity of their homes often causing lifelong trauma for citizens in all walks of life who law enforcement seem long ago in this country completely to have forgotten are innocent until proven guilty and often diverting much-needed law enforcement resources from crimes against others of real concern to the American people, propelled the Courts into tortured interpretations and disparaging distortions and destruction of the Constitution (just because the word "drugs" appears in prosecutions and now untold judicial opinions which by the Courts' own reasoning one day now with a keystroke can be changed in a moment from "drugs" to "unauthorized" or "threatening papers" or whatever the State may choose) and caused so much other needless thoughtless harm and suffering it would take volumes to recount along with the huge amount of vital tax, monetary, human and other precious resources that have been completely needlessly diverted that the members of the editorial board of the Ninth Amendment a quarter of a century ago had the opportunity to and did predict these very results to some of the United States' and Great Britain's present and future leading legal minds (at the same time that The Economist's cover editorial called unequivocally for the decriminalization of all drugs) that were perfectly obvious even from another quarter century earlier with the introduction for totally unrelated politically expedient reasons by the disgraced Republican criminal resigned former President Richard M. Nixon and his administration with the introduction of its characteristically totally phony "War on Drugs" now the entire editorial board of the New York Times in its issue of this date now being printed finally calls for what it states is supported by the fact that "a majority of Americans favor legalization" of marijuana thus the Times in all three jurisdictions Alaska, the Nation's Capital the District of Columbia, and Oregon in the United States where the issue is on next month's ballot noting that marijuana is "far less harmful than alcohol" calls for citizens wholesale rejection of the prohibition of pot by what the Times calls a "misguided federal ban". Criminal Interference Attempts Against Ninth Amendment Freedoms Of Speech And Press And Readers' Access To Site Resumed By Conspiring Parties' Felony Violations Of Federal And State Statutes

Tuesday, 15 June 2014, SHREVEPORT AND HOUSTON, THE GULF OF COREXIT -  The editorial board of the Ninth Amendment once again reluctantly has determined that the time is upon us that we must creep about for a few hours because it is that brief period no longer than an extra-innings professional baseball game after luncheon and before the dinner hour when Texas present and former Governors and Presidents lay down for their nappy-time toddies perhaps occasionally arising from their untroubled slumbers to play another quick round of video golf or practice their penmanship signing all those darn papers that just keep coming no matter how fast they sign them and then check to make sure that all were signed right side up. An honest man must earn his money the honest way or it just does not feel right.*
Fantasy worlds of sweet delusion aside the editorial board of the Ninth Amendment has decided actually at this time that the all too familiar increasing interference with domestic, interstate and international communications between our northern hemisphere headquarters and various technical support and news bureau locations such that one who did not know better might think that our rigorous investigative and reporting impartiality and focus of attention might be compromised by the implied complications inherent in various implicit and more explicit threats really is nothing more than an arguably refreshing opportunity to peruse the statutes for the latest draconian penalties enacted for cybercrimes both mundane and exotic and related newly criminal activities focused on information technology, computers and the Internet that the State has been so busily enacting in the broad sweep of its hysteria that the number of years those who intermittently maintain such an interest in attempting to disrupt and divert this site qualify for achieve a number that eventually becomes higher than we are able easily to count but certainly totals something on the order of several centuries' worth of lifetimes far greater than one person might ever reasonably expect to live.
Then of course for good measure comes the time to throw on the less sexy (as they say in the profession) list of activities which are not cyber anything but nevertheless have been around for centuries since in most cases there also is a laundry list of predicate unlawful acts which one would rather just have skipped altogether but remain altogether necessary nevertheless in many cases just to get to the scene of the crime whether one likes it or not.
And finally as if all that were not enough just to make sure some bad guy (or gal) who is not one of the lucky ones who secretly was slipped their get out of jail free card out of the woodwork come the seemingly non-specific innocuous-sounding but not really so much as one would think charges like conspiracy, aiding and abetting, knowledge before the fact, knowledge after the fact, obstruction of justice, attempted, abandoned (but not in time), and of course always the danger of misidentification, disidentification, robodentification, wrong prisoner, blind witness, jailhouse snitch one never even remembers seeing before, even God forbid a peace officer sworn to uphold the law but who describes you and your actions such that you do not even realize she is testifying under penalty of perjury about you.
is it worth risking all that? Especially when one then will more likely than not be at the mercy of some other sick individual not a true friend but who will hold out, no way will he sell you out for a song. But then on the other hand, maybe for what he finally settled for which was a song and a sandwich. And you have nothing new to say?  So maybe they decide not to rat you out either. At least they only have something Well then on a slow day maybe it is time to speak of mandatory sentences, so sad everyone's hands are tied. Oh except come to think of it maybe there was that one person, that one alone who might change the charges just a little bit to manipulate the "mandatory" minimum. If only that dog had not barked, the one that just did not care for steak seasoned with valium.
Well on the other hand someone could have had a handgun for self-defense. Maybe they never really made it to the gun range despite the best intentions. Likewise cleaning and oiling it. Anyway readers can tell where this one is going. Some of us had it happen right down the street. Two bad guys lost their shirts at a poker game so they followed another fellow who had cleaned up at the poker game home and into the house with him and his wife. Only problem was that they were two armed men and he was one in pajamas with his gun in the drawer. But he pulled out the gun beside his wife still sleeping and pandemonium ensued. Later it took the police a while to figure out how who got where.
In any case the domestic gunfighter did get off a shot or two. The only problem was that the one he hit and killed was his wife. As for the other two they had been around the block, avoid ed the "gunfight", they just wanted the money. And sure enough the police did catch the guys which gives us the chance to add one last point to what seemed like such a simple little crime. The poker thief did not have a gun and did not take a shot at anyone. But the husband shot his wife dead during the crime. Because the law can be a strange thing with some little surprises. He was tried and went down for murder.
So there is one last thing to add on to everything else when we try to add up all those years. The guy who had hardly a thing to do with any cybercrime ended up with one last thing about which to worry. Like everything else it seems it has its own name, a special circumstance, although it does not sound so special in a good sort of way.
The editorial board of the Ninth Amendment has seen more than its share of the law. We do not particularly wish it on anyone although in this Country sometimes there is a cost for speaking your voice and writing things that not everyone will wish to hear. We do not do it because we hate our Country nor anyone in it. We do it because we love our Country it has a lot of problems but it is the best one on Earth. We aim to do our part to keep it that way with the clear instructions of the men and women (they could not sign it but we have no doubt where the true decisions were made). People will disagree on how best things are done until there are no people left but one.
But we have the ground rules as straightforward as they can be. Our ancestors made a sacred compact that established the rights and responsibilities among many different people trying to live together in one country, and among the people and the State to which they would lend their power. From their own very painful experience they agreed foremost that with very few exceptions a person, a group of people and a press were free to say as they pleased and others respond as they wished.
As the Ninth Amendment reminded readers before in times when persons disagreed with our words all persons have always been free to respond as they pleased elsewhere or with allowance provided right here for their comments published for all to read for themselves. However it is axiomatic that free speech in no way encompasses interference or attempting interference with another person's right to speak, to assemble and/or to publish what words they will. And finally as to the truth itself one can spend a lifetime trying to change facts, but so far as we are concerned a fact is a fact and the truth is the truth. And the truth cannot be denied nor ignored forever. That is a fact.

New Zealand Government Conspirators Persist Criminal Interference, Stalking, Hacking, Harassment, Identity Theft, Civil Rights, Environmental, Other International, Federal, State Legal Abuses

Saturday, 5 April 2014, AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND - Criminal acts against and/or directed at the Ninth Amendment and individuals associated with it of which appropriate authorities are aware continue despite this site's recent post that coverage of New Zealand individuals' and entities' criminal actions and endemic corruption currently were being curtailed due to the Ninth Amendment's need to preserve resources for other reporting.
Most recent evidence of which appropriate authorities have been advised have been the appearance in Google's security information of site access from another IP address not known to be lawfully associated with this site identified by Google as IP 184.6.251.66 showing the geographical address of 448 Florida 20, Tallahassee, FL identified approximately by Google and showing images of the Florida Historical Capitol Museum.
Further factual information of which the Ninth Amendment is aware and has communicated is that normally appearing referring sites and URL's largely identified as being associated with Google and entities such as The New York Times have disappeared showing instead referring site www.voltaa.com:888:/cyberpu. . . . and URL as http://www.voltaa.com/users/sign_in. This URL on the computer screen showing at its address reads: "Slurry Factory Application copyright Hacksurfer" with a log-in box below required username and password. Since the first publication of this post the above addresses now show the above changed and/or corrected partly by the Ninth Amendment to the above as referring site www.voltaa.com:888 and the URL as http://www.voltaa.com:888/cyberpu....
The Ninth Amendment greatly appreciates the continued support of all legitimate and well-intentioned Ninth Amendment readers and appropriate authorities including those investigating criminal acts associated with actions by all persons or entities conspiring to, attempting to, possessing knowledge of in advance or after, and actually committng acts directed at and/or impacting this site and and/or New Zealand private and public corruption previously identified by this site. The Ninth Amendment particularly expresses its gratitude to individuals associated with legitimate law enforcement authorities and/or in a position to communicate information assisting them and actually doing so as to the above-referenced and any related matters identified here and/or not yet identified here.

"Dark Underbelly Of New Zealand Corruption" Posts Curtailed By Ninth Amendment Preserving Resources For Ongoing Reporting Needs To Readers In United States And Worldwide

Sunday, 30 March 2014, RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA - In consideration of the Ninth Amendment's ethical duty to readers in the United States and worldwide to preserve needed resources for necessary reporting on diverse matters globally the Editorial Board has resolved to curtail at this time reporting on serious matters of endemic corruption among individuals and conspiring groups presently in positions of power in New Zealand such that they remain able to divert and misuse for improper and illegal purposes significant official resources to further their own improper, unlawful and criminal enterprises.
Recent events have afforded opportunities for facilitated investigation and particularly rare public glimpses into, i.e., intertwined connections between private wrongdoing and public corruption in New Zealand as touched upon in some recent posts in the Ninth Amendment. The Editorial Board regretfully has reached the decision that lost and threatened resources of the Ninth Amendment including economic and time costs of interference encompassing criminal actions causing significant damage and harm to persons, equipment, communications indeed every element of continuing ongoing publication should not be sacrificed at the expense of our duty to readers to provide the quality, depth and diversity of reports readers have come to expect of the Ninth Amendment.
We remain confident the appropriate domestic and worldwide regulatory and enforcement agencies which already are aware of and have assembled much of the pertinent evidence, including those as appropriate based in the United States as well as without limitation global banking, taxation, environmental and criminal regulatory and enforcement agencies, will achieve the inevitable result of bringing those responsible to justice including their facing and making reparation for in certain cases enormously costly consequences of their actions.
We trust that the New Zealand judiciary including some of the particularly objectionable mechanisms of interference with individuals' rights and public justice with which it is burdened, at least until it has properly matured, will reconnect with the awesome heritage of the legal system of the mother country of the Commonwealth, including hopefully reconnecting with the Privy Council and ditching New Zealand's ruling party's recent replacement of that venerable body with its partisan "Supreme Court" as the ultimate arbiter of New Zealand's judicial affairs.
The Editorial Board of the Ninth Amendment is aware that our decision may disappoint some readers but hopefully will come to be recognized as necessary when all the facts in due course come to light. In the meantime we particularly encourage readers worldwide to stay aware of and throw and keep their support constant for the brave actions of the New Zealand individuals and press, including particularly The Herald, the Sunday Herald and the National Business Review in their continuing fight to make New Zealand the country which it can be and the world largely mistakenly now believes it to be.
The Ninth Amendment Editorial Board is humbled (not to mention somewhat confused) by the steady growth of diversity of our readership including the addition on average of new readers in more than one new country a month and now covering virtually the entire Northern and moving into the Southern Hemisphere of the Earth. We particularly welcome our relatively large new numbers of readers from Commonwealth countries, with grateful recognition of the significant numbers now stopping by our site from the United Kingdom and Canada, which we always heard was a great place to live.
For more on New Zealand corruption see www.kiwisfirst.co.nz. In the as near-perfect words as words can be drafted from Thomas Jefferson into the United States' Declaration of Independence, "We hold these truths to be self-evident. . . ." And so they may be to all peoplekind without regard for country or border.
