       Sunday, 22 March 2015, HOUSTON - Texas just keeps on giving as its latest "rising Lone Star" Senator "Freaky" Ted "Moronic Shutdown" Cruz apparent "mastermind" of the 2013 Federal Government shutdown which cost this country an estimated $24 billion and Tea Party nightmare loudmouth kingpin reportedly according to the Houston Chronicle plans to be the first potentially "major" Republican candidate expected to announce tomorrow Monday, 23 March 2015 his candidacy for President launching the GOP primary race.
     With his new glasses which unfortunately did not come with a new brain one expected recycled opponent will be Indicted Idiot Texas Ex-Governor Rick "Payback" Perry unless he is in prison for abuse of power charges for which he faces a 99-year sentence if convicted. Reject The Keystone XL Pipeline Petition To President Obama As It Offers Americans Nothing But The "Opportunity" To Have Their Lands Seized To Benefit A Canadian "Dirty" Oil Company And Live In Fear Of A Catastrophic Uncontrolled Spill To Wipe Out Their Livelihoods And Homes Completely

       Sunday, 11 December 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Ninth Amendment editorial board asks readers please to consider signing the below linked petition to President Obama urging him to stop the Keystone XL pipeline before it cuts a dirty swath all the way down the middle of our beautiful country solely to benefit a Canadian "Dirty Oil" company and the Republicans who have been paid off to support it, even those readers who do support the responsible drilling for and use of fossil fuels while keeping in mind all of our obligation to the next generations to pass on a planet that not only barely sustains life but is the remarkable Earth that was created for the pleasure and enjoyment of us all.  Keystone XL is none of that just as it is not a long-term job creator other than for a handful of people (except when it starts rupturing with age creating the immediate need for an army of environmental experts doubtless coming in from elsewhere to mitigate the damage).

       Keystone XL benefits longer-term no Americans whatsoever other than corrupt Republicans who line their pockets with the bribes that keep them bringing the dead Keystone XL project back time and time again like a filthy zombie leaking blood from every orifice forever looking for an unlocked door to lurch into our Homeland and your home. The sole beneficiary is a Canadian "dirty oil" company specializing already in destroying Canada's environment with its foul "tar sands" extraction laying waste to all land it touches, and finally it offers no benefit whatsoever to any Americans in terms of long-term jobs, oil revenues or reserves or anything else except it does guarantee a huge gash of poison and constant danger of catastrophe ripped all the way from Canada through unwilling Americans' property to the Gulf of Mexico where it all will be dumped into the global oil market if anything making American oil less valuable.
       There is absolutely no good reason for any honest American to support this project or allow our politicians to give it the go-ahead. It is uneuivocally bad news all round for this Great Land and our People who love it with no redeeming feature whatsoever unless one wishes to make a filthy Canadian oil company even richer content not only to destroy their country but ours as well. Please do not just say "no" to the XL Pipeline, just say "no thank you" not in our or anyone else's lifetimes. Back off and leave us alone as we have problems enough of our own and the world's challenges to handle. We do not need your problems as well. So in the words of Michael Jackson big Canadian dirty oil you can "Just beat it!"

     In recent days in addition to misuse of official New Zealand law enforcement and intelligence equipment (some of which may have been made available to New Zealand by the United States for legitimate use) private hacking sites identified as voltaa.com related hacker referring and URL referring sites as well what are identified as Google Serbia sites have resulted in disrupted dissemination of information by this site as well as the reporting to the Ninth Amendment of what presumably are incorrect sites and countries. Presumably this activity is largely intended to and may actually prevent dissemination of reports regarding New Zealand pervasive National Ruling Party and individuals therein corruption now encompassing a wider range of conspirators in a growing criminal racketeering enterprise. The statistics further indicate a sudden complete drop of site visits by the United Kingdom and Canada in recent days averaging about fifty visits daily to what at least have been reported as between zero and one visit daily.
     Canada is a Commonwealth Country commonly rated to be one of the least corrupt countries in the world. New Zealand commonly also is rated mistakenly to be one of the least corrupt countries in the world but in recent months and years has proven itself to be one of the most corrupt countries in an ostensibly free society ranging from law enforcement, to judicial, to highest government level abuses. New Zealand's false "clean" rating has been maintained by a concerted effort to tightly control the small group of hand-chosen individuals who pass the false rating information on to the presumably ignorant of the truth international organization Transparency International monitoring all countries' information but reportedly not actually rigorously testing or investigating it including not visiting subject countries. Reportedly the local group in New Zealand keeps sufficiently isolated through tightly-controlled staffing by members of New Zealand's ruling corrupt rich and elite colluding to keep the truth from the world and therefore maintain on very false premises undeserved global goodwill, as well as commerce and tourists steadily flowing to New Zealand.
     The United States State Department by officials not wishing to be identified has confirmed the United States growing awareness of endemic corruption among New Zealand's ruling elite and significant numbers of rogue law enforcement personnel including New Zealand Police and SAS as reported through U.S. diplomatic missions in New Zealand. The United Kingdom which appears to have shown significant interest in posts at this site has virtually disappeared from statistics of site visits which as mentioned above also appear to be interfered with, diverted, or disrupted such that they show minimal "hits" totally inconsistent with seven years of previous statistics at this site.
       The United Kingdom is the mother country of the Commonwealth of which New Zealand is a member although the corruption-connected and criminally conspiring ruling National Party leaders have abused positions of power to threaten and manipulate lower and appeal court judges through frequent recent changes in bench appointments while eliminating New Zealand's relationship with the United Kingdom's Privy Council. The National Party government has replaced it with a partisan Supreme Court as the ultimate arbiter of New Zealand's legal affairs, matters and final case judgments favoring a small cadre of the privileged. Many New Zealand court hearings are held in secrecy with no public presence accompanied by gag orders enforceable by significant jail time for violations releasing any information including public court clerk filings such as briefs and judgments, which jail time judges may extend indefinitely at whim for "contempt of court".

       Sunday, 30 March 2014, RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA - In consideration of the Ninth Amendment's ethical duty to readers in the United States and worldwide to preserve needed resources for necessary reporting on diverse matters globally the Editorial Board has resolved to curtail at this time reporting on serious matters of endemic corruption among individuals and conspiring groups presently in positions of power in New Zealand such that they remain able to divert and misuse for improper and illegal purposes significant official resources to further their own improper, unlawful and criminal enterprises.
     Recent events have afforded opportunities for facilitated investigation and particularly rare public glimpses into, i.e., intertwined connections between private wrongdoing and public corruption in New Zealand as touched upon in some recent posts in the Ninth Amendment. The Editorial Board regretfully has reached the decision that lost and threatened resources of the Ninth Amendment including economic and time costs of interference encompassing criminal actions causing significant damage and harm to persons, equipment, communications indeed every element of continuing ongoing publication should not be sacrificed at the expense of our duty to readers to provide the quality, depth and diversity of reports readers have come to expect of the Ninth Amendment.
     We remain confident the appropriate domestic and worldwide regulatory and enforcement agencies which already are aware of and have assembled much of the pertinent evidence, including those as appropriate based in the United States as well as without limitation global banking, taxation, environmental and criminal regulatory and enforcement agencies, will achieve the inevitable result of bringing those responsible to justice including their facing and making reparation for in certain cases enormously costly consequences of their actions.
     We trust that the New Zealand judiciary including some of the particularly objectionable mechanisms of interference with individuals' rights and public justice with which it is burdened, at least until it has properly matured, will reconnect with the awesome heritage of the legal system of the mother country of the Commonwealth, including hopefully reconnecting with the Privy Council and ditching New Zealand's ruling party's recent replacement of that venerable body with its partisan "Supreme Court" as the ultimate arbiter of New Zealand's judicial affairs.
     The Editorial Board of the Ninth Amendment is aware that our decision may disappoint some readers but hopefully will come to be recognized as necessary when all the facts in due course come to light. In the meantime we particularly encourage readers worldwide to stay aware of and throw and keep their support constant for the brave actions of the New Zealand individuals and press, including particularly The Herald, the Sunday Herald and the National Business Review in their continuing fight to make New Zealand the country which it can be and the world largely mistakenly now believes it to be.
