Obama Commutes 22 Drug Offenders Sentences All To Be Released From Federal Prisons - "Wave" Of Thousands Of Drug Commutations May Follow

Thursday, 2 April 2015, WASHINGTON, D.C. - Just as multitudes of corrupt U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) agents have been revealed to have been for years slapped on the wrist or not even that but moreover shielded by superiors for crimes much worse including most recently suspended for just two to 10 days for admitting to accepting money, weapons and expensive gifts while cavorting with prostitutes at "Feds Gone Wild" (N.Y. Times) parties hosted by drug cartels, President Obama this past Tuesday commuted the sentences of 22 drug offenders all but one of whom will now be released from federal prison by 28 July 2015. Eight were serving life sentences including one federal prisoner serving life in prison for growing and conspiracy to harvest a large amount of marijuana plants. Others were reaching advanced ages and/or sentenced under outdated guidelines and laws.
In the past year the Obama Administration has encouraged non-violent drug offenders to apply for commutations shortening their federal prison sentences. The Department of Justice (DOJ) since has received thousands of such applications. Some expect that the 22 commutations announced Tuesday which outnumber all previously granted by President Obama in six years as President may signal the beginning of a "wave" of as many as thousands more commutations which only the President may grant in his final two years in office. BREAKING NEWS: Legalization Of Recreational And All Marijuana In Alaska, Nation's Capital District Of Columbia, And Oregon Urged By Entire New York Times Editorial Board

Monday, 6 October 2014, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - In another significant blow to vicious international criminal organizations that have flourished and gone on to spread harder drugs, forced whole countries into needless tragedies of mass violence, facilitated a proliferation of deadly weapons and criminal behavior to all points of the globe, corrupted whole governments and the world's financial institutions and law enforcement agencies at every level, funded terror organizations that have taken what was a phony "war" into very real wars funded globally destabilizing countries and terrorizing whole populations worldwide, put untold millions of persons behind bars for non-violent conduct often with racially disgraceful prison terms either effectively or by operation of highly questionable operation of law in misguided mandatory prison terms leaving any sentencing discretion in the hands of the vulgar abuses of prosecutors rather than the courts, reeked havoc on the United States Constitution's most fundamental rights once protecting citizens from unwarranted invasions of privacy, searches and seizures without legally sufficient cause, turned all law enforcement actions into unnecessarily violent and characteristically unnecessarily military-style raids by overpowering force against citizens on the streets, in their cars, and even into the once-sanctity of their homes often causing lifelong trauma for citizens in all walks of life who law enforcement seem long ago in this country completely to have forgotten are innocent until proven guilty and often diverting much-needed law enforcement resources from crimes against others of real concern to the American people, propelled the Courts into tortured interpretations and disparaging distortions and destruction of the Constitution (just because the word "drugs" appears in prosecutions and now untold judicial opinions which by the Courts' own reasoning one day now with a keystroke can be changed in a moment from "drugs" to "unauthorized" or "threatening papers" or whatever the State may choose) and caused so much other needless thoughtless harm and suffering it would take volumes to recount along with the huge amount of vital tax, monetary, human and other precious resources that have been completely needlessly diverted that the members of the editorial board of the Ninth Amendment a quarter of a century ago had the opportunity to and did predict these very results to some of the United States' and Great Britain's present and future leading legal minds (at the same time that The Economist's cover editorial called unequivocally for the decriminalization of all drugs) that were perfectly obvious even from another quarter century earlier with the introduction for totally unrelated politically expedient reasons by the disgraced Republican criminal resigned former President Richard M. Nixon and his administration with the introduction of its characteristically totally phony "War on Drugs" now the entire editorial board of the New York Times in its issue of this date now being printed finally calls for what it states is supported by the fact that "a majority of Americans favor legalization" of marijuana thus the Times in all three jurisdictions Alaska, the Nation's Capital the District of Columbia, and Oregon in the United States where the issue is on next month's ballot noting that marijuana is "far less harmful than alcohol" calls for citizens wholesale rejection of the prohibition of pot by what the Times calls a "misguided federal ban". Interested readers may read the The New York Times entire editorial board's front page announcement's full editorial by following the link below.

AR-15 Armed Masked Camouflaged Men In Body Armor Dropping From Unmarked Helicopters Chop Down Legal Marijuana Grows On Private Property Invading Mendocino County Northern California

Tuesday, 30 September 2014, MENDOCINO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA - The Ninth Amendment editorial board encourages interested and/or concerned readers themselves and with credentialed media as quickly as possible to research remotely or where possible and safe also personally witness and document as well as disseminate to as many others as possible including documented first person reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities (always with as many witnesses as possible) information now flowing into the Ninth Amendment in very recent and current most troubling reports also now appearing on CBS news, in the SFGate, and many other news sources some of which are named in the below linked-to Infinite Unknown blog postings itself providing other useful links of an apparent ongoing illegal invasion of Mendocino County, Northern California by AR-15 armed camouflaged men in body armor wearing masks rappelling from unmarked helicopters onto private property and destroying with machetes, chainsaws and like weapons legal marijuana plants before returning to the helicopters and disappearing.
There is no indication that these illegal invaders represent law enforcement of any sort as they are reportedly without any such markings dropping onto private real property and destroying legally grown private property in circumstances which show no regard for public safety but rather themselves obviously pose a serious risk of injury or death to themselves or others in any number of ways. The local sheriff says that he does not "contract out" such work even for illegal marijuana grows. Likewise any claim that they are doing "environmental work" seems an obviously transparent lie given that they are operating under such circumstances in which they are acting in an intentionally intimidating and threatening military-style manner with military-style equipment including camouflage gear, body armor, AR-15 rifles and dropping by stealth from unmarked helicopters under cover rather than like wilderness landscapers as one might expect from persons doing environmental restoration work.
Coincidentally the heavily armed camouflaged men who have refused to identify themselves when they have been confronted demonstrate a remarkable resemblance to the modus operandi of a locally operating "security" company most oddly named "Lear Asset Management" whose "chief" Paul Trouette has denied any involvement with the illegal activities although he refused to be interviewed by KPIX 5 CBS San Francisco television affiliate. Also coincidentally Lear Asset Management "security" company according to local residents operates out of helicopters with camouflaged men in body armor armed with AR-15  rifles and appears to be staffed by persons who as one resident commented could be working for "Blackwater". For residents and readers who do not think this is a sophisticated operation the Ninth Amendment suggests they take a look at the link below to the Time magazine cover piece perfectly timed to come to the defense of Lear "Asset Management" in the issue timed to just yesterday's date. Perfect. One cannot buy that kind of cover piece. Or maybe one can.
Oddly or not the exact same thought crossed our minds at the Ninth Amendment with the rapidly growing trend of medical and even recreational marijuana legalization who indeed would be more appropriate to appear on the scene where there was the smell of cold, hard cash to be made but the latest incarnation of Blackwater forever changing its name trying to avoid pesky prosecutions for things such as arms violations, criminal violence, shoddy or never even performed paid work, and so on, as well as changing countries and identities to evade even more pesky matters such as capital crime and murder prosecutions. What a perfect time for Dick "Pigheart" Cheney's collection of thugs, felons, escaped or "early released" convicts, mercenaries and criminally insane psychopaths to appear on the scene to intimidate and destroy or kill the competition. Whether or not this is a Cheney operation it seems apparent that this invasion is the vanguard of Corporate America moving in on a newly legalized marijuana market that is and will be far too lucrative to allow it being left to ordinary hardworking small business operating Americans. As far as Corporate America is concerned there is no doubt but one group that the hard work will be done to profit enormously and that sure as hell is going to Corporate America and no Mom & Pop.
We can almost imagine Dick "Pigheart" Cheney who recently emerged from the walking dead into the halls of the Capitol in Washington, DC to give Republican congresspersons his unsolicited, ignored advice to start as many wars as soon as possible in oil-producing countries perhaps just as an alibi having now realized that marijuana can be the new "oil" that he lives for as he snorts away imagining the helicopters dropping his murderous crews and pulling up the pallettes of piles of crisp, new hundred dollar bills which have always been his preferred form of payment.  Whoever is dropping down on Mendocino County we have a feeling most likely is intimately familiar with that infamous California prison just a ways down Highway 101 turn left and take the last exit before the bridge to Richmond.
Whether or not this is the case one can be confident that Corporate America almost certainly are the ones really behind this. And if this were anyplace but the domestic United States we have little doubt those AR-15s would already be firing except that they would be M-16s as they have been in so many other countries where Corporate America most definitely would already have the blood flowing out in the jungle and the money flowing back to those tax-evading Corporate American numbered accounts in the Cayman Islands. If the good people of Mendocino County and others in places such as Colorado and around the United States legally getting into the marijuana business think this scenario unlikely the Ninth Amendment respectfully suggests that they just try imagining otherwise and quickly as well before the war is lost before they even realize it has begun. Keep these criminals in your sights and in the public eye and witness, document and report their every misdeed.
Because this whole situation just stinks of the way Corporate America rolls.

Texas GOP Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry Calls For Texas Marijuana Decriminalization To Swiss Audience Amidst Doubts As To His Sincerity Or Comprehension Of What He Was Saying And/Or Was Told To Say

Tuesday, 24 June 2014, SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS - Texas "Idiot" Governor Rick "Payback" Perry speaking to an international conference in Switzerland last week reportedly called for the decriminalization of marijuana in Texas for the first time ever.  Interested readers may make their own determination by clicking on the below link whether accompanying statements by Perry's spokeswoman reported in the article indicate if the Perry administration understands the exact meaning of "decriminalization" of pot. But then who are we at the Ninth Amendment to parse words?
Comments following the below article seem to indicate that few if any commenters took Perry seriously either because they merely assumed he was lying, just had wanted to go on another big overseas trip with his traveling carnival paid for by Texas taxpayers, or simply remained very confused, i.e. perhaps in reflecting (if Perry is capable of reflecting) on his infamous "freeze" in the nationally televised Republican Presidential candidates' debate when he forgot which federal executive departments and/or agencies he had proposed eliminating as part of his campaign platform but has since misremembered one as having been the DEA.
