Wednesday, 15 July 2015, AUSTIN, TEXAS - In yet another mind-numbing series of steadily mounting preposterous claims that even MAD Magazine would reject for publication on the grounds that they are too blatantly dumb to be believed even by five-year-olds Texas' very own GOP Women (And Their Children) Hater A.G. Greg "Payday" Abbott has once again thrust into Texans' faces just how abysmally bad his judgment is now extending to a rapidly growing host of hollow gaffes as female-hater Abbott most recently actually tried to pawn off an insultingly pathetic dishonest excuse for having abused his State Office to single-handedly deprive all Texans of critical safety information on potential chemical hazards throughout the nation's second largest state which Abbot himself admitted would not even entitle Texans to find out if some neighbor say right next to a school were storing truckloads of ammonium nitrate in sheds packed up and ready to go.
Although Republican Abbott may have been too busy soliciting "campaign donations" or who knows what that year such that he just missed the news altogether most Americans will never forget the monstrous devastation that one truckload's mixture of the fertilizer parked beside the federal building in the heart of Oklahoma City completely destroyed the entire huge building instantly killing several hundred federal employees who also happened to be mothers and fathers and daughters and sons and loved ones right in the heart of America in a massively devastating explosion that shook that entire major city and indeed was so massively destructive that its shockwaves were felt around the country and indeed the entire world.
Yet even in 2014 GOP Woman Hater A.G. Greg "Payday" Abbott would have Texans unknowingly play neighbor not just to undeclared tons of extremely hazardous fertilizer when in the wrong hands but all manner of even far more hazardous chemicals haphazardly spread out among all his fellow citizens of the Lone Star state. Texans who could freely do so for the past thirty years now are not even allowed to learn as a matter of public safety from their State government where the chemical stockpiles are kept.
After all the hysteria about components entering the country Texans now know from their aspiring Republican governor that as GOP Attorney General his office has ruled that they are no longer even "entitled" to know where there are known ingredients for potentially thousands of bombs that do not even need to be smuggled in because they are already here! How could any person using their official state position as Attorney General in their right mind have already ruled that as of now Texans will be effectively prevented from finding out where these hazardous chemicals are stored. The answer is just what Texans may have come to expect from Republican governor candidate Abbott who this campaign season has already seen raking in campaign contributions that may well reach into the millions of dollars given with the clear expectation that the money is as with Perry no donation for better government for Texans but for officials making decisions with a direct profit impact on the those that "donate" the money to Abbott's campaign.
Texans should make no mistake about it that this is not because the big money wishes to buy Texans a Governor for the good of Texas. All they want is to buy another Texas governor for themselves. Perry has gotten them so spoiled and keeping playing business as usual hitting up Texans from their out-of-state mansions getting rich gouging the underclass with payday, title and "short-term" loans that end up lasting a lifetime to struggle to pay off with "fees" that are nothing but usurious interest that would have gotten them their hands cut off in Biblical times and maybe their tongues too if they did not shut up.
We have friends and family who have learrned the lifetime those "E-Z" and "short-term" loans" end up really lasting will be your own lifetime drained away faster the harder you try as they kill you off struggling to pay them back a thousand times over as you work day and night worse off than you ever were before until they either drive you into bankruptcy (and still keep trying even then to get more money with no shame even after the Court tells them to stay the hell away from you), or they just slowly kill you off plain and simple as you reach for the salt one day and drop dead with your face in your dinner plate the kids hollering at the table and a day later they will be on the phone and then at the door lying to your kin and trying to get them to say that they are owed all your life insurance proceeds. All anyone has to do is hang up the phone or shut the door. Do not ever make the mistake of ever agreeing to anything including not even that there is any known debt of any amount owed by anyone.
ALL THE PRECEDING IS WHAT WE BELIEVE MAY BE OUR OPINION WHICH IF IT IS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE FROM MOMENT TO MOMENT AND IS WE SUSPECT THE END PHASE PRODUCT OF TOO MUCH "JUNK" AND FAST FOOD AS WELL AS MAYBE THE MERCURY PUT IN OUR FILLINGS AND VACCINES AS CHILDREN. THE NINTH AMENDMENT DOES NOT PURPORT TO NOR DOES IT OFFER NOR PROVIDE ANY LEGAL ADVICE WHATSOEVER ON ANY MATTER AT ALL. It is disconcerting that Abbott the Republican who would become Texas' Governor persists in compounding lies that are so pathetic there seems little doubt he will drive himself to madness were he just to listen momentarily to his own talking trash points. His office claims he had to rule that no Texans could know any longer after thirty years whether or not their very own neighbors were storing hazardous chemicals that might blow up the whole neighborhood and God knows what else because that decision was dictated by some supposed old Homeland Security law that we certainly are not aware of any other state have interpreted the same way since it makes no sense ever and doubtless creates much more of a public safety problem than it possibly could alleviate. How insulting and arrogant can a Republican public official be that he can claim straight to your face that the State has to put you into what for all you know (but of course now you cannot) is a danger a thousand times worse than the non-existent harm that has not been there for thirty years or that your neighbor that you have known forever is suddenly going to fall prey to foreign terrorists who are going to take or get them to use their hazardous chemicals to make a bomb?!
GOP Woman Hater A.G. Greg "Payday" Abbott apparently thinks so little of the true people of the great state of Texas that he actually publicly told Texans that the way they could find hazardous chemicals on properties ALL OVER the state of Texas was to "drive around" looking for facilities. So a Dallas TV station actually took Abbott up on his idiotic idea and drove around going up to places and facilities and asking to see their chemical lists. As the TV station and the newspaper put it, Abbott's suggestion worked just about "as well as you would think".
But Republican Abbott rather than just slink away at some point was still just too damn stubborn to give up so he persisted in proving himself even more of an idiot of by suggesting that Texans might look for locations of hazardous chemicals on the Texas Department of Insurance website apparently on the basis of some kind of wild guess without even checking or asking anyone himself in advance about this convenient resource that would we guess as he saw it at least kind of cure some of the many evolving problems of his campaign at least for the moment.
When survivors still willing to waste their time listening to GOP moron Abbott went to check out his latest fabricated brainstorm they were told that this approach was "useless" for their purposes. Yet unbelievably apparently utterly and completely determined to absolutely make himself look like as much of an idiot as humanly possible moron Abbott the world's most pathetic magician then suggested that perhaps (presumably if he asked nicely and wore a tie) the Texas legislature would allow all Texans to go and try to bother local fire stations for the information "during regular business hours".
Now that last one sounds so incredibly stupid and delusional that one can only imagine that request making firemen's and firewomen's (we guess they have those) jaws drop and proving decisively that Abbott was in no way qualified to be Governor of Texas until he at least tried a mild lobotomy and a few years bed rest. One thing seems clear and that is that Abbott really must need the job as it is hard to see how he could make any rational decisions whatsoever as Governor and therefore like Perry should have a whole group of handlers like Perry who if he goes too far off the mark presumably can just take him out and drag him home for a nap before he torpedoes his entire political career single-handedly. Kind of like Perry needing someone to tackle him off the stage the moment it became clear his brain ran entirely dry on glucose about five seconds into the last round of the Republican national debate. At this rate the Ninth Amendment believes that the only fair prediction the editorial board can make is that Abbott cannot win for Texas governor even if he were the only one running against himself.
So why cannot GOP Texas Moron Woman-Hater Greg "Payday" Abbott just not tell the truth for once for goodness sake. He must have had to at least on a few occasions as a child. After Abbott's behavior so far and a decade of watching Perry get paid off it would not seem to be such a big surprise or anything if Abbott were to just directly openly charge for favors. It would seem to have so much more dignity. And clearly no one in Texas at least at this time aggressively prosecutes these guys for anything since they are the ones that by now have given every patronage job and anything else that belonged to Texas away that was not nailed down. It is one way of protecting oneself. One can just see all the feds sitting in their offices smiling to themselves and waiting to see how much rope these guys will take imagining the day that the suits must swarm Perry probably off-guard in his running shorts and relieve him of his fearsome dog-killing laser-sighted six shooter, or was it a fox, or a wolf, or no come to think of it we are sure Perry was sure it was a bear. And no doubt it threatened Perry's dog.
Yeah, that's the ticket. In any case the true boring story here is just one more payoff for Abbott is what it took. Perry sold the State's air and water off long ago. The Gulf of Mexico they sold for what they could before leaving it as a pit of mixed Corexit and oil and floating chunks of poisonous hardened muck floating just beneath the surface fifty-two times more toxic just below where you cannot see it from the surface. But one sadly will not be seeing anymore shrimp and shallow water fish either for a long, long time, or maybe at all around here. Some say they will call it the Gulf of Corexit now, others the Gulf of Perry.
In any case the long sordid story of Abbott here comes to a pathetic end for the moment. Little doubt he like Perry will return from disaster after disaster returning like one more zombie of the walking dead. He surely can say with conviction that he did nothing for anyone to make anybody safer. Any fool can see that. No, friends the sad truth is that in the wake of the deadly West explosion of hazardous chemicals in 2013 the Koch Brothers have paid off Abbott to the pathetic tune of just $75,000. Looks as if Texans are looking for a next governor who thinks modest, real modest, at least when he thinks at all.
Then Texans may just have found their man. After all $75,000 to keep all information of hazardous chemicals from all the citizens of the second biggest state in the United States, and even make up a bonus lie that that is out of concern for safety because of some Homeland Security law, and another that the information is available on a web site where the commission that runs it says "not a chance", and then to even take it one step further and actually pretend like one was going to propose to the Texas legislature that it make local fire stations available during regular business hours to the public is beyond preposterous, Abbott is achieving a level of absurdity worthy of Eugene Ionesco. Firepersons curating public information records to members of the public in a place which is tailored absolutely to the extremely important local public safety functions of a community in matters of life and death, monitoring members of the public in such a work environment, which also happens to serve as the firespersons' actual home when they are on duty, but limit visiting hours of members of the public wandering about so that firepersons only are burdened with this minor inconvenience during "regular business hours". What the hell are "regular business hours" in a fire station!? Does Abbott take the people of the great state of Texas for imbeciles. We wish he would enter into a saloon in the 19th century and say such rubbish to locals as he told them how he wanted to run for sheriff. He would be shot dead and thrown in the street in about a minute.
These ill-considered insultingly stupid matters aside the fact of possible catastrophic environmental accidents alone resulting in contaminated soil and groundwater cleanups being needed in places where authorities have at best a haphazard awareness of the presence of such threats alone might instantly catapult Abbott into the formerly otherwise unoccupied stratospherically deranged environmental hazard orbit of "Professor" Idiot Rick "Payback" Perry whose Texas office after nearly a decade of intentional environmental mismanagement and carte blanche to his out-of-state bankrolling cronies filthy industry "self-regulation" which the USEPA yanked within two weeks of seeing first-hand the mess he had created will leave the fine honest hardworking Texans who trusted him as a steward of the magnificent Lone Star State whose land they have loved with what now in 2014 boasts some of the very dirtiest air and water in the United States trailing behind Perry like the filth of the San Antonio River as he jets out of town to his adopted radioactive homeland of Japan to leave GOP moron Greg Abbott presiding over a wasteland of filth.

Tuesday, 17 June 2014, DALLAS - With Texas' obsolete GOP candidates, handlers, rich and/or family sycophants desperately trying to hang on less than five more months and try to bluff it through one last gubernatorial election (even as lame-duck Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry helpfully shares his analogy hinting that the newly-styled "Perry the academic" is setting down his laser-sighted coyote-killing six-shooter as he learns to be read to first from presumably Dark Ages texts from which he alone apparently gleans teach that alcoholism is most comparable to homosexuality as a genetic weakness that can be overcome) these otherwise unemployable Texas Republican candidates' and their masses of hangers-on lunge back at what they have come to know as their very own "trough" of honest hard-working Texans' tax dollars become they believe their birthright. Perhaps they need to volunteer for a "surge" for their state and their country overseas and not yet another "plunge" for themselves and themselves at home.
Given the changing demographics of the state of Texas in addition to the widely-reported Texas GOP election year strategy of widespread GOP rapidly growing corruption scandals relentlessly coming to light with another past decade-plus worth of illegal actions doubtless left to emerge or more likely sooner be exposed and prosecuted it is further downright mystifying to even try to imagine what if anything Texas GOP Gregg "Woman Hater" Abbott has in mind adopting his first "Women 'n Hoes" campaign theme song soon followed by carefully-orchestrated "Abortion Barbie" posters illegally adorning public property while confining himself to issues beyond his rampant hatred of women who make up over half of Texas voters to such dire matters as Ms. Davis' suggesting that beer not be sold in forty-ounce bottles. Now that is one game-changer for sure.
One can only surmise that such dinosaurs-in-mind as Perry and Abbott are so cut-off in some (in their eyes anyway) rarefied world reeking with such upstanding citizens of out-of-state dark money "payday", title and short-term loan usurers and generously donating firms directly "regulated" in Texas by them from the reality of the State in which they collect their tributes (Perry mostly just on fly-by stopovers from his Japanese vacation radiation treatments looking down his nose at his dueling Texas taxpayer-funded governors' mansions) that Abbott and his GOP cronies and shadow world mob are so immersed in this muck that they have adopted these fine model persons' mindsets as their own long ago having shed what fine true honest genuine Texas values they apparently neglected actually to inherit themselves.
Should readers happen to see say in the most recent Texas Monthly the new "studious" lame-duck Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry in his best imitation Wall Street get-up dark suit and shoes no boots six-shooter traded for eyeglasses readers particularly those from his hometown Painter's Creek, Teas probably are not fooled into thinking anyone in their right mind on Wall Street would actually interview him for a job unless that bank needed things to go "South" (no pun intended) really fast and figured Perry was probably headed for a long stint in prison anyway. No readers more probably may think he is off to be questioned by the Feds. The Feds have always been impressed by people who think a shower and a new dark suit and matching shoes can get them off of decades of serious offenses. Not. No more likely Perry is dressed to be let into the federal courthouse to sit on a bench outside where the grand jury sits and see if he can get any of his parade of cronies testifying inside the past month might bend the rules and give him a hint of to what it would be smartest to admit without going needlessly far at this point. At least until the Feds renew his passport.
Fortunately for those whom those Republicans such as Perry are long ago and many times oveer already bought and paid for they merely must pull out the wads of cash for which they have come to expect and demand their most handsome "dividends" and safely sip tropical cocktails outside U.S. jurisdiction and certainly not actually have to sully themselves and stand with a straight face and directly be witnessed making it necessary for brave Democrat women candidates such as State Senator Wendy Davis to speak for the priceless few remaining hours left actually at least to attempt to address honestly many of Texas' truly pressing problems just to make it her duty to fend off yet another purely diversionary attack on dead issues made without conviction of what is left of women's rights in the State of Texas which is to say they will do none of the hard governing Texans actually elected them to do not coincidentally just like their frozen D.C. Beltway Republican compatriots (in the worst sense of the word) disintegrating without even making it past the primaries haunting the GOP before its very eyes.
That rather than even a single self-serving Republican lawmaker or official addressing when they should be screaming about a really life-or-death issue such as what good are Texas jobs when one struggles to perform them like slaves in the dirtiest air in the country barely able to breathe, why the pristine God-given vast aquifers of Texas pure clean water are being paved and golf-course chemicalled over contaminated with rank poisons which will take hundreds of very expensive years to pump and treat from contaminated groundwater levels having sunk down hundreds of feet long after Texans' future generations have no place left even livable off the land of the once great Lone Star State that God left only in trust to their forefathers.
Or why Texas GOP officials let BP get away with merely sinking unknown hundreds of millions or billions of gallons of highly toxic waste oil by mixing it with even more toxic "dispersents" such as the well-documented ultra-poison Corexit which could be used by the military to make nerve toxins when mixed together with oil together at least fifty-two (52) times more toxic than either alone. BP and Corexit know because it says so right on its drums that it cleans up nothing at all but just sinks vast quantities of horrid poison oil-chemical waste stew out of sight now in huge dark massing death clouds just beneath the surface of the Gulf coast where it exterminates all sea life once living there. All those familiar who depended on this marine environment for ages know nothing ever lived right on the surface anyway, left just beneath out-of-site out-of-mind in the BP killing zone where it will continue to wash dead ashore on the banks and marshes keeping on coming just like the Exxon Valdez Corexit-oil witches' brew has continuously since 1989 (twenty-five years later) but now again here by BP on the once beautiful healthy shores of the Texas Gulf Coast for generations to come or not and never even see nor believe how beautiful the coastline and waters once were.
And all the honest hard-working Texans their livelihood fishing and shrimping having been stolen forced to work like hazardous waste facility wretches in direct dermal and eye contact with and breathing their respiratory-system killing fumes of this toxic filth having been denied wearing even there own bought respirators under threat of immediate firing by British Petroleum (BP) "because they gave the wrong [or rather the right] impression". That being the Gulf was now deadly where BP spilled forth unimaginable oceans of oil filth long after BP should have called who turned out to be its "very chummy buddies" from the Coast Guard to its "Dark Horizons" platform inferno immediately after the initial explosions which actually had already injured and killed several (American) workers. But BP said not to come it had it "under control". This actually may have been somewhat prescient at least on BP's managers parts as Coast Guard planes reportedly "missed" the entire Gulf of Mexico completely instead streaming highly toxic clouds of Corexit dumped directly on oil rig platforms and unprotected workers who had not yet sought asylum in Iraq.
Most shamefully all those unknowing hardworking honest true Texas fisherman and others were forced to clean up or rather hide BP's mess for the ages or at least until the television cameras were gone and Florida got a season with no oil visible on its beaches to interfere with the tourist sunbathers because the Texans had to keep the oil so BP would feed their families. Let some of the many oil companies right here in Texas go do some deep sea drilling in the English Channel. What do readers say? Maybe off of Brighton Beach. And next time NATO is back in Iraq which sadly looks as if it better be soon let BP send the soldiers to man the front lines this time Britain having suffered so remarkably few injuries by hanging so far back out of harm's way guarding very little the first go round with the Americans miles ahead out in front.
So sure there are plenty of real concerns for the Texas government to address and plenty of real work for the Government of Texas to get done. Even plenty of real fights to pick and not just with their own women if that is the way the bold GOP cares to govern. But lay off the Texas women, stop wasting everyone's time making women stand up for rights long ago proudly settled, and for goodness sake give them some women's health clinics. The Texas GOP government has left Texas women without a single women's health clinic west of San Antonio throughout the rest of the state. And treating more than half of one's state's voters like that, who also happen to be good hard-working honest Texans mothers, wives, sisters and daughters, among other things, now that is just plain stupid. Idiotic woman-hating the Abbott way to GOP fame and GOP glory and not to forget GOP fortune that the day fast comes even that Grand Old Party of Texas will get it through their heads and whatever is in them that no one with a modicum of self-respect would want that GOP brand of "success" except maybe burnt on readers know whose little pink behinds.

And all the honest hard-working Texans their livelihood fishing and shrimping having been stolen forced to work like hazardous waste facility wretches in direct dermal and eye contact with and breathing their respiratory-system killing fumes of this toxic filth having been denied wearing even there own bought respirators under threat of immediate firing by British Petroleum (BP) "because they gave the wrong [or rather the right] impression". That being the Gulf was now deadly where BP spilled forth unimaginable oceans of oil filth long after BP should have called who turned out to be its "very chummy buddies" from the Coast Guard to its "Dark Horizons" platform inferno immediately after the initial explosions which actually had already injured and killed several (American) workers. But BP said not to come it had it "under control". This actually may have been somewhat prescient at least on BP's managers parts as Coast Guard planes reportedly "missed" the entire Gulf of Mexico completely instead streaming highly toxic clouds of Corexit dumped directly on oil rig platforms and unprotected workers who had not yet sought asylum in Iraq.
Most shamefully all those unknowing hardworking honest true Texas fisherman and others were forced to clean up or rather hide BP's mess for the ages or at least until the television cameras were gone and Florida got a season with no oil visible on its beaches to interfere with the tourist sunbathers because the Texans had to keep the oil so BP would feed their families. Let some of the many oil companies right here in Texas go do some deep sea drilling in the English Channel. What do readers say? Maybe off of Brighton Beach. And next time NATO is back in Iraq which sadly looks as if it better be soon let BP send the soldiers to man the front lines this time Britain having suffered so remarkably few injuries by hanging so far back out of harm's way guarding very little the first go round with the Americans miles ahead out in front.
So sure there are plenty of real concerns for the Texas government to address and plenty of real work for the Government of Texas to get done. Even plenty of real fights to pick and not just with their own women if that is the way the bold GOP cares to govern. But lay off the Texas women, stop wasting everyone's time making women stand up for rights long ago proudly settled, and for goodness sake give them some women's health clinics. The Texas GOP government has left Texas women without a single women's health clinic west of San Antonio throughout the rest of the state. And treating more than half of one's state's voters like that, who also happen to be good hard-working honest Texans mothers, wives, sisters and daughters, among other things, now that is just plain stupid. Idiotic woman-hating the Abbott way to GOP fame and GOP glory and not to forget GOP fortune that the day fast comes even that Grand Old Party of Texas will get it through their heads and whatever is in them that no one with a modicum of self-respect would want that GOP brand of "success" except maybe burnt on readers know whose little pink behinds.
