       All of which is to say especially in light of the testimony of Trump's mostly own chosen top intelligence community officials from among the DNI, FBI, CIA, DIA and NSA appearing this week before the Senate Intelligence Committee that the various United States executive nation intelligence and law enforcement agencies under the intentionally completely lacking leadership of Trump have not been directed nor undertaken any coordinated effort to counter known Russian continuing increased acts of cyberware against the U.S. in election related national, state and political party data which warfare never has abated since the 2016 election and long before that and are known to be continuing and increasing to date largely uncontested as testified to by the agency heads with a high degree of certainty to be preparing to upset the upcoming 2018 U.S. election nine months away and then the next presidential election in 2020 and then so on after that, and why not barring some effective unequivocal response from the United States?
       As the New York Times entire editorial board grimly concedes in its below linked editorial, "So why is Mr. Trump still ignoring such conclusions? Some have said he is giving Russia a green light to tamper with the 2018 elections. That would have once been an absurd suggestion. It can no longer be dismissed out of hand." The Ninth Amendment editorial board here goes further in asserting that at this late urgent time at which Trump still has taken no action to defend our nation against the Russian threat and even broken the law failing to impose more legally required Russia sanctions therefore allowing that threat to become even greater that most thoughtful Americans would agree that the matter of further pondering and investigating Trump's steadfast enduring allegiance to Russia above our own national security may have to run its due course of investigation, but in the meantime for the sake of the enduring integrity of our democratic government the immediate determination of Trump's ability or inclination to continue to undertake the duties and powers the Office of the President must be immediately assessed based on his own lack of action in light of his oath of office without undue regard for the reason which becomes by the day existentially less immediately less relevant compared to protecting the nation.
       The United States Constitution in Article II, Section One, Clause 8 sets out the specific wording of the oath or affirmation of the office of the President that the President takes after assuming the office of the presidency but before carrying out any duties of the office. This is that oath that Donald J. Trump swore:

           "I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States,
            and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United
            States."

       One might argue that President Trump has faithfully executed the Office of President of the United States, and to the best of his ability, preserved, protected and defended the Constitution of the United States, but they would be dead wrong whether advancing that argument simply by reason of being too stubborn or proud to admit mistake or merely a committed imbecile, ignoramus, liar, traitor and/or otherwise so impaired as to be constitutionally unable to recognize such an argument fails miserably in the face of the plain facts as to the entire continuous period of over one year that this Nation already has suffered for far too long Trump's ever more dangerous treasonable lacking execution of the duties of the Office of President following his ever more dubious appearing "election" to that Office in the first place along with all his administration as recognized in the New York Times entire editorial board editorial at the first link below.
       The attestation of the heads of the nation's most important intelligence agencies mostly of Trump's own choosing that the President has done absolutely nothing to protect or even apparently mentioned protecting the United States (as opposed to Trump trying to protect himself) from what may be the greatest imminent existential threat the country ever has faced internally even provided sure information of the magnitude of the threat only cements the conclusion that President Trump by reason of abrogating his duties and in fact acting in his own interest against those duties of fidelity to this great Nation he ostensibly leads has lost any legitimate claim he ever has had to any of the prerogatives either the powers or protections of the Office of the President. Combined with the most shameful Republican Congress particularly the GOP majority House of Representatives perhaps the worst cowards in the history of this country which has not only demonstrated itself unwilling to carry out its sworn duties as to the impeachment of the President rather enabling him for partisan advantage now largely appears determined to descend even further into the black hole of conspiracy with Trump's malfeasance the timing could not be worse.
       Given the President's manifest failures in his adherence to his oath of office to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States and the manifestly evident failure of the Congress to fulfill its constitutional duty to intercede the Founding Fathers made clear since the drafting of the Declaration of Independence that that responsibility inevitably reverts to those with whom the source of all power and protection of governance resides those being the "inalienable rights of the People" which failing other constitutional remedies must include the removal from office of the President and his corrupt administration imminently endangering the future of the democratic institutions of the United States.        Friday, 15 December 2017, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The first Washington Post article linked to below cites more than fifty (50) knowledgeable inside sources supporting the mind-boggling comprehensive detailed revelation that President Trump even given irrefutable ever-growing direct evidence from several Trump-Russia investigations and a recent string of arrests, indictments and plea deals privately right up to the present in fact never has convincingly acknowledged nor even can tolerate without lapsing apoplectic any direct reference to the U.S. intelligence community's earlier warning nor later unanimous public assessment with high confidence a year ago that Russia meddled in the United States 2016 presidential election.

       Mr. Trump unless by now skilfully diverted by staff onto another subject or carefully eased by necessity into that of Russian interference privately claims despite that unwavering assessment of the vast U.S. intelligence community dedicated to serving the nation ultimately under Trump's ostensible leadership that Trump nevertheless rather chooses to believe KGB Putin's direct face-to-face totally unsubstantiated untruthful denials to Trump that Russia never perpetrated nor continues to nor would in the future perpetrate any such devastatingly effectively low budget high yield attacks on the foundations of U.S. constitutional democracy and the cohesion of the American people within the established norms of its society domestically and internationally under an at least arguably even if now under the GOP becoming ever less so functional democratic electoral system given the alternatives (such as Putin's).
       As recognized by virtually all cognizant human beings other than allegedly Trump conflating deeply destructive personal (in this case well-founded) insecurities regarding the legitimacy of his election rooted in infantile egoism with the very real need in his position as president to insure the national security KGB Putin's initial effort was to destabilize and weaken U.S.constitutional democracy and provoke widespread discord and division among all Americans as later evolved into the remarkably coordinated use especially of FSB/GRU suspiciously well-targeted attacks given their certain independent inability accurately to analyze on their own nor act independently on detailed U.S. "psychographics" (as could, for example, Cambridge Analytica).
       Without inside help it is apparent the Kremlin's Soviet-style propaganda campaign could be of limited success through the use of unguided social media manipulation without strategic Wikileaks curated disclosure of stolen DNC and Podesta emails for maximum impact. Of course Trump's biggest malignant narcissistic roadblock then ultimately emanates from acknowledging to himself or others that Putin's initial scheme had come to include efforts to damage the Clinton campaign but along the way morphed into an all-out effort through the Kremlin under Putin's orders largely in hopes of ending hated sanctions for Russia's flagrant aggressions to assist and very likely be responsible for Trump's actually quite weak U.S. election victory in which Trump actually lost the overall national vote count by a majority of more than three million votes against him.
       Some of the multitude of dangerous national security problems that grow from Trump's failure privately to this day to acknowledge the fact and nature of Russian meddling in the U.S. election and otherwise including now and in the future are detailed below ranging from obvious impediments to imparting necessary information about Russia as a hostile nation and related matters to the President in a straightforward manner in settings from the National Security Council to the delicate delivery of PDB's which need include vital information but in a way which must be carefully spoon-fed and couched to avoid a presidential blow-up.
       Most disturbing is the fact that despite some exceptions such as FBI Director Wray's congressional testimony aside (as opposed to AG Sessions) all other evidence is that the Trump administration is failing to implement any coordinated effective preventive response among all available U.S. agencies to combat Russian past, present and future U.S. election interference exclusively because President Trump the Commander-In-Chief privately still refuses even to acknowledge that Russian U.S. election meddling ever has been and remains an ongoing existing severe threat to U.S. democracy including upcoming elections nor of course that it ever was intended by the Russians to help Trump be elected president despite overwhelming evidence and uniform informed U.S. intelligence assessments to the contrary.
       Whether or not Trump really believes his own discounting of Russian interference in U.S. most sacrosanct affairs of course technically remains an open question. However in reality he almost certainly is being characteristically untruthful as to what he believes regardless of what further facts are uncovered regarding the existence of any Trump-Russia conspiracy.        Saturday, 4 October 2014, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - A stupendously deep hackers' computer security penetration of huge proportions at JPMorgan Chase supposedly the most cyber-secure private financial institution in the country which breach even though detected months ago as early as July 2014 could reportedly not be stopped by bank computer security experts through all (detected) points of hackers' access until recent weeks should definitively put all thoughtful realistic readers on notice that the concept of reliable computer security for any consumer even in the most highly "secured" financial institution computer accounts available is nothing more than a myth.
       If any United States financial institution had such reliable security it would be JPMorgan Chase identified as so important to the Nation's economy that a collapse at the bank could trigger a nationwide financial meltdown capable of collapsing the entire country's economy and posing a national security threat. And although this momentous news and harrowing wake-up call has now been made public the fact is that nine other major United States financial institutions which reportedly have suffered similar attacks as well have yet to be identified to the American public.
       Many readers may already be aware that the hackers for reasons not known although they could have fully penetrated and stolen complete financial data of all 76 million household and 7 million business accounts instead are said to have chosen intentionally only to access and steal names, addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses of all accounts which together account for two-thirds of American households. And as referenced above authorities have yet publicly to identify the other ten major United States banks' computer security systems similarly breached.
       The reason(s) for the theft of only this "personal" rather than "financial" information is the subject of speculation although experts admit in similar past breaches things have "not turned out to be what they seemed" as here where the breaches appear to have been orchestrated and accomplished from overseas reportedly specifically from Russian hackers believed to at least have some connections to the Putin administration perhaps retaliating for ever more strangling economic sanctions against Russia where Putin persists in maintaining perhaps the world's worst kept "secret" lie apparently believing he can without anyone noticing or being too intimidated to say anything probably shooting down and at civilian airliners and flooding first former KGB agents and now regular Russian troops and heavy military equipment across Ukraine's sovereign border to battle under the guise of what were at best just lightly armed "Ukrainian separatists" now in basically a full-on border war against the fully outfitted ranks of the Ukrainian army with complete disregard for the slaughter of the Ukrainian civilians allegedly eager to renew their ties to a Russia basically murdering them and giving them no choice but to live in the middle of an active battleground between two fully outfitted armies the leader of the former original separatists having months ago announced he was resigning his position.
       On the other hand security experts are still recommending and reminding Americans of the usual precautions to take in the wake of what many just see as a further escalation of huge hacking attacks already perpetrated against some of the United States largest retailers and who knows what institutions the United States Government is not saying. The Ninth Amendment is aware that our own "national security" State is certainly not above reproach it having already definitively been shown that while the United States national security apparatus was noisily accusing countries such as China of large-scale hacking attacks our venerable child techies running ever further amok of the Constitution at for example the NSA spying on every American in (and out of sight of most of those of us without laser and more mundane eavesdropping and infrared and night vision and who knows what other kinds of satellites and drones and goggles) were themselves and their "national security" colleagues or other executive agency competitors as the case may be actually themselves were staging cyber-attacks against the Chinese and others picking up another one from the CIA's playbook of setting up all innocent Americans for yet more and more sophisticated damaging "blowback" the reasons for which ordinary citizens per usual have no idea while the "national security" outfits take cover and flee.
