Criminal Activities Continue Directed At The Ninth Amendment Log And Its Staff

     Saturday, 27 July 2013 - CENTRAL TIME ZONE AND OTHER LOCATIONS - Continuing criminal activities and threats right up to the very moment of this posting still interfere with and would seek to intimidate the expression of Free Speech under the First Amendment by the editorial staff and all associated with the posting of the Ninth Amendment log.
     Our thanks to the members of the Department of Justice and other law enforcement agencies who have collected information available to us regarding recent criminal activities directed at this site and its staff, including oblique personal threats directed at our families and loved ones and evidencing a large amount of resources devoted to the effort. Our thanks also to the New York Times and especially to Mr. Paul Krugman We also express our thanks to the Department of Defense trained computer experts who have performed a preliminary analysis of the criminal cyberattack(s) directed at the site and now apparent jamming efforts directed at its preliminary transmission.
       Others whom we thank wish to remain anonymous at this point as they continue their work.
       We appreciate all the support and CONTINUING ATTENTION of our long-time readers and provide further information for those who may be in a position to use such information to bring to swift justice for all to see those engaging in all criminal activities related to this site and/or the individuals seeking to continue making it available to all or readers. Thanks too again to our friends at Yahoo! and Google for ensuring that all cybertrails are documented, preserved and pursued.

     The fact for the day in other news is that according to preliminary reports we have received from our Central European research bureau is that during WWII the contract for the "management" of Jewish and other prisoners of the Nazis in German concentrations camps which also included the tattooing of identifying numbers on the arms of each was awarded to and performed by International Business Machines (IBM) which would put it in a class with other still thriving companies with a legacy dating to Hitler's Nazi German regime including of course Volkswagen ("people's car") and chemical conglomerate I.G. Farben supplier of its trade name pesticide Zyklon B supplied to the Nazis where its was poured into the vents above faux showers in which millions of Jewish and other concentration camp victims were gassed to death.

Tuesday, 6 November 2012,  Election Day in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - Are you ready Americans?  Are you ready to cast your VOTE in one of the most important elections in American History?  Well if not, we at the Ninth Amendment suggest you get up, get dressed, eat a healthy meal, and get out there and practice your right to VOTE.  No excuses, just make up your mind and do it!  Men and Women across this Great Land of ours let your voices be heard.  PRESIDENT OBAMA NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT TODAY!  We at the Ninth Amendment declare this election is especially important for American Women. Mitt Romney has assured American Women that he will send them back to the Stone Ages.  Promising to cut Planned Parenthood, (which does both Breast and Cervical Cancer screenings) just because of the Abortion issue is ludicrous.  In addition, telling the American Auto workers that the President is going to send jobs overseas is absurd.  No jokes today readers.  This is a time for ACTION.  Lie upon Lie is being told to SCARE, INTIMIDATE and PLACE FEAR IN THE HEARTS OF AMERICANS across our great land. This is being done by Mitt Romney and his campaign staff.  The NINTH AMENDMENT implores each of you to get out today and RE-ELECT PRESIDENT OBAMA.  We know you can do it!  Just put your mind to it and do it!

FBI "Watch List" Be The First One On Your Block

     Saturday, 1 October 2011, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - The Ninth Amendment brothers and sisters here we go again reminding readers to refrain from READING FREE UNLIMITED DIGITAL NEW YORK TIMES CONTENT SIMPLY BY SETTING FREE UPDATED FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING". The Ninth Amendment's posted comment below was published recently in response to a digital Times imperative piece continuing to detail the United States government's expanding systematic unilateral power grabs at the fundamentally unconstitutional expense of the rights of the people from whom its power derives.
     The fact for the day is that as readers read this Americans' right to trial specifically set forth in the Constitution is being dramatically eliminated by the whims of the prosecutorial State legal system through legislated, implicit and explicit threats which are coercive, ruin countless lives regardless of NO judicial process determining guilt or innocence, and constitute cruel and unusual punishment.
     The hidden fact for the day is that of course lacking any peep even of the proposal and passage of a Constitutional Amendment (do readers wonder why?) the elimination of these core individual Constitutional rights as well as the complete abuse of absolutely ungranted aberrant State powers run amok forebodes disaster if permitted to run to its logical conclusion.
    The State's obvious or briefly "hidden" but always progressive seizures of  ever more power which effectively purport to abolish for a variety of irrelevant and most often false reasons the freedom of the persons who fought, died, and so much more for a better country and world is very foolish indeed. It is dangerous.
     The people provisionally carefully bestowed certain specific powers and responsibilities on the State and specifically reserved others for themselves. The State's rapidly growing ungranted invasion on all fronts of these and other implicit rights violates the fundamental compact entered into by the people to establish and ordain this Nation. It is profoundly antithetical to the spirit and reality of life, liberty and the pursuit of  happiness as set forth in the Preamble to the United States Constitution.

     Thank you for your continued documentation of the rapid expansion of assumed State powers which correlate inversely to the unilateral elimination of Americans' rights. As to the FBI "watch list" however the Ninth Amendment log at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com must note that this is (in the words of Yogi Berra) "deja vu all over again", i.e. the 1950's. And in the end both former FBI head J. Edgar Hoover and Senator Joseph McCarthy sure did turn out to be all-round solid guys. As for Mr. Stewart Baker, former Homeland Security official apparently turned PR representative for the State, regarding the obvious propriety of innocent Americans and others being barred from air flights, he might consider that travel unequivocally has been determined by the United States Supreme Court to be an inalienable Constitutional right.
