American Retirees Mostly In 50's Through 70's And Others In Increasing Numbers Sell Homes And Possessions And Leave United States For Lives Of Travel Abroad With More Than 360,000 Since 2013 Now Receiving Social Security Payments In Other Countries

Saturday, 30 August 2014, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - For readers who are retired or in any case just not tied to the United States with a physical or mental ball and chain the Ninth Amendment Editorial Board congratulates and thanks the New York Times for reminding us all that our lives remain ours alone to do with what we wish and do not belong to the military-industrial-pharmaceutical-"political consultant" corporate state relentlessly advertising unneeded garbage and unconstitutional wars which would have us all spending our lives locked up as hostages mind and body under constant threat of unlawful State surveillance on a layaway plan sofa in front of a layaway plan plasmavision receiving deceptively overpriced empty brainless programming endlessly watching CNN looping bogus horrorshows insuring our pure terror of the street right outside our door while we watch Anderson Cooper stroll around the world for lunch us left watching wide-eyed stuck deep in the grid drowning in an overwhelming excess of junk they would sell us until we are buried flailing under sheer mindless repetition which we do not want nor need but striving in our minds alone while doing absolutely nothing for the fake plastic lives we would never have buying remedies for ailments we do not even have but that can blind or kill us in an instant up until that final moment when the picture shatters from pixels to static squandering the remainder of our pathetic lives paying off debt to credit card bank and payday loan usurers for E-Z credit to pay off other E-Z credit or buy more useless junk long ago lost or forgotten rotting in a landfill and have us above all lusting for plastic cars which depreciate faster than the blink of an eye like dropping from a cliff to elevator music and for mortgages which we could not afford while constantly bombarded by the noise of hawkers and screamers and of course the biggest crooks of any in the world just Google "Bank of America" and "crime" to see who steals ten billion dollars in a heartbeat over and over and over again.
Whoa now in the words of Hunter S. Thompson "Did we say that?. . . Well we must have meant it." For interested readers the link below is to a New York Times article in which one who is so inclined can read of over 360,000 Americans who receive their Social Security overseas, who in many cases have sold their houses and all their possessions in the United States, who spend less and live better than they ever did in the U.S., who owe nothing to anyone, who live on $150 a month, and have found ways all as detailed with links in the Times article to find transportation and places to stay for nothing or next-to-nothing as they have traveled from state-to-state and country-to-country so extensively it is beyond what they ever believed they could back when they were locked in the grid lives they thought were controlled by government and media inspired fear and terror relentlessly pounded into their brains with of course always the backdrop of invaluable advice of the U.S. State Department where not to travel (in 1963) which as we recall from our travels abroad on a few continents was infamous among travelers for its largely worthless notoriously outdated warnings of where to avoid and its uncanny ability completely to miss the spots where one most easily could be killed.

Google Still Fails To Maintain Server Integrity, Technical Support And/Or Operating Statistics Of Google Blogger Sub-Domain Sites

Monday, 16 June 2014, MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA - Despite now daily reports by the editorial board of the Ninth Amendment of detailed worsening "problems" (Google's term) sent by this Blogger publisher via Google's official route of providing real-time Blogger feedback Google has provided neither any explanation, other response, nor apparently done anything nor taken any steps effective to address any of the many worsening Google Blogger technical and support deficiencies even presumably with the assistance of its CIA partner available.
Although the many irregularities brought to the attention of the Ninth Amendment by statistical reporting clearly completely inconsistent with historical performance of the site would appear to be directly temporally related to the appearance of referring URL and site webchat.freenode.com the originally apparently well-intentioned open source IRC since overtaken apparently by the sordid more recent history detailed in earlier posts here, because this has not been confirmed nor its purpose here identified, the Ninth Amendment will follow its normal procedure of keeping more posts current for longer periods of time so as to have any attempt to stifle its freedom of speech, reporting, publication or keeping information from its readers in fact any interference therefore will have the opposite result of keeping posts up longer to insure that as many readers as possible may access them whether they concern rampant Texas GOP corruption, national security blunders and hypocrisy, or whatever subject on which information has been posted here, should readers wish to do so including being encouraged as desired to further investigate such matters and draw readers' own conclusions from whatever material they may encounter and assess.
The Ninth Amendment sincerely apologizes to the extent that such actions may seem to distract the Ninth Amendment from reporting on the many diverse newsworthy often obscure other current affairs not readily available to readers either not at all or largely buried in mostly meaningless popular and/or misleading news reports commonly appearing in many other sources in the "mass media". Readers should be assured that problems which Google may be experiencing with its own Blogger server integrity are not and should not be expected to have any impact on the functioning or performance of legitimate readers' own communications and computer equipment nor be related to any gathering of any type of any specific reader identifying information which is of course completely antithetical to the principles espoused and committed to by the Ninth Amendment editorial board of the free exchange of information and NOT the completely conterproductive and unconstitutional collection of data, metadata, and/or the illegal brokering of such private and protected individuals' information.
The Ninth Amendment does not wish to spend your tax dollars and have the audacity to call this "work" watching your daughters dress for high school from helicopters and drones in the sky, video cameras hidden in your homes, nor listen to them chatting on the phone nor internet nor listening in on members of readers' families eating dinner by spooking around the curtilage of our readers' homes nor pointing lasers and focusing them on readers' vehicles, homes, commerical establishiments and office windows. Much like when tornadoes approach probably the best place to be is in a heavily reinforced shelter with as many interior walls as possible with plenty of plumbing and as deep underground as possible as the drones ride the twister.

"Reset The Net" Concerned Internet Users Encouraged To Adopt Encryption Tools Helping Protect Readers' Private And Personal Communications From Interference By Government Misconduct

Tuesday, 10 June 2014, SAN FRANCISCO, CA - CREDO Action suggests concerned readers may access some of the below links and follow the below instructions to assist them in reducing United States government intrusions into their private communications. The Ninth Amendment neither receives any remuneration for, nor has any communication whatsoever with CREDO Action related in any way to the reproduction of the below material posted by the Ninth Amendment log under its rights under all applicable Amendments of the Bill of Rights, the United States Constitution, and all other legal protections afforded it under United States and all other applicable laws including without limitation those protecting all Amercians rights to freedom of speech, freedom of the press, its inalienable rights under the Ninth Amendment and all fundamental rights including the right to privacy affirmed originally by the United States Supreme Court in Griswold v. Connecticut.

To Me

Jun 5 at 7:57 AM
Dear Martin,
Today, on the anniversary of the first Snowden revelations about unconstitutional government spying, we're proud to be joining with dozens of other groups under the "Reset the Net" banner to encourage Internet users to adopt encryption tools for their personal communications.
To find out more about what you can do to protect your privacy, please read the email below from our friends at Fight for the Future, and take action.
Becky Bond, CREDO Action

Dear Becky,
One year ago today, the way we think about the Internet changed forever.
Edward Snowden blew the whistle on one of the worst human rights abuses in history: the U.S. government has been secretly monitoring our phone calls, webcams, texts, chats, real-time location, and reading habits -- literally everything we do online and with our phones.
Finally, there’s something you can do about it that will make a difference right now.
In the year since we first learned the lurid details of the NSA’s dragnet spying operation, a massive wave of opposition has echoed across the globe. Millions have taken action online and in the streets with one clear message: mass surveillance by any government is illegitimate. It violates our right to be ourselves, and undermines freedom of speech and democracy.
Despite the massive public outcry, a whole year after the revelations Congress has done nothing. The NSA is still tapping our phones and computers, while politicians endlessly debate our rights away.
We have to power to protect our privacy -- and reclaim the Internet – right now. The Snowden documents show that the NSA is relentless and corrupt, but they're not invincible. We know encryption works -- the proof is in the fact that the U.S. government still doesn’t know what documents Edward Snowden took.
Most of us haven’t tried using privacy tools yet. We use the Internet and feel icky knowing the government is watching and recording our every move. But the reality is that it’s easier than you think to take a few simple steps and protect your privacy and the privacy of your loved ones. The more of us that use basic encryption tools, the safer we all are.
Today thousands of people -- and some of the most popular websites and apps on the web -- are taking concrete steps to secure their part of the Internet and make suspicionless, dragnet-style surveillance exponentially more difficult and expensive for governments to conduct.
Today we’re coming together to make a better, safer web, and a better, freer world. Everyone has a role to play. Tell your friends.
For the Internet,
-Evan, Tiffiniy, and Holmes

Amazon Behemoth Antitrust Likely Link To Vertical And Horizontal Violations Other Criminal Acts Prepares For Civil Including Class Action Lawsuits Liable For Example Triple And Punitive Damages

Sunday, 8 June 2014, SEATTLE, WASHINGTON -   Following consultations with Amazon Headquarters' representative(s) the editorial board of the Ninth Amendment hereby provides notice that it has determined that it is in the best interests of its readership immediately to sever all commercial relations with Amazon originally internet bookseller having metastasized into a far-reaching both vertically and horizontally apparently aspiring monopoly into all aspects of the sacred bookseling and now publishing business from top to bottom as well as a wide-reaching horizontal market dominance in a vast intrusion into unrelated retailing activities apparently intended to or with the effect of driving previously viable competitors out of business through overwhelming market share dominance within a discrete geographical area.

Education Miracle: Students Admitted Attend Free Top Boarding High School Phillips Exeter Academy If Family Income < $75,000

Friday, 21 March 2014, EXETER, NEW HAMPSHIRE - Top boarding high school Phillips Exeter Academy ("PEA" or "the Academy") long has to a significant extent subsidized the true cost of every student's education attending PEA.  Then the Academy seven years ago publicly announced its revolutionary private secondary school initiative similar to those of some top private colleges whereby all current and prospective admitted students whose family income as defined by the Academy as $75,000 or less would henceforth attend and receive an education at the Academy for free.
PEA announced the Academy's free tuition initiative the year before the Ninth Amendment log commenced continuous digital publication at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com. Our editorial board initially intended immediately to inform readers of the birth of this extraordinary opportunity. The board particularly was concerned about too-frequent encounters with those convinced (sadly often by their own families and then to their future generations) that one must be born amongst the rich and/or famous to have real hope of finding true opportunity in this Country.
The editorial board of the Ninth Amendment apologizes to its readers for not earlier disseminating this information which for some might prove to be some of the most valuable and significant which they encounter. The fact is that if one can achieve admission to the Academy and/or untold other select educational institutions solely on the basis of merit, the Academy and other institutions will do everything in their power to see that that student can attend, receive an education and graduate without any regard whatsoever to financial state, social status, family history or any other factor irrelevant to each and every student having the opportunity to prove themselves solely on the basis of merit to be one of the best and the brightest.
Please click on the peace sign graphic in the right column of this page to link directly to the Academy's own information describing this remarkable initiative and all that readers need know as appropriate to be in contact with the Academy including what steps are necessary for students to apply to attend PEA.

Experian Credit Bureau Flunks Own Standards With Dismal Score Reports In All Areas

Saturday, 8 June 2013, DUBLIN, IRELAND -  The Ninth Amendment's most recent post provided readers preliminary information on different means in many instances to quickly get free official credit bureau reports or in any case much of the information derived from them at sites always providing at least some of their recent content with the participation of the credit bureaus so as to "alert" consumers when it would be best to acquire (pay for) the official reports along with tailored commercial objective-appearing credit recommendations.
Even a cursory examination by the casual observer reveals that the bureaus share a keen interest in maximizing profits as the lapdogs of big business whose information they disseminate wholesale rife with errors and no initial check at all before churning out sloppy and careless errors which consumers can only hope to have corrected before seriously erroneous reports often wreak havoc on their financial, housing, employment and every other aspect of their lives that the credit bureaus can get away with as they search for more areas in which to intrude with reckless disregard for accuracy every day before another law can be enacted to stop them.
In a very unscientific hasty study members of the editorial staff particularly found
that it was the widely hated Experian was nearly universally cited in various rejection letters often doling out scores of as much as one hundred points below the other two major agencies mentioned, Transunion and Equifax. To add insult to injury although Experian sent these devastating numbers far and wide to businesses at the drop of a hat, when then legally required to provide the credit reports for free to consumers Experian of the three agencies by far most frequently refused to send them out online claiming that consumers could not adequately verify who they were although the other agencies had no problem doing so.
Only after sending Experian a packet of information akin to that required to refinancing a house were consumers told they then could expect reports delivered by "slow mail" and consequently dragging out the dispute process by weeks if not months. Somehow these same consumers by sending money for reports they were entitled to for free under law could consumers be assured of the immediate provision of an online report and opportunity for online disputes by the "leader" in online reports, along with a sneaky hefty subscription fee for ongoing overly frequent credit information at fees guaranteed to never allow one to lift their score.
Do not take our word for it. Just to take one site devoted to an examination of customer satisfaction we recommend http://www.customerservicescoreboard.com/Experian . Readers who just click on that site will find that of 284 customer reviews with comments Experian achieved a dismal score of 22 positive reviews and comments versus 262 negative reviews and complaints. Equifax employees were given an opportunity to comment and had a robust showing with only two responding which the Ninth Amendment neglected to review on the grounds that they might be biased.  (As opposed to the 22 positive reviews which Experian employees most likely were "encouraged" to write under pseudonyms under threat of being fired.)
In any case considering that if Experian were scoring Experian it most likely would be homeless without  a car, job or credit the Ninth Amendment believes that this site was more than fair even with these numbers assessing Experian's customer satisfaction performance just above the line of the worst category "terrible" but instead rating it a "disappointing". Which we suppose just goes to show there is always room to do even worse when one is at the bottom.
Interested readers who find they encounter similar problems with say Experian as is discussed here from personal experience of Ninth Amendment editorial board members are encouraged to use readers favorite search engines to find actual living persons to speak with at Experian. Just avoid the official Experian web page "insanity" loops and search under such terms as "Experian live person telephone numbers", "Experian Corporate Offices", etc. We assure readers that there indeed are real live people lurking behind that Experian website and "official" number telephone recordings just trying to do their jobs and discourage as many people as possible from pursuing getting their free credit reports as provided for under various laws.
But as we said they do not have any trouble instantly providing businesses with all the information they have about you, so it only seems fair that they admit you are you and at least extend you the same courtesy.

The real site for free annual credit reports remains www.annualcreditreport.com

Easy Ways "Gaming" Your "Credit Score" After TRULY Making Them Cough Up Your Three "Official Credit Reports" Free As In Zero

Wednesday, 29 May 2013, MARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA - Well hello surviving readers! Is it safe to come out yet? Or are they still staying busy passing laws in some of the more august chambers of legislation littering the landscape of this Great Nation requiring ministers to carry handguns during services, teacher's aides to pack their pieces in nursery schools, doctors to holster a sidearm while visiting patients in hospitals, and so on. Remember, once the Governor signs it, it is the law, until it is most likely immediately stayed by a Court concerned that for all any of us might guess, the next ones required to sport their favorite concealed firearm may be the jurors sitting ten feet away from them in the courtroom.
We at the Ninth Amendment for our part will never forget that proud day in Alaska when the legislature affirmed its continued support presumably lest residents or visitors had any lingering doubts (particularly during those very long dark cold winter nights when Alaska generated more telephone calls to Coca-Cola's toll-free number "just to talk" than any other state far in excess of its relatively scant then-population of about 800,000 people perhaps instead of picking up their firearms -- not a funny matter, if one needs to make a phone call PLEASE DO SO -- one can always change one's own mind, but those who love and care about them and whose lives will be forever changed as we ourselves have so tragically seen cannot) that it continued to be the strict policy of the State of Alaska to enforce all laws against bestiality. We suppose it just goes to show that no one state apparently got to have all the best legislators to itself.
It being the habit of this Ninth Amendment log perhaps at times to tend toward cutting an ox-bow or two back on itself especially when the interns are left at the helm for, say, Memorial Day, we cannot help but note nevertheless that our statistical readership reports consistently demonstrate our readers' taste for revisiting past years' posts in which the Ninth Amendment from time to time has tried to pass along absolutely unbiased money-saving tips when the stakes can be quite high for our loyal readers as we have learned only too well in these cases from our own experience as well, as in, for example, free instant medical care advice or often significant savings on prescription drugs at no other cost to readers.  If we are part of that "infamous" one per cent not only are we not telling, we aim to stay that way as best we can until WE decide to change the situation.
Which does now bring us concisely more or less at last to the point for the post. As many readers may only vaguely be aware, Americans now actually do have another federal agency that so far as we know is not devoted to spying, killing, or bombing people that some may only be remotely aware of because the US Consumer Financial Protection Agency for one thing was not funded by Republicans for quite some time after its creation for fear that its nominated chief may actually have attempted to achieve something akin to its name which problem was finally circumvented by President Obama dumping her nomination.
In any case more to the point today in light of the growing perception that soon Americans will not be eligible to, say, buy a hamburger on credit or be picked up by an ambulance if their credit score is not high enough, the Ninth Amendment wishes simply to bring to our readers attention the actual name of the entity formed pursuant to law (NO THIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL ADVICE WHICH SHOULD ONLY BE SOUGHT FROM A  PROFESSIONAL) some time back to make at least one copy annually available AT NO COST by picking up the phone or going to the web address www.annualcreditreport.com which is what we here provide because we remember it.
Equifax, Experian and  TransUnion are in almost all cases required to provide all readers of their majority age instantly via internet with one full copy of their credit reports FREE FREE FREE no subscription no buying a "score" no nothing else no credit monitoring no "identity protection" no nothing else except readers proving within reason readers are indeed the subject of the report they seek, as in it is their own identity. This is to benefit the American consumer and was not intended for any of these three agencies to make a windfall confusing people into thinking they owed the "credit reporting agencies" anythng but a nice swift "online dispute", always nice as it gives them very little time to jerk consumers around, either pursue the matter or if not take the disputed matter out of the report pronto not months later by Pony Express.
Naturally our experience has been that they will take every opportunity to try to get requesters to write or even request by phone the report be sent by mail as this buys them much more time to send it by donkey and then field requests at their seeming leisure to correct errors while consumers suffer all kinds of needless financial and other distress while the rich folks reportedly even just call and get it FIXED IN A DAY.
FINALLY for much more detailed information on this very preliminary post merely to head readers in the right direction, the Ninth Amendment as always in the body of a post without any remuneration whatsoever here urges readers to do a computer search such as "Nolo Press Credit Disputes" for much more detailed information which is available free of charge with plenty of content available to read on the web. For those unfamiliar with it Nolo Press is in the opinion of the Ninth Amendment editorial staff a terrific organziation located in Berkeley, California that does publish books and produce other legal materials for charge but also offers many, many of its materials on the web with no charge whatsoever with the roughly guding belief that people should not pay lawyers to do what they are perfectly capable of doing themselves in many cases with appropriate guidance and of course within the confines of the law.
Finally, readers this post does NOT CONSTITUTE ANY LEGAL ADVICE WHATSOEVER which must be sought from a duly licensed professional but is offered solely as a public service to hopefully point our readers in the right direction in the ever-more-important apparently area of so-called "credit scores" as merely touches on a main source of information through free annual credit reports. Do not be fooled by other similar web addresses which most often involve selling scores, subscriptions, monitoring and a host of other things which will be more valuable to most persons anyway with the help of interpretative information as to what all this means to them. Readers also may try sites such as credit.com and creditkarma.com which do what are called "soft pulls" of readers' credit scores just as the major three sites (meaning they do NOT affect readers' scores) and are affiliated with Experian and TansUnion respectively prvoiding "credit report cards" and some scores at no charge.
Finally as to the reference in the post heading here to "GAMING" credit scores this is not our term but we in fact most recently read of it in a publicly published piece by a spokesperson from Fair, Isaacs which is the company that  originated the orginal scores from which the others mentioned above are derived. It also has a site but does not so far as we are aware have to give away anything free to consumers. Readers may explore this themselves should they wish reading information about the so-called "FICO" score at www.myfico.com.Those who wish to visit it at least on Google skymaps may find that it is located not far from the California State Prison at San Quentin, the State's sole death row prison.
Finally for those who do find themselves getting deeply into this subject matter when they realize it may well be on the way to ruling many American's lives although FICO representatives themselves have directly said such information has not been shown to have any relationship whatsoever to what may be considered, say, the virtues and vices of anything related to dishonesty or misconduct. Other than, perhaps, what one might imagine to be the "virtues of capitalism" or at least in certain cases "not getting caught".
As for "GAMING" credit scores this is related to making use of such knowledge as the fact that in most cases creditors who report to "credit bureaus" do so monthly giving those with a keen sense of timing the opportunity  to move money around more quickly, at least so far, than anyone cares to try to track it to such a degree as to ascertain exactly what the actually total is at any one time. This might be somewhat akin to what once was the popular practice of "surfing" credit card rates with "zero balance transfers", a practice now reportedly not compelling as it once was with strategic "fees" thrown in by banks to thwart the practice.
Banks and insurance companies being of course some of the most, if not creative, at least persistent in their relentless quest to leave consumers with less and less cash and themselves with more and more largely through the employment of large numbers of mediocre attorneys with a righteous belief in their power to give words whatever meaning they assign them ( as in usury becomes "fees") and what once they were taught were "contracts" become unilateral ultimatums requiring the true "agreement" of but ONE party, that being the larger, the other of course always being free to disagree without duress or coercion other than being driven immediately bankrupt through the withdrawal of agreed credit.
One last thought here is it will be of interest to see if this post attracts advertisers who push the limits of the meaning of the word "free" to the absolute limits imaginable. Should their ads appear in the vicinity it should give readers a very helpful guide just for what they should be on the lookout.

Free Live Adult Chat Room No Registration Nothing Taboo 24/7 Step Up Onto New Global "Free Speech Box"

Monday, 25 February 2013, LAS VEGAS - The Ninth Amendment this week fulfills another promise to our log's loyal readers and our growing national security establishment clandestine audience as well as surprising random internet surfers with the world's first known post of the paradigm-breaking cyber-addition of our optional anonymous FREE ADULT LIVE CHAT 24/7 ultimate social media feature included directly in the Ninth Amendment Log. This revolutionary "always on" enabler of we believe for example uncensored global conversation by readers among sites worldwide to discuss individual perspectives on events with persons globally while right at the home dining table has never before been introduced by any news source.
Think of it as London's Hyde Park Speakers Corner on steroids.
While some social media sites may limit a reader to say a mere five hundred friends it is the expectation of the Ninth Amendment's editorial board that its readers may now know no such artificial cutoff. While some readers may prefer merely to follow a discussion taking place in the "Free Speech Box" others of the more outspoken and extroverted type may find themselves eager to engage conversations which may count their live participants in the billions. Participation may be limited only to those with whom they share a common language, say English, which at least should enable communication with with others numbering in the hundreds of millions. Imagine the networking opportunities once one's friends reach for example the one billion mark!
Of course part of the excitement of a social experiment of this magnitude is to learn how matters may actually work themselves out as one moves from the theoretical construct to the practical world of reality. For example how long might a reader have to queue up to participate if the insights shared by others mean one must wait their turn while several hundred million other people first must have their turn to speak one at a time.
Will this overburden the technology which enables this marvel? Will participants be late for work while a significant percentage of the world's population gets to speak individually in order first? Will people interrupt if they face an urgent circumstance such as their lifespan coming to an end or the need to visit the restroom and fear losing their place in line? These are the types of questions which will have to wait to be answered and may even include the need for further government study grants.
On the other hand what a rich source of  material if the United States government could maintain a file on every person in the world who ever went on the record in the free speech box. In the final analysis it actually may be "chat" that truly ushers in the dawn of a new age, perhaps as when Ken Kesey introduced the "Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test" to an unsuspecting country through the simple use of an old school bus with a destination sign reading "Further".
This Ninth Amendment tribute to its currently better known fellow free speech First Amendment in the Bill of Rights is even now fully available below with a simple click of the mouse on the word "chat". Readers may sit down to enjoy their Saturday morning breakfast food and most likely chemicals as they acquaint themselves with the facts of the day while also sharing the precious moments of modern life.with their spouse, children, pets and all loved ones. As reported here nearly a year ago after being one of the first to introduce free music of readers' choosing through "Grooveshark" right beside the day's post, and with simple guidance on keeping up with top "newspapers of record", the Ninth Amendment has enabled Americans now to better take responsibility for keeping themselves informed and on track with plenty of new friends to count as their own. Almost anyone is assured of finding someone on the Earth who agrees with something they contribute.
Many thanks again to our growing readership of those here by habit, recommendation, mistake or Government employment. All as always are welcome.here at the Ninth Amendment Log which seeks to fulfill all its readers' needs to live as responsible, informed citizens (or not as they please). From providing the latest truly noteworthy actual news, with its bureaus cutting-edge reports, to unmatched exclusive informed relentlessly incisive fearless commentary, to dead-on accurate first predictions such as its first call of Texas Idiot Governor Rick Perry's historic faster than the pull of gravity freefall from FOX-TV "news" frontrunner to mumbling incoherenet Republican Presidential debater whose last known public words were "Ah really stepped in it this time".
The Ninth Amendment is pleased to welcome all on this continuing journey into the new era of the unknown as technology and its stewards continue to take us down ever more rapidly evolving paths of surprises whether it be another invention that we never knew we needed until we learned that we could not live without it, unless it broke and had to be returned or replaced, or if more than a few months old added to the "retired" storage shed of apparently worthless items as we waited in eager anticipation for the newer version to come out and continue the cycle, all the while wondering "will this ever end?" Indeed.

Saturday, 11 November 2011 - AUSTIN, TEXAS - Greetings readers. Despite the ominous "Greetings" made infamous by United States draft boards readers are not being drafted to go fight in Vietnam as of this time since it is now a popular vacation destination and we hope it remains that way. May readers lives be filled with fulfilling activity and vacations or whatever may most fulfill readers in the Constitutionally promised "Pursuit of Happiness". Please still be reminded not to read UNLIMITED NEW YORK TIMES DIGITAL CONTENT SIMPLY BY SETTING FREE FIREFOX BROWSERS "PRIVATE BROWSING".
The fact for the day is that the Ninth Amendment's earlier post about free internet has since been further investigated and with the help of a "Linksys" device sold to the Ninth Amendment editors a greatly increased array of WIFI internet signals may be picked up so long of course as they are signals for which readers duly are entitled. That enhanced free internet Ninth Amendment post is worthy of a piece largely devoted just to that subject.
Today's post is an effort of the Ninth Amendment in our ongoing obligation even while doing deep investigative pieces to keep readers apprised of some of the most recent developments in the United States small part of the world. A post which to the best of our knowledge on Texas Liar Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry's astounding 53-second lapse in this past week's Republican debate although directed to an element of his own platform apparently duly was submitted but not published in the digital New York Times a couple days back but soon will be shared with our faithful and much appreciated readers.
The Ninth Amendment comment which follows however responds to a New York Times article in this past Friday, 11 November 2011 edition reporting the Perry campaign's announcement of its damage control strategy in the wake of what a member of President George Herbert Walker Bush's administration called Texas Governor Liar Idiot Rick "Payback" Perry's "Challenger" moment. He himself apparently did not remember that his platform proposed cutting the Department of Energy and finally simply gave up remembering that there was a Department of Energy after nearly a minute's silence in the middle of his live debate response and not corrected until AFTER the debate no doubt once his handlers got at him.
Ending digression here the Ninth Amendment Log relates the "damage control" strategy of Texas Governor Liar Idiot Rick "Payback" Perry simply making fun of himself for saying things such as "I really stepped in it", going on "The David Letterman" show, and who can imagine what other antics. Just one last thing about the "damage control" strategy is that it includes spending just shy of his five or six ultra-rich out-of-state donors donation fraction of $1 million dollars exclusively on FOX-TV "News" should readers choose to call it that. The Ninth Amendment just learned that its comment was published below verbatim in the Times digital edition on what "The New York Times" calls the crash-and-burn Perry "Hail Mary Pass" strategy in its Friday 11 November 2011 edition. Links from the times comment digital publication should bring interested readers directly to the pertinent Times "Hail Mary Pass" newspaper article.

Rick Perry's "Hail Mary" pass with his handlers purchasing $1 million worth of advertising on FOX-TV cable means that his five or six out-of-state donors (nearly his entire "popular" support) undoubtedly gave the okay. We at the Ninth Amendment Log at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com editorial board figure that must mean at 1 in 25 Vegas odds of Perry even getting the Republican nomination, much less the Presidency, his loyal cadre of supporters must calculate the potential famous "Perry Payoff" as enormous. We are talking almost exclusively about a small group of ultra-rich out-of-staters who cannot do at home what they can do in Texas "the business state" where with Perry as President once again the pollution may freely flow, the Texas schools must again double their class sizes as Perry strives to cut the cost of a Texas college education in half to about $5,000, the few remaining poor Texas children and adults who no way can afford health care still get it but lose it, thousands more Texas teachers are laid off, and basically all social services are eliminated, except of course this will be the nationwide plan now not just the Texas plan. We guess it is one way of getting rich. Go, donors, go. Just pray Perry is not declared legally incompetent before election day.

What Do Texas Governor Liar Idiot Rick "Payback" Perry, Nevada's Area 51, CIA Hit Squads, and Republicans' Past Debate Have In Common?

Monday, 7 November 2011, AREA 51, NEVADA - Why, free entertainment, of course. This evening finds us in that remote extension of Edwards AFB in Southern Nevada known as Area 51 which the United States Government claims probably does not exist just like drones although it is on the USEPA Region IX's "Superfund" list while Administrative Law Judges have to anguish over whether crashed UFO's are hazardous waste, radioactive waste, mixed waste, or just what? Oh, well, the best kept secrets. Readers are reminded to refrain from reading free unlimited New York Times content simply by setting free Firefox browsers to "private browsing".
Speaking of free, a big thank you from the weary crew of the Ninth Amendment for yesterday's record readership. It just goes to show that our readers do want things for free, despite what the people who try to sell things for exponential multiples of what they are "worth" might say. The Ninth Amendment expects to pass viewership numbers of the Super Bowl any year now if television even exists next year, or maybe they will just put chips in everyone's heads and charge a monthly subscription. Maybe even Google will give back some of our ads even though we are out to expose the Google-CIA connection. Yes, Google and the CIA sure do have some big reinforced buildings stuffed with data right next to each other. On the other hand, ads do mean big money, especially at Super Bowl time.
In today's New York Times readers will have the treat of seeing how the CIA (Center for International Assassinations) "Destroying Democracy One Country at a Time" now has taken to sending out five-person hit squads around the planet since the "Agency" has been on such a roll with its drone assassin mania. Just imagine those big palettes of $100 bills from the bloated "Black Ops" budget being lowered from so many huge helicopters that not even Dick Cheney's BlackDeath contractors can get their greedy little hands on them all.
Anyone checked Cheney's IRS returns lately? Say perhaps the IRS? Cheney sure did very well financially for a public servant once he took the reins at the White House and ran it like Wall Street while Bush napped, tap-danced on the portico, or was just flown around the country and dumped at his ranch.
Anyway, almost time to go back underground, so to get to the point the Ninth Amendment has a backlog of comments that have been published in the Times. We therefore hereby offer up the following unedited Times' published Ninth Amendment comment when someone other than Texas Idiot Liar Governor Rick "Payback" Perry still took him seriously.

Thank you for your concise considered roundup of Tuesday night's latest Republican weekly debate showcasing a uniformly uninspiring cast of spent characters looking to replace Democrat President Obama. Naturally the 2012 Presidential election will be largely before President Obama even has had his fair chance of extricating the United States from the Republicans' most recent mind-boggling legacy of domestic and foreign disasters of historic proportions left behind as George "little shrub" Bush tap-danced off into the sunset and sped away in Air Force Pickup Truck One. Moreover the Republican debaters have enjoyed the soon-to-vanish benefit of Texas Governor Perry's debate participation by virtue of which all others present appear to border on genius level simply by virtue of demonstrating an ability to speak entire English phrases and sentences and to think in any language at all. The editorial staff of the Ninth Amendment log at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com applauds this Times' piece's subtle understated humor revealing the obvious truth of Texas Governor Perry having "less and less to lose" as he "goes for broke" in what better State than, naturally, Nevada. As to what Texas Governor Perry has up his sleeve for his expected full-on "aggressive" comeback attempt in next week's episode other than a six-shooter from which his aides no doubt will remove any live rounds, one can only guess. So what are the odds on what that one might be?

Medical Doctors On freemd.com Give Free Instant Answers To All Health Concerns

Sunday, 2 October 2011, 51st STATE OF CONSCIOUSNESS - Hello friends. Johnny Cash could not be here tonight. The Ninth Amendment reminds all to please try not to READ UNLIMITED FREE CONTENT FROM THE DIGITAL NEW YORK TIMES SIMPLY BY SETTING FREE FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING".
The fact for the day is that the American Medical Association ("AMA") claims with a straight face that "We are putting patient care first. The AMA works to enhance quality at every opportunity by developing clinical measures that help drive positive outcomes, by introducing resources that promote prevention and wellness, and by designing assessment tools that provide powerful insight into patient satisfaction and the effectiveness of communication in practice and hospital settings".
The hidden fact for the day is that virtually zero doctors or other caregivers in United States hospitals now visit patient rooms ever at night or on any weekends, holidays or when meeting with their bankers or preparing to defend their malpractice suits.
Should an admitted non-ICU patient not have a constantly alert and extremely vocal companion or attorney constantly monitoring their beloved hospital patient almost certainly that patient will be neglected and/or abused by nighttime hospital often sadistic employees who are busy chatting on the floor station, the telephone or abusing the patient's drugs.
Urgent patient calls for emergency help with severe pain or other problems may be answered after tens of requests by the patient and/or their advocate(s).  In which case nothing is done due to an absence of doctors' orders or the inability of the hospital employees to comprehend their instructions.
THERE IS HOPE! The Ninth Amendment continues to hope to be able immediately to help our readers to the best of our ability given the opportunity to do so by providing readers with informative websites or other helpful useful information right now.
