Obama Directs All U.S. Intelligence Agencies "Full Review" And "Deep Dives" Of Cyber Attacks And Foreign Intervention In 2016 Election To Report Before Leaves Office 20 January 2017 To Share Results With Lawmakers And Others

Friday, 9 December 2016, WASHINGTON, D.C. - President Obama this past Tuesday, 6 December 2016, delivered a major national counterterrorism speech in the works for months recounting his administration's efforts and successes and referring to a 61-page report released the day before on Monday, 5 December 2016. The President spoke at MacDill Air Force Base, the Tampa, Florida home to both the U.S. Central Operations Command and the U.S. Special Operations Command each of which have undertaken operations central to Obama's role as Commander-In-Chief during the term of his Presidency and thus an appropriate venue to seek to defend his legacy in this area.
Obama doubtless also now will wish to take whatever possible further opportunity arises to try to educate, inform and prepare his "unexpected" successor President-elect Trump. This dutiful most serious effort made perhaps to appear more casual and thus more palatable to Trump despite the extremely responsible President Obama's well-founded deep concern and probable consternation if not growing alarm as to what if any advice or intelligence no matter how compelling of which President-elect Trump cares to avail himself. Trump presently appears more committed to using his valuable transition time holding further "campaign" rallies of no apparent productive purpose rather than concerning himself overly with the nuances of intelligence he publicly has dismissed and national security daily briefings he has mostly missed not to mention apparently President Obama's long-prepared speech on United States counterterrorism efforts.
The unusually reportedly unambiguous U.S. government intelligence that President-elect Trump has continued to disparage, discredit and dismiss despite it being of the most immediate and escalating public and congressional concern including as it further evidences broad ongoing cyberthreats to national security has already been warned of by the DNI and Department of Homeland Security both directly having taken the very rare step of specifically issuing statements calling out Russian highest-level government malfeasance before the election specifically identified as computer hacking and theft of and dissemination of confidential communications intended to damage Democrats in particular and/or otherwise interfere with the 2016 U.S. presidential electoral process.
This was accompanied by an unprecedented unspecified but definite retaliatory threat from Vice-President Biden nevertheless still followed by Russian meddling later affirmed by the NSA's Admiral Michael Rogers and now seemingly confirmed by every other U.S. intelligence agency as well as members of Congress particularly including those on intelligence committees requesting that confidential intelligence be declassified so that it can be made public. Even despite White House assurance as to the "integrity" of the election results now at least publicly as of today, President Obama himself who has said that he had previously spoken to Vladimir Putin and told him there would be "consequences" for and to "cut it out" as to Russian meddling in the 2016 electoral process Obama nevertheless also has found it necessary to put further steps in motion to more thoroughly examine the nature and extent of Russia's hostile actions.
At an event today homeland security adviser Lisa Monaco informed reporters that President Obama has put these further steps in motion that will result in a report for distribution to lawmakers and "other stakeholders." She said that while working as a senior FBI official that she was aware of "malicious cyber activity" related to both the 2008 and 2012 U.S. presidential elections. Ms. Monaco said that in 2008 the FBI had notified then-Senator Obama's and Senator McCain's campaigns that their computer systems had been infiltrated by the Chinese. She said she did not know if the cyber attacks in the 2016 election just held had "passed the threshold" of the earlier attacks.
Asked whether President-elect Trump had shown sufficient concern about the Russian hacking and interference, since he has not publicly retracted his complimentary mentions of Vladimir Putin during the campaign nor retracted his invitation for Putin to hack and steal Hillary Clinton's emails Ms. Monaco said it was "too early to tell" in Trump's incoming administration was sufficiently concerned about any threat from Russia.
Another source from the Obama administration said the review was sparked in part by a demand from lawmakers for further information about what response had been taken against Russia. The lawmakers as previously reported in an earlier post here also requested that the Obama administration review information of the Russian election hacking and interference and determine what intelligence could be declassified so that it could be disclosed to the public.
Specifically President Obama now has directed all U.S. intelligence agencies to conduct a "full review" of cyber attacks and foreign intervention into the 2016 election. White House deputy spokesman Eric Schultz said that President Obama wanted a "deep dive" that would look back for a pattern of such behavior continuing over a period of several years. He said that President Obama wanted the review completed "under his watch." Schultz emphasized that "[t]his is a major priority for the president of the United States."

Leaked Voter Internet Database 191 Million Voter Names, Emails, Birth Dates, Addresses, Party Affiliations, And Phone Numbers For All 50 States And D.C.

Tuesday, 29 December 2015, WASHINGTON, D.C. - A publicly accessible U.S. voter database consolidating 191 million U.S. voters' names, addresses, birth dates, party affiliations, phone numbers, and email addresses from all fifty states and Washington, DC was incorrectly configured so that it was not secure with the leak first reported by CSO Online and Databreaches, Inc. Those computer and privacy news sites according to Austin, Texas computer researcher tech support specialist Chris Vickery were helping him to locate the Internet voter database's owner.
Vickery said in a Monday telephone interview that it was he who originally had discovered the leak while seeking to expose data security public leaks on the Internet. Mr. Vickery reportedly said the database took about one day to download and did not know if it had been accessed by any others. CSO Online said the information contained codes that may have originated from campaign software provider NationBuilder.
NationBuilder Chief Executive Officer Jim Gilliam said the database was not created by the Los Angeles-based company although some of the database information may have come from "data it freely supplies to political campaigns." Gilliam curiously then while implying NationBuilder had not necessarily "seen" all the information leaked made the definite statement that the voter information "included" in the leak "is already publicly available from each state government" and so asserted that "no new or private information was released in this database". Apparently Mr. Gilliam may have overlooked both the security danger the voter information compilation posed including because of criminal use of it in "concentrated" form as Mr. Vickery pointed out as well as the fact that different state governments do not uniformly allow the same uses of voter registration information.
Federal agencies quickly stepped up to shift the blame to others with a representative with the U.S. Federal Elections Commission saying the FEC has no jurisdiction over protecting voter records. Mr. Vickery said he has not been able to identify who controls the database, but that he is working with U.S. agencies whom he declined to identify to determine who owns the site so that it can be removed from public view. Unsurprisingly the F.B.I. declined to comment on its role presumably yet again sleuthing slippery commie states and/or tech punks (it might later hire due to its own present gross ineptitude) in this recent huge government Internet security breach doubtless hoping yet again no one rightfully could attribute responsibility to the F.B.I. for this or any of the other rapidly growing multitudes of government Internet and database breaches extending from the White House to the Pentagon that serve to magnify the F.B.I.'s inability to enforce internet security against anyone except its own corrupt recently criminally tried agents.
This "no FBI comment" strategy is readily understandable especially considering that FBI Director "Backdoor Man" James B. Comey like screaming NSA Director "No Backdoor Man" Admiral Michael "Mike" Rogers has been increasingly vociferously demanding a "key" or "split keys" to U.S. technology company including phone encryption contrary to all reputable world computer security expert opinions (and directly violating Comey's pledge covered verbatim in a post here earlier this year in which he assured that would take "no position" on the issue) on the grounds that Director Comey and apparently Admiral Rogers even in the wake of the continuing tidal wave onslaught of U.S. government cyberbreaches still incredibly believe their agencies can insure any cybersecurity at all much less manage not to lose or have a "key" misused by a criminal hostile state within a matter of days. Should the federal government succeed in threatening American technology companies to get a single "key" or "split keys" the Ninth Amendment respectfully suggests that President Obama please immediately demand it be turned over to the White House so that it may be secured with the First Lady to wear as a necklace.

"Thin Slicing", Necessity To Write, Your Top Public Servants In Congress Vie To Paralyze Government

Thursday, 27 September 2013, WASHINGTON, DC - The Ninth Amendment Log editorial board recently was pleased to find itself with a thin slice* of free time with digital enthusiasm still growing, even if not necessarily reflected in ability. The dictates of writing emphasizing constantly to the editorial board that this craft unequivocally must have its time for reflection away from the constant demands of continuing publication of this living "tribute" ostensibly to Dr. Hunter S. Thompson.* Blink copyright 2005 Malcolm Gladwell is a fascinating compilation of brief examinations of situations in which literally just a "thin slice" (not really cutting into the brain!) of information in our own and sometimes in experts which enables us to predict human behavior even when provided with astonishingly little information. (As in a college professor who has distilled the work of examining married mail-female couples to the point that by just eavesdropping for a few seconds on a neighboring conversation at a restaurant he can predict to something like 95% accuracy whether they will be married in fifteen years.)
The act of writing for us has become not just a pleasure but a necessity which drives us through intermediate method to final product. As many readers and others including a range of friends (including former and present government officials) by now are aware from conversations in person and remotely, and physical evidence some of which is under the protection and care of others that the Ninth Amendment (which is made up of individual persons) unfortunately suffered harm, damage, very large (for us) economic loss in order to either repair, upgrade, replace and/or secure former computers' integrity. This includes all manner of injury short of known physical assault from acts clearly evidencing technical malfeasance with our publication, identity theft known to include breaking into e-mail accounts, and related accounts, which were misused for so-called "side-door access" including to all significant functions we control allowing us to bring out the Ninth Amendment as we see fit.
Furthermore damages were incurred and federal, state and/or local laws may have been violated under a lay reading of the plain texts of statutes by taking without authorization (theft) "Administrator" status such individuals were acting and purportedly writing legally significant and other correspondence under the name of myself, the editor-in-chief, of this publication. To the best of our knowledge we suffered the first service disruptions of any type consistent with those described above exactly on the same date that information became public of Texas Governor Rick Perry's impending self-imposed end to his unparalleled run in state office culminating in a string of Texas governorships spanning more than thirty-five years.
According to statistics kept by Google page views of the most viewed page appearing in this Ninth Amendment Log is a more than three-year-old post reporting on Governor Perry which has as of the publication of today's post reached 1,376 specific page views. The Ninth Amendment Log is and always has been political satire, with scattered obvious solemn notes such as our statements honoring our war dead and wounded on Veteran's Day, celebrating the United States Constitution and the pressingly pertinent endurance of its words today, as well of its historical foundation to our County's current experience, and more reflecting a deep and abiding love of that Compact which roots this extraordinary Nation.
The Ninth Amendment is recognized as such by reasonable persons from the moment they first see the cartoon caricaturing Dr. Hunter S. Thompson on the Ninth Amendment's landing page. Readers easily can discern the focus of the site's mostly political satirical coverage regarding nationally and globally known institutions and individuals.
Upon learning that Google keeps a record accessible for site administrators such as ours detailing all account activity, including identifying information as to servers and their approximate location including objects from within a proximity of a few feet. More exact location need be pursued through some unfamiliar to us military/national security/similar we expect channels. Upon learning this persons including those participating in the digital publication of the Ninth Amendment consulted the Google listing for this Ninth Amendment Log, a so-called "blog" on Google's "blogger.com". The Ninth Amendment consulted the Google Account Activity site and found that the Ninth Amendment for years has had its server of record at an IP address in Mountain View, California.
Nevertheless after about five years of uninterrupted publication since its inception in later July 2013 that IP address jumped (in the Google report with no discernable action on the part of anyone working on or for the Ninth Amendment) to a different server having been documented in earlier posts searchable by interested readers. A reverse IP address locater found that the server IP address 127.227.207.201 is at about the southwest corner of the intersection of Van Ness and Market Streets at a facility listed to a previously identified public information search as belonging to the State of California. The reference resource identifies California DTS-cis (?) as providing computer support services to local, state, and federal entities from this location.
Now patient readers to change gears and assuage your boundless curiosity we reproduce first verbatim the below editorial. As readers see it has been presented by the New York Times unanimously by the Editorial Board. The below is copyright The New York Times. House leaders are threatening economic disaster with an absurd list of discredited demands of "or elses"  that should be:
Editorial

A Republican Ransom Note

On Wednesday last, Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew sent the House a very serious warning that, for the first time, the United States would be unable to pay its bills beginning on Oct. 17 if the debt ceiling is not lifted. House leaders responded on Thursday with one of the least serious negotiating proposals in modern Congressional history: a jaw-dropping list of ransom demands containing more than a dozen discredited Republican policy fantasies.

We’ll refrain from deliberately sabotaging the global economy, Speaker John Boehner and the other leaders said, if President Obama allows more oil drilling on federal lands. And drops regulations on greenhouse gases. And builds the Keystone XL oil pipeline. And stops paying for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. And makes it harder to sue for medical malpractice. And, of course, halts health care reform for a year.
The list would be laughable if the threat were not so serious. A failure to raise the debt ceiling would cause a default on government debt, shattering the world’s faith in Treasury bonds as an investment vehicle and almost certainly bringing on another economic downturn. Unlike a government shutdown, a default could leave the Treasury without enough money to pay Social Security benefits or the paychecks of troops.
The full effects remain unknown because no Congress has ever allowed the government to go over the brink before. The Government Accountability Office estimated that simply by threatening to default in 2011, Republicans cost taxpayers $1.3 billion in higher interest payments because of that uncertainty. The 10-year cost of those higher-interest bonds is $18.9 billion.
Any sober-minded lawmaker should realize that the danger of trifling with the debt limit is far too high. But Mr. Boehner has been encouraging his members to toss their pet projects — hey, let’s insist on Congressional approval for every major federal regulation! — onto the towering list of demands.
By day’s end, many Republican members remained skeptical of the leadership plan. But the House leaders clearly hope the president will take the bait and negotiate on a few items on the list, forcing him to break his promise never to bargain over the debt ceiling. Many items on the list are intended to put vulnerable red-state Democratic senators on the spot should the plan wind up in their chamber. One of them, Joe Manchin III of West Virginia, said Thursday he could support a year’s delay on health reform. If the unified Democratic opposition to the debt-ceiling threat is shattered in the Senate, the pressure on Mr. Obama to come to the table would be intense.
But the absurdity of the list shows just how important it is that Mr. Obama ignore every demand and force the House extremists to decide whether they really want to be responsible for an economic catastrophe. He made a mistake by negotiating in 2011, hoping to reach a grand bargain; that produced the corrosive sequester cuts.
To prevent the House from making every debt-ceiling increase an opportunity to issue extortionist demands for rejected policies they can achieve in no other way, the president has to put an end to the routine creation of emergencies once and for all by simply saying no.

Secret Police Chief Feinstein Betrays Democratic Roots Herds Comitttee To Endorse And "[P]reserve" NSA's 2006-Present "Call Log" Of All Of Every American's Phone Calls

Friday, 27 September 2013, SAN FRANCISCO - Dianne Feinstein has come (excuse us, "gone" apparently) far away since her heart's start as a San Francisco city councilperson and Mayor before the big one-way trip to Waxhington, D.C. She always has may we say appeared to have a proclivity for the more refined circles. Certainly even in bearing alone her she has seemed well-suited ( yes, pun, good) to her regal stature. Senator Feinstein has good posture.
Oddly in this case that stature compared to at least sheer height though perhaps with more awkwardness would be President Obama thus making her somehow somewhat comparable to the early President Obama in the case at hand.  That is here in the NSA case that it seems to us she has taken a step reminiscent of an earlier in his term Barack Obamism.
We wish to emphasize our disappointment with Senator Feinstein's apparent  apologism for the National Security Agency and indeed her even apparent ratification, verification, legitimization, there are a lot of words which seem uncomfortably close to fitting this situation of the NSA's operation "Prism". Well at least it sounds a lot closer than the "Patriot" Act which President Obama endorsed to that for which it might be suited should the need arise.
Senator Feinstein's avowed and/or at least otherwise obvious purpose apart from "preserving" the components of this blanket surveillance which she sees as "lawful" (a very good start) is not necessarily going to raise the public's "confidence" in something which has pushed beyond the limits of the public's trust for seven years already with some blanket surveillance program of which the public has had no knowledge whatsoever.
Difficult at best to raise a person's confidence in something which they did not even know existed but was intentionally kept hidden doubtless because of its "slap you in the face" overarching invasion of your privacy until the dark secret slipped out. Of what kind of confidence is one speaking in which the only evidence held up to bolster this massive systematic invasion of the privacy of all is the young man who told you about it and apparently two persons in the United States who broke the law in giving thousands of dollars to a "forbidden" Somali group presumably of "terrorists".
Whoa! Seven years of our national government by whatever means necessary directly collecting and keeping sorted specifically identifying records of every one of each of our telephone calls for our doing nothing at all except dialing and/or speaking on the phone, and that is all they have to show for the blanket surveillance of their own people. And one General who says he thinks this system would have averted the 9/11 attacks had it then been in place.

Senators Push to Preserve N.S.A. Phone Surveillance

WASHINGTON — The Senate Intelligence Committee appears to be moving toward swift passage of a bill that would “change but preserve” the once-secret National Security Agency program that is keeping logs of every American’s phone calls, Senator Dianne Feinstein, the California Democrat who leads the panel, said Thursday.
Ms. Feinstein, speaking at a rare public hearing of the committee, said she and the top Republican on the panel, Senator Saxby Chambliss of Georgia, are drafting a bill that would be marked up — meaning that lawmakers could propose amendments to it before voting it out of committee — as early as next week.
After the existence of the program became public by leaks from the former N.S.A. contractor Edward J. Snowden, critics called for it to be dismantled. Ms. Feinstein said her bill would be aimed at increasing public confidence in the program, which she said she believed was lawful.
The measure would require public reports of how often the N.S.A. had used the calling log database, she said. It would also reduce the number of years — currently five — that the domestic calling log data is kept before it is deleted. It would also require the N.S.A. to send lists of the phone numbers it searches, and its rationale for doing so, to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court for review.
By contrast, a rival bill drafted by skeptics of government surveillance, including two members of the committee, Senators Ron Wyden of Oregon and Mark Udall of Colorado, would ban the mass call log collection program.
That more extensive step is unlikely to pass the committee. Ms. Feinstein contended that “a majority of the committee” believed that the call log program was “necessary for our nation’s security.”
Ms. Feinstein said her bill with Mr. Chambliss would also require Senate confirmation of the N.S.A.’s director. At the same time, it would expand the N.S.A.’s powers to wiretap without warrants in the United States in one respect: when it is eavesdropping on a foreigner’s cellphone, and that person travels to the United States, the N.S.A. would be allowed to keep wiretapping for up to a week while it seeks court permission.
That step would remove the largest number of incidents in which the N.S.A. has deemed itself to have broken rules about surveillance in the United States. Those incidents were identified in a May 2012 audit leaked by Mr. Snowden.
The rival proposals pushed by Mr. Wyden and Mr. Udall would also ban the N.S.A. from warrantless searches of Americans’ information in the vast databases of communications it collects by targeting noncitizens abroad. And it would prohibit, when terrorism is not suspected, systematic searches of the contents of Americans’ international e-mails and text messages that are “about” a target rather than to or from that person.
Still, most of the senators on the Intelligence Committee, which had received briefings about the call log program and other surveillance even before Mr. Snowden’s leaks, used the hearing on Thursday to largely defend the programs and criticize the disclosures.
Mr. Chambliss suggested that people could die because of Mr. Snowden’s disclosures, and he pressed Gen. Keith Alexander, the N.S.A. director, to describe the program’s value.
“In my opinion,” General Alexander said, “if we had had that prior to 9/11, we would have known about the plot.”
Officials have struggled to identify terrorist attacks that would have been prevented by the call log program, which has existed in its current form since 2006. The clearest breakthrough attributed to the program was a case involving several San Diego men who were prosecuted for donating several thousand dollars to a terrorist group in Somalia.
Mr. Wyden pressed General Alexander about whether the N.S.A. had ever collected, or made plans to collect, bulk records about Americans’ locations based on cellphone tower data.
General Alexander replied that the N.S.A. is not doing so as part of the call log program, but that information pertinent to Mr. Wyden’s question was classified.

BULLRUN Big Secret Of National Security Agency Lawbreaking Continues New York Times Reports Funded By Your Tax Dollars Still Working Hard Against Your Constitution

The New York Times | BREAKING NEWS ALERT
    NYTimes.com |
BREAKING NEWS Thursday, September 5, 2013 3:05 PM EDT
    N.S.A. Foils Much Internet Encryption
The National Security Agency is winning its long-running secret war on encryption, using supercomputers, technical trickery, court orders and behind-the-scenes persuasion to undermine the major tools protecting the privacy of everyday communications in the Internet age, according to newly disclosed documents.
The agency has circumvented or cracked much of the encryption, or digital scrambling, that guards global commerce and banking systems, protects sensitive data like trade secrets and medical records, and automatically secures the e-mails, Web searches, Internet chats and phone calls of Americans and others around the world, the documents show.
Many users assume — or have been assured by Internet companies — that their data is safe from prying eyes, including those of the government, and the N.S.A. wants to keep it that way. The agency treats its recent successes in deciphering protected information as among its most closely guarded secrets, restricted to those cleared for a highly classified program code-named Bullrun, according to the documents, provided by Edward J. Snowden, the former N.S.A. contractor.

    BULLRUN

    27 August 2013

BREAKING: Long Prison Terms Likely If Criminal Abuse Of QRobe 12.227.207.201 IP Address State Of California Data Center Services Department Of Technology San Francisco

Monday, 26 August 2013, SW CORNER MARKET/VAN NESS STREETS SAN FRANCISCO - The Editorial Board and Global Bureaus of the Ninth Amendment Log unanimously agree, endorse, second and carry the motion fully to support the unchallenged claim and receipt of any and all monetary and/or other rewards solely by the individual who created, applied for to Google, writes, edits, controls, publishes and serves as the Administrator of this site appearing at the above-provided URL address www.waronnothing.blogspot.com commonly understood to be put forth onto the internet at its principal computer server located in Mountain View, California.
Readers interested in pursuing their right to exercise their own "free speech" by like means including editorial, educational, commercial, social, political and/or all other species thereof as to which Congress shall make "[N]o law", United States Constitution Amendment One, via a means such as this log may be interested to know that the pseudo-experiment of days past conducted by this electronic publication herein described especially as to posts focusing on the techniques of the (extra)ordinary citizen in conducting one's own "Private Investigations" may be pleased to learn that such efforts with minimal focus on algorithms, keywords, megatrends, search engine optimizations and the like have indeed brought a steady increase in the worldwide readership audience through the simple act of writing.
It is no secret that the CIA has acknowledged including in the press both a public joint venture investment with Google in mapping everyone's house on the planet as well as other investments including through "front" corporation(s) which either invest in Google directly or through the open market, that Google has disclaimed any ill-intentioned complicity in such actions by the CIA, and that Google indeed has even gone so far as to sue President Barack Obama for revelations of the NSA and other "National Security" agencies claimed "uncooperative" shared "data-mining" expeditions within the treasure troves of personally identifying information and cataloging of the identities, characteristics physical and otherwise, habits, no doubt bodily genetic sequences, fluids, hairs and so on of a fair population of the world including many American citizens suspected of nothing whatsoever, in shared efforts with the growing league of "social media" spyhouses run by Twitbot, "Zuck" Zuckerboy's Facelog or Mugbook, Ink 5, Linked-In-Chains, and so on. Real spies like acronyms, tech snoops prefer innocent-sounding names which are not.
That having been said it strikes the editorial board of the Ninth Amendment log as extraordinarily curious that in the grossly apparent cyber, hacking, harassment, threats of harm, species of extortion, identity theft and myriad other local, state and federal crimes which this publication for reasons which escape us now has been compelled along with our loved ones to endure interfering with our peace, safety, happiness, work, ability to freely express ourselves much less earn a living for what we believe to be entering its third month that the person(s) engaging in such acts would choose of all methods to use those provided by the very federal agencies which can just as easily use those methods to backtrack with such ease their use compels one to wonder just how far their knowledge of anything extends once beyond the narrow confines of the "tech world".
We will not further belabor the point in a world full of compelling and significant news as we already have spent far enough space in these past weeks fully documenting the apparently freshly illegal footsteps leading right to and through the doors and drawers of our computers, servers, files, and other information repositories and means of communication with our public. Several weeks back we even provided in HEADLINES the exact phone numbers which have ADMINISTRATED our accounts without our ever having provided them to anyone for the purposes, websites and URLS which have mysteriously shown a suddenly enormous amount of interest in our otherwise rather more limited audience political satire posts, and so on.
Let us distill it to the following evidence that should it in fact prove that which it strongly tends to suggest to be true should provide more than enough fodder for plea bargains and prison sentences of downright UGLY terms. In the course of this education the Ninth Amendment has learned much and as always wishes to share some of that knowledge with our readers. To wit: SEARCH ENGINES: Google and we do not know how many others now save your EVERY search just in case you were interested or had any illusion of privacy left.
Your every log in and log off of many different accounts, not to mention all changes or even just oddities of settings and habits are now RECORDED. Our dear readers no doubt already are aware that without near-constant diligence with an array of "add-ons", programs, toolbars, sledgehammers and who knows what else YOUR EVERY MOVE IS TRACKED. And it seems that everything that is not constantly updated immediately should be suspected of, what?, started to spy on readers, of course.  Just do a little reading on, say, Mozilla.org creators of the Firefox browser. Go ahead, we dare you.
In any case we relate the following. By going into our Google accounts section (recall co-owned by the CIA), settings/security/activity, we can get a fairly quick snapshot of what has been going on with log ins and offs, password changes, location of work changes, server changes, IP address changes, etc. Upon doing this we were surprised to come upon the following. By the way, the way, the qrobe.it search engine available as a free Firefox add-on search engine allows us to look into all areas of interest with an https (secure?) connection privately searching terms of which it keeps no record and we would suppose leaves no trace.
The Ninth Amendment log was surprised to find that just about the time our many diverse interferences with service, authorizations of unauthorized accounts and phones to go into our e-mail and disrupt our posts, our I.P. address suddenly changed from a very long tedious unchanged list to a couple entries for 12.227.207.201 IP Address - State of California - Data Center Services - California Department of Technology, or Dts-mis. This IP stood out from a long San Francisco list but instead supplied the rather "broader" San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose. This location was not too hard too find for this Host Name California IP address, necessitating only a quick qrobe.it search yielding, ta-da, www.IPlocationfinder.com.
Seems that the "Recent Activity" in our "Google Accounts" in later July 2013 fell under the heading of "Notice of Unfamiliar Activity" (we all know about that, do we not?) Next thing we knew we were descending from the air toward the most recognizable intersection of Market and Van Ness Streets (yes same notorious southwest corner once home of Boas Honda before some incident we seem to remember from the 1990's was it already with a, well, too-young boy.) As we descended we learned that we were approaching IP latitude 37,7749, IP longitude -122.4194, "workplace" address home of the afore-mentioned California Department of Technology, now described by our computer as an agency which "Provides cost effective, large scale data processing and telecommunications (oh great!) services to the state, county, federal and local government. And us, apparently. AT&T Services we learned provides the address. Alas with just two entries on that location which apparently had been performing administrator functions including between our (unknown) "linked" Google accounts to (our previously unknown to exist) Picasa, Youtube, and our independent unrelated (we thought) e-mail account, Google sadly failed us, informing us that the sudden unrush was over as the prior two weeks of OUR July data apparently were disappeared just like that into a simple but powerful notice "Events unavailable prior to this date".
Funny seemed to us that about half of this past July had felt just about the same to us. Well written.

Noose Tightens On Federal-Prison Bound Cybercriminals In Resounding National Endorsement Of Free Speech And Global Thirst For Freedom Of Expression, Cheney To Trade Pigheart For Teenage Human Body Parts

Sunday, 18 August 2013, MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA - The Ninth Amendment this week celebrates a spate of birthdays amongst dear friends, close schoolmates, famous persons and B-B-Q lovers not the least of whom is former President Bill Clinton who shares a birthday with one particularly devoted figure who has contributed doggedly to the steady quality growth of readership in the Ninth Amendment for over half a decade now. It is only fitting this post is submitted out of the above dateline location that being the ostensible home of our main server location with of course mirror locations around the globe.
"Mirror servers" remind us of one particularly ugly investment in Akamai pushed on us by a former sellout friend who was a decent attorney and personal investor but became a very sorry lapboy pig of criminal "full-service" brokerage PaineWebber that sure did some full service on all the retirement money we ever made in public interest work. Later combining with confessed criminal Swiss bank United Bank of Switzerland in the "dynamic criminal duo" UBS PaineWebber those greedy morons actually discouraged investments in Akamai when a prescient non-insider engineer at Akamai who said "buy, buy, buy" with it selling at about three dollars a share pnksheet, because there was nothing in it for UBS PW. Later once criminal UBS PaineWebber underwrote the stock, however (was on the take) it encouraged purchases at $375 a share the day before Akamai plummeted "good-bye" about a third never to return from an excruciatingly long dive to bankruptcy. For most that was a GOOD investment with UBS PaineWebber one's one-place stop for capital losses.
Come to think of it we cannot wait to write some posts on that and some other criminal financial services "full-service" outfits and their ugly practices such as taking (legal, huh?) kickbacks for executing your orders on the many exchanges which actually make up a single exchange hunting for a trade like a pig snorting for a truffle on which IT not YOU makes the money, innocuously known as "flowback for order flow" as annually fully disclosed on index cards only legible when read in a mirror with 3-D glasses. Yes they sure do give a reader FULL SERVICE with the GARDEN HOSE.
The only one that must give us a bigger chuckle is BANK OF AMERICA which is simply put the biggest bunch of "legitimized" thieves in the world (just our humble uninformed opinion) who admittedly cannot even perform simple math without making exponential errors consistently in guess whose favor? Dear Readers, think we would mislead you?  Find out at your peril.
We cannot even dissuade our mothers from trusting their Canadian pennies (that is usually all that is left by the time BANK OF AMERIKA is done with their change purses and shaking out grandmother's mattresses) at that -- VERY loosely speaking "bank". Do our readers think B your A will come after us for such irresponsibly absolutely totally TRUE statements? Unlikely. We just have one thing to say to our readers who have their money or anything of value (Bank of Amerika shamelessly even steals senior citizens wallets right out of their purses while fingerprinting them --  a practice with which B your A management certainly should feel comfortable) at the money facilitator of that which happens to be the largest criminal or any other kind of bankruptcy in history. PARMALAT, Italian style - look it up and weep.
And five dollars to cash a check on one of its own bank account holders' instruments?  These people have neither shame nor brains, but their teeth sure are white (and sharp). Our regrets to the many clueless employees of B your A -- in this case we strongly recommend another job or sure even the unemployment line -- better that than working for these crooks unless of course one is in training to become one oneself.
Gosh, did we say that? Well we must have meant it. Perhaps these cybercriminals who have been chocking up the years -- see earlier posts for their phone numbers and other identifying information they were good enough to leave behind on their criminal hacking forays -- have gotten to us a bit interfering with our speech and threatening our children and those we love. Our thanks again to any and all Feds who have been on the good side throughout. And once convicted we look forward to sharing their sorry attempts in our fabricated e-mails at . . . the English language?
Please keep posted because should anyone slip through the cracks we fully expect a significant reward will be on the way for information directly leading to the arrest, convictions, and no less than two oh let us say five years federal prison time. First let us sit back and watch the rats jump from the ship, pointing their dirty nails at one another. Everyone loves a rat with dirty nails. . . .
Finally the Ninth Amendment is delighted to be back with a lot of really fine equipment on loan. And no kidding the "stats" we soon will compile and share with readers not already having done it (somehow) on their own do show the Ninth Amendment is now read by readers in more than half the countries on the planet including nearly the entire Northern Hemisphere with the exception of North Korea. One can only sell so man pairs of the Elvis (later years' look) sunglasses.
Soon we expect to be sharing the highlights of those stats -- even if they are supplied by Google with joint-venturer the Center for International Assassinations (CIA). If compiling our stats keeps the CIA from murdering people and leaving the American people to face the inevitable unexpected mystery killer "blowback" we are all for that.
In the meantime think about how much the average reader might wish to contribute to the reward (held in trust) and as with all not to be collectible by those doing their jobs anyway to help send these criminals away -- start dangling a handful of dimes (in the words of Jim Morrison) in front of their noses, and it sure will be interesting to see for how much the rats will sell each other down the river.  Not much we would guess as by all accounts the stupidity of the cybercrime is just how easily the trail leads both ways. Oh my blowback indeed.
And soon enough back to some of the pressing questions by necessity pushed aside. Has the DEA really committed YET ANOTHER colossal blunder sending America's sick and in pain and young to the morgue with bodies full of super-strong heroin in the latest in a long uninterrupted history of MAJOR POLICY BLUNDERS in the same sorry name of "public safety"? "Public safety" for the D.E.A. means taking away their guns and giving them water pistols and toy doctor bags somewhere they can stay out of trouble for a long, long time, as in until their D.E.A. mousepads (available in YOUR local dumpster) have rotted away and no one really remembers what the acronym stood for back to its proud (huh?) origins in Prohibition. Dumb Enough Already (DEA).
But could it be that President Obama former admitted drug dealer himself will actually live up to some of those nearly decade-old campaign promises and, along with Attorney General Eric Holder, let some of the EIGHT HUNDRED PER CENT increase in the federal prison population go into treatment and leave a little room for the truly violent? Those who we largely have the phony "war on drugs" to thank for anyway, and sorry folks by the way it did not start in the 1980's. It has been a cynical ploy since well before that that had nothing to do with drugs and everything to do with all the lies of Republican icon "Tricky Dick" Nixon ("the Christmas Day Bomber") and sidekick "Spiro Agnew" who supplied his failed condo complex as the still present-day EPA Headquarters above a Safeway, pardoned just in the nick of time as they were dusting his cell in the Republican Hall of Fame. Spiro "my man" the only Vice President who maybe even had one up on fellow "construction" investor on Dick "Pigheart" Cheney (we hear he is trading in Central American teenage body parts down on the Mexican-Belize border, may even get one himself a new heart when the kid stops screaming). And the Republicans are afraid of Hillary?

Some Sly Tricks Of The Tradecraft As It Were, Keywords Hack, Steal, Spy, Eavesdrop, iPhone, E-Mail, Master, Password, Phrasestring, Privacy, Constitution, Guns, Lawyers, Money

Thursday, 8 August 2013, NORTH HAVEN, MAINE - Well the ruling elite is off from their five-day weekend houses in the Hamptons to their five-week summer houses off the coast of Maine. The cooks, au pairs and housekeepers are keeping the children out of sight and setting out the hard liquor  We are fighting with the locals and longtimers over mooring amongst the sailboats our 250-foot power yacht (just slightly longer than the Ferry) bought with Google AdSense pocket change and tastefully emblazoned down the hull in "graffiti-look" the words "AMENDMENT NINE AIN'T SHE FINE!" Seems our fuel requirements to fill up will empty the Vinal Haven marina fuel tanks until sometime next Spring. Perfect!
Anyway dawn is breaking over Penobscott Bay or maybe it is just early evening but anyway we did promise SOME content. Okay, this one is not on e-mail as expected (look up "hush mail" readers who just cannot wait), but we know are readers are sure to love it anyway. No doubt some are aware of the battle raging between the D.A.s of San Francisco and Manhattan about the disabling of MePhones. The D.A.s say they now are responsible for something like half of all street crime. The manufacturers meanwhile are saying it is impossible to turn one off (unless the bill is not paid). No really one can only imagine the hit to sales and SHARE PRICE of Apple and Samsung if everyone were not forced to buy two or three of each model of phone due to theft. It could bring the economy to its knees.
Now here is a Ninth Amendment solution courtesy of an unnamed friend who comes up with ideas like the following about three a minute when not dumpster diving in the abandoned DEA trash (did readers know the Agency even has its very own MOUSEPADS?) or especially Costco's (it has been known to throw out entire RACKS of mountain bikes because they are last season's or cases of super-expensive light bulbs because a couple were broken in shipping), and that is just the START of an evening's dumpster shoppin. . .
The idea for the MePhones is fairly simple but then are not all the best ideas? Have our readers figured out what all those buttons and holes and little switches and things do yet? Do not worry neither have we. Just find the sequence which allows one to put some text across the front of the phone, and if being a reader not a video game player one cannot find it have a child do it for you. Then just pick some effective phrase and have it display across the front of the phone. In our case it is amazing how effective the two simple words "No Service" have been in eliminating all interest in our phones. Sorry Apple and Samsung.
Well the e-mail tips will mostly have to await another day, but the phone one above was worth at least a few hundred dollars would our readers not say? Readers first tip, though, is that according to the computer magazines which we do NOT read, the password/master password thing is out for most of us who otherwise spend our nights awake sweating trying to remember what we have forgotten no longer having any time to actually do anything like write e-mails, bank, pay bills, etc., as we are so busy managing all our passwords and latest security devices and updating our operating systems, browsers, add-ons, tending to sick plug-ins and so on, and then it is time to go out and buy the next generation of "heavy equipment" . . .
Anyway, they call them "passphrases" and we really could not tell our readers if they are adequate or not. Supposedly anyway after having been told that pet names, birthdays, and now just any old words are out because of "dictionary" attacks we understand the latest things are "passphrases" which are a few words strung together in a not completely predictable way and which we actually might have a chance of remembering. Oh and one more thing of course is the big recommendation of late that one do the "two-step" security with the second step being, you guessed it naturally, a final security code to punch in called to the phone which one just had stolen. . . .
Until next time, happy computing, and get ready for some more real tried but true "tradecraft", like the three consecutive turns when being followed, the (states names will be coming next time) trust for the car's registration and about ten other things one would rather keep private, clicking the car door open just BEFORE, PLEASE SAFETY FIRST the tow truck is about to pick it up (occupied vehicle), the homemade mailbox added at the end of the rural row, and so on. . . .  But first and foremost, and we will remind you again before we continue:  Never do anything about which one has doubts before consulting a duly licensed attorney.
Living off the grid without the good old U.S.D.A. grade "A", hey, hey, hey.
