GOP who have not called out Trump are complicit in lies to People further in violation of oath to Constitution implicating reasons set forth in the Declaration of Independence for the return of just power to the People with whom all power resides and only from whose continuing consent all just power derives further evidenced by GOP anti-democratic and anti-constitutional deeds including affronts intended to eliminate the core foundation of three separate co-equal branches of government instead exploiting rather than upholding and defending the U.S. Constitution contrary to its spirit the GOP breaking its compact with the People with intent to take over all three branches and consolidate power in an oligarchical autocratic fascist GOP staged takeover violating all established agreed decent norms which the People have a duty to arrest to restore the true original intent of the Constitution for the survival of constitutional democracy with United States historical strategic world leadership restored based on its "better angels" not Republican corruption and avarice and greed and most importantly which is essential to the national security as well as vital to the security of an interdependent world.

The growing real danger of a Trump administration steadily descending into tyranny falsely relying on its alleged uninformed belief that such an executive branch's increasingly improper and well-documented unlawful actions may rightly be based on the preposterous notion that its incompetent and unfit President is afforded any valid support and/or assumed but in reality non-existent legitimacy by the shrunken mass of a stark minority (or imagined or even real majority) when following neither the animating spirit nor letter of the Constitution and the law whose own party when in the apparent sole position to do so has proven itself unwilling and/or unable to hold him to such lawful and proper behavior and/or remove him from office therefore rightly must be overcome by the greater People who recognize it as their Constitutional duty alone likewise to be willing only as necessary to employ whatever means needed to accomplish the removal of the despot from office only for the purpose of restoration of the rightful constitutional democratic norms as inherently is recognized as the constitutional imperative of the People alone from whom the sole source of all original power of governance resides and to whom it returns as its steward as may be necessary in the course of human endeavors and events.
       Even longtime well-respected recognized established Republican true conservatives who have left the party in disgust with the GOP's demise into an unprincipled anti-democratic ideologically devoid group willing to ally with repugnant misfits which GOP has but one remaining goal to serve their rich masters desperate to accomplish nothing more than their own survival by providing a sufficiently profitable return on donors' investments in the seats that have been bought for them, even those former Republican stalwarts who have left the party increasingly have come to the conclusion that the time has arrived to throw in the towel and for the best interests of all concerned recognize that the Republican party needs to die.        Thursday, 22 May 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Ninth Amendment editorial board in the spirit of "sharing" or readers please pick a favorite noun (pronouns, adjectives and adverbs may not work too well) now that about nine out of ten pieces of "personal" correspondence the Ninth Amendment receives per hour are Democratic Party pleas for money those in the United States or foreign citizens living in foreign countries who for some reason have not yet made those Democrats' solicitation lists drawn from party registrations, past contributions or pledges, or presumably any reason whatsoever to hope such persons may give that Democratic Party money, well the editorial board hypothesizes that such left out "non-grassroots" readers may wish and indeed deserve their own actual authentic such Democratic Party solicitation.
       Eager readers may keep and even try to print out for free at no cost whatsoever the actual authentic solicitation below for their very own just as if it had been sent directly to them should they care to see what may be coming soon to their own democracy if not yet so lucky or if already in the United States to get a behind the scenes peek at what those "bleeding-heart liberal socialist communist elitist gun-taking abortion-crazed career-unemployed so lazy they even have to get their welfare checks direct deposited now to their accounts at the local pawn shop Democrats" are up to since in all transparency (or readers please pick your own noun as above) as demonstrated by the solicitation below it is fairly obvious already to those Democrats without further evidence necessary that those Republicans mostly are up to their usual limited anti-democracy arsenal of dirty tricks, obvious distortions, outright lies, quasi-criminal uses of others' money so they can get even more for themselves which they do not need anyway, and whatever conspiracies and crimes might seem helpful at the moment while law enforcement is kept diverted busy throwing everybody else in jail for smoking pot or ingesting some new drug being sold and distributed by CIA / DEA informants.
       In case the GOP should lose the handful of really rich people and maverick geniuses buying the U.S. Government for those Republican candidates like Texas' brand new Superstupid McCarthyite Tea Partier Ted Cruz (the GOP's secret weapon currently "handling" U.S. foreign policy which he has for some reason identified as his clear mandate as a new junior senator to try his hand at solo in Ukraine presumably to see if his first success can be single-handed to goad Putin into another Cold War or just go for it and start World War Three and show the world that all this stuff U.S. taxpayers have bought from "defense contractors" for so long can pass the big test) those Republicans may want to copy those Democrats' "grassroots" funding techniques if they work some and the GOP has little other choice. We believe the strategy basically goes like the following with all those Democratic solicitations for money mentioned above and the free real one below.
       Say hypothetically those Democrats have a huge pile of e-mail addresses which formerly may not even have been thought worthwhile prospects because they (actually the people at the addresses) vote in their own countries (where elections are available) or if in the United States have records of apparent Republican support, e.g. former not-really-elected "President" George W. Bush. But considering there is little downside why not throw even him the "Hail Mary" bomb and shoot him a couple thousand e-mails as he may make a big donation by mistake or change his mind and become a Democrat based on a particularly compelling plea or just because he hates being in the same party as Dick "Pigheart" Cheney as much he dislikes his former lieutenant Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry and maybe fears apocalypse should Perry like him become "President" by another sneaky obvious Republican coup even if Perry is imprisoned at the time.
        As for the foreign e-mails to foreign citizens, well who knows? Again what is the downside as for all those Democrats know they may have a bunch of absentee U.S. ballots lying around that the Democrats sent to them because that is how those Republicans do it and because they seemed like they might want to get a shot at the U.S. trough even if they were citizens of the wrong country, or maybe they even have a warehouse of dead people's ballots because the C.I.A. screwed up rigging some country's "democratic" election and got its countries mixed-up. It happens.
       Then there is always the chance of some really evil very lucrative even more than top secret type of "deal with the devil" where there is a covered stadium full of pallets of ballots that all the locals know about which mean it was some kind of operation not really appropriate for actual United States Government employees that then could only be the brainchild of Dick "Pigheart" Cheney hiring out one of his contractor-type companies made up of mercenaries, "early-released" deathrow felons, murderers, dishonorably discharged criminally insane military snipers all with some name like Halliburton, Blackdeath, Wastewater, or the latest one Academia or whatever, finally having "got it" when doing the periodic name change after the latest atrocity that an image change to go along with it probably would not be a bad idea. Kind of like Perry.
        If that last one did turn out to be a real scenario then the Republican fundraisers would really be in luck and the good kind at that as Cheney was a Republican at least when he was Vice-President (he sure did live up to the name of that position). Yes that is the ticket just lower the pallets of hundred dollar bills first and then the ballots. One just never really knows the true vagaries of the magic of the democratic process. In any case enough digression with the actual authentic souvenir solicitation of those Democrats which follows, which again readers are free to keep for free at no cost.

       Only fitting that Cruzian "Tea Partiers" of today distort that essential foundation of our Nation's history to debase it to a series of meaningless noisemaker events worthy of nothing more than the decimation of a collapsing country. Only this country to be rendered once again into the Republicans' timelessly failed recipe for repeated homeland economic disasters a la "Apocalypse Now", copyright the Doors, is our own fault.
       As usual the big-slime corporate donors want readers wrongly to believe "they are helpless" but to keep dumping money in the coffers of social pariahs like ATT and Verizon busy using confused callers perpetually extending "contract fees" (i.e. their latest consumer ripoffs) vying for those coveted front tables at the latest iteration of their "Tea Party" luncheon where they can sit just feet (oh boy!) from the Superstupid Tea Partier Supreme (yesterday dragged from the House of Reprsentatives because he did not know which house of Congress to which he belonged blabbing his phony filibuster). Sentaor Cruz may have his no doubt gathering henchman explain to him who is giving what so that it is easier to keep it straight on "payback" day, which in the Republican spirit unabashedly was cemented by former movie star and poster child for the disadvantaged Ronald Reagan.
       As best we recall before his Presidential inauguration speech had even begun Reagan's staff already had started working the front rows assuring luminaries such as then Searle President ("Pigheart") Cheney that that pesky aspartame ruling (causes brain cancer, does not everything?) would be reversed as soon as "Big Ron" could be taught to sign (no, NOT PRINT) his name to the orders to the FDA Administrator. No need to wait even until the Administrator could be replaced with someone more "enlightened", or should we say "encumbered" with the famous Cheney signature pallets of crisp new stacks of $100 bills straight from the mint press to the helipad do NOT pass time-consuming bill serial number recording.
       Speaking of brain cancer why not FINALLY ALREADY turn our attention back to today and the selfless generosity of ATT and Verizon wireless extended to the "Tea Party" morons and most of all their self-styled brainless leader Senator Ted Cruz, hear the tea spoons clanking around in his empty noggin?). BREAKING NEWS MANHATTAN: U.S. Drone Reportedly Crashes In Manhattan (After Government Gas Runs Out) Picked Up By Curious Bystander Who Examines Photocard

       Thursday, 3 October 2013, MANHATTAN- CBS Television News reported that just over SEVENTEEN HOURS AGO, when mostly freshman United States Representatives and their idiot House loser leader Boehner along with lost Senate Republican freshman prodigy Ted Cruz (no known relation to the actor) cut of the money for all Americans' headwear just as flu season started, cut off the temporary funds to keep the government afloat with temporary money, and forced the entire United States to stop work and defer paying millions of its Federal employees sending most of them home with no pay for the coming weeks. The Congress is not believed to have chosen to do the same to itself. Meanwhile as we prepared for press reports began coming in from CBS-TV news in New York that a (nonexistent) drone has crashed on a busy street (are they not all) in Manhattan? No government gas.
       Except the really important adolescents who work for the National Security Agencies and those who pack lox lunches and dinners for the generally heavier old Republicans before they go home and pat themselves on the back, Senator Cruz reportedly was either delirious or under the influence of borderline "brain death". Not unlike his beloved protege lame duck Texas "Village Idiot" Rick "Payback" Perry had been at the now infamous Republican nationally televised "Perry brain freeze". Whatever the case Cruz is a Senator with high hopes in the Republican party for carrying the mantle of the "Tea Party Republicans" boldly into the fully forseeable budget disaster which awaits us all.
       Although frugal California Governor Jerry Brown has not ever even been known to set foot in his "California" limo or mothballed "mansion", Texas Brain Duck Governor George "little shrub" Perry could be seen to once again shed a crocodile tear as Bush gleefully loaded his laser-sighted six shooter with some extra bullets in his mouth for good luck. "Better bullets than bandaids" the really extremely  short Perry reportedly quipped as he accidentally clipped a tree beside his beloved Labrador and sent his bodyguards diving for cover from his errant bullets which could have bought vaccine for a whole clinic.
       As reported here some weeks ago the relatively tiny and shrinking number of Texas "Tea Party" dupes see Perry idiot protege Senator Steve Cruz as the flag bearer of the "Tea Party" mantle that confused ignorant hope for salvation, having squandered earlier money on nonexistent coyote problems and boldly living out the fantasy of the "Tea Party King". (Some of those American Republicans sure do like Kings, like George of England.) They know on which side their toast is dusted.
       So Senator Cruz finally last night had to be physically escorted from the House of Representatives reminded that he is a big Senator now but NOT also a Congressional Republican Representative who does NOT get to vote twice to dump our Nation's living and eating money as might have been expected by this latest disastrous Republican financial "hero of ruin".
       And just the most recent Republican to take the Country down the sewer drain amidst fear, stupidity and recrimination. The most memorable last financial disaster of a sick fear-mongering Republican, well that would of course be just another long-time dope addict's run taking the Country along on the road to financial ruin was Republican star Senator McCarthy. As Cruz quivered wondering what next Mengelian medical research hare-brained scheme Republicans (many of whom are too stupid to marticulate from an accredited United States Law School and in any case not be able to succeed on their medical boards without a good deal of  grease-fillled Republican hand-squeezing).
      At least Senator Cruz can take comfort that he is not the only one in over his had as clearly now after his SECOND totally failed chance to divert further compounding of Republican-created disasters in a totally bad faith disingenuous last minute call unbelievably AGAIN to meet with President Obama TWENTY MINUTES before they lock up the government BOEHNER a COUPLE YEARS LATER STILL WANTS TO BE PLAYING with dredging up decades of yet more new dead old issues in a desperate attempt to run down the clock. The United States does not just have to close up the public restroom here and say, phew! that was a close one.
       And they even try to make the Republicans look like someone's heroes? Who their mothers? Do the Republicans WHO CAN ALWAYS SEE THE DOCTOR WHENEVER THEY WANT really believe that for making sure that the Americans' long ago duly fully legally passed universal health care is further diverted while these Speaker Boehner and fellow turkey Republicans play cock-a-doodle-doo with the real hard-working Americns' need for life and death health care now is going to make them some kind of heroes for thinking up stupid old lies as fast they can to kill off the people who voted for them?
       Now that is over how about a litttle time to go out and get a little cash in the palms, eh eh? Heck, their voters can wait all day in the emergency room for basic medical care (paid for by the State not the Feds mind you readers) for a while longer just like always (and probably catch something far worse while they are waiting in that germ pit.)
       No dice for the hot shot Republicans until after they have gone round and gotten paid off by all their insurance company pals and the people THOSE REPUBLICANS REALLY REPRESENT. We know they will be going to see their doctors in the morning, getting paid their Congressional salaries and honorariums and a little of this and a little of that just a small gift oh just fine, and sitting down for a nice steak dinner for lunch before they go to sleep with a job well -- NOT done. But just that one last thing must be sure to collect the dues BEFORE the pressure is off, right?  Oh yes indeed it is business as usual in the Grand Old Party, just do not get stomped on (or worse) by that big old elephant. . . . . Because we will sure want to see you still when we need next need you.
