The NSA gets new night vision combo infrared-10,000 candlelight gear that allows it from a satellite to read the date on a penny on the street in New York, we get new gear that allows us from the planet Pluto to read "LIBERTY" to the left of President Lincoln's head on a penny buried 30,000 feet in an ocean trench still covered with muck from Captain Hazelwood's Exxon Valdez mishap.(Still did not pay that $1 billion jury award after 25 trips to the Supreme Court, has Exxon?)
