       Wednesday, 1 October 2014, DALLAS, TX - Millions of Texans last night saw exactly what package of used dirty junk goods they would be buying were they to elect as Governor corrupt GOP A.G. "Payday" Greg "Dark Money" Abbott a squirrelly hollow puppet of big dirty "dark money" donors who has made a career of outright accepting illegal "contributions" form dirty entities as to which he has had official decisions pending (and consistently found in their favor) and from groups such as "Payday Loan Stores" to allow loopholes for them letting them collect obscene usurious interest rates on "loans" at far above Texas criminal usury rates to good hard working Texans as well as Abbott grabbing additional large sums of money from chemical companies just before deciding that the location of huge stockpiles of chemicals they stored and dumped even on properties neighboring homes, churches, schools or anywhere else throughout the State did not have to be disclosed to Texans under any circumstances at all regardless of what hazards and dangers they might pose to all in the vicinity who did not even know they were there and then as he was directly asked about but failed to acknowledge also along came Abbott pocket-lining insurance companies running amok raising Texans' homeowner insurance premiums relentlessly with no required prior state review of increases whatsoever under a Republican insurance commissioner who Wendy Davis identified as being completely in big insurance pockets to which Abbott par for the course made no objection nor response other than that he was not an actuary.

       Typical of all Abbott responses which were either lies, omissions or promises of fantasyland improvements with no plausible explanation at all of how they would be accomplished in which he obviously had no conviction whatsoever to things particularly such as education and highways based on Perry disastrous policies that he would not change at all. Abbott volunteered nothing about his close connections and payoffs from payday loan stores, chemical stockpilers and polluters, super-rich insurance companies robbing Texas homeowners blind with outrageous premium increases and who knows how many others who had paid him off for favorable official decisions as Attorney General and have dumped dark money into his campaign coffers drooling for the day when they can own him completely as Governor.  He also virtually assured Texans that like Perry he would reject 100s of billions of dollars in federal funding so that Texas would not have to follow guidelines from the federal governement despite the pleas of Republican chambers of commerce and judges around the state that he not do so just so that as Wendy Davis put it Texans' federal taxes could keep going to Washington and coming back to California and New York for which she described "Abbott as California's best friend".
       Abbott further said he would continue to oppose abortions even for victims of rape and incest be he was "a Catholic". He responded to Wendy Davis' challenge that he as Governor veto any legislative attempt to terminate Texas' so-called "Dream Act" which sets out an official policy for allowing undocumented aliens to continue their studies with higher education.  Abbott also reiterated his opposition to providing any schooling for undocumented aliens as well as a mechanism proposed by Wendy Davis whereby they could obtain some form of driver identification that would allow them to legally operate cars and therefore be able to buy insurance as she argued that Texas must accept the current reality that many driving on Texas roads anyway have no means of getting insurance which situation Wendy Davis described as a constant source of large-scale complaint from her constituents involved in accidents with uninsured drivers.  Abbott simply took the position the nothing should be done to provide education or means for undocumented aliens to drive and purchase insurance because it was symptomatic of much larger immigration problems of a broken system which the federal government was responsible for fixing.
       He made no acknowledgment of the fact that the system has been broken for decades because of competing demands by powerful interests for strict immigration reform fundamentally opposed by the reality that major employers depend entirely on the availability of such labor willing to take below a living wage in order for their businesses to survive. Apparently scant attention has been paid to President Franklin Delano Roosevelt's admonition reflecting the longevity of this huge obstacle to immigration reform when he declared during his own Presidency seventy-five years ago that "[a]ny business which depends for its survival on labor paid below a living wage has no place in this country".
       If Texans take a good look at anything or even any look at all beyond a thirty-second Abbott TV commercial at this sorry excuse for a man much less a Texan and compare him to a true fighting Texas champion such as Senator Wendy Davis who actually was the will and endurance to hold tight and smack right back in the thick of it already having worked hard for years to make the improvements for Texas she spoke of realities when she is Governor then it is plain to see that pitiful Abbott with his handful of rich dirty masters of his every decision and who will own him in the office they will spend every last taxpayer dollar he illegally gives them to buy him Texas' Governorship that Abbott should in all fairness not stand a chance of winning anything but a seat in the Big House where he has so mercilessly sent so many others for life (and death) even if they can hardly count to three.

       This typifies Abbott whose debate responses made it clear that honest, decent, hard-working Texans were not going to have a chance in hell from this corrupt indicted Perry policy clone to advance  themselves be it at their homes, work, school, church, healthcare non-provider nor anything meaningful at all in their lives because if they allow this corrupt old boy completely out of tune with the present realities of the Nation's second most populous state they will continue to have no friend at all in the Texas Governor's mansion.
       Just more of the same that is driving all but the very richest in and out of the state into the more and more contaminated and paved ground under more polluted water and the dirtiest skies in the Nation suffering on in the continued Texas "freefall" started by the so-called indicted Perry Texas "miracle" of taking a great state with strong schools and clean environment and reasonable health and safety laws and standards to one where as the Republican dying old boy network mumbles and drools repeatedly that Texans have the "right to work" only problem being that that is hard to appreciate when one is dead from lack of training and prematurely ended education, health care, most every social service and unable to breathe the air befouled the air by the likes of Perry, Abbott and the whole rotten GOP crowd's "dark money" Texas-spoiling cronies propping them up in office to do their bidding.

       In truth it is a complete mystery why Abbott and his old boy cronies and those who pay them off are not already in federal prison given that their boss corrupt indicted GOP Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry despite all his mockery of the criminal justice system may soon be there himself for a maximum term of 99 years. In the meantime for those who missed it Abbott was so confused by his own lies and omissions by the end of the debate that he called himself "Governor" of Texas when he told all he had not done (actually as Attorney General) but would when he was "Governor" .
       Finally in one of Abbott's most disingenuous moments of the debate when Senator Wendy Davis referred to the $100 million that Abbott now has received back in Texas taxpayers' money from recipients of Texas Enterprise Fund millions meant to promote Texas businesses but who had never even filed applications for the money that Abbott's office was required to collect and evaluate and maintain but now reports are nowhere to be found Abbott claimed he was "glad' that she had brought it up as he was always grateful to be apprised of such new information. New information indeed as Abbott no doubt is perfectly aware that the Texas Enterprise Fund applications are as Senator Wendy Davis charged the responsibility of Abbott's office to manage and it would seem most unlikely that Abbott was unaware he received $100 million dollars in return from recipients who had never even applied for funds meant to promote Texas business enterprises and not to reward the responsible Texas state official who had allowed them to be disbursed to parties who had not even requested them.
       And this comes as news to Perry's Attorney General Texas chief law enforcer (or was it violator) Abbott?  These guys should keep recording devices under their desks (if Perry even has a desk) because things are beginning to sound eerily similar to their fellow party hero Richard Nixon and his co-conspirators shrugging off their crimes (recorded a on taping mechanism maintained on the orders of Nixon himself) right until days before Nixon would find himself to the first and only President in United States history forced to resign from office because of his criminal acts.
       Incidentally after watching Perry engaging in continuous corrupt actions and Abbott speechless but unapologetic in the face being confronted by a laundry list of his criminal payoffs and tainted official acts even as the State's highest law "enforcement" official one may perhaps understand the absence of Texas law enforcement on the scene since virtually everyone in Texas civil service owes their job to Perry at this point because of his interminable Governorship and because of his amply demonstrated willingness to flaunt the law abusing his office with reprisals and paybacks routinely without any apparent reprercussion. But one must ask where the hell the rest of the feds have been in Texas? Is this the south side of Boston where the mob owns the feds or what?
       One might suspect with good reason that the Texas good old boys own the feds here as well given the feds' complacency in the face of seemingly largely unconcealed wrongdoing at least until bringing back the recent grand jury indictment against the "debate miracle" brain dead still standing idiot Texas Governor Rick "Payback" Perry hustled back off to run Texas to get some glasses and continue as Texas Governor again and now reputed 2016 Presidential re-hopeful provided his is not in prison and his handlers can squeeze enough WD-40 into his above-the-shoulder orifices as least to keep him running for about two minutes at a time like a dying horse getting that last shot of speed before the final laps of his career or the boxer slobbering against the ropes pumped up for one last round and pointed and prodded in the direction of the opponent before the fight is called and he is sent off for permanent "recuperation" never again to appear in the ring or even speak a complete sentence in public.

GOP Special Prosecutor Blasts Indicted Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry For Making "Mockery Of The Justice System" Refers To "Smirking" In Mugshot And Demanding "Special Favors"

       Thursday, 25 September 2014, AUSTIN, TX - Republican Special Prosecutor Michael McCrum who has brought back two felony grand jury indictments for abuse of power carrying a maximum 99-year prison sentence against corrupt Indicted Lameduck Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry earlier this week on Tuesday expressed disgust at the GOP-organized "Booking Rally" to celebrate his criminal booking in which McCrum referred to the rumored GOP 2016 Presidential "hopeful" as "smirking" commenting "[i]n my 30 years of experience I have never seen a defendant make such a mockery of our system of justice." McCrum has recommended to the Court that he be permitted to drop his $300 per hour stipend to $250 to help the State pay another attorney in the indicted Perry's prosecution.
       Indicted Perry at least as an indication if not proof of his criminal tendencies vowed vengeance on those responsible for his prosecution saying they would be "held accountable".  Despite the Indicted Perry's apparent nonchalant contempt for the Texas criminal justice system for which he himself is largely responsible considering his mind-numbingly long interminable Governorship of Idiocy and outrage that it might conceivably pursue charges wrongfully (at least in his own case) the Indicted Perry nevertheless seemingly is not taking any chances now that he has been indicted trying to jam a few more rounds in his old laser-sighted coyote-killing six-shooter as his own growing team of defense attorneys swells funded at $450 an hour by the taxpayers of Texas with new additions funded from Indicted Perry's campaign funds who then asked for special dispensation for the Indicted Texas Idiot Lameduck Governor Rick "Payback" Perry reportedly because he was "Governor". (It is not known to the Ninth Amendment if Indicted Perry's right to carry a firearm has been curtailed by Texas due to his criminal indictment)
       "Team Perry" then took aim at the Special Prosecutor McCrum reportedly claiming that criminal defendants routinely are permitted to skip pre-trial criminal hearings which they have requested Indicted Perry next be able to do on 13 October 2014 as he and his traveling "security" circus continue their nonstop round-the-world travels at Texas taxpayers' expense to drum up other business for Texas apparently having exhausted the tourism possibilities of the Japanese.  They seemingly no longer eagerly are flocking to the State to see the Perry-incited hysteria over naked, starving brown-skinned Central American children and genocidal ISIS murderers streaming over the border. Meanwhile Indicted Perry's worldwide Texas phantom tourist recruits may be aware or not that those in south Texas and indeed all Texas roads die at by far the highest rate in the country on Texas' already most dangerous highways now become nightmare deathtraps as vanloads of 24-hour double-shift "frack" workers plow asleep into the backs of vehicles such as schoolbuses with 3+ multi-fatality "accidents" having become routine.

Let Governor Perry know that Texans don't need political theater on the border, we need solutions:  Martin --  The past few weeks, we’ve seen Republicans in Texas call for militarizing the border -- and now Governor Rick Perry has answered their calls.  Instead of listening to local law enforcement, faith, and community leaders, Governor Perry has ignored their insight, and decided to send up to 1,000 armed soldiers to the Rio Grande Valley.  He’s choosing to ignore the humanitarian challenge --  and the kids that have traveled thousands of miles alone to escape violence in their home countries -- in order to “secure the border.” Let Texas Republicans like Rick Perry, Greg Abbott, and Dan Patrick know that militarizing our border and posing for photo ops like this is wrong. The content of these breaches both comprised elements, as well as suggesting a possible conspiracy and/or attempt (so far as is known), to threaten me or the children of people I care about with being the victim of further potentially serious but unnamed crimes for which I believe other persons taking the actions necessary to do so risk bearing heavy criminal penalties when identified. These suspected breaches preliminarily were investigated and confirmed privately by former and present federal government trained computer security and cryptography experts of my acquaintance, at which time they were communicated by me to newspaper(s), service provider(s), and persons who work with, inter alia, the Department of Justice, also communicated and recorded by them including specific uncovered confirming evidence of the breach points, as well as the offending content, and told by me to many other confidantes as well. If any friend questions why I write and publicly expose the information developed here by me with help it is because I believe it my duty to all in my world to do so when these intruders might as well (except most is supposedly written in my words) claim to know my movements and those of the specifically named children of person(s) close to me, with the observation that today's world should not be assumed to be too safe a place. Furthermore I would hope to dissuade anyone even to consider doing anything else of nearly such a serious nature. Finally as some of the content in the draft emails purportedly from me led inexplicably directly into the lines of computer code appearing on the computer screen before a post goes final to digital publication in the Ninth Amendment log at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com (in case the possible/probable connection of the above-described to the publication of that internet publication escaped me), rather than succumb in silence as would appear to have been the intention of the attempted intimidation, it is my sincere hope that this course of action has been the most prudent one in both responsibly warning others who might be at risk, as well as dissuade whoever is behind it from taking anything any further. I am immensely grateful for the intensive late-night and overnight work of the two computer experts I mentioned, the latter especially who confirmed through the astounding depth of information he was able to uncover at incredible speed, including the connection to at least one specific identified telephone number accessing one of the accounts, and all the information available with that, including that phone's then-current approximate nearby geographical location. Furthermore he was able to uncover immediately thereafter that other communications to the account were being masked as from California but actually emanated from this Country's Central Time Zone, as another route to controlling the account had been hacked through a side door from a connection which I had not established the Google account in which the Ninth Amendment was published. Thanks too to all the others who took messages, preserved information, and most recently the Yahoo representative who spent more than three hours with me on the phone examining one of the e-mail accounts. As I told her I am terribly sorry her supervisor was on the phone for an extended period at the end on another matter, and I did not have the opportunity to thank her with all my heart, unlike representatives earlier in the day who would give me no more than thirty seconds and wanted to know nothing more than if I had changed my password. In any case, the urgency had seemed especially great as a frequent satirical target of the Ninth Amendment was Governor Rick Perry of Texas, and shortly after the undrafted by me drafts in my drafts account were literally thrust to my attention on my computer screen when they seemingly inserted themselves somehow above the inbox text underneath, I learned that Governor Perry had announced effectively the end of his historically long political career as Texas' in that he would not run again for Governor of Texas.        Tuesday, 9 July 2013, CHINA GROVE, TEXAS - Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry the reputedly fearsome laser-sighted six-shooter coyote-killing stuck in the back of his running shorts longest-running Governor in Texas history unbelievably making him the apparent "strongest (huh?)" Texas Governor since Reconstruction just 17 hours ago called it quits after a numbingly long Governorship which took the State through the so-called "Texas Miracle" whatever that was through a remarkable series of idiotic self-destructive series of legislative blunders and executive fiascos and downright stupidly mean initiatives including attacks on nearly all really true Texans including working people ripping away their social services, denying billions of dollars in Federal aid earmarked for the State's health, education, welfare, environment and anything else that might have been good for its citizens in a relentless drive to the bottom leaving Texas full of dropouts and suffering in the dirtiest air in the nation where the mentally ill can look forward to not even being spared the death penalty which the state practices murdering more people than all the other states and the Federal government combined. Did we say that? "Well we must have meant it,"  in the words of gonzo outlaw journalist Dr. Hunter S. Thompson.
       Village idiot Perry unsupported by the citizens of the small Texas community where he grew up and unrecognized as having attended Texas Agriculture & Mining where he allegedly majored in "animal husbandry" in the words of Tom Lehrer left open the possibility of another U.S. Presidential Run in 2016 after an appalling showing in the last Presidential race where he pulled on his boots and shared his idiocy with the Nation in a primary campaign that started at the top and dove like a dead goose over a Texas Browning & Ferris "waste facility" and cancer thinktank and proving ground straight to the bottom ending with the infamous "Perry freeze" in a national televised debate where he stood frozen silent for nearly a minute after being asked a question about his revealed Presidential aspiration of closing down four of the Executive Branch's Departments and Agencies and then admitting he had forgotten two of the four he closed. One of the two, the Department of Energy is the one which when the War Department was split after World War Two was tasked with supplying the Department of Defense with the nuclear components of so-called "atomic weapons" (also known to the State of California to cause cancer). Perry presumably was unaware of this fact. In any case in his own words he really "stepped in it". Later his collapsed campaign revealed Perry had a leg that hurt and had not been sleeping well before the performance which concluded just seconds before 911 would have been called for "brain death still standing".
    To date despite obvious "payback" appointments littering State positions with incompetents placed by a relatively few in and out-of-state financial supporters and acquisitions perhaps unpublicized but including Perry's miraculous investment savvy (now there is your Texas miracle) in a purchase transaction of an apparently seriously under-priced presumably retirement-escape real property purchase in Texas' reportedly desirable Horseshoe Bay enclave.
    Meanwhile in the first minutes of this morning but fortunately a couple past the midnight deadline the Texas Senate belatedly passed another mean-spirited Texas abortion bill that we will not even waste the space on since this reportedly meant the bill is dead. Like Perry's brain. God Bless America, God Bless Texas the "Lone Star" state, and God Bless Texas women.

Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Six-Shooter" Perry Rises From The Dead (Of Mind) To Warm Bay Area Welcome

     Saturday, 09 February 2013, AUSTIN - Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Six-Shooter" Perry this week announced over radio commercials a shrewd plan next week to visit with San Francisco and Silicon Valley business executives as he had "heard it was impossible to start a business in California". Perry apparently therefore did not suffer any further brain impairment since his last appalling U.S. Presidential campaign called by James Carville "the worst ever in history" marred for Perry by such moments as a nearly one-minute Perry lapse in response to a question about an issue Perry himself had raised but apparently completely forgotten during a live televised campaign debate of Republican candidates which Perry very briefly had entered as the front-runner.
     In any case the indefatigable Perry armed with infamous coyote-killing laser-sighted six-shooter is expected sometime next week as noted although his public appearances may be limited. Calls to Texas revealed that many Texans were not aware that Perry was Governor nor was now holding that office for his fourth or fifth term.  He clearly is a man who knows how to get a job, and keep it, his earlier forays into animal husbandry apparently unsuccessful with his claimed Alma mater Texas A&M never acknowledging whether he ever  in fact had attended the University reportedly hoping to be a veterinarian. That aside Perry does now hold the dubious distinction of being the first human known to shoot a coyote to death which occurred during his morning run accompanied by his huge security detail   
     Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Six-Shooter" Perry is known to spend most of his time at the expense of Texas taxpayers in other countries and states other than Texas the "business" state which boasts the nation's dirtiest air among other dubious "accomplishments".
     Nevertheless by his own account Perry plans to visit business leaders in San Francisco and especially Silicon Valley where a warm response likely is guaranteed Perry from officers of some of the world's most successful high-tech corporations who may be looking for a new aesthetic living in the country's dirtiest environment populated by students who more often than not never graduate high school and are cut off in community college studies when it is learned that they largely are unable to pass third-grade English tests.
     Beyond unemployable unschooled workers unneeded by Bay Area companies who also may find it difficult to breath amidst the foul weather of Texas' alternating putrid hanging humid Gulf of Mexico air and freezing cold blasts shooting down from the far North,  a final consideration to some may be that Perry often threatens to secede Texas permanently from the United States presumably to regain its place as the northernmost province of Mexico. For many workers revoking their United States citizenship in order to have some unclear status in Mexico may prove less than compelling.

"Occupy CIA" Planned Not To Occur Friday 11 November 2011. 37,000 Foot Mean Altitude Stops Times Columnist From Providing Readers With Free Words? Perry Externs Last Post

     Wednesday, 9 November 2011, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - Welcome back readers. Please do not read unlimited free digital New York Times content with free Firefox browsers set to "private browsing". This post actually was written most recently in early October. The Ninth Amendment editorial staff and global bureaus never went to the CIA headquarters nor has the Ninth Amendment ever even heard of the CIA, so-called "drones", or the "Occupy CIA Headquarters" event set for a birthday party this Friday.

     The following post actually is the next one written before all of the above never happened. The Ninth Amendment believes the comment below never was published verbatim in response to favorite Times' columnist Professor Paul Krugman who called in sick because he would be flying around at a median altitude of 37,000 feet. Professor Krugman later admitted to the Times enforcement division that he had made up his excuse note.

     Monday, 7 November 2011, AREA 51, NEVADA - Why, free entertainment, of course. This evening finds us in that remote extension of Edwards AFB in Southern Nevada known as Area 51 which the United States Government claims probably does not exist just like drones although it is on the USEPA Region IX's "Superfund" list while Administrative Law Judges have to anguish over whether crashed UFO's are hazardous waste, radioactive waste, mixed waste, or just what? Oh, well, the best kept secrets. Readers are reminded to refrain from reading free unlimited New York Times content simply by setting free Firefox browsers to "private browsing".
     Speaking of free, a big thank you from the weary crew of the Ninth Amendment for yesterday's record readership. It just goes to show that our readers do want things for free, despite what the people who try to sell things for exponential multiples of what they are "worth" might say. The Ninth Amendment expects to pass viewership numbers of the Super Bowl any year now if television even exists next year, or maybe they will just put chips in everyone's heads and charge a monthly subscription. Maybe even Google will give back some of our ads even though we are out to expose the Google-CIA connection. Yes, Google and the CIA sure do have some big reinforced buildings stuffed with data right next to each other. On the other hand, ads do mean big money, especially at Super Bowl time.
     In today's New York Times readers will have the treat of seeing how the CIA (Center for International Assassinations) "Destroying Democracy One Country at a Time" now has taken to sending out five-person hit squads around the planet since the "Agency" has been on such a roll with its drone assassin mania. Just imagine those big palettes of $100 bills from the bloated "Black Ops" budget being lowered from so many huge helicopters that not even Dick Cheney's BlackDeath contractors can get their greedy little hands on them all.
     Anyone checked Cheney's IRS returns lately? Say perhaps the IRS? Cheney sure did very well financially for a public servant once he took the reins at the White House and ran it like Wall Street while Bush napped, tap-danced on the portico, or was just flown around the country and dumped at his ranch.

Thank you for your concise considered roundup of Tuesday night's latest Republican weekly debate showcasing a uniformly uninspiring cast of spent characters looking to replace Democrat President Obama. Naturally the 2012 Presidential election will be largely before President Obama even has had his fair chance of extricating the United States from the Republicans' most recent mind-boggling legacy of domestic and foreign disasters of historic proportions left behind as George "little shrub" Bush tap-danced off into the sunset and sped away in Air Force Pickup Truck One. Moreover the Republican debaters have enjoyed the soon-to-vanish benefit of Texas Governor Perry's debate participation by virtue of which all others present appear to border on genius level simply by virtue of demonstrating an ability to speak entire English phrases and sentences and to think in any language at all. The editorial staff of the Ninth Amendment log at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com applauds this Times' piece's subtle understated humor revealing the obvious truth of Texas Governor Perry having "less and less to lose" as he "goes for broke" in what better State than, naturally, Nevada. As to what Texas Governor Perry has up his sleeve for his expected full-on "aggressive" comeback attempt in next week's episode other than a six-shooter from which his aides no doubt will remove any live rounds, one can only guess. Texas Idiot Liar Governor Rick "Payback" Perry "Unveils" Economic Plan (Including EPA Elimination and Okaying Alaska, Wilderness, Ocean Gas and Oil Drilling) Prepared By Oil and Gas Industry

     Monday, 17 October 2011, WEST MIFFLIN, PA. - The Ninth Amendment reminds readers to refrain from READING FREE UNLIMITED NEW YORK TIMES DIGITAL CONTENT SIMPLY BY SETTING FREE FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING".  Texas Idiot Liar Governor Rick "Payback" Perry this past Friday after admitting his horrific debate performances sought before an impartial audience of steel workers to redeem himself with the announcement of his totally unawaited "economic proposal" immediately identified as essentially stolen from a recent oil and gas industry "wish list".
     The "fact for the day" is that Texas Idiot Liar Governor Rick "Payback" Perry's aides would not even respond to inquiries as to whether the "economic plan" merely regurgitated a recent oil and gas industry proposal that would allow drilling in every free square inch of the country, strip away all meaningful government regulations, and eliminate the Environmental Protection Agency which does not even have jurisdiction over nearly any of the oil and gas activity.
     Today's "hidden fact for the day" is that attendees at the grand "comeback" moment readily noted that most anecdotal "facts" Texas Idiot Liar Governor Rick "Payback" Perry attempted to relate as he continued to practice his English as a tenth language were plainly incorrect with at least one being identified most likely as simply an outright lie. The "Business State" Governor is alleged to have acquired his most recently "shared" area of expertise in economics while studying animal husbandry at Texas A&M University which still will not acknowledge that it has any record of him ever existing.
     The good news is that as Texas Idiot Liar Governor Rick "Payback" Perry relentlessly accelerates his freefall from politics forever whenever he opens his mouth he did venture without explanation to declare that his "economic plan" will generate 1.2 million jobs as unregulated oil and gas drilling presumably quickly ramps up throughout Alaska and whatever remains of the rest of the American wilderness and any surrounding bodies of water surrounding the United States.
     Presumably these jobs will be created in the fields of medical and hospital care, natural disaster control, enormous expansion of federal agencies such as FEMA to arrive just in time to cart away bodies, and stupendous growth in funeral homes and cemeteries which apparently will have spacious areas of former wilderness now become gas and oil puddles in vast areas of dirt and waste in which to expand.
     As to how Texas Idiot Liar Governor Perry's "economic plan" will do anything at all to help abate in any way the current United States' and resulting global recession now thought to be the worst since the "Great Depression" and yet another crowning legacy of the administration of Perry's former boss never-elected "President" George "little shrub" Bush (after Perry changed from Democrat into Republican) was not touched upon by the "candidate" testing the limits of gravity's acceleration for his irreversible crash-landing probably amidst a top-polluting refinery or heavy industry plant in Texas home of the nation's dirtiest air.
     Or, if any meaningful recovery plan were announced or attempted to be explained, the steel workers' coffee break already had ended and anyone else such as freelance reporters also had left in disgust at seeing an apparently grown man insistently continue to humiliate himself before a nation and world that long ago lost all interest in him in his desperate attempts at immortality as being the stupidest candidate ever to run for President of the United States.

The post below  published in the digital Times here appears verbatim in response to a past Friday Times column on Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry's newly reported characteristic misleading, dishonest and lying claims of all credit for himself for his non-existent "leading" role in cleaning Texas' air which is the Nation's dirtiest
     The fact for the day is that Idiot Texas Governor Rick "Payback" Perry singles out his exemplary leading credit for cleaning Texas' air by highlighting the reduction of nitrous oxide emissions.
      The hidden fact for the day is that nitrous oxide "laughing" gas is an essentially inert chemical compound for healthy humans provided it is administered with sufficient amounts of oxygen to breathe. (THIS INFORMATION PROVIDED BY OUR BARBER NEITHER OFFERS NOR PURPORTS TO OFFER PROFESSIONAL NOR EXPERT HEALTH AND/OR MEDICAL ADVICE WHICH MUST BE SOUGHT FROM KNOWN RELIABLE SOURCES).
      Generally not identified as a most pressing air pollution nor global warming contributor laughing gas popularly has been accepted as safe to use (for example for some time by dentists) since at least its early use in the 18th century by the Joseph Priestly Society for purposes of spiritual enlightenment or positive mind expansion by appropriate persons.
      Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry is not yet known to have claimed full credit for any reductions nor increases in the use of Novocaine although were he "fairly compensated, and I don't mean $5,000" by the oral health industry he presumably would mandate Novocaine for everyone as legally required, except the many uninsured adults and children who do not need it because they cannot pay and very rich Perry donors in Texas who tell him no and go to dental hygienists.
      The dumb humor for the day is that it takes no Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perrys to screw in a light bulb as this service is/will be provided by "aides" while he is busy stuffing cash in his pockets, trying to speed-learn English, or it is done instead by his prison handlers as the case may be.

     Heartening that Governor Perry is back on the warpath either lying or attempting English speech as he slams the final nails into his coffin. Former Democrat turned Republican and Gore supporter turned secessionist Perry now claims credit for cleaning Texas' air (the dirtiest in the Nation) which he has fought every step of the way. Texas "Governor" Rick Perry and Sarah "Philosopher" Palin Expect 2012 Republican Presidential and Vice-Presidential Nomination

Perry, and Sarah "Hey, Who Took My Brain?" Palin listened to secure conference call instructions as to how Perry and Palin would take the 2012 United States Presidency and Vice-Presidency elections respectively after Bush's dad explained to them how this would come about.
They can be expected to take office in January 2013 after a "rigged" election (as necessary), and then within a few months the United States will cease to exist as soon as anything important happens that they need to handle.
The Ninth Amendment releases this exclusive story with details to follow shortly as soon as the Ninth Amendment computer servers have fully transformed "little Shrub" Bush's, "Six Shooter" Perry's, and Sarah "Hey, Who Took My Brain?" Palin's responses into English and apply sophisticated logic computer programs to assess what it is most probable they were attempting to say aboard Air Force Three. The conference call unfortunately turned out not to be secure after it was mistakenly simulcast worldwide on Fox TV and Radio "news".

Texas Governor Perry Denies He is Running for President 2012, "Writes Book"

Wednesday, November 3, 2012, NEW YORK - Week before last the first day after his record-breaking FOURTH TERM victory Texas Governor Perry spent in New York City "promoting" Texas on poor Texas taxpayers' dollars while incidentally attending the release of his new book to great fanfare amongst New Yorkers who had no idea who he was.
Upon having the title read to him Mr. Perry realized that it was called "Fed Up" apparently believing it was about a time as an infant he got sick eating beef steer baby food. In fact actually "Fed Up" apparently concerns Mr. Perry's adamant denial that he would NOT run for US President in 2012 exactly as George W. Bush said the same thing about the 2000 President's race in 1999.
Mr. Perry did confess he does not like former President "little shrub" Bush whom he is exactly the same as except for his name which is different. Mr. Perry apparently slept through most of the reading of his new book "Fed Up" although later it was explained to him that amongst other things it was a brilliant manifesto about how Mr. Perry in about ten minutes figured out how he would have completely re-written the U.S. Constitution had the Founding Fathers invited him and were he alive in the 18th Century.
Mr. Perry, who possibly was almost a Rhodes scholar and Harvard Constitutional law professor also explained the wisdom of rather than having state legislatures follow any US Constitution he would just let each one of them run whatever government it cared to, and then Mr. Perry could pick which one was best. Mr. Perry may possibly win the Pulitzer Prize for his book but probably not the National Poetry Book Award because it is the wrong kind of book for that. Mr. Perry possibly could win the Nobel Prize as well because he is a living person.
Mr. Perry says he does not like the federal government because it is always trying to tell Texas what to do. He apparently still struggles with the idea that Federal Laws full of bad ideas like making the air clean enough to breath or teaching people how to read and write should have to be followed by Texas which is its own Republic and has its own license plates.
Mr. Perry apparently was devastated to wake up from his nap and learn that his book was not about what a successful Boy Scout he was like his earlier book which was the only book anyone has ever written about him.
Remember, you read it first earlier here in the Ninth Amendment, Mr. "I am NOT going to run for President" Perry now without a doubt will be running in 2012. The Ninth Amendment here picks him as the hands-down favorite to win, since like the man he cannot stand George "little shrub" Bush he is from Texas, which is the second most populous state after California. Therefore, like Mr. Bush who won neither the popular nor electoral votes in the 2000 election but who's brother was Governor of Florida, Governor Perry even without the incovenience of winning these actual vote counts can have Texas beaureaucrats arrange for him to get whatever votes he needs to make up the shortfall from registered voters illegal aliens and Texas' many life-term prison felons mostly in for shoplifting.
It still is unclear how if Mr. Perry decides to secede from the United States again once he is President, he will secede the United States from the United States if he feels this is "prudent". Then, of course, not only can Mexico have Texas back, it can have the whole United States as well.

Ninth Amendment First to Endorse Rick Perry for President in 2012

Sunday, 7 November 2010, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - Rick Perry last Tuesday won an unprecedentled FOURTH term as "Governor" of Texas following his record THIRD term. Mr. Perry, the "Franklin Delano Roosevelt" of Texas now only remains to end WWIII after he starts it and ends Texas' depression which he already started.
Having accomplished everything necessary to place Texas in a perfect position for success (other than a few tens of rankings vying with Arizona in 49th or 50th place in the United States in insignificant matters like education), Mr. Perry immediately after the votes were "pre-counted" headed to the "Big Apple" (New York). He went to promote Texas along with his new book which no one, including his publisher, knows the subject matter.
It may be about Mr. Perry's successes in the Boy Scouts of which all records have been "misplaced" as in his first and only other book, also about the Boy Scouts. Unfortunately his editors due to Mr. Perry's inability to read were unable to have him make editing suggestions. Mr. Perry is very excited about his book's imminent New York release so that he can have someone read it to him when he is not napping.
New Yorkers allegedly are dying to read the book as Texas Governor Rick Perry is one of the biggest sources of interest in the world to New Yorkers and the rest of the planet. Poor Texas taxpayers will as usual foot the bill for his and Mrs. Perry's travel and very extensive security in New York. New Yorkers thanks to Mr. Perry's and his wife's visits should soon be visiting Texas as yet another huge economic boon to Texas thanks to the selfless Perrys.
Mr. and Mrs. Perry on their constant travels out of state and around the world are now more or less thought of as the John F. and Jackie Kennedy of the modern era, and just as popular around the globe.
Mr. Perry will make a superb President of the United States in 2012 as he has demonstrated his ability to keep a state or country in perfect working order by taking frequent all-day naps and working no more than four hours a month. It is not known if he will be able to carry his six-shooter to protect himself from coyotes and street people on morning jogs from the Pink, Green, Yellow, White, huh? House in Washington, D.C. as it is rumored that it is illegal to carry a handgun in your running shorts there. The future "President" Rick Perry then would be arrested.
The Ninth Amendment reminds all committed and true Republicans, Tea Partiers, and folks who like political "payback" with interest from donations for the man's campaign, to vote for Rick Perry frequently and repeatedly. Mr. Perry always guarantees less government and secession from the United States if it messes with Texas or the Alamo.
It is not currently known how Mr. Perry will secede the United States from the United States if he gets upset about the issue, but if anyone can figure it out, his advisors can.
