       Monday, 13 October 2014, CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS -  With each sunrise the 2014 Texas Governor's election draws one day closer to the Tuesday, 4 November 2014 looming deadline of his ever receding vanishing victory chances inevitably as if it has become entirely impossible for him publicly to utter a true word or express an honest opinion or real feeling knowing that with just one such slip that really to do any of those things would instantly let Texas voters who do not already realize what a load of goods he is trying to hoist on the good true honest hardworking people of Texas thus committing the unpardonable sin of violating the bond of trust with every fellow Texan he intends to keep exploiting to the max just as he has done and continues to do and therefore must maintain his code of unflinching dishonesty like the mask it is.

       But with each new disclosure of worsening corruption and his latest ever weaker covering lies he will hang on right up to that day as Texas Attorney General For Sale as soon as he can slip by their watchful eyes into that Governor's Mansion for corrupt Woman-Hating AG "Dark Money" Greg "Payday" Abbott it will be "wa-hoo!" business as usual with the new Governor same as the old throwing open the back door to that select familiar mob of backroom dark money boys who bought the election and him with it.  

       Already no doubt rubbing their hands together in expectation of what more they plan to take of Texas and its taxpayers as they toss a few crumbs of the Texas taxpayers' money back to Abbott just as rehearsed so long with Indicted Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry doling out his illegal "TEF" Perry Taxpayer Enterprise Slushfund Grants while Abbott kept his eyes politely averted and just stuck out his hands to grab the couple of Texas taxpayer millions that trickled back to Abbott from the illegal grants to Abbott's major criminal Bank of America bribe "campaign donor" which came right back to Abbott from the millions in illegal enterprise slushfund grants of taxpayer money Abbott conveniently overlooked not having the criminal bank return it despite the fact it was AG "Payday" Abbott's legal duty to do just that. That is take the illegal gains back from that criminal B of A bank and his other "dark money" cronies but to return it to the taxpayers and not as he was so used to doing just right back into his pocket.

       The Ninth Amendment in any case briefly in its earlier post dated last Friday, 10 October 2014 reported on the prior day's court ruling finding the Texas GOP Voter ID requirement intentionally discriminatory against Latinos, blacks, and other minorities such that the federal government might even be forced to oversee Texas voting practices such as having to approve in advance any changes in the voting system due to a long history of intentional discriminatory voting practices until such time as certain desperate GOP career government seat warmers get it through their heads that no matter the transparent latest discriminatory plan they come up with to keep rightful voters out of the polling place it really is just them trying to play the same old dirty tricks over and over like a card cheat that has become tiresome beyond words to those who just finally are getting around to cutting the bull and letting the battle by the rules begin and as all good Americans ultimately believe may the best person win. 

       In the meantime Texas GOP and all GOP politicians who have passed voter ID laws have argued that they prevent voter fraud, increase voter integrity, and increase voter turnout. The New York Times article linked to below for interested readers emphasizes that these restrictive voting laws have done nothing but the exact opposite of the above instead reducing voter turnout, as for integrity the Federal District Court Judge Nelva Gonzales Ramos in Corpus Christi, Texas last week found the GOP Texas voting law to be "the most restrictive in the country" intended to discriminate against minorities and as for voter fraud that was nothing but the big lie with two cases of voter impersonation having been pursued in over ten years out of twenty million votes case. Federal District Court Judge Ramos in her withering decision of Texas corrupt political history praised highly by the New York Times even likened Abbott's voter ID requirement to a poll tax as obviously all true honest hard-working Texans that did not meet Abbott's contrived "voter ID" requirements would have to incur the potentially large cost of juggling missed work commitments and paying for the gathering of sometimes obscure old documents and then of course paid preparation of the pointless "IDs".
So if readers just have a moment corrupt Woman-Hater AG "Dark Money" Greg "Payday" Abbott has got an appeal he would love to sell you. Might as well buy it with one's money because if he is the next Texas Governor one can be sure one way or another he is going to get it at least that part of Texans' money he gets back from his very special "friends" whom you will never meet. The latest update available on this matter is that despite the extremely strong condemnation of Abbott's "Voter ID" law in the Court's heated decision the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has reinstated this obvious attempt to keep Abbott opponents from the polls. Therefore at last reports Texas Voter ID's will be required as Democrats now  scramble to raise more funds.
       Meanwhile Google continues to retaliate against the Ninth Amendment by interfering with recent posts reader access and/or accurate statistical reporting for the Ninth Amendment's exposure of just one component of Google's deceptive practices in trying to coerce Google Blogger and other service users to switch to Google+ solely for Google's financial benefit in attempting to create a contrived very lucrative social media franchise by deceiving current users to disclose personal information and artificially create friendships and relationships between persons which are none existent one example of which is discussed for interested readers in the link immediately below:

       The Ninth Amendment urges all eligible voters to deny Abbott and his inherited dark money machine Abbott's anti-Democratic fantasy of extending uninterrupted his legacy of woman-hating unabashedly destructive of the future both of Texas and all true, honest, hard-working Texans and their future generations with his politics of deluded entitlement to his continuing routine corruption as usual simply by doing what Abbott most fears they will do by registering to vote by the next Monday, 6 October 2014 deadline and then voting with their love of Texas and its children early or at the polls on Election Day.
       Credible reports are in agreement that State Senator Wendy Davis once again trounced the corrupt "dark money" chemical polluter payday loan store "dark money" homeowner insurance gougers bankrolled corrupt woman-hater Abbott in the final Texas Governor debate this past Tuesday, 30 September 2014 as she in the past months has closed an Abbott 12-point lead to close to a dead even heat with growing momentum against the consistently failing Abbott. Abbott claims such recent polls are skewed toward voters such as Latinos, the "undercalass" (meaning good, honest Texas working people), the "young" and others his corrupt criminal machine one way or another will do their long-practiced best wrongfully to try to keep away from registering, making it to the polling places, or being allowed to vote once they do arrive subject to intimidation and harassment by GOP hired thugs in cheap suits while Abbott's twisted hopes lie with stuffing the ballot boxes through the exploitation of confused elderly voters and hungry street people given milk and sandwiches and bused in to vote for Abbott.
       This in the style long practiced by Indicted Lameduck Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry who ever since Perry as a disliked schoolchild back in his hometown of Painter's Creek, Texas which never has supported him for Governor schemed how to win school elections by paying off children with penny candies in return for their promises of votes. Yes the same Perry who sure is nowhere to be seen now that Ebola has surfaced in Dallas he is as far away as he can be out of the country ready to have the feds cordon off the state now that he is done using the Lone Star State as his stepping stone to oblivion so no African disease can reach him perhaps drumming up business overseas with an Ebola tax break. Unfortunately he may have forgotten a few big dates he has back in Texas with the Law in what the Ninth Amendment suspects is just act one of his Corruption Chronicles or is that the name of his upcoming second ghost written memoirs of the brain dead man still standing. Perhaps it may be a convenient time for Perry to forget he now calls himself a Republican and again stand (frozen and mute) as a Democrat as he once did.
        In any case Abbott is playing the classic game of other dishonorable Republicans who shame that party himself trying to dissuade voters from even bothering to try to vote and donors to stop making their grassroots landslide of donations to Davis by claiming that this own "internal polls" which he certainly will not release because they belong to him but assures all his receding dark money "friends" show him so far ahead that Wendy Davis does not have a chance and everyone might as well just stay home and watch him win with his busloads of paid supporters who also have had to be paid on more than one occasion already to show up at pathetic unattended Abbott rallies and before debates to give the appearance that Abbott actually has any popular support willing to show itself in the light of day.
       All commentators have noted that despite what Abbott claims that the truth is someone who believes they really now are out in the clear as corrupt woman-hater "dark money" Abbott claims does not suddenly choose that time to start spewing out hollow negative attack ads paid for by all his backroom crooked cronies ever more nervously waiting for their favors to come in because focusing attention on his opponent is risky business indeed as you get your opponent's name out in voters' minds regardless of what you claim especially when you have described yourself as a staunch Catholic (who has about as much compassion as the Spanish Inquisition) who has pledged up until this point that he would not lower his lofty self to negative attack ads exactly as he now he is doing but probably only makes that exception because Wendy Davis is a woman and therefore Abbott believes deserving of supposedly completely counterproductive attack.
       A major problem is that in the case of so-called "negative" ads about Abbott as the best friend of employers of rapist-murderers who send them in to women alone in their homes these facts sadly for Abbott simply are the truth whereas Abbott's pathetic negative attack ads directed at Wendy Davis are just so many more harmless sissy punches. But the ads are a most certain sign that Woman-Hater Abbott has become a very desperate man indeed who in any case still cannot land a solid punch even on his favorite target which is a Texas woman. He may just be thinking it must be the Governor's office for him with an army of similarly corrupt cronies with just as much to lose desperate to protect him because if not that it well could be a cell next to Perry's and that is a place no one would wish to be (except superstupid Ted Cruz who claims he wants to "stand by" his man indicted man Perry whatever the outcome) apparently even if it is in a cell although Cruz has not yet specified who he plans to lie down by at lights out.
       Finally even were Abbott able not to lie for once his Texas GOP predecessor turned not-really-elected "President" George W. "little shrub" Bush showed that miracles really are possible by his "winning" the 2000 U.S. Presidential election with neither a majority of the popular people's vote nor of the electoral college vote thus proving that even in a democracy a spoiled rich boy always has a chance for a miraculous "coup d'etat" with as the Beatles would say "[j]ust a little help from" a few unscrupulous "friends" (and relatives) in just the right places.
       In all seriousness the Ninth Amendment urges Texas women really to think this one through as Abbott has repeatedly shown from back from his Women Are "Hoes" theme ssong, to his poorly concealed connection to "Los Angeles street art" showing Wendy Davis having her abdomen cut open with scissors, to his astounding position that the State require women impregnated by rape and incest to have the babies just to find that when it's time Abbott will have again slashed the schools budget which most Texas children depend on not only for their education but too often for their structure and even food to eat waiting through long hungry weekends for school meals that they must make last them through a whole day because of the ruinous ruthless Republican policies that shower more money on those who have nothing to do with more untaxed wealth but count it and stash it in the Cayman Islands with barely even a pittance left from families so desperate for social services like schooling, assistance, healthcare, housing, safe neighborhoods and on and on that their endless struggles can do nothing but tear families apart.
       Not to mention these Texas children the Lone Star State's future generation will be left with nothing but the Nation's dirtiest air to breath, hidden hazardous chemical stockpiles anywhere they might roam in Texas which will have its aquifers covered with the pavement of more highways (build them with school money and more traffic will just come, and come, and bring them to a standstill again) and poisonous fertilizers oozing down from the golf courses for the rich into the water that those kids can drink while the golfers sip their Perry-Hey! and Naive. (Try spelling that backwards.) No the women of Texas if anything should be spending each upcoming weekend until the election marching for one of their own for Governor and not the likes of Abbott who does not even pay the women on his staff as much as men and who has shown his contempt for all Texas women every misstep of the way on the road to helping get the next one Wendy Davis elected Governor.

Who knows the Secretary of State still has a couple work days to change the Secretary of State site and make it even more confusing. Gregg "Payday Loan" Abbott.

       Republican Abbott is known as "The General" to those upon whom he routinely improperly has bestowed paybacks in the form of favorable official decisions in return for payoffs made in the form including of "campaign donations" while serving as Attorney General. Abbott another poster boy for endemic Texas corrupt GOP modus operandi now promises more big time profits encouraging exploitation of good, true, hard-working Texans selling them out in return for "contributions" to his Texas gubernatorial campaign from so-called unidentified "dark money" largely crooks in any case already known to be criminal usurers fleeing other states.

       In the midst of state and federal criminal investigations and convictions they have had to shut down and run from their "Payday Loan" and "Title Loan" racketeering operations in states such as Utah expecting to pay their "respects" to the likes of Republican Abbott to expand operations in Texas where Republican elected officials throughout the numbingly long Perry administration have been known to sell out the State and its people for a song while Perry and his traveling "security" circus see the world first-class at Texas taxpayers' expense while Perry allegedly recruits eager radioactive Japanese tourists to visit the Lone Star State.
       GOP Abbott like lane-duck indicted Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry also welcomes for cash big-time out-of-state polluters to come and further bespoil the once-pristine environment of Texas in addition to Abbott's small handful of fugitive cash "donors" who have built dirty-cash empires on the corrupt business model of keeping desperate underclass borrowers in a cycle of oppression and poverty making "short-term" loans that quickly are exposed as a permanent cycle of financial despair with true interest rates often totaling in the thousands of percent interest (or "fees" to try to avoid prosecution).

        In addition to his other endearing virtuous qualities as attested to by his mother-in-law (and she could be lying too) GOP Abbott "The General" incessantly has demonstrated his contempt for Texas women throughout his campaign in a series of  stupefying misogynist blunders since adopting his "Women are Hoes" campaign theme song and even dating further back to his earlier state Supreme Court stint where he issued his shocking dissenting judicial opinion on the bipartisan Court that the Kirby home vacuum sales company should bear no responsibility for failing to warn a woman customer that its scheduled home sales visit salesman was a registered sex offender who then proceeded during that home visit to rape and murder her alone in her home. 

       Completely unlike Wendy Davis' broad-based campaign representing all true honest hard-working Texans "Dark Money" Abbott lacks all popular support but is largely supported by a handful of criminal usurers now planning to buy Abbott the Texas Governor's office in return for keeping Texas' borders wide open to the Perry flood of usurers' payday and title loan stores driven out of Utah and other states by continuing state and federal criminal investigations and corruption prosecutions as well to the stinking small dirty money and dirty business group eager for further opportunities to profit from destroying what remains of Texas' natural environment from the spoils of the Gulf of Mexico to the Perry legacy of filthy unbreathable Texas air. For all Texans who actually live here it is hard to work if one cannot breath just as it is hard to hunt it if everything is dead or dying and hard to eat it it if is full of chemicals, toxins, and poisons.
