     Friday, 24 July 2015, AUSTIN - The Texas Third Court of Appeals today although dismissing a lesser charge left intact the more serious charge for abuse of power for which a Texas grand jury last August indicted corrupt Idiot Texas Criminal Ex-Governor Rick "Payback" Perry who now still faces a 99-year prison term if convicted. Although Perry's attorneys tried to play down the seriousness of the offense for which Perry of the infamous "smiling mugshot" still faces an effective life term in the hellish nation's top "sexual assault" prisoner on prisoner Texas rape prison system of Perry's own creation as a "politically motivated" minor charge (with a possible 99-year sentence) that characterization obviously is anything but accurate or truthful as might be expected of any hack representing (at Texas taxpayers' expense) the longtime corrupt Indicted Idiot Texas Criminal Ex-Governor Rick "Payback" Perry.
     While obviously not being concerned about his future possible life in prison the ever ambitious Perry handlers (who previously had Perry tell Texans he never would run for president until they apparently figured out they could likely steal vastly greater amounts from the U.S. government with the help of a Republican Congress) now have recycled the brain dead still standing presidential "hopeful" reportedly while out on bail boning him up now with new eyeglasses and his own personal "scholar" tutor in an apparent attempt to teach the former veterinary student which Texas A&M still refuses to acknowledge to at least briefly give the appearance of knowing how to speak and think and thus give the impression of having the false ability to communicate logically any content of value from his long dead brain perhaps even with an earpiece instructing him what to say while in "debate" most importantly remaining standing and avoiding minute-long lapses in speaking such that a call to 911 need not be required as nearly occurred in Perry's last presidential debate attempt as he apparently struggled to recall which federal agencies he had been instructed to "plan" on eliminating if elected curiously including those such as the Department of Energy which assembles the nation's nuclear weapons for the Department of Defense.
     In actuality the abuse of power charge Perry still faces left intact by the Texas Court of Appeals is the result of Perry's efforts to derail the rightful investigation of and subsequent Perry attempted cover up of blatant illegalities in his use of his so-called "Texas Enterprise Fund" (TEF) as Perry's personal slush payback fund paid for by Texas taxpayers for Perry to pay off cronies and fellow Perry criminal associates and supporters as well as reward criminal former Texas Attorney General now Governor "Woman Hater" Greg "Payoff" Abbott for refusing to perform his required oversight duties of the TEF to see that funds disbursed met legal application requirements and created Texas jobs which requirements in fact none of the funds doled out by Perry to cronies did nor did anyone involved even bother to attempt to show that they had benefited Texans from whom the funds were taken in taxes.
     Criminal GOP Texas mob AG Abbott completely neglected all his oversight duties consistent with his years-long successful effort collecting millions in dollars in bribes even from parties over whom his Texas AG office frequently was conducting "legal determinations" given Abbott in the form of "campaign contributions" even while not running in any seriously challenged campaign. The Perry TEF unlawful slush fund also perhaps most notably was used to funnel money indirectly to criminal former Texas AG Woman-Hater Greg "Payback" Abbott since he notoriously intentionally unlawfully conveniently "overlooked" his oversight duties of the his co-conspirator Perry's use of the TEF fund allowing Perry to illegally dole out millions of dollars with kickbacks then for example from Abbott's major "donor" TEF slushfund recipient longtime criminal Bank of America (see, e.g., B of A's criminal role in the Parmalat largest bankruptcy in world history setting up fake accounts and even branches eventually idiotically exposing the whole vast multi-national criminal enterprise "calling" a bogus loan part of its own vast criminal participation) which "contributed" funds back to pay off Abbott unlawfully for beneficial treatment as corrupt Texas AG to make "official" decisions in Bank of America's favor while accumulating funds for Abbott's eventual gubernatorial campaign as Idiot Texas Governor Rick "Payback" Perry handlers were bound one day to make the  decision to run him for their puppet president of the United States provided they could keep him still standing while brain dead perhaps playing up to Perry's hopes of then trying to "secede" the United States from itself as he repeatedly had "threatened" to do with Texas so that it presumably again might become Mexico's northernmost province.
     Abbott used years of such illegal bribes later to fund his campaign for governor of Texas allowing Abbott to enter the campaign to succeed presidential hopeful brain dead still standing Perry with a $30 million war chest before even officially beginning the campaign against Democrat opponent Wendy Davis with a catchy campaign theme song referring to women as "Hoes" while Davis received as much or more in legitimate campaign contributions than Abbot but could never make up for Abbott's illegal $30 million "head start" in bribes and payoffs from the usual small group of out-of-state suspects eager to continue exploiting the "business friendly" Texas for all they could wring out of the Lone Star state about which they could care less all of which funds eventually were used by Abbott to fund a television smear blitz against Wendy Davis as well as ads in which his conveniently Latin mother-in-law was the only one who would vouch for Abbott totally dominating negative television advertising in the final weeks of the Texas gubernatorial campaign insuring his place as the next corrupt GOP Texas Woman-Hating "Payoff" Governor also known for his peculiar hatred of the physically handicapped especially strange because of his own moral and ethical but also physical disabilities caused by an accident for which Abbott received an enormous insurance settlement which he then took steps to make sure no future accident victims in similar situations would "hit the jackpot" in Texas as Abbott himself had.
     This tragically again left good honest hard-working Texans once again to be relentlessly abused by another Republican criminal Texas governor along with his corrupt GOP party legislature doing all it could to deny the vast majority of fine true Texans whose interests it does not represent from voting either at the polling place or by imprisoning them while serving nothing but the GOP criminal enterprise's own greedy interests and that of its criminal cronies who do all they can to rip off the great Lone Star state for all they can get among other things trampling workers' rights and destroying the state's environment polluting its air, water and ground and requiring Texans to have their own land and that of the state's children's day care centers "fracked" even against their wishes without any thought for the future of the state, its people and future generations of Texans and their children.

       Thursday, 23 October 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - One only need review the released income tax returns from the two terms of former U.S. Vice-President "Pigheart" Dick "Criminal Notorious" Cheney during this period of moderately paid "public service" instantly to see the astounding degree Cheney apparently used the Nation's second highest office of Vice President as a multi-faceted cashflow machine to accumulate vastly more (reported) wealth than he ever had prior to that while heading Halliburton Company the huge multinational "oilfield services" company that has been charged with, found guilty of and settled for an unfathomable quantity and range of worldwide misconduct charges often encompassing brazenly lawless acts of criminal, civil, governmental,  enforcement, regulatory and private violations without limitation of which to list a comprehensive record of just non-confidential resolutions could consume entire lifetimes endlessly compiling Halliburton and related entities' misdeeds which like its cashflows ever accumulating faster than they ever would or could be compiled to conclusion (excluding those never even discovered or pursued).
       A few examples confined just to Halliburton Company involving alleged seriously "bad acts" could be expected to help inform readers' understanding as to the brothers-in-arms (literally) as well as the public and not so public evident dominance of Halliburton whether formal or informal very often by former CEO and Chairman of the Board Dick "Pigheart" Cheney in deference to his corporate and political power, degree of cunning persistence, depth of ruthlessness and seemingly unbounded capacity for depravity should anything like a person, law, nation or necessary war to destroy it (other than its oil producing assets) in any way dare interfere with an enormous need for the fulfillment of rank greed and power to the lowest insatiable level.
       As to its apparent unflagging intensity it almost seems akin (but completely contrary to) the drive to achieve a near unconquerable lofty goal of perceived monumental human greatness one feels the draw of destiny to accomplish ultimately to give thanks and express gratitude, but he here somehow rather instead drilling ever downward into some filthy black muck rather than soaring ever higher to help all humankind finally to accomplish the distant promise of the greatest of gifts fulfilled. But with such will instead buttressed by a malevolent crumbling foundation of corruption it is destined for a wretched collapse from the shattered individual up to its entire global enterprise with an unimaginable (and unacknowledged) capacity for "collateral damage" to both the innocents (and not so innocents) caught up in what to some is a seemingly clearly scripted course for disaster producing tragedy of potentially apocalyptic proportions for an untold and often largely unpredictable population of all inhabitants of the Earth expected and not.
       The first of just a few instances of Halliburton Company's frequent proximity to controversial events of catastrophic proportions raised here is the disaster of the "Deepwater Horizon" deep sea drilling platform series of explosions and the resulting loss of human and other life and as well as the viability of a huge body of water that this world cannot afford to have threatened, harmed nor killed resulting in extensive persistent pollution (often hidden by the "BP cleanup" by mixing it with the notorious toxin Corexit which mixes with oil only to form a more toxic semi-solid layer of poison hovering just feet below the surface where regulators cannot so readily see it) in the Gulf of Mexico and much of its coastline. Halliburton Company in the "Deepwater Horizon" case ended up paying out $1.1 billion to settle litigants' claims against it.
       The Wikipedia entry linked to below is an excellent source of material on allegations of and subsequent action on several further deeply troubling and distressing events which can be read about in more detail there continuing with Halliburton Company coming to take a leading role as a federal contractor with Dick "Pigheart" Cheney having assumed the Vice President of The United States position. In the run-up to the allegedly long planned invasion of Iraq with Cheney's avid support before the United States even invaded Iraq in 20003 Halliburton was awarded a  $7 billion contract described as unusual as no one else was allowed to bid. Cheney had been CEO of Halliburton Company from 1995-2000, retired from the company with a $36 million severance package during the 2000 U.S. Presidential Election which miraculously landed both he and not really elected "President" George "little shrub" Bush in their respective positions despite their ticket having won neither the popular nor electoral vote. Cheney's Halliburton severance was later "augmented" by Halliburton amounting to almost another $40 million by 2004.
       Cheney reportedly stayed in frequent contact with Halliburton management according to some sources which meanwhile was the subject of a variety of continuing complaints now focusing more on allegations of Halliburton's demands of favoritism, special treatment and the like since Cheney took public office. Too lengthy to list here but worthwhile for background on Blackwater featured in this story because of its apparent close ties with and even possible growing out of some elements of Halliburton in some form like another former Halliburton subsidiary KBR which among other things was charged with having committed 38 rapes of women in boxcars and having left them their for 24 hours with no food or water.
       Meanwhle when BP brought claims that Halliburton had destroyed documentation demonstrating Halliburton's responsibility for the "Deepwater Horizon" tragedy Halliburton subsequently was found guilty of destroying evidence. Later yet the Nigerian government brought corruption charges in 2010 against the ever-busy Cheney and Halliburton which were settled by Halliburton for $250 million. Beyond this but not limited to it readers may also be interested to know that the Federal Contractor Misconduct Database details 10 instances since 1995 of Halliburton misconduct in this regard resulting in penalty payments of $791 million per offense. Also a further 22 such instances of misconduct have been determined to relate to former Halliburton Company subsidiary KBR.
        The Ninth Amendment because of the longstanding conduct of Cheney and related often intertwined companies believes it important to share with readers the background culture of Blackwater ("Blackdeath") which after several  name changes to relatively threatening names in the wake of lawsuits finally began changing its name to shall we say less laden more or less forgettable names in the wake of a large numbers of  charges, lawsuits and presumably settlements at least at locations not fully known but most likely spanning the globe. In another post previously reported here Blackdeath at one point was even given embassy security duties always traditionally the positions manned by marines.
       In Pakistan Blackdeath was performing outdoor "crowd control" which they accomplished by beating U.S. visa applicants with billy clubs as they tried to stand in line waiting to get in the embassy to apply for visas. Later local police arrested the Blackdeath contractors and took them back to their "business office" where they were charged with keeping a large stash of illegal (even in Pakistan) arms including blackjacks, sawed-off shotguns and similar thuggery weapons. An older Ninth Amendment post based on recent information at the time examined reports that Cheney in his Blackdeath and related and subsequently named business endeavors had managed to assemble one of the largest private security forces in the world often comprised of felons, early release prisoners, killers and large numbers of skilled or at least willing fighters and veterans with mercenaries and similar types as well filling its ranks.

Blackdeath to our knowledge came to prominence not surprisingly with Cheney achieving high office and access to U.S. Government funds which apparently were quite soon put to use at first reportedly preparing for the American military by building sub-standard housing, providing sub-standard meals and building aircraft runways that cracked apart on U.S. planes arriving on them in Iraq. Cheney's preferred method of payment as previously reported here was $100 bills wrapped and lowered on pallets from helicopters. In any case as these non-professionals became "security services"  the incident which brought some of these actors to justice clearly demonstrates their unfitness and inappropriateness for such jobs that should properly be done by trained U.S. servicepeople.
       Together with a reported predisposition in their Blackdeath culture that was "anti-Iraqi" although the United States and later some of the U.S. dutiful reluctant partners that showed up on behalf of the United Nations were reportedly there to "help" (the U.N. Building not built purposely inside the "Green Zone" subsequently tragically was destroyed by a truck bomb which with it killed the former Argentinian Secretary-General of The United Nations) on the day of the incident in question in the trial reported on here the Blackdeath security group for some reason heavily armed killed 14 Iraqi men, women and children stuck in a traffic intersection with "Guard" Slaten the sniper and the use by "Guards" Liberty, Slough and Heard of weapons including rocket propelled grenades and machine guns while the American military watched in apparent horror. Under United States law the use of a machine gun in the commission of a violent crime carries a mandatory thirty (30) year prison sentence.        Thursday, 10 October 2014, AUSTIN, TEXAS - In a certain sign that Indicted Corrupt Texas Idiot Governor Payback Perry the "unconcerned" mugshot smirker after being indicted on two felony abuse of power counts handed down by a federal grand jury carrying a 99-year prison sentence is increasingly panicked which apparently makes him commit even stupider missteps than usual such that he might again at any moment go completely "brain dead still standing" as he did for nearly a minute on national television the Idiot Governor who already tried to force the Travis County District Attorney D.A. from office in a moronic subterfuge for cutting all funding from the state's Public Integrity Unit under the delusion that this black magically would stop in its tracks the investigation into his criminal misuse of his pet so-called Texas Enterprise Fund (TEF) now known as the Perry Taxpayer Funded Slushfund Enterprise to illegally pay back political cronies who met none of the funds legal disbursement and record keeping requirements as most conveniently criminally overlooked by responsible state official co-conspirator corrupt Woman-Hating AG "Dark Money" Greg "Payday" Abbott who then shared in the millions in taxpayer loot illegally given by Perry to Abbott's major donor criminal Bank of America which then repaid Abbott with $1.4 million bribes from the same criminally misdirected Texas taxpayer money.

GOP Special Prosecutor Blasts Indicted Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry For Making "Mockery Of The Justice System" Refers To "Smirking" In Mugshot And Demanding "Special Favors"

       Thursday, 25 September 2014, AUSTIN, TX - Republican Special Prosecutor Michael McCrum who has brought back two felony grand jury indictments for abuse of power carrying a maximum 99-year prison sentence against corrupt Indicted Lameduck Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry earlier this week on Tuesday expressed disgust at the GOP-organized "Booking Rally" to celebrate his criminal booking in which McCrum referred to the rumored GOP 2016 Presidential "hopeful" as "smirking" commenting "[i]n my 30 years of experience I have never seen a defendant make such a mockery of our system of justice." McCrum has recommended to the Court that he be permitted to drop his $300 per hour stipend to $250 to help the State pay another attorney in the indicted Perry's prosecution.
       Indicted Perry at least as an indication if not proof of his criminal tendencies vowed vengeance on those responsible for his prosecution saying they would be "held accountable".  Despite the Indicted Perry's apparent nonchalant contempt for the Texas criminal justice system for which he himself is largely responsible considering his mind-numbingly long interminable Governorship of Idiocy and outrage that it might conceivably pursue charges wrongfully (at least in his own case) the Indicted Perry nevertheless seemingly is not taking any chances now that he has been indicted trying to jam a few more rounds in his old laser-sighted coyote-killing six-shooter as his own growing team of defense attorneys swells funded at $450 an hour by the taxpayers of Texas with new additions funded from Indicted Perry's campaign funds who then asked for special dispensation for the Indicted Texas Idiot Lameduck Governor Rick "Payback" Perry reportedly because he was "Governor". (It is not known to the Ninth Amendment if Indicted Perry's right to carry a firearm has been curtailed by Texas due to his criminal indictment)
       "Team Perry" then took aim at the Special Prosecutor McCrum reportedly claiming that criminal defendants routinely are permitted to skip pre-trial criminal hearings which they have requested Indicted Perry next be able to do on 13 October 2014 as he and his traveling "security" circus continue their nonstop round-the-world travels at Texas taxpayers' expense to drum up other business for Texas apparently having exhausted the tourism possibilities of the Japanese.  They seemingly no longer eagerly are flocking to the State to see the Perry-incited hysteria over naked, starving brown-skinned Central American children and genocidal ISIS murderers streaming over the border. Meanwhile Indicted Perry's worldwide Texas phantom tourist recruits may be aware or not that those in south Texas and indeed all Texas roads die at by far the highest rate in the country on Texas' already most dangerous highways now become nightmare deathtraps as vanloads of 24-hour double-shift "frack" workers plow asleep into the backs of vehicles such as schoolbuses with 3+ multi-fatality "accidents" having become routine.

Perry's abuse of power was charged by the Grand Jury as characteristically unlawful Perry "payback" for the Public Integrity Unit's investigation of irregularities in the so-called "cancer charity" The Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas run by a crony of Perry's. One of the former officials there was indicted last year for his mishandling of an $11 million dollar grant meant for the benefit of cancer sufferers. The charge of abuse of official capacity against Perry carries a prison sentence of five to ninety-nine years. The charge of coercion of a public servant a two to ten year prison sentence.
       Republicans defending Perry shrugged off the possible ninety-nine year Perry prison term as a "partisan witch hunt" but acknowledged that it was a "red light" for what had been beginning to appear as his preliminary moves toward a second run for the White House after the debacle of his 2012 Presidential run in which he had broken his promise to Texas voters that he would not make the run if first elected Governor at that time. Perry in any case suffered a complete meltdown in the Republican Presidential debate which left Perry "brain dead still standing" and his candidacy likewise dead in the water. Perry apparently still is showing strong signs of brain death as it was revealed that he had spent $80,000 of Texas taxpayers' money to date for his personal defense, unprecedented for a public official facing such prosecution in Texas history.
       If convicted of the current charges Perry will be the second Texas Governor indicted while in office, the first in almost one hundred years facing serious criminal charges, and should this lead to his conviction and/or termination of his Governorship Perry would hold the ignominious position of being the only Texas governor since Texas Governor James "Pa" Ferguson who in 1917 was indicted in office and resigned the Texas Governorship before he could be impeached after being convicted of ten criminal charges involving his extensive wrongdoing in office involving vetoing appropriations to the University of Texas. With Perry down it is not unexpected that many of his corrupt Republican appointees and cronies developed over years as GOP Governor now may begin to fall like dominoes such as his recently strongly censured U-T Regent appointee Wallace Hall, Jr. also for charges of abuse of power including misconduct, incompetency in the performance of official duties or behavior unbefitting a state official. Hall will be the first appointee of a Texas Governor ever impeached if he is after the Travis County District Attorney finishes its criminal investigation of him.

Abbott Corruption Post Apparent Criminal Portal Internet Interference Delays Publication Adds Further Major Inaccuracies To Google Site Statistical Performance Reports

       Monday, 30 September 2013, THE TOWER OF LONDON - "Power Corrupts. Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely." What on God's Earth could Lord Acton have meant by those convoluted words so confusing to the ordinary cryptographer as to surely have meant nothing at all? No doubt His Lordship uttered them just as thoughtlessly as the Founding Fathers entirely consistent with their otherwise tediously nonchalant drafting of the United States Constitution included the Ninth Amendment when they circulated it to the several states as one of the original Twelve two of which must have been really bad as the States could not even stomach that balderdash and had to trim the whole lot down to the Ten renumbered and come to be known as the "Bill of Rights" (or to today's three branches of Government the "Invoice of Suggestions".)
       Yea! did the Founding Fathers furthermore that fateful summer in addition to verily vestigial verbiage plunked elsewhere in the Preamble and Body of the Constitution's text lavishly extoll and make use of their many lustrous and other select arsenal of ponderous words for no reason at all other than to waste their time, breath, energy and to avoid having to go back a moment too soon to their families, whom in any case the N.S.A. had it fully metastasized could have been keeping an eye on them making sure lest they leave anything out of their letters or their (beta) Facebook entries.
       We might admit it appeared ever so slightly challenging to this Ninth Amendment editorial board for a while to predict the who and when until having done nothing to stop it came the next wave of perpetration of widespread U.S. Government overreaching, abuses of powers and outright violations of long-established laws as soon as those misdeeds became technologically feasible and "cost-effective" in that special "national security" sense of the term. That is any cost is effective and every security is national.
       Now despite N.S.A. General Keith Alexander's assurances of facile necessity like technology run amok with hackers the breaches of our liberties have rumbled exponentially close behind with the government hacking at the heels of our private lives at 20 million hits of metadata an hour. Turns out we really do not need to know exactly what you were doing on the telephone with the ACLU two hours a week, because we have a pretty good idea, and especially after the N.S.A. Hearing (oh, that is us!) then they spoke with the Center for Constitutional Rights for just another hour (told you those CCRS were always even a wee bit sneakier, a wee bit craftier). And zoom in on that wall at the Facebook birthday party video at their National Offices would you? 25X magnification, 17 filters, and, oh, hand over the night vision goggles while the candles are burning, just make out that "Master Litigation Chart" as if with the naked eye right there, eh? 
       Surely those "powers" of continuous contiguous surveillance which were never granted to any State most definitely not the Federal Government in 1789 nay to the N.S.A. nor any of the other fifteen or twenty others in any of the two-and-a-quarter-centuries thereafter (just thank goodness the Military stays out of our Government, has no interest in it like in those banana republics!) in the solemn and sacred Compact with the People known as the U.S. Constitution, so therefore according to the plain parameters of that document in fact remain vested exclusively as the inalienable rights (cannot take them away) and sole provinces (NO WE NEVER SURRENDER OUR MOST PRIVATE MOMENTS) of  WE THE PEOPLE of THESE UNITED STATES NO OTHER COUNTRY and it is WITH US ALONE they reside. (But who wants privacy if they have nothing to hide? Why not stay pure in the clean bright blinding light of the public arena, like us?)
       Pray read your Declaration of Independence, your Preamble, your Constitution, all your "Charters of Freedom", disseminate them each a thousand times over before THEY tell you SURE they EXIST but NOWHERE do they say YOU can READ THEM! Nowhere do they say we cannot convert them to digital and WIPE THEM CLEAN!
