Intel Chip 12 Class Action Flaw Lawsuits Filed 9-California 2-New York 1-Illinois Computer Chip Flaws What You Need To Do Per New York Times Linked Below Intel Chip Flaw Protect Your Windows PC / Laptop Per Cnet.com Linked Below Major Security Threat Computer Global Flaw "Meltdown" And "Spectre" Found

UPDATED to 14 January 2018

Thursday, 4 January 2018, SAN FRANCISCO - After news leaked prematurely computer security experts have had to warn the public that two major flaws have been discovered in microprocessors used in nearly all the world's computers. The flaws "Spectre" and "Meltdown" allow hackers to steal the entire memory contents of computers including mobile devices, personal computers and cloud computer networks. The personal computers of consumers are at risk, but hackers first need to run software on their machines including by fooling them into downloading software from an email, an app store or visiting an infected website.
"Meltdown" is said to pose a significant threat to cloud computing services where hackers could  rent space on a cloud service then use the Meltdown exploit to steal passwords and other information from other customers. Various companies offering cloud services have told customers what they have done to address the vulnerability and what customers also must do. Meltdown still is a significant threat because cloud service companies typically have many customers sharing a single machine while the exploit is able to go around security features which normally keep customers' data apart in a single machine.
Companies and organizations have made statements about the status of patches and update directions as available and necessary to address the "Meltdown" vulnerability found in virtually all Intel microprocessors. Intel reportedly makes chips that are used in more than 90% of computer servers underpinning the internet and business operations. Customers of Microsoft which makes the Windows operating system will need to install an update to fix the problem. The worldwide community of open-source Linux coders are said already to have posted a patch to address the vulnerability in that operating system which is used by about 30% of worldwide computer users. Apple reportedly has a "partial fix" for the problem and should have an additional update coming.
Although neither vulnerability was thought to have been exploited by hackers yet, when news of the Meltdown vulnerability was leaked prematurely researchers on Wednesday, 3 December 2017 released papers describing the flaws.  For now computer security experts are said to be using a patch called "Kaiser" that was discovered at an Austrian university last year to deal with a separate flaw. Of severely negative significance the fixes installed so far for Meltdown have had the enormous impact of reducing the speed of all operating systems by about 30% across the board.
The other flaw "Spectre" affects most processors in use, although computer security experts believe that hackers will have more difficulty exploiting this flaw. But the major threat it poses is that there is no known fix for this flaw which is a fundamental problem in the way microprocessors are designed. What Intel will do in response to its discovery is not known other then so far playing down this existential threat of immense proportions ignoring for the moment that all one's data may be copied by hackers using "Spectre" but instead emphasizing the relatively small consolation that "Intel believes these exploits do not have the potential to corrupt, modify or delete data."
Paul Kocher, the president and chief scientist at Cryptography Research, a division of Rambus, and one of a coordinating group of four at different institutions who as well as another computer scientist at Google at the same time discovered the flaw, said that "Spectre is going to live with us for decades."  He said that "[w]hereas Meltdown is an urgent crisis, Spectre affects virtually all fast microprocessors. Mr. Kocher lamented that the emphasis on speed in designing chips has left them so vulnerable as to security.
'"We've really screwed up', Mr. Kocher said. 'There's been this desire from the industry to be as fast as possible and secure at the same time. Spectre shows you cannot have both.' A fix for Spectre may not be available until a new generation of chips hit the market. 'This will be a festering problem over hardware life cycles. It's not going to change today or tomorrow', Mr. Kocher said. 'It's going to take a while.'"

UPDATES to 14 January 2018 At least a dozen class action lawsuits as detailed further in the first article linked to below have been brought against Intel alleging damages from chip flaws with 9 reportedly filed in California 2 in New York and 1 in Illinois.        Tuesday, 3 October 2017 UPDATED / Thursday, 7 September 2017, New York, NY - Equifax credit reporting agency today disclosed that on 29 July 2017 Equifax discovered that from mid-May through July 2017 an Equifax website application "weak point" was exploited in a cyberattack data breach that compromised 143 million U.S. consumers' Social Security numbers, birth dates, addresses, and some driver's license and other sensitive information leaving it for months vulnerable to hackers. Hackers were able to steal credit card numbers of 209,000 consumers. Dispute document personal information of 182,000 consumers was taken as well. Equifax disclosed also some personal information of an unspecified number of Canadian and British residents was stolen.
The bad faith of Equifax is amply demonstrated several times over including as reported by NBC news that the same day Equifax finally publicly disclosed the massive consumer data breach on 7 September 2017 that it had learned of more than five weeks before on 29 July 2017 that Equifax was lobbying on Capitol Hill for a reduction in the already lax regulation of credit reporting agencies and their liability in cases of security breaches exposing consumer financial and other sensitive data.
Equifax said it has found no evidence of unauthorized activity on its main consumer or commercial credit reporting databases. The company website says that worldwide it has data on more than 820 million consumers and 91 million businesses and information on employees from more than 7,100 businesses. Equifax says in addition to reporting the breach to law enforcement with the F.B.I. now investigating Equifax also has hired an unidentified cybersecurity firm to determine the "scale of the invasion" which investigation it expects to be complete "within the next few weeks." Equifax will pay for one year free credit monitoring and identity theft protection for all U.S. consumers who request it also with additional data risk information at  www.equifaxsecurity2017.com.
The third link below is the New York Times article reporting the Equifax data breach with preliminary information including the website above. The fourth link below is Consumer Reports free advice on what every consumer should do when visiting the website. The fifth link below reports the New York Attorney General (AG) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau concerns against using the Equifax site as it requires too much information and the fine print may waive consumer rights to sue Equifax. In the sixth link below Equifax responds that those fine print terms do no apply in this help site case but former NJ Deputy AG says do not take Equifax marketing department advice for this as contract terms control. At the seventh link below the more recent New York Times article provides updated directions accounting for further developments at Equifax in response to the breach as to what steps one should take now to protect credit and personal information as best as even if imperfectly possible against misuse. The eighth link below details concerns about security of the PIN provided to unfreeze credit reports after one freezes them. The ninth link sets out how to freeze credit reports at each major agency.
Unfortunately it appears that some Equifax executives despite its own catastrophic recklessness in not protecting data which consumers did not willingly provide to Equifax in the the first place nor request it to store may have exercised Equifax stock options and sold before the breach announcement was made public in addition to the Equifax "help" website requesting excessive information with fine print at least initially until overwhelming public outcry requiring consumers to waive the legal right to sue Equifax. Readers can go to the tenth link below for further information about developments related to officials' responses to the Equifax breach including Senate Banking Committee Democratic U.S. Senator Heidi Heitkamp's assertion that if executives who exercised options and sold Equifax stock did so with knowledge of the breach before the public that "somebody needs to go to jail."
The eleventh link below is a further New York Times report that Equifax will provide free credit freezes on Equifax when requested within thirty (30) days (since reported to be free for Equifax freezes when requested by 21 November 2017) although the Times has not had all its questions and requests to Equifax as well as TransUnion and Experian answered to its satisfaction. At link twelve three major questions about the degree of inadequacy of Experian computer security are posed in the Washington Post's next article below although no further instructions are provided to protect the security of one's information.
The Washington Post's next article at link thirteen below has all information for a chatbot that provides one's personal small claims court lawsuit papers free which filing should not preclude also joining a class action suit. Equifax seemingly has tried to deflect responsibility for apparent negligence or recklessness in not having sufficiently secured such highly sensitive information by referencing a vulnerability in a "website application". That reference by Equifax is to a vulnerability in its Apache security software which Apache rebuffed stating it identified the vulnerability and immediately provided a patch in March 2017 months before the Equifax breach began which Equifax had failed to install. A PBS article with credit/ID expert advice video is at link thirteen below.
CFPB UPDATE Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Director Richard Cordray has announced he is resigning from his five-year term early. The CFPB has developed over the past seven years into an agency with a robust enforcement division. The CFPB has forced the biggest banks in the country to return over $12 billion directly to families the banks cheated. The CFPB hotline which remains in operation has handled over 1 million telephone complaints including on behalf of families against Wells Fargo Bank for its huge transgressions as well as serving as a major advocate of consumers with complaints against Equifax and others such as debt collectors.
The CFPB has been under constant attack by the GOP Congress for its role as the one consumer protection agency left standing with Director Cordray called ceaselessly before GOP-controlled congressional committees to be subjected to relentless harassment by GOP congress members outraged that there is any federal entity left standing that actually represents the interests of the American people rather than those strongly favored by the GOP because they own it and bought all its members their "elected" seats such as predatory payday, student loan, bank, financial "services", pre-paid and other credit card issuer lenders and other such consumer predators.
The GOP congress earlier reversed a CFPB rule with phony Christian Mike "Serial Liar" Pence ('lil Mike you just cannot be both at once) breaking a 50-50 Senate tie vote that would have forbid predatory financial institutions from forcing consumers to "agree" to be subjected to industry-biased arbitration and forced to give up their constitutional right to a trial by jury in a court of law. The GOP now is salivating at the opportunity for President Trump to appoint an official to head the CFPB who can gut its work protecting consumers a further reminder link below that every day Trump and the GOP are in power is another day piling on giant setbacks for the American people to whom to whom the Trump GOP lie every day. Readers interested in Director Cordray's early departure this month from the CFPB can go to the first link below.
UPDATES Trump attempts in Trump WH Thanksgiving weekend night "news dump" to name Trump #1 anti-consumer WH "Trillion Dollar Deficit" Budget Director  Mulvaney interim CFPB "Swamp King"  under authority Trump did not have the interim position under statute going to CFPB Deputy Director Leandra English whom Cordray named before his early departure who under statute serves until a Senate confirmation of a new CFPB Director. Not to be encumbered by the law the Trump WH nevertheless named sleaze Mulvaney to the interim position leaving the CFPB with apparent dueling heads. CFPB Deputy Director English supported by the Dodd-Frank law creating the CFPB sued in Federal District Court for the District of Columbia for a temporary restraining order to block Trump's pick WH GOP hack uncredentialed OMB fraudster head avowed CFPB consumer enemy #1 Mulvaney the day before she was to take over the CFPB as interim Director.
Newly Trump appointed Federal District Court Judge Timothy Kelly (surprise!) ruled in Trump's favor on the TRO allowing WH OMB Head (who as no advanced economics credentials) Mick Mulvaney also temporarily to head the CFPB which GOP hack Mulvaney has vowed to destroy because of his falsely espoused lie that it has imposed such great burdens on fine citizen banks such as criminal bank Wells Fargo and longtime criminal Bank of America. Readers interested in more information on the above updates can go to the first unnumbered first five links directly below.
UPDATE to 5 February 2018 Anti-Consumer Consumer Financial Protection Bureau GOP Trump hack acting interim head Mick Mulvaney struck a further blow in his continuing assault on consumers gutting the CFPB investigation of Equifax, Inc. declining help from three U.S. agencies specializing in financial matters in cancelling on-site Equifax investigation and laying the groundwork for further disaster from that and other credit reporting agencies after Equifax had allowed extensive financial information of 143 million consumers to be accessed through a data breach after Equifax failed for several months after it was provided to install a patch for a vulnerability in its security software. As a consequence of the incident Equifax CEO Rogers resigned his position and took full blame in congressional testimony.
Mulvaney in his undistinguished career as a Trump GOP hack confirmed by 51-49 the barest of Senate votes previously was the head of the White House OMB who by ineptitude or more likely intentionally in line with Trump orthodoxy vigorously defended wildly inaccurate budget predictions based entirely on political expedience unrelated to reality. Mr. Mulvaney literally forced himself into the open acting interim head position of the CFPB by getting to the open vacated office earliest in the morning contrary to a clear reading of the law (currently still the subject of a dispute) so he could immediately sabotage its operations first forbidding employees from sending out any money in the CFPB's possession for at least a month despite it belonging to and being expected by consumers paid by private entities to compensate them for having been wronged. Mulvaney requested zero dollars for the CFPB's annual budget apparently like his sponsor Trump unconcerned about fulfilling implicit obligations when charged with the duties set out under duly enacted law thereby ignoring the democratic will of the American people in violation of one's oath to the Constitution. Readers interested in more information about Mulvaney's gut of the CFPB Equifax investigation can go to one above the final link below.
UPDATE to 1 March 2018 Equifax continued its peculiar strategy which will hopefully speed its paying out policy limits before suffering death by a thousand cuts but hopefully not before it pays out a fortune in consumer remedies including for credit locks, credit freezes, credit monitoring, credit repair and consumer damages in private and class actions including punitive damages plus wiping out all its executives and board of directors individually for their reckless and intentional unlawful misdeeds before Equifax suffers its well-earned death pulling down the whole sleezy wretched privacy invading totally incompetent "credit reporting service" industry now admitting it has known all along that it exposed another 2.4 million now totaling 147.9 million (about half) of all Americans most private and personal identification information and related data to every hacker and cyberthief who can use it or sell it on the dark web at any point for the rest of consumers' lives (unless they change their names, birthdates, social security numbers, addresses, phone numbers and so on).
Interested readers can go to the final link below for this most recent Equifax disclosure but are advised that all intervening Equifax developments of available remedies from and/or against Equifax as well as any related information is not covered as the links following date from early after the incident was made public so interested readers are urged to follow links or do further searches to insure they have comprehensive information about all pertinent intervening Equifax breach reporting, updates, additional consumer remedies and so on without limitation as there really is no way to make Equifax and its officers and directors hurt enough for the harm they have caused American consumers but at least we can try.
UPDATE to 7 March 2018 Consumer enemy #1 "Swamp King" Mick Mulvaney the same laughably bogus OMB head making totally BS economic forecasts from the White House with no training of merit whatsoever now guts CFPB to the delight of industry Trump government "acting in the corporate interest" in payday payoff ends all enforcement actions by CFPB with all "modesty and humility". Funny guy loser demonstrates zero integrity approach to federal government. Readers interested in more information can go to link 17 below.

Obama Directs All U.S. Intelligence Agencies "Full Review" And "Deep Dives" Of Cyber Attacks And Foreign Intervention In 2016 Election To Report Before Leaves Office 20 January 2017 To Share Results With Lawmakers And Others

Friday, 9 December 2016, WASHINGTON, D.C. - President Obama this past Tuesday, 6 December 2016, delivered a major national counterterrorism speech in the works for months recounting his administration's efforts and successes and referring to a 61-page report released the day before on Monday, 5 December 2016. The President spoke at MacDill Air Force Base, the Tampa, Florida home to both the U.S. Central Operations Command and the U.S. Special Operations Command each of which have undertaken operations central to Obama's role as Commander-In-Chief during the term of his Presidency and thus an appropriate venue to seek to defend his legacy in this area.
Obama doubtless also now will wish to take whatever possible further opportunity arises to try to educate, inform and prepare his "unexpected" successor President-elect Trump. This dutiful most serious effort made perhaps to appear more casual and thus more palatable to Trump despite the extremely responsible President Obama's well-founded deep concern and probable consternation if not growing alarm as to what if any advice or intelligence no matter how compelling of which President-elect Trump cares to avail himself. Trump presently appears more committed to using his valuable transition time holding further "campaign" rallies of no apparent productive purpose rather than concerning himself overly with the nuances of intelligence he publicly has dismissed and national security daily briefings he has mostly missed not to mention apparently President Obama's long-prepared speech on United States counterterrorism efforts.
The unusually reportedly unambiguous U.S. government intelligence that President-elect Trump has continued to disparage, discredit and dismiss despite it being of the most immediate and escalating public and congressional concern including as it further evidences broad ongoing cyberthreats to national security has already been warned of by the DNI and Department of Homeland Security both directly having taken the very rare step of specifically issuing statements calling out Russian highest-level government malfeasance before the election specifically identified as computer hacking and theft of and dissemination of confidential communications intended to damage Democrats in particular and/or otherwise interfere with the 2016 U.S. presidential electoral process.
This was accompanied by an unprecedented unspecified but definite retaliatory threat from Vice-President Biden nevertheless still followed by Russian meddling later affirmed by the NSA's Admiral Michael Rogers and now seemingly confirmed by every other U.S. intelligence agency as well as members of Congress particularly including those on intelligence committees requesting that confidential intelligence be declassified so that it can be made public. Even despite White House assurance as to the "integrity" of the election results now at least publicly as of today, President Obama himself who has said that he had previously spoken to Vladimir Putin and told him there would be "consequences" for and to "cut it out" as to Russian meddling in the 2016 electoral process Obama nevertheless also has found it necessary to put further steps in motion to more thoroughly examine the nature and extent of Russia's hostile actions.
At an event today homeland security adviser Lisa Monaco informed reporters that President Obama has put these further steps in motion that will result in a report for distribution to lawmakers and "other stakeholders." She said that while working as a senior FBI official that she was aware of "malicious cyber activity" related to both the 2008 and 2012 U.S. presidential elections. Ms. Monaco said that in 2008 the FBI had notified then-Senator Obama's and Senator McCain's campaigns that their computer systems had been infiltrated by the Chinese. She said she did not know if the cyber attacks in the 2016 election just held had "passed the threshold" of the earlier attacks.
Asked whether President-elect Trump had shown sufficient concern about the Russian hacking and interference, since he has not publicly retracted his complimentary mentions of Vladimir Putin during the campaign nor retracted his invitation for Putin to hack and steal Hillary Clinton's emails Ms. Monaco said it was "too early to tell" in Trump's incoming administration was sufficiently concerned about any threat from Russia.
Another source from the Obama administration said the review was sparked in part by a demand from lawmakers for further information about what response had been taken against Russia. The lawmakers as previously reported in an earlier post here also requested that the Obama administration review information of the Russian election hacking and interference and determine what intelligence could be declassified so that it could be disclosed to the public.
Specifically President Obama now has directed all U.S. intelligence agencies to conduct a "full review" of cyber attacks and foreign intervention into the 2016 election. White House deputy spokesman Eric Schultz said that President Obama wanted a "deep dive" that would look back for a pattern of such behavior continuing over a period of several years. He said that President Obama wanted the review completed "under his watch." Schultz emphasized that "[t]his is a major priority for the president of the United States."

N.Y. Times Endorses Cyberwarfare Pentagon New Strategy Signaling China, Russia, Iran, North Korea That Despite Cybermilitarization Concerns U.S. Is Prepared To Retaliate Against Cyberattacks With Cyberwarfare Capability

Tuesday, 28 April 2015, NEW YORK, NY - The New York Times entire editorial board today endorses in the face of a "top national security threat" the Pentagon's newly released 33-page cybersecurity strategy (the "Strategy") in the absence of any meaningful comprehensive action by the Republican-controlled Congress on which President Obama has "given up" to address what U.S. Defense Secretary Ashton Carter last week warned were cyberthreats "increasing in severity and sophistication".
Some of the most notable recent cyberintrusions have been made by Russia into the Pentagon, State Department and White House as well as by North Korea in its 2014 corporate attack on Sony Pictures. A Russian White House attack last year although reportedly "only" into the White House unclassified computer system collected data including President Obama's email correspondence and in fact was "more intrusive and worrisome" than has been publicly acknowledged serving as a "chilling example" of the potential for deep penetration by cyberadversaries into government computers.
The Strategy in addition to being intended to send a warning directly to demonstrated cyberadversaries China, Russia, Iran and North Korea also lays out a broad framework for a comprehensive cyberdefense system responding to cyberthreats and cyberattacks on a scaled basis first by private business alone, in more serious cases with government assistance to private businesses from the Department of Homeland Security, in more serious cases yet by existing network defenses and law enforcement agencies such as the F.B.I. and finally in the most serious cases under order of the President the U.S. military could conduct operations to counter and presumably launch full U.S. cybersecurity retaliatory attacks to cause serious disruption, damage and destruction to adversaries' cybercapabilities with weapons now being developed in response to an "imminent or threatened attack against the U.S. homeland or U.S. interests in cyberspace".
Threats of "cybermilitarization" as raised here in recent previous posts including the potential for further serious unacceptable unconstitutional threats to the American people's privacy rights remain a concern although unlike the Congressional "cybersecurity" bill reported on recently here which on its face appeared to focus most on immunizing private business from liability the Strategy announced by the Pentagon apparently does not address that subject with its focus as expected and appropriate being directly on United States national cybersecurity interests. How "cybermilitarization" and concomitant privacy invasion concerns are addressed should be scrutinized as more particulars of the Strategy develop the public release of which is noted to be a belated welcome step toward government "transparency" in this critical area of the greatest importance to business and the public such that these and other concerns must be meaningfully addressed in the Strategy's implementation.
The Strategy's framework as solidified must address the coordination and various federal entities with current U.S. cybersecurity responsibilities including the National Security Agency, the Department of Homeland Security, the Central Intelligence Agency, the F.B.I. and the Pentagon. Considering the prominence given it with a photograph atop the below linked article and the sole mention of a federal agency in the recently proposed Congressional "cybersecuirty" bill being to it as well it would appear that significant cybersecurity information and response coordination responsibilities will fall with the previously obscure National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center in Arlington, Virginia.
In addition to the great number of cybersecurity workers currently employed by the government the Strategy is expected  in coming years to increase military cybersecurity employment to 6,200 workers and cost billions of dollars annually. Readers interested in more information can go to the below link which also includes in it a direct link to the text of the 33-page Strategy publicly released by the Pentagon.

Corporate Internet Militarization "Cybersecurity" Bill Expected Today To Pass House As Obama White House Abandons Concerns Over Consumer Privacy

Wednesday, 22 September 2015, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The House of Representatives today with virtually no public scrutiny but significant "intelligence" community excitement is expected to rush through with widespread congressional support and no debate (much like the disastrously unconstitutional Patriot Act) a so-called "cybersecurity" corporate immunity bill introduced by its "engineer" former C.I.A. Texas freshman Republian congressman Will Hurd along with fellow Texas freshman Republican congressman John Heath which bill grants businesses dangerously broad liability protections granting corporate immunity for sharing unlimited cyberdata with other businesses as well as corporate immunity for launching private "counterattacks" which may threaten any consumer's (i.e., the People's) personal private computers and mobile devices including phones if the business "suspects" itself to be the target of hackattacks.
Information further will be shared with a "civilian agency" The New York Times assures readers which actually as detailed in the Sunday, 19 April 2015 Internet "Militarizaton" post here is the rather sinister-sounding "obscure" National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center which information first will have been double "scurbbed" once by the company and once by the above "civilian" government agency of Americans' personal information before passing it on to the NSA and the Department of Defense presumably through the Air Force Cyber Security Command and then eventually any other government agency that claims some need for it although such information alone can not be the grounds for some government enforcement action presumably should some personal privacy consumer information "leak through.
(In an admitted aside The Ninth Amendment notes that the American people have come to be known principally as "consumers" rather than "citizens" or "We The People" in the extremely limited but most powerful corporate conception of the paramount purpose of civilization as a monetary profit endeavor when as here the dwindling protections of our fundamental rights are once again under attack from State and corporate encroachments on our civil liberties. The Ninth Amendment editorial board suggests this is yet another example of the "corporate creep" which not only has bought and/or is buying the State but deeply infiltrating and dominating the very terms at the foundations of its discourse with intended pre-ordained dangerously misdirected disastrous consequences.)
The White House has abandoned earlier serious privacy and other constitutional concerns as raised by the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) and many other civil liberties groups. Meanwhile the federal government exploits its recent attempts to fan Americans' hysteria over isolated incidents and conveniently timed dire warnings implicating cybersecurity threats which largely are not even understood technically up to and including "cyberjihadists" although it is unclear why such an individual or group would want to target for example consumer credit card information rather than the United States infrastructure presumably hopefully already a focus of all available cybersecurity safeguards.
At the time the bill recently was in a day rushed through the House Homeland Security Committee Republican chairman Michael McCaul another Texan allegedly the "chief architect" of the bill while "working with the White House" found it necessary to inform committee members immediately before voting that "American companies are under siege" and threw in that President Obama's White House "unclassified but sensitive" unpublished schedule had been acquired (Anyone can sign up or daily White House emails providing the President's "published" schedule although it is unclear what this had to do with granting widespread potentially blanket immunity from prosecution to companies for violating Americans privacy or "counterattacking" their cyberdevices.
In a shockingly sympathetic virtually cheerleading "cbersecurity" bill article reporting that only some Senate timing issues may slow up immediate passage of the bill The New York Times article linked to below further asserts that "White House passage of the Bill is not in question". (And The Ninth Amendment believed it already had staked out "All The News Before It Even Happens".) The White House which last Congressional term "mustered strong opposition" to the House bill because "it would jeopardize the privacy rights" of consumers has caved completely to continuing intense "intelligence" community and Department of Defense pressure eager to get their hands on the data. Reportedly a House Intelligence Committee Republican aide said that "the President has come our way". Unbelievably yesterday's last comments on the bill from the White House focused exclusively on concerns that business liability immunities were so broad as to potentially "backfire" on businesses afraid presumably for their own privacy about reporting "cyberthreats" as well as launching immunized corporate cyberattacks to "punish" competitors.
Even in abandoning all real concerns about the rights of the People including to their already vastly unconstitutionally State invaded privacy rights and other civil liberties at least the Obama White House instead now has expressed its "deep concern" about threats posed by the proposed corporate Internet "militarization" bill to the privacy concerns of corporations now potentially free to go to cyberwar with one another as well as the American people. Readers interested in more information about the above can go to The New York Times link below. Readers interested in a significantly more in-depth analysis of the bill and its origins may can go if not previously to the Sunday, 19 April 2015 post here on "Internet Militarization" and/or directly to the to The San Antonio Express-News article at the second linked to below which as previously noted is not accessible in its entirety to non-subscribers to that publication unless they subscribe at least to a free two week digital subscription which by no means is meant as a promotion or endorsement of that publication here.

CIA Officials Desperate Not To Be Dragged Off To "Detention Facilities" And Themselves Tortured Try To Intimidate Senate Intelligence Committee Staff Stall Oversight Hope Incoming Republican Senate Will Save Their Sorry. . . .

Monday, 29 December 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - Readers interested in the ongoing Mengelian criminal torture and other unlawful practices of the C.I.A. may be interested to get a taste of what no doubt is just the tip of the (melting) iceberg of the apparently limitless range of twisted activities the C.I.A. is capable of (at least in intent if not aptitude) doing in a debate raging behind closed doors in high (and low) places focusing on the so-called "Panetta Report" as described in some detail in the below link to the Huffington Post (with video!) "Other Torture Report" investigative article including key clues as how to avoid failing the LSAT by making up non-existent privileges, ignoring the Separation of Powers doctrine which forms the structural foundation of the United States Constitution and so much more,
The entire "Torture Report" debacle building since at least 2002 again starkly exposes that some of those sworn to uphold the Constitution to the extreme as in fact being at the forefront of its attempted dismantling whether through intent or willful ignorance in what might be euphemistically described in C.I.A. disinformation misinformation lingo as "misguided patriotism" although other descriptions readily come to mind which are considerably less charitable.
Those readers who do review the Senator Feinstein video in the article link below may listen also for her express reference to the Executive Order of the President reiterating the absolute prohibition of the C.I.A. from domestic spying or any other operational activities in the "Homeland" as it were, i.e. to the extent the C.I.A. persists in its global thirst to "stomp the terra" it remains under its original mandate and other United States law restricted to doing so in other people's countries and not in the people's country from whose people its sole power to the extent it is capable of being and is legitimately exercised derives. That being NOT in the United States of America.
In fact for all the Ninth Amendment knows the C.I.A. may not really even be headquartered in Langley, Virginia beside the petting zoo which may just be a Hollywood set as it seems to appear so freely and frequently in films. The Agency actually may be just down the swamp from our own headquarters as previously reported out here in Tanguska or in that nondescript one-story office park down the road from some reader(s) extending who knows how far underground as that would seem to be about the only direction left to go on planet Earth for a little privacy these days barring outer space which doubtless C.I.A. legal counsel has concluded it is free to explore. Into the air Junior Birdmen, into the air!
Strained levity aside the above-referenced link to this monumentally tragic ongoing torture saga follows:

Google Breaching Contract Persists In Misreporting To Ninth Amendment Untimely Contradictory Site Performance Statistics Essential To Site Success

Sunday, 23 November 2014, MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA - As Texas Indicted Idiot lameduck Governor Rick "Payback" Perry continued to call upon someone anyone and everyone to sue United States President Barack Obama for something anything and everything the Ninth Amendment meanwhile seemingly was prevented by interfering parties or circumstances as described in the Ninth Amendment's recent reply to a reader's inquiry as to upcoming articles on the subject of problems experienced with Google-reported Blogger statistics to a publisher such as the Ninth Amendment's site owner. The Ninth Amendment is committed fully to take whatever measures are necessary to assist in the investigation and corrective action required to insure the best possible presentation possible of the Ninth Amendment site to our readers.
There have been increasingly erratic divergences from what over several years had been this Site's experience with Google's contractually provided ¨accurate up to the minute statistics¨ which figures in the past months repeatedly have proven exponentially less reliable contradictory in their reporting of statistics such as numbers of pageviews depending upon what time period one is examining and then even much more greater discrepancies with Google Analytics.
Just one more in a long list of new irregularities for now being traffic seemingly reaching the site if at all through constantly changing foreign referring URLS and sites rarely seen before. Today for example for some time the highest referring URL/site address was http://goody498.blog27.fc2.com/ with the referral numbers later dropping. In any case however the fact is that it appears to be Japanese blog or journal of some sort with which the Ninth Amendment has no known  connection whatsoever. (This is not meant as encouragement to readers to go to that address in any way as the Ninth Amendment has no assurance regarding the integrity of the site nor any information as to why it would been refer readers to the Ninth Amendment.)

Google Intelligence Agency "GIA" Grossly Undercounts Four Pageviews To Three Separate 16 and 17 October 2014 Ninth Amendment Posts Re: The First 6 Reasons To Destroy Your Smartphone, CREDO Mobile Recent Deals, And Booting Out FBI Director James Comey And All Domestic Spies Who Still Interfere With The U.S. Tech Company Fight To Preserve, Protect , And Promote Privacy Rights As Hypocrite Obama State Has Failed Attacking Not Protecting Americans' Core Critical Fundamental Constitutional First And Fourth Amendment Rights And Privacy Penumbras Which Must Be Saved Now Or The Battle Lost For All Developing Communication And Data Storage With Default Encrypt Phones And Devices Before The Federal Government Illegally Further Attempts Criminally To Destroy All Americans' Sacred Privacy Rights Now And Forever For Our And All Future Generations Whom The State Would Deny Liberty Should WE THE PEOPLE Not Take Up The Fight The Time Is Nigh Our Duty Now To Stand Firm In Battle For Liberty In The Blood And The Name Of The Founding Fathers, This Great Nation, Ours And Our Children's Future From All Further State Intrusion Into The Private Lives And Essential Liberties Of The People Who But Suffer The State At Their Will

Sunday, 26 October 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - All but our most distracted readers still with us must either be learning to read the hard way or must realize that not only is the Ninth Amendment's headline "mind-numbingly long" (in the words of the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in an unrelated matter) but that the editorial board believes the Nation to be at one most significant crossroads of the many competing at this time. First summarily to dispose of Google here suffice it to say that we have found its conduct in reporting Blogger statistics to be so erratic, contradictory, uninformative and basically somewhere below the floor for uselessness such that the Ninth Amendment has gotten to the point where it receives allegedly Google generated reports suddenly showing a day of over seven hundred pageviews which follows a previous report of hundreds less encompassing the same broader period all the while providing different categories of statistics which do not add up and identify a bizarre uncommon collection of several year old posts suddenly being read out of the blue.
As for isolated posts in the midst of some days showing some hundreds of pageviews as mentioned above the Ninth Amendment still has received no correction nor explanation why in the midst of that site activity two or three posts could continue apparently just to stay stuck at one or two pageviews. Two as to the smartphone "rebellion" and latest CREDO mobile offer do not merit further attention here.
However as the unwieldy headline of this post suggests the Ninth Amendment editorial board believes that the issues raised in FBI Director James Comey's recent remarks to the Brookings Institution are well worth interested readers' attention and being uncertain as to the current digital distribution of the Ninth Amendment the board wished to emphasize what is more thoroughly covered in an earlier post which has persisted in showing just one pageview which while we feel highly inaccurate the Ninth Amendment believes it worth pointing out the recent earlier post on this subject and the reason for the strength of our position is that in the wake of his publicly shared remarks concerning security in the computer age interested readers who missed it earlier may wish to return to that post and also should they care to and not already have had the opportunity also to read the New York Times piece linked to that post below.

FBI Director James Comey Must Be Booted Out As He Announces Intention To Keep Federal Spying On All Americans Derailing Google And Apple Cellphone And Future Device Encryption Developments "Locking" Personal Information By Default So Once Again Exposing U.S. Tech Users To Domestic And Foreign Spying, Criminals, Hackers, And Other Bad Actors Making Americans' "Secure" Information An Impossibility - He Is A "Back Door Man"

Friday, 17 October 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Ninth Amendment urges all readers concerned about one of today's very top fundamental core Constitutional priorities of reinstating real personal privacy, security in their personal effects and affairs and essential liberty in the "tech age" especially in light of ongoing Snowden revelations of the still untold full depth of the uncontrolled wholesale illegal NSA and other U.S. "national security" agencies' unconstitutional domestic spying on all Americans with no regard either for innocence nor fundamental freedoms from universal lawless criminal government spying that all such concerned readers please consider setting aside the time to read very carefully and pass on as they may deem appropriate the below linked to critical New York Times article reporting in depth on a "policy discussion" given to the Brookings Institution by FBI Director James Comey.
His documented statements revealed him to be a very dangerous man to our great Nation's future who President Obama (formerly having stated he does not agree with his views) in the opinion of the Ninth Amendment Editorial Board should remove from office as soon as possible before he can (further) execute on the positions he has taken against tech company efforts to give all Americans the ability to take into their own hands the essential liberty, security in their personal effects and affairs, and real personal privacy which is fundamental to our system of government which demonstrably has failed us in the State's absolutely unapologetic complete lack of respect for the very foundational rights of Americans informing the very basis of that compact known as the United States Constitution from which any State power legitimately must derive from the People or otherwise cease to exist.
The immediate flash point of FBI Director James Comey's most revealing disturbing disclosures of his (but not necessarily the full Administration's) dangerous intentions is the immediate fact of the emergence of Google and Apple cellphones that automatically encrypt or "lock" stored user information not in transmission such that it is accessible to no one but the user including not the maker of the device, U.S. domestic and foreign government spies, hackers, thieves nor all manner of bad actors which is the subject of a federal lawsuit discussed in two previous posts here which the FBI and other US domestic spying agencies lost brought by companies such as tech giants Google and Apple supported by Facebook (and later another related case filed by Twitter) seeking to prevent restraint of their development and sale of these phones and other devices and by extension to prevent further attempted restraint of new such consumer devices and other technical privacy developments which legal decision the FBI and other federal spying agencies currently plan to appeal despite President Obama's Advisory Committee having advised an apparently earlier agreeable President Obama that such codified restrictions should neither be attempted nor implemented and probably would not be supported by Congress either.
In other words FBI Director James Comey must go because rather than having learned a single redeeming lesson from Snowden's disclosures and their devastating effect on the remaining trust of the American people revealing the vast horrifying deeply criminal culture of federal "national security" domestic spying agencies' contempt for the U.S. Constitution which appears the dominant culture of the State is wholly repugnant to those lovers of liberty and privacy as being fundamental and non-negotiable to a civilized people such as demonstrated for example by the good solid people of New Hampshire who emphasize they would rather "Live Free Or Die" that what FBI Director James Comey instead completely contrary to that lesson has revealed is that what he intends to do is take such utterly contemptible illegal federal State behavior and make it the unabashed law and official policy of this land of the free and home of the brave.
FBI Director James Comey now fully exposing himself at the vanguard of such deeply misguided thinking and misdirected intention with the will and ability to execute such that he would in fact if anything inadvertently perhaps but nevertheless all the same further destroy the foundations of this Country he would seek to protect therefore has shown himself to be a new United States enemy even with the best intentions for but the worst effect on the liberty and privacy of the American people. Those who would read the article linked to below will see that FBI Director James Comey would brush off such gravely weighty considerations as he must with a few shallow platitudinous unsubstantiated fictional anecdotal-style scares about the same old tired usual subjects as child pornographers, terrorists, hackers, thieves and so on who ironically probably are more greatly benefited by the current system allowing any one of them in the world to roam free in one's most private areas at will from which the major tech companies unified desperately are trying to protect all Americans even as the State is not.
FBI Director James Comey should be removed from office because whatever his intentions may be the result of their fulfillment will be such further damage to the United States Constitution and its battered core fundamental principles of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness contingent on the lack of unjust intrusion of the State (and the many others to whom it would let the door remain open) into one's most personal and private affairs especially in the still present wake of recent years' unlawful State actions that are so anathema to this Great Country's founding principles that one fears ultimately for the United States survival under such an unjust and misguided burden on the foundations upon which it was created.
God Bless the United States of America. Long may it live.

Wednesday, 8 October 2014, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - This post briefly updates the below Ninth Amendment post dated Saturday, 4 October with more detailed information provided as to the above and related computer breaches and emphasizing the great concern of President Obama, the White House and Wall Street meriting the President's routine attention equivalent to that of national security matters including also some historical context of large-scale computer hacking of major financial and retail institutions as well as very serious difficulties in tracing their sources which have included past traces to current fugitives identified as long ago as 2011 and now believed to be in the Ukraine although not necessarily related to the months-long current cyberattacks which have continued for months without a determination of their purpose whether it be related to Putin's retaliation for economic sanctions, more straightforward common theft, or some other motivation nor determination of perpetrators as well as further tips for readers in addition to those included in the above-referenced post and link. For interested readers the link to the New York Times article digitally published within the past hour here now replaced with the 9:57 pm update detailing new information on the recent major breaches, more historical background, enforcement efforts and the extreme difficulty of bringing culprits to justice or the existence of adequate legislation for prosecution of them as well as tips for consumers to take protective measures appears directly below.

UPDATED IN WEDNESDAY, 8 OCTOBER 2014 POST LINK Precautions After Computer Hackers Of JPMorgan Chase Steal Personal Information Of 76 Million Two-Thirds Of U.S. Households 7 Million Businesses And Hack Nine More Financial Institutions

Saturday, 4 October 2014, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - A stupendously deep hackers' computer security penetration of huge proportions at JPMorgan Chase supposedly the most cyber-secure private financial institution in the country which breach even though detected months ago as early as July 2014 could reportedly not be stopped by bank computer security experts through all (detected) points of hackers' access until recent weeks should definitively put all thoughtful realistic readers on notice that the concept of reliable computer security for any consumer even in the most highly "secured" financial institution computer accounts available is nothing more than a myth.
If any United States financial institution had such reliable security it would be JPMorgan Chase identified as so important to the Nation's economy that a collapse at the bank could trigger a nationwide financial meltdown capable of collapsing the entire country's economy and posing a national security threat. And although this momentous news and harrowing wake-up call has now been made public the fact is that nine other major United States financial institutions which reportedly have suffered similar attacks as well have yet to be identified to the American public.
Many readers may already be aware that the hackers for reasons not known although they could have fully penetrated and stolen complete financial data of all 76 million household and 7 million business accounts instead are said to have chosen intentionally only to access and steal names, addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses of all accounts which together account for two-thirds of American households. And as referenced above authorities have yet publicly to identify the other ten major United States banks' computer security systems similarly breached.
The reason(s) for the theft of only this "personal" rather than "financial" information is the subject of speculation although experts admit in similar past breaches things have "not turned out to be what they seemed" as here where the breaches appear to have been orchestrated and accomplished from overseas reportedly specifically from Russian hackers believed to at least have some connections to the Putin administration perhaps retaliating for ever more strangling economic sanctions against Russia where Putin persists in maintaining perhaps the world's worst kept "secret" lie apparently believing he can without anyone noticing or being too intimidated to say anything probably shooting down and at civilian airliners and flooding first former KGB agents and now regular Russian troops and heavy military equipment across Ukraine's sovereign border to battle under the guise of what were at best just lightly armed "Ukrainian separatists" now in basically a full-on border war against the fully outfitted ranks of the Ukrainian army with complete disregard for the slaughter of the Ukrainian civilians allegedly eager to renew their ties to a Russia basically murdering them and giving them no choice but to live in the middle of an active battleground between two fully outfitted armies the leader of the former original separatists having months ago announced he was resigning his position.
On the other hand security experts are still recommending and reminding Americans of the usual precautions to take in the wake of what many just see as a further escalation of huge hacking attacks already perpetrated against some of the United States largest retailers and who knows what institutions the United States Government is not saying. The Ninth Amendment is aware that our own "national security" State is certainly not above reproach it having already definitively been shown that while the United States national security apparatus was noisily accusing countries such as China of large-scale hacking attacks our venerable child techies running ever further amok of the Constitution at for example the NSA spying on every American in (and out of sight of most of those of us without laser and more mundane eavesdropping and infrared and night vision and who knows what other kinds of satellites and drones and goggles) were themselves and their "national security" colleagues or other executive agency competitors as the case may be actually themselves were staging cyber-attacks against the Chinese and others picking up another one from the CIA's playbook of setting up all innocent Americans for yet more and more sophisticated damaging "blowback" the reasons for which ordinary citizens per usual have no idea while the "national security" outfits take cover and flee.
In any case rather than do an incomplete job and possibly omit valuable information the Ninth Amendment refers concerned readers directly to the limited ways set out in the New York Times article below that Americans may protect themselves from what now have to be accepted as nearly inevitable security breaches unless readers are ready to ditch it all and work strictly with a pen and paper therefore the Ninth Amendment suggests readers proceed directly to the New York Times link below for reminders of known as well as information on some new safeguards to take in the face of such threats to their financial security and security of identity.
One most important new piece of information to us is that with the personal information stolen hackers will be able to craft very convincing e-mails to try to coax birthdates, social security, credit card numbers and the like from consumers with such targeted phony hard to spot e-mails now known as "spear phishing" and as a result readers are advised by the Times no longer to use links directly in such possibly suspicious e-mails which should never be requesting any of the above information in any case but if they are believed to be authentic instead of using links the FBI always advises Americans to skip the link and either type the address oneself in the address bar or alternatively use a search engine to locate the address and place it in one's address bar. Overall however security experts agree that the best advice is that Americans demand of their lawmakers that sufficient workable enforceable laws are put into place providing sufficient incentive for third parties that collect such information to adequately secure it.
The Ninth Amendment reminds readers that it is NOT QUALIFIED IN ANYWAY TO ITSELF PROVIDE ITS OWN SECURITY ADVICE AND CONCERNED READERS ARE URGED TO REFER TO KNOWN RELIABLE SOURCES WHETHER WRITTEN OR DIRECT FROM TRUSTED CERTIFIED COMPUTER SECURITY PROFESSIONALS DEPENDING UPON THE DEGREE OF READERS' OWN PERSONAL AND BUSINESS SECURITY NEEDS WHICH ONLY THEY ARE IN A POSITION TO ASSESS ACCURATELY TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE DEGREE OF RISK AND VALUE OF INFORMATION TO BE PROTECTED TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE WORST CASE COST TO THEM SHOULD THE INFORMATION BE COMPROMISED AND/OR STOLEN.

Law Firm Names In Ninth Amendment Sunday, 25 May 2014 Post Apparently Hacked In Attempt To Obscure Six Law Firm Names Paying Apparent Bribes As "Campaign Donations" Of $200,000 To Corrupt AG "Payday" Greg "Dark Money" Abbott "Whose Final Interest He Is Ruling On" During 2012-2013 Campaign Cycle

Wednesday, 1 October 2014, AUSTIN, TX - The below post appeared in the Ninth Amendment dateline Sunday, 25 May 2014, AUSTIN, TX. A recent review of the past post which interested readers may themselves review with the search blog feature found in the right column of the Ninth Amendment or by simply moving backwards in date by using the past posts link that can be found at the bottom of each page of posts appearing in the Ninth Amendment may find that the names of the law firms identified in the original post apparently had been (poorly) attempted to be hacked in a seemingly not altogether successful conspiracy to obscure the identity of the firms or perhaps subsequently then "unhacked" in a further attempt at obstruction of justice and destruction of evidence by the original culprits since the posting of this article.
Yes Google security can be hacked depending on what priority Google wishes to put on blogging sites. And yes Google if it cared to could probably trace the hacking right back into the brains of the hackers if it cared to do so. Furthermore no matter how much Google may sue the federal government let us not forget that the CIA is invested through a front company in Google and moreover has a publicly acknowledged joint venture with Google so if CIA cared to it probably could send a d-track team right up through the toilets of the hackers and grab them by the . . . . When in doubt always remember to keep an eye on the sewers and the plumbing.
Rather than reiterate the circumstances leading up to the listing of the six rich law firm names at the bottom of that post which made apparent bribes in the form of "campaign donations" totaling $200,000 to Abbott "whose financial interest he is ruling on" in then current bond decisions as reported in the San Antonio Express-News article to which the post linked the editors of the Ninth Amendment have deemed it a better use of resources simply to re-publish here the original post seemingly sought to be obscured by hackers and leave any investigation as to possible issues of, e.g., "moral turpitude" to notification of the proper authorities.
The Ninth Amendment notes that the digitized version of the hard copy newspaper article to which the post links now ends after the first paragraph before the chart prepared by the San Antonio Express-News appears as originally published identifying these firms in the formerly hacked chart reproduced below. The digitized version of the newspaper linked to now only allows "subscribers" to read the rest of the digital article and see the below attempted to be hacked chart identifying the firms' names and amounts paid totaling $200,000 for the benefit of Abbott while he was actively reaching lucrative bond decisions benefiting the six law firms in his official capacity as Texas Attorney General during the same time period. Presumably any readers with subscriptions can therefore via the link below still access the chart as can hoarders of older hard copies of that newspaper.
More longtime Ninth Amendment readers may recall the last time the Ninth Amendment endured a more elaborate hacking attack attempt evidencing what appeared to be literally hundreds of hours of work including apparent often somewhat humorous attempts to emulate the Ninth Amendment's written style which admittedly is not easy since the Ninth Amendment is prone to strange constructions of sentences and thoughts and generally abhors the use of most forms of punctuation although in earlier years its editors rarely missed an episode of "Conjunction Junction" unless raised in a household without a television or country or ungoverned region of the world which did not get PBS.
The 2013 hacking then extended to the personal accounts of Ninth Amendment editors and staff including forged lengthy e-mails appearing to have been placed in personal accounts seemingly in final draft form appearing to be ready to be sent from Ninth Amendment editors and staff to a wide range of recipients basically informing persons and entities from many areas and periods of our lives of all manner of creatively dastardly deeds and damaging information with an apparent dogged determination to terminate or at least greatly complicate longstanding relationships personal and business for completely obscure reasons having seemingly suddenly felt compelled to share everything we had never done with anyone and everyone from former business partners to car insurance companies. There is little so gratifying as being given the gift of strong circumstantial evidence validating that a publication is on the right trail so much as to merit such elaborate attention from persons on an apparently limitless payroll assigned nothing else to do who therefore can be be assumed most likely to work for some government.
With the good fortune of having military trained computer security and even cryptography experts working with our IT department they were soon able to trace the illegal intrusions to specific IP addresses and physical locations and facilities and their operators despite attempts to obscure them which all seemed to fall within the rather broad federal statutory criminal definition of cybercrimes including unlawful use of the internet to cause damage to computer equipment and property not to mention more esoteric Constitutional violations of interference with fundamental rights including freedom of speech and the press.
This specific identifying information including specific geographical locations down to specific addresses of larger computer facilities and pertinent departments, operators, subjects as well as phone numbers involved in password verification breaches were duly traced and identified in full detail in past posts from the summer of 2013 which readers still interested or at least awake may find in the same manner set forth above. These elaborate attempts at hacking coincidentally or not surfaced within hours of Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry's announcement that he would not run for yet another term as Governor of Texas.
What follows is the original post described above as it now appears (with minor editorial corrections that do not appear in the earlier posting):
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sunday, 25 May 2014, AUSTIN, TX - Republicans' corrupt sexist candidate for Texas governor present sitting GOP Texas Attorney General Greg "Dark Money" aka "Payday" Abbott the woman "I own your body" hater today has been exposed as awash in nearly $1 million in bribes in the form of  "campaign donations" over the past decade by just six rich law firms "whose financial interest he is ruling on" according to Texans for Public Justice not to mention who knows how many other "Payday" loan usurers and so on including over one-fifth of $1 million in the present 2012-2013 campaign cycle. The six law firms include a nationally known Washington, D.C. based law firm nearly leading the group in donation amounts.
Republican Abbott reportedly is known to at least one of these firms as "the General". The General's campaign did not deny but dismissed the what effectively were bribes throughout his more than decade-long tenure in his present public office as inconsequential because they only involved such non-judgmental matters as "legal determinations" which characterization should no doubt be of interest to actual courts of law should Abbott ever happen to be prosecuted for anything. His campaign apparently is unaware that in such matters as criminal conflicts of interest the standard need not even be actual but only have the "appearance of impropriety" to be equally liable for punishment.
Presumably if the exposure of this information is of such casual lack of concern one can only imagine what misdeeds and/or criminal behavior of his might be of any concern to his campaign as he certainly demonstrates daily his bona fides for taking over the state's governorship from career Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry whose handlers presumably still again have aspirations between lapses in his brain dead condition for him to be President of the United States where he presumably would be in the best position to cause real concern to the world community by threatening to have the United States secede from itself among other idiotic pronouncements buttressing his already well-known complete lack of familiarity with the functions of the executive branch of the United States government such as the Department of Energy which it no doubt would surprise Perry does not just subsidize wacko windmills but actually assembles the nuclear components of weapons hopefully to help insure the nation's security including by separating that function from the Department of Defense.
With the question looming larger on whether Abbott the General can actually be elected from behind prison bars to be the next governor of Texas (which no doubt is no more than a rote "legal determination" requiring no judgment or discretion so he actually can readily himself spit forth the answer which would of course be "sure") so that he presumably could follow the Republican playbook of pardoning Perry from all pending state (but not federal) criminal charges at the time and continue to blaze the path of destruction to the Great Lone Star state and all true honest hardworking Texans championed by his GOP mentor Perry. Rather than wasting more space on the latest misdeeds of Texas' Republican criminal crop of candidates here interested readers are referred to the excellent investigative report today exposing Abbott the General's most egregious known activity to date via the link below.
Unfortunately the San Antonio Express-News digital edition has buried the fine work of reporters David Saleh Rauf and Peggy Fikac such that even on finding this link readers further are given only  the rather innocuous first paragraph of the lengthy report as the paper apparently prefers to highlight stories on how Republican Abbott the General's Democratic opponent Wendy Davis tried to restrict access to forty ounce beers in her hometown and another story attempting to distance Republican Abbott from the "disgusting" posters of the Wendy Davis "Abortion Barbie" reported on here in the previous post. The Ninth Amendment editorial board is confident that interested resourceful readers will succeed however in themselves accessing any other facts they may seek and draw their own conclusions.
In any case the six law firms with legal determinations before Republican Abbott the General therefore are identified and bribes "donated" to his campaigns are listed directly in the San Antonio Express-News table below.

Is Increased Criminal Interference With This Site Related Most Recently Possibly To URL Site https://webalert.io/en Re-Direct www.web.mention.com To The Stifling Of Free Speech And Press By Corrupt Texas Republican Politicians And Their Paymasters?

Tuesday, 29 July 2014, SAN ANTONIO, TX -The Tanguska, Siberia Ninth Amendment Situation Headquarters apologizes to any readers inconvenienced by continuing increased criminal interference with pageviews of this site escalating from the prevention of cyber communications between the Ninth Amendment site owner and publisher and Google Blogger's Mountain View, California support enclave apparently emanating or connected to the immediate geographical area of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Office located at the Interstate 10 Frontage Road in San Antonio, TX. As with Google and all law enforcement authorities domestic and foreign as appropriate any investigation and assistance with the apprehension and conviction of these perpetrators of previously identified criminal acts against the Ninth Amendment and its staff detailed in earlier posts here is most appreciated and will receive the full cooperation and assistance of the owner and publisher of the Ninth Amendment Log at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com.
On a possibly related note the Blogger Dashboard and other information sources legally available to the Ninth Amendment have identified a new referring URL that may be perfectly innocent of any wrongdoing but has for the first time shown up in the Ninth Amendment's internal information sources supplied by Google and has also been identified to Google as coincident with severe interference in past days with the Ninth Amendment site. The URL in question identifies the site as https://webaleret.lo/en which automatically re-directs to www.web.mention.com and apparently claims the ability to allow individuals with usernames on sites such as Facebook, Google, Twitter, and other named to create their own passwords upon joining the web.mention.com site. Although the Ninth Amendment emphasizes it has no knowledge as to the propriety or impropriety of such commercial offerings, the Ninth Amendment is confident that Google and the nearby FBI office to this local Ninth Amendment IP location may have a great deal more information available to it regarding the legality of the use of this URL for purposes which may or may not be related to interference with cyber communications involving other sites or matters unknown at this time.

New Zealand National Party President Goodfella Reported Dumping Resources Into Hackers Including Rogue NZ Police (And Waste Oil In Harbor) Hides Misconduct From Public - The Fifty-Three Per Cent (53%) Solution

Sunday, 2 February 2014, AUCKLAND - The controversial faux diplomatic-flag waving (from the National Party President's laughingstock write-off luxury vehicle) previously barely scraping out of domestic violence charges from an alleged violent wife-beating incident reported to New Zealand Police who apparently were convinced enough to encourage the filing of Goodfella ("the baa-baa sheep") with charges and a free ride to jail would seem to have been directed to continue conspiring together (so much easier to charge them that way) in high-gear with a wide-ranging mob of felons and other dangerously questionable characters not usually commonly associated with the Party that is currently consumed in a new headquarters "brick-selling" and possible mutual fund campaign overseen by a man known to "know how to carry (and withdraw) cash", including that of others.
But what might be driving the apparent borderline escalating criminal array of financial, tax, gambling, drug, harbor hazardous oil dumping, suspected human trafficking, cyber and other psycho "misdeeds" that would seem from sophisticated international technical analysis to if anything only being accelerating at a furious pace bordering on, yes, "frenzy"? The kind contemplated in the Criminal Statutes thank goodness for the good law-abiding hard-working New Zealanders who did not give this Country its proud name to be to be paraded around the world discredited as a new mafia paradise where nary a tourist might venture.
At least so far other than a few dead pets targeted by reported poisoners, animal stompers including some of the latest DSM-IV classifications generally in the psychopath/sociopath/narcissistic/borderline personality disorder, not to mention Thai Kick Boxers - behind the second rib of a pup does not show up on the vet's x-ray until it is too late to save the poor animal's life as already has been demonstrated - apparently to intimidate and/or extort various parties at locations throughout New Zealand. So far no woman's dead body has yet been seen to fall out of a bag potatoes from the rear of any trucks in the area of London, England's Covent Gardens by headlights at night.
Given the magnitude of legal violations of diverted public and illegally possessed and used private domestic cyber-warfare resources the purpose would seem clear to divert, distract and downright prevent New Zealanders from reading and making their own assessments of this growing whirl of allegations of a cesspool of National Party and related individuals' ever-increasing corruption. Some suspect this may be but one aspect of a huge, perhaps hundred of millions dollar Goodfella father-son rivalry to the bottom of a storm of theft, tax fraud and a laundry list of most serious torts implicating most possible extreme civil damages perhaps of historic proportions not to mention the flood of criminal investigations that could be expected as appropriate to follow.
Some possibly in the know or maybe just crazy-drunk or out to get our tax lien say that one ball to keep one's eye on is the Goodfella-controlled Sanford Fish Company, whose real murky (accounted in ways we sure never could understand ) rumored actual controlling interest of 53% is owned by. . . . you know who. Now would that change anyone's investment strategy? Well if we have not already been clear enough -- do not ask us. We even read the newspaper upside-down and the business section inside-out.
The Ninth Amendment log remains committed to the absolute protections of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution including the world over without limitation political satire targeted at those who would be powerful universally-known leaders by choice or alleged top businesspeople by virtue of their own desire and carefully crafted Public Relations pieces. As for us all we can do is guess and leave our readers to inform themselves -- nothing here is presented as fact, unless it is presented as fact, and as always all posts are derived from baseless hallucinations entirely ungrounded in reality therefore nothing whatsoever should be taken as based on any fact, fiction, truth or lie, much less reality  Fundamental Freedom of Speech and of Freedom of the Press is Your birthright and the foundation of enduring government. Congress shall make NO law. . . .
