UPDATED: N.S.A. "Treason" German Chancellor Merkel Accused For N.S.A. Command Of Rogue B.N.D. Spying Since 2008 On Germans Other Europeans

Thursday, 7 May 2015, BERLIN - German Chancellor Angela Merkel has been charged with "treason" by at least one politician heading the German Left party after Der Speigel reported recently that since at least 2008 a "rogue" division of the B.N.D. German foreign intelligence service working for the N.S.A. has engaged in spying including on friendly German and European "interests" believed to include individuals and businesses perhaps most notably the French-German enterprise European Aeronautic Defense and Space, now known as the Airbus Group about which the B.N.D. "failed to fully inform the Chancellery or Parliament" but apparently did inform Ms. Merkel's government to the extent German Chancellor Merkel "failed in her constitutional duty to supervise the intelligence services and inform Parliament of the services' activities".
Although not raised as an issue as with United States executive branch "intelligence" services which often on their face lack legal jurisdiction over and authority to engage in any domestic spying and related unconstitutional activities given that the B.N.D. is identified as a "foreign" intelligence service it would appear to have overstepped its ostensible authority by committing domestic spying on German "individuals and businesses" at home. Germans moreover are particularly sensitive to "intelligence" service domestic surveillance given "their memory of the Nazi and Communist regimes that spied on their citizens" (as the New York Times puts it rather blithely omitting Germans' doubtless intense memory also of what outrages, horrors and atrocities those regimes inflicted upon German citizens as a result of their spying on the German people).
Moreover unlike in the United States where the N.S.A. is warmly embraced by all (at least by all at the N.S.A. and apparently in France) for its indiscriminate domestic and foreign mass surveillance, sweeping metadata collection activities (based on which metadata alone former N.S.A. Director Hayden stated "we kill people") and other N.S.A. other revealed and doubtless unrevealed myriad other unconstitutional abuses nevertheless overseas in Germany "anti-N.S.A. sentiment remains high" including German "revulsion" with the N.S.A. in the wake particularly of the revelations of Edward J. Snowden (a "popular hero" in Germany) of the scope of the N.S.A.'s criminal indiscriminate domestic and foreign surveillance.
German Chancellor Merkel herself when running for re-election which she won for a third term in 2013 loudly cast herself as "the wronged American ally whose cellphone number was among data sucked up by American intelligence as it kept watch on Europeans" proclaiming that "[s]pying among friends -- that is simply not done". In fact such spying among friends "simply was done" right at that time by her own government B.N.D. intelligence service moreover under the control of the N.S.A. apparently since at least 2008. In any case Ms. Merkel managed to capitalize on her own cellphone privacy invasion exploiting German "outrage" over Snowden revelations but managed to "tamp down" what has become known among Germans as the growing "N.S.A. scandal". The truth of the recent allegations would tend to suggest that Chancellor Merkel is a dishonest hypocrite
Even as opposition Left party leader Gregor Gysi called Chancellor Merkel's actions "treason" that accusation on Monday unsurprisingly was "angrily rebutted" by B.N.D. spy agency chief Gerhard Schindler (compare former Ninth Amendment post with photo of N.S.A. chief Admiral Michael "Mike" Rogers also "angrily rebutting" an unwelcome suggestion) dismissing with the Cheneyesque response that it was "absolutely absurd" to suggest his agency was "a compliant tool" of the N.S.A. However Schindler apparently still is experiencing technological communication challenges with Chancellor Merkel who on the same day reportedly at the same time stated that in order to best "protect the lives and bodies of 80 million Germans" cooperation with the National Security Agency came "first and foremost".
Previous to last Monday after the 23 April 2015 Der Speigel reports government spokesman Steffen Seibert attributed the reportedly at least seven year lapse in Chancellor Merkel's government oversight and Chancellery and Parliamentary reporting of the actions of the rogue G.N.D. spy division working for the N.S.A. to "'[t]echnological and organizational deficiencies at the B.N.D." which seemingly in response to the recent Der Speigel reports now had been quickly identified as Mr. Seibert gave assurance the Merkel government had issued "immediate orders that they be rectified". Based on B.N.D. chief Schindler's and Chancellor Merkel's contemporaneous statements arguably implying significantly inconsistent degrees of the scope of the N.S.A. role in controlling German intelligence it would appear the B.N.D. had not as of Monday yet rectified at least technological deficiencies as to communication with the Chancellery in response to its "immediate orders".
In any case the standing parliamentary committee with oversight responsibility for all  German intelligence services as well as a special parliamentary inquiry specifically into the N.S.A. have been conducting ongoing investigations into the details of the matter and questioning "key officials" including former U.S. intelligence officials which unsurprisingly is revealing a "damning picture of American surveillance practices". Although the specifics of German intelligence collusion with the N.S.A. remain "murky" given the innate unreliability of intelligence officials in providing comprehensible information to the public the German federal prosecutor is considering launching a formal investigation.
The the substance of the recent allegations of N.S.A. control over the B.N.D. is consistent with a complaint filed by Austria on Tuesday against German and American intelligence agencies grounded on suspicions that the agencies have been spying on Austria according to Reuters. Moreover also last week the French-German enterprise Airbus Group filed a legal complaint leveling charges against "unnamed persons" of economic espionage including requests for more information from the German government. A related "indication that espionage might have occurred" is that "[m]embers of the German Parliament have suggested that Washington may influence how much the German government can reveal to Airbus" the New York Times reports.
The Ninth Amendment editorial board would suggest that put more bluntly this is to say that the German government cannot disclose B.N.D. intelligence information regarding even economic and/or industrial espionage conducted who knows for what reason concerning an offended German party even of a joint venture German company unless it has permission from its N.S.A. handlers. It is hard to imagine how the B.N.D. could become more of a "complaint tool" of the N.S.A. than that. Furthermore the Airbus complaint highlights the issue of the N.S.A.-B.N.D. reportedly not only spying on individuals but on businesses including very large ones which raises the question of when and why the N.S.A. has "diversified" into business including major industrial espionage in friendly countries and if so given the technology has the N.S.A. been corrupted to the point that it has determined that legal interpretations of its authority can always be contorted to conform to an N.S.A. perception that given the cash its mission and mandate to "suck up" information is infinite?
Finally as to this matter it appears significant that Germany's No. 2 in power after Chancellor Merkel who is German Vice Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel and the leader of the center-left Social Democrats disclosed to reporters that Merkel told him there was "nothing" to the allegations and furthermore said that he believed Merkel. However he reportedly followed this immediately by a statement that "what we are witnessing now is an affair, a secret service scandal, which could set off a very grave tremor." A rather ominous sounding warning compared to what preceded it especially coming from the German Vice-Chancellor, Germans particularly high officials generally not being known for lightly tossing off references to such events as "grave tremors".

UPDATED IN WEDNESDAY, 8 OCTOBER 2014 POST LINK Precautions After Computer Hackers Of JPMorgan Chase Steal Personal Information Of 76 Million Two-Thirds Of U.S. Households 7 Million Businesses And Hack Nine More Financial Institutions

Saturday, 4 October 2014, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - A stupendously deep hackers' computer security penetration of huge proportions at JPMorgan Chase supposedly the most cyber-secure private financial institution in the country which breach even though detected months ago as early as July 2014 could reportedly not be stopped by bank computer security experts through all (detected) points of hackers' access until recent weeks should definitively put all thoughtful realistic readers on notice that the concept of reliable computer security for any consumer even in the most highly "secured" financial institution computer accounts available is nothing more than a myth.
If any United States financial institution had such reliable security it would be JPMorgan Chase identified as so important to the Nation's economy that a collapse at the bank could trigger a nationwide financial meltdown capable of collapsing the entire country's economy and posing a national security threat. And although this momentous news and harrowing wake-up call has now been made public the fact is that nine other major United States financial institutions which reportedly have suffered similar attacks as well have yet to be identified to the American public.
Many readers may already be aware that the hackers for reasons not known although they could have fully penetrated and stolen complete financial data of all 76 million household and 7 million business accounts instead are said to have chosen intentionally only to access and steal names, addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses of all accounts which together account for two-thirds of American households. And as referenced above authorities have yet publicly to identify the other ten major United States banks' computer security systems similarly breached.
The reason(s) for the theft of only this "personal" rather than "financial" information is the subject of speculation although experts admit in similar past breaches things have "not turned out to be what they seemed" as here where the breaches appear to have been orchestrated and accomplished from overseas reportedly specifically from Russian hackers believed to at least have some connections to the Putin administration perhaps retaliating for ever more strangling economic sanctions against Russia where Putin persists in maintaining perhaps the world's worst kept "secret" lie apparently believing he can without anyone noticing or being too intimidated to say anything probably shooting down and at civilian airliners and flooding first former KGB agents and now regular Russian troops and heavy military equipment across Ukraine's sovereign border to battle under the guise of what were at best just lightly armed "Ukrainian separatists" now in basically a full-on border war against the fully outfitted ranks of the Ukrainian army with complete disregard for the slaughter of the Ukrainian civilians allegedly eager to renew their ties to a Russia basically murdering them and giving them no choice but to live in the middle of an active battleground between two fully outfitted armies the leader of the former original separatists having months ago announced he was resigning his position.
On the other hand security experts are still recommending and reminding Americans of the usual precautions to take in the wake of what many just see as a further escalation of huge hacking attacks already perpetrated against some of the United States largest retailers and who knows what institutions the United States Government is not saying. The Ninth Amendment is aware that our own "national security" State is certainly not above reproach it having already definitively been shown that while the United States national security apparatus was noisily accusing countries such as China of large-scale hacking attacks our venerable child techies running ever further amok of the Constitution at for example the NSA spying on every American in (and out of sight of most of those of us without laser and more mundane eavesdropping and infrared and night vision and who knows what other kinds of satellites and drones and goggles) were themselves and their "national security" colleagues or other executive agency competitors as the case may be actually themselves were staging cyber-attacks against the Chinese and others picking up another one from the CIA's playbook of setting up all innocent Americans for yet more and more sophisticated damaging "blowback" the reasons for which ordinary citizens per usual have no idea while the "national security" outfits take cover and flee.
In any case rather than do an incomplete job and possibly omit valuable information the Ninth Amendment refers concerned readers directly to the limited ways set out in the New York Times article below that Americans may protect themselves from what now have to be accepted as nearly inevitable security breaches unless readers are ready to ditch it all and work strictly with a pen and paper therefore the Ninth Amendment suggests readers proceed directly to the New York Times link below for reminders of known as well as information on some new safeguards to take in the face of such threats to their financial security and security of identity.
One most important new piece of information to us is that with the personal information stolen hackers will be able to craft very convincing e-mails to try to coax birthdates, social security, credit card numbers and the like from consumers with such targeted phony hard to spot e-mails now known as "spear phishing" and as a result readers are advised by the Times no longer to use links directly in such possibly suspicious e-mails which should never be requesting any of the above information in any case but if they are believed to be authentic instead of using links the FBI always advises Americans to skip the link and either type the address oneself in the address bar or alternatively use a search engine to locate the address and place it in one's address bar. Overall however security experts agree that the best advice is that Americans demand of their lawmakers that sufficient workable enforceable laws are put into place providing sufficient incentive for third parties that collect such information to adequately secure it.
The Ninth Amendment reminds readers that it is NOT QUALIFIED IN ANYWAY TO ITSELF PROVIDE ITS OWN SECURITY ADVICE AND CONCERNED READERS ARE URGED TO REFER TO KNOWN RELIABLE SOURCES WHETHER WRITTEN OR DIRECT FROM TRUSTED CERTIFIED COMPUTER SECURITY PROFESSIONALS DEPENDING UPON THE DEGREE OF READERS' OWN PERSONAL AND BUSINESS SECURITY NEEDS WHICH ONLY THEY ARE IN A POSITION TO ASSESS ACCURATELY TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE DEGREE OF RISK AND VALUE OF INFORMATION TO BE PROTECTED TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE WORST CASE COST TO THEM SHOULD THE INFORMATION BE COMPROMISED AND/OR STOLEN.

GOOGLE aka "KNOWN ISSUES" May Change Name To "GOO-GLITCH" Denotes Multitude Of Faulty Products Once Known To Buyers Simply As "Defective". Please GOO-GLITCH Has No Time To Answer Piddling Questions So Beneath Its Giant Piles Of Cash About KNOWN ISSUES Replaces Nothing Unless One Bought "The Plan" But Please Feel Free To Gnaw In On Our Unpaid "Buddies Circle Jerkle" Best Known Guesses So We Can Sell Your Personal Info ID'ing You Too In "Buddies Circle Jerkle" Social Media

Sunday, 3 August 2014, MOUNTAIN "OF CASH" VIEW, CALIFORNIA -Well Blogger friends and domestic help are any of you getting nearly as rich as Google yet letting Google aka KNOWN ISSUES data mine your every contact and interest that you were not even sure you had with their relatively recently joined or merely just more encouraged and patted on their heads by (but never yet consciously -- to them -- punished with the old water board) their new best CIA friends who coincidentally almost magically just have found themselves just so very simultaneously as fascinated as Google with every activity in your life. It is all just money to Google whether the information for commercial social media wars and incidental bonuses from the CIA comes in through Blogger+ or the old "sponsored results" that never ever would have happened on so reputably academic a search engine as Google until of course they did.
So when did Google and the others like Zuckerboy begin to feel so sure they were above the law (probably from a little too much exposure to those charged with enforcing the law against "others") that they for example apparently can claim when they never answer you except in court sell you products which were previously just known as "defective" junk but never anymore return for refund but instead have developed to the point that they have the audacity to tell you they do no even answer phones about defects but just maybe you can "circle buddy" with some of the thousands of others who also have suffered through their so-called "beta" defects and will be happy to commiserate but please just be clear on one thing most importantly which is even if GOO-GLITCH aka KNOWN ISSUES gives those unpaid geeks a few unpaid ribbons everything they come up with is strictly answered on their own behalves and NO KNOWN ISSUES guarantees nothing except any royalties coming from more social media data mining belongs to them (and their CIA partners) alone.
As for the shared problems new "jerkle buddy circle" users are experiencing while Google is busy designing the next generation of planned obsolescence or rather planned defects in its next generation of products while also figuring out ways to get users (or "used ones") to sign off every detail or access to every detail of jerkle buddy life from birth to death and everything inbetween which is pretty crafty because actually in one's "real" social life whatever that used to be none of these geeks were ever your "friends" and would not have merited another scoff if you caught them trying to chart and graph every aspect of your social life which was so much more interesting to them than their own existence spent with their own best friend the Asteroids machine.
And you were beginning to think that you were just perhaps nothing but not quite mostly up-to-par "bloggers" raking it in which was after all the original "idea" as advertised was it not although coincidentally or not that was just around the time the NSA, CIA and rest of the national acronym crowd began to give Google perhaps just an inkling of the real value of that "Blogger" sky's the limit up-to-the-minute (very roughly speaking) was perhaps after all not really quite so much the focus of the whole "operation" as might have perhaps a bit more honestly been communicated. No now Google makes a fortune off of your Person+ for which you are not getting a dime except new bunch of "freinds" for your "circle of jerkles".
In fact that part of the tale after seeing a United States President ELECTED after all and all those heady skirmishes just at the shaky borders of the foundation in the age of "terrible secrets" of the United States Constitution once held so dear by so many well that part of the tale really did not seem so "compelling" nor so "heady" to the ones now become in the know and dining with the spooks outside Mclean that it really may have begun to slip their swimming minds just a bit amidst all these heady developments that there were, well, starting to be what rapidly had become the "cover story" that clearly was not nearly so exciting nor PROFITABLE as some of the other stories.
Well fellow Bloggers we urge you for the moment not to rush into the Blogger+ deal and spend a bit of time asking yourself whether you really deep down feel some COMPELLING REASON to find yourself sharing yourself and so much of your life with some people who well quite frankly as of just a couple years ago may not have even really known from Adam. Remember when you perhaps wanted to prove yourself personally with a successful bit of writing well-received by an audience which was not "scientifically" determined and placed among your, what, followers?
We ask for now that you just might wish to collect your thoughts for a bit and not jump into putting that + after your personal "profile" information maybe more so as to release its disclosure from a legal point of view and to take Google forward leaps and bounds in some perhaps new merely greedy direction whereby it might get its hands ASAP on that "social media" information from Facebook and the others if not by some in-kind trade that strengthens it all then some sort of clever tact at getting you to actually feel some sort of eagerness to part with that information you might not ever have even dreamed of with a company in ten short years become larger than General Motors and you really are not even sure why. There is after all no big rush. Except perhaps for when the time comes that we all decide to go after Google itself for fraud, class action, punitive damages, invasion of privacy, psychological manipulation by methods of the always jury-loved cult?
Yes please friends keep us in mind if your statistics that are promised to be accurate and timely seem increasingly are neither. That all that Adsense and other advertising program money you have heard so much of the old favorite Ronald Reagan "anecdotal evidence of" such as quite amazing riches or financial independence or in any case close to it are not quite coming true for you yet either. But then there is always SO MUCH more new information provided by Google and it is no doubt "well" paid acting agents that may not always make that much sense nor seem that revolutionary, but what the heck after just six or seven years why not give them a chance, ESPECIALLY if you have already started your own business.
Yes friends we sense a new day dawning and since it is one where both a federal agency or agencies and a very rich company or companies who have indeed demonstrated indeed that they do have VERY DEEP pockets we first of all DISCLAIM ANY SPECIAL LEGAL OR FINANCIAL EXPERTISE IN THIS AREA WHICH YOU MUST SEEK ONLY FROM A DULY LICENSED PROFESSIONAL, but may we suggest that in the meantime we proceed carefully and cautiously keeping as best we can accurate records of what we were promised or APPEARED TO BE and WHAT WE ACTUALLY HAVE OR HAVE APPEARED TO RECEIVE. In the meantime we are keeping a very close watch on whether those pageview numbers which Google has provided with growing inaccuracy as freely can be followed in our posts are keeping up commensurate where historical performance would indicate they should be and with these recent efforts even better perhaps maybe even more so God willing with your support which as you are all too aware costs fellow "bloggers" nothing. Just imagine a million bloggers all standing up for one million other bloggers.
And should we see those growing numbers of pageviews and ad impressions continuing to grow well then we shall also have very good grounds for examining and ask that KNOWN ISSUE is being especially diligent and careful about reporting them completely and timely as that after all was to be at least what is appearing to us as what may be for all of us who choose and performed for Google as our part of the bargain and therefore must especially taking care to make sure that we too benefit richly where they have from our own "benefit of the bargain" and also having done so kept us from putting or fortunes with those of so many competitors for our work from whom Google lured us. And make no mistake as for the specifics of each of us, it is each of us who is putting in the work, writing all the feedback and looking for those non-existent Google return letters. Stay strong, read on, and let those of us who continue on this path remember where lies the true path and reward of "mutual support".
Let GOOGLE have its KNOWN issues fellow Bloggers we shall have our MUTUAL SUPPORT. So pay attention and in the the unforgettable words of Douglas Adams on the cover of The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy "DON'T PANIC". Just keep track of that money GOOGLE owes you from mathematical errors or selling your social media without your permission to sell and soon those + signs will be adding up in your column also. We hope.

Google Blogger Fails To Report Reliable Accurate Site Statistics Nor Effectively Address Site Pageview Interference And/Or Reports Exposing Vulnerabilities Of Publishers' and Advertisers' Privacy

Friday, 13 June 2014, MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA - Despite many recent and increasing requests by the editorial board of the Ninth Amendment log Google has declined to comment and/or provide information on why this New American log's site pageview statistics have in recent weeks steadily declined either in accuracy and/or to identify whether site viewership now is suffering interference and/or denial of access as the result of the misconduct of other parties or that in which Google is complicit, has knowledge of, and/or lacks the ability to remedy.
Statistics which have appeared to be reliable as suggested by consistency with historical site performance now increasingly are being reported as totally inconsistent for periods lasting as long periods approaching on half a day suggesting Google can no longer maintain the performance standards Google originally established in order to attract publishers and advertisers to its highly lucrative Blogger and Blogger-related endeavors including Google's expansion into the extremely data brokering area of "social media" information collection and sharing particularly through its innocuously named "plus" feature.
As reported by Google itself this information is not only available to its CIA partner but through its "hub" and other "features" for purposes of exchanging it with other popular social media sites with an obviously extremely aggressive emphasis on its "plus" feature to which Google has gone to great lengths to draw in existing publishers who currently do not participate nor wish to participate in this personal information collection vehicle.
Publishers and advertisers wishing to publish and/or advertise on blogs or other popularly accessible web page creation and maintenance outlets will readily find that there now are a great many other entities available providing similar or better services at little or no cost including those based in other countries including those of the European Union which have demonstrated as documented in earlier posts on this New American site significantly greater respect for and legal protections for individuals' privacy regardless of the individuals' home countries.

Highest Europe Court Strikes Google And Other Engines Harsh Blow Orders Google Remove Search Results With Privacy Data Links At Individual's Request Again Protecting Privacy As U.S. Does Not

Sunday, 18 May 2014, LUXEMBOURG - European regulators and/or courts after previously as reported here having smacked CIA operative Mark "Zuckerboy" Zuckerman's Facebook with a big fat book in its own face with a fine nearing $1 billion for its misuse of sophisticated facial recognition spy technology in its European operation which the social media-cum-global spying metadata collector aka "Facelog" aka "Mugbook" openly still deceptively uses in the United States and other countries this past week again struck a harsh and costly blow against another United States-based once-"friendly" Internet presence search engine now monster "social media plus" hopeful metadata collector and admitted CIA partner Google based in Mountain View, California ruling in an unappealable decision by the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg against Google ordering it to remove personal privacy information links when requested by affected individuals.
As confirmed in a recent airing of part one of two of the excellent PBS WGBH-Boston produced television Frontline special "The United States of Secrets" (part two to be aired in the U.S. in coming days and available in its entirety on DVD) "whistleblower" superuser John Snowden unequivocally states that there no longer is anything such as "private" information. Every loose shred of each millisecond of once-private moments of even domestic readers lives all gushes unfettered (unconstitutionally regardless of what FISA may "determine" on command - never read about that government branch in the U.S. Constitution? - do not worry neither have we) nonstop direct to the State to the critical point where terabytes of information literally ready to leak out the windows of the NSA's Fort Meade, Maryland headquarters from overloaded overheated supercomputer superservers now reportedly have been spread far and wide throughout hundreds if not thousands of nondescript office parks encircling Washington, D.C. and God knows where else literally drowning the State in unconstitutionally collected, data-mined, recorded, stored, "analyzed" for national security purposes (yeah, right) any and all information and data on American and all the world's citizens.
Everything readers search, type, do, say, photograph, or any information whatsoever readers may even unknowingly reveal purposely or completely inadvertently including due to data leaks they do not even understand exist are duly recorded, processed, packaged, shared in real-time and passed on in readers' worst Orwellian nightmares gone exponentially awry by the likes of Facebook and Google to their CIA, NSA partners and presumably just about anyone else who now carries some sort of tin badge or contractor I.D. that reads "National Security" handler.
The present routine accepted protocol in the United States when any individual objects upon discovering what even obviously is their "private" personal information readily accessible by links to other Internet sources is that the individual has no recourse against Google any other search engine nor computer application functioning in that capacity may only request the individual or entity who established the link remove it. To which completely toothless request whoever established the link refuses. End of story.
However in the case at hand brought to the European Justice Court by a Spanish lawyer who tried to get monster Google to remove links to decades-old online newspaper accounts of his ancient personal tax and debt difficulties Europe's highest court issued its ruling that Google itself and other outfits like it must remove such personal data links when requested by the violated individuals.
Lawyers for Google presumably advised by their able "shadow" legal advisers at the United States' malignant growth of national security agencies, outfits, contractors and whatever other unconstitutional enterprises proliferate daily under hypocrite President Barack "Transparency" Obama (all election-year promises to the contrary ignored) doubtless whined, cajoled, threatened and spooked the Court about the risks, dangers and so on of hiring, dealing with, talking to, looking at and what-all of persons who might be harboring something such as undisclosed poor dental habits (despite peoplekind's somehow managing to get by without this type of information of every one of their neighbors for the entire history of the human race until about the past couple decades) until the Coourt's gavel slammed down, and the lawyers told to shut up. Presumably this would have prevented them from neglecting to address that it was at least equally likely the personal information and data link leaks were "but for" causation for untold harassment, stalking, crimes particularly against children and women, acts of domestic terror, kidnapping, rapes, murders, and so on.
In the wake of what could be a long-overdue well-deserved devastating ruling to the likes of Google and others with their inflated heads now literally totally in the clouds run totally amok treating the United States Constitution as if it were some new kind of beta app Google said with the sickening rote swagger of what have come to appear to be completely dissociated persons and entities seemingly teeming in Silicon Valley, Gulch, Wherever who have come to sound like the toxicity of silicon overload may finally have irreversibly completely permeated all parts of their brains presumably once capable of formidable forethought now however leaving seemingly only their primordial brain stems active, Google declined comment on the Court's final decision which cannot be appealed because Google "needed time to study it". Oh, please.

Security Alerts Home Computers - DISABLE JAVA NOW! - Governments, Media, Experts Warn Zero-Hour Hacker Attack

Saturday, 12 January 2013, REDWOOD SHORES, CALIFORNIA - Another major "zero hour" security alert has been announced by various government and media sources for all Java users on all platforms and browsers. Readers should find instructions for disabling Java, purchased by Oracle Corporation and since suffering many breaches most recently in another believed "ransom" hacker attack, by searching the term "disable Java" on readers' preferred search engines or combinations thereof.
This follows on the announcement of a hacker attack on Facebook seeking to dupe users into giving up private information in response to a fake message to users purporting to be from Facebook's security detail. Information on this should also be readily available on Ninth Amendment readers' favorite search engines or combinations thereof.
Otherwise the past year has seen a spate of near-hysterical "security alerts" from corporations which once made their money largely unknown to purchasers of, particularly, Windows programs paying Microsoft to "bundle" their software with new Windows releases, often making it extremely difficult for less knowledgeable consumers to safely disentangle this hysteria-based software from installations of new operating programs without damaging those programs or rendering them virtually unusable. These techniques of "bundling" were most often connected in the "security" realm with corporations such as Norton and Symantec.
AOL is still notorious amongst programmers for "bundling" unwanted software by paying software companies to virtually inextricably intertwine its unwanted software with already purchased products such that disentangling it, particularly from computer registries, proved a monumental task in which the slightest slip in hours long procedures by expert programmers could forever render the underlying already-purchased software useless. Leading one to wonder who indeed were the "good" guys and who the "bad". The United States Department of Justice Antitrust Division as well as Microsoft itself ended some of these problems by introducing free security software which in many cases is anyway better and free, such as Microsoft Security Essentials. Thousands of others are available free with consumer and editor ratings on sites such as CNET.
The Ninth Amendment welcomes back patient readers as well as new readers with this first post of the new year 2013. It is NOT the Ninth Amendment's intention to become a source of computer security alerts nor should readers rely on the Ninth Amendment for that purpose.
As always the real news of 2013 will soon follow as Ninth Amendment editorial staff and global bureaus reconfigure for the new year. To date Ninth Amendment editors have identified many mostly ignored potentially very significant reports from the "mainstream" press including of North Korea's recent showcasing of functional drones reverse-engineered from, as predicted here, the CIA's own (non-existent) drones, with the notable addition of North Korea's maniacal giant "Flying Dinosaur" drone.
Apparently United States national security agencies also somehow entirely missed North Korea's start-to-finish development of medium-range missiles capable of carrying WMD warheads until a test missile was successfully fired off on trajectory by North Korea's reportedly charismatic new leader lady-killer and apparent Elvis-style sunglasses aficionado Kim Jong II assumed to be in celebration of something like the New Year. It is not known to the Ninth Amendment log what year if any actually is being celebrated in North Korea.
