N.S.A. Spy Chief No "Back Door" Man Proposes Split "Front Door Key" So No Single Spy Nor Agency Could Decrypt Smartphone Nor Other Devices Data

     Saturday, 11 April 2015, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Director of the National Security Agency (N.S.A.) Admiral "Back Door" Michael "Mike" Rogers (pictured in a recent Ninth Amendment post in a "cordial" disagreement with a reporter) has in the Washington Post article linked to below in its accompanying photo taken on a much friendlier even intellectual look with reading glasses no less a la Indicted Idiot Texas Ex-Governor Rick "Payback" Perry while reportedly one-upping the Lone Star state's brain dead still standing 2012 Presidential hopeful who just keeps coming back for more like an irrepressible zombie as N.S.A. Director Rogers used the longtime Central Intelligence Agency (C.I.A.) spy leadership factory (particularly at its Woodrow Wilson School) Princeton University as the location for Rogers' recent announcement of his revolutionary new pitch that he in fact is not a "back door" man but instead just wants a piece of a "front door key" to decrypt data on consumer such as Apple smartphones and other devices which will be "split" so no one agency (say for example the rogue N.S.A.) nor snoop (say for example some rogue N.S.A. director, employee and/or contractor) would be able to use just their part of the key alone for decryption purposes but first would have to gather the other key piece(s).
     Given the rank and foul extensively documented many unconstitutional abuses of the N.S.A. largely initially revealed in part by Edward J. Snowden as well as given that the N.S.A. still conducts essentially unchecked criminal domestic and worldwide mass surveillance not to mention as well admitting that "[w]e kill people based on metadata" according to former N.S.A. Director Michael Hayden (per a previous Ninth Amendment post) including without limitation U.S. citizens the Ninth Amendment editorial board beyond wondering why the maniacal Kafkaesque N.S.A. invader of citizens' most sacrosanct areas and Orwellian record-keeper violating all realms of Americans' privacy (with allegedly virtually nothing to show for all its enormously expensive in every sense of the word abuses but the arrest of a California cab driver who allegedly wished to or maybe did donate $8,500 to a terrorist organization) in violation of all principles of fundamental rights not to mention common human decency should even be allowed to continue to exist much less have even part of a "front door" key to any citizen's encrypted data or home or business for that matter the Ninth Amendment does feel compelled to add it would not even feel comfortable trusting the N.S.A. nor its Director Admiral Michael "Mike" Rogers with even half a key to a public restroom.

ProtonMail "The Only E-Mail System That The NSA Cannot Access" According To Forbes Magazine For Persons Most Serious About Their Communications Privacy Free Service Signup Now

       Sunday, 7 September 2014, GENEVA - The Ninth Amendment editorial board cannot even nearly keep abreast of what seem to have become more or less daily (just) public revelations about the constant escalation of (just) domestic encroachments on readers' privacy ranging from the "private" sector to the "public" sector and everything in the gray area between as perpetrated in recent years most flagrantly by the wretchedly illegal unconstitutional actions of the likes of the NSA and the seemingly ever exponentially expanding number of new U.S. Government acronymed agencies which proceed headlong as if they entirely have forgotten (if the latest generation ever even knew of) the People's fundamental inalienable rights as opposed to the limited power of the State only as expressly revocably granted it by the People under the U.S. Constitution. Not to mention Benjamin Franklin's stark admonition that "[t]hose who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety".
       Likewise the Ninth Amendment editorial board swiftly has come to the realization that just as it is in no position even nearly comprehensively to document and record the above relentless encroachments on the privacy of the individual it is equally ill-equipped neither to document nor offer well-informed assessments of the strengths and weaknesses of various known available means of attempting rightfully to protect and preserve one's privacy even in as limited but significant an area as e-mail communications.
       Having said that merely upon setting out just to bring to readers' attention with even minimal evaluation some few first e-mail services making heightened privacy claims such as Gmail, Hushmail and Startmail (now in beta) it readily became apparent that each was rife with complications such as that Gmail of course is a product of the ever-suspect Google known to scan e-mails for targeted advertising purposes, Hushmail although based in Canada is subject to the whims of the CSIS in seeking warrants which on further inquiry seemed at least as likely as the United States' own "intelligence" services if not more so to bumble into seeking access to innocuous encrypted e-mails stored in British Columbian servers, and as for Startmail now available in beta the Ninth Amendment admittedly by that point did not even further investigate what potential weaknesses might or might not be claimed or have merit or not as to that service.  The Ninth Amendment certainly does not mean to discourage readers from making their own decisions about these e-mail providers and in fact vigorously encourages those who are serious about their e-mail privacy to make their own investigations into the fitness of each of those services and others for readers' particular needs and comfort levels.
       Rather than give up the endeavor altogether however the Ninth Amendment was fortunate on further inquiry into e-mail privacy assessments made by others to find that the venerable Forbes magazine just months ago in an issue largely devoted to computer-age security issues included an article with link below that made the pronouncement echoed in the post heading above as to ProtonMail https://protonmail.ch that it is "[t]he only e-mail system that the NSA cannot access". Interested readers are invited to visit the link below to the Forbes assessment where they might find the credentials of the creators of ProtonMail just as impressive as we at the Ninth Amendment have.
       Also by following the above link or that in the Forbes article to this e-mail service with servers located in Geneva and protected by legendary strict Swiss privacy laws as well as with a satellite office on the MIT campus readers will find that the ProtonMail service has indeed proven very much in demand from the start although at least with limited storage it has decided to offer its service for free funded initially only by donations reportedly taking into account particularly those in countries such as Russia or China unable to pay fees but in very real need of e-mail privacy where an unencrypted e-mail message can reportedly lead to a very swift arrest indeed.
       The Ninth Amendment upon coming across ProtonMail wished to make this information available to our readers as soon as possible as consistent with the Forbes article we found upon visiting the Create Account ProtonMail webpage that the service already is at full capacity but taking usernames for a waitlist to be followed up by invitations to the service as more servers constantly come on line thanks apparently to a most generous flow of donations shown on the webpage at the time of this post to be more than one half million dollars.

New Zealand National Party President Goodfella Reported Dumping Resources Into Hackers Including Rogue NZ Police (And Waste Oil In Harbor) Hides Misconduct From Public - The Fifty-Three Per Cent (53%) Solution

      Sunday, 2 February 2014, AUCKLAND - The controversial faux diplomatic-flag waving (from the National Party President's laughingstock write-off luxury vehicle) previously barely scraping out of domestic violence charges from an alleged violent wife-beating incident reported to New Zealand Police who apparently were convinced enough to encourage the filing of Goodfella ("the baa-baa sheep") with charges and a free ride to jail would seem to have been directed to continue conspiring together (so much easier to charge them that way) in high-gear with a wide-ranging mob of felons and other dangerously questionable characters not usually commonly associated with the Party that is currently consumed in a new headquarters "brick-selling" and possible mutual fund campaign overseen by a man known to "know how to carry (and withdraw) cash", including that of others.
     But what might be driving the apparent borderline escalating criminal array of financial, tax, gambling, drug, harbor hazardous oil dumping, suspected human trafficking, cyber and other psycho "misdeeds" that would seem from sophisticated international technical analysis to if anything only being accelerating at a furious pace bordering on, yes, "frenzy"? The kind contemplated in the Criminal Statutes thank goodness for the good law-abiding hard-working New Zealanders who did not give this Country its proud name to be to be paraded around the world discredited as a new mafia paradise where nary a tourist might venture.
      At least so far other than a few dead pets targeted by reported poisoners, animal stompers including some of the latest DSM-IV classifications generally in the psychopath/sociopath/narcissistic/borderline personality disorder, not to mention Thai Kick Boxers - behind the second rib of a pup does not show up on the vet's x-ray until it is too late to save the poor animal's life as already has been demonstrated - apparently to intimidate and/or extort various parties at locations throughout New Zealand. So far no woman's dead body has yet been seen to fall out of a bag potatoes from the rear of any trucks in the area of London, England's Covent Gardens by headlights at night.
     Given the magnitude of legal violations of diverted public and illegally possessed and used private domestic cyber-warfare resources the purpose would seem clear to divert, distract and downright prevent New Zealanders from reading and making their own assessments of this growing whirl of allegations of a cesspool of National Party and related individuals' ever-increasing corruption. Some suspect this may be but one aspect of a huge, perhaps hundred of millions dollar Goodfella father-son rivalry to the bottom of a storm of theft, tax fraud and a laundry list of most serious torts implicating most possible extreme civil damages perhaps of historic proportions not to mention the flood of criminal investigations that could be expected as appropriate to follow.
     Some possibly in the know or maybe just crazy-drunk or out to get our tax lien say that one ball to keep one's eye on is the Goodfella-controlled Sanford Fish Company, whose real murky (accounted in ways we sure never could understand ) rumored actual controlling interest of 53% is owned by. . . . you know who. Now would that change anyone's investment strategy? Well if we have not already been clear enough -- do not ask us. We even read the newspaper upside-down and the business section inside-out.

     Friday, 19 July 2013, SAN FRANCISCO - The ubiquitous appearance in various statistical compilations and analyses of the referring site and URL http/t.co/1kXhhiBfBE has been lost neither on the editorial staff of the Ninth Amendment nor other official entities unmasking parties of interest in the convergence of recent diverse investigations of an apparent conspiracy to improperly monitor and collect information with illegal intent and means falling within the scope of elements appearing to comprise those both of relatively recently enacted cybercrimes and other laws which have existed so long as peoplekind have sadly operated from and acted upon bad motives.
     Possible candidates for criminal activities as previously noted in our most recent posts have included a range of possible counts from those dating from the common law to others appearing in the statute books only in recent years with the advent of, i.e., identity theft and an ever-broadening array of others reflecting the seriousness with which our society has come to take the potential for compromise of its most personal information through the vagaries of the "information age" and the vast potential for abuse which it affords those who are so inclined to avail themselves of whatever means it affords them to leverage wrongful acts such that they are in a position to pose a threat and harm to a far broader range of victims than in times past.
     In any case the Ninth Amendment Log does not as always accept remuneration of any type nor in any way coordinate or disclose in advance to those whom we might mention in a post a favorable comment which is based solely on our own opinion and experience with some product or service solely motivated by our own inclination to do so. Here in examining seeming oddities of results using familiar tools in our own amateur attempts to collect information on sites such as the one mentioned in the header and first sentence of this post we find ourselves having visited a site with which we have had frequent prior experience, www.webrankstats.com, but in this case finding it leading to sources intentionally stripped of identifying information.
     Readers who are not yet familiar with sites of this type, meaning that which is the one directly above, may find it interesting to visit it or other like sites or those from which it compiles information, in order to collect more information on sites of interest to them, including their history, performance, progress amongst its peers on the web and so on. Meanwhile it has been our fascination along with sleep deprivation recently to have become acquainted with individuals for whom such sites are essentially no more than a toy or casual diversion, their depth of experience with the web being nothing less than astounding in the amount of information they are able to glean from it at locations and by means and speeds that defy belief.
      As we have mentioned when one finds oneself at a point confronted with what from all appearances are resource-intensive efforts intended to intimidate, influence or silence including through the use of seemingly intentionally ill-concealed barely indirect communications of suggested surveillance and other invasive practices including those that would conspire and attempt to interfere with our own fundamental rights to express our views, opinions and fundamentally political satirical comment, a cornerstone of American political speech, up to including to the level of poorly cloaked threats, we are only too happy to call in the experts and grateful beyond expression for their immediate willingness to spend hours on the paths which to them it would appear might as well have been left with breadcrumbs or even confessions just waiting to be signed.

Hypocrite Obama Perpetuates the Phony War on Drugs While Senator Feinstein Tries to Undo Some of Obama's Constitution Dismantling

  "welcome back" to Ninth Amendment readers with whom our editorial staff and global bureaus are pleased to be able to share a wealth of new material which includes Ninth Amendment comments which continue consistently to be published digitally in the New York Times probably because we are the only ones awake at our Western United States newsroom to submit comments shortly after new Times material is made public for comment. The Ninth Amendment routinely reminds readers to avoid SETTING FREE FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING" SIMPLY TO READ UNLIMITED FREE CONTENT OF THE DIGITAL NEW YORK TIMES.
•      The fact for the day is that this week former San Francisco Mayor Dianne Feinstein now Senator Feinstein launches hearings on bills to undo to some degree the damage done by hypocrite President Obama's December 2011 signing of a law with some typically cynical name a la the "Patriot Act" which allows United States law enforcement, secret agents, the military or whomever to arrest without charge and hold indefinitely without notice, charge, or trial any person including American citizens for suspicion of involvement apparently including even thinking about terrorist activity. Senator Feinstein's proposed legislation apparently does not however entirely do away with this obviously sickeningly unconstitutional law but retains parts of it whereas Senator Ron Paul's proposed legislation apparently does away with the heinous law altogether.
•      The hidden fact for the day is that President Barack Obama once again has entirely abandoned the principles which he allegedly espoused when he first ran for President of the United States. Whether it was Obama's "admission" that although his dealing and use of drugs had been "selfish", his assurance that should he follow George "little shrub" Bush (himself a long-time cocaine user and also a hard-drinking crackhead in his earlier years as a totally unsuccessful Texas "businessman" constantly bailed out by "Daddy" and his friends who eventually gave "little shrub" the Texas Rangers baseball franchise)  as President he Obama would mandate treatment rather than incarceration for non-violent "drug" crimes  which of course turned out to be a total lie. In fact the Obama Administration without blinking immediately following the debacle of the "little shrub" Bush Presidency ADOPTED wholesale the entire drug law enforcement budget of the Bush White House verbatim and fully embraced the forty-year losing phony "war on drugs" ever since.
•      In fact the dismantling of the United States Constitution has continued relentlessly under the policies of the Obama Administration, from directives to the Justice Department to the CIA to the maintaining of Guantanamo Bay and the imprisonment without notice, trial or charges for indefinite and perhaps permanent periods of time available not only to all citizens of the world but also American citizens abroad or right at home in the United States. Perhaps "secret" worldwide CIA torture prisons have been curbed but they of course have been replaced with a slew of new abuses including assassinations by drone which REQUIRE Obama's signing off on each murder.  Obama obviously figured he got the vote he needed in the last election so screw the people who got him elected. After all where else are they going to run now? 
•      The Ninth Amendment had to figure something was a little off with the guy after he invited his "special guests" over to the White House "Situation Room" to watch the Osama bin Laden assassination live in surround-sound while he and the guests munched on pizza to which he eagerly returned after spending about thirty seconds sharing the good news with the American people. Where in the world one might ask can Presidents such as Obama come up with these so-called attorneys who are capable of convoluting the "law" to the point where murder is just fine even if now in the interests of safety the CIA drones routinely knock off a few dozen more totally innocent civilians from afar than the CIA did when the assassinations used to be "up close and personal"?
•      And what God help us all are so-called "legal experts" sworn to uphold the Constitution doing in the Obama Justice Department or White House disparaging, dismantling and altogether just ignoring the fundamental rights afforded Americans in what once was a COMPACT with the American people that these rights were to be held to be inalienable and should the American people's rights be disparaged and the Constitution ignored by the State altogether then any fool knows that the consequence was to be and will be that there was NO LONGER ANY LEGITIMATE BASIS FOR THOSE IN GOVERNMENT TO CLAIM ANY POWER WHATSOEVER OVER THE PEOPLE?

     On that note the Ninth Amendment below presents verbatim its comment published in the digital New York Times in response to an apparently re-issued article on the unavailability of medicines re-published in response to a physician's recent publication of a book describing his disgust with a system of "medical care" which has itself fallen prey to the new police state where "medical care" no longer has anything to do with doctors ministering to the needs of sick patients but instead has become just another element of the fear of the legal consequences should doctors be foolish enough not to recognize that what is needed to practice medicine in the United States is an understanding that an M.D. means nothing but a D.E.A. agent with a G.E.D., no medical training, and a badge who is the one calling the shots. The goal of course being now completely unrelated to relief from pain, healing, or anything silly enough to be mentioned in the Hippocratic oath, but rather making damn sure that NO ONE FEELS GOOD.      As recently explained by the editorial board of the Ninth Amendment log at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com these days there simply is no need to get an M.D. as it is useless for practicing medicine. The best route to providing medical "care" is just to get one's G.E.D. and join the D.E.A. At night you can flash your badge, get free drinks in bars with your fellow warriors in the phony war on drugs, and then crash your government-issue car into a lamppost on the drive to the strip bar. (On this subject also Google the heartbreaking story of Miami U.S. Attorney Melvin Coffee called to D.C. by Janet Reno and fired on the spot at the tarmac simply for biting a stripper on the rear-end a few hours shortly before dawn after a particularly grueling day losing in the courtroom). As for the best drugs certainly avoid the pharmacies or the streets, as the best drugs exclusively are available through the C.I.A., legendary great politicians' medicine cabinets such as Senator Joseph McCarthy and President Richard M. Nixon, or in the nearest police drug evidence locker and dispensary.
