Out-Of-Control Drunken Congress Capitol Holiday Parties Cited By Police

       Wednesday, 25 March 2015, WASHINGTON, D.C. - Capitol Police have contacted the Republican-controlled Congress telling its members to control wild drunken parties hosted by lawmakers and staff on Memorial Day and the 4th of July to watch fireworks from the Capitol building west front. The details of a letter sent by the Capitol Police provide apparent further proof that the Republican-controlled Congress is "functioning" at the level of college fraternities such as those recently in the national spotlight for idiotic criminally outrageous acts and abuses during a period of life intended to require serious work.

       The Capitol Police cited not only major risks of unruly overflowing crowds in the Capitol building where there have been injuries from slips and falls caused by "excessive drinking" but also the near falling from a Capitol balcony of an unidentified drunken partier. Moreover the Capitol Police found it necessary to inform the GOP-controlled Congress that unmanageable wild parties which pack the Capitol building with many unidentified persons bringing in coolers of alcohol and potentially other deadly liquids posed a serious security risk to all which presumably could lead to a national security disaster drawfing the danger of a drunk partier falling off a balcony.

The deployment has required that law enforcement receiving the technology sign a non-disclosure agreement to keep the equipment secret from the American public now subject to blanket nationwide location surveillance via the tracking of cellphone users.

       This further serious erosion of innocent Americans' Constitutional, privacy and other rights to be free from continuous government surveillance has raised very serious concerns voiced by civil rights groups including the American Civil Liberties Union and others.        Sunday, 14 September 2014, ANCHORAGE, AL - The wave of publicly exposed GOP criminal conduct which appears to be sweeping Republican public figures nationwide reportedly may have turned violent and spread from the "outside" lower forty-eight and up to inside the "Last Frontier" where the Sarah Palin clan apparently was at the epicenter of an Anchorage private party brawl which allegedly began after Republican moron Sarah Palin's son Track Palin attacked a former boyfriend of moron Sarah Palin's daughter Willow. Former losing GOP Vice-Presidential John McCain running mate and former GOP Alaska Governor moron Sarah Palin's snowmobiler husband celebrating his birthday reportedly also joined the Palin-incited brawl along with other members of the Palin clain including daughter Bristol Palin. She too had begun throwing punches at the homeowner hosting the gathering when Anchorage Police arrived at the scene.

       Although no arrests were made at the scene of the Palin-incited melee Anchorage Police said the local prosecutor may still independently decide to press charges. The hosts of the snowmachiners' (Alaska speak for snowmobiles) as well as construction workers and other "longtime Alaskans" gathering ordered the violent Palin brawling family to leave the party. They then did so in their stretch Hummer limousine while son Track Palin made a vulgar gesture with GOP moron Sarah Palin also "unleashing rounds of profanities" back at the remaining gathering. The police reported that alcohol was believed to be involved in the incident. 

       Meanwhile it is not known if the incident will harm Republican moron Sarah Palin's chances of again running for Vice President should he not be imprisoned and decide to run again despite the debacle of his last campaign beside Republican lane-duck federally indicted Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry. Perry was last known currently to be out of the country. Although he has killed at least one coyote "in defense of himself or his dog" with his laser-sighted six-shooter federally indicted on public corruption charges Perry facing a 99 year sentence has not yet otherwise been reported to have exhibited violent social tendencies in public gatherings.        Monday, 8 September 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The people of the United States not to mention the world at large due to global press attention given recent events in Ferguson, Missouri now are well aware of the ridiculously insane militarization of this Nation's local police departments through the thoughtless extreme reckless disregard for human life embodied by the Department of Defense (DOD) Section 1033 military equipment giveaway and two other programs that do nothing but replace community policing with warfare against the people bound to incite revolution against this gross State oppression and suppression of rights.
       The Ninth Amendment editorial board asks if readers were exposed to such imagery half a century ago of local "law enforcement" authorities outfitted to police their immediate communities with tanks, MRAPS, grenade launchers and tens of thousands of machine guns (many of these taxpayer-bought items in "new" condition) as if the local citizens were enemy combatants in what country they might have imagined they were living or more likely trapped.  We submit it most certainly would not have been recognizable as the United States of America neither as it was conceived nor created in any aspect at all.
       Should this insanity of police militarization continue this country soon will be recognizable as the USA in name alone. For all appearances it will be a State at war with its People.        Thursday, 14 August 2014, FERGUSON, MISSOURI - The editorial board of the Ninth Amendment must query whether many of our readers could actually believe any local authorities' public statements, distortions and lies made about the probable murder last weekend by five or more police shots at college-bound student Michael ("Big Mike") Brown apparently unarmed standing with hands up when such obviously disingenuous false statements have since been made by the small Ferguson, Missouri police and city "Administration" from top to bottom.                
        Ferguson has demonstrated that this smaller city obviously is equally well-represented by dangerously unqualified Ferguson police officers (one particularly challenged one recorded calling a local African-American resident an "animal") who so far have shot and killed apparently execution-style an unarmed college-bound student, then for the following week patrolled peaceful daytime streets with automatic weapons and dressed as their favorite G.I. Joe action figures, placed scoped snipers with tripods on peaceful downtown rooftops, then in the middle of the afternoon most outrageously perhaps demonstrating their fearsomely aggressive ignorance of and/or disdain for the United States Constitution as well as their continuing imbecilic complete lack of sense of public opinion accosted Washington Post and Huffington Post reporters filing reports from a McDonald's filmed while a helmeted Ferguson policeman in riot gear accosted and gave them forty-five seconds before roughing them up forced against soda machines and arresting them forced into a police car to be held and later released without charges nor any proper paper record as apparently is their practice for false arrests.
       The classic idiocy of the Ferguson police only became grossly magnified last evening as they showed up with vehicles and uniforms and combat protection paraphernalia worthy of the Special Forces to take on as if it were Al Qaeda an almost entirely peaceful crowd including regional religious figures and a state senator not to mention more national reporters including equipped with stationary cameras which the police followed after a brief warning to the almost entirely peaceful gathering with a barrage of flash and smoke grenades, then tear gas and rubber bullets with assault long-barreled weapons actually pointed into the crowd no doubt another generous gift of DOD Iraq and Afghanistan surplus spread around the country to equally incompetent untrained police with naturally no funds for training, as the police obviously are not shy to learn that right out in the "field of the neighborhoods". Luckily for them there is little use for their military hardware in actual "war" against declining crime and "drug cartels" whom apparently no one has informed Ferguson and other police departments largely operate over one thousand miles away in other countries. (They just buy their weapons here, not use them.)
       What more need one say about the near sub-moronic "operational" ability of officers who arrest two national press reporters for no reason, point assault weapons at unarmed citizens, bring the closest things they have to armor-bullet impervious tanks to largely peaceful demonstrations, among other things too obviously idiotically banal to mention here. And as for the troops so too exponentially go for their leaders such as the police chief who violates state law by not releasing the name of a police officer a public official involved in the killing of a citizen and still has not done so after nearly a week after making up one lame excuse after another.
       Moreover the Ferguson Police Department sure was quick to give its completely unbelievable account of Mr. Brown's killing then after several eyewitnesses which it for days neglected to interview completely contradicted its story at which point the earnest Ferguson Police Chief disingenuously explained how it would be too soon to provide any facts at all including how many times his officer shot the apparently unarmed Brown or any other facts and most amazingly has stonewalled on releasing the name of the probable murderer because it might "put him in danger" as well as the lying piece of shit (or brain dead, or both) Chief claims not to know the officer's name! Well that sure is not the way it goes for the rest of us when we shoot someone several times in the middle of the street and leave their body to fester for hours in the broiling sun.
       Thank goodness President Obama has not only taken it upon himself to attend directly to this pack of lying stonewalling buffoons and immediately taken the extraordinary measure of dispatching the Attorney General Of The United States Eric Holder to the scene, with not only him but the Department Of Justice's Chief Assistant Criminal Prosecutor as well. Yes it would certainly seem Ferguson could spare these eager Ferguson officers to bravely learn how to use their military weapons against ISIS in Iraq, and it certainly has helped clear up the mystery raised by the Ferguson Chief Of Police why in being the most successful chief to date in integrating the force he has achieved the remarkably mind-numbing goal by now having a force composed of 53 white officers and 3 African-Americans which he has noted he also has afforded historical promotion potential although admitted it is rather hard to keep good African-American officers on the force when there is so much competition from area police districts for competent police officers. Yes we sure can see that is no lie.

     In recent days in addition to misuse of official New Zealand law enforcement and intelligence equipment (some of which may have been made available to New Zealand by the United States for legitimate use) private hacking sites identified as voltaa.com related hacker referring and URL referring sites as well what are identified as Google Serbia sites have resulted in disrupted dissemination of information by this site as well as the reporting to the Ninth Amendment of what presumably are incorrect sites and countries. Presumably this activity is largely intended to and may actually prevent dissemination of reports regarding New Zealand pervasive National Ruling Party and individuals therein corruption now encompassing a wider range of conspirators in a growing criminal racketeering enterprise. The statistics further indicate a sudden complete drop of site visits by the United Kingdom and Canada in recent days averaging about fifty visits daily to what at least have been reported as between zero and one visit daily.

New Zealand's false "clean" rating has been maintained by a concerted effort to tightly control the small group of hand-chosen individuals who pass the false rating information on to the presumably ignorant of the truth international organization Transparency International monitoring all countries' information but reportedly not actually rigorously testing or investigating it including not visiting subject countries. Reportedly the local group in New Zealand keeps sufficiently isolated through tightly-controlled staffing by members of New Zealand's ruling corrupt rich and elite colluding to keep the truth from the world and therefore maintain on very false premises undeserved global goodwill, as well as commerce and tourists steadily flowing to New Zealand.
     The United States State Department by officials not wishing to be identified has confirmed the United States growing awareness of endemic corruption among New Zealand's ruling elite and significant numbers of rogue law enforcement personnel including New Zealand Police and SAS as reported through U.S. diplomatic missions in New Zealand. The United Kingdom which appears to have shown significant interest in posts at this site has virtually disappeared from statistics of site visits which as mentioned above also appear to be interfered with, diverted, or disrupted such that they show minimal "hits" totally inconsistent with seven years of previous statistics at this site.

President Pete Goodfella himself some time back curiously (given the Goodfella mob's legendary frugal propensities admitted in a PR piece a few years back by family godfather Doug "the thug" Goodfella confessing the family lived in squalor because it "did not believe in interior decorators") hired his own Target Investigations to submit a "friend of the Serious Fraud office" affidavit that Mr. Goodfella had passed hundreds of thousands of dollars cash (give or take a few) to National Party! business associate and alleged narcotics trafflcker Michael Louzsis (once Goodfella realized the entire cash transaction had been extensively photographed of Goodfella raking over his "investment" cash). Now Mr. Louzsis is back again "running the operation" from a New Zealand prison presumably issuing commands to Goodfella pending Goodfella getting Louzsis out at the first parole hearing possible.

     Unlike Mexican Interior Minister Blake Mora before he fell or was pushed from a "crashing helicopter", Mr. Goodfella is not known ever to have suffered a serious helicopter crash even while on frequent family trips to the Cayman Islands (although Goodfella is rumored to enjoy frequenting the company of New Zealand Police helicopter officers harassing hard-working New Zealanders with heat-seeking "qausi"-legal low flyovers of their better-decorated homes generally while occupied only by their wives and young children).  Mr. Goodfella himself a self-described "real strong family man" and botax enthusiast currently dating a woman who has admitted she has trouble distinguishing "fantasy from reality" (DSM # anyone?) of course staunchly at the helm the traditionally "Family Values" National Party! has himself been the subject of domestic violence police emergency calls although police urging the swearing out of police reports against him for National Party! style family violence apparently were not heeded because of concerns it might trigger an irreversible psychotic reaction given his unacknowledged narcissistic borderline personality disorder because, in the unforgettable words of Tom Lehrer, "He loved his mother.      In the preceding years there of course have been thousands of Mexican officials' violent deaths since the last Mexican Interior Minister was killed with large swaths of the country left completely unpopulated by fleeing Mexican citizens in the path of warring Mexican drug cartels exacerbated by the joining of their former "Zeta" bodyguards directly into fighting on their own behalfs in the highly lucrative but risky profession. Back in Auckland neighboring the country largely populated by descendants (Australia) of convicts to which many dangerous English felons were deported, Goodfella is not known to have had any significant connections to the the country prior to his back-seat cash dealings with Louzsis (other than of course his mother rumored the "brains" of the Goodfella mob hailing from the peaceful island of Tasman).
     The Ninth Amendment Log often posts officials' own acknowledgments that the phony "war on drugs" began as a cynical political ploy by "Tricky Dick" Nixon with no care of ever "winning", has been a complete and dangerous failure for over forty years with the overall domestic United States and macro global consequences deteriorating exactly as thoughtful consideration such as in a 1988 "Economist" cover story supporting decriminalization predicted. It was perhaps satisfying to some to go to "war" when there was no one fighting on the other side.
     Now the United States gladly aided by some of the most ruthless people in the world including the CIA's and other U.S. National Security and law enforcement's own drug dealers have steadily created a global enemy in a very real war of scary possibilities, empowering formerly non-existent criminal syndicates and organizations now with enormous near-limitless money and resources to devote not only to domestic, international, and global trafficking and real-world overpowering influence on how countries are governed and huge populations are involved and/or totally uninvolved but will spend (and most likely end) their lives for the waronnothing. So welcome aboard New Zealand we are confident there is at least one patiently waiting "business partner" of National Party! Goodfella waiting for that early release so he can pay Goodfella back.

Ninth Amendment Defies Experts Screams To Top Of Charts New Keywords HAARP, Denver Airport Swastika, Qaddafi Shell Casing, F-35 $1 Trillion, Snowden Stumps NSA

     Sunday, 25 August 2013, YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK - First and foremost our hearts go out to all living beings threatened by the Yosemite National Park blaze including any and all scattered landowners grandfathered or otherwise in the vicinity of the historic park first named as a "National Monument" by President Theodore Roosevelt. The fire has been deemed enough of a threat to the water supply of San Francisco stored in Hetch Hetchy Reservoir that California Governor Jerry Brown had at last reports available to the Ninth Amendment log called a state of emergency.
     Hetch Hetchy Dam was constructed in the early years of the 20th Century over the lifelong protestations of naturalist and foremost friend of the Earth John Muir who as chronicled in an outstanding PBS (yes another bane of the "Modern" Republican Party) television documentary recounting the historic visit of Theodore Roosevelt (himself a Republican) to Yosemite Valley at which visit he eschewed his planned state dinner at the Ahwautaukee Lodge and instead spent the night speaking with and sleeping in sleeping bags beneath the great rock walls of Yosemite Valley beside the great naturalist John Muir.
     This story is here revisited from an earlier post a couple years back on this log which recounts the great coup of President Theodore Roosevelt which followed. Apparently completely in awe of the natural wonder to which he awoke President Roosevelt experienced a cathartic moment in which the realization overtook him that the transcendent natural beauty of the land of the country, his and John Muir's country that he saw stretching in all directions was not something to be conceptualized as some transitory possession as might be consistent with the prevalent robber baron views of the time.
     What stood before the two men was the representation of a sacred trust they held not just to a few or perhaps even the citizens of a single country, but rather an enduring timeless part of the Earth to which they held a sacred duty to preserve for all peoplekind. In any case the "coup" which unfolded in the furious following months was unparalleled in history. The emboldened and inspired President Theodore Roosevelt returned aglow to Washington, D.C. and in a some might call sleight of hand that bordered on the magical or mystical convinced the United States Congress to bestow upon the President alone the power under the enacted "National Antiquities Act" to with maps of the United States in hand with the stroke of a pencil (we believe he however used a pen) "suggested" a remarkable collection of "National Monuments" to forever be preserved and saved from the petty and transitory destruction of commercial pillage.
     Before the United States Congress knew what had hit it President Theodore Roosevelt had used the presumably modest powers of the Act to mark off reasonably restrained preserves around the country the President instead with the guidance of John Muir and others had with great strokes of his pen forever (one hoped) marked off wide swaths of land in places near and far and encompassing the most spectacular lands of the Country for designation as National Monuments which later were to become the very heart of this Nation's National Park System.
     Alas John Muir did NOT succeed in his one greatest quest to save Hetch Hetchy from being dammed and the valley which the naturalist described unbelievably as being even MORE breathtaking, spectacular, and beautiful than its parallel Yosemite Valley was indeed dammed to satisfy the commercial interests of the burgeoning city of San Francisco. John Muir is said never to have recovered from this most terrible blow and to have then carried for the relatively few more years that he survived to his grave. To this day people still speak of undoing the damage and removing the damn.     
     The agricultural and other interests say impossible. Curiously to this day San Francisco is said to waste far more precious pristine Sierra Mountain water each morning just watering Golden Gate Park with virgin water than ALL such water (carefully reclaimed) used by its supposedly rapacious neighbor to the south, Los Angeles, the City of the Angels.  
     Well darn the Ninth Amendment editorial board has really wandered afar this time. To those readers who have held on the past couple of days and nights we have been in the midst of a GRAND EXPERIMENT. Rather than merely an onslaught of algorithms, keywords, megatrends, search optimizations and so on of which we know, well, very little at this point the Ninth Amendment Log instead has attempted to attract a growing readership (somewhat disturbed shall we say by untoward events of  recent weeks past) amongst its worldwide audience by presenting merely a bit of hopefully decent and interesting writing.
     Surprise! The scheme in the past days would appear actually to have worked as amidst some of our usual digressions we have stuck more or less faithfully to the interesting and even to some intriguing secrets of the profession of Private Investigator. With neither compensation nor remuneration of any kind we have shared as "fair comment" portions of "The Private Investigator's Handbook" by Chuck Chambers, P.I. So after all this it only seems fair that we continue on here for those still with us with a few tidbits from Chapter Eight, "How To Shake A Tail". Particularly as Mr. Chambers seems to have specifically connected these bits to his concern for the safety of women. To wit (per Mr. Chambers):
   
     o   Number of reported stalking cases in the United States each year:  1,006,970

     o    Number of women battered yearly:  6,000,000

     o    Percentage of murdered women each year killed by a current or former spouse:  52

     o    Percentage of clients who come to me because they want to avoid being followed:   3

     Readers of the Ninth Amendment first are referred to previous posts of the past couple days which by inference clearly suggest certain ways to shake a vehicular tail.

     -     The first Make a U-Turn readers may remember is to head for the nearest four-lane highway and make a u-turn there. "After a short distance, maneuver to the left lane and look for the first available break in the median strip where you can safely do a u-turn. Naturally you're looking for any vehicle that makes the same u-turn behind you". As Mr. Chambers says the other car faces a dilemma, and either you've made the tail and/or discouraged them for today.

     -     The second readers will remember is to Head for a Dead-End, one of the "best methods" according to Mr. Chambers unless of course one thinks "there is any element of danger involved". Once the tail follows you into the dead-end street, go into the last residence and pull into the driveway. You now have the tail in a bottleneck and can put your car in reverse and head back out the street. "At this point, you're in a position where you can either confront the person or you can fall in behind him or her and take their tag number. The predator has to pass within a few feet."
            "Your tail knows the jig is up, and with the tag number you can identify who the driver is. If the tag comes back a licensed PI" call your lawyer.

     -     Technique three is Residential Turns which requires paying attention. "If you make three consecutive turns in a residential area and the same car is still behind you, the chances are you're under surveillance. Make a u-turn to shake the tail."

     -     Techniques four, five and six we will simply name and leave to our readers to pursue should they wish. They are: Left Turns, For Sale Sign (Get Ahead Out of Sight Pull Into For Sale Driveway Lie Across Front Seat And Let Tail Pass Which Will Make Most PIs Give Up After About Ten Minutes, next is The Yellow Light which we will bet our readers can figure out if they can gauge their speed then leave the tail at a red, next is Look For A Second Tail, and Finally Is Collect Evidence Of A Tail When Safe To Do So.

     Finally finally from your editorial board at the Ninth Amendment the recently repeated reminder has of late unfortunately become important again -- young women DO NOT STOP for apparent police marked or unmarked lights or no lights up top on dash whatever in ANY kind of an isolated area. Proceed to a nearby police station if you know where one is otherwise calmly continue until you are in a VERY WELL LIT AND VERY OCCUPIED PLACE. When in doubt ALWAYS USE YOUR CELL PHONE FOR 9-1-1 IN OR OUT OF YOUR SERVICE AREA, YOU WILL BE CONNECTED AND NOT HAVE TO PAY.
    
     Remember keep your car moving until you are sure as sure can be you are safe, and never, ever, let anyone get you off of the street into a vehicle. Tear out their eyes and scream bloody murder. Did we say that? Well we must have meant it.

Sorry but at this point we will just keep those extra keywords in the title until next times, when there are always more topics to turn to, always more stories to tell, always more things to learn. SFPD Critically Shoot One Man "Imagined" To Have Gun As Well As Man "Believed" To Be His Target

     Tuesday, 9 April 2013 - SAN FRANCISCO - Zealous San Francisco police called out of their police bunker in the somewhat gentrified Mission District of this city apparently came out with guns blazing late Sunday night firing off what would be expected to be hollow-nosed rounds into a group directly across the street from their Mission Station when the SFPD allegedly imagined a man aiming a firearm at another which turned out to be an air gun. Perhaps seeking to outdo the NYPD which readers may recall last year mowed down many completely innocent New Yorkers walking and window-shopping on the sidewalks in the vicinity of the landmark Empire State Building the SFPD also quickly convinced San Franciscans who were not hit it was time to dive for the pavement.
     Latest reports to the Ninth Amendment's Bay Area bureau confirm that SFPD officers in fact critically wounded a man not with a gun but an air gun which they emphatically educated members of the press can shoot pellets when loaded with air. It is not believed to be the official policy of the SFPD also to shoot persons at whom the SFPD believe imagined guns are being pointed, but in this case the SFPD also did hitting the putative target as well apparently with hollow-nosed rounds quickly making him into an actual target who at last reports also was hospitalized in extremely critical condition along with the possible air shooter.
     Involved officer(s) nevertheless reportedly have been suspended regardless of Department policy for attempting to kill victims as well as perpetrators. Some citizens reportedly expressed concern if it was just a case of remarkably poor marksmanship and judgment rather than policy it nevertheless was disheartening and frightening to experience it enthusiastically practiced amidst groups of citizens. Readers may internet search the Mission District police for other perhaps troubling incidents such as SFPD's shooting a man several times in the back there and killing him a couple years ago. 
     The Ninth Amendment does not have access to the most recent information on the police shooting victims' conditions and/or survival and families, friends and interested others are urged of course directly to contact proper medical authorities for this information. Hollow-nosed bullets of late have been an issue in the forefront of the San Francisco political scene where the city council has been deciding whether ordinary citizens should be permitted to buy or possess them in the city.
     Medical personnel at hospitals such as the city's major trauma San Francisco General Hospital confirm that the hollow-nosed bullet which is designed to mushroom splatter immediately upon entering a human's tissue causes maximum lethal damage by making nearly every hit either extremely critical or catastrophically deadly by expanding exponentially in the human body tearing out tissue, blood vessels, bones, organs including much of the brain in head shots as the bullets rapidly expand pancaking into gaping exit wounds.
     Proponents of the hollow-nosed bullets argue they are actually much safer than a bullet with a "full metal jacket" which can pass through targeted humans but not necessarily immediately stop them and furthermore then continue on for some distance through, for example, bystanders even at some distance and structures such as building exterior and apartment walls into neighboring units. Unfortunately as demonstrated apparently in the SFPD's frenzied Sunday night shooting the theory of the "safer" hollow-nosed bullet does not hold true for anyone when it causes maximum life-threatening damage in persons shot wrongly, recklessly, negligently and/or accidentally.
     The Ninth Amendment wishes to emphasize that information on the incident is still developing. As always our hearts go out to all those possibly killed or injured without just cause and of course their families, loved ones and friends. Individuals with particular concerns should contact appropriate authorities. Finally the Ninth Amendment emphasizes that no final hearing has been initiated on any of the officer-involved shootings and whatever the outcome does not reflect on the SFPD as a whole. However as of this time the available reports do not sound encouraging as to the conduct of those involved and the consequences quite possibly sickeningly tragic for all involved including for the entire San Francisco community..
