     Tuesday, 11 September 2018, DIRKOU, NIGER, 14 October 2017 UPDATE Friday, 2 June 2017, WASHINGTON, D.C., BEIJING, MOSCOW - Michael D'Andrea aka "the Undertaker" aka "the Dark Prince" aka "Ayatollah Mike" aka "Roger" aka "Mike" aka "the Wolf" at least as the character reportedly derived from him in the film "Zero Dark Thirty" and so on in real life a resident of Vienna, Virginia who often has been known to sleep at the office on a cot and chain-smoke while he treadmills and a world most wanted C.I.A. war criminal and criminal against humanity including in his former positions as head of the C.I.A. Counter-Terrorism Center (CTC) there committing first degree capital murder drone "strike kills" of unidentified human targets including but not limited to U.S. citizen(s) abroad and anyone else in the area and drone mass murder of civilians.
       Previous to that work experience on behalf of the United States Mr. D'Andrea was intimately involved and culpable in a central leadership role in the C.I.A. Torture Program also there guilty of well-documented war crimes and crimes against humanity documented in part in the 2014 U.S. Senate Torture Report including but not limited to in violation of the Geneva Convention and all Human Rights And Torture Conventions to which the U.S. is a signatory, international, U.S. domestic and all other applicable laws, treaties and conventions with Mr. D'Andrea for whom such work is a family generational tradition himself doubtless central and/or deeply involved in just about any other C.I.A. and other U.S. government official and/or non-official appendage atrocity including those carrying too much of a stench to stomach or objectionable as clearly subject to prosecution as atrocities by other C.I.A. and U.S. Government employees agents and so on.
       More recently at least according to the C.I.A.-friendly Washington Post Mr. D'Andrea then disappeared from at least the C.I.A. public organizational chart during a "reorganization" to cleanse or failing that muddy the waters regarding C.I.A. employees of their still to be prosecuted crimes against humanity war crimes and other violations of U.S. and international law under the Obama administration also seemingly because of the fear he aroused in C.I.A. co-workers and bosses both of him and of being associated with him and his history in any organizational capacity apparently.
       Mr. D'Andrea apparently now has been sanitized of the stench of death although his crimes against humanity war and other crimes mostly have no statutes of limitations meaning he can be prosecuted in a variety of global jurisdictions including without limitation the International Criminal Court for the rest of his life presumably including being abducted and kidnapped internationally as required perhaps using techniques such as his own C.I.A. programs employed. Nevertheless having been sanitized sufficiently of that stench of death torture and murder at least to the satisfaction of the Trump administration not generally known for its high or perhaps any notable humanitarian standards at all Mr. D'Andrea now has had the Trump administration publicly release D''Andrea's new C.I.A. job title essentially as "Hardline Iranian And Anyone Else In The Area Killer-In-Chief Also Likely Abductor Kidnapper And Torturer" practices which Trump publicly has embraced himself likely unfamiliar and in any case unconcerned with the above-referenced "Senate Torture Report" (executive summary short-form bullet cover sheet) Trump allegedly not being much of a reader unless it was on TV but not caring anyway if he were aware therefore Mr. D'Andrea's new C.I.A. public job announcement brought out into the leaky Trump sunlight is linked to below as well as Mr. D'Andrea's past less public C.I.A. background and reorganization position disappearance Washington Post notice link for interested readers.

CREDO Action Plea To American People Resist Manipulation Into Another Unwinnable Mideast Conflict In "President Obama Just Bombed Syria" Calls For Signing Of Petition To Congress To Vote

       

       Thursday, 25 September 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - CREDO Action yesterday made this plea that the American people call the White House their Senators and Representatives and demand an immediate Congressional vote on the war President Obama has launched expanding from Iraq now into Syria arguing for a vote of "no war" and calling on the American People to sign the below petition.
       The reason CREDO Action submits justifying this plea is detailed below on the basic premise that that United States continued and escalating participation in hostilities in the region of diverse warring factions will not end them based on long historical experience in the region and almost certainly exacerbate them using the analogy of the CIA's disastrous failed attempts in Afghanistan which only eventually led to the CIA's creation of the fully armed Taliban.

President Obama just bombed Syria Tell Congress: "The American people deserve a vote on war in Syria and that vote should be no. Call an up-or-down vote on President Obama's new war in the Middle East and stop the rush to war." Add your name: Dear Martin, President Obama dramatically escalated his misguided war to "degrade and destroy" the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) by launching massive airstrikes in Syria this week. Outrageously, the president launched this major air offensive without first receiving constitutionally required approval from Congress. Congress must rein in President Obama's illegal war in Iraq and Syria. Silence is consent. Tell Congress: Call an up-or-down vote on President Obama's war in the Middle East, then vote 'no' and stop the rush to war. President Obama's publicly stated position is that he doesn't need authorization from Congress to go to war with ISIS. Instead, he has claimed that the outrageously broad 2001 Authorization for the Use of Military Force (AUMF) -- passed at the behest of George W. Bush just days after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 -- grants him sufficient authority to launch airstrikes in Iraq and Syria.1 This is a dramatic flip-flop for President Obama, who campaigned for president on a platform that included winding down George W. Bush's disastrous wars of choice overseas, and last year called for the repeal of the very same 2001 AUMF that he is now using to justify bombing positions in Iraq and Syria. Congress is widely expected to debate and vote on whether to give President Obama the authority to wage a sustained, multi-year war against ISIS during the December "lame duck" session, once the pressures of election season have subsided. This will come in the form of a new Authorization for the Use of Military Force. Senator Dick Durbin has already announced that the Senate will debate and vote on a new AUMF for Iraq and Syria after the 2014 midterm elections. The truth is that it's going to be a steep climb to convince Congress not to sign off on President Obama's war. But the expansion of airstrikes into Syria makes it all the more urgent that we put pressure on Congress right now not to rubberstamp another costly, open-ended war in the Middle East. Congress rejecting authorization is no guarantee that the president will halt his war in Iraq and Syria -- but it's the best shot we have. Tell Congress: Call an up-or-down vote on President Obama's war in the Middle East, then vote 'no' and stop the rush to war. The war against ISIS is a war of choice. There is no urgency driving an American response at this moment. Even according to the Department of Homeland Security, ISIS poses no immediate threat to the United States. There is no immediate crisis as there was in August when CREDO supported the emergency U.S. air strikes that blocked the genocidal ISIS and helped protect minorities by holding the Kurdish defense line in Northern Iraq.2 Since then, the situation in Iraq has stabilized, and Iraq has formed a new government, replacing the corrupt and divisive former Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki. The civil war in Syria is stuck in a bloody stalemate. The current media frenzy that has been ginned up largely by chickenhawks from the Bush administration and parroted by politicians from both parties is not an adequate justification for the United States to continue its intervention in either Iraq or Syria. The sad and simple truth is that, when it comes to the current brutal conflict, rooted in centuries of religious hostilities in Iraq and Syria, there is no solution that American leadership can offer. Given America's history of waging wars of aggression and covert operations in the region, American military intervention will only make a terrible situation even worse. A year ago progressives organized massive pressure on Congress to stop a war with Syria -- and we won. We can do it again, but it's going to take a truly massive outcry against the war. ISIS "Threat" To U.S. National Security Vastly Overblown Or Non-Existent Senior U.S. Counterterrorism And Intelligence Officials Assert Follows Month-Long Public Terror Fueled By Incessant CNN Other Media Repetitive Coverage Exploiting Same Isolated Events Such As Deeply Sick Beheading Of Two American Journalists

        Thursday, 11 September 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - Welcome to the new paradigm of "news" (acronym for North, East, West, South) courtesy most obviously of CNN where seemingly every item very effectively makes viewers feel compelled to be sure to return after (or hopefully sit entranced through) incessantly repetitive advertisers' brainwashing "breaks" for morbid fear that should viewers fail to be present for what the odds should have long ago taught them almost certainly just will be yet another exactly the same word-for-word image-for-image similarly "brainwashing" piece that previously has been aired (cabled or whatever) most likely several hundred times already in the past day other than perhaps with a slightly different introduction reflecting the winning personality of the host of the hour be it Wolf Blitzer, Anderson Cooper the man present at all places at all times, Don Lemon or whomever.
       After how many hundred airings does the same segment lose the status of "Breaking News" on CNN which with its ever-growing casual interpretation of the term now seems to blaze it across the bottom of the screen constantly for most anything along with the casual convenient repetition of the term "LIVE" even for items seen days before presumably based on the unlikely argument that CNN lacks the technical capability to remove the term "LIVE" from the piece even once it becomes untrue (immediately), and now in any case failing the above CNN it would seem has resorted to more or less denoting entire news shows as "Breaking News" or at the very least "Developing News" should CNN really not be able to come up with a straight face with anything else sounding more like the commercially invaluable imminent unfolding crisis of the moment.
       In any case as touched on in the below linked article in today's New York Times apart from the apparent commercial benefit to CNN of the above tactics unfortunately for example as in the case at hand of the repetitive flooding literally thousands of times of Americans' and the world's television screens with the same images of two deeply pathologically depraved ISIS beheadings of American journalists unfortunately this has the presumed effect of serving exactly the purpose of aspiring terrorists to panic viewers into absorbing these two incidents rather than isolated as into what then become in viewers' minds rather cumulatively into virtually thousands of separate acts greatly distorting the presumed reality of at least the present American situation including unfortunately vastly inflating any immediacy of any threat to hundreds of millions of Americans such that they mistakenly perceive this scant totally incomplete information as any kind of actual proof of a infinitely powerful ISIS of unlimited reach which senior American officials increasingly have come to conclude it is not.
       Admit it or not CNN thus becomes the necessary tool of the vast dissemination of the gratification of distortions of a propaganda machine which without CNN would be essentially non-existent. Having stated this the Ninth Amendment editorial board however emphasizes it is appropriate, necessary and essential to expose such atrocities most widely to the extent that it makes a nation and its people accurately informed, rightly on guard and justly enraged at the sheer unmitigated evil which has been perpetrated against its citizens although this should not extend to the counterproductive fostering of uncontrolled terror which ultimately interferes with people's ability to adopt the most rational and lethally effective strategies in response.
       Readers in no way should interpret this as a downplaying of the significance of known horrific acts of heinous murders of Americans be it of a couple or hundreds by ISIS and most especially all kidnapping, torture and/or murder of innocent human beings who moreover as journalists have with their families and loved ones made huge personal sacrifices and risked their lives every day exercising their rights of free speech and the press in the extreme so that all of us comfortably at home in safety may stay informed of vital developments the world over that inform our opinions and help properly guide our governments' policies every day. These journalists are heroes and be it the work of special forces or whomever those who commit these abominations must be hunted down like rabid dogs and should they make it out alive be tried as the war and/or genocidal human rights criminals mass murdering terrorists that they are.
       The proof of this effect on Americans is addressed more extensively for interested readers in the New York Times article linked to below which documents the huge shift in public opinion on the threat of ISIS in the past month not only among a vulnerable population of average Americans but extending to those in serious government leadership positions as well. Most notably Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel apparently has been caught up in the hysteria although President Obama has refrained from describing the ISIS threat to American domestic national security as "imminent".
       However on reading the article in its entirety readers may draw comfort or not depending on their assessment of the individuals involved from the fact that current and former top U.S. counterterrorism, intelligence and Homeland Security officials including those with vast Al Qaeda experience in no uncertain terms in most cases describe the present ISIS threat to U.S. national security as "non-existent" or virtually so. In fact the main concern of many now is to "tamp down" the media-manipulated "terror" of United States citizenry such that decision-makers may step back and give thoughtful and deep consideration to actions which as we long ago have learned could lead to all kinds of unintended consequences including some that are more dangerous in many complex ways ultimately to U.S. regional and national security interests than those the U.S. actually would achieve by "eradicating" ISIS. This could be expected experts say also to lay the groundwork (or rather trap) for another "yearslong" U.S. combat presence in the Middle East just at the time the U.S. finally had hoped to extricate itself from some of the remaining vestiges of the Cheney-Bush debacle which started in a matter of hours but has taken well over a decade to even come close to ending.
       Perhaps most telling an omen it has come to the attention of the Ninth Amendment's editorial board that Dick "Pigheart" Cheney whom sources frankly believed was dead (as in not just the walking kind either) has in past days made a very rare appearance before a closed-door group of House Republicans whom he urged not to walk away from the Middle East but encouraged increased involvement without specifically mentioning ISIS. Any advice comes from Dick "Pigheart" Cheney after his head spins and he emits green projectile vomit and in our humble opinion it is time to run, not walk, as far as possible from anything he recommends or anywhere he goes, especially in which he participates or offers the services of one of his latest renamed gang of mercenaries, felons and as yet unconvicted (or escaped) criminal killers and murderers from whose serious misdeeds he stands to profit whether by more atrocities and murders or just another tired scheme to rip off the United States Government from which he already has profited so handsomely. Luckily in this case the Republican group reportedly humored him with his meeting but at least publicly said they paid his words little heed indeed.
