The Ninth Amendment to the Constitution is the strongest statement therein that powers not expressly granted the State are retained as rights of the People. The State has misconstrued, misrepresented, ignored, and denied the People's rights by elimination of protections reserved alone to them, not recognized by the Supreme Court, the Legislative, and worst the Executive Branch in the illegitimate exercise of draconian powers which unlawfully disparage the inalienable rights of the People.

Saturday, 6 January 2018, WASHINGTON, DC - Exactly one year after the GOP initiated three separate congressional committee investigations of Russia's interference with the 2016 U.S. presidential election intended by Russia both to disrupt it while also greatly assisting longtime Russian "partner-in-crime" Donald Trump election efforts and significantly harm Putin's hated Hillary Clinton election efforts as assessed a year ago with a high degree of confidence unanimously by the U.S. intelligence community at least two of these three GOP-led committees have largely steadfastly gone out of their way to come up with no concrete meaningfully actionable evidence from neither of their charged investigation objectives of identifying and developing effective responses to ongoing and future Russian election interference nor in identifying Trump team collusion with Russia in furthering such interference to benefit Trump.
Team Trump increasingly appears to all who are paying attention to have done its best to and temporarily succeeded in stealing an illegitimate presidential election by the sophisticated precision targeting of voters and electoral college votes with large-scale assistance from the Putin-directed Russian GRU and FSB intelligence services and their criminal surrogates enabled by coordination with treasonous Trump Cambridge Analytica and other including RNC supplied data analytics even as Trump lost the popular vote overwhelmingly by more than 3 million votes with Trump's so-called victory therefore coming nowhere close to representing the will of the majority of American voters who did not vote Trump into the office of President and now overwhelmingly want the dangerously ignorant malignant narcissist Trump and his maliciously inept and morally and ethically bankrupt cadre of agents of the rich and corporate welfare out of the People's White House which their presence has so denigrated.
Given the ever-growing relentlessly blatant partisan divide driven both by the long nauseatingly disingenuous Senate Judiciary Committee GOP chair Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and House Intelligence GOP Chair (Recused) Dope Extraordinaire Devin Nunes (R-CA) (as well as Dope Devin Nunes' rogue semi-secret DOJ/FBI Harassment Committee) both have come to focus assiduously far from their initial mandates with a dedicated vigor avoiding, discrediting, diverting and subverting any information and/or witness that might have advanced their actual charge in order instead to discredit, distort and even respond with legal attacks against them (with the exception to the foregoing apparently still being the more measured Senate Intelligence Committee under GOP Chair Richard Burr (R-NC) and Democrat Vice-Chair Mark Warner (D-VA) seemingly deliberately together advancing the proper investigation with which their committee was charged reflecting their apparent singular concern of no apparent consequence to other GOP committee chairmen that Russian malicious interference not remain an unchecked extensive intrusion destroying our American constitutional democracy.)
In but one of many ways this quite possibly final cycle of the Republican party's existence has seen its remarkable transformation here from the espoused party of anti-Soviet and then Russian hawks to the party of Putin and Russia belying its thoroughly insincere past as not one of authentic patriotism but like all else with the GOP just having been the best route for self-profiteering largely from defense industry cronies and contributions at the expense of all else that has made this country great. Essentially all that is necessary to "Make America Great Again" is to take all the wretched Trump GOP's horrific plans as to that which given the opportunity they would subject the United States destroying the nation while enriching themselves and toss both their heinous schemes and the terminally corrupted GOP out in the trashbin of history then simply execute exactly the opposite of those plans as a blueprint for what need be done to the true great and lasting benefit of this nation and its people.
As such the GOP members charged with investigating this most serious threat to the Nation's electoral system and foundation of its continuing survival as a legitimate constitutional democracy instead largely have demonstrated that their fidelity to illegitimate partisan "victory" at any cost far outweighs their recognition of and acting in accordance with their oaths to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States they are sworn to uphold. Abdicating such duty and betraying the Constitution their apparent legitimate power in government has dissolved and reverted to the people where all power ultimately resides as set forth unequivocally by the founders of the U.S. Constitution including its preamble as well as by the signers of the U.S. Declaration of Independence which is a predicate foundational document to the U.S. Constitution. There is no doubt that the founders of this republic would have expelled today's Republican party and its members from government and as necessary taken up arms against them just as the founders did against their putative corrupt non-representative master the King of England and those who exercised repression and taxation without representation of the American people on his behalf.
