       Later breaking news is that the second Dallas healthcare worker the 29-year-old nurse Ebola patient contrary to strict CDC policy and guidelines knowing of her exposure to Ebola nevertheless this past Friday two days after Mr. Duncan died flew to Cleveland and two days ago on Monday flew from Cleveland to Dallas on Frontier flight 1143 potentially exposing as many as 130 passengers on that flight. It is unknown if the patient had been advised by the hospital that she absolutely should not fly because of the obvious risk of infection to others but now with both exposed healthcare workers at the hospital having violated their containment restrictions sentiment is growing that such behavior is "inexcusable" especially from healthcare workers one who actually was responsible for providing public information.

Meanwhile the Director of the CDC Dr. Frieden has called the hospital's conduct "inexcusable" and expressing regret he had not sent a CDC healthcare team to the hospital sooner had he known how clearly unprepared it was to deal with Ebola in any way. Meanwhile President Obama has cancelled a trip to New England as well as a meeting on the ISIS situation to meet this afternoon in Washington with top government officials regarding the Ebola outbreak.

Dallas Ebola Patient Zero Thomas Eric Duncan Dies At Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Ten Days After Delayed Ebola Diagnosis After First Being Turned Away Misdiagnosed To Occupied Apartment By Hospital Emergency Physicians Three Days Earlier Despite Being Clearly Ebola Symptomatic And Alerting Physicians, Nurses And Hospital To His Recent Return From Liberia

       Wednesday, 8 October 2014, DALLAS, TEXAS -The Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital "community" congratulated itself for its care and expressed its "sincere" condolences for his "insidious" death (not even mentioning Ebola) to the quarantined family of deceased Dallas Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan who died this morning at 7 a.m. at the hospital ten days after being diagnosed for Ebola on 25 September 2014 three days after what the hospital now blames on a "computer error" for seeming medical malpractice and possible State medical board and healthcare facility regulators' discipline and other possible charges against treating ER doctors, nurses and other medical personnel as well as the hospital administration after his mistaken release to his occupied family apartment three critical days earlier although being clearly Ebola symptomatic but misdiagnosed and released unadmitted even after alerting physicians, nurses, medical personnel and hospital administration to his recent return from Liberia. The hospital altered its original story as previously reported here via the New York Times with the hospital compounding suspicions by later instead attributing myriad errors to "computer error".
       The Ninth Amendment lacks information as to whether criminal and/or civil charges for medical malpractice, negligent homicide, manslaughter, infliction of emotional distress to the patient or immediate currently quarantined family in a donated temporary "safe house" to which they were later reported driven personally by Dallas County senior elected official Judge Jenkins with no protection in an apparent attempt at damage control after many more emergency response errors and delays in decontaminating and quarantining the still-occupied apartment, wrongful death and/or any other charges that may be under consideration by Mr. Duncan's family and/or the District Attorney's office including perhaps obstruction of justice for changing the hospital's account or records and possibly needlessly resulting in both lack of time-critical care resulting in his death as well as exposing as many as an estimated twenty other persons in the Dallas area to the Ebola virus.
       Any such action by the District Attorney at this time seems unlikely since as pointed out by largely rather unsympathetic commenters on the below linked www.dallasnews.com piece powered by the Dallas Morning News the District Attorney actually reportedly rushed to get information from CNN so as to charge Mr. Duncan before he died for having lied on a bureaucratic form in apparently not disclosing he had been exposed to an Ebola infected relative who was actively bleeding whom he carried and took by taxi because an ambulance would not come to a hospital which turned her away and sent her home. A commenter pointed out that had Mr. Duncan evidently been truthful from the start he would not have been able to come and be the apparent first person to contract aid within the United States. However the Ninth Amendment does not believe that any person giving this position further thought would believe it any way excuses the subsequent serious misdiagnosis and misconduct of the hospital and Dallas and Texas total apparent lack of necessary initial emergency response for days regarding Mr. Duncan's family apartment and those exposed to him even three days later when his Ebola diagnosis was correctly made. Moreover CNN now is reporting "compelling
reports" that the woman Mr. Duncan helped not only was not diagnosed or known by him to have Ebola and even at the time of his departure for the United States after filling out forms and answering questions he was not aware that she had that same day died with no Ebola diagnosis having yet even been made.
       Would any of us in any case on reasoned thought really believe a hospital's errors possibly leading to our death or that of totally innocent exposed others should excuse all those involved who then incidentally would continue to treat hundreds or thousands of other patients because of a lack of honesty on any form even one concerning our medical history had there even been one. Even for those who truthfully can claim never to have done any such thing as not provide an accurate answer to a form or question do they really believe this justifies the totally unrelated quite possibly fatal missteps and possible subsequent cover-ups of a totally unrelated treating hospital expected by all including by the oaths of its health professionals to provide its very best care to all the sick who enter. Would they believe they deserved such possible deadly treatment by a hospital were they brought in for treatment for a serious auto accident even though they were believed to have been at fault? We think not. Medical personnel and hospital's errors are never excused in our experience because of any consideration of what might be the incredibly difficult task of definitively determining if they originally could be called responsible for the chain of causation leading to their need for emergency hospital health care. Just as here it now appears the original suspicions of Mr. Duncan's dishonesty were in any case mistaken. Thus what some suggest seems to us to be about the worst public health policy and unethical course of conduct for a health professional imaginable.
       In a terse released public statement after cancelling a scheduled press conference (probably on the advice of panicked hospital attorneys) the hospital administration gave no reason for waiting until only four days ago (six more critical days after the already three day delayed Ebola diagnosis) to give the experimental Ebola treatment to Mr. Duncan which already has been widely publicized for appearing to save the lives of earlier Americans returned from Liberia who appear to have recovered.
       Likewise the hospital blithely gave the explanation that Mr. Duncan despite repeated pleas from his family was not even given blood transfusions from previously infected patients as were given apparently successfully by all other hospitals to returned Americans because Texas Presbyterian Health Hospital stated that such blood transfusions had "not been proven to be effective" in treating Ebola although CNN noted nothing else at all yet has been "proven to be effective" either. Finally from initial reports from the family in this circumstance as well the hospital later altered its story when later turning away the family's urgings that Mr. Duncan be given a transfusion like all others in the United States of an exposed Ebola patient's blood telling them some time after they had first refused that "now it was too late".
       Public Health officials noted that the Mr. Duncan's Ebola case being the first reported as appearing in the United States had not been shown to be contained definitively among those whose vital signs are being followed who are believed but not known definitively to comprise all who may have been exposed to Mr. Duncan while symptomatic or to such things as the towels or sheets on his bed where Ebola can reportedly survive for at least a couple or few days in Mr. Duncan's occupied contaminated apartment which remained unremoved for days as Dallas and Texas officials struggled to find a commercial company willing to perform the cleanup and a lack of Texas permits to transport Ebola contamination on Texas public roadways. The public health official emphasized that Ebola can not yet be determined to be contained in Dallas stating that therefore it still has the potential to extend across the continent or even globally however remote that may be believed to be especially if one relies on Dallas and Texas health officials' assurances that despite all evidence of their initial response or lack thereof that residents may rely on exponentially more competent responses to any possible next and every other possible following Ebola scare that Dallas may experience.

       Saturday, 4 October 2014, DALLAS, TEXAS - In the wake of heightened widespread concerns about the transmission of the Ebola virus in the wake of the deadly virus' first occurrence in the United States after physicians at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas stunned the public by sending home from a hospital emergency room visit a symptomatic Ebola-infected man who specifically told emergency physicians and nurses he had just returned from Liberia.
       After the Ebola diagnosis finally was made after later admitting him to the hospital on his second visit according to the New York Times the hospital administration altered its account and blamed the patient's mistaken release on a computer error. The hospital then allowed three days to pass after making his Ebola diagnosis before his still occupied apartment was evacuated and cleaned by a professional crew finding it still with his original towels and sheets having been left on his bed.        The Ninth Amendment urges all eligible voters to deny Abbott and his inherited dark money machine Abbott's anti-Democratic fantasy of extending uninterrupted his legacy of woman-hating unabashedly destructive of the future both of Texas and all true, honest, hard-working Texans and their future generations with his politics of deluded entitlement to his continuing routine corruption as usual simply by doing what Abbott most fears they will do by registering to vote by the next Monday, 6 October 2014 deadline and then voting with their love of Texas and its children early or at the polls on Election Day.
       Credible reports are in agreement that State Senator Wendy Davis once again trounced the corrupt "dark money" chemical polluter payday loan store "dark money" homeowner insurance gougers bankrolled corrupt woman-hater Abbott in the final Texas Governor debate this past Tuesday, 30 September 2014 as she in the past months has closed an Abbott 12-point lead to close to a dead even heat with growing momentum against the consistently failing Abbott. Abbott claims such recent polls are skewed toward voters such as Latinos, the "undercalass" (meaning good, honest Texas working people), the "young" and others his corrupt criminal machine one way or another will do their long-practiced best wrongfully to try to keep away from registering, making it to the polling places, or being allowed to vote once they do arrive subject to intimidation and harassment by GOP hired thugs in cheap suits while Abbott's twisted hopes lie with stuffing the ballot boxes through the exploitation of confused elderly voters and hungry street people given milk and sandwiches and bused in to vote for Abbott.
       This in the style long practiced by Indicted Lameduck Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry who ever since Perry as a disliked schoolchild back in his hometown of Painter's Creek, Texas which never has supported him for Governor schemed how to win school elections by paying off children with penny candies in return for their promises of votes. Yes the same Perry who sure is nowhere to be seen now that Ebola has surfaced in Dallas he is as far away as he can be out of the country ready to have the feds cordon off the state now that he is done using the Lone Star State as his stepping stone to oblivion so no African disease can reach him perhaps drumming up business overseas with an Ebola tax break. Unfortunately he may have forgotten a few big dates he has back in Texas with the Law in what the Ninth Amendment suspects is just act one of his Corruption Chronicles or is that the name of his upcoming second ghost written memoirs of the brain dead man still standing. Perhaps it may be a convenient time for Perry to forget he now calls himself a Republican and again stand (frozen and mute) as a Democrat as he once did.
        In any case Abbott is playing the classic game of other dishonorable Republicans who shame that party himself trying to dissuade voters from even bothering to try to vote and donors to stop making their grassroots landslide of donations to Davis by claiming that this own "internal polls" which he certainly will not release because they belong to him but assures all his receding dark money "friends" show him so far ahead that Wendy Davis does not have a chance and everyone might as well just stay home and watch him win with his busloads of paid supporters who also have had to be paid on more than one occasion already to show up at pathetic unattended Abbott rallies and before debates to give the appearance that Abbott actually has any popular support willing to show itself in the light of day.
       All commentators have noted that despite what Abbott claims that the truth is someone who believes they really now are out in the clear as corrupt woman-hater "dark money" Abbott claims does not suddenly choose that time to start spewing out hollow negative attack ads paid for by all his backroom crooked cronies ever more nervously waiting for their favors to come in because focusing attention on his opponent is risky business indeed as you get your opponent's name out in voters' minds regardless of what you claim especially when you have described yourself as a staunch Catholic (who has about as much compassion as the Spanish Inquisition) who has pledged up until this point that he would not lower his lofty self to negative attack ads exactly as he now he is doing but probably only makes that exception because Wendy Davis is a woman and therefore Abbott believes deserving of supposedly completely counterproductive attack.
       A major problem is that in the case of so-called "negative" ads about Abbott as the best friend of employers of rapist-murderers who send them in to women alone in their homes these facts sadly for Abbott simply are the truth whereas Abbott's pathetic negative attack ads directed at Wendy Davis are just so many more harmless sissy punches. But the ads are a most certain sign that Woman-Hater Abbott has become a very desperate man indeed who in any case still cannot land a solid punch even on his favorite target which is a Texas woman. He may just be thinking it must be the Governor's office for him with an army of similarly corrupt cronies with just as much to lose desperate to protect him because if not that it well could be a cell next to Perry's and that is a place no one would wish to be (except superstupid Ted Cruz who claims he wants to "stand by" his man indicted man Perry whatever the outcome) apparently even if it is in a cell although Cruz has not yet specified who he plans to lie down by at lights out.
       Finally even were Abbott able not to lie for once his Texas GOP predecessor turned not-really-elected "President" George W. "little shrub" Bush showed that miracles really are possible by his "winning" the 2000 U.S. Presidential election with neither a majority of the popular people's vote nor of the electoral college vote thus proving that even in a democracy a spoiled rich boy always has a chance for a miraculous "coup d'etat" with as the Beatles would say "[j]ust a little help from" a few unscrupulous "friends" (and relatives) in just the right places.
       In all seriousness the Ninth Amendment urges Texas women really to think this one through as Abbott has repeatedly shown from back from his Women Are "Hoes" theme ssong, to his poorly concealed connection to "Los Angeles street art" showing Wendy Davis having her abdomen cut open with scissors, to his astounding position that the State require women impregnated by rape and incest to have the babies just to find that when it's time Abbott will have again slashed the schools budget which most Texas children depend on not only for their education but too often for their structure and even food to eat waiting through long hungry weekends for school meals that they must make last them through a whole day because of the ruinous ruthless Republican policies that shower more money on those who have nothing to do with more untaxed wealth but count it and stash it in the Cayman Islands with barely even a pittance left from families so desperate for social services like schooling, assistance, healthcare, housing, safe neighborhoods and on and on that their endless struggles can do nothing but tear families apart.
       Not to mention these Texas children the Lone Star State's future generation will be left with nothing but the Nation's dirtiest air to breath, hidden hazardous chemical stockpiles anywhere they might roam in Texas which will have its aquifers covered with the pavement of more highways (build them with school money and more traffic will just come, and come, and bring them to a standstill again) and poisonous fertilizers oozing down from the golf courses for the rich into the water that those kids can drink while the golfers sip their Perry-Hey! and Naive. (Try spelling that backwards.) No the women of Texas if anything should be spending each upcoming weekend until the election marching for one of their own for Governor and not the likes of Abbott who does not even pay the women on his staff as much as men and who has shown his contempt for all Texas women every misstep of the way on the road to helping get the next one Wendy Davis elected Governor.

Who knows the Secretary of State still has a couple work days to change the Secretary of State site and make it even more confusing. Or does the Perry government routinely take off weekends along with Mondays and Fridays while Perry takes off whole months but only if they have a vowel in them.

       Thursday, 7 August 2014, McALLEN, TEXAS - Broadcast world news reports have been dominated in recent weeks by the outbreak of sustained violence on the Gaza Strip and tunnel and rocket attacks threatening Israel  with a shaky 72-hour cease-fire just ended, severely increased intensity of battle conflicts at eastern Ukraine's border with Russia where today another Ukrainian warplane reportedly was shot down by a Russian-made BUK missile such as allegedly shot down a Malaysian Airlines passenger jet and where the leader of Eastern Ukrainian separatist forces today announced his resignation, as well as what has been described as the worst Ebola outbreak in recorded world history with perhaps the first known Ebola cases ever possibly now incubating in the United States, while many newswatchers have been left wondering about developments in the dire Iraq situation across the northern section of which a wide swath of terror that has been cut by the terrorist group ISIS (also ISIL) reportedly so senselessly vicious and apparently genocidal as a matter of policy that even Al Qaeda has severed ties with the group believing that their actions elsewhere such as Syria have "given Islamic world jihad a bad name".
       After this seeming dearth of in-depth Iraq coverage President Obama today was shown meeting in the White House Situation Room with senior advisers on the Iraq ISIS crisis concluding this evening with President Obama's public briefing on the status of the most recent U.S. actions and announcement of the most recent U.S. positions on various strategic and tactical matters in Iraq as detailed in the headline above. The components of the President's U.S. Iraq comments basically at this time include threats of airstrikes as well as the provision of humanitarian aid. The U.S. also presumably is considering plans to consult with Congress including on supplying Kurds fighting on the ground against ISIS without new "U.S. boots on the ground".
       One "real concern" that has been repeated by several military and security officials is that firstly the rapid movement of ISIS terrorists into large areas of Iraq adds a dynamic to the Mideast scene which is bound only to increase the training capability and global potential of all terrorists roughly in an axis of different terrorist groups down to Yemen.  Secondly a number of officials and experts have repeated the further "real concern" of ISIS in particular responding to the U.S. use of force against it with retaliatory attacks which may conceivably include attacks on U.S. soil. Many have noted that there are as many as 1,000 persons holding European passports that could get them into the U.S. who are fighting with or have fought with ISIS in the past. Of those who do not hold passports some ISIS terrorists are rumored possibly to have planned to cross the U.S. border from the south in Mexico into the U.S. Homeland.

Worst Ebola Outbreak Over 700+ Dead In Northwest Africa Infections Surge Past 1,000 As Deadly Global Conflicts Rage

       Tuesday, 29 July 2014, LAGOS, NIGERIA - A major outbreak of the notoriously deadly Ebola virus now declared to be the worst in known history most recently first identified among African villagers in Guinea in northwest Africa has spread to more populated areas after killing a physician and infecting at least two American health care workers including a missionary doctor tending to victims of the virus who at last report were both in isolation in critical condition. The doctor's family returned to Texas apparently before he showed preliminary symptoms of Ebola but are being monitored for three weeks for signs of fever.
       The virus most often identified in past outbreaks in remote regions of Africa where it was believed to have been contracted from jungle primates is especially of concern as current cases now having taken an estimated seven hundred lives with more than one thousand persons believed infected have appeared in more populated areas with access to air travel which there is some possibility could rapidly spread the virus to distant areas of other continents far from the source of the Ebola outbreak among humans in northwest Africa on the African continent. There is no known cure for Ebola which has a fatality rate of over ninety per cent. The disease is not airborne but is believed to be transmittable on an airplane for example by touch. Although the early symptoms mimic less serious medical conditions this rapidly deteriorates into a condition known for the rapid onset of massive hemorrhaging. One American who has died of Ebola after air travel within Africa was known to be planning to travel to Minnesota within the week.

       With other major global crises occurring in eastern Ukraine where fighting reportedly today has greatly intensified between largely Russian-armed Ukrainian separatists including possible firing of armaments from the Russian side of the Ukrainian-Russian border into Ukraine has now escalated with the firing of medium-range high-explosive warhead missiles by Ukrainians at Russian Ukrainian separatists after many regionally based Ukrainian warplanes allegedly have been shot down by Russian-supplied missiles to the Ukrainian separatists.
       Although news reports have focused on the alleged flow of Russian armaments across the Russian border to the Ukrainian separatists suspected of shooting down a Malaysian Airlines Boeing 777 possibly with Russian assistance flying over 31,000 feet above the border conflict area, United States officials have admitted the United States meanwhile has been supplying armaments to Ukraine but these reports have been downplayed by the U.S. because these Ukrainians "are the good guys". Increased heavy fighting today apparently has further delayed any approach to the crash site of the Malaysian Airlines Flight MH-17 Boeing 777 where remaining evidence of the cause of the crash may become significantly more difficult to identify should heavy armaments land on the site, although the Ukrainians have resolved to leave the area off-limits as a battlefield.
       Meanwhile in the Israeli-Hamas fighting wing conflict Hamas leadership reportedly rejected a cease-fire after Israel apparently in recent days after striking a U.N. hospital and schools killing scores of Palestinian children (where Israel claims Hamas armaments may have been hidden and some rockets of unknown origin indeed have been found in three closed U.N. schools) last night reason would dictate destroyed the only Gaza Strip power plant (denied by the Israelis on the most convincing logic that the plant had not been targeted and anyway what else would one expect the manager of the plant to say -- is this really the most compelling spokesperson the Israelis can come up with for the dumb Americans watching CNN?) disabling it for what is estimated to be at least a year as millions of gallons of diesel fuel also poured into the sea.
       Israel has also killed civilians in attacks in bombing attacks on Gaza Strip mosques and last night destroyed political Hamas' Radio Station and Finance Ministry "because it can finance arms". Video released today of Hamas militants emerging from an Israeli-targeted so-called "terror tunnel" and killing Israeli soldiers before being bombed into oblivion belied Israeli claims that the tunnels were necessarily directed at civilian targets when this evidence would seem to support the tunnels were built to serve at least to some extent the military purpose of engaging armed Israeli soldiers. In heavy fighting since five more mosques have been hit in overnight fighting extending into Wednesday morning where directly hitting another United Nations school in a Northern Gaza refugee camp school killing as many as twenty more children. In early reports Israeli spokespersons claimed Hamas fighters were to blame for engaging in a firefight with Israeli soldiers.
       Although Israelis have claimed Americans are "on the front lines with them" apparently because Americans are so impressed with Israel's "embracing of democratic Western values" ever more young and aging Americans apparently are beginning to more strongly doubt the credibility of many recent Israeli factual claims regarding what often appear to be atrocities reportedly with the exception of certain evangelical American minorities and especially the fanatical support of many American Tea Partiers. As for Americans' deep abiding respect for "democratic" values that respect has hardly been demonstrated with many taking significant issue with that assertion in that that most "American" of State institutions the C.I.A. arguably has been responsible for the destruction of more elected democracies than any other State institution in modern history as it is well-known that those democracies to which the C.I.A. is not sympathetic are not only not to be supported but rather terminated and permanently eliminated by C.I.A. murderers at the first credible or not-so-credible opportunity last century by assassins and this by "lethal surveillance teams".
       The recent events reportedly have drawn Iran closer to the cause of the Hamas armed wing. Israel repeatedly has claimed that Gaza targets may actually have been hit by errant Hamas missiles although so far Israel has not adduced any credible evidence in support of this claim. CNN reports that in recent weeks the hundreds of Palestinian children killed in the Gaza strip number greater than the total number of Israeli soldiers killed in the area in the last six to eight years. A member of the Israeli opposition claims that United States taxpayers have "footed the bill" for more than ninety per cent of the Israelis' so-called "Iron Shield" as well as possibly the cost of and supply of other Israeli airbase in Germany today personnel were alarmed to find the dead body of an apparently African male who was found dead in the rear landing gear wheel-well after being missed by a first post-landing check then only found lagerby a follow-up check of a large United States C-130J transport which had made stops at several African countries in unrevealed sequence including those affected by the Ebola virus outbreak which has caused significant health and security concerns within the United States Air Force.
