Monday, 6 October 2014, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - In another significant blow to vicious international criminal organizations that have flourished and gone on to spread harder drugs, forced whole countries into needless tragedies of mass violence, facilitated a proliferation of deadly weapons and criminal behavior to all points of the globe, corrupted whole governments and the world's financial institutions and law enforcement agencies at every level, funded terror organizations that have taken what was a phony "war" into very real wars funded globally destabilizing countries and terrorizing whole populations worldwide, put untold millions of persons behind bars for non-violent conduct often with racially disgraceful prison terms either effectively or by operation of highly questionable operation of law in misguided mandatory prison terms leaving any sentencing discretion in the hands of the vulgar abuses of prosecutors rather than the courts, reeked havoc on the United States Constitution's most fundamental rights once protecting citizens from unwarranted invasions of privacy, searches and seizures without legally sufficient cause, turned all law enforcement actions into unnecessarily violent and characteristically unnecessarily military-style raids by overpowering force against citizens on the streets, in their cars, and even into the once-sanctity of their homes often causing lifelong trauma for citizens in all walks of life who law enforcement seem long ago in this country completely to have forgotten are innocent until proven guilty and often diverting much-needed law enforcement resources from crimes against others of real concern to the American people, propelled the Courts into tortured interpretations and disparaging distortions and destruction of the Constitution (just because the word "drugs" appears in prosecutions and now untold judicial opinions which by the Courts' own reasoning one day now with a keystroke can be changed in a moment from "drugs" to "unauthorized" or "threatening papers" or whatever the State may choose) and caused so much other needless thoughtless harm and suffering it would take volumes to recount along with the huge amount of vital tax, monetary, human and other precious resources that have been completely needlessly diverted that the members of the editorial board of the Ninth Amendment a quarter of a century ago had the opportunity to and did predict these very results to some of the United States' and Great Britain's present and future leading legal minds (at the same time that The Economist's cover editorial called unequivocally for the decriminalization of all drugs) that were perfectly obvious even from another quarter century earlier with the introduction for totally unrelated politically expedient reasons by the disgraced Republican criminal resigned former President Richard M. Nixon and his administration with the introduction of its characteristically totally phony "War on Drugs" now the entire editorial board of the New York Times in its issue of this date now being printed finally calls for what it states is supported by the fact that "a majority of Americans favor legalization" of marijuana thus the Times in all three jurisdictions Alaska, the Nation's Capital the District of Columbia, and Oregon in the United States where the issue is on next month's ballot noting that marijuana is "far less harmful than alcohol" calls for citizens wholesale rejection of the prohibition of pot by what the Times calls a "misguided federal ban". The Ninth Amendment to the Constitution is the strongest statement therein that powers not expressly granted the State are retained as rights of the People. The State has misconstrued, misrepresented, ignored, and denied the People's rights by elimination of protections reserved alone to them, not recognized by the Supreme Court, the Legislative, and worst the Executive Branch in the illegitimate exercise of draconian powers which unlawfully disparage the inalienable rights of the People.

Worst Ebola Outbreak Over 700+ Dead In Northwest Africa Infections Surge Past 1,000 As Deadly Global Conflicts Rage
Tuesday, 29 July 2014, LAGOS, NIGERIA - A major outbreak of the notoriously deadly Ebola virus now declared to be the worst in known history most recently first identified among African villagers in Guinea in northwest Africa has spread to more populated areas after killing a physician and infecting at least two American health care workers including a missionary doctor tending to victims of the virus who at last report were both in isolation in critical condition. The doctor's family returned to Texas apparently before he showed preliminary symptoms of Ebola but are being monitored for three weeks for signs of fever.
The virus most often identified in past outbreaks in remote regions of Africa where it was believed to have been contracted from jungle primates is especially of concern as current cases now having taken an estimated seven hundred lives with more than one thousand persons believed infected have appeared in more populated areas with access to air travel which there is some possibility could rapidly spread the virus to distant areas of other continents far from the source of the Ebola outbreak among humans in northwest Africa on the African continent. There is no known cure for Ebola which has a fatality rate of over ninety per cent. The disease is not airborne but is believed to be transmittable on an airplane for example by touch. Although the early symptoms mimic less serious medical conditions this rapidly deteriorates into a condition known for the rapid onset of massive hemorrhaging. One American who has died of Ebola after air travel within Africa was known to be planning to travel to Minnesota within the week.
THIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE AND CONCERNED READERS ARE URGED TO DO THEIR OWN FURTHER RESEARCH AND AS APPROPRIATE CONSULT WITH GOVERNMENT AND/OR THEIR OWN HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS.
With other major global crises occurring in eastern Ukraine where fighting reportedly today has greatly intensified between largely Russian-armed Ukrainian separatists including possible firing of armaments from the Russian side of the Ukrainian-Russian border into Ukraine has now escalated with the firing of medium-range high-explosive warhead missiles by Ukrainians at Russian Ukrainian separatists after many regionally based Ukrainian warplanes allegedly have been shot down by Russian-supplied missiles to the Ukrainian separatists.
Although news reports have focused on the alleged flow of Russian armaments across the Russian border to the Ukrainian separatists suspected of shooting down a Malaysian Airlines Boeing 777 possibly with Russian assistance flying over 31,000 feet above the border conflict area, United States officials have admitted the United States meanwhile has been supplying armaments to Ukraine but these reports have been downplayed by the U.S. because these Ukrainians "are the good guys". Increased heavy fighting today apparently has further delayed any approach to the crash site of the Malaysian Airlines Flight MH-17 Boeing 777 where remaining evidence of the cause of the crash may become significantly more difficult to identify should heavy armaments land on the site, although the Ukrainians have resolved to leave the area off-limits as a battlefield.
Meanwhile in the Israeli-Hamas fighting wing conflict Hamas leadership reportedly rejected a cease-fire after Israel apparently in recent days after striking a U.N. hospital and schools killing scores of Palestinian children (where Israel claims Hamas armaments may have been hidden and some rockets of unknown origin indeed have been found in three closed U.N. schools) last night reason would dictate destroyed the only Gaza Strip power plant (denied by the Israelis on the most convincing logic that the plant had not been targeted and anyway what else would one expect the manager of the plant to say -- is this really the most compelling spokesperson the Israelis can come up with for the dumb Americans watching CNN?) disabling it for what is estimated to be at least a year as millions of gallons of diesel fuel also poured into the sea.
Israel has also killed civilians in attacks in bombing attacks on Gaza Strip mosques and last night destroyed political Hamas' Radio Station and Finance Ministry "because it can finance arms". Video released today of Hamas militants emerging from an Israeli-targeted so-called "terror tunnel" and killing Israeli soldiers before being bombed into oblivion belied Israeli claims that the tunnels were necessarily directed at civilian targets when this evidence would seem to support the tunnels were built to serve at least to some extent the military purpose of engaging armed Israeli soldiers. In heavy fighting since five more mosques have been hit in overnight fighting extending into Wednesday morning where directly hitting another United Nations school in a Northern Gaza refugee camp school killing as many as twenty more children. In early reports Israeli spokespersons claimed Hamas fighters were to blame for engaging in a firefight with Israeli soldiers.
Although Israelis have claimed Americans are "on the front lines with them" apparently because Americans are so impressed with Israel's "embracing of democratic Western values" ever more young and aging Americans apparently are beginning to more strongly doubt the credibility of many recent Israeli factual claims regarding what often appear to be atrocities reportedly with the exception of certain evangelical American minorities and especially the fanatical support of many American Tea Partiers. As for Americans' deep abiding respect for "democratic" values that respect has hardly been demonstrated with many taking significant issue with that assertion in that that most "American" of State institutions the C.I.A. arguably has been responsible for the destruction of more elected democracies than any other State institution in modern history as it is well-known that those democracies to which the C.I.A. is not sympathetic are not only not to be supported but rather terminated and permanently eliminated by C.I.A. murderers at the first credible or not-so-credible opportunity last century by assassins and this by "lethal surveillance teams".
The recent events reportedly have drawn Iran closer to the cause of the Hamas armed wing. Israel repeatedly has claimed that Gaza targets may actually have been hit by errant Hamas missiles although so far Israel has not adduced any credible evidence in support of this claim. CNN reports that in recent weeks the hundreds of Palestinian children killed in the Gaza strip number greater than the total number of Israeli soldiers killed in the area in the last six to eight years. A member of the Israeli opposition claims that United States taxpayers have "footed the bill" for more than ninety per cent of the Israelis' so-called "Iron Shield" as well as possibly the cost of and supply of other Israeli airbase in Germany today personnel were alarmed to find the dead body of an apparently African male who was found dead in the rear landing gear wheel-well after being missed by a first post-landing check then only found lagerby a follow-up check of a large United States C-130J transport which had made stops at several African countries in unrevealed sequence including those affected by the Ebola virus outbreak which has caused significant health and security concerns within the United States Air Force.

Worldwide Ninth Amendment Readership Escalation Cements Investigator's Handbook Algorithmic Theoretical Hypothesis Even As San Francisco Sierra Emergency Declared
Sunday, 25 August 2013, FT. LAUDERDALE, FL - First off readers NO intention to be alarmist here although the above headline would seem justified in light of California stalwart Governor Jerry Brown's declaration of an extended State of Emergency in light of an apparent possible water shortage threat posed by San Francisco's Hetch Hetchy Reservoir's proximity to the current Yosemite Sierra Rim fire.
Alas as of this hour most news seems nevertheless to be emanating from New York via Facebook rather than what might otherwise be expected under the circumstances where presently all remains ostensibly quiet in San Francisco but for the parking meter scooters revving up for the infamous trendsetting Sunday morning early Church service parking sweep. (Unfair that meter sweep actually now takes place on Sunday afternoons to the delight of all San Francisco shopkeepers in the Nation's only city where so many people see things so much more alike than the rest of the Country yet manage to incessantly argue about every nitpicky detail.)
In any case the Ninth Amendment editorial staff and news bureaus not currently being informed of any further imminently actual threat to life or limb at the moment have decided to go ahead with the sociological pseudo-semi-scientific study of viral audience readership commenced just hours ago as we have watched the number of readers if not race at least ploddingly circle the globe in our examination of the relative success of substantive reading in comparison to statistical manipulative slight of hand.
Our insomniac readers no doubt will recall that earlier this evening rather than focus on the latest slew of keywords, megatrends, algorithms and the like the Ninth Amendment instead decided to just go ahead and electronically publish some content that was arguably written in some sort of English hastily edited derivative rather "fair comment" material derived from "The Private Investigator's Handbook" copyright 2005 Chuck Chambers P.I. So as not to risk creating too much commotion with unknown events perhaps still unfolding we indeed shall stick to the perhaps predominantly (but not necessarily) male-oriented topic of "tailing the mark" as our readers will recall.
And here offered as fair comment again without any compensation or other remuneration whatsoever is the Ninth Amendment's continuing recommendation of Mr. Chamber's work as stated by the Private Investigator himself under the topic "Tailing Tactics":
"From your vantage point of two car lengths back, grit your teeth as your mark drives right past the gym where they claimed to be working out every morning. So where is the bastard going? You have to follow to find out. Here are some basic tactics for tailing with a car:
o Two-lane road: Remain at least two car lengths behind.
o Four-lane road: Travel in the lane beside the target, either right or left but not behind them. Ninety percent of drivers who are suspicious of being following or feeling guilty about their destination will check the center rearview mirror as opposed to the sidemirrors. They are generally concerned with the car immediately to their rear.
o Approaching an intersection: Change lanes to move temporarily behind the mark in case they decide to make a turn. If the target doesn't turn, move back to the side lane.
o Congested traffic: Remain two car lengths behind in the side lane.
o Thinning traffic patterns: Drop back three or four lengths.
o Dead end. If the mark turns down a dead-end street, do not follow them! If your target made a wrong turn, he or she will most certainly see you on the way out, as you were traveling in. If it turns out that your target doesn't come back, the mystery destination may be down that street. You'll know soon enough when the mark's car doesn't come back out."
So readers we thank Mr. Chambers for the rather lengthy quote offered as fair comment with the assurance that if this type of occupation is up one's alley (as it were) this is the best example one can get of the type of material and writing to expect in this book, and should readers decide to acquire it on their own we have in fact borrowed but a most small fraction of the text to give readers the flavor and quality of Private Investigator Chambers work and writing. All in all we recommend the Handbook as an interesting indeed fascinating at points read regardless of one's precise stake in the outcome of the maneuvering described in such detail. Their is something admittedly for us intriguing and engaging both in the author's voice and in the sociological phenomena revealed in the daily pursuits of the well-heeled Private Investigator.
And so back to our statistics from which we will be sure to report the type of audience response this follow-up post engenders which admittedly we find a refreshing change from endless tomes on such topics as the vagaries of search engine optimization (SEO) and so on. In any case wishing our readers all the best until the next post and our heartfelt thanks for readers (hopefully) continuing interest in the Ninth Amendment Log. We do have a target ahead in our sites as well, as it were, and we shall see. . . .

Noose Tightens On Federal-Prison Bound Cybercriminals In Resounding National Endorsement Of Free Speech And Global Thirst For Freedom Of Expression, Cheney To Trade Pigheart For Teenage Human Body Parts
Sunday, 18 August 2013, MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA - The Ninth Amendment this week celebrates a spate of birthdays amongst dear friends, close schoolmates, famous persons and B-B-Q lovers not the least of whom is former President Bill Clinton who shares a birthday with one particularly devoted figure who has contributed doggedly to the steady quality growth of readership in the Ninth Amendment for over half a decade now. It is only fitting this post is submitted out of the above dateline location that being the ostensible home of our main server location with of course mirror locations around the globe.
"Mirror servers" remind us of one particularly ugly investment in Akamai pushed on us by a former sellout friend who was a decent attorney and personal investor but became a very sorry lapboy pig of criminal "full-service" brokerage PaineWebber that sure did some full service on all the retirement money we ever made in public interest work. Later combining with confessed criminal Swiss bank United Bank of Switzerland in the "dynamic criminal duo" UBS PaineWebber those greedy morons actually discouraged investments in Akamai when a prescient non-insider engineer at Akamai who said "buy, buy, buy" with it selling at about three dollars a share pnksheet, because there was nothing in it for UBS PW. Later once criminal UBS PaineWebber underwrote the stock, however (was on the take) it encouraged purchases at $375 a share the day before Akamai plummeted "good-bye" about a third never to return from an excruciatingly long dive to bankruptcy. For most that was a GOOD investment with UBS PaineWebber one's one-place stop for capital losses.
Come to think of it we cannot wait to write some posts on that and some other criminal financial services "full-service" outfits and their ugly practices such as taking (legal, huh?) kickbacks for executing your orders on the many exchanges which actually make up a single exchange hunting for a trade like a pig snorting for a truffle on which IT not YOU makes the money, innocuously known as "flowback for order flow" as annually fully disclosed on index cards only legible when read in a mirror with 3-D glasses. Yes they sure do give a reader FULL SERVICE with the GARDEN HOSE.
The only one that must give us a bigger chuckle is BANK OF AMERICA which is simply put the biggest bunch of "legitimized" thieves in the world (just our humble uninformed opinion) who admittedly cannot even perform simple math without making exponential errors consistently in guess whose favor? Dear Readers, think we would mislead you? Find out at your peril.
We cannot even dissuade our mothers from trusting their Canadian pennies (that is usually all that is left by the time BANK OF AMERIKA is done with their change purses and shaking out grandmother's mattresses) at that -- VERY loosely speaking "bank". Do our readers think B your A will come after us for such irresponsibly absolutely totally TRUE statements? Unlikely. We just have one thing to say to our readers who have their money or anything of value (Bank of Amerika shamelessly even steals senior citizens wallets right out of their purses while fingerprinting them -- a practice with which B your A management certainly should feel comfortable) at the money facilitator of that which happens to be the largest criminal or any other kind of bankruptcy in history. PARMALAT, Italian style - look it up and weep.
And five dollars to cash a check on one of its own bank account holders' instruments? These people have neither shame nor brains, but their teeth sure are white (and sharp). Our regrets to the many clueless employees of B your A -- in this case we strongly recommend another job or sure even the unemployment line -- better that than working for these crooks unless of course one is in training to become one oneself.
Gosh, did we say that? Well we must have meant it. Perhaps these cybercriminals who have been chocking up the years -- see earlier posts for their phone numbers and other identifying information they were good enough to leave behind on their criminal hacking forays -- have gotten to us a bit interfering with our speech and threatening our children and those we love. Our thanks again to any and all Feds who have been on the good side throughout. And once convicted we look forward to sharing their sorry attempts in our fabricated e-mails at . . . the English language?
Please keep posted because should anyone slip through the cracks we fully expect a significant reward will be on the way for information directly leading to the arrest, convictions, and no less than two oh let us say five years federal prison time. First let us sit back and watch the rats jump from the ship, pointing their dirty nails at one another. Everyone loves a rat with dirty nails. . . .
Finally the Ninth Amendment is delighted to be back with a lot of really fine equipment on loan. And no kidding the "stats" we soon will compile and share with readers not already having done it (somehow) on their own do show the Ninth Amendment is now read by readers in more than half the countries on the planet including nearly the entire Northern Hemisphere with the exception of North Korea. One can only sell so man pairs of the Elvis (later years' look) sunglasses.
Soon we expect to be sharing the highlights of those stats -- even if they are supplied by Google with joint-venturer the Center for International Assassinations (CIA). If compiling our stats keeps the CIA from murdering people and leaving the American people to face the inevitable unexpected mystery killer "blowback" we are all for that.
In the meantime think about how much the average reader might wish to contribute to the reward (held in trust) and as with all not to be collectible by those doing their jobs anyway to help send these criminals away -- start dangling a handful of dimes (in the words of Jim Morrison) in front of their noses, and it sure will be interesting to see for how much the rats will sell each other down the river. Not much we would guess as by all accounts the stupidity of the cybercrime is just how easily the trail leads both ways. Oh my blowback indeed.
And soon enough back to some of the pressing questions by necessity pushed aside. Has the DEA really committed YET ANOTHER colossal blunder sending America's sick and in pain and young to the morgue with bodies full of super-strong heroin in the latest in a long uninterrupted history of MAJOR POLICY BLUNDERS in the same sorry name of "public safety"? "Public safety" for the D.E.A. means taking away their guns and giving them water pistols and toy doctor bags somewhere they can stay out of trouble for a long, long time, as in until their D.E.A. mousepads (available in YOUR local dumpster) have rotted away and no one really remembers what the acronym stood for back to its proud (huh?) origins in Prohibition. Dumb Enough Already (DEA).
But could it be that President Obama former admitted drug dealer himself will actually live up to some of those nearly decade-old campaign promises and, along with Attorney General Eric Holder, let some of the EIGHT HUNDRED PER CENT increase in the federal prison population go into treatment and leave a little room for the truly violent? Those who we largely have the phony "war on drugs" to thank for anyway, and sorry folks by the way it did not start in the 1980's. It has been a cynical ploy since well before that that had nothing to do with drugs and everything to do with all the lies of Republican icon "Tricky Dick" Nixon ("the Christmas Day Bomber") and sidekick "Spiro Agnew" who supplied his failed condo complex as the still present-day EPA Headquarters above a Safeway, pardoned just in the nick of time as they were dusting his cell in the Republican Hall of Fame. Spiro "my man" the only Vice President who maybe even had one up on fellow "construction" investor on Dick "Pigheart" Cheney (we hear he is trading in Central American teenage body parts down on the Mexican-Belize border, may even get one himself a new heart when the kid stops screaming). And the Republicans are afraid of Hillary?

Free Live Adult Chat Room No Registration Nothing Taboo 24/7 Step Up Onto New Global "Free Speech Box"
Monday, 25 February 2013, LAS VEGAS - The Ninth Amendment this week fulfills another promise to our log's loyal readers and our growing national security establishment clandestine audience as well as surprising random internet surfers with the world's first known post of the paradigm-breaking cyber-addition of our optional anonymous FREE ADULT LIVE CHAT 24/7 ultimate social media feature included directly in the Ninth Amendment Log. This revolutionary "always on" enabler of we believe for example uncensored global conversation by readers among sites worldwide to discuss individual perspectives on events with persons globally while right at the home dining table has never before been introduced by any news source.
Think of it as London's Hyde Park Speakers Corner on steroids.
While some social media sites may limit a reader to say a mere five hundred friends it is the expectation of the Ninth Amendment's editorial board that its readers may now know no such artificial cutoff. While some readers may prefer merely to follow a discussion taking place in the "Free Speech Box" others of the more outspoken and extroverted type may find themselves eager to engage conversations which may count their live participants in the billions. Participation may be limited only to those with whom they share a common language, say English, which at least should enable communication with with others numbering in the hundreds of millions. Imagine the networking opportunities once one's friends reach for example the one billion mark!
Of course part of the excitement of a social experiment of this magnitude is to learn how matters may actually work themselves out as one moves from the theoretical construct to the practical world of reality. For example how long might a reader have to queue up to participate if the insights shared by others mean one must wait their turn while several hundred million other people first must have their turn to speak one at a time.
Will this overburden the technology which enables this marvel? Will participants be late for work while a significant percentage of the world's population gets to speak individually in order first? Will people interrupt if they face an urgent circumstance such as their lifespan coming to an end or the need to visit the restroom and fear losing their place in line? These are the types of questions which will have to wait to be answered and may even include the need for further government study grants.
On the other hand what a rich source of material if the United States government could maintain a file on every person in the world who ever went on the record in the free speech box. In the final analysis it actually may be "chat" that truly ushers in the dawn of a new age, perhaps as when Ken Kesey introduced the "Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test" to an unsuspecting country through the simple use of an old school bus with a destination sign reading "Further".
This Ninth Amendment tribute to its currently better known fellow free speech First Amendment in the Bill of Rights is even now fully available below with a simple click of the mouse on the word "chat". Readers may sit down to enjoy their Saturday morning breakfast food and most likely chemicals as they acquaint themselves with the facts of the day while also sharing the precious moments of modern life.with their spouse, children, pets and all loved ones. As reported here nearly a year ago after being one of the first to introduce free music of readers' choosing through "Grooveshark" right beside the day's post, and with simple guidance on keeping up with top "newspapers of record", the Ninth Amendment has enabled Americans now to better take responsibility for keeping themselves informed and on track with plenty of new friends to count as their own. Almost anyone is assured of finding someone on the Earth who agrees with something they contribute.
Many thanks again to our growing readership of those here by habit, recommendation, mistake or Government employment. All as always are welcome.here at the Ninth Amendment Log which seeks to fulfill all its readers' needs to live as responsible, informed citizens (or not as they please). From providing the latest truly noteworthy actual news, with its bureaus cutting-edge reports, to unmatched exclusive informed relentlessly incisive fearless commentary, to dead-on accurate first predictions such as its first call of Texas Idiot Governor Rick Perry's historic faster than the pull of gravity freefall from FOX-TV "news" frontrunner to mumbling incoherenet Republican Presidential debater whose last known public words were "Ah really stepped in it this time".
The Ninth Amendment is pleased to welcome all on this continuing journey into the new era of the unknown as technology and its stewards continue to take us down ever more rapidly evolving paths of surprises whether it be another invention that we never knew we needed until we learned that we could not live without it, unless it broke and had to be returned or replaced, or if more than a few months old added to the "retired" storage shed of apparently worthless items as we waited in eager anticipation for the newer version to come out and continue the cycle, all the while wondering "will this ever end?" Indeed.
