"No Confidence" DEA Chief Smacked On Out-Of-Control DEA Agents Run Wild With Drug Cartels For Years With Extraordinary Congress Rebuke As White House Non-Comment Hints DEA Administrator Leonhart On Way Out

     Saturday, 18 April 2015, WASHINGTON, D.C. - Outraged by responses received at last Tuesday's hearing from DEA Administrator Michele Leonhart as to her apparent complete lack of control of her own DEA agents in the face of disclosures that DEA agents largely without consequence supposedly compromised national security and the integrity of U.S. international law enforcement efforts for at least several years attending drug cartel hosted prostitute sex parties at which some DEA agents accepted gifts in the form of cash, expensive gifts and weapons including an AK-47 while checking their own weapons with drug cartel members or their representatives as well as bringing along laptop computers among other things, a "strong bipartisan majority" of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee has issued an extraordinary statement of "no confidence" in DEA Administrator Michele Leonhart.
     The American mainstream press by largely limiting itself to focusing on the screamingly apparently headline spectacular transgressions of a relatively small number of DEA agents basically cast as "party boys" and the harsh rote words of "outraged" lawmakers nevertheless still calling it a "good old boy culture" falling on the unfortunate present head of the DEA naturally unsupported by the White House quite obviously intentionally ignores the "elephant in the corner" (other than hinted at by the Washington Post blog link below) that is the mainstream press has failed to make the obvious observation that this entire episode in which DEA agents clearly routinely broke the law taking bribes, compromising legal cases and essentially "partying" with the drug cartels with whom they are supposed to be at "war" serves unequivocally to prove to anyone willing to open their eyes even halfway the endemic total bankruptcy and monumental failure of the 30-plus year phony "war on drugs" seemingly without end.
     Let us call a spade a spade. If the DEA were prosecuting these DEA agents as ordinary domestic U.S. citizens on home turf they would be far from "good old boys". Anyone able and willing to be honest must admit these men at home would be fully prosecuted as hard-core drug criminals taking bribes and automatic weapons from and conspiring with international drug cartels as well as obstructing justice, compromising the prosecution of criminal cases they supposedly are prosecuting as well as breaching national security and probably a hundred other counts (take RICO for starters and maybe treason too) that any half-assed Assistant U.S. Attorney could think up and throw in a criminal complaint. These "boys" would be "men" real quick probably going away for life to the "big house", maybe even to the Florence, Colorado "Supermax" where they would be driven to insanity locked down alone for the rest of their lives in concrete cubes with a cold steel door and maybe entertain themselves by chewing off and eating mixed in a meal a fingertip as "meat" as at least one prisoner there has done according to the New York Times being made afterwards to mop up his own blood from the cell floor.
     Untold thousands of Americans' lives are being destroyed by the fallout from the excruciating longevity of the totally bogus Nixon cynically created phony "war on drugs" against nothing but an "enemy" of this country's own misguided (or nefarious) creation and there is little incentive to end it with all those long fully invested for their livelihood from police officers who never before could have cut the grade all the way to prison corporations making a profit from putting as high a percentage of the country's population of non-violent U.S. citizens in cages as possible, not to mention everyone with an interest in between who cannot afford to see this nightmare end. This is no joke at all. The "war on drugs" is as phony a crock as it could be but with who knows how many "agents" partying with seriously criminal organizations overseas yes even including those funding terrorists largely the creation of the United States own misguided drug policies contrary to this country's own national security interest just ask any DEA agent when they are not too drunk to speak.

"Miami Jury: CIA Involved In JFK Assassination" Per 2014 Globalresearch.org Article Noting Lack Of National Reporting On Jurors' Conclusions In E. Howard Hunt Defamation Case

       Monday, 29 September 2014, MIAMI, FL - Monday and every other day too is conspiracy day at the Ninth Amendment which may come as a surprise to some readers as the Ninth Amendment itself has engaged in an elaborate conspiracy to keep our readers from knowing this by resisting the temptation to "spill the beans" as it were to avoid presumably annoying a great many readers by actually writing of conspiracy theories and therefore losing about 98% of them who turn and run immediately. Well in truth its that other 2% that the Ninth Amendment really is after. There is so much competition for them among a select group of self-publishing writers and specialty advertisers.
       Some readers may just wish to skip this post perhaps having endured "conspiracy theorists" entirely beyond their bursting points already especially in the wake of 9/11 even though . . . .  In any case should any readers still with us ever have the chance on that subject they may wish to see the extremely controversial movie "Loose Change" which has been viewed by over one billion people and should they further ever have the more remote opportunity definitely to see the allegedly CIA-produced film of unknown title disk one of which is entitled "Part 1: Demolition". We never learned the title nor saw the subsequent parts for the reasons explained below.
       The gentleman who delivered "Part 1: Demolition" to the Ninth Amendment for viewing only also claimed to be the former CIA operative who shot for being obstructionist of CIA intentions in South Vietnam at the outset of what was to become the Vietnamese "Conflict" (per DOD) the short South Vietnamese President Diem in the head in his palace among his very large potted plants where Diem formerly frequently could be seen ashing the cigarettes which he chain-smoked incessantly. When our people asked "The Demolition Man" if it really were necessary to communicate this biographical information he merely said he did not care what happened to him in his "retirement" since he had been unable to find a suitable woman with whom to settle down moreover in any case if so inclined he still could shoot off a man's earlobe at 1,000 yards.
       He was supposed to meet our people later that week with the remaining disk(s) of the "CIA" film but never was to be seen again. Hoax or not we have no idea. Incidentally the Ninth Amendment did have a close associate who had happened to stay with President Diem at his palace not long before the CIA assassination and had previously said he had been a very nervous man always "flitting about" apparently with good reason.
     In any case that is just about all for the moment as far as our relative proximity to events of the type consuming the minds of "conspiracy theorists". We did coincidentally also have someone at the White House photographed just in the days before the JFK assassination standing right beside JFK in the White House at a formal judiciary reception. And another in the days after JFK's assassination sitting in the President's seat aboard Air Force One right beside the newly sworn in Lyndon B. Johnson. As for the JFK assassination which the Warren Commission swiftly concluded was the work of the "lone gunman" Lee Harvey Oswald and the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) in 1978 later concluded was a probable conspiracy by a group of "unknown assassins" it is the subject of the globalresearch.org 2014 article linked to below.
       The article claims a remarkable lack of national newspaper and broadcast reporting on a Miami, FL jury's 1978 conclusion in a defamation lawsuit brought by E. Howard Hunt against the defunct reputedly anti-Semitic far right-wing newspaper The SPOTLIGHT regarding CIA involvement in the JFK Assassination including testimony that CIA operatives including Frank Sturgis traveled by two-car caravan with CIA ex-operative Marita Lorenz with telescopic rifles from Miami to Dallas where along with their "paymaster" E. Howard Hunt they met with Jack Ruby who would two days later murder Lee Harvey Oswald.  CIA ex-operative Ms. Lorenz who drove with the men to Dallas testified that she was too frightened by what appeared to be an imminent but unknown to her act of monstrous proportions about to occur in Dallas so she left as quickly as possible before soon learning JFK the next day had been assassinated.  Ms. Lorenz testified that at some later time Frank Sturgis expressly told her that CIA mission to Dallas had been JFK's assassination.
       She testified that she subsequently learned that Hunt later was to be "thrown to the wolves" under order of CIA counterintelligence chief James "Wilderness" Angleton in complicity with CIA Director Richard Helms to be painted as a CIA operative gone "rogue" after a CIA memo surfaced placing Hunt in Dallas the day of JFK's assassination until Angleton's plot was aborted when made public and peace was made (or most likely bought) with Hunt. E. Howard Hunt who by that point also had been paid off on President Nixon's direct orders "because he took the risk" (in Nixon's own self-recorded Oval Office words in CNN's current "Nixon On Nixon") for taking the fall for Nixon after he and Sturgis almost a decade after JFK's murder were arrested in the Watergate Building where they were caught in the act of planting bugs and trashing the place to cover the bugging up in the Democratic National Campaign Headquarters offices which they had broken into at the Watergate Building.

BREAKING - FDA Finally Caves To Drug Enforcement Agency Latest Policy Disaster Scheme To OK Top Medical Criminal Tier For Vicodin, Lortab Hydrocodone Painkillers

       Friday, 25 October 2013, WASHINGTON, D.C. - In a probable major victory for the DEA in its relentless "battle" to stay alive and ever expand in a nearly 40-year-long ceaselessly losing "war" of its own creation former drug-dealing President Barack Obama's FDA has given the "bombs away" signal for moving long-term painkillers brand names like Vicodin, Lortab (hydrocodone plus totally unnecessary amounts of acetominophen at DEA urging to insure destruction of as many living human livers as possible - a la paraquat, or aspirin) up to the highest tier of prescription medications along with morphine, oxycontin and amphetamines as soon as early next year.
       The DEA as usual follows in the footsteps of its predecessor Federal Bureau of Narcotics infamous for its Chief Harry Angslinger amongst other things (despite not being a doctor last we heard) awarding a lifetime prescription of morphine to former American Congressional hero Senator Joseph McCarthy conveniently refillable at will at the nearest Capitol Hill Pharmacy. If its latest ill-conceived  policy foray is enacted the DEA may have a chance at one-upping its relatively recent drugdealing fed rivals at the CIA ("birth of crack cocaine") outfit, although Afghanistan may present some intriguing opportunities for both drug-dealing agencies. Singer-songwriter Elvis Presley was named an official "special" drug-fighting agent just to demonstrate how seriously the former President Nixon took his completely insincere cynically announced "War on Drugs". Nixon awarded an official badge at the White House for Presley's drug-fighting efforts. Presley later died on the toilet during a drug overdose.

F.D.A. Seeks Tighter Control on Prescriptions for Class of Painkillers

The Food and Drug Administration on Thursday recommended tighter controls on how doctors prescribe the most commonly used narcotic painkillers.

The move, which represents a major policy shift, follows a decade-long debate over whether the widely abused drugs, which contain the narcotic hydrocodone, should be controlled as tightly as more powerful painkillers such as OxyContin.

The drugs at issue contain a combination of hydrocodone and an over-the-counter painkiller like acetaminophen or aspirin and are sold either as generics or under brand names like Vicodin or Lortab. Doctors use the medications to treat pain from injuries, arthritis, dental extractions and other problems.

Noose Tightens On Federal-Prison Bound Cybercriminals In Resounding National Endorsement Of Free Speech And Global Thirst For Freedom Of Expression, Cheney To Trade Pigheart For Teenage Human Body Parts

     Sunday, 18 August 2013, MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA - The Ninth Amendment this week celebrates a spate of birthdays amongst dear friends, close schoolmates, famous persons and B-B-Q lovers not the least of whom is former President Bill Clinton who shares a birthday with one particularly devoted figure who has contributed doggedly to the steady quality growth of readership in the Ninth Amendment for over half a decade now. It is only fitting this post is submitted out of the above dateline location that being the ostensible home of our main server location with of course mirror locations around the globe.
      "Mirror servers" remind us of one particularly ugly investment in Akamai pushed on us by a former sellout friend who was a decent attorney and personal investor but became a very sorry lapboy pig of criminal "full-service" brokerage PaineWebber that sure did some full service on all the retirement money we ever made in public interest work. Later combining with confessed criminal Swiss bank United Bank of Switzerland in the "dynamic criminal duo" UBS PaineWebber those greedy morons actually discouraged investments in Akamai when a prescient non-insider engineer at Akamai who said "buy, buy, buy" with it selling at about three dollars a share pnksheet, because there was nothing in it for UBS PW. Later once criminal UBS PaineWebber underwrote the stock, however (was on the take) it encouraged purchases at $375 a share the day before Akamai plummeted "good-bye" about a third never to return from an excruciatingly long dive to bankruptcy. For most that was a GOOD investment with UBS PaineWebber one's one-place stop for capital losses.
     Come to think of it we cannot wait to write some posts on that and some other criminal financial services "full-service" outfits and their ugly practices such as taking (legal, huh?) kickbacks for executing your orders on the many exchanges which actually make up a single exchange hunting for a trade like a pig snorting for a truffle on which IT not YOU makes the money, innocuously known as "flowback for order flow" as annually fully disclosed on index cards only legible when read in a mirror with 3-D glasses. Yes they sure do give a reader FULL SERVICE with the GARDEN HOSE. 
     The only one that must give us a bigger chuckle is BANK OF AMERICA which is simply put the biggest bunch of "legitimized" thieves in the world (just our humble uninformed opinion) who admittedly cannot even perform simple math without making exponential errors consistently in guess whose favor? Dear Readers, think we would mislead you?  Find out at your peril.
     We cannot even dissuade our mothers from trusting their Canadian pennies (that is usually all that is left by the time BANK OF AMERIKA is done with their change purses and shaking out grandmother's mattresses) at that -- VERY loosely speaking "bank". Do our readers think B your A will come after us for such irresponsibly absolutely totally TRUE statements? Unlikely. We just have one thing to say to our readers who have their money or anything of value (Bank of Amerika shamelessly even steals senior citizens wallets right out of their purses while fingerprinting them --  a practice with which B your A management certainly should feel comfortable) at the money facilitator of that which happens to be the largest criminal or any other kind of bankruptcy in history. PARMALAT, Italian style - look it up and weep.
     And five dollars to cash a check on one of its own bank account holders' instruments?  These people have neither shame nor brains, but their teeth sure are white (and sharp). Our regrets to the many clueless employees of B your A -- in this case we strongly recommend another job or sure even the unemployment line -- better that than working for these crooks unless of course one is in training to become one oneself.
     Gosh, did we say that? Well we must have meant it. Perhaps these cybercriminals who have been chocking up the years -- see earlier posts for their phone numbers and other identifying information they were good enough to leave behind on their criminal hacking forays -- have gotten to us a bit interfering with our speech and threatening our children and those we love. Our thanks again to any and all Feds who have been on the good side throughout. And once convicted we look forward to sharing their sorry attempts in our fabricated e-mails at . . . the English language?
     Please keep posted because should anyone slip through the cracks we fully expect a significant reward will be on the way for information directly leading to the arrest, convictions, and no less than two oh let us say five years federal prison time. First let us sit back and watch the rats jump from the ship, pointing their dirty nails at one another. Everyone loves a rat with dirty nails. . . .
     Finally the Ninth Amendment is delighted to be back with a lot of really fine equipment on loan. And no kidding the "stats" we soon will compile and share with readers not already having done it (somehow) on their own do show the Ninth Amendment is now read by readers in more than half the countries on the planet including nearly the entire Northern Hemisphere with the exception of North Korea. One can only sell so man pairs of the Elvis (later years' look) sunglasses.
     Soon we expect to be sharing the highlights of those stats -- even if they are supplied by Google with joint-venturer the Center for International Assassinations (CIA). If compiling our stats keeps the CIA from murdering people and leaving the American people to face the inevitable unexpected mystery killer "blowback" we are all for that.
     In the meantime think about how much the average reader might wish to contribute to the reward (held in trust) and as with all not to be collectible by those doing their jobs anyway to help send these criminals away -- start dangling a handful of dimes (in the words of Jim Morrison) in front of their noses, and it sure will be interesting to see for how much the rats will sell each other down the river.  Not much we would guess as by all accounts the stupidity of the cybercrime is just how easily the trail leads both ways. Oh my blowback indeed. 
      And soon enough back to some of the pressing questions by necessity pushed aside. Has the DEA really committed YET ANOTHER colossal blunder sending America's sick and in pain and young to the morgue with bodies full of super-strong heroin in the latest in a long uninterrupted history of MAJOR POLICY BLUNDERS in the same sorry name of "public safety"? "Public safety" for the D.E.A. means taking away their guns and giving them water pistols and toy doctor bags somewhere they can stay out of trouble for a long, long time, as in until their D.E.A. mousepads (available in YOUR local dumpster) have rotted away and no one really remembers what the acronym stood for back to its proud (huh?) origins in Prohibition. Dumb Enough Already (DEA).
     But could it be that President Obama former admitted drug dealer himself will actually live up to some of those nearly decade-old campaign promises and, along with Attorney General Eric Holder, let some of the EIGHT HUNDRED PER CENT increase in the federal prison population go into treatment and leave a little room for the truly violent? Those who we largely have the phony "war on drugs" to thank for anyway, and sorry folks by the way it did not start in the 1980's. It has been a cynical ploy since well before that that had nothing to do with drugs and everything to do with all the lies of Republican icon "Tricky Dick" Nixon ("the Christmas Day Bomber") and sidekick "Spiro Agnew" who supplied his failed condo complex as the still present-day EPA Headquarters above a Safeway, pardoned just in the nick of time as they were dusting his cell in the Republican Hall of Fame. Spiro "my man" the only Vice President who maybe even had one up on fellow "construction" investor on Dick "Pigheart" Cheney (we hear he is trading in Central American teenage body parts down on the Mexican-Belize border, may even get one himself a new heart when the kid stops screaming). And the Republicans are afraid of Hillary?
