Out-Of-Control Drunken Congress Capitol Holiday Parties Cited By Police

       Wednesday, 25 March 2015, WASHINGTON, D.C. - Capitol Police have contacted the Republican-controlled Congress telling its members to control wild drunken parties hosted by lawmakers and staff on Memorial Day and the 4th of July to watch fireworks from the Capitol building west front. The details of a letter sent by the Capitol Police provide apparent further proof that the Republican-controlled Congress is "functioning" at the level of college fraternities such as those recently in the national spotlight for idiotic criminally outrageous acts and abuses during a period of life intended to require serious work.

       The Capitol Police cited not only major risks of unruly overflowing crowds in the Capitol building where there have been injuries from slips and falls caused by "excessive drinking" but also the near falling from a Capitol balcony of an unidentified drunken partier. Moreover the Capitol Police found it necessary to inform the GOP-controlled Congress that unmanageable wild parties which pack the Capitol building with many unidentified persons bringing in coolers of alcohol and potentially other deadly liquids posed a serious security risk to all which presumably could lead to a national security disaster drawfing the danger of a drunk partier falling off a balcony.

CREDO Action Plea To American People Resist Manipulation Into Another Unwinnable Mideast Conflict In "President Obama Just Bombed Syria" Calls For Signing Of Petition To Congress To Vote

       

       Thursday, 25 September 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - CREDO Action yesterday made this plea that the American people call the White House their Senators and Representatives and demand an immediate Congressional vote on the war President Obama has launched expanding from Iraq now into Syria arguing for a vote of "no war" and calling on the American People to sign the below petition.
       The reason CREDO Action submits justifying this plea is detailed below on the basic premise that that United States continued and escalating participation in hostilities in the region of diverse warring factions will not end them based on long historical experience in the region and almost certainly exacerbate them using the analogy of the CIA's disastrous failed attempts in Afghanistan which only eventually led to the CIA's creation of the fully armed Taliban.

Senator Dick Durbin has already announced that the Senate will debate and vote on a new AUMF for Iraq and Syria after the 2014 midterm elections. The truth is that it's going to be a steep climb to convince Congress not to sign off on President Obama's war. But the expansion of airstrikes into Syria makes it all the more urgent that we put pressure on Congress right now not to rubberstamp another costly, open-ended war in the Middle East. Congress rejecting authorization is no guarantee that the president will halt his war in Iraq and Syria -- but it's the best shot we have. There is no urgency driving an American response at this moment. Even according to the Department of Homeland Security, ISIS poses no immediate threat to the United States. There is no immediate crisis as there was in August when CREDO supported the emergency U.S. air strikes that blocked the genocidal ISIS and helped protect minorities by holding the Kurdish defense line in Northern Iraq.2 Since then, the situation in Iraq has stabilized, and Iraq has formed a new government, replacing the corrupt and divisive former Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki. The civil war in Syria is stuck in a bloody stalemate. The current media frenzy that has been ginned up largely by chickenhawks from the Bush administration and parroted by politicians from both parties is not an adequate justification for the United States to continue its intervention in either Iraq or Syria.      From what the Ninth Amendment knows of reports of certain New Zealand Police operatives and agents out of prison during at least many relevant periods the culprit will well be found to be "one of the usual suspects" conspiring with National Party leader(s) and other of co-conspirators in various criminal activities and enterprises.  
     In recent days in addition to misuse of official New Zealand law enforcement and intelligence equipment (some of which may have been made available to New Zealand by the United States for legitimate use) private hacking sites identified as voltaa.com related hacker referring and URL referring sites as well what are identified as Google Serbia sites have resulted in disrupted dissemination of information by this site as well as the reporting to the Ninth Amendment of what presumably are incorrect sites and countries. Presumably this activity is largely intended to and may actually prevent dissemination of reports regarding New Zealand pervasive National Ruling Party and individuals therein corruption now encompassing a wider range of conspirators in a growing criminal racketeering enterprise. The statistics further indicate a sudden complete drop of site visits by the United Kingdom and Canada in recent days averaging about fifty visits daily to what at least have been reported as between zero and one visit daily.
     Canada is a Commonwealth Country commonly rated to be one of the least corrupt countries in the world. New Zealand commonly also is rated mistakenly to be one of the least corrupt countries in the world but in recent months and years has proven itself to be one of the most corrupt countries in an ostensibly free society ranging from law enforcement, to judicial, to highest government level abuses. New Zealand's false "clean" rating has been maintained by a concerted effort to tightly control the small group of hand-chosen individuals who pass the false rating information on to the presumably ignorant of the truth international organization Transparency International monitoring all countries' information but reportedly not actually rigorously testing or investigating it including not visiting subject countries. Reportedly the local group in New Zealand keeps sufficiently isolated through tightly-controlled staffing by members of New Zealand's ruling corrupt rich and elite colluding to keep the truth from the world and therefore maintain on very false premises undeserved global goodwill, as well as commerce and tourists steadily flowing to New Zealand.
     The United States State Department by officials not wishing to be identified has confirmed the United States growing awareness of endemic corruption among New Zealand's ruling elite and significant numbers of rogue law enforcement personnel including New Zealand Police and SAS as reported through U.S. diplomatic missions in New Zealand. The United Kingdom which appears to have shown significant interest in posts at this site has virtually disappeared from statistics of site visits which as mentioned above also appear to be interfered with, diverted, or disrupted such that they show minimal "hits" totally inconsistent with seven years of previous statistics at this site.
       The United Kingdom is the mother country of the Commonwealth of which New Zealand is a member although the corruption-connected and criminally conspiring ruling National Party leaders have abused positions of power to threaten and manipulate lower and appeal court judges through frequent recent changes in bench appointments while eliminating New Zealand's relationship with the United Kingdom's Privy Council. The National Party government has replaced it with a partisan Supreme Court as the ultimate arbiter of New Zealand's legal affairs, matters and final case judgments favoring a small cadre of the privileged. Many New Zealand court hearings are held in secrecy with no public presence accompanied by gag orders enforceable by significant jail time for violations releasing any information including public court clerk filings such as briefs and judgments, which jail time judges may extend indefinitely at whim for "contempt of court".

     That having been said it strikes the editorial board of the Ninth Amendment log as extraordinarily curious that in the grossly apparent cyber, hacking, harassment, threats of harm, species of extortion, identity theft and myriad other local, state and federal crimes which this publication for reasons which escape us now has been compelled along with our loved ones to endure interfering with our peace, safety, happiness, work, ability to freely express ourselves much less earn a living for what we believe to be entering its third month that the person(s) engaging in such acts would choose of all methods to use those provided by the very federal agencies which can just as easily use those methods to backtrack with such ease their use compels one to wonder just how far their knowledge of anything extends once beyond the narrow confines of the "tech world".
     We will not further belabor the point in a world full of compelling and significant news as we already have spent far enough space in these past weeks fully documenting the apparently freshly illegal footsteps leading right to and through the doors and drawers of our computers, servers, files, and other information repositories and means of communication with our public. Several weeks back we even provided in HEADLINES the exact phone numbers which have ADMINISTRATED our accounts without our ever having provided them to anyone for the purposes, websites and URLS which have mysteriously shown a suddenly enormous amount of interest in our otherwise rather more limited audience political satire posts, and so on.
     Let us distill it to the following evidence that should it in fact prove that which it strongly tends to suggest to be true should provide more than enough fodder for plea bargains and prison sentences of downright UGLY terms. In the course of this education the Ninth Amendment has learned much and as always wishes to share some of that knowledge with our readers. To wit: SEARCH ENGINES: Google and we do not know how many others now save your EVERY search just in case you were interested or had any illusion of privacy left.
     Your every log in and log off of many different accounts, not to mention all changes or even just oddities of settings and habits are now RECORDED. Our dear readers no doubt already are aware that without near-constant diligence with an array of "add-ons", programs, toolbars, sledgehammers and who knows what else YOUR EVERY MOVE IS TRACKED. And it seems that everything that is not constantly updated immediately should be suspected of, what?, started to spy on readers, of course.  Just do a little reading on, say, Mozilla.org creators of the Firefox browser. Go ahead, we dare you.
     In any case we relate the following. By going into our Google accounts section (recall co-owned by the CIA), settings/security/activity, we can get a fairly quick snapshot of what has been going on with log ins and offs, password changes, location of work changes, server changes, IP address changes, etc. Upon doing this we were surprised to come upon the following. By the way, the way, the qrobe.it search engine available as a free Firefox add-on search engine allows us to look into all areas of interest with an https (secure?) connection privately searching terms of which it keeps no record and we would suppose leaves no trace.
     The Ninth Amendment log was surprised to find that just about the time our many diverse interferences with service, authorizations of unauthorized accounts and phones to go into our e-mail and disrupt our posts, our I.P. address suddenly changed from a very long tedious unchanged list to a couple entries for 12.227.207.201 IP Address - State of California - Data Center Services - California Department of Technology, or Dts-mis. This IP stood out from a long San Francisco list but instead supplied the rather "broader" San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose. This location was not too hard too find for this Host Name California IP address, necessitating only a quick qrobe.it search yielding, ta-da, www.IPlocationfinder.com.
     Seems that the "Recent Activity" in our "Google Accounts" in later July 2013 fell under the heading of "Notice of Unfamiliar Activity" (we all know about that, do we not?) Next thing we knew we were descending from the air toward the most recognizable intersection of Market and Van Ness Streets (yes same notorious southwest corner once home of Boas Honda before some incident we seem to remember from the 1990's was it already with a, well, too-young boy.) As we descended we learned that we were approaching IP latitude 37,7749, IP longitude -122.4194, "workplace" address home of the afore-mentioned California Department of Technology, now described by our computer as an agency which "Provides cost effective, large scale data processing and telecommunications (oh great!) services to the state, county, federal and local government. And us, apparently. AT&T Services we learned provides the address. Alas with just two entries on that location which apparently had been performing administrator functions including between our (unknown) "linked" Google accounts to (our previously unknown to exist) Picasa, Youtube, and our independent unrelated (we thought) e-mail account, Google sadly failed us, informing us that the sudden unrush was over as the prior two weeks of OUR July data apparently were disappeared just like that into a simple but powerful notice "Events unavailable prior to this date".
     Funny seemed to us that about half of this past July had felt just about the same to us. Well written.

Criminal Activities Continue Directed At The Ninth Amendment Log And Its Staff

     Saturday, 27 July 2013 - CENTRAL TIME ZONE AND OTHER LOCATIONS - Continuing criminal activities and threats right up to the very moment of this posting still interfere with and would seek to intimidate the expression of Free Speech under the First Amendment by the editorial staff and all associated with the posting of the Ninth Amendment log.
     Our thanks to the members of the Department of Justice and other law enforcement agencies who have collected information available to us regarding recent criminal activities directed at this site and its staff, including oblique personal threats directed at our families and loved ones and evidencing a large amount of resources devoted to the effort. Our thanks also to the New York Times and especially to Mr. Paul Krugman We also express our thanks to the Department of Defense trained computer experts who have performed a preliminary analysis of the criminal cyberattack(s) directed at the site and now apparent jamming efforts directed at its preliminary transmission.

     The fact for the day in other news is that according to preliminary reports we have received from our Central European research bureau is that during WWII the contract for the "management" of Jewish and other prisoners of the Nazis in German concentrations camps which also included the tattooing of identifying numbers on the arms of each was awarded to and performed by International Business Machines (IBM) which would put it in a class with other still thriving companies with a legacy dating to Hitler's Nazi German regime including of course Volkswagen ("people's car") and chemical conglomerate I.G. Farben supplier of its trade name pesticide Zyklon B supplied to the Nazis where its was poured into the vents above faux showers in which millions of Jewish and other concentration camp victims were gassed to death.

     Friday, 19 July 2013, SAN FRANCISCO - The ubiquitous appearance in various statistical compilations and analyses of the referring site and URL http/t.co/1kXhhiBfBE has been lost neither on the editorial staff of the Ninth Amendment nor other official entities unmasking parties of interest in the convergence of recent diverse investigations of an apparent conspiracy to improperly monitor and collect information with illegal intent and means falling within the scope of elements appearing to comprise those both of relatively recently enacted cybercrimes and other laws which have existed so long as peoplekind have sadly operated from and acted upon bad motives.
     Possible candidates for criminal activities as previously noted in our most recent posts have included a range of possible counts from those dating from the common law to others appearing in the statute books only in recent years with the advent of, i.e., identity theft and an ever-broadening array of others reflecting the seriousness with which our society has come to take the potential for compromise of its most personal information through the vagaries of the "information age" and the vast potential for abuse which it affords those who are so inclined to avail themselves of whatever means it affords them to leverage wrongful acts such that they are in a position to pose a threat and harm to a far broader range of victims than in times past.
     In any case the Ninth Amendment Log does not as always accept remuneration of any type nor in any way coordinate or disclose in advance to those whom we might mention in a post a favorable comment which is based solely on our own opinion and experience with some product or service solely motivated by our own inclination to do so. Here in examining seeming oddities of results using familiar tools in our own amateur attempts to collect information on sites such as the one mentioned in the header and first sentence of this post we find ourselves having visited a site with which we have had frequent prior experience, www.webrankstats.com, but in this case finding it leading to sources intentionally stripped of identifying information.
     Readers who are not yet familiar with sites of this type, meaning that which is the one directly above, may find it interesting to visit it or other like sites or those from which it compiles information, in order to collect more information on sites of interest to them, including their history, performance, progress amongst its peers on the web and so on. Meanwhile it has been our fascination along with sleep deprivation recently to have become acquainted with individuals for whom such sites are essentially no more than a toy or casual diversion, their depth of experience with the web being nothing less than astounding in the amount of information they are able to glean from it at locations and by means and speeds that defy belief.
      As we have mentioned when one finds oneself at a point confronted with what from all appearances are resource-intensive efforts intended to intimidate, influence or silence including through the use of seemingly intentionally ill-concealed barely indirect communications of suggested surveillance and other invasive practices including those that would conspire and attempt to interfere with our own fundamental rights to express our views, opinions and fundamentally political satirical comment, a cornerstone of American political speech, up to including to the level of poorly cloaked threats, we are only too happy to call in the experts and grateful beyond expression for their immediate willingness to spend hours on the paths which to them it would appear might as well have been left with breadcrumbs or even confessions just waiting to be signed.

That is but for such person(s) and/or institution(s) who and/or which may not presently enjoy life, liberty, property and happiness if deprived of it and/or them only as provided in the United States Constitution through their own action(s) as determined by their peers through proper machinations ensuring due process of law in reaching any determination or judgment.
     Notwithstanding the above the Ninth Amendment editorial board here in these hours following commemoration of Parisians 14 July storming of the Bastille commencing the French Revolution reminds or informs readers as the case may be that Ninth Amendment log posts at this URL address www.waronnothing.blogspot.com constitute core political free speech styled specifically to honor, in furtherance of  the New American tradition-in-the-making of "Gonzo" journalism as it originally was conceived, evolved and ultimately with mastery executed, the works and writing of Dr. Hunter S. Thompson.
     In all seriousness in the preceding days the following  has been communicated through all channels presently deemed appropriate, proper and necessary for the safety and well-being of all concerned parties. The lawful and accepted way to present commentary on the content of the Ninth Amendment log is to submit comments which incidentally to date since its inception have been published as submitted without change, the only admonition that the comment forum is not the place to communicate as "comments" what actually have been deemed to be submitted solely for the furtherance of commercial purposes unrelated to any posts here.
       Furthermore in all seriousness Comment is NOT the improper and unlawful violation of legally protected and enforceable rights of the Ninth Amendment log itself collectively, and/or as directed against individuals comprising its voice or the expression it embodies of fully free and protected speech, and/or by means individually or by a conspiracy of individuals attempting and/or acting as intentionally thinly veiled intimidation, inchoate threats or implications of surveillance and or personal knowledge of persons, or what may purport to be their personal and protected information for the apparent purpose of causing harm to individual(s) with intent, as well as with intent to stifle rights of expression and assembly including those protected by the First Amendment. Involvement with such conduct moreover even on the part of others may cast a wide net of culpability through the principles of attempt,conspiracy, knowledge before and after the fact,  obstruction of Justice, and so on in connection with the types of most serious crimes set out as but some possible examples apparent even as here to laypersons and set out in the following by this writer:
      
    "In or about the last several days one or more perpetrators apparently wished to make obvious to me their security breaches in my (formerly believed by me to be) sole administration and control of various (so far identified in and related to) internet and telephone accounts. The content of these breaches both comprised elements, as well as suggesting a possible conspiracy and/or attempt (so far as is known), to threaten me or the children of people I care about with being the victim of further potentially serious but unnamed crimes for which I believe other persons taking the actions necessary to do so risk bearing heavy criminal penalties when identified. These suspected breaches preliminarily were investigated and confirmed privately by former and present federal government trained computer security and cryptography experts of my acquaintance, at which time they were communicated by me to newspaper(s), service provider(s), and persons who work with, inter alia, the Department of Justice, also communicated and recorded by them including specific uncovered confirming evidence of the breach points, as well as the offending content, and told by me to many other confidantes as well. If any friend questions why I write and publicly expose the information developed here by me with help it is because I believe it my duty to all in my world to do so when these intruders might as well (except most is supposedly written in my words) claim to know my movements and those of the specifically named children of person(s) close to me, with the observation that today's world should not be assumed to be too safe a place. Furthermore I would hope to dissuade anyone even to consider doing anything else of nearly such a serious nature. Finally as some of the content in the draft emails purportedly from me led inexplicably directly into the lines of computer code appearing on the computer screen before a post goes final to digital publication in the Ninth Amendment log at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com (in case the possible/probable connection of the above-described to the publication of that internet publication escaped me), rather than succumb in silence as would appear to have been the intention of the attempted intimidation, it is my sincere hope that this course of action has been the most prudent one in both responsibly warning others who might be at risk, as well as dissuade whoever is behind it from taking anything any further. I am immensely grateful for the intensive late-night and overnight work of the two computer experts I mentioned, the latter especially who confirmed through the astounding depth of information he was able to uncover at incredible speed, including the connection to at least one specific identified telephone number accessing one of the accounts, and all the information available with that, including that phone's then-current approximate nearby geographical location. Furthermore he was able to uncover immediately thereafter that other communications to the account were being masked as from California but actually emanated from this Country's Central Time Zone, as another route to controlling the account had been hacked through a side door from a connection which I had not established the Google account in which the Ninth Amendment was published. Thanks too to all the others who took messages, preserved information, and most recently the Yahoo representative who spent more than three hours with me on the phone examining one of the e-mail accounts. As I told her I am terribly sorry her supervisor was on the phone for an extended period at the end on another matter, and I did not have the opportunity to thank her with all my heart, unlike representatives earlier in the day who would give me no more than thirty seconds and wanted to know nothing more than if I had changed my password. In any case, the urgency had seemed especially great as a frequent satirical target of the Ninth Amendment was Governor Rick Perry of Texas, and shortly after the undrafted by me drafts in my drafts account were literally thrust to my attention on my computer screen when they seemingly inserted themselves somehow above the inbox text underneath, I learned that Governor Perry had announced effectively the end of his historically long political career as Texas' in that he would not run again for Governor of Texas. Thank you for your attention to this and my best wishes to all friends and their loved ones."
