The editorial board of the Ninth Amendment wishes to inform or remind readers as the case may be that oddly not so often mentioned is the fact that this totally corrupt despicable pathologically lying leading Republican politician of the 1950's Senator Joe McCarthy who needlessly inflamed unfounded terror of communist infiltration while himself promoting stark violation of core Constitutional rights of the People completely contrary to the founding principles of this Nation defiling the United States through the early 1950's by extreme abuse of power even as it was he McCarthy himself who was in fact the instigator of terror as he waved phony papers around with non-existent supposed "lists" of communists known alone to him (remind readers of any U.S. President with one apparent lawyer displaying to the press in the lobby of Trump Tower rows of boxes on tables of supposed "disclosures" later revealed to be nothing but cheap props blank sheets of paper Trump likewise later making false vague insinuations and unfounded personal slanderous allegations then like an idiotic child playing "wait and see" games as to whether and when he would disclose their obvious falsity for weeks become months then only to divert into further obfuscations?) that rampaging McCarthy sickly inventing targets both inside and outside the government of the United States from his fake lists destroying countless people's careers, lives and families while diverting the Senate and others serving in the United States government into a vast waste of resources with lost years of legitimate work which doubtless included work and resources necessary to protecting the Nation from actual dangers.
McCarthy also took his stage show traveling out West for further bogus investigation of Hollywood make believe but with absolutely real world devastating consequences for vulnerable talented creative victims as he wildly careened through his path of destruction but was in reality himself all the while a severe alcoholic as was well known to his Senate colleagues combined with McCarthy further secretly suffering from longtime heavy morphine addiction practicing "morphine madness" insuring the availability of his endless opiate supply by daring Henry Anslinger the 1930-1962 Director of the Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement to just try and deprive McCarthy of his opiate of choice in his alcohol-morphine fueled prime of raging terrorization of the country with McCarthy meeting secretly with Anslinger who when confronted personally declined to do Anslinger instead accommodating McCarthy arranging for him an endless refilling unlimited morphine supply through his Capitol convenient Washington, D.C. pharmacy which arrangement along with McCarthy's severe alcoholism fueled his wild seemingly unstoppable reign of terror until the day not altogether surprisingly came when after rampaging through the early 1950's like this it no longer worked as Senator Joseph McCarthy leading seemingly near all-powerful crusading Republican politician destroyer of lives found himself in remarkably rapid political decline perhaps rivaled only by the speed of his total mental and physical dissipation into a well earned non-existence just like his once fearsome "lists".
Some Republicans reportedly seek to rehabilitate McCarthy's history, principally at least one particularly loathsome member of the GOP ("Government of Putin") anyway the foul product of the notably loathsome savagely corrupt Texas state Republican party maintaining a stranglehold on undeserved power only through an ongoing RICO conspiracy anathema to all democratic principles including gerrymandering, voter suppression, blatant hypocrisy and manipulation and the systematic repression of the vast majority underclass aggressively promoting ignorance among the masses to cling to power without principle enabling their pervasive unfettered corruption and absolute exploitation of the state of Texas including its future generations' to feed their limitless greed right up until the day of their inevitable reckoning arrives.
U.S. Senator Ted ("Freaky Ted") Cruz Canadian born of a father from Cuba the anti-immigrationist xenophobic Republican of Texas in case one has had the unlikely pleasure of not yet having been forced to become acquainted with his universally despised existence since his first bold foray in the Senate shutting down the U.S. government for no reason at all except that he apparently could costing Americans well into the tens of billions of dollars and curtailing all non-essential federal government services having evolved now to seek to effectively deny the most vulnerable Americans all meaningful healthcare which surprisingly was not enough to win him the 2016 Republican presidential nomination this "Freaky Ted" Cruz also has demonstrated his appetite for a McCarthy-style redux built on insinuation and demagoguery publicly claiming for example that from 1992-1995 even after the Cold War had ended that twelve members of the Harvard Law School faculty were communists apparently possibly because of involvement with the area of legal scholarship known as Critical Legal Studies.
Siberian Candidate Donald ("the Donald") Trump forced Cruz and all Republicans out of the Republican primary by apart from relying on vast highly coordinated Russian electoral malfeasance on his behalf also by showing great promise of being the worst possible Republican presidential candidate therefore naturally the first choice of Republicans who always since at least Richard Nixon who lied when he in fact did his best to destroy LBJ's chances of an early end to the Vietnam War leading to at least hundreds of thousands if not millions more needless deaths of the innocent only to better his chances in a presidential election now have firmly established the GOP as reliably striving to have the Republicans foist upon the American people who they in no way represent the worst available most criminally inclined deficit-mushrooming U.S. economy destroying heartless lying wretch who comes along who shows the most promise to strip any essential safety net services left from the most vulnerable including at risk babies, their mothers, the disabled, the aged and countless other most needy groups thought unable to defend themselves in order solely to gratuitously benefit their GOP filthy rich owners all the while also serving as handsomely self-compensated tools of the defense industrial pharmaceutical complex in other words that special candidate Republicans can find to put in the "driver's seat" of this Nation which it turns out they today care less about than they do even Russia the GOP new model at least for their own Republican oligarchical kleptocratic dream future. Meanwhile a tougher Russian attached to an Iran sanctions bill passed the Senate 98-2 on 15 June 2017 codifying existing and new sanctions requiring Congressional approval for Trump to ease any Russia existing or new sanctions. It since was blocked for a month by House Republicans per GOP ("Government of Putin") Trump orders to lapdog GOP House Speaker Paul Ryan. "Lyin' Ryan" true to form all the while since insisted the "remains hawkish" even as he consistently has done White House pro-Russia bidding. Ryan obediently exploited an endless fabricated confusion of bogus "procedural" and "policy" even "constitutional" grounds for delay neatly blaming Democrats for stalling House action on languishing tougher Russia sanctions that benefit murderous aggressor Putin and pals daily with more notice to more deeply stash in the West for hundreds of billions of dollars stolen from the Russian people. Finally House Democrats attempted themselves to introduce the bill identical to the now impatient Senate's sanctions bill. "Lyin' Ryan" having to move the bill through House approval now adding further sanctions on Russia as well as Iran and North Korea making hollow political cover attempt number three.
After reconciliation a 419-3 House vote and 98-2 Senate vote the bill advanced to the White House seemingly cornered Trump into his unwilling signing of it into law this only otherwise politically untenable exercise of a veto of this new sanctions bill including as to Russia as removing his unilateral ability to dilute or end any Russian sanctions without up to 30-day congressional review. Nevertheless the Trump White House while ....... engaged in open warfare with itself on multiple fronts accomplished nothing helpful to the Nation as usual still generating endless confounding diversions upon diversions with every last nearly unimaginable excuse all obviously more lies to excuse not signing the bill later tacitly forced to admit their obvious falsity by after several days delay finally signing the bill into law.
A Trump veto of the tougher Russia sanctions bill otherwise expected to be over-ridden by a fed up and untrusting Congress strongly suggested by the overwhelming votes Congress was not distracted by bogus threats nor whatever or wherever lying Trump inane demonstrably false garbled excuses with background tweetstorm on more of his endless carnival barker's stock of conjured nonsensical grievances endlessly gnawing at the edges of his mind or what still might remain of it. UPDATE 9 January 2018 The Russian San Francisco consulate atop Pacific Heights known by U.S. intelligence officials to be deeply engaged in far more technical espionage than any other Russian consulate in the U.S. and possibly even the Russian Washington, D.C. Embassy spying on in addition to the Bay Area including Silicon Valley, Stanford, UC Berkeley, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories, trans-Pacific seabed cable crossings, mapping underground civilian and military communications infrastructure, engaging in GPS pinpointing, communicating with Russia treaty overflights to avoid U.S. signals decryption, tracking the Pacific Fleet of U.S. nuclear submarines out of Washington state and many other assumed and suspected espionage activities also was believed to be the Russian intelligence hub for the western United States and possibly even the western hemisphere.
The Russian San Francisco consulate was ordered closed in response to Vladimir Putin's order that the U.S. cut Moscow U.S. Embassy staff by more than 700 although this was believed to be more for show rather than actual Putin-Trump animosity as Putin knew almost all staff dismissed would be Russians employed by the U.S. Embassy many of whom U.S. intelligence agencies had long wanted trimmed as they long were known to spy and report on U.S. Embassy activities. Although no Republican lawmaker will tell him as at the expense of any remaining integrity they once had and never again will they exploit his vast criminal and really only actual life achievement such as it is not for their own corrupt personal interests betting they can jump off his train of destruction at the last possible moment before he and all his crew of criminal co-conspirators slam head on into the harsh reality of rightful destiny namely that dreadful fate long ago dictated as well-earned by the repellent mobster Trump who rightly after all the lies are stripped away long has been known by the American people to be a lifelong lowlife lying deadbeat loser taught the life and business absolute lack of "values" other than purely selfish expedience of his father a convicted violent Nazi sympathizer mobster Trump himself also a documented boastful admitted criminal sexual predatory assaulter that those shameful Republican Putin-adoring sycophants know in what passes for their hearts that the great American travesty of 2016 was that mobster Trump never should have nor could have won the presidential election fairly in a million years regardless of what anyone may tell him to assuage his gnawing insecurity without the vast criminal interference of an entire additional hostile nation on his behalf regardless of which in any case it remains axiomatic that mobster Trump must perhaps sooner but if not later be doomed in his criminal conspiracy and cover-up be bound to repeat the absolute worst that history teaches as all history in Trump's case is history never learned.

Trump Digital Team leaders have said that micortargeting data propelling Mr. Trump to election was provided by San Antonio on-site Cambridge Analytica supplying "psychometric" / microtargeting data to be used in ad placement with the help of on-site assistance of embedded Facebook, Google and Twitter representatives made available because of the large amounts they were paid by the Trump campaign and to whom the Digital Team credits Mr. Trump's victory. Tuesday, 11 September 2018, DIRKOU, NIGER, 14 October 2017 UPDATE Friday, 2 June 2017, WASHINGTON, D.C., BEIJING, MOSCOW - Michael D'Andrea aka "the Undertaker" aka "the Dark Prince" aka "Ayatollah Mike" aka "Roger" aka "Mike" aka "the Wolf" at least as the character reportedly derived from him in the film "Zero Dark Thirty" and so on in real life a resident of Vienna, Virginia who often has been known to sleep at the office on a cot and chain-smoke while he treadmills and a world most wanted C.I.A. war criminal and criminal against humanity including in his former positions as head of the C.I.A. Counter-Terrorism Center (CTC) there committing first degree capital murder drone "strike kills" of unidentified human targets including but not limited to U.S. citizen(s) abroad and anyone else in the area and drone mass murder of civilians.
Previous to that work experience on behalf of the United States Mr. D'Andrea was intimately involved and culpable in a central leadership role in the C.I.A. Torture Program also there guilty of well-documented war crimes and crimes against humanity documented in part in the 2014 U.S. Senate Torture Report including but not limited to in violation of the Geneva Convention and all Human Rights And Torture Conventions to which the U.S. is a signatory, international, U.S. domestic and all other applicable laws, treaties and conventions with Mr. D'Andrea for whom such work is a family generational tradition himself doubtless central and/or deeply involved in just about any other C.I.A. and other U.S. government official and/or non-official appendage atrocity including those carrying too much of a stench to stomach or objectionable as clearly subject to prosecution as atrocities by other C.I.A. and U.S. Government employees agents and so on.
More recently at least according to the C.I.A.-friendly Washington Post Mr. D'Andrea then disappeared from at least the C.I.A. public organizational chart during a "reorganization" to cleanse or failing that muddy the waters regarding C.I.A. employees of their still to be prosecuted crimes against humanity war crimes and other violations of U.S. and international law under the Obama administration also seemingly because of the fear he aroused in C.I.A. co-workers and bosses both of him and of being associated with him and his history in any organizational capacity apparently.
Mr. D'Andrea apparently now has been sanitized of the stench of death although his crimes against humanity war and other crimes mostly have no statutes of limitations meaning he can be prosecuted in a variety of global jurisdictions including without limitation the International Criminal Court for the rest of his life presumably including being abducted and kidnapped internationally as required perhaps using techniques such as his own C.I.A. programs employed. Nevertheless having been sanitized sufficiently of that stench of death torture and murder at least to the satisfaction of the Trump administration not generally known for its high or perhaps any notable humanitarian standards at all Mr. D'Andrea now has had the Trump administration publicly release D''Andrea's new C.I.A. job title essentially as "Hardline Iranian And Anyone Else In The Area Killer-In-Chief Also Likely Abductor Kidnapper And Torturer" practices which Trump publicly has embraced himself likely unfamiliar and in any case unconcerned with the above-referenced "Senate Torture Report" (executive summary short-form bullet cover sheet) Trump allegedly not being much of a reader unless it was on TV but not caring anyway if he were aware therefore Mr. D'Andrea's new C.I.A. public job announcement brought out into the leaky Trump sunlight is linked to below as well as Mr. D'Andrea's past less public C.I.A. background and reorganization position disappearance Washington Post notice link for interested readers.
