     Wednesday, 10 May 2015, WASHINGTON, D.C - Long notorious already among animal rights groups Pentagon funded pig and other animal "live tissue" gratuitous torture medical doctor retired Lieutenant Colonel John Henry Hagmann whose company Deployment Medicine International based in Gig Harbor, Washington but which seems largely to operate out of Dr. Hagmann's Virginia farm has been supported by over $10.5 million from the Department of Defense for supposedly training "thousands of soldiers and medical personnel in how to treat battlefield wounds" in March 2015 had his medical license suspended by the Virginia Board of Medicine. The board's state attorneys general went beyond his unnecessarily cruel torture of animals already cited by Congress and methodically detailed Dr. Hagmann's perversely abusive sexually deviant sickly "diabolical" practices forced on military medical students in the 15-page report linked to for interested readers in link 3 below (the "Report"). In a hearing set for 19 June 2015 before the full Virginia Board of Medicine the board may permanently revoke Dr. Hagmann's license to practice medicine including after hearing from witnesses and former "students" of Dr. Hagmann.
     Dr. Hagmann's "techniques" alleged in detail in the report suggest that Dr. Hagmann not only should have his medical license permanently revoked but in fact should be criminally prosecuted for practices bordering on the criminally insane which included in 2012 and 2013 having his military personnel "students" drink eight shots of rum in ten minutes after which he injected his students with the hypnotic sedative psychedelic dissociative anesthetic ketamine most commonly used as a veterinary anesthetic drug for animals immediately before directing his trainees then to perform "procedures" on one another including "penile nerve blocks" on two inebriated trainees and repeated insertions of catheters in one another including eight males and one female subject as well as Dr. Hagmann himself.
     The Reuters article also published in the New York Times further included the following astounding account about another of Hagmann's "procedures" presented in its entirety verbatim in the two paragraphs below. Dr. Hagmann's behavior and his justification for it to Reuters as "scientific research" is so bizarrely troubling as to suggest Hagmann will face a seemingly impossible challenge should he rather than his attorney actually need to speak himself before the Virginia Board of Medicine at his upcoming hearing:

In one case detailed by investigators, Virginia authorities allege that Hagmann boasted to a student “about his proficiency with rectal exams” and took the student to a warehouse on his property. There, the report claims, the two “continued to consume beer” and Hagmann asked the student “about the effect (the student’s) uncircumcised penis had on masturbation and sexual intercourse.” The student told investigators “that he was inebriated and felt that he could not refuse Dr. Hagmann’s request … to examine, manipulate and photograph his penis.”

In his statement to Reuters, Hagmann connected his comments on circumcision to his live-tissue trauma training course this way: “The debate on the value and impact of circumcision is a current medical and social issue. The historical link between circumcision and masturbation is a fact dating since Victorian England and is still a current topic subject to scientific research.”

     Also in addition to his ketamine drug and alcohol "labs" and scientific penis circumcision and masturbation research for purposes of combat medical wound treatment Dr. Hagmann performed "shock labs" in which he withdrew blood from students monitoring them for shock before transfusing their blood back into their systems. Medical professionals familiar with trauma training queried about Hagmann's techniques were "stunned". Harvard Medical School professor Dr. David King who does trauma training reportedly said some of Hagmann's alleged techniques were "wildly unheard of and perhaps unsafe." A spokesman for the American College of Emergency Physicians Dr. Howard Mell said subjecting students to such problems as "shock labs" would be absurd. Dr. Mell stated that "I treat people in the ER every day for things I have never experienced. I certainly don't need to experience shock to know how to treat it."
     Virginia state attorneys investigating complaints by Hagmann course trainees reported unsurprisingly that "these procedures were not undertaken or provided in good faith for medicinal or therapeutic purposes." The report alleges that Hagmann "exploited, for personal gain and sexual gratifications" at least two of the "trainees" at a July 2013 "course" at his Virginia farm.
     The animal rights organization PETA made what it says is an undercover video filmed at a 2013 Hagmann training session which allegedly depicts gratuitous violence against shot and stabbed wounded pigs as well as racist and sexist jokes by course instructors. U.S. Armed Services Committee congressman Hank Johnson was so disturbed by the video as well as the allegations leveled against Hagmann for other deranged macabre activities that he introduced legislation to outlaw "live tissue" animal shooting, stabbing and torture. Congressman Johnson a Georgia Democrat said "It's mind-boggling. It's like a diabolical mad scientist at work in a horror movie." PETA has posted the video which includes graphic violence and can be viewed by interested readers by going to link 4 below.
     Hagmann further claimed in response last Friday to an inquiry from Reuters that all his practices were reviewed and approved by the Uniformed Services University for the Health Sciences (USU). This in fact apparently was an astoundingly brazen obviously easily exposed absolute lie as USU immediately disputed what Hagmann had just claimed with a far different in fact completely opposite version of its response to information about Hagmann's practices. In addition to stating that Hagmann's procedures "were not authorized by USU faculty", USU spokeswoman Sharon Holland said that upon learning of Hagmann's training from a student there that at "[t]he moment the department and USU leadership were informed that these events occurred, the institution immediately suspended the relationship with Dr. Hagmann, and his company."
     USU then launched an investigation which not only did not approve Hagmann's procedures but in fact "prompted a report to the Virginia medical board" and also alerted the Defense Criminal Investigative Service, a law enforcement agency that oversees the Department of Defense. Although a spokesman for the service was not available for comment as of Monday, an Army spokeswoman saying the records were not readily accessible did add "[w]e certainly don't condone that type of behavior."
     As stated above Dr. Hagmann's hearing before the full Virginia Board of Medicine is scheduled for 19 June 2015 at which hearing the Board including after hearing from witnesses and former students of Dr. Hagmann may permanently revoke his license to practice medicine.

N.Y. Times Endorses Cyberwarfare Pentagon New Strategy Signaling China, Russia, Iran, North Korea That Despite Cybermilitarization Concerns U.S. Is Prepared To Retaliate Against Cyberattacks With Cyberwarfare Capability

     Tuesday, 28 April 2015, NEW YORK, NY - The New York Times entire editorial board today endorses in the face of a "top national security threat" the Pentagon's newly released 33-page cybersecurity strategy (the "Strategy") in the absence of any meaningful comprehensive action by the Republican-controlled Congress on which President Obama has "given up" to address what U.S. Defense Secretary Ashton Carter last week warned were cyberthreats "increasing in severity and sophistication".
     Some of the most notable recent cyberintrusions have been made by Russia into the Pentagon, State Department and White House as well as by North Korea in its 2014 corporate attack on Sony Pictures. A Russian White House attack last year although reportedly "only" into the White House unclassified computer system collected data including President Obama's email correspondence and in fact was "more intrusive and worrisome" than has been publicly acknowledged serving as a "chilling example" of the potential for deep penetration by cyberadversaries into government computers.  
     The Strategy in addition to being intended to send a warning directly to demonstrated cyberadversaries China, Russia, Iran and North Korea also lays out a broad framework for a comprehensive cyberdefense system responding to cyberthreats and cyberattacks on a scaled basis first by private business alone, in more serious cases with government assistance to private businesses from the Department of Homeland Security, in more serious cases yet by existing network defenses and law enforcement agencies such as the F.B.I. and finally in the most serious cases under order of the President the U.S. military could conduct operations to counter and presumably launch full U.S. cybersecurity retaliatory attacks to cause serious disruption, damage and destruction to adversaries' cybercapabilities with weapons now being developed in response to an "imminent or threatened attack against the U.S. homeland or U.S. interests in cyberspace".
     Threats of "cybermilitarization" as raised here in recent previous posts including the potential for further serious unacceptable unconstitutional threats to the American people's privacy rights remain a concern although unlike the Congressional "cybersecurity" bill reported on recently here which on its face appeared to focus most on immunizing private business from liability the Strategy announced by the Pentagon apparently does not address that subject with its focus as expected and appropriate being directly on United States national cybersecurity interests. How "cybermilitarization" and concomitant privacy invasion concerns are addressed should be scrutinized as more particulars of the Strategy develop the public release of which is noted to be a belated welcome step toward government "transparency" in this critical area of the greatest importance to business and the public such that these and other concerns must be meaningfully addressed in the Strategy's implementation.
     The Strategy's framework as solidified must address the coordination and various federal entities with current U.S. cybersecurity responsibilities including the National Security Agency, the Department of Homeland Security, the Central Intelligence Agency, the F.B.I. and the Pentagon. Considering the prominence given it with a photograph atop the below linked article and the sole mention of a federal agency in the recently proposed Congressional "cybersecuirty" bill being to it as well it would appear that significant cybersecurity information and response coordination responsibilities will fall with the previously obscure National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center in Arlington, Virginia.
     In addition to the great number of cybersecurity workers currently employed by the government the Strategy is expected  in coming years to increase military cybersecurity employment to 6,200 workers and cost billions of dollars annually. Corporate Internet Militarization "Cybersecurity" Bill Expected Today To Pass House As Obama White House Abandons Concerns Over Consumer Privacy

     Wednesday, 22 September 2015, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The House of Representatives today with virtually no public scrutiny but significant "intelligence" community excitement is expected to rush through with widespread congressional support and no debate (much like the disastrously unconstitutional Patriot Act) a so-called "cybersecurity" corporate immunity bill introduced by its "engineer" former C.I.A. Texas freshman Republian congressman Will Hurd along with fellow Texas freshman Republican congressman John Heath which bill grants businesses dangerously broad liability protections granting corporate immunity for sharing unlimited cyberdata with other businesses as well as corporate immunity for launching private "counterattacks" which may threaten any consumer's (i.e., the People's) personal private computers and mobile devices including phones if the business "suspects" itself to be the target of hackattacks.
     Information further will be shared with a "civilian agency" The New York Times assures readers which actually as detailed in the Sunday, 19 April 2015 Internet "Militarizaton" post here is the rather sinister-sounding "obscure" National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center which information first will have been double "scurbbed" once by the company and once by the above "civilian" government agency of Americans' personal information before passing it on to the NSA and the Department of Defense presumably through the Air Force Cyber Security Command and then eventually any other government agency that claims some need for it although such information alone can not be the grounds for some government enforcement action presumably should some personal privacy consumer information "leak through.
     (In an admitted aside The Ninth Amendment notes that the American people have come to be known principally as "consumers" rather than "citizens" or "We The People" in the extremely limited but most powerful corporate conception of the paramount purpose of civilization as a monetary profit endeavor when as here the dwindling protections of our fundamental rights are once again under attack from State and corporate encroachments on our civil liberties. The Ninth Amendment editorial board suggests this is yet another example of the "corporate creep" which not only has bought and/or is buying the State but deeply infiltrating and dominating the very terms at the foundations of its discourse with intended pre-ordained dangerously misdirected disastrous consequences.)
     The White House has abandoned earlier serious privacy and other constitutional concerns as raised by the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) and many other civil liberties groups. Meanwhile the federal government exploits its recent attempts to fan Americans' hysteria over isolated incidents and conveniently timed dire warnings implicating cybersecurity threats which largely are not even understood technically up to and including "cyberjihadists" although it is unclear why such an individual or group would want to target for example consumer credit card information rather than the United States infrastructure presumably hopefully already a focus of all available cybersecurity safeguards.
     At the time the bill recently was in a day rushed through the House Homeland Security Committee Republican chairman Michael McCaul another Texan allegedly the "chief architect" of the bill while "working with the White House" found it necessary to inform committee members immediately before voting that "American companies are under siege" and threw in that President Obama's White House "unclassified but sensitive" unpublished schedule had been acquired (Anyone can sign up or daily White House emails providing the President's "published" schedule although it is unclear what this had to do with granting widespread potentially blanket immunity from prosecution to companies for violating Americans privacy or "counterattacking" their cyberdevices. 
     In a shockingly sympathetic virtually cheerleading "cbersecurity" bill article reporting that only some Senate timing issues may slow up immediate passage of the bill The New York Times article linked to below further asserts that "White House passage of the Bill is not in question". (And The Ninth Amendment believed it already had staked out "All The News Before It Even Happens".) The White House which last Congressional term "mustered strong opposition" to the House bill because "it would jeopardize the privacy rights" of consumers has caved completely to continuing intense "intelligence" community and Department of Defense pressure eager to get their hands on the data. Reportedly a House Intelligence Committee Republican aide said that "the President has come our way". Unbelievably yesterday's last comments on the bill from the White House focused exclusively on concerns that business liability immunities were so broad as to potentially "backfire" on businesses afraid presumably for their own privacy about reporting "cyberthreats" as well as launching immunized corporate cyberattacks to "punish" competitors.
     Even in abandoning all real concerns about the rights of the People including to their already vastly unconstitutionally State invaded privacy rights and other civil liberties at least the Obama White House instead now has expressed its "deep concern" about threats posed by the proposed corporate Internet "militarization" bill to the privacy concerns of corporations now potentially free to go to cyberwar with one another as well as the American people. CREDO Action Plea To American People Resist Manipulation Into Another Unwinnable Mideast Conflict In "President Obama Just Bombed Syria" Calls For Signing Of Petition To Congress To Vote

       

       Thursday, 25 September 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - CREDO Action yesterday made this plea that the American people call the White House their Senators and Representatives and demand an immediate Congressional vote on the war President Obama has launched expanding from Iraq now into Syria arguing for a vote of "no war" and calling on the American People to sign the below petition.
       The reason CREDO Action submits justifying this plea is detailed below on the basic premise that that United States continued and escalating participation in hostilities in the region of diverse warring factions will not end them based on long historical experience in the region and almost certainly exacerbate them using the analogy of the CIA's disastrous failed attempts in Afghanistan which only eventually led to the CIA's creation of the fully armed Taliban.

President Obama just bombed Syria Tell Congress: "The American people deserve a vote on war in Syria and that vote should be no. Call an up-or-down vote on President Obama's new war in the Middle East and stop the rush to war." Add your name: Dear Martin, President Obama dramatically escalated his misguided war to "degrade and destroy" the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) by launching massive airstrikes in Syria this week. Outrageously, the president launched this major air offensive without first receiving constitutionally required approval from Congress. Congress must rein in President Obama's illegal war in Iraq and Syria. Silence is consent. Tell Congress: Call an up-or-down vote on President Obama's war in the Middle East, then vote 'no' and stop the rush to war. President Obama's publicly stated position is that he doesn't need authorization from Congress to go to war with ISIS. Instead, he has claimed that the outrageously broad 2001 Authorization for the Use of Military Force (AUMF) -- passed at the behest of George W. Bush just days after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 -- grants him sufficient authority to launch airstrikes in Iraq and Syria.1 This is a dramatic flip-flop for President Obama, who campaigned for president on a platform that included winding down George W. Bush's disastrous wars of choice overseas, and last year called for the repeal of the very same 2001 AUMF that he is now using to justify bombing positions in Iraq and Syria. Congress is widely expected to debate and vote on whether to give President Obama the authority to wage a sustained, multi-year war against ISIS during the December "lame duck" session, once the pressures of election season have subsided. This will come in the form of a new Authorization for the Use of Military Force. Senator Dick Durbin has already announced that the Senate will debate and vote on a new AUMF for Iraq and Syria after the 2014 midterm elections. The truth is that it's going to be a steep climb to convince Congress not to sign off on President Obama's war. But the expansion of airstrikes into Syria makes it all the more urgent that we put pressure on Congress right now not to rubberstamp another costly, open-ended war in the Middle East. Congress rejecting authorization is no guarantee that the president will halt his war in Iraq and Syria -- but it's the best shot we have. Tell Congress: Call an up-or-down vote on President Obama's war in the Middle East, then vote 'no' and stop the rush to war. The war against ISIS is a war of choice. There is no urgency driving an American response at this moment. Even according to the Department of Homeland Security, ISIS poses no immediate threat to the United States. There is no immediate crisis as there was in August when CREDO supported the emergency U.S. air strikes that blocked the genocidal ISIS and helped protect minorities by holding the Kurdish defense line in Northern Iraq.2 Since then, the situation in Iraq has stabilized, and Iraq has formed a new government, replacing the corrupt and divisive former Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki. The civil war in Syria is stuck in a bloody stalemate. The current media frenzy that has been ginned up largely by chickenhawks from the Bush administration and parroted by politicians from both parties is not an adequate justification for the United States to continue its intervention in either Iraq or Syria. The sad and simple truth is that, when it comes to the current brutal conflict, rooted in centuries of religious hostilities in Iraq and Syria, there is no solution that American leadership can offer. Given America's history of waging wars of aggression and covert operations in the region, American military intervention will only make a terrible situation even worse. A year ago progressives organized massive pressure on Congress to stop a war with Syria -- and we won. We can do it again, but it's going to take a truly massive outcry against the war. Campus Untrained Police Heavily Armed At 120 Colleges By Deranged DOD Program With Assault Gear, Grenade Launcher, M-16 Rifles And Bayonets To Counter Unruly College Students

       Tuesday, 16 September 2014, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - The New York Times today reveals that a report compiled last year by The Chronicle of Higher Education found that the deranged DOD 1033 program supplies not only public untrained law enforcement agencies around the United States such as that of Ferguson, Missouri with weapons of war including and up to tanks that they are totally unfit to use and in any case are totally inappropriate for use against civilian populations but that under the same deranged DOD 1033 program as of last year at least 120 untrained college campus police departments since 1998 had also cashed in on the deranged DOD 1033 program "bonanza giveaway" for weapons of war for use against college campus students.        Monday, 8 September 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The people of the United States not to mention the world at large due to global press attention given recent events in Ferguson, Missouri now are well aware of the ridiculously insane militarization of this Nation's local police departments through the thoughtless extreme reckless disregard for human life embodied by the Department of Defense (DOD) Section 1033 military equipment giveaway and two other programs that do nothing but replace community policing with warfare against the people bound to incite revolution against this gross State oppression and suppression of rights.
       The Ninth Amendment editorial board asks if readers were exposed to such imagery half a century ago of local "law enforcement" authorities outfitted to police their immediate communities with tanks, MRAPS, grenade launchers and tens of thousands of machine guns (many of these taxpayer-bought items in "new" condition) as if the local citizens were enemy combatants in what country they might have imagined they were living or more likely trapped.  We submit it most certainly would not have been recognizable as the United States of America neither as it was conceived nor created in any aspect at all.
       Should this insanity of police militarization continue this country soon will be recognizable as the USA in name alone. For all appearances it will be a State at war with its People. The time clearly is well past due for the citizens of the United States to call upon their State and upon their Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel who in particular has the legal power to do so immediately to halt forever the DOD's seriously crazy bad Section 1033 program (and two others) which never even should have begun domestically flooding this Nation's civilian police with weapons of war in the first place.        Thursday, 14 August 2014, FERGUSON, MISSOURI - The editorial board of the Ninth Amendment must query whether many of our readers could actually believe any local authorities' public statements, distortions and lies made about the probable murder last weekend by five or more police shots at college-bound student Michael ("Big Mike") Brown apparently unarmed standing with hands up when such obviously disingenuous false statements have since been made by the small Ferguson, Missouri police and city "Administration" from top to bottom.                
        Ferguson has demonstrated that this smaller city obviously is equally well-represented by dangerously unqualified Ferguson police officers (one particularly challenged one recorded calling a local African-American resident an "animal") who so far have shot and killed apparently execution-style an unarmed college-bound student, then for the following week patrolled peaceful daytime streets with automatic weapons and dressed as their favorite G.I. Joe action figures, placed scoped snipers with tripods on peaceful downtown rooftops, then in the middle of the afternoon most outrageously perhaps demonstrating their fearsomely aggressive ignorance of and/or disdain for the United States Constitution as well as their continuing imbecilic complete lack of sense of public opinion accosted Washington Post and Huffington Post reporters filing reports from a McDonald's filmed while a helmeted Ferguson policeman in riot gear accosted and gave them forty-five seconds before roughing them up forced against soda machines and arresting them forced into a police car to be held and later released without charges nor any proper paper record as apparently is their practice for false arrests.
       The classic idiocy of the Ferguson police only became grossly magnified last evening as they showed up with vehicles and uniforms and combat protection paraphernalia worthy of the Special Forces to take on as if it were Al Qaeda an almost entirely peaceful crowd including regional religious figures and a state senator not to mention more national reporters including equipped with stationary cameras which the police followed after a brief warning to the almost entirely peaceful gathering with a barrage of flash and smoke grenades, then tear gas and rubber bullets with assault long-barreled weapons actually pointed into the crowd no doubt another generous gift of DOD Iraq and Afghanistan surplus spread around the country to equally incompetent untrained police with naturally no funds for training, as the police obviously are not shy to learn that right out in the "field of the neighborhoods". Luckily for them there is little use for their military hardware in actual "war" against declining crime and "drug cartels" whom apparently no one has informed Ferguson and other police departments largely operate over one thousand miles away in other countries. (They just buy their weapons here, not use them.)
       What more need one say about the near sub-moronic "operational" ability of officers who arrest two national press reporters for no reason, point assault weapons at unarmed citizens, bring the closest things they have to armor-bullet impervious tanks to largely peaceful demonstrations, among other things too obviously idiotically banal to mention here. And as for the troops so too exponentially go for their leaders such as the police chief who violates state law by not releasing the name of a police officer a public official involved in the killing of a citizen and still has not done so after nearly a week after making up one lame excuse after another.
       Moreover the Ferguson Police Department sure was quick to give its completely unbelievable account of Mr. Brown's killing then after several eyewitnesses which it for days neglected to interview completely contradicted its story at which point the earnest Ferguson Police Chief disingenuously explained how it would be too soon to provide any facts at all including how many times his officer shot the apparently unarmed Brown or any other facts and most amazingly has stonewalled on releasing the name of the probable murderer because it might "put him in danger" as well as the lying piece of shit (or brain dead, or both) Chief claims not to know the officer's name! Well that sure is not the way it goes for the rest of us when we shoot someone several times in the middle of the street and leave their body to fester for hours in the broiling sun.
       Thank goodness President Obama has not only taken it upon himself to attend directly to this pack of lying stonewalling buffoons and immediately taken the extraordinary measure of dispatching the Attorney General Of The United States Eric Holder to the scene, with not only him but the Department Of Justice's Chief Assistant Criminal Prosecutor as well. Yes it would certainly seem Ferguson could spare these eager Ferguson officers to bravely learn how to use their military weapons against ISIS in Iraq, and it certainly has helped clear up the mystery raised by the Ferguson Chief Of Police why in being the most successful chief to date in integrating the force he has achieved the remarkably mind-numbing goal by now having a force composed of 53 white officers and 3 African-Americans which he has noted he also has afforded historical promotion potential although admitted it is rather hard to keep good African-American officers on the force when there is so much competition from area police districts for competent police officers. Yes we sure can see that is no lie.

Ninth Amendment SFPD "Shooting Frenzy" Post Heralds Suspect Reported Readership Drop

      Sunday, 21 April 2013, Mountain View, CA - The Ninth Amendment editorial staff, while as always researching and preparing other new posts not yet published currently including the federal government's dismal gun control failure as well as an analysis and compilation of initial reports of the United States alleged planned vast expansion of military (including non-existent so-called "drone") and myriad so-called "intelligence" activities over a vast area of the African continent, also has been conducting a preliminary continuing review and analysis of internally compiled seemingly anomalous referral, geographic and other readership statistics  regarding the Ninth Amendment's most recently published post appearing below.

     Under investigation especially are internal Google and derivative compilations of supposedly nearly non-existent reader "pageviews" of this post concerning the SFPD's recent Mission District shooting frenzy including the critical wounding of the apparent victim of the alleged crime. The Ninth Amendment  special internal investigations audit team has reported to the editorial staff that it has yet to identify a satisfactory explanation for this seeming aberration at a time when the Ninth Amendment log has otherwise been experiencing a marked steadily sustained upswing in readership.

"SFPD Critically Shoot One Man 'Imagined' To Have Gun As Well As Man 'Believe' To Be His Target

     Tuesday, 9 April 2013 - SAN FRANCISCO - Zealous San Francisco police called out of their police bunker in the somewhat gentrified Mission District of this city apparently came out with guns blazing late Sunday night firing off what would be expected to be hollow-nosed rounds into a group directly across the street from their Mission Station when the SFPD allegedly imagined a man aiming a firearm at another which turned out to be an air gun. Perhaps seeking to outdo the NYPD which readers may recall last year mowed down many completely innocent New Yorkers walking and window-shopping on the sidewalks in the vicinity of the landmark Empire State Building the SFPD also quickly convinced San Franciscans who were not hit it was time to dive for the pavement.
     Latest reports to the Ninth Amendment's Bay Area bureau confirm that SFPD officers in fact critically wounded a man not with a gun but an air gun which they emphatically educated members of the press can shoot pellets when loaded with air. It is not believed to be the official policy of the SFPD also to shoot persons at whom the SFPD believe imagined guns are being pointed, but in this case the SFPD also did hitting the putative target as well apparently with hollow-nosed rounds quickly making him into an actual target who at last reports also was hospitalized in extremely critical condition along with the possible air shooter.
     Involved officer(s) nevertheless reportedly have been suspended regardless of Department policy for attempting to kill victims as well as perpetrators. Some citizens reportedly expressed concern if it was just a case of remarkably poor marksmanship and judgment rather than policy it nevertheless was disheartening and frightening to experience it enthusiastically practiced amidst groups of citizens. Readers may internet search the Mission District police for other perhaps troubling incidents such as SFPD's shooting a man several times in the back there and killing him a couple years ago. 
     The Ninth Amendment does not have access to the most recent information on the police shooting victims' conditions and/or survival and families, friends and interested others are urged of course directly to contact proper medical authorities for this information. Hollow-nosed bullets of late have been an issue in the forefront of the San Francisco political scene where the city council has been deciding whether ordinary citizens should be permitted to buy or possess them in the city.
     Medical personnel at hospitals such as the city's major trauma San Francisco General Hospital confirm that the hollow-nosed bullet which is designed to mushroom splatter immediately upon entering a human's tissue causes maximum lethal damage by making nearly every hit either extremely critical or catastrophically deadly by expanding exponentially in the human body tearing out tissue, blood vessels, bones, organs including much of the brain in head shots as the bullets rapidly expand pancaking into gaping exit wounds.
     Proponents of the hollow-nosed bullets argue they are actually much safer than a bullet with a "full metal jacket" which can pass through targeted humans but not necessarily immediately stop them and furthermore then continue on for some distance through, for example, bystanders even at some distance and structures such as building exterior and apartment walls into neighboring units. Unfortunately as demonstrated apparently in the SFPD's frenzied Sunday night shooting the theory of the "safer" hollow-nosed bullet does not hold true for anyone when it causes maximum life-threatening damage in persons shot wrongly, recklessly, negligently and/or accidentally.
     The Ninth Amendment wishes to emphasize that information on the incident is still developing. As always our hearts go out to all those possibly killed or injured without just cause and of course their families, loved ones and friends. Individuals with particular concerns should contact appropriate authorities. Finally the Ninth Amendment emphasizes that no final hearing has been initiated on any of the officer-involved shootings and whatever the outcome does not reflect on the SFPD as a whole. However as of this time the available reports do not sound encouraging as to the conduct of those involved and the consequences quite possibly sickeningly tragic for all involved including for the entire San Francisco community..

California Teacher Pension Fund Considers Reducing Major Investments In Assault Weapon, Banana Clip Makers -- Gun Dealers Thrive In Wake Of Newtown Massacre

     Sunday, 13 January 2013, SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA - The California Teachers Pension Fund, the country's largest teachers' pension fund as well as its largest such investor for many years apparently has helped California teachers live out more comfortable retirements by investing heavily in manufacturers of arms including guns and ammunition of all types, including military guns illegal in California, more lethal military ammunition, and high-capacity so-called "banana clips" for the effective uninterrupted firing of rounds from assault and other military weapons.
     The California Teachers Pension Fund reportedly is considering reducing such investment in the wake of the Nation's most recent weeks' domestic firearms massacre as almost always perpetrated by male teenagers and unhappy younger men armed with easily legally obtained military assault weapons outfitted with banana clips and/or other accessories to help insure the uninterrupted (and unskilled) hunting down of tens of unarmed schoolchildren and other civilians.
     Particularly infamous such massacres have occurred in Columbine, Ohio, as well as others by somewhat older males in the attempted slaying at an Arizona "meet and greet" of United States Representative Gabrielle Giffords shot through the middle of the head, the Texas clock tower sniper, the San Ysidro, California McDonald's massacre particularly frustrating to law enforcement as it continued unabated for about one half hour as the restaurant had all mirrored windows and thus obscured officers' vision as the killer methodically hunted down diners outfitted  in camouflage gear and face paint who before leaving home down the street reportedly told his wife he was "going out hunting".
     Other such massacres allegedly have been perpetrated by more uniquely memorable aggressors such as the soft-spoken Army psychiatrist who in recent years left his office at Fort Hood and walked along a row of near-naked unarmed soldiers awaiting physical exams and shot them to death one by one. To his credit Idiot Texas Liar Governor Rick "Payback" Perry himself did use only his (laser-sighted) "six-shooter" for "defensive" purposes to become the first person known in North America to claim that the killing was in self-defense of an attacking coyote while Perry was out on his morning run with his enormous armed security detail. (He corrected reports of his account during the following day upon learning a coyote never had attacked and killed a human in North America with his revised story of having pulled the laser-sighted revolver from the back of his running shorts and killing the coyote in defense of his Labrador Retriever.)
     Right on the heels of the country's most recent massacre in Newtown, Connecticut the proprietor of a four times annual gun "show" in Saratoga Springs, New York told media that he was determined and proud to continue with his gun "show" with apparent strong support of many gun "show" attendees whose hands he personally shook as they entered the "show" less than a month after the Newtown massacre. Many attendees congratulated him on his bravery and fortitude on going ahead with the "show" even in the face of angry verbal protests against it. Meanwhile his wife attested to the selling out of military assault-style weapons and accessories at their own gun shop as well as others around the country, with a line of waiting mostly male buyers she described as lined up for two blocks waiting to get in and make purchases.
     The use of quotations as follows around the word "show" is intended to suggest that the Ninth Amendment editorial staff believes to some extent the word "show" in the context of basically completely uncontrolled arms flea markets across this country on Main Street, USA attended by effectively unregulated sellers and buyers of questionable legal status to be engaging in the sale of what are often basically akin to weapons of war might be considered by some to be a misnomer which is better avoided as misleading..
     In the wake of the most recent Newtown massacre debate raged across the United States if the ready availability of such weapons of war has been a positive domestic development for the United States. Tens of thousands of gun dealers who have obtained virtual mail order "licenses" are authorized under United States law for the retail often effectively unrecorded trafficking in arms including those with no other apparent intended use other than engaging in warfare against armed combatants. Included amongst these are military assault weapons with marginally clever modifications to make them just as effective as those used by such groups as insurgents and criminal governments the world over.  Of course use in the United States considerably reduces the "fear factor" of having unarmed civilians such as schoolchildren actually fire back.
     Nearly all purchasers reportedly are young men, many apparently purchasing such arms out of concern that some Government, presumably theirs, will attempt to abrogate some Constitutional right to own such weapons which they in some cases understand to emanate presumably from the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution. That Amendment implicitly provides for the establishment of a militia in times of need instead of the maintenance of a permanent standing army, such as was warned against by President Dwight D. Eisenhower in his final White House televised live address to the Nation. Such weapons, perhaps with none-to-difficult modifications, are expected by many who obtain them to provide for their defense should they be attacked by their own country. The United States, however, is known to possess weapons of mass destruction as well as large amounts of presumably heavier weaponry than assault rifles.
     Our hearts and prayers go out to all innocent souls whose lives directly and indirectly have been harmed and/or destroyed by the past weeks most recent United States home soil massacre. God Bless America.
