Life, Liberty And The Pursuit Of Happiness You And Country United States Birthright Declared July 4, 1776

7 July 2013, JOHNSTON ATOLL, PACIFIC OCEAN - What better place to celebrate the Fourth of July than back out here on the old Atoll fond memories of C-130s passing wingtip-to-wingtip day and night ferrying napalm and agent orange, corpses, top secret mixed radioactive-hazardous waste in decaying drums (now if readers wish to give themselves a real do-it-yourself brain workout on the law, NOLO-style, get yourself a used group of pertinent sequential copies of the parts and sub-sections of the Code of Federal Regulations, any edition will do, and try working yourself through just exactly what qualifies for the "definition" for purposes of pick your federal law -- even the D.C. Circuit Court of Federal Appeals which used to be the breeding ground for the U.S. Supreme Court before the Republicans just started grabbing the highest bidder directly from the John Birch Society University of Chicago chapter, yes even the D.C. Circuit when trying to work its way through the fifteen or so page maze analysis which also kept looping back on itself in top federal drafting style did finally reach the end, its only judicial comment was "Now that we have completed that part of the mind-numbing analysis. . . .")
Yes as we were saying what better place for the editorial board of the Ninth Amendment to meet for some deep contemplation on the Fourth of July in a place where one really could not forget for a moment what they have been doing at breakneck speed to our "from sea to shining sea", okay land where our fathers died, that was one thing, but land where our grand-children die from strange food additives, mercury in their fillings, crap in their vaccines, Texas, you name it, this is all getting to be a little too much. It's right there, well, here in the link that directly follows this sentence, we meant to put the Declaration of Independence in for sure on the Fourth, but well it is a long story and we no doubt will tell it at some point. www.archives.gov/exhibits/charters/declaration_transcript.html
Anyway as we were saying we can all see it right there for ourselves, the Founding Fathers expounding on the "Pursuit of Happiness" as a bedrock justification for throwing off the yoke of (English) oppression and really getting down without even a tax on those party-time commodities we are live and will die for but, man, could they have had even less on their minds than we, and they having just taken on the biggest superpower in the world with a bunch of guys with varmint rifles and pitchforks, since as we see it we now have a lot more people just worrying about the "life" and the "liberty" parts than too much about some right to pursue happiness. . . . do they not always show up to rain on our parade, you know who we are talking about, the ones who have been showing up and doing that all our lives since we finished the first treehouse or, uh, decorated the first dollhouse, the ones who, well, are like that guy who got on "Further" and started bumming everyone out big-time getting in their face until he tried it with Ken Kesey towering over him who just said, "Take your bad trip, man, and go someplace else." End of story.
These are the times that demand the good doctor. We knew it. We knew it, and we told you so. It has gotten to the point where we just must have the red convertible screech up burning rubber in a wide 180 degree turn and Dr. Thompson stepping out over the door and telling it like it is. These are sick and dangerous times. This Fourth of July has been not just a time of celebration but a time of deep reflection.
Where we were on the Fourth they were blowing them off until dawn, and they were not the City's fireworks which sputtered out into the sky hours before, these were MUNITIONS coming out of crates stamped for the Colonel's letter (that is an extra credit reference), they were shaking the glass in the windows and rumbling all around for miles with nothing at all to see just the voices of people running around in the night, jumping between rooftops, drowning out those deafening new sirens developed from the ATF ones used on Koresh before they burned and gassed them out of Waco, using helicopter and ground-mounted automatic weapons shooting the women and children as they tried to run for safety out the back of the "Compound", were they would not let the media go. No, you never shoot a . . . .
Hey, so some wonder what we are doing celebrating the Fourth a few days late. Well you try to get a civilian seat into the Atoll, chances are you too may find yourself with a few days to burn in Agana, watching the Air America flights come and go in the night, sitting up sitting sipping a giant rum with your hunting knife jammed in a grapefruit waiting for the sun to come up "Where America's Day Begins".
Kudos to the interns, this time we did not change a thing on their post, readers can see it all still there, typos and all, as it happened that last post did pull in a new record number of readers to the Ninth Amendment log, and who wants to go messing up a good thing, that is unless you are in Government, military defense contracting, or food "manufacture". As they say on the license plates and in greeting on Guam, "Hafa Adai". In other words, "What?"

Doing The Thomas Pynchon Misinformation Disinformation Do It Again Prism Prison Tango For The NSA, CIA, FBI, DEA, Secret Service, Office of Naval Intelligence, MI5, KGB (Just "KEYWORDS" Who Cares) GooGoo Twit-R Facelog Bam-Bam-Obama-Bo-Bama Leg Iron Shuffle

Monday, 1 July 2013, BEIJING - Hello readers sorry about all the mail we externs have been getting behind on these days. But who can keep track of all those p.o. box keys and renewals and everything anyway. No worries about the headline just some drunk tech yuppie left his algorithms and his mePhone 9 when we dragged him out of the street over his protests, last thing we saw of him he went screaming off toward the bad part of town trailing one hundred dollar bills.
Now what about the daily posts that sometimes appear to come out only, well, not every day? All we can say is we cannot be responsible for the entire world wide web. We duly send off the pigeons each morning (sometimes by one minute past midnight to beat the "Newspapers of Record" whatever they are) from all over the world except our bureaus on rapidly melting but still cool icebergs and big growing deserts which are really getting hot these days. Please no mail about the "pigeon launchings" which of course are only committed or rather celebrated where allowed in fact encouraged by law like lots of places here in our friendly local host country, and they are fed a working wage.
And in other areas short of pigeons as determined by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (the U.S. "Livin' The Wild Life Serve Us"?) and private oil refineries which if we remember the tv ads from our childhoods correctly are kind of like national parks only where everything dies of natural people-made pollution or when parts of the refinery blow up by accident because they are so busy drug-testing the "safety sensitive" workers and interrogating them over 50% "false positives" (because they use the cheap tests when they should be checking for BTEX in their blood anyway) that they are like zombies made to work either triple-shifts or get fired or at least make them work every weekend and holiday for the next five years). Speaking of which if they gave former failed animal husbandry major Texas Idiot Governor Rick  "Six-Shooter" Perry a PET scan we bet they would have taken him straight from that debate to the ICU (please, anywhere but Texas, we have a drug discount card) found a cortex full of methylethylbenzene helps keep the air, well . . . .
Back to our original digression (no you cannot digress from your starting point) of course most of the correspondence we receive would not be publishable or even maybe mentionable under our strict policies because one can only say so much about that which. . . . All we have to say is three days from now the Founding Fathers will be twirling in their graves. At least since these idiots have to say an oath to the Constitution, could they not maybe as well be made to read it! It does after all have a part on amending it. If they get one wrong, no let's be fair and lower the bar, if they cannot get even a single question on it right, we say take away their gun and stick a pocket U.S. Constitution in it.
After all even in the CBS 1968 News Special Mr. Justice Hugo L. Black admitted he always carried one in his pocket because HE could not remember every word of it. (It was kind of a stupid question to ask him, although he DID use the example of why we find the word "No" in the First Amendment and "unreasonable" in the Fourth. He was in his eighties and had yet to write the Pentagon Papers decision).
Please do not even get us going on how they have ignored the Ninth Amendment. Do not worry we will all have time to read it from prison between being waterboarded and shocked on the genitals while attacked naked by German Shepherds because for what we said on Mugbook about Monsanto fifteen years ago. That is if they are handing out reading material. Please do not say we did not tell you so. We told you so.

Obama Vapid Response Shocks Again Dismays Entire New York Times Editorial Board On But Most Recent Executive Major U.S. Constitutional Attack

Wednesday, 19 June 2013, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - The Ninth Amendment most sincerely regrets yet again in what seems to be but a matter of weeks and indeed even through this log's most recent post to inform readers of reports that President Obama continues to dismiss and oddly appear to believe he is somehow even distanced from continuing reports of blatant Executive Branch (of which he of course is the Chief) encroachments of potentially calamitous historical Constitutional proportions on some of its most sacred and fundamental protections of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Many are perhaps most specifically and extensively set forth with the ratification by a majority of the several states of the Bill of Rights (which of course still in the view of this log known after all as "The Ninth Amendment"  has some VERY largely obviously to most anyone who can read English individually protective yet oddly indeed near-completely unexplored, unrecognized, unacknowledged and actually effectively ignored provisions which the State in the view of this log can only be said to maintain ludicrously are some sort of vestigial surplusage which would have had to be absolutely uncharacteristically inserted by the Founding Fathers as if they were, say, getting paid by the hour or page.
In any case it was at most some few months ago that the entire editorial board of The New York Times as reported here called for the complete closure of Guantanamo Bay and release of remaining detainees especially in light of some who had now spent about a decade there even AFTER federal judges ORDERED them released and all essentially agreed that many (but not all - those being segregated) posed no threat at all. But Congress refused to provide funding.
Then of course heinous legislation such as the cynically entitled "Patriot Act" survives even in all its admittedly worst provisions thrown in in the dead of night with President Obama's administration actually having had its and other legislation's Bush-era "sunset provisions" not only not left effective but having done so by making these laws destroying the fabric of this country permanent.
And now in the wake of the most recent revelations of the Obama administration's continuation of the NSA's seven-year-old unconstitutional universal surveillance program even as the President and his new century "lethal surveillance teams" and Oval Office direct controlled drone assassinations and murders continue, the New York Times reports on President Obama's shockingly dismal and disingenuous statements in defense of the new surveillance state he oversees, even calling it successful when he well knows that the telephone component in particular produces far less safety-enhancing results.
The Ninth Amendment has as recently indicated here had about as much as it cares to stomach for the moment. Interested readers are encouraged to click to the New York Times editorial link directly below for further details. God Bless America.

Where Are The Snowdens Of Yesteryear? NSA Earns Drone Murderer Obama Big Thumbs Up On NSA Massive Unconstitutional Universal Surveillance

"Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely." Lord Acton

Saturday, 14 June 2013, REYKJAVIK, ICELAND - The editorial board of the Ninth Amendment is saddened indeed sickened and horrified to hear that confessed worldwide drone murderer Barack Obama, champion and perpetuater of some of the most heinous acts of the unelected former "President" George "little shrub" Bush including perhaps most notoriously, aside from the murder and maiming of hundreds of thousands of citizens of the innocent country of Iraq and the meaningless sacrifice and destruction of the lives of hundreds of thousands of American servicepeople and their families and loved ones, the cynically entitled "Patriot Act" mysteriously placed without conference review in a severely "modified" version in the hallowed chambers of the United States Congress just after dawn the day of the infamous vote ink still wet on its pages which largely had nothing whatsoever to do with so-called "terrorism" but rather the several hundred page deathwish list of the United States Executive branch's decimating attacks on the Constitutional birthrights of Americans which previously had been rejected by legitimate Constitutional process countless times and now finally were only given the "color of law" through fraud, trickery, deception, the most despicable of capital crimes and indeed treason through a rushed Congressional vote with members not a single one of which had had any time to read much less consider the monstrous attack on the very fiber of the United States as proposed by the Founding Fathers and ratified by the original states and without doubt the single most devastating piece of unconstitutionally pieced together jumble of toxic garbage ever shoved down the throats of the American people and endorsed by their (largely) misled duly elected representatives (minus of course the Nation's unelected "President" the "little shrub" Bush and his puppetmaster Dick "Pigheart" Cheney - show him the money the man who would sell his own country for a palette of $100 bills - regardless of the meaningless undeliberated totally partisan pre-ordained same day ruling of a U.S. Supreme Court either gone completely demented and senile to the point of complete unfamiliarity with the plain mandates of the United States Constitution or clearly most likely simply treating the requirement of a majority of the electoral vote especially given a very thinly-veiled obvious loss on the popular vote of the people, with pure disdain and a sacred trust in their jurisprudence only to be ignored by a group not even worthy of the deliberations practiced by the Inquisition , or perhaps all of the above, in fact who cares), and back to this same present day murderer Obama champion and perpetuator of the "Bush" doctrines he a man too stupid to even speak a full English sentence but Obama an incarnation who has proven himself to be far more dangerous and far more evil, this same drone murderer Obama now has bestowed his now rendered meaningless "Presidential" endorsement on the the flagrant, obvious, undeniable, unarguable, undefendable and unforgivable violation of some of the most sacred and fundamental rights of the American people as they insisted 250 years ago they were NOT conceding to any government at ANY level.
The NSA and the presently flourishing malign tumor of other "national security" Executive branch criminal organizations that may be involved in this presently disclosed abomination in complete disregard we have learned by this time of one of the originally adopted Ten Amendments to the United States Constitution that the United States Government has not only recognized but held up previously as a pillar before the world as a beacon of liberty, hope, strength, and endurance, here the Fourth Amendment of the Bill of Rights which unambiguously protects all Americans against UNREASONABLE searches and seizures has been treated with such absolute contempt by a Government that has become so dangerously despotic, besotted with misused and misappropriated powers unfettered so as to have completely lost touch with the hard fact that without the powers entrusted to it by the People it is NO GOVERNMENT AT ALL.
These are not the patriots. These are not the keepers of the "national security" but rather the protagonists of this Nation's growing INSECURITY through the simple device of the alienation of a rapidly growing percentage of its and the rest of the world's peoples. These are the traitors to the founding trust of the American people and the architects of the horror THEY unfold before the world in the American people's name. The only true security they act to preserve is their own.
In their ignorance and gluttony have they not seen it is THEY who will make WHOEVER really perpetrated 11 September 2001 the victors. Drone murderer Obama has sickened us beyond our worst imaginings with his hypocrisy. Never would we have imagined that HE could further disgrace and disparage the Constitution of the Greatest Nation ever conceived. So now the Ninth Amendment understands from its Hong Kong Bureau that reportedly THEY even can watch and listen to Obama himself in the Oval Office signing off on his next batch of drone murders, kidnappings, tortures, or assassinations somewhere in the world. Because of course once THEY are everywhere preserving themselves above all else who are THEY going to have left to watch but EACH OTHER?
Well one could say that when Hitler became Chancellor of Germany in 1933 that the subsequent burning of the Reichstag was one "convenient" way to get things done. And we suppose one could say it worked for a while, perhaps if the "National Socialist German Workers' Party" had Google, Facebook and all the rest in  their wallets and at their command to distract the people in the "comfort" of their homes as the boots marching in the street became a little bit louder, a little more strident, as the yells became a little bit louder, a little bit closer and more desperate, and the sticks that they carried started to look an awful lot like guns people might not really have noticed much of anything for a little while longer.
But alas, as the World woke up they learned that nothing earthly can last forever. Pity the editorial staff of the Ninth Amendment thought that with a guiding document as thoughtfully, rigorously and profoundly debated by the greatest and most experienced minds of a great generation and indeed even more in our opinion than any document of government that ever preceded or followed it that the United States of America would well be here largely as we knew it, changed only most likely gradually and thoughtfully according to the express terms set out in the Constitution, that we and countless generations would have this great Nation to cherish and preserve for a long, long time to come.
So sad to have it trampled by pigs and ignorant thugs with no appreciation what we ALL might have if they could just honor their oaths under a Commander-in-Chief with the moral fiber to stand by what we all know this Great Country gave him (or her) all necessary authority to lead this Great Country by what was right and true. Now that we are all under surveillance perhaps it is Snowden who is the safe one. Hong Kong? Iceland? We doubt it. Just a ploy to get the 15 or 20 "national security outfits to race there so they can blunder over the prize (and the funding). Like the Generals and Admirals making the others wait as they made their way not to be left out of the scene where bin Laden had been trapped within days. So eager for the credit they left the Pakistanis to guard him and, well, you know, he just sort of slipped away.
No our guess is Snowden's best bet after China and South America must be North Korea. Somehow we doubt the United States has too many thugs who have quite made there cover there yet. Oh but who does come to the rescue when there is no United States left as we know it because, if you have not yet gotten the news, kill your television and get the news, there is no United States of America left as we knew it. United We Stand, Divided We Fall, it is the "People United Will Never Be Defeated".
     God Bless America.

Experian Credit Bureau Flunks Own Standards With Dismal Score Reports In All Areas

Saturday, 8 June 2013, DUBLIN, IRELAND -  The Ninth Amendment's most recent post provided readers preliminary information on different means in many instances to quickly get free official credit bureau reports or in any case much of the information derived from them at sites always providing at least some of their recent content with the participation of the credit bureaus so as to "alert" consumers when it would be best to acquire (pay for) the official reports along with tailored commercial objective-appearing credit recommendations.
Even a cursory examination by the casual observer reveals that the bureaus share a keen interest in maximizing profits as the lapdogs of big business whose information they disseminate wholesale rife with errors and no initial check at all before churning out sloppy and careless errors which consumers can only hope to have corrected before seriously erroneous reports often wreak havoc on their financial, housing, employment and every other aspect of their lives that the credit bureaus can get away with as they search for more areas in which to intrude with reckless disregard for accuracy every day before another law can be enacted to stop them.
In a very unscientific hasty study members of the editorial staff particularly found
that it was the widely hated Experian was nearly universally cited in various rejection letters often doling out scores of as much as one hundred points below the other two major agencies mentioned, Transunion and Equifax. To add insult to injury although Experian sent these devastating numbers far and wide to businesses at the drop of a hat, when then legally required to provide the credit reports for free to consumers Experian of the three agencies by far most frequently refused to send them out online claiming that consumers could not adequately verify who they were although the other agencies had no problem doing so.
Only after sending Experian a packet of information akin to that required to refinancing a house were consumers told they then could expect reports delivered by "slow mail" and consequently dragging out the dispute process by weeks if not months. Somehow these same consumers by sending money for reports they were entitled to for free under law could consumers be assured of the immediate provision of an online report and opportunity for online disputes by the "leader" in online reports, along with a sneaky hefty subscription fee for ongoing overly frequent credit information at fees guaranteed to never allow one to lift their score.
Do not take our word for it. Just to take one site devoted to an examination of customer satisfaction we recommend http://www.customerservicescoreboard.com/Experian . Readers who just click on that site will find that of 284 customer reviews with comments Experian achieved a dismal score of 22 positive reviews and comments versus 262 negative reviews and complaints. Equifax employees were given an opportunity to comment and had a robust showing with only two responding which the Ninth Amendment neglected to review on the grounds that they might be biased.  (As opposed to the 22 positive reviews which Experian employees most likely were "encouraged" to write under pseudonyms under threat of being fired.)
In any case considering that if Experian were scoring Experian it most likely would be homeless without  a car, job or credit the Ninth Amendment believes that this site was more than fair even with these numbers assessing Experian's customer satisfaction performance just above the line of the worst category "terrible" but instead rating it a "disappointing". Which we suppose just goes to show there is always room to do even worse when one is at the bottom.
Interested readers who find they encounter similar problems with say Experian as is discussed here from personal experience of Ninth Amendment editorial board members are encouraged to use readers favorite search engines to find actual living persons to speak with at Experian. Just avoid the official Experian web page "insanity" loops and search under such terms as "Experian live person telephone numbers", "Experian Corporate Offices", etc. We assure readers that there indeed are real live people lurking behind that Experian website and "official" number telephone recordings just trying to do their jobs and discourage as many people as possible from pursuing getting their free credit reports as provided for under various laws.
But as we said they do not have any trouble instantly providing businesses with all the information they have about you, so it only seems fair that they admit you are you and at least extend you the same courtesy.

The real site for free annual credit reports remains www.annualcreditreport.com

Easy Ways "Gaming" Your "Credit Score" After TRULY Making Them Cough Up Your Three "Official Credit Reports" Free As In Zero

Wednesday, 29 May 2013, MARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA - Well hello surviving readers! Is it safe to come out yet? Or are they still staying busy passing laws in some of the more august chambers of legislation littering the landscape of this Great Nation requiring ministers to carry handguns during services, teacher's aides to pack their pieces in nursery schools, doctors to holster a sidearm while visiting patients in hospitals, and so on. Remember, once the Governor signs it, it is the law, until it is most likely immediately stayed by a Court concerned that for all any of us might guess, the next ones required to sport their favorite concealed firearm may be the jurors sitting ten feet away from them in the courtroom.
We at the Ninth Amendment for our part will never forget that proud day in Alaska when the legislature affirmed its continued support presumably lest residents or visitors had any lingering doubts (particularly during those very long dark cold winter nights when Alaska generated more telephone calls to Coca-Cola's toll-free number "just to talk" than any other state far in excess of its relatively scant then-population of about 800,000 people perhaps instead of picking up their firearms -- not a funny matter, if one needs to make a phone call PLEASE DO SO -- one can always change one's own mind, but those who love and care about them and whose lives will be forever changed as we ourselves have so tragically seen cannot) that it continued to be the strict policy of the State of Alaska to enforce all laws against bestiality. We suppose it just goes to show that no one state apparently got to have all the best legislators to itself.
It being the habit of this Ninth Amendment log perhaps at times to tend toward cutting an ox-bow or two back on itself especially when the interns are left at the helm for, say, Memorial Day, we cannot help but note nevertheless that our statistical readership reports consistently demonstrate our readers' taste for revisiting past years' posts in which the Ninth Amendment from time to time has tried to pass along absolutely unbiased money-saving tips when the stakes can be quite high for our loyal readers as we have learned only too well in these cases from our own experience as well, as in, for example, free instant medical care advice or often significant savings on prescription drugs at no other cost to readers.  If we are part of that "infamous" one per cent not only are we not telling, we aim to stay that way as best we can until WE decide to change the situation.
Which does now bring us concisely more or less at last to the point for the post. As many readers may only vaguely be aware, Americans now actually do have another federal agency that so far as we know is not devoted to spying, killing, or bombing people that some may only be remotely aware of because the US Consumer Financial Protection Agency for one thing was not funded by Republicans for quite some time after its creation for fear that its nominated chief may actually have attempted to achieve something akin to its name which problem was finally circumvented by President Obama dumping her nomination.
In any case more to the point today in light of the growing perception that soon Americans will not be eligible to, say, buy a hamburger on credit or be picked up by an ambulance if their credit score is not high enough, the Ninth Amendment wishes simply to bring to our readers attention the actual name of the entity formed pursuant to law (NO THIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL ADVICE WHICH SHOULD ONLY BE SOUGHT FROM A  PROFESSIONAL) some time back to make at least one copy annually available AT NO COST by picking up the phone or going to the web address www.annualcreditreport.com which is what we here provide because we remember it.
Equifax, Experian and  TransUnion are in almost all cases required to provide all readers of their majority age instantly via internet with one full copy of their credit reports FREE FREE FREE no subscription no buying a "score" no nothing else no credit monitoring no "identity protection" no nothing else except readers proving within reason readers are indeed the subject of the report they seek, as in it is their own identity. This is to benefit the American consumer and was not intended for any of these three agencies to make a windfall confusing people into thinking they owed the "credit reporting agencies" anythng but a nice swift "online dispute", always nice as it gives them very little time to jerk consumers around, either pursue the matter or if not take the disputed matter out of the report pronto not months later by Pony Express.
Naturally our experience has been that they will take every opportunity to try to get requesters to write or even request by phone the report be sent by mail as this buys them much more time to send it by donkey and then field requests at their seeming leisure to correct errors while consumers suffer all kinds of needless financial and other distress while the rich folks reportedly even just call and get it FIXED IN A DAY.
FINALLY for much more detailed information on this very preliminary post merely to head readers in the right direction, the Ninth Amendment as always in the body of a post without any remuneration whatsoever here urges readers to do a computer search such as "Nolo Press Credit Disputes" for much more detailed information which is available free of charge with plenty of content available to read on the web. For those unfamiliar with it Nolo Press is in the opinion of the Ninth Amendment editorial staff a terrific organziation located in Berkeley, California that does publish books and produce other legal materials for charge but also offers many, many of its materials on the web with no charge whatsoever with the roughly guding belief that people should not pay lawyers to do what they are perfectly capable of doing themselves in many cases with appropriate guidance and of course within the confines of the law.
Finally, readers this post does NOT CONSTITUTE ANY LEGAL ADVICE WHATSOEVER which must be sought from a duly licensed professional but is offered solely as a public service to hopefully point our readers in the right direction in the ever-more-important apparently area of so-called "credit scores" as merely touches on a main source of information through free annual credit reports. Do not be fooled by other similar web addresses which most often involve selling scores, subscriptions, monitoring and a host of other things which will be more valuable to most persons anyway with the help of interpretative information as to what all this means to them. Readers also may try sites such as credit.com and creditkarma.com which do what are called "soft pulls" of readers' credit scores just as the major three sites (meaning they do NOT affect readers' scores) and are affiliated with Experian and TansUnion respectively prvoiding "credit report cards" and some scores at no charge.
Finally as to the reference in the post heading here to "GAMING" credit scores this is not our term but we in fact most recently read of it in a publicly published piece by a spokesperson from Fair, Isaacs which is the company that  originated the orginal scores from which the others mentioned above are derived. It also has a site but does not so far as we are aware have to give away anything free to consumers. Readers may explore this themselves should they wish reading information about the so-called "FICO" score at www.myfico.com.Those who wish to visit it at least on Google skymaps may find that it is located not far from the California State Prison at San Quentin, the State's sole death row prison.
Finally for those who do find themselves getting deeply into this subject matter when they realize it may well be on the way to ruling many American's lives although FICO representatives themselves have directly said such information has not been shown to have any relationship whatsoever to what may be considered, say, the virtues and vices of anything related to dishonesty or misconduct. Other than, perhaps, what one might imagine to be the "virtues of capitalism" or at least in certain cases "not getting caught".
As for "GAMING" credit scores this is related to making use of such knowledge as the fact that in most cases creditors who report to "credit bureaus" do so monthly giving those with a keen sense of timing the opportunity  to move money around more quickly, at least so far, than anyone cares to try to track it to such a degree as to ascertain exactly what the actually total is at any one time. This might be somewhat akin to what once was the popular practice of "surfing" credit card rates with "zero balance transfers", a practice now reportedly not compelling as it once was with strategic "fees" thrown in by banks to thwart the practice.
Banks and insurance companies being of course some of the most, if not creative, at least persistent in their relentless quest to leave consumers with less and less cash and themselves with more and more largely through the employment of large numbers of mediocre attorneys with a righteous belief in their power to give words whatever meaning they assign them ( as in usury becomes "fees") and what once they were taught were "contracts" become unilateral ultimatums requiring the true "agreement" of but ONE party, that being the larger, the other of course always being free to disagree without duress or coercion other than being driven immediately bankrupt through the withdrawal of agreed credit.
One last thought here is it will be of interest to see if this post attracts advertisers who push the limits of the meaning of the word "free" to the absolute limits imaginable. Should their ads appear in the vicinity it should give readers a very helpful guide just for what they should be on the lookout.

CIA "Zuckerboy" Handlers Direct "Facelog" To Continuously Track Users Buy $1 Billion Waze Corporation GPS Technology

Friday, 10 May 2013 - Langley, VA - In perhaps the worst-kept CIA secret of all time the torture and assassination rogue democracy-destruction outfit more commonly known as the"Center For International Assassinations"  (CIA) in the operation of its so-called "Facebook" (CIA codename "Facelog" or "Mugbook") social cataloging and reported "data-mining" operation established and consistently operated in direct contravention of laws establishing the limited geographical CIA operational area expressly excluding the domestic United States reportedly now has ordered CIA puppet tool "Zuckerboy" to acquire GPS and related technology allowing the CIA to track Americans at all times using his "Facebook" franchise.
"Zuckerboy" already nailed by European regulators with staggering fines for his previous CIA-ordered efforts to use "facial recognition" technology in the European Union and more recently again was slapped down heartily by European regulators for further CIA-ordered privacy invasion and spying attempts there allegedly in the CIA's failing efforts to keep up with other U.S. "national security" agencies which provide actual physical evidence rather than the CIA's frequently incorrect "analyst" reports prepared by recent college graduates who often have never left the Eastern seaboard of the United States in their entire lives spent "book-learning" or studying at Princeton's (home of the DOE "Tokamok" experimental fusion reactor) Woodrow Wilson School  to become future CIA "never-in-the-field" top brass.
Reportedly CIA puppet tool "Zuckerboy" took a break from the innumerable lawsuits (such as Yahoo's most recent patent infringement suit) and several major enforcement actions being leveled against "Facelog" for negotiations with Waze Corporation to purchase it for its "social GPS navigation and traffic application" (so-called "app") for somewhere in the range of one billion dollars. The app is excpected to further CIA-Facebook plans to further expand and enhance its privacy invasion and surveillance and spying network significantly by enabling the physical tracking of Facebook users around-the-clock.
As previously reported when European regulators doubtlessly hammer Facebook with another fine nearing one billion dollars the fine can be expected to be indemnified by the CIA out of its so-called "black book" budget for so-called "black-ops". Such black book budget funds in contravention of the United States Constitution are not made public to most members of the government nor of the American taxpayers who will be as usual the ones footing the bill for the CIA's latest misadventures. God Bless America.

Guantanamo Torturees Described In New York Times As Facing A "Dilemma". We'll Say!

Saturday, 4 May 2013, MIAMI, FL - Surprise, surprise. An Op-Ed piece "The Detainees Dilemma" by Joe Nocera in The New York Times first published late this past Monday in telling the rather shockingly tragically sad horror story of more than ten years of one already ruled innocent young man's life stolen from him and destroyed in the name of we the American people details how the Guantanamo torturees (let's call a spade a spade) actually were provoked into their current hunger strike now said to include more than one hundred of those remaining on the wrong side of the bars in "Gitmo" (to invoke that feel-good American spirit of, say, "one more for the Gipper!").
Seems as mentioned in the Ninth Amendment's below comment reproduced verbatim from the New York Times digital edition a couple days back that the torturees had had the audacity even after being told not to do so to cover up and even break the cameras (belonging to the American taxpayers!) watching the torturees do nothing all day when not being tortured. What could the US armed forces do but raid the torture prison, shoot the torturees with rubber bullets and throw them back into solitary confinement where they already have spent years and now to this day are back again and refusing food  and liquid with liquid in tubes therefore being forced up through their noses. In the comment below the Ninth Amendment expresses its belief that Mr. Nocera's description of the torturees current condition as being one of a "dilemma" is perhaps even an understatement not fully capturing the significance of the situation.

NINTH AMENDMENT COMMENT PUBLISHED IN THE DIGITAL TIMES:

"The Detainees Dilemma"? Well, yes, "dilemma", we'll say! The editorial board of the Ninth Amendment Log at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com certainly cannot fault the Times on going too far out on a limb allowing the choice of THAT word in this headline. Especially considering that in the past weeks the entire editorial board of The New York Times had the moral courage to call for the CLOSURE OF GUANTANAMO BAY AND RELEASE OF DETAINEES lest they forgot, are all still asleep or thought they would just tone down the rhetoric a bit and allow a piece published that could do no better than call this continuing atrocity something so deeply insightful as a  "dilemma". As in would you rather have Asian or pizza tonight? Of more like would you rather starve yourself to death now that you have been thrown back in solitary for some entirely unknown period for daring break our cameras so the latest sickos the CIA and armed forces send out there cannot watch you do nothing all day except wonder when the next Mengelian experiment is unleashed upon you, or would you just care to stick it out?. Dilemma, right. President Obama at Guantanamo Bay and more recently allowing the establishment of thirty-five plus drone bases in Africa land of HIS ancestors where Obama himself makes the final murder calls to his "lethal surveillance teams" is a disgrace to all who believed in him. Bush was a bona fide idiot tool a quarter-notch above Texas' Idiot Gov. Rick Perry. Obama knows, excuse us, knew better.
