CIA "Zuckerboy" Handlers Direct "Facelog" To Continuously Track Users Buy $1 Billion Waze Corporation GPS Technology

Friday, 10 May 2013 - Langley, VA - In perhaps the worst-kept CIA secret of all time the torture and assassination rogue democracy-destruction outfit more commonly known as the"Center For International Assassinations"  (CIA) in the operation of its so-called "Facebook" (CIA codename "Facelog" or "Mugbook") social cataloging and reported "data-mining" operation established and consistently operated in direct contravention of laws establishing the limited geographical CIA operational area expressly excluding the domestic United States reportedly now has ordered CIA puppet tool "Zuckerboy" to acquire GPS and related technology allowing the CIA to track Americans at all times using his "Facebook" franchise.
"Zuckerboy" already nailed by European regulators with staggering fines for his previous CIA-ordered efforts to use "facial recognition" technology in the European Union and more recently again was slapped down heartily by European regulators for further CIA-ordered privacy invasion and spying attempts there allegedly in the CIA's failing efforts to keep up with other U.S. "national security" agencies which provide actual physical evidence rather than the CIA's frequently incorrect "analyst" reports prepared by recent college graduates who often have never left the Eastern seaboard of the United States in their entire lives spent "book-learning" or studying at Princeton's (home of the DOE "Tokamok" experimental fusion reactor) Woodrow Wilson School  to become future CIA "never-in-the-field" top brass.
Reportedly CIA puppet tool "Zuckerboy" took a break from the innumerable lawsuits (such as Yahoo's most recent patent infringement suit) and several major enforcement actions being leveled against "Facelog" for negotiations with Waze Corporation to purchase it for its "social GPS navigation and traffic application" (so-called "app") for somewhere in the range of one billion dollars. The app is excpected to further CIA-Facebook plans to further expand and enhance its privacy invasion and surveillance and spying network significantly by enabling the physical tracking of Facebook users around-the-clock.
As previously reported when European regulators doubtlessly hammer Facebook with another fine nearing one billion dollars the fine can be expected to be indemnified by the CIA out of its so-called "black book" budget for so-called "black-ops". Such black book budget funds in contravention of the United States Constitution are not made public to most members of the government nor of the American taxpayers who will be as usual the ones footing the bill for the CIA's latest misadventures. God Bless America.

New York Times Entire Editorial Board Finally Calls For Guantanamo Bay Closure Detainees Release

6 April 2013, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - In the wake of the most recent and longest hunger strike ever of remaining Guantanamo Bay detainees in numbers far greater than those told in more lies to the American people by the United States Government and the CIA many of whom were ordered released long ago the entire editorial board of the Ninth Amendment log salutes the entire editorial board of the New York Times for finally demonstrating the moral courage to call for the immediate closure of Guantanamo Bay and release of detainees in the New York Times published today. Readers may click the Times link below.
The end of this atrocity indeed is the ultimate proof to the world that the United States did not lose the war on terrorism by sacrificing its own Constitution and fundamental principles upon which it was founded including as set out in the English Common Law and the International Laws governing the conduct of all nations.
     God Bless America.

Zuckerboy And CIA Tools Facebook, Google and Twitter Lead Attack Of Viral Social Media Giants On Privacy Of American People

Wednesday, 12 December 2012, SAN FRANCISCO - Hardly a moment passes on North Korea's "atomic clock" that megalomaniac Zuckerboy at the helm (a la drunken sot Exxon Valdez Captain Hazelwood) of Facebook, or "Mugshot" as more popularly known in the so-called law "enforcement" community, and other viral social media cohort CIA-fronts Google, Twitter and lesser players in the war on Americans' fundamental privacy rights announce some new "privacy policies".
The Ninth Amendment's legal department scarcely is surprised to find these policies about as incomprehensible as impossible to decrypt when taken together as the latest "health" insurer "benefits" guide written exclusively by armies of hack two-bit lawyers with no healthcare knowledge whatsoever save further ripping off the American people for some mega-rich "health" insurer that dare not actually affix its name to the thousands of anonymous highrise towers insurance companies long have been known to own in downtown cities across the United States. (Hey Prudential, still own San Francisco's Embarcadero Center in a joint venture with the Rockefeller family?) That is, one is left with the overwhelming question (like T.S. Eliot), am I really getting something more here for my benefit, or am I actually losing even more rights and benefits at greater cost to me? The answer actually is not too difficult to predict at this point in the game.
The Ninth Amendment strongly recommends this above date's New York Times technology section to interested readers especially as rich in details of the latest hijinks of the viral media giants as well as many references to websites devoted to providing readers with free means of defeating at least some of the tracking mechanisms of these CIA tools. Needless to say the Ninth Amendment was horrified to see that even the once-venerable New York Times has joined the game of tracking its readers and in some cases merely visitors who do not even "click" on anything.
Readers are reminded to refrain from READING FREE UNLIMITED NEW YORK TIMES ARTICLES SIMPLY BY SETTING FREE FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING" NOR SHOULD THAT TECHNIQUE NO LONGER WORK TO REFRAIN FROM PERFORMING SIMPLE SEARCHES SUCH AS "DEFEATING NEW YORK TIMES PAYWALL".
Because of the rich material especially made available in this above date's Times to find websites dedicated to protecting readers' privacy including with free adjustments to different browser settings, the Ninth Amendment in its recognition of the importance of getting this material to press for the benefit of interested readers below provides the link to the main "Facebook" article which should lead resourceful readers to many of the tips for defeating viral social media privacy invasion practices. If but one life is saved....

The editorial board of the Ninth Amendment submitted the following comment for publication in the digital edition of the above date's New York Times in response to the Times' request for comments on the linked preceding article. The comment later was published in the digital New York Times.

The editorial staff of the Ninth Amendment log at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com expresses no surprise at the apparent complete ignorance of Facebook, Google and the rest of the "viral social media" crowd of CIA child tools in their continuing demonstration of complete ignorance of the Bill of Rights in general and here in particular fundamental privacy protections identified at least as long ago as Mr. Justice Douglas' identification of "penumbras" of fundamental privacy rights in his seminal opinion Griswold v. Connecticut. Probably as a result of most of these one-dimensional ill-educated techno-geeks having dropped out of Ivy League schools (those who got in them in the first place) long before receiving a well-rounded education and considering perhaps even graduating given the almighty allure of the dollar to megalomaniac Zuckerboy and his fellow viral social media cohorts. But shame on the New York Times for playing along including with this most dangerous game of tracking American citizens -- or has it forgotten so quickly what absolutely vital protections the United States Constitution afforded it in, among other things, in [sic] its complete protection by the United States Supreme Court from "prior restraint" in the Pentagon Papers case? As they say, what goes around comes around.

Veterans' Day 2012, Money Cannot Buy Romney Love, Krugman Advises Obama Let Idiot Republicans Take Country "Over The Cliff", CIA Chief Petraeus Loses Another Job

Monday, 12 November 2012, VERSAILLES, FRANCE - A tribute first to our grandfathers (and our grandmothers back on the home front) of the Ninth Amendment editorial staff and global bureaus as well as the ancestors of all our readers and others spread the world over who survived the horrors of World War I so that surviving soldiers might emerge from the trenches on the eleventh second, of the eleventh minute, of the eleventh hour, of the eleventh day, of the eleventh month of 1919 to once again play soccer, see women in swimsuits and dresses, take jobs, raise families and hope that never again would peoplekind slip into the meaningless madness, of which the world first got a taste in the Boer War, of modern warfare.
This sadly of course was not to be the case as old men would continue for nearly the next century until this very moment to send more and more young men, and later women as well, to die and take a large part of the world's civilian population with them as well.  And so what was once known as Armistice Day was renamed by President Eisenhower "Veterans' Day" in acknowledgement of the failure of the United States to make that day the end of modern warfare but instead of the necessity of paying tribute to the millions more to die in conflicts which other than World War Two have never since been properly declared to be the wars which they really are as clearly required unequivocally by the Constitution. We pay tribute to all humankind suffering the agonies imposed upon them by a Government run amok.
Now to the hopes for the days ahead. Even as chanting and singing President Obama supporters awaited the President's live public appearance in celebration of his re-election to a second Presidential term with millions more waiting remotely for the President's appearance, all first awaited Minkmitten "Richboy" Romney's forced extraction by his campaign staff and hotel security from his "victory suite" so that Romney might first concede defeat. Although President Obama had prepared a concession speech just in case, Romney who perhaps had been watching too much FOX-TV had not.
The Ninth Amendment reminds readers to avoid READING UNLIMITED NEW YORK TIMES DIGITAL CONTENT SIMPLY BY SETTING READERS' FREE FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING". READERS WHO FIND THIS TECHNIQUE UNWORKABLE ARE REMINDED TO AVOID OTHER TECHNIQUES READILY SEARCHABLE ON VARIOUS SEARCH ENGINES.
Mitt Romney whose seven-year quest for the Presidency has ended in a sound defeat by the American people can now return to hiding his tax returns from the public eye lest they see the hundreds of millions of dollars of "passive income" on which he scrapes by without having to work and, hopefully, never again pay any significant taxes. It would appear the only hope now of the Republicans is to take the country "over the cliff" or have the United States Supreme Court attempt to insure future "victories" through reversal of the protections of democracy afforded by section five of the 1965 Voting Rights Act.
Next post to be Little L's visit to San Francisco's Land's End at the Seal Rock Inn, Dr. Hunter S. Thompson's "home away from home" in Woody Creek Colorado, including his favorite room where readers so inclined may themselves now also stay. God Bless America.

Americans' ACA Health, Welfare and Very Lives in Hands of Single Supreme Court Justice Kennedy? And He Smiles Like a Fool As He Figures Out What "Liberty" Means

Saturday, 31 March 2012, WASHINGTON, D.C. - Readers routinely reminded not to READ FREE UNLIMITED NEW YORK TIMES' DIGITAL CONTENT SIMPLY BY SETTING FREE FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING" by later that year on April Fool's Day that is tomorrow in fact the Times already fired at least one executive over the "gold-plated" tens of million dollar porous "paywall" when it if anyone should have known that for a few million dollars of $100 bills lowered on pallets from helicopters the Times simply could have called Dick "Pig Heart" Cheney on the scrambled Batphone and had his "Blackdeath" boys go door to door to crack some heads and get the message out.
Speaking of April fools the Ninth Amendment moves on to the Justices haunting the once-hallowed halls of the Supreme Court where now Mr. Justice Thomas must be patted down for pornography or self-pleasure devices before entering the men's rooms out in the public area of the Court. Not to mention his lifetime bar from the women's rooms just like his Republican-expected extremely long lifetime appointment to the bench which he is giving up nohow since no one can make him do any work, and he hears from up there on the bench when he can understand what they are saying down there that it may be kind of hard to get another job in America these days.
In stark contrast Justice Antonin "Broccoli" Scalia sliding his words and the underclass unfortunate enough to slide legs apart down his razor sharp mind that shared an epiphany long ago that life/death/law it is all just economics. Sure does miss those pals of a similar bent from the University of Chicago school and the Seventh Circuit up there. Too bad Bork could not make the cut in 1987 simply because in his case as well it is not necessary to turn to the opinion to know the result, just the parties and/or the causes. Legal realism, economic style. If you have not got the bucks your "justice" decision on the case is a foregone conclusion. As is Mr. Justice Scalia's here with this what who cares Act rich people can pay for their doctors so how dare the Government tell them how to spend their money and the poor already have emergency rooms dammit.
The Ninth Amendment previously posted its prediction that the Court just because it found it essentially could ignore the United States Constitution (and that sure turned out to be a stellar idea) and in a day position a man for President  who was not even elected, never to cite THAT decision again, now could take on this one too where the American people already clearly have spoken and having done so may not be so tolerant once again this time to have their and their families and loved ones health, welfare, and lifespans profoundly affected by nine spooks in black robes hiding up behind a bench that really is not that high. We could and did reach right over it as children just to bang the Chief's gavel.

Ninth Amendment Comment Published in Digital New York Times Regarding Mr. Justice Kennedy
  1.             (Verbatim with one editorial correction "menal" to "mental")
    • BigMartin
    • waronnothing
Intellectually stimulating as it may or may not be to focus on the alleged jurisprudence of Mr. Justice Kennedy's apparent fascination with the concept of "liberty" (yes such as allows us to carry firearms in schoolzones) given the occasion of this most momentous week in this Court's history as it publicly considers the constitutionality of the ACA, perhaps we might just consider the shameful reality of the "Greatest Nation on Earth" not even providing basic healthcare for all. The Ninth Amendment log at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com observes that in the Federal Government every government worker gets health insurance from a list of about 100 plans which either play ball and provide reasonable healthcare or simply do not get to be on the list. We assume the Justices have at least similar benefits in addition to special attention wherever when needed. (If Mr. Justice Thomas is unwilling to use his provided mental healthcare but instead sit on the bench for decades manifesting some kind of semi-catatonic stupor, no doubt Mr. Justice Kennedy could find him at "liberty" to do so unless and until Thomas is removed under pertinent provisions of the US Constitution). So assuming the Justices are well aware of this excellent system already in place for millions, why agonize reinventing the wheel over the distracting din of obscenely well-financed biased filthy rich opponents who obviously care of nothing but their bottom line while Americans continue to suffer and die for no reason?

Hypocrite Obama Perpetuates the Phony War on Drugs While Senator Feinstein Tries to Undo Some of Obama's Constitution Dismantling

  •      Wednesday, 29 February 2012, BARBARY COAST, CALIFORNIA - Again a hearty
"welcome back" to Ninth Amendment readers with whom our editorial staff and global bureaus are pleased to be able to share a wealth of new material which includes Ninth Amendment comments which continue consistently to be published digitally in the New York Times probably because we are the only ones awake at our Western United States newsroom to submit comments shortly after new Times material is made public for comment. The Ninth Amendment routinely reminds readers to avoid SETTING FREE FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING" SIMPLY TO READ UNLIMITED FREE CONTENT OF THE DIGITAL NEW YORK TIMES.
  •      The fact for the day is that this week former San Francisco Mayor Dianne Feinstein now Senator Feinstein launches hearings on bills to undo to some degree the damage done by hypocrite President Obama's December 2011 signing of a law with some typically cynical name a la the "Patriot Act" which allows United States law enforcement, secret agents, the military or whomever to arrest without charge and hold indefinitely without notice, charge, or trial any person including American citizens for suspicion of involvement apparently including even thinking about terrorist activity. Senator Feinstein's proposed legislation apparently does not however entirely do away with this obviously sickeningly unconstitutional law but retains parts of it whereas Senator Ron Paul's proposed legislation apparently does away with the heinous law altogether.
  •      The hidden fact for the day is that President Barack Obama once again has entirely abandoned the principles which he allegedly espoused when he first ran for President of the United States. Whether it was Obama's "admission" that although his dealing and use of drugs had been "selfish", his assurance that should he follow George "little shrub" Bush (himself a long-time cocaine user and also a hard-drinking crackhead in his earlier years as a totally unsuccessful Texas "businessman" constantly bailed out by "Daddy" and his friends who eventually gave "little shrub" the Texas Rangers baseball franchise)  as President he Obama would mandate treatment rather than incarceration for non-violent "drug" crimes  which of course turned out to be a total lie. In fact the Obama Administration without blinking immediately following the debacle of the "little shrub" Bush Presidency ADOPTED wholesale the entire drug law enforcement budget of the Bush White House verbatim and fully embraced the forty-year losing phony "war on drugs" ever since.
  •      In fact the dismantling of the United States Constitution has continued relentlessly under the policies of the Obama Administration, from directives to the Justice Department to the CIA to the maintaining of Guantanamo Bay and the imprisonment without notice, trial or charges for indefinite and perhaps permanent periods of time available not only to all citizens of the world but also American citizens abroad or right at home in the United States. Perhaps "secret" worldwide CIA torture prisons have been curbed but they of course have been replaced with a slew of new abuses including assassinations by drone which REQUIRE Obama's signing off on each murder.  Obama obviously figured he got the vote he needed in the last election so screw the people who got him elected. After all where else are they going to run now?
  •      The Ninth Amendment had to figure something was a little off with the guy after he invited his "special guests" over to the White House "Situation Room" to watch the Osama bin Laden assassination live in surround-sound while he and the guests munched on pizza to which he eagerly returned after spending about thirty seconds sharing the good news with the American people. Where in the world one might ask can Presidents such as Obama come up with these so-called attorneys who are capable of convoluting the "law" to the point where murder is just fine even if now in the interests of safety the CIA drones routinely knock off a few dozen more totally innocent civilians from afar than the CIA did when the assassinations used to be "up close and personal"?
  •      And what God help us all are so-called "legal experts" sworn to uphold the Constitution doing in the Obama Justice Department or White House disparaging, dismantling and altogether just ignoring the fundamental rights afforded Americans in what once was a COMPACT with the American people that these rights were to be held to be inalienable and should the American people's rights be disparaged and the Constitution ignored by the State altogether then any fool knows that the consequence was to be and will be that there was NO LONGER ANY LEGITIMATE BASIS FOR THOSE IN GOVERNMENT TO CLAIM ANY POWER WHATSOEVER OVER THE PEOPLE?
On that note the Ninth Amendment below presents verbatim its comment published in the digital New York Times in response to an apparently re-issued article on the unavailability of medicines re-published in response to a physician's recent publication of a book describing his disgust with a system of "medical care" which has itself fallen prey to the new police state where "medical care" no longer has anything to do with doctors ministering to the needs of sick patients but instead has become just another element of the fear of the legal consequences should doctors be foolish enough not to recognize that what is needed to practice medicine in the United States is an understanding that an M.D. means nothing but a D.E.A. agent with a G.E.D., no medical training, and a badge who is the one calling the shots. The goal of course being now completely unrelated to relief from pain, healing, or anything silly enough to be mentioned in the Hippocratic oath, but rather making damn sure that NO ONE FEELS GOOD. The Ninth Amendment editorial board's comment published in the digital edition of the New York Times follows.
As recently explained by the editorial board of the Ninth Amendment log at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com these days there simply is no need to get an M.D. as it is useless for practicing medicine. The best route to providing medical "care" is just to get one's G.E.D. and join the D.E.A. At night you can flash your badge, get free drinks in bars with your fellow warriors in the phony war on drugs, and then crash your government-issue car into a lamppost on the drive to the strip bar. (On this subject also Google the heartbreaking story of Miami U.S. Attorney Melvin Coffee called to D.C. by Janet Reno and fired on the spot at the tarmac simply for biting a stripper on the rear-end a few hours shortly before dawn after a particularly grueling day losing in the courtroom). As for the best drugs certainly avoid the pharmacies or the streets, as the best drugs exclusively are available through the C.I.A., legendary great politicians' medicine cabinets such as Senator Joseph McCarthy and President Richard M. Nixon, or in the nearest police drug evidence locker and dispensary.
