       Thursday, 9 November 2017, LANGLEY, VA - GOP Hack congressman Pompeo was laughably more strident about national security matters when they involved nothing more than just mouthing off or criticizing members of the Democratic Party than he has proven under his master mobster GOP Donald "The Donald" Trump. The hypocrite GOP hack CIA Director "Tea Party" Mike "Fatboy" Pompeo formerly undistinguished Kansas GOP hack congressman Mike Pompeo aka "Tea Party" Mike "Fatboy" Pompeo aka "Fatboy Mike" is in bad need of reading the National Security Act of 1947, as amended 1949 ("the Act").
       If Fatboy Mike is himself deficient in reading ability like his master Trump as recently has been suggested by Fatboy Mike's public gross misstatements including without limitation at a recent security summit and intimations since then continuing unabated demonstrating a seeming intractable inability to comprehend the United States Intelligence Community Assessment prepared for former President Barack Obama which widely has been accepted by the sane as relatively important to the future of the country as well as the future disposition of Fat Mike's boss and associates it would be in the best interests of Fatboy Mike and the country Fatboy Mike doubtless loves almost as much as the Trump GOP that Fatboy Mike have the Act described to him with pictograms if necessary such as the pictograms the manifestly unfit CIA Director Fatboy Mike purportedly uses when presenting PDB "Trumptelligence" to the manifestly incompetent President of the United States doubtless telling Donald "The Donald" Trump only "happy" FOX-type "news" that Trump needs to hear especially from Fatboy Mike who knows how to tell it national security be damned so Trump does not throw a tweet tantrum or try to start a nuclear war.
       The Act established the Central Intelligence Agency as the first U.S. peacetime non-military intelligence agency charged with protecting the national security overseas and for better or by all signs worse Fatboy Mike is now the head of the CIA. Fatboy Mike by all accounts is confused in his mistaken belief that above all else his primary role in his post is that he must provide GOP political and/or legal cover for his boss and associates at any cost even as he largely neglects his actual imperative duties to address international cyberwarfare and threats to the U.S. 2018 election and any number of other grave national security dangers originating abroad of which Fatboy Mike likely has minimal understanding grow exponentially swirling around him as his boss allows Fatboy Mike's operatives of whose activities Fatboy Mike likely is clueless leaving them to run amok in virtually unchecked expansions of drone warfare and paramilitary activities and who knows what host of other misguided activities in places such as Afghanistan where the CIA already one would have thought had cemented a disastrous and costly enough history with Operation Cyclone and following disasters at least to keep the CIA away for a couple generations or so having accomplished less than nothing except the creation and arming of terrorist organizations which would come to threaten the United States globally with the CIA then not so covertly having to go back and unsuccessfully help fight against them and suffer most unfortunate staggering losses at the hands of the Taliban when the CIA now instead of re-engaging might have found some other area to infiltrate and support heroin or arms trafficking per usual to fund some new covert unauthorized mishaps.
       Significantly Fatboy Mike specifically showed particular interest in and picked the CIA Counterintelligence Center as the one to report directly to him supposedly to control "leaks" and "misbehavior" which happens to be the group at the CIA most involved in the Trump-Russia counterintelligence investigation from the start after European allies brought suspicions to its attention as well as the CIA group supporting the FBI in the ongoing investigation. Tellingly Fatboy Mike obligingly complied when asked by Don Donald to contact the New York Times and dispute on condition of anonymity what has turned out to be Trump's lie that there was no contact between Don Donald and associates and their now established Russian pals. Fatboy Mike declined to say whether Don Donald asked him publicly to deny collusion between Team Trump and Russians which Trump almost surely did do because he asked the same of other heads of the intelligence community who he knew were not so compliant as Fatboy Mike Pompeo. Although certain CIA personnel apparently dismiss such a "robust" political bent in a CIA Director as to be expected such does not seem acceptable when that bent sacrifices national security to please particularly a president who may have conspired with the enemy to illegally come into power and threaten the constitutional democratic underpinnings of the country.
       Finally Fatboy Mike's refusal to say whether Don Donald asked Fatboy Mike to try to shut down Comey on the Flynn matter is entirely unsurprising since to have admitted having done so would either have cast the heavy shadow of guilt on one or both of them for obstruction of justice. CIA spokesman Ryan Trapani's denial of any impropriety by Fatboy Mike as "ridiculous" immediately calls to mind the response of Vladimir Putin's all-round henchman and spokesman Dmitry Peskov's dismissal of any question as to any worngdoing at all ever by Putin or Russia similarly as either "ridiculous" or alternatively "absurd". In fact Donald Don personally could have recruited Fatboy Mike Pompeo's CIA spokesman Trapani for him from the Kremlin as the way the Trump-Russia investigations are progressing it would not be altogether surprising if Don Donald and associates had some sort of worker exchange program going with Putin and the Kremlin to overcome language barriers and facilitate any conspiracy.     
       In any case it is most vital to the national security which implicitly includes the future survival of the integrity of the United States system of constitutional democracy which implicitly further includes confidence in the security of voting that Mike "Fatboy" Pompeo aka Fatboy Mike should his history and civics knowledge be as "challenged" as his apparent English comprehension skills at least be made aware of the existence of the U.S. Constitution and its significance impressed upon him to the limited ability of pictograms as needed to do so. The CIA's mission despite the fact that GOP hack Director Mike "Fatboy" Pompeo has amply demonstrated himself to believe otherwise is not to above all else protect the presidency of Mobster Donald ("the Donald") J. Trump even if "Don Donald" chose Fatboy Mike specifically for that purpose but rather to rise above or at least to float atop the Trumpian cesspool and cease to misdirect the Agency's resources thereby gravely further endangering the United States but instead at least somewhat properly devote the CIA's resources to its mission to protect the national security. One good example not to learn from would be to study the tenure of CIA Director David "Love Note" Petraeus and definitely do not do anything that he did or even think about it at all. And choose a better password.

       Tuesday, 15 June 2014, SHREVEPORT AND HOUSTON, THE GULF OF COREXIT -  The editorial board of the Ninth Amendment once again reluctantly has determined that the time is upon us that we must creep about for a few hours because it is that brief period no longer than an extra-innings professional baseball game after luncheon and before the dinner hour when Texas present and former Governors and Presidents lay down for their nappy-time toddies perhaps occasionally arising from their untroubled slumbers to play another quick round of video golf or practice their penmanship signing all those darn papers that just keep coming no matter how fast they sign them and then check to make sure that all were signed right side up. An honest man must earn his money the honest way or it just does not feel right.*
       Fantasy worlds of sweet delusion aside the editorial board of the Ninth Amendment has decided actually at this time that the all too familiar increasing interference with domestic, interstate and international communications between our northern hemisphere headquarters and various technical support and news bureau locations such that one who did not know better might think that our rigorous investigative and reporting impartiality and focus of attention might be compromised by the implied complications inherent in various implicit and more explicit threats really is nothing more than an arguably refreshing opportunity to peruse the statutes for the latest draconian penalties enacted for cybercrimes both mundane and exotic and related newly criminal activities focused on information technology, computers and the Internet that the State has been so busily enacting in the broad sweep of its hysteria that the number of years those who intermittently maintain such an interest in attempting to disrupt and divert this site qualify for achieve a number that eventually becomes higher than we are able easily to count but certainly totals something on the order of several centuries' worth of lifetimes far greater than one person might ever reasonably expect to live.
        Then of course for good measure comes the time to throw on the less sexy (as they say in the profession) list of activities which are not cyber anything but nevertheless have been around for centuries since in most cases there also is a laundry list of predicate unlawful acts which one would rather just have skipped altogether but remain altogether necessary nevertheless in many cases just to get to the scene of the crime whether one likes it or not.
       And finally as if all that were not enough just to make sure some bad guy (or gal) who is not one of the lucky ones who secretly was slipped their get out of jail free card out of the woodwork come the seemingly non-specific innocuous-sounding but not really so much as one would think charges like conspiracy, aiding and abetting, knowledge before the fact, knowledge after the fact, obstruction of justice, attempted, abandoned (but not in time), and of course always the danger of misidentification, disidentification, robodentification, wrong prisoner, blind witness, jailhouse snitch one never even remembers seeing before, even God forbid a peace officer sworn to uphold the law but who describes you and your actions such that you do not even realize she is testifying under penalty of perjury about you.
        is it worth risking all that? Especially when one then will more likely than not be at the mercy of some other sick individual not a true friend but who will hold out, no way will he sell you out for a song. But then on the other hand, maybe for what he finally settled for which was a song and a sandwich. And you have nothing new to say?  So maybe they decide not to rat you out either. At least they only have something Well then on a slow day maybe it is time to speak of mandatory sentences, so sad everyone's hands are tied. Oh except come to think of it maybe there was that one person, that one alone who might change the charges just a little bit to manipulate the "mandatory" minimum. If only that dog had not barked, the one that just did not care for steak seasoned with valium.
       Well on the other hand someone could have had a handgun for self-defense. Maybe they never really made it to the gun range despite the best intentions. Likewise cleaning and oiling it. Anyway readers can tell where this one is going. Some of us had it happen right down the street. Two bad guys lost their shirts at a poker game so they followed another fellow who had cleaned up at the poker game home and into the house with him and his wife. Only problem was that they were two armed men and he was one in pajamas with his gun in the drawer. But he pulled out the gun beside his wife still sleeping and pandemonium ensued. Later it took the police a while to figure out how who got where.
       In any case the domestic gunfighter did get off a shot or two. The only problem was that the one he hit and killed was his wife. As for the other two they had been around the block, avoid ed the "gunfight", they just wanted the money. And sure enough the police did catch the guys which gives us the chance to add one last point to what seemed like such a simple little crime. The poker thief did not have a gun and did not take a shot at anyone. But the husband shot his wife dead during the crime. Because the law can be a strange thing with some little surprises. He was tried and went down for murder.
       So there is one last thing to add on to everything else when we try to add up all those years. The guy who had hardly a thing to do with any cybercrime ended up with one last thing about which to worry. Like everything else it seems it has its own name, a special circumstance, although it does not sound so special in a good sort of way.
       The editorial board of the Ninth Amendment has seen more than its share of the law. We do not particularly wish it on anyone although in this Country sometimes there is a cost for speaking your voice and writing things that not everyone will wish to hear. We do not do it because we hate our Country nor anyone in it. We do it because we love our Country it has a lot of problems but it is the best one on Earth. We aim to do our part to keep it that way with the clear instructions of the men and women (they could not sign it but we have no doubt where the true decisions were made). People will disagree on how best things are done until there are no people left but one.
      But we have the ground rules as straightforward as they can be. Our ancestors made a sacred compact that established the rights and responsibilities among many different people trying to live together in one country, and among the people and the State to which they would lend their power. From their own very painful experience they agreed foremost that with very few exceptions a person, a group of people and a press were free to say as they pleased and others respond as they wished.
       As the Ninth Amendment reminded readers before in times when persons disagreed with our words all persons have always been free to respond as they pleased elsewhere or with allowance provided right here for their comments published for all to read for themselves. However it is axiomatic that free speech in no way encompasses interference or attempting interference with another person's right to speak, to assemble and/or to publish what words they will. And finally as to the truth itself one can spend a lifetime trying to change facts, but so far as we are concerned a fact is a fact and the truth is the truth. And the truth cannot be denied nor ignored forever. That is a fact.

       Wednesday, 11 June 2014, HOUSTON, TEXAS - The editorial board of the Ninth Amendment hereby alerts readers that in the wake of record numbers of diverse readers' pageviews of this site in the past day(s) the Ninth Amendment again has been hit by an unprecedented number of referrals from a site URL now identified as that of or related to webchat.freenode.net which never before in seven years has referred any traffic to the Ninth Amendment. Originally an England and Wales PDPC open source IRC project obscuring the identity of originating server unique information founded and directed by Rob Levin the project later reportedly was cyberattacked by a group identifying itself as the "Gay Nigger Association of America".
       Mr. Levin then after being "discredited" for diverting funds for personal needs such as rent and transportation from webchat.freenode.net reportedly was struck on his bicycle at night by an automobile in a hit-and-run accident in Houston, Texas on 12 September 2006 and died four days later on 16 September 2006 resulting from injuries he sustained as a result of this criminal act.
       Houston where the rich pay tolls not to wait in miles of standstill traffic conceals the low-profile Texas home of former WWII flyer President George Herbert Walker Bush who reportedly plummets from an airplane way high up in the sky to mark his 90th birthday today like former C.I.A. flight "guests" except presumably deploying a parachute and not first machine-gunning any humans in distress on the earth below. The man who has had more advanced birthdays than a great many he has known now simply is "41" in the inner sanctums of the "Crypt", the "Bohemian Grove", the Dallas "Triple Underpass" and once "Carousel Club", the "Company", the "Bush-bin Laden Family Oil Investment Club", the defunct Iraqi "Officers' Club", the "Thousand Points of Blight" Fan Club, the hallowed chambers of both the "Pink" and the "White House" including Situation Room and tap-dancing Portico, other diverse places such as those short on print space, and now on upcoming CNN Specials.

After a nudge in the right direction to the proper partisan election officials by brother Jeb who happened to be Governor of the state of Florida in question "41" then sailed to his Presidential "appointment" directly without consultation or hesitation in one day by the Supreme Court which is after all the final arbiter of the "true meaning" of the Constitution answerable to no one but In God We Trust who exercises Her will if not sooner then later after its members' lifetime tenures end in body, mind or both. Now the new "43" might occasionally go to work at the office while his other non-Florida Governor brother had the contract to provide overall WTC site security until 11 September 2001 the horrific day when that arrangement when put to the test did not work out.
       Dick "Pigheart" Cheney immediately when the possible scope of the national threat was figured out in a matter of less than hours already had first taken charge by sending "43" back on the same exact street route off to the Florida airport to share the U.S. skies empty except with rest of the bin Laden family and ensconce himself Cheney in the President's position in the White House Situation Room. Later in the early evening of 9/11 workers at Towers 1 and 2 watched in awe as distant WTC7 which reportedly had been untouched by heat or flame nor any significant debris at all simply collapsed without warning like the Twin Towers perfectly dropping into its own footprint floors falling at a freefall rate consistent with full gravitational force not even slowed by the previously intervening structure which sequentially disintegrated ahead of the freefall to earth.
       Bush the Elder is the namesake of the George Herbert Walker Bush Center For National Intelligence and International Assassinations And Petting Zoo aka C.I.A. Headquarters in Langley, Virginia.      Readers interested in pursuing their right to exercise their own "free speech" by like means including editorial, educational, commercial, social, political and/or all other species thereof as to which Congress shall make "[N]o law", United States Constitution Amendment One, via a means such as this log may be interested to know that the pseudo-experiment of days past conducted by this electronic publication herein described especially as to posts focusing on the techniques of the (extra)ordinary citizen in conducting one's own "Private Investigations" may be pleased to learn that such efforts with minimal focus on algorithms, keywords, megatrends, search engine optimizations and the like have indeed brought a steady increase in the worldwide readership audience through the simple act of writing.
     It is no secret that the CIA has acknowledged including in the press both a public joint venture investment with Google in mapping everyone's house on the planet as well as other investments including through "front" corporation(s) which either invest in Google directly or through the open market, that Google has disclaimed any ill-intentioned complicity in such actions by the CIA, and that Google indeed has even gone so far as to sue President Barack Obama for revelations of the NSA and other "National Security" agencies claimed "uncooperative" shared "data-mining" expeditions within the treasure troves of personally identifying information and cataloging of the identities, characteristics physical and otherwise, habits, no doubt bodily genetic sequences, fluids, hairs and so on of a fair population of the world including many American citizens suspected of nothing whatsoever, in shared efforts with the growing league of "social media" spyhouses run by Twitbot, "Zuck" Zuckerboy's Facelog or Mugbook, Ink 5, Linked-In-Chains, and so on. Real spies like acronyms, tech snoops prefer innocent-sounding names which are not.
     That having been said it strikes the editorial board of the Ninth Amendment log as extraordinarily curious that in the grossly apparent cyber, hacking, harassment, threats of harm, species of extortion, identity theft and myriad other local, state and federal crimes which this publication for reasons which escape us now has been compelled along with our loved ones to endure interfering with our peace, safety, happiness, work, ability to freely express ourselves much less earn a living for what we believe to be entering its third month that the person(s) engaging in such acts would choose of all methods to use those provided by the very federal agencies which can just as easily use those methods to backtrack with such ease their use compels one to wonder just how far their knowledge of anything extends once beyond the narrow confines of the "tech world".
     We will not further belabor the point in a world full of compelling and significant news as we already have spent far enough space in these past weeks fully documenting the apparently freshly illegal footsteps leading right to and through the doors and drawers of our computers, servers, files, and other information repositories and means of communication with our public. Several weeks back we even provided in HEADLINES the exact phone numbers which have ADMINISTRATED our accounts without our ever having provided them to anyone for the purposes, websites and URLS which have mysteriously shown a suddenly enormous amount of interest in our otherwise rather more limited audience political satire posts, and so on.
     Let us distill it to the following evidence that should it in fact prove that which it strongly tends to suggest to be true should provide more than enough fodder for plea bargains and prison sentences of downright UGLY terms. In the course of this education the Ninth Amendment has learned much and as always wishes to share some of that knowledge with our readers. To wit: SEARCH ENGINES: Google and we do not know how many others now save your EVERY search just in case you were interested or had any illusion of privacy left.
     Your every log in and log off of many different accounts, not to mention all changes or even just oddities of settings and habits are now RECORDED. Our dear readers no doubt already are aware that without near-constant diligence with an array of "add-ons", programs, toolbars, sledgehammers and who knows what else YOUR EVERY MOVE IS TRACKED. And it seems that everything that is not constantly updated immediately should be suspected of, what?, started to spy on readers, of course.  Just do a little reading on, say, Mozilla.org creators of the Firefox browser. Go ahead, we dare you.
     In any case we relate the following. By going into our Google accounts section (recall co-owned by the CIA), settings/security/activity, we can get a fairly quick snapshot of what has been going on with log ins and offs, password changes, location of work changes, server changes, IP address changes, etc. Upon doing this we were surprised to come upon the following. By the way, the way, the qrobe.it search engine available as a free Firefox add-on search engine allows us to look into all areas of interest with an https (secure?) connection privately searching terms of which it keeps no record and we would suppose leaves no trace.
     The Ninth Amendment log was surprised to find that just about the time our many diverse interferences with service, authorizations of unauthorized accounts and phones to go into our e-mail and disrupt our posts, our I.P. address suddenly changed from a very long tedious unchanged list to a couple entries for 12.227.207.201 IP Address - State of California - Data Center Services - California Department of Technology, or Dts-mis. This IP stood out from a long San Francisco list but instead supplied the rather "broader" San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose. This location was not too hard too find for this Host Name California IP address, necessitating only a quick qrobe.it search yielding, ta-da, www.IPlocationfinder.com.
     Seems that the "Recent Activity" in our "Google Accounts" in later July 2013 fell under the heading of "Notice of Unfamiliar Activity" (we all know about that, do we not?) Next thing we knew we were descending from the air toward the most recognizable intersection of Market and Van Ness Streets (yes same notorious southwest corner once home of Boas Honda before some incident we seem to remember from the 1990's was it already with a, well, too-young boy.) As we descended we learned that we were approaching IP latitude 37,7749, IP longitude -122.4194, "workplace" address home of the afore-mentioned California Department of Technology, now described by our computer as an agency which "Provides cost effective, large scale data processing and telecommunications (oh great!) services to the state, county, federal and local government. And us, apparently. AT&T Services we learned provides the address. Alas with just two entries on that location which apparently had been performing administrator functions including between our (unknown) "linked" Google accounts to (our previously unknown to exist) Picasa, Youtube, and our independent unrelated (we thought) e-mail account, Google sadly failed us, informing us that the sudden unrush was over as the prior two weeks of OUR July data apparently were disappeared just like that into a simple but powerful notice "Events unavailable prior to this date".
     Funny seemed to us that about half of this past July had felt just about the same to us. Well written.
