Thursday, 25 September 2014, AUSTIN, TX - Republican Special Prosecutor Michael McCrum who has brought back two felony grand jury indictments for abuse of power carrying a maximum 99-year prison sentence against corrupt Indicted Lameduck Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry earlier this week on Tuesday expressed disgust at the GOP-organized "Booking Rally" to celebrate his criminal booking in which McCrum referred to the rumored GOP 2016 Presidential "hopeful" as "smirking" commenting "[i]n my 30 years of experience I have never seen a defendant make such a mockery of our system of justice." McCrum has recommended to the Court that he be permitted to drop his $300 per hour stipend to $250 to help the State pay another attorney in the indicted Perry's prosecution.
Indicted Perry at least as an indication if not proof of his criminal tendencies vowed vengeance on those responsible for his prosecution saying they would be "held accountable". Despite the Indicted Perry's apparent nonchalant contempt for the Texas criminal justice system for which he himself is largely responsible considering his mind-numbingly long interminable Governorship of Idiocy and outrage that it might conceivably pursue charges wrongfully (at least in his own case) the Indicted Perry nevertheless seemingly is not taking any chances now that he has been indicted trying to jam a few more rounds in his old laser-sighted coyote-killing six-shooter as his own growing team of defense attorneys swells funded at $450 an hour by the taxpayers of Texas with new additions funded from Indicted Perry's campaign funds who then asked for special dispensation for the Indicted Texas Idiot Lameduck Governor Rick "Payback" Perry reportedly because he was "Governor". (It is not known to the Ninth Amendment if Indicted Perry's right to carry a firearm has been curtailed by Texas due to his criminal indictment)
"Team Perry" then took aim at the Special Prosecutor McCrum reportedly claiming that criminal defendants routinely are permitted to skip pre-trial criminal hearings which they have requested Indicted Perry next be able to do on 13 October 2014 as he and his traveling "security" circus continue their nonstop round-the-world travels at Texas taxpayers' expense to drum up other business for Texas apparently having exhausted the tourism possibilities of the Japanese. They seemingly no longer eagerly are flocking to the State to see the Perry-incited hysteria over naked, starving brown-skinned Central American children and genocidal ISIS murderers streaming over the border. Meanwhile Indicted Perry's worldwide Texas phantom tourist recruits may be aware or not that those in south Texas and indeed all Texas roads die at by far the highest rate in the country on Texas' already most dangerous highways now become nightmare deathtraps as vanloads of 24-hour double-shift "frack" workers plow asleep into the backs of vehicles such as schoolbuses with 3+ multi-fatality "accidents" having become routine.

Facing 99 Years Indicted Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry Grins In Booking Mugshot As GQ Opportunity Then Returns To Perpetual Vacation An Excellent Example To All Defendants That The Criminal Justice System Is To Be Treated As A Joke
Thursday, 28 August 2014, AUSTIN, TX - Following his indictment on two felony counts that could land him 99 years in prison unlike the previously reported New York Times editorial trying to appear non-partisan on the matter given the publicly known facts of Perry shutting down funding for the State's Public Integrity Unit (which just happened to cripple its investigation of Perry's pet "cancer" charity headed by Perry's crony and had been under criminal investigation by the Public Integrity Unit after another official there last year was indicted for irregularities concerning an $11 million grant for cancer research) conservative hypocrites instead have taken the opportunity to celebrate Texas Indicted Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry's "celebrity" mugshot as reason to completely brush off the charges handed down by a Texas grand jury instead attempting to divert attention to what a self-assured defendant Perry makes briefly scoffing at the felony charges in his no-doubt new taxpayer paid-for get-up of nice suit and of course new de riguer eyeglasses which suddenly appeared following his legendary 2012 Republican National Debate appearance in which after nearly a one-minute silent lapse he spoke just seconds before 911 was to be called for "brain dead still standing".
If Perry were permitted to carry his fearsome laser-sighted coyote-killing six-shooter for his mugshot due to his demonstrated prowess at defending either himself and others or his dog depending on which one of his conflicting accounts one might choose to believe (and because he is Governor) it is not apparent in his bemused mugshot. Moreover the apparently deep significance of Indicted Governor Perry's strategic "whatever" attitude in his brief public response to his indictment also implicitly demonstrated contempt not only for the grand jury but the entire criminal justice system under which it serves dismissing basically as absurd its indictment handed down.
In case anyone missed the claimed intended point it was reinforced as the apparent focus of countless pundits who in other circumstances might not endorse such a generous laissez-faire attitude on the part of criminal defendants looking at 99 years in prison regardless of whether they believed they had committed a crime or not. And in case anyone was especially slow on the pickup or had trouble reading the charges for comprehension once again the mysterious "Sabo" conservative "Los Angeles street artist" came to the rescue with his easily comprehended Mad Magazine-like portrayal of Indicted Perry's mugshot with the "looking good" debonair of a man without a care (or brain) in the world.
Sabo re-surfaces here after his last well-publicized "Abortion Barbie" posters which depicted a woman with the face of Texas GOP Woman-Hater Greg "Payday" Abbott's opponent Wendy Davis in this year's Texas governor's race when she was in town with her abdomen scissored open and white and colored babies falling out of her to the ground and plastered on public fixtures like bus shelters just where persons such as young children could see them. "Sabo" in the case here of the Indicted Perry "Looking Good" picture had "no comment" on whether the Indicted Perry mugshot attempted enhancement from idiot to carefree idiot with eyeglasses had been commissioned.
The Ninth Amendment does have the strong suspicion that given the timing of the appearance of Sabo's doings as described above that apart from his stated intention of . . . sorry Sabo no free advertising for you. . . he either is on the GOP's indirect payroll (by the taxpayers of Texas like everything else Indicted Perry does) or in any case Perry and Abbott get a quantity discount on this deal. Meanwhile when not commissioning gruesome true to his amply demonstrated woman-hating pathos GOP A.G. Greg "The General" Abbott can do "positive" TV spots where he is vouched for by his mother-in-law (only woman he could get) with reference to church-going as his more-or-less only interest although it is not specified if women are permitted at his church.
Meanwhile Wendy Davis can be portrayed as a "negative campaigner" for her spot recounting GOP Abbott "The General"'s lonely judgment that an employer bore no legal responsibility for failing to warn that the door-to-door salesman it employed to enter people's homes was a registered sex offender even after the employee then raped and murdered a wife expecting to be shown a vacuum.
Will the devil-may-care message by Indicted Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry helpfully communicated to criminal defendants throughout the state and nation carry over through his trial for a crime carrying a 99-year sentence with that "image of success" grin in the face of the judicial process with nary a care but when his next vacation will be? Such generally is understood not to be the most advisable image to convey to a Court especially if one cannot cut off all its funding should it appear that things are headed in the wrong direction. Such circumstances may require a change in strategy in attempts to manipulate the court of public opinion which ultimately should not be the one holding the gavel.

Wednesday, 20 August 2014, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - The New York Times editorial board on Monday, 18 August 2014 opined as to its doubts based on the current publicly known evidence that indicted Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry's conduct in withholding funds from the State's Public Integrity Unit rose to the level of criminal conduct barring future public incriminating revelations from the prosecution. Texas GOP Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry Calls For Texas Marijuana Decriminalization To Swiss Audience Amidst Doubts As To His Sincerity Or Comprehension Of What He Was Saying And/Or Was Told To Say
Tuesday, 24 June 2014, SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS - Texas "Idiot" Governor Rick "Payback" Perry speaking to an international conference in Switzerland last week reportedly called for the decriminalization of marijuana in Texas for the first time ever. Interested readers may make their own determination by clicking on the below link whether accompanying statements by Perry's spokeswoman reported in the article indicate if the Perry administration understands the exact meaning of "decriminalization" of pot. But then who are we at the Ninth Amendment to parse words?
Comments following the below article seem to indicate that few if any commenters took Perry seriously either because they merely assumed he was lying, just had wanted to go on another big overseas trip with his traveling carnival paid for by Texas taxpayers, or simply remained very confused, i.e. perhaps in reflecting (if Perry is capable of reflecting) on his infamous "freeze" in the nationally televised Republican Presidential candidates' debate when he forgot which federal executive departments and/or agencies he had proposed eliminating as part of his campaign platform but has since misremembered one as having been the DEA.

Meanwhile the "brain-dead still standing" Perry's latest handlers ghost-penned a letter allegedly signed with the Texas Governor's tell-tale rubber stamp "X" signature in which he supposedly urged U-T regents not to raise out-of-state tuition while urging nothing regarding their plan to drop at two U-T campuses degree programs from 168 to 137, at which rate there in five years would be no degree programs whatsoever remaining at the two institutions.
Happily for Republican sycophants unable to secure high-paying do-nothing sweetheart appointments paid for by the sweat and blood of true hard-working Texans instead of being forced back to the mercy of unemployment and other social programs they have slashed, in the wake of widespread Democratic victories this fall in the Lone Star state these corrupt Republican parasites may be able to lock in high-paying "academic" positions for which they are manifestly unsuited but presumably difficult to remove.

GOP Moron A.G "Payday" Abbott unlike Perry (whose alleged studies in animal husbandry reportedly have refused to be confirmed by his alma mater throughout his governorship) presumably matriculated from a law school of some sort although given the scholastic aptitude of other Texas Republican candidates fielded over the past decades his academic records could be expected to have been permanently sealed and buried at sea as quickly as possible. Republicans of course as a matter of political expedience place a premium on ignorance "among the masses" largely achieved by Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry in his relentless actions opposing and rejecting huge amounts of funding for a wide variety of desperate social services in Texas now successfully in many cases vying with Arizona for the relentless drive to the bottom including such areas as high school dropout rates, lower higher education, and illiteracy so pervasive that it often has forced large numbers of Texas community college students to quit before two years when they are unable to demonstrate even beginning high school level reading proficiency.
The same crowd of predatory lenders such as payday loan stores, title loan stores and even supposedly reputable banks which now that robo-foreclosing has dried up have worked hard to figure out how to use direct deposit mechanisms in their criminally-inclined short-term loan schemes to try to defeat long-standing social security legitimate payee protections unquestionably intended to and successful in protecting such Federal Government payments to the elderly, disabled and needy since the 1930's recently ran amok in Utah with the help of both that state's and Texas' predatory lenders in literally buying public officials such as Utah's (forced from office) Attorney General John Swallow who essentially put Utah's top legal official at the exclusive disposal of "dark money" predatory lenders. As they love to say in the business, "We don't loan you, we own you."
Readers interested in sorting through the maze of illegalities, state and federal prosecutions pending in Utah at this time with out-of-work usurers and their flunkies reported now headed for Texas and the likes of GOP Moron A.G. "Payday" Abbott allegedly is running well over ten points ahead of Democrat Wendy Davis in "public opinion" polls crafted by totally biased pollsters to exclude large numbers of likely women and Hispanic voters by minimizing contacts with "that public" through means such as reduced cell phone polling most likely to reveal largely uncounted Democrat Wendy Davis voters and thus be conveniently undercounted so as to fix another Republican "win" in advance by rank manipulation and deceit. Even given this "apparent" cushion Moron A.G. "Payday" Abbott seems determined to tear a page from the Perry Presidential "Deathfall" campaign from frontrunner to D.O.A. in no time flat in the mind-boggling suicidal campaign which political commentator James Carville called essentially "the worst run Presidential campaign in United States history".
More precisely in the case of Moron A.G. Greg "Payday" Abbott the first Political Action Committee (PAC) established to support Texas' top legal official's supposedly near runaway lead in Texas' 2014 gubernatorial race chose for itself the name "Boats 'N Hoes". In all fairness to this seemingly inexplicably idiotic (except perhaps if compared to Perry) and ostensibly deranged choice of names arguably meriting clinical observation for self-destructive tendencies somewhat akin perhaps to a World War II Japanese soldier poised to take his own life with his side poised for overwhelming victory rather than defeat, it should be noted that The San Antonio Express-News did go on to qualify the "Hoe" title by noting that it was accompanied by "lyrics that can charitably be described as explicit". Meanwhile the Davis campaign so far has recruited more than 15,000 dedicated volunteers and fielded a program which knocked on more than 55,000 doors this past weekend in support of Democrat Wendy Davis. No one is known to have knocked on any doors for Abbott nor sung his de facto "Hoe" theme song.

Tuesday, 22 April 2014, AUSTIN, TX - Like a rotting zombie the long-gone absent in both body and mind Governor that "stepped in it" just keeps staggering back in from his endless global tour of such fruitful "job-stealing" destinations as Japan and the American Pacific territory of Palau with his huge travelling carnival of "security" sycophants worldwide meals and lodging paid for thank y'all very much like his empty Texas mansions by the sweat and blood of those he returns just to kill off of his own people long ago left behind native Texans' working class, underclass, school classes, children, women, wounded warriors, poorest, neediest, sickest, disabled, mentally retarded incarcerated and all ground down true Texans' gasping the Lone Star state's now dirtiest air in the Nation scraping himself up yet again from his political cesspool manure grave Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry fearsome laser-sighted six-shooter coyote killer dismissed by all from hometown Painter's Creek and ridiculed the world over for bogus "threats" to secede Texas from the U.S. doubtless again to be the northernmost territory of Mexico playing the blasphemous fool phony preacher who gave a staggering $90 in church donations on his 2007 income of over $1 million (as Governor, huh?) last seen by America in his stupefying near one minute national Republican Presidential debate silent freeze only seconds before 9-1-1 was to be called for "brain dead still standing".
Hellbound nightmare ghost Governor Idiot Rick "Payback" Perry stumbles out through the muck of his relentless policy disasters his latest living horrowshow haunting honest, hard-working Texans and their once-pristine state and takes another stab at further hogtying the great Lone Star state with the legacy of his 2013 veto of duly passed Texas legislation which but for Perry would make clear that Texas so-called "dark money" groups who sure do not want Texans to know who really owns the Governor and pulls his strings like a puppet on a chain must disclose their contributors so that career "Texans For Sale" such as Perry, and now folks the latest GOP Moron A.G. "Payday" Abbott would be the already sold-out next Texas governor bought and paid for by criminal "dark-money" predatory lenders and doubtless inheriting like a case of anthrax Perry's usual suspects of in and out-of-state fat cat big money polluters, usurers, and payback seekers hiding in the shadows like thieves in the night who could not give a damn for Texas nor any hard-working Texans and their families and children they wait to suck dry.
GOP Moron A.G "Payday" Abbott unlike Perry (whose alleged studies in animal husbandry reportedly have refused to be confirmed by his alma mater throughout his governorship) presumably matriculated from a law school of some sort although given the scholastic aptitude of other Texas Republican candidates fielded over the past decades his academic records could be expected to have been permanently sealed and buried at sea as quickly as possible. Republicans of course as a matter of political expedience place a premium on ignorance "among the masses" largely achieved by Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry in his relentless actions opposing and rejecting huge amounts of funding for a wide variety of desperate social services in Texas now successfully in many cases vying with Arizona for the relentless drive to the bottom including such areas as high school dropout rates, lower higher education, and illiteracy so pervasive that it often has forced large numbers of Texas community college students to quit before two years when they are unable to demonstrate even beginning high school level reading proficiency.
The same crowd of predatory lenders such as payday loan stores, title loan stores and even supposedly reputable banks which now that robo-foreclosing has dried up have worked hard to figure out how to use direct deposit mechanisms in their criminally-inclined short-term loan schemes to try to defeat long-standing social security legitimate payee protections unquestionably intended to and successful in protecting such Federal Government payments to the elderly, disabled and needy since the 1930's recently ran amok in Utah with the help of both that state's and Texas' predatory lenders in literally buying public officials such as Utah's (forced from office) Attorney General John Swallow who essentially put Utah's top legal official at the exclusive disposal of "dark money" predatory lenders. As they love to say in the business, "We don't loan you, we own you."
Readers interested in sorting through the maze of illegalities, state and federal prosecutions pending in Utah at this time with out-of-work usurers and their flunkies reported now headed for Texas and the likes of GOP Moron A.G. "Payday" Abbott are referred to the link appearing directly below this post. The handful of "devoted" Abbott cash-funnelers such as top dark-money racket "Empower Texas" currently serving the public by fighting subpoenas issued against it by the Texas Ethics Commission and others such as dark-money supporters doubtless encompassing as noted above traditional Perry big-money donor scum and scrambling predatory lenders may have been easier to spot in Biblical times with their hands cut off.
Aspiring next Texas Governor Moron A.G. "Payday" Abbott allegedly is running well over ten points ahead of Democrat Wendy Davis in "public opinion" polls crafted by totally biased pollsters to exclude large numbers of likely women and Hispanic voters by minimizing contacts with "that public" through means such as reduced cell phone polling most likely to reveal largely uncounted Democrat Wendy Davis voters and thus be conveniently undercounted so as to fix another Republican "win" in advance by rank manipulation and deceit. Even given this "apparent" cushion Moron A.G. "Payday" Abbott seems determined to tear a page from the Perry Presidential "Deathfall" campaign from frontrunner to D.O.A. in no time flat in the mind-boggling suicidal campaign which political commentator James Carville called essentially "the worst run Presidential campaign in United States history".
More precisely in the case of Moron A.G. Greg "Payday" Abbott the first Political Action Committee (PAC) established to support Texas' top legal official's supposedly near runaway lead in Texas' 2014 gubernatorial race chose for itself the name "Boats 'N Hoes". In all fairness to this seemingly inexplicably idiotic (except perhaps if compared to Perry) and ostensibly deranged choice of names arguably meriting clinical observation for self-destructive tendencies somewhat akin perhaps to a World War II Japanese soldier poised to take his own life with his side poised for overwhelming victory rather than defeat, it should be noted that The San Antonio Express-News did go on to qualify the "Hoe" title by noting that it was accompanied by "lyrics that can charitably be described as explicit". Meanwhile the Davis campaign so far has recruited more than 15,000 dedicated volunteers and fielded a program which knocked on more than 55,000 doors this past weekend in support of Democrat Wendy Davis. No one is known to have knocked on any doors for Abbott nor sung his de facto "Hoe" theme song.

Texas Governor since Reconstruction just 17 hours ago called it quits after a numbingly long Governorship which took the State through the so-called "Texas Miracle" whatever that was through a remarkable series of idiotic self-destructive series of legislative blunders and executive fiascos and downright stupidly mean initiatives including attacks on nearly all really true Texans including working people ripping away their social services, denying billions of dollars in Federal aid earmarked for the State's health, education, welfare, environment and anything else that might have been good for its citizens in a relentless drive to the bottom leaving Texas full of dropouts and suffering in the dirtiest air in the nation where the mentally ill can look forward to not even being spared the death penalty which the state practices murdering more people than all the other states and the Federal government combined. Did we say that? "Well we must have meant it," in the words of gonzo outlaw journalist Dr. Hunter S. Thompson.
Village idiot Perry unsupported by the citizens of the small Texas community where he grew up and unrecognized as having attended Texas Agriculture & Mining where he allegedly majored in "animal husbandry" in the words of Tom Lehrer left open the possibility of another U.S. Presidential Run in 2016 after an appalling showing in the last Presidential race where he pulled on his boots and shared his idiocy with the Nation in a primary campaign that started at the top and dove like a dead goose over a Texas Browning & Ferris "waste facility" and cancer thinktank and proving ground straight to the bottom ending with the infamous "Perry freeze" in a national televised debate where he stood frozen silent for nearly a minute after being asked a question about his revealed Presidential aspiration of closing down four of the Executive Branch's Departments and Agencies and then admitting he had forgotten two of the four he closed. One of the two, the Department of Energy is the one which when the War Department was split after World War Two was tasked with supplying the Department of Defense with the nuclear components of so-called "atomic weapons" (also known to the State of California to cause cancer). Perry presumably was unaware of this fact. In any case in his own words he really "stepped in it". Later his collapsed campaign revealed Perry had a leg that hurt and had not been sleeping well before the performance which concluded just seconds before 911 would have been called for "brain death still standing".
To date despite obvious "payback" appointments littering State positions with incompetents placed by a relatively few in and out-of-state financial supporters and acquisitions perhaps unpublicized but including Perry's miraculous investment savvy (now there is your Texas miracle) in a purchase transaction of an apparently seriously under-priced presumably retirement-escape real property purchase in Texas' reportedly desirable Horseshoe Bay enclave.
Meanwhile in the first minutes of this morning but fortunately a couple past the midnight deadline the Texas Senate belatedly passed another mean-spirited Texas abortion bill that we will not even waste the space on since this reportedly meant the bill is dead. Like Perry's brain. God Bless America, God Bless Texas the "Lone Star" state, and God Bless Texas women.
