       Sunday, 5 October 2014, AUSTIN, TEXAS - It has come to the attention of the Ninth Amendment editorial board that in the final weeks before the Texas gubernatorial election readers may be well advised to keep their distance from the desperately floundering former seemingly assured front-runner "Dark Money" Abbott like a drowning man who will scream out anything to draw someone close enough to claw them down with him to the bottom. It would seem like Perry the phony preacher who one recent year gave church donations of less than $100 when he earned over $1 million in corrupt sweetheart deals and "Perry Paybacks" that the true Abbott himself also now desperate beyond measure is emerging from his squeaky clean holier-than-thou put on hoisted on the good true hard-working people of Texas as the in reality corrupt reverend as once eerily portrayed by Robert Mitchum's inspired phony "preacher man" role like the true laid bare Abbott exposed as a murderous friend of the devil in that classic 1955 film "The Night Of The Hunter".
       Those in Texas anywhere near a television cannot help but have noticed that as soon as the Abbott the good "General" of nothing masquerading as sweet guy who in his more "yes crony" encouraged delusional times swore off "negative ads" felt it expedient he jettisoned the "my mother-in-law loves me but she could be lying too" ads in favor of his best attempts at vicious woman hating negative "attack" ads and now intentionally confusing misleading internet lies directed at Texas State Senator Wendy Davis seeking to accuse her of what if anyone it is he corrupt Abbott himself "the man without a plan" who is guilty.
       However he has failed to gain traction to climb back out from the fast growing momentum of his downward slide unsurprisingly finding nothing of substance on which truthfully to attack Davis but who doubtless is desperate finally having gotten that real bad feeling shared by all his opportunist "friends" and "donors" either poised to or jumping from his sinking ship of "Hoes" that Wendy Davis is ready, willing, able and fully game to grab the reins from the badly slumping old boys of the great Lone Star State to be the next Texas Governor for all the people while sad Perry protege Abbott will be doing his best to get as far as possible now from being sucked into the death spiral of his policy mentor indicted lameduck Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry being inexorably sucked into that most unhappy federal version of the place where Abbott mercilessly has tried to and sent so many with Perry cheering him on including the mentally incompetent to die in the State's hands for reasons they like small children do not even have the ability to understand.
       Meanwhile "dark money" Abbott doing his best to let everyone off who knows exactly what evil they commit from dirty big business, payday, title and even bank (often the biggest criminals of them all) "short-term" loan userers, polluters who write their own pollution "permits", chemical companies allowed to stockpile hazardous chemicals in hidden undisclosed locations throughout Texas for the likes of exploring schoolchildren, wanderers and unwarned first responder emergency personnel to stumble upon, Abbott's generous "insurer" friends who already are so filthy rich they own so many skyscrapers in every big city they dare not put their names on them and they sure are no friends of Texas homeowners' relentlessly raising their already skyrocketing premiums without justification unconscionably unchecked by any prior state review in what most everywhere would be criminal uncalled for rate increases right up there with the banks forcefully squeezing good, honest, hard-working people and families from their own homes to the streets, to the unrecorded mystery recipients of  taxpayers' millions they never requested with sitting "top Texas law enforcement official" not-for-long Attorney General "dark money" Abbott conveniently overlooking the criminal total lack of required applications and "lost" records conspiring with indicted Perry in Perry's pet phony payback "Texas Enterprise Fund" (or was that the "Perry Payback Enterprise Taxpayer Slushfund").
        Not to mention what no Texas woman or her loved ones should ever forget come voting day which is Texas Woman-Hater Abbott's lonely defense on the Texas Supreme Court even too distasteful for his Republican colleagues of the likes of Kirby Vacuum knowing that employer of a known rapist Kirby Vacuum sent without warning showing wanton and depraved indifference for the sanctity of a human life into the home of the Texas woman trusting waiting alone for her demonical Kirby-employed attacker like a helpless human target set up totally unwarned to be raped and slaughtered helpless alone in her house leaving her family to return home to the Kirby Vacuum sponsored nightmare horror show like something out of "A Clockwork Orange" that never ever should have occurred none of her family, loved ones and friends ever to see her alive again. What kind of a sick company even wants to defend itself and make the family survivors then have to go on after than and fight an ugly battle over that kind of despicable behavior in the public light of courts of law just in the hope of saving a few bucks making a losing bet all the way up that there will be and thank God there were not few more twisted creeps like Abbott on the Texas Supreme Court. Now it is Texans and all Texas women's turn to make damn sure there is no one like Abbott to disgrace Texas' highest elected office.
       Specifically the Ninth Amendment could not help but alert readers to the fact that in this last month the true twisted Abbott may prove himself capable of any dark deception misinformation disinformation flat-out lies as he grasps for the quickly receding Governor's position when sure enough Ninth Amendment staff came upon Abbott's internet manipulated top "trending" Wendy Davis supposedly on the basis of the apparently newly emerged but possibly non-existent "defeatdavis" currently blank website which doubtless paid for its top "sponsored" Google position with Abbott's hard strong-armed cash boasting a totally untruthful headline implying that Wendy Davis rather than the corrupt woman-hating Abbott had a "debate disaster" also claiming that Wendy Davis had "melted down" in this past week's final Texas Governor's debate and "shouted down the moderator" when anything could be farther from the truth. If Wendy Davis were to melt down (which she did not) from anything it would have been her proximity to the true Abbott finally revealed to all as evil friend of the devil being called back home while the hot wrath blew him back down from above.
       But then again the corrupt woman-hater A.G. "Dark Money" Greg "Payday" Abbott and his ilk always have known that confusion, deception and lies are their best and indeed only friends and fueling their frantic demented dreams of "winning" anything that appears legitimate whatever the cost to those they claim publicly matter the most but secretly snicker that they and their families and children really mean to them nothing at all as they show over and over again from the moment their victims are born with continuing near worst in the nation funded healthcare, education where they will be lucky to graduate from high school and if they do with a ninth-grade education, and if they do not go to prison then have the "right to work" in jobs that do not pay a living wage, to live with their families in abject poverty should they lose them through sickness or misfortune, where they can look forward to horribly lacking social services.
       All the while paying their hugely unfair share of taxes in the richest nation in the world while Texas Republican governors idiotically return billions of dollars of their citizens' federal taxes that could benefit everyone in Texas so they can be sent instead to New York, California, and every other state which will gladly have them, to leave their children to a proud state laid waste by their corrupt government officials and those who pay them off and where the water will be too foul with toxins to drink, the air unfit to breath, and all the people need to do is see it for what it is not what they say and throw off their yoke of ignorance and put the power of the people behind those who really care for and love the people of Texas whoever they may be and from wherever they may hail. And Texans thankfully can make that choice right now.
       The Ninth Amendment as always however invites readers to draw their own conclusions from the random unpaid for debate link below pulled from top Google listings which readers will find overwhelmingly mirror the conclusion of its title that "Davis Outperforms Abbott" and moreover can draw their own conclusions about the man described by her as "California's Best Friend" as he like Perry refuses to take back for Texans their billions of dollars in taxes to the federal government which when Texas refuses states such as New York and California are only too grateful to take to spend on education, health, food, social services, freeways and all manner of projects to benefit all the people of their states.
       If may be time for good true hard-working Texans and especially the women for whom the corrupt lying Abbott holds such a powerful hatred if they still are anywhere near the line on this race to ask themselves if this man can act in this horrific manner at just the thought that he may have lost the election in spite of already calling himself "Governor" as can be heard clearly in the debate video included in the article below if this desperate scoundrel who turns so vicious when cornered is anywhere close to who any of the good kind honest hard-working people really want in the Lone Star State's highest office representing the people and the Great State of Texas to anyone at all.
       If Abbott has no problem lying outright to the people of Texas now because he may be a bit bent out of shape being clobbered by a woman who has already proven to the people of Texas the she thinks, speaks and acts better than Abbott ever could commonsense tells us that there is no telling of what horrors he may be capable were he in yet another higher position in fact living his nightmare for the people come true in the state's highest office.

Google Blogger Fails To Report Reliable Accurate Site Statistics Nor Effectively Address Site Pageview Interference And/Or Reports Exposing Vulnerabilities Of Publishers' and Advertisers' Privacy

       Friday, 13 June 2014, MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA - Despite many recent and increasing requests by the editorial board of the Ninth Amendment log Google has declined to comment and/or provide information on why this New American log's site pageview statistics have in recent weeks steadily declined either in accuracy and/or to identify whether site viewership now is suffering interference and/or denial of access as the result of the misconduct of other parties or that in which Google is complicit, has knowledge of, and/or lacks the ability to remedy.
       Statistics which have appeared to be reliable as suggested by consistency with historical site performance now increasingly are being reported as totally inconsistent for periods lasting as long periods approaching on half a day suggesting Google can no longer maintain the performance standards Google originally established in order to attract publishers and advertisers to its highly lucrative Blogger and Blogger-related endeavors including Google's expansion into the extremely data brokering area of "social media" information collection and sharing particularly through its innocuously named "plus" feature.
       As reported by Google itself this information is not only available to its CIA partner but through its "hub" and other "features" for purposes of exchanging it with other popular social media sites with an obviously extremely aggressive emphasis on its "plus" feature to which Google has gone to great lengths to draw in existing publishers who currently do not participate nor wish to participate in this personal information collection vehicle.
       Publishers and advertisers wishing to publish and/or advertise on blogs or other popularly accessible web page creation and maintenance outlets will readily find that there now are a great many other entities available providing similar or better services at little or no cost including those based in other countries including those of the European Union which have demonstrated as documented in earlier posts on this New American site significantly greater respect for and legal protections for individuals' privacy regardless of the individuals' home countries.

Obama Deceives Again Remains Silent As President Himself Has Power Immediately To Halt Unconscionable Unconstitutional Repulsive Executive Spook Agencies' Recording Of All Americans' Phone Calls, Yet Obama Misleads Americans As To Congress' Unneeded "Approval"

     Tuesday, 26 March 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The entire New York Times editorial board in today's edition flat-out calls President Obama on that repeatedly disingenuous not-so-cool a guy as he might have you think side of President-Bam-Bam-Bama-Orama (as locally known in the days living with Grandma getting "selfish" doing drugs -- well-crafted words on his first election CNN hour -- or did that really refer to dealing below-par product?) who has exposed himself failing to act "under stealth" instead again shown himself possessed of a most distasteful and unforgivable trait of betraying those who got him elected.
     Here the immediate issue disclosed by the Times is that President Obama while he would have the Country believe he waits on his recent request to Congress immediately to cease collection of ALL Americans' telephone calls every time we have used the phone since "little shrub" Bush the "not really elected" President approved recording everybody obviously illegally -- "yeah, Dick, okay sure" -- between daily afternoon rounds of video golf during naptime at the White House.
     President Obama so far as we know has not gone to any great lengths to disabuse the American people of their encouraged misunderstanding, as best we understand the Times, because the fact is that President Obama made his request fully aware that he as President Obama by virtue of his position whether under law, arcane budget or other clause, or who really cares what is in an absolute position immediately to shut down this massive heinous invasion of all of our privacy simply by stating "Stop, I terminate requested authorization for this "program" of recording all Americans' telephone calls (on the grounds of no cause whatsoever)".
     Now on that dishonesty, too, given the continuing misinformation of the American people making zero effort to correct their belief that the responsibility for continuing to conduct such a horribly illegal executive spook agency action actually rested with no one but Mr. Obama himself, well might Mr. Obama again step way out there on a limb and "frankly" assess his own behavior as "selfish"?  
     While he is at it might President Obama even really let himself have it for "admitting" his drug "selfish[ness]", but then completely ignoring that he promised his constituents when he became President that such persons who had such a health issue and were non-violent (in which group President Obama evidently included himself) properly would be treated as such. Only problem Mr. President Obama is that then immediately upon becoming President and soon having the opportunity to present his own budget on such matters, Mr. Obama unbelievably merely re-proposed verbatim intact no new treatment programs whatsoever but almost beyond belief an exactly duplicated drug enforcement budget proposal of the recently departed not-really-elected "little shrub" Bush.
     Now in a court of law eventually repeated acts which bear an uncanny resemblance to one another at a certain point might become admissible evidence of "habits", or God forbid even repeated so often with such similarity that they may be taken by the trier of fact to prove "character". Well, Mr. President Obama these early morning ramblings neither have been long-considered, long-researched, nor do they purport to be "all-inclusive" pro and con. Nevertheless we believe there are a GREAT many of us who voted for you who sadly may well never forget these and at least a few other of your Presidential acts (we will put aside your acceptance (and frequent use of) sole authority to murder by being the sole person self-permitted to give the "Fire" (or is it "Kill") order to a drone under the entirely distasteful newly updated for a new century CIA assassination protocol developed under your first Administration, if memory serves, as a the final component of the work of "lethal surveillance teams").
     And finally let us not forget those of us caught up in the tremendous fury of massive Constitutional upset and horror as to all sorts of loathsome provisions tossed into the so-called "U.S. Patriot Act", that apparent hodge-podge of yes maybe a little terrorism, and, well, yes, maybe quite a few "other" items as to which Congress had already unequivocally innumerable times told law enforcement and the spooks "no", which frankly well no one was really at the time of signing what-all given the circumstances not the least of which was that the strangely altered final draft allegedly mysteriously appeared up their on the podium with the first rays of dawn's early light its ink still fresh from the press, and no need to get one's fingers dirty as what was it, four or five hundred pages and the vote if four minutes?
     Mr. President, now on that one you definitely were against it. If anyone was against it, in case you forgot, that was you. Going into your first Election Day were there one thing we knew for sure about you it was that. So, Mr. President Obama-bama-bo-bama-orama the one saving grace, if one could call it that, was that the Bush administration's legislative nightmare thrust up the American people's *** that day must have been so beyond the pale even for that so-called "President's" crew, the usual cast of characters, that they must have felt compelled to see that the Patriot Act at least was not literally written as in stone, nor even in permanent marker, because the one thing it had was "sunset provisions" providing that if not specifically re-enacted the days would come when sections of it would fall off of it as the dead law it had always really been, but now longer effective.
     Our only question on that one Mr. Obama would undoubtedly have to be, we are sure you must have guessed it by now, is why the hell after all you had said and represented in your campaign, was your Administration actually in the end not the impetus to eliminate the legislation but in fact the opposite. Because it was your Administration that then took the fantastically unbelievable betrayal of your Aeministration's own initiative before those sunset provisions dropped off to propose that much of that most heinous in the Patriot Act become permanent law! Your administration took the initiative to make it the permanent law of the land! So, tell us please, sir. To trash our Constitution. Were you selfish?
