Saturday, 17 May 2014, WALLIS UNIT, HUNTSVILLE, TX - With but two hours remaining before a Texas mentally incompetent inmate's scheduled unconstitutional execution was stayed earlier this week by a unanimous panel of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals due to the prosecution's failure to facilitate a good faith determination if the death row inmate was legally "retarded" it rejected Texas Moron A.G. Gregg "Dark Money" Abbott's Monday politically-motivated legal brief urging the execution go forward without delay despite the known lack of the constitutionally required determination of the inmate's mental competence.
Abbott's "legal" reasoning in urging the inmate's immediate execution likely tantamount to murder by the state presumably was motivated by his political aspirations at any cost. Lame-Duck Perry "dark money" protege Abbott apparently will stop at nothing clawing to be Texas' next corrupt governor continuing his corrupt predecessor Idiot Rick "Payback" Perry's relentless near decades-long assault on all good true hard-working Texans as well as the destruction of the once-pristine air and water of the Lone Star state.
It is hard for most honest persons of even modest intelligence to argue that it is good to have a job that does not even pay a living wage in this "right to work" state and even harder regardless of any job opportunity when one is unable to breath any oxygen but only through ozone-depleted air or benzene-rich fumes from just over the nearest Texas refinery's fenceline.

Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry Claims Clean Air Credit, Scorns EPA

The fact for the day is that Idiot Texas Governor Rick "Payback" Perry singles out his exemplary leading credit for cleaning Texas' air by highlighting the reduction of nitrous oxide emissions.
The hidden fact for the day is that nitrous oxide "laughing" gas is an essentially inert chemical compound for healthy humans provided it is administered with sufficient amounts of oxygen to breathe. (THIS INFORMATION PROVIDED BY OUR BARBER NEITHER OFFERS NOR PURPORTS TO OFFER PROFESSIONAL NOR EXPERT HEALTH AND/OR MEDICAL ADVICE WHICH MUST BE SOUGHT FROM KNOWN RELIABLE SOURCES).
Generally not identified as a most pressing air pollution nor global warming contributor laughing gas popularly has been accepted as safe to use (for example for some time by dentists) since at least its early use in the 18th century by the Joseph Priestly Society for purposes of spiritual enlightenment or positive mind expansion by appropriate persons.

The dumb humor for the day is that it takes no Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perrys to screw in a light bulb as this service is/will be provided by "aides" while he is busy stuffing cash in his pockets, trying to speed-learn English, or it is done instead by his prison handlers as the case may be.

Heartening that Governor Perry is back on the warpath either lying or attempting English speech as he slams the final nails into his coffin. Former Democrat turned Republican and Gore supporter turned secessionist Perry now claims credit for cleaning Texas' air (the dirtiest in the Nation) which he has fought every step of the way.
