Wednesday, 23 July 2014, AUSTIN, TX - With attention of many focused elsewhere last week UT officials grabbed the perceived strategic opportunity to try and turn the tables by delaying and distracting attention on several fronts from the already long-approved drafting of articles of impeachment against presently serving Perry U-T Regent appointee Wallace Hall. These obvious subterfuges apparently spearheaded by three top U-T system officials reportedly not surprisingly soon descended into "clashes" with antagonized oversight committee lawmakers as the U-T officials in addition to widely publicized earlier acts in direct defiance of committee requests continued at the hearing repeatedly to attack the lawmakers with seemingly specious allegations of overreaching and outright misstatements reflecting a misunderstanding of the nature of the legal relationship between the Texas legislature on whose behalf the committee served and the U-T system Regents supposedly serving at someone's pleasure other than their own or the Governor's office.
In any case the distractions of attacks against lawmakers and other apparent time-wasting heated interchanges did succeed in further delaying the actual purpose of the hearing of moving forward with reaching conclusion on the specifics of drafting the previously overwhelmingly approved articles of impeachment of Wallace Hall in order to go forward with removing him from his position on the Board of Regents in the absence of his willingness to resign that position.
For the good of the UT system overall and the withdrawal from the spotlight of bad publicity particularly exacerbated by scrutiny of tensions with its flagship UT-Austin campus and President Bill Powers it has been reported that Mr. Wallace's colleague(s) have suggested that he resign his U-T Regent position from which he so far steadfastly has declined to resign (at least to those who so far have approached him) despite widespread allegations by Power supporters and other critics that Hall's actions have been manifestly inappropriate for a U-T Regent who one might expect to promote rather than detract from the public perception of their university (the role of Regent being one however which Hall previously has described in defending his alleged actions as apparently requiring active investigations into U-T matters in what he perceives to be the absence of others available in the U-T system more appropriately tasked with such "investigative"-type activities).
Regent Hall's activities to date publicly have been alleged to encompass a spectrum of improprieties including but not limited to those which have focused unwelcome and unproductive attention on the U-T system's apparent differences with what is after all its flagship university at Austin and what have been described as actions by Mr. Hall which are subject to investigation by the Travis County District Attorney's office including but not limited to "the release of confidential student information, bullying of campus officials and submitting onerous records requests" as described in the San Antonio New-Express all with the ultimate purpose of doing the bidding on his appointment as a U-T Regent of Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry of getting rid of Bill Powers for reasons which we to date have not been able to confirm.
It would appear that the events leading up to the past week have in fact succeeded in accomplishing the objective of ridding UT-Austin of its popular President Bill Powers. At last week's hearing the UT officials reportedly aggressively attacked lawmakers by among other things distorting the reason for the lawmakers' seemingly reasonable request that officials refrain from making any "substantial personnel decision" because it would be inappropriate to do so pending resolution of current contentious issues.
These have included those which had been surrounding Bill Powers tenure and Wallace Hall's actions in relation thereto as well as questions regarding the conduct of Hall in what he apparently has understood to be his "official" capacity. His conduct to date in what he claims to understand to be his appropriate role as regent has resulted in the overwhelming vote in the Texas legislature for his impeachment as well as an increasingly long period without consequence to date given which there have been calls that Hall meanwhile be subjected to some other form of censure or reprimand also pending any criminal investigation's outcome by the Travis County District Attorney. In any case the next Texas Legislature's committee meeting on its overwhelming approval of the drafting of Wallace Hall's articles of impeachment apparently has been set for 11 August 2014.
Doubtless the greatest and perhaps best obscured irony by this not uncharacteristic Texas GOP state government fiasco is that in attacking the Texas House Select Committee in Transparency in State Agency Operations ("HSCTSAO" for those fond of acronyms but not having yet achieved the somewhat more refined elegance of Federal acronyms) is the actual outcome when one shovels away the filth that has been flung back and forth which they otherwise might "step in" but failing that has become so apparent one wonders whether they should laugh or cry. As Regents' Chairman Paul Foster lambasted the legislators for their "overreaching" in encroaching on the Regents territory he even went so far as to chastise the the legislative committee for attempting to do something so "offensive". Apparently on that basis alone it therefore merited no more discussion or answering of questions before the panel by the regents because as it turned out they not only ignored the legislators, they outright defied them and took it upon themselves in the midst of all the controversy and pending investigations to simply do their own analysis reaching the compelling (not to mention convenient) legal conclusion that "[i]t's our view that the Legislature has no authority at all to direct us on personnel matters".
Powerful stuff. This of course leaves open the question until their next scheduled opportunity to lambast the legislature if that personnel matter authority resides with everyone's favorite Governor who appointed them, with the regents (even when impeached), not to mention raises other fascinating questions such as whether they can employ children and women to work fifteen hours a day for ten cents an hour redeemable only at the Regent's "company store". Given all this drama it almost came as an afterthought that not as of last week there had been no "articles of impeachment" drafted pursuant to the "overwhelming vote" of the legislature as to Mr. Wallace. He once had been widely seen as "playing dirty" but now at least for the time being is a free man with a job which seems to include a lot of investigative work.
And lo and behold UT-Austin President Bill Powers in fact now has decided of his own free will to make Governor Perry and henchman Wallace Hall's dream come true as it was announced that Powers had decided to resign effective 15 June 2015. Powers apparently had been told to resign by UT System Chancellor Francisco Ciggaroa "or face a possible firing by the board of regents at its next meeting". Cigarroa nevertheless apparently adamantly denied that he had given Powers an "ultimatum". As for the great umbrage shown by top U-T system regents at the Texas legislature's attempts to interfere with its personnel decisions, Regents' Chairman Foster apparently did feel compelled despite all the strong words thrown at the legislators, including claims of overreaching and their causing "offense" purporting to direct the regents on "personnel matters" which directions were therefore ignored and the opposite actions taken, that it was only accurate that Mr. Foster did grant the panel that "only the legislature can forcibly remove a regent".
In perhaps some final counterpoint of sanity as if to balance out all else that was said and went before, Representative Lyle Larson, R-San Antonio, did note that Powers resignation was "a travesty" . He further criticized the UT system's only known initiative other than ridding itself of President Bill Powers of its flagship UT-Austin campus, which was the regents pending investigation into admission practices to root out every outside influence over admissions which Larson simply described as "impossible and costly".

CIA Partner Google Blogger Statistic Failures Past Year Habitually Grossly Under-Report Ninth Amendment Site Performance Data With Google Now Reporting Misinformation Six Plus Hours Daily

Google for several years has encouraged "blog publishers" despite assurances that publishers' sites "blogspot"-based URLs will be maintained by and never interrupted by Google that publishers also consider registering the independent unique component of their site names themselves without using the blogspot domain with which the sites were established by the publishers from the start of their "Blogger"-based relationship with Google.
Google facilitates re-directing independent sites so that they still apparently without undue complication can continue uninterrupted along with Google the benefits of the blogspot relationship including blogspot site support including timely accurate statistical reporting and continued conforming participation as accepted into the Google "Adsense" campaign and other more recent affiliated advertising programs. Google however which earlier further facilitated this process by itself directly selling domain names listing itself with about ten other major domain name vendors has since withdrawn itself from the list encouraging publishers to use one of the other recommended reliable domain name vendors such as godaddy.com for issuance of the publishers' unique domain name currently used in combination with "blogspot".
Readers with but a brief Google engine search of the word "blogger" can see for themselves that "blogger" has become a very heavily promoted full-service blogging tool by Google reflected in part by a great many subjective search results yielded by the Google engine search which readers will readily see describe "blogger" glowingly in positive terms emphasizing supposedly compelling opportunities particularly financially implying even possible financial independence for which sample true video first-person anecdotes are offered particularly for blogs associated with existing or contemporaneously established businesses as well as from the avowed benefits of the "blogger" seamless integration with a broad and greatly expanding range of web and web-enhanced businesses with the advantage of available Google free and paid advice and assistance including through such tools as "Adwords" for smaller and developing businesses with "Google Analytics" available also for businesses tending to be larger.
Google although it allegedly shares advertising revenue when certain thresholds are reached with blog publishers through its Adsense and other programs has never made available to our knowledge or information to its publishers now reportedly numbering worldwide in the millions any share of the significant value to Google of Blogger goodwill, the value of demographic and other experiential information collected through the Blogger program, the value of the very heavily promoted Blogger+ program supposedly related primarily to blogging but actually most significantly valued by Google apparently as its grand entree into the by far most lucrative social media area all of which value is in no way to be shared with the publishers in the Blogger+ program although it is estimated to be far more valuable to Google through the vast collection of demographic information including of individuals and groups more or less manufactured by Google and encouraging such things as so-called "circles of friends" never even before know by participants altogether purporting to offer vastly more constantly Google-emphasized benefits including vague claims to offer far more unclear unexplained financial benefits than the original Blogger program apparently relying heavily on implied promises of, inter alia, readers' endorsements somehow without explanation including greatly increased advertising revenues.
It soon became apparent that Google was not beyond more or less tricking non-Blogger+ participants into joining the program through the click of a button because of apparently intentionally confusing references to things such as profiles and other tangential elements of the Blogger program which really offered little greater financial advantage to participants but undisclosed apparently significant benefits to Google which seemingly given the repeated focus on Blogger+ were most valuable to Google which clearly was making no effort to share at any point any of the substantial real value of its surreptitious made-to-order social media behemoth benefiting from basically trafficking in the personal and private information of its long-time Blogger participants. This served to highlight that the long-term undercurrent of the Google Blogger partnership with publishers was not partnership at all since it clearly had been developed on the premise that almost all the benefits would run to Google and would only continue to do so in either greater amounts. This is why hard-working publishers focused on creating truly high quality material were rewarded like the Ninth Amendment with basically nothing (but advice from other participants in the Google program which cost Google absolutely nothing as Google itself grew notorious for never even responding but once in a blue moon to any queries of its millions of publishers thus costing Google next to nothing) while Google amassed a fortune in a matter of a couple decades to rival the great industrial giants of American business enterprise such as General Motors. If Google could have one word to describe the value on the Blogger+ relationships it supposedly celebrated Google's intentions as a "friend" in a circle of friends could only be described as despicable.
Publishers are encouraged to communicate via solely via Google groups with minimum interference with Google personnel presumably counting their fortunes to determine at how young an age they might retire including as to publishers basically just giving to Google what could turn out to be most valuable strategies for the most dubious honor of participating in or taking part in or more accurately being taken by the Blogger+ social media program which has been promoted by Google not without a significant degree of challenge it is conjectured due to Google's less than fully honest approach to the purposes of and the totally confusing and basically largely nonsensical spectrum of different tactics Google uses to try to bring uninterested blogger participants into the Blogger+ program in order to access their personal information without their necessarily informed consent accompanied by warnings or rather more accurately vague threats of apparently potentially serious but actually just somewhat confusing consequences for those who no longer wished to participate any longer after joining in the Blogger+ program.
Such conduct by Google therefore would some might conjecture make any purported agreements including those purporting to incorporate the non-sharing or failure of distribution of potentially huge profits from the collection of vast amounts of personal information to participants unenforceable for several reasons which by simple lay persons might reasonably be seen as fundamentally fraudulent conspiracies among other things also believe possibly may include affirmative defenses of unclean hands and laches for emphasizing what are really minimal benefits to participants while downplaying or altogether neglecting to mention or even provide any information as to the tremendous profits potentially to be gained from the great multitude of Blogger+ relationships established by Google for the unstated purpose of using existing relationships to become competitive in the hugely profitable area of "social media" players such as Facebook, Yahoo, LinkedIn and so many others.
This would be consistent with the larger evolution of Google from what was originally introduced to the world as an academically driven internet entrant to yet another internet behemoth arguably driven first and foremost by profit or perhaps more accurately greed fueled in many cases by the unsuspecting participants in its ever-expanding endeavors using the human capital of basically unknowing and unconsenting participants giving up private and personal information through Google's basically disguised endeavors much like those of, for example, of what have become some of the world's other richest corporations which but for their relationships with for example the CIA and other "national security" agencies who benefit greatly from their information collection may well be poster children for antitrust and privacy invasion actions such as has been demonstrated by hugely costly rulings against the likes of Facebook and Google by European regulators or in the case of Google the European Union's highest court of last resort.
This court's far-reaching reputation links privacy ruling Google's attorneys curiously failed to comment on because they had "not yet reviewed the decision" which seems a somewhat disingenuous response given that the ruling of a "court of last resort" is subject neither to rehearing nor to any appeal whatsoever since there is no higher court. It is in other words "Final" thus the moniker "Court of Last Resort". Hopefully Google did not have to pay too much for outside counsel that was capable of responding with a straight face to such decisions that it could not comment on their impact on Google since counsel had not yet had the opportunity to review them. Those legal fees after all could have gone to hard-working "bloggers" or unknowing new members of "Blogger+" to compensate them for their personal information they did not know was being collected and no doubt added to Google's bottom line.
Persons familiar with the origins of Google in its formative pre-beta stages we vaguely recall to be reported to be the revolutionary brainchild of an MIT professor and developed there by him with some of his MIT students its unique brilliance that it ranked results on the basis of supposedly objective URL-to-URL links promising to give users an unparalleled purity of results not sullied by the rank corruption of secret payoffs, other not so obviously manipulated but reflecting equally crass commercial objectives nor the product of more refined manipulation (now blossomed into an apparently fully legitimate industry of "search engine optimization" accompanied by checklists of sequential steps one takes manually or with computer assistance entering URLs into various directories and totally distorting through "backlinks" for trade and sale the long-discarded original elegant Google concept) by computer hacks skewing search results through more obscured techniques nevertheless delivering equally tainted results in an search result environment where pagerank has long become synonymous with dollars.
Conceptualization of these practices as the modern variation of starting one's business name with a long series of the letter "A" for purposes solely of telephone business page top position placement helps remove some of the "computer IT" mystery to help understand such practices as are being employed to "coax" desired commercial results from search engines. Presumably even Reputation.com after it deletes all one's bad news must have at least some small tatters of arguably good or at least neutral news left to which some modest shreds can be attached as to one's remaining personality and character, although alternatively there may be other "Reputation Plans" available for more difficult cases such as (1) creating large numbers of potential positive entries that might be reasonably successful in systematically establishing a somewhat better reputation such as for example in the case of Texas Governor Rick Perry upping his charitable church contributions a couple years back when he "earned" a reported $1 million as Governor from $80 to $90, to (2) taking bad entries that otherwise are not susceptible to being scrubbed and having them attributed to as an as unyet unacknowledged minor child whose parents might be amenable to a modest payment for having their name legally changed to your own but followed by a "Junior", "II" , or "III" (the second perhaps being preferable as more broadly susceptible to confusion and the third perchance even more desirable as even more susceptible to confusion) followed by having some keepers of records and so on contacted and not trying to shirk "reputation responsibility" but "come clean" and have one's name corrected to the "Junior", "II", or "III" as the case may be, and finally (3) having one's name legally changed to someone other party's name (but not "identity" as that might probably be illegal though maybe not if they are deceased and done using their identity), or having one's name changed to a new one that they have made up altogether.
We have seriously digressed here which will very soon be remedied as the reason reputations come to mind so readily with Google is that everything Google now does for all appearances is completely antithetical to all the principles for which it was claimed that Google would stand in stark contrast to the increasingly commercial and privacy invasive computer and spy world Google was in fact entering. Google's true colors however soon came out as at the top and side of its results soon appeared those highlighting results that were "sponsored" by payments to Google rather than "linked" by their usefulness to people. Contrary to the high principles which it claimed to embrace with its use of links for results positioning to the contrary Google became associated with all sorts of efforts to achieve high rank by parties willing to spend money to do do and rumors of algorithms and different techniques for achieving high ranks on Google searches became all the commercial rage with former Google employees widely known to hire themselves out for just that purpose. All sorts of enterprises were born devoted to one's achieving the highest Google position possible with no regard whatsoever for the actual quality or value of a site to users, nor in many cases even it use of the English language or the quality of its writing.
As Google expanded from its search engine beginnings it became the antithesis of all for which it once claimed to stand. Its goal rapidly developed into misusing the information available to it through its search engine to collect ALL information on its users searches, keeping a permanent record of them, and it shortly had joined in the competition to become yet another internet behemoth increasing its value by using new methods of compiling ever more information on its users with legal notices that came out in such excruciating detail and with such rapidity that like Facebook it was collecting information at and beyond the very limits of what was permissible at the same time starting to emulate the megalomania of the ever stranger head of Facebook rumored CIA tool Zuckerboy who developed fascinations in no time worthy of J. Edgar Hoover.
Zuckerboy compiled information on his "social media" site using facial recognition technology and any new twisted idea which came to mind to gather more information of what once purported to be nothing more than a friendly facilitator of social interaction but in fact became a cataloger of persons from around the globe with an unhealthy interest in connecting their recognition physically to their name to their contacts to their hobbies to "what was on their mind". Facebook made so much money that billion dollar fines from European regulators outraged at Zuckerboy's invasions of their privacy were hardly even noticed by him, an were probably reimbursed anyway by American taxpayers through the CIA's or some similar outfit's black ops budget. Perhaps Facebook even had its own.
Google having long before abandoned all its higher principles kept its innocent-seeming goofiness in its name alone. Not to be outdone by Facebook Google soon found that it sound had a secret investor in the CIA through a front company in the NYSE. Later all pretense was merely set aside and the CIA just openly invested with Google in a joint venture. Google and CIA built data storage facilities adjacent to one another, it being clear that Google's rapacious gathering of information through the required entering by its users of one I.D. for all its acquisitions, its collection of all information legally possible on it users, and in fact everything it did now being directed to collecting ever more information on individuals and metadata on everything was the C.I.A., F.B.I., N.S.A. and all the others of the rapidly growing number of "National Security" outfits now numbering probably between fifteen and twenty dream come true.
What the State outfits could not legally access or collect they could barely believe their luck in having Americans grown up to believe in a government that followed the law and the U.S. Constitution now willing to go forward with whatever they could get anyone to sign off on their using. And the use of private counterparts such as Facebook using facial recognition technology and Google actually mapping and invading the premises by camera of nearly every house on the earth through open windows and from above was like their dream come true.
What possible legitimate reason could private outfits like Google and Facebook have for this massive invasion of privacy without subjects consent and/or explained in such a way as to be as incomprehensible as adhesion insurance contracts thrown out by the courts years ago. Enough of today's digression and we shall wrap back around to Blogger. Blogger perhaps once of somewhat innocent intentions certainly no longer is that. Every other new appearance on a Blogger or Google screen is yet another attempt to trick a person without their informed consent of signing on for Blogger+ as Google is just so eager to have another route of invasion to person's private lives. It has very little to nothing to producing a blog of quality. It has everything to do with endless promises of meaningless advantages to signing on, sharing more information with Google, identifying circles of friends, or rather creating them as Google takes it upon itself to do far more than keep meaningless records of all its users do, it clearly would like to control what they do, to tell them who their friends are, to use any deceptive device at its disposal to get more persons to sign on to enable them to do basically do nothing except make it that much easier for Google to get every last bit of information about the lives of those who use Google. Google thirsts for "social media" privacy invasion that can rival Facebook's.
Soon Google will have to be left behind for those who are not tools of the CIA and all their law-breaking friends. In the meantime Google at least with this site's blogger statistics is blazing the path for misinformation, disinformation, and in seven years has never responded to a single feedback message sent from this site. And how much has this site collected having been long ago accepted to Adsense, Amazon and other affiliate program"900s? This site's publisher has in seven years not yet received its first advertising paymemt. So in any case Google one might think Google could supply those site performance statistics in something close to real time. Half a day late and confusing Albania for Argentina just does not cut it when you are playing with the Big Boys.
Keep that up and in no time the CIA will have you preparing the final reports for the President on the presence of WMDs. Or maybe the next nuclear missile silo exercise gone awry in Nebraska. You have to prove yourself worthy Google even if you do have a satellite map of the whole earth, a picture taken from 360 degrees outside every person's house in the world, a record of everyone's last five thousand Google searches, copies of all their private pictures and family photo albums, and a list of the everything they have watched and listened to on YouTube since Google bought it, next thing you know the CIA will ask you to keep a record for them of every number called and kept on everyone's Android phone because the Supreme Court told the CIA and the NSA you know even this Court must draw the line somewhere therefore that is not allowed, especially so long as Mr. Justice Thomas is on the bench with his suspected propensity for "900" numbers.

This is why hard-working publishers focused on creating truly high quality material were rewarded like the Ninth Amendment with basically nothing (but advice from other participants in the Google program which cost Google absolutely nothing as Google itself grew notorious for never even responding but once in a blue moon to any queries of its millions of publishers thus costing Google next to nothing) while Google amassed a fortune in a matter of a couple decades to rival the great industrial giants of American business enterprise such as General Motors. If Google could have one word to describe the value on the Blogger+ relationships it supposedly celebrated Google's intentions as a "friend" in a circle of friends could only be described as despicable.
Publishers are encouraged to communicate via solely via Google groups with minimum interference with Google personnel presumably counting their fortunes to determine at how young an age they might retire including as to publishers basically just giving to Google what could turn out to be most valuable strategies for the most dubious honor of participating in or taking part in or more accurately being taken by the Blogger+ social media program which has been promoted by Google not without a significant degree of challenge it is conjectured due to Google's less than fully honest approach to the purposes of and the totally confusing and basically largely nonsensical spectrum of different tactics Google uses to try to bring uninterested blogger participants into the Blogger+ program in order to access their personal information without their necessarily informed consent accompanied by warnings or rather more accurately vague threats of apparently potentially serious but actually just somewhat confusing consequences for those who no longer wished to participate any longer after joining in the Blogger+ program.
Such conduct by Google therefore would some might conjecture make any purported agreements including those purporting to incorporate the non-sharing or failure of distribution of potentially huge profits from the collection of vast amounts of personal information to participants unenforceable for several reasons which by simple lay persons might reasonably be seen as fundamentally fraudulent conspiracies among other things also believe possibly may include affirmative defenses of unclean hands and laches for emphasizing what are really minimal benefits to participants while downplaying or altogether neglecting to mention or even provide any information as to the tremendous profits potentially to be gained from the great multitude of Blogger+ relationships established by Google for the unstated purpose of using existing relationships to become competitive in the hugely profitable area of "social media" players such as Facebook, Yahoo, LinkedIn and so many others.
This would be consistent with the larger evolution of Google from what was originally introduced to the world as an academically driven internet entrant to yet another internet behemoth arguably driven first and foremost by profit or perhaps more accurately greed fueled in many cases by the unsuspecting participants in its ever-expanding endeavors using the human capital of basically unknowing and unconsenting participants giving up private and personal information through Google's basically disguised endeavors much like those of, for example, of what have become some of the world's other richest corporations which but for their relationships with for example the CIA and other "national security" agencies who benefit greatly from their information collection may well be poster children for antitrust and privacy invasion actions such as has been demonstrated by hugely costly rulings against the likes of Facebook and Google by European regulators or in the case of Google the European Union's highest court of last resort.
This court's far-reaching reputation links privacy ruling Google's attorneys curiously failed to comment on because they had "not yet reviewed the decision" which seems a somewhat disingenuous response given that the ruling of a "court of last resort" is subject neither to rehearing nor to any appeal whatsoever since there is no higher court. It is in other words "Final" thus the moniker "Court of Last Resort". Hopefully Google did not have to pay too much for outside counsel that was capable of responding with a straight face to such decisions that it could not comment on their impact on Google since counsel had not yet had the opportunity to review them. Those legal fees after all could have gone to hard-working "bloggers" or unknowing new members of "Blogger+" to compensate them for their personal information they did not know was being collected and no doubt added to Google's bottom line.
Persons familiar with the origins of Google in its formative pre-beta stages we vaguely recall to be reported to be the revolutionary brainchild of an MIT professor and developed there by him with some of his MIT students its unique brilliance that it ranked results on the basis of supposedly objective URL-to-URL links promising to give users an unparalleled purity of results not sullied by the rank corruption of secret payoffs, other not so obviously manipulated but reflecting equally crass commercial objectives nor the product of more refined manipulation (now blossomed into an apparently fully legitimate industry of "search engine optimization" accompanied by checklists of sequential steps one takes manually or with computer assistance entering URLs into various directories and totally distorting through "backlinks" for trade and sale the long-discarded original elegant Google concept) by computer hacks skewing search results through more obscured techniques nevertheless delivering equally tainted results in an search result environment where pagerank has long become synonymous with dollars.
Conceptualization of these practices as the modern variation of starting one's business name with a long series of the letter "A" for purposes solely of telephone business page top position placement helps remove some of the "computer IT" mystery to help understand such practices as are being employed to "coax" desired commercial results from search engines. Presumably even Reputation.com after it deletes all one's bad news must have at least some small tatters of arguably good or at least neutral news left to which some modest shreds can be attached as to one's remaining personality and character, although alternatively there may be other "Reputation Plans" available for more difficult cases such as (1) creating large numbers of potential positive entries that might be reasonably successful in systematically establishing a somewhat better reputation such as for example in the case of Texas Governor Rick Perry upping his charitable church contributions a couple years back when he "earned" a reported $1 million as Governor from $80 to $90, to (2) taking bad entries that otherwise are not susceptible to being scrubbed and having them attributed to as an as unyet unacknowledged minor child whose parents might be amenable to a modest payment for having their name legally changed to your own but followed by a "Junior", "II" , or "III" (the second perhaps being preferable as more broadly susceptible to confusion and the third perchance even more desirable as even more susceptible to confusion) followed by having some keepers of records and so on contacted and not trying to shirk "reputation responsibility" but "come clean" and have one's name corrected to the "Junior", "II", or "III" as the case may be, and finally (3) having one's name legally changed to someone other party's name (but not "identity" as that might probably be illegal though maybe not if they are deceased and done using their identity), or having one's name changed to a new one that they have made up altogether.
We have seriously digressed here which will very soon be remedied as the reason reputations come to mind so readily with Google is that everything Google now does for all appearances is completely antithetical to all the principles for which it was claimed that Google would stand in stark contrast to the increasingly commercial and privacy invasive computer and spy world Google was in fact entering. Google's true colors however soon came out as at the top and side of its results soon appeared those highlighting results that were "sponsored" by payments to Google rather than "linked" by their usefulness to people. Contrary to the high principles which it claimed to embrace with its use of links for results positioning to the contrary Google became associated with all sorts of efforts to achieve high rank by parties willing to spend money to do do and rumors of algorithms and different techniques for achieving high ranks on Google searches became all the commercial rage with former Google employees widely known to hire themselves out for just that purpose. All sorts of enterprises were born devoted to one's achieving the highest Google position possible with no regard whatsoever for the actual quality or value of a site to users, nor in many cases even it use of the English language or the quality of its writing.
As Google expanded from its search engine beginnings it became the antithesis of all for which it once claimed to stand. Its goal rapidly developed into misusing the information available to it through its search engine to collect ALL information on its users searches, keeping a permanent record of them, and it shortly had joined in the competition to become yet another internet behemoth increasing its value by using new methods of compiling ever more information on its users with legal notices that came out in such excruciating detail and with such rapidity that like Facebook it was collecting information at and beyond the very limits of what was permissible at the same time starting to emulate the megalomania of the ever stranger head of Facebook rumored CIA tool Zuckerboy who developed fascinations in no time worthy of J. Edgar Hoover.
Zuckerboy compiled information on his "social media" site using facial recognition technology and any new twisted idea which came to mind to gather more information of what once purported to be nothing more than a friendly facilitator of social interaction but in fact became a cataloger of persons from around the globe with an unhealthy interest in connecting their recognition physically to their name to their contacts to their hobbies to "what was on their mind". Facebook made so much money that billion dollar fines from European regulators outraged at Zuckerboy's invasions of their privacy were hardly even noticed by him, an were probably reimbursed anyway by American taxpayers through the CIA's or some similar outfit's black ops budget. Perhaps Facebook even had its own.
Google having long before abandoned all its higher principles kept its innocent-seeming goofiness in its name alone. Not to be outdone by Facebook Google soon found that it sound had a secret investor in the CIA through a front company in the NYSE. Later all pretense was merely set aside and the CIA just openly invested with Google in a joint venture. Google and CIA built data storage facilities adjacent to one another, it being clear that Google's rapacious gathering of information through the required entering by its users of one I.D. for all its acquisitions, its collection of all information legally possible on it users, and in fact everything it did now being directed to collecting ever more information on individuals and metadata on everything was the C.I.A., F.B.I., N.S.A. and all the others of the rapidly growing number of "National Security" outfits now numbering probably between fifteen and twenty dream come true.
What the State outfits could not legally access or collect they could barely believe their luck in having Americans grown up to believe in a government that followed the law and the U.S. Constitution now willing to go forward with whatever they could get anyone to sign off on their using. And the use of private counterparts such as Facebook using facial recognition technology and Google actually mapping and invading the premises by camera of nearly every house on the earth through open windows and from above was like their dream come true.
What possible legitimate reason could private outfits like Google and Facebook have for this massive invasion of privacy without subjects consent and/or explained in such a way as to be as incomprehensible as adhesion insurance contracts thrown out by the courts years ago. Enough of today's digression and we shall wrap back around to Blogger. Blogger perhaps once of somewhat innocent intentions certainly no longer is that. Every other new appearance on a Blogger or Google screen is yet another attempt to trick a person without their informed consent of signing on for Blogger+ as Google is just so eager to have another route of invasion to person's private lives. It has very little to nothing to producing a blog of quality. It has everything to do with endless promises of meaningless advantages to signing on, sharing more information with Google, identifying circles of friends, or rather creating them as Google takes it upon itself to do far more than keep meaningless records of all its users do, it clearly would like to control what they do, to tell them who their friends are, to use any deceptive device at its disposal to get more persons to sign on to enable them to do basically do nothing except make it that much easier for Google to get every last bit of information about the lives of those who use Google. Google thirsts for "social media" privacy invasion that can rival Facebook's.
Soon Google will have to be left behind for those who are not tools of the CIA and all their law-breaking friends. In the meantime Google at least with this site's blogger statistics is blazing the path for misinformation, disinformation, and in seven years has never responded to a single feedback message sent from this site. And how much has this site collected having been long ago accepted to Adsense, Amazon and other affiliate program"900s? This site's publisher has in seven years not yet received its first advertising paymemt. So in any case Google one might think Google could supply those site performance statistics in something close to real time. Half a day late and confusing Albania for Argentina just does not cut it when you are playing with the Big Boys.
Keep that up and in no time the CIA will have you preparing the final reports for the President on the presence of WMDs. Or maybe the next nuclear missile silo exercise gone awry in Nebraska. You have to prove yourself worthy Google even if you do have a satellite map of the whole earth, a picture taken from 360 degrees outside every person's house in the world, a record of everyone's last five thousand Google searches, copies of all their private pictures and family photo albums, and a list of the everything they have watched and listened to on YouTube since Google bought it, next thing you know the CIA will ask you to keep a record for them of every number called and kept on everyone's Android phone because the Supreme Court told the CIA and the NSA you know even this Court must draw the line somewhere therefore that is not allowed, especially so long as Mr. Justice Thomas is on the bench with his suspected propensity for "900" numbers.

Friday, 18 July 2014, MOSCOW, RUSSIA - International outrage against Russia has grown as more details of the events of the past days have emerged since a civilian Malaysian Airlines Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur Flight MH-17 Boeing 777 and the 298 living souls aboard were in the words of at least one American general who did not mince words "blown out of the sky" murdered above occupied eastern Ukraine. Rapidly developing evidence points either to inexperienced so-called "Russian separatist" terrorists on the ground below using a Russian-supplied sophisticated "BUK" truck-mounted weapons system guided by the on-site expertise of Russian military personnel then immediately after openly bragging briefly of their shooting down a second loaded Ukrainian troop transport plane in recent days until soon learning they actually had just committed the reprehensibly heinous act of bringing down a civilian airliner and instantly becoming mass murderers worthy of the noose as body parts and personal effects rained down.
The evidence points pending availability of satellite photos of the precise launch site alternatively to the civilian airliner having been shot down by the same BUK weapons system from among the copious heavy weapons accompanying the 12,000+ Russian army troops massed by Putin across the Russian border (cynically adding to/and or actually creating the region's violent tension by Putin "to insure" Ukraine maintains order within its borders while being violated by a steadily encroaching stream of Russian agitators and heavy weapons) by a Russian surface-to-air missile no doubt only unless too ill-trained with the final okay of one puny man miniature in stature in fact seemingly more and more to resemble Adolf Hitler's.
It seems to the Ninth Amendment that this may be the closest our generation comes to experiencing the horribly failed "diplomacy" of Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain as he tried to "appease" Adolf Hitler who managed to convince Chamberlain that Germany posed no threat to Europe and in fact so as not to "rock the boat" and incite Hitler the World Olympics and all it stood for therefore went ahead as planned in Berlin in 1936 three years after the Reichstag fire as the increasingly violently militaristic Nazis continued to march and rally in ever huger numbers while increasingly attacking and terrorizing Jews on the street and closing down their shops and next more ominously hunting them down with dogs and displacing them into squalid ghettos meanwhile planning the Blitzkrieg invasion and occupation of Poland.
Were the lessons of the 1930's that the world should stand by and look the other way as progressively more traumatized Germans found themselves slavishly following a sadistically severely unbalanced leader they naively thought other parties could control and use but who immediately ran amok with his violent band of thugs establishing an iron rule through unabated terror and violence. Hitler then invaded Poland on the thinnest of pretexts that he did not even care made no sense much like those "incursions" ( read "hostile invasions of other sovereign countries", i.e. thinly veiled acts of war whether with regular army or mercenaries, KGB, thugs, soldiers out of uniform) in Putin's rapacious quest to re-build a Russian empire that no one had wanted the first time round and making sure to lay claim to all resources so necessary to govern a Russia of which Putin has no ability to manage a real economy without an endless supply of oil and gas? Any fool can do that which perhaps is why his words and actions are so transparent, contradictory and nonsensical. Hitler railed against the Jews, gypsies and gays as responsible for the downfall of the German Aryans just as Russia's President now justifies and/or denies one action after another as compelled by the so-called undeniable will of persons of Russian descent to rejoin the Russian Motherland at any expense -- who would not if paid off with the spoils of oil and gas profits distributed completely recklessly in the form of arms that given to teenagers and the untrained civilian mobs are a recipe for disaster by a man who can see no further than the next "victory" isolating himself ever further from the Europe and the civilized world to which the Russian people have so long aspired.
Is that therefore the most prudent policy to follow as Russia overruns the Crimea, directs the overthrow of Kiev supposedly by a bunch of street thugs who happen to be supplied with Russian heavy weaponry and supported by Russian troops and KGB now flooding over the Ukrainian border in the world's worst kept secret from which all heads are turned as if it will just go away, not to mention maintains a growing aggressive army in the Arctic seeking systematically to lay claim to more and more territory over the North Pole and God knows what other schemes consistent with ever more rapacious plans to claim possession of greater and greater swaths of the earth and the oil underneath since Putin is incapable of managing or fostering any kind of long-term healthy robust economy but only one of the criminally corrupt Soviet mob heritage to which he has demonstrated himself to be such an apt and capable heir. In other words just what no one wanted.
The response of Europe and the world community to the latest inevitable disaster that took almost three hundred completely innocent civilian lives of diverse citizens of the world to unfold of doing basically nothing while Russia trips over itself telling one lie more ridiculously obvious than the next is despicable and worthy of the brutish Russian heritage a responsible Russian president would seek to leave behind for a place in the modern world. Has the world actually breathed a sigh of relief that one dead American has been pulled from the wreckage so that it can sit back and let the United States make yet another horribly costly sacrifice presumably come to save the day just as it ultimately had to do in the wake of Europe's somnolence merely upon slumbering to Neville Chamberlain's lullaby it was oh-so-eager to hear.
Well it is time for the other developed nations of the world to do some of their own dirty work and let us see our erstwhile allies overseas to foot the bill themselves to defend their countries or beat their chests in bravery bought with our dollars, we have more than enough killed and wounded Americans for the sake of our United Nations, NATO and other allies. Let them spend some money on defense so we can fix our own roads and bridges and infrastructure and achieve again the levels of health care and social services that they have so far surpassed us in letting us spend all the money to provide for their defense.
The fact that two days have passed and the world community does not even have the collective will to already have rushed appropriate investigators with whatever security is necessary on the scene of what has come to be known as the world's biggest crime scene as dead bodies swarming with flies and their organs spilling out of their still buckled seat belts on the ground lying unsecured loosely guarded by a threatening group of thugs whose main purpose would seem to be to remove any evidence that incriminated them for this act of mass homicide and sneak what damning evidence they may away off to their Russian keepers is despicable. On the other hand the United States has lost but a single citizen so why do they not take some initiative to recover the bodies of their own?
Must the world really just sit and watch CNN's Anderson Cooper (metaphorically) wring his hands over yet more missing evidence and a Russian missile launcher truck but missing one missile caught on film slipping back from separatist-held Ukraine into Russia and express greater concerns ad nauseum while he sits at a desk talking to other people worrying greatly while doing nothing at all. It would seem that no one but a few independent journalists even have had the courage to be on the scene and sleep the night by themselves at the crime scene which so far as we know is after all located indisputably in Ukraine which we do not believe has indicated that any international investigation is unwelcome there. Can the entire combined forces of the U.N. or a developed country that has lost many citizens or whomever other than just the United States not wrest a space the area of a landfill from a group of thugs in order to collect and preserve critical evidence and recover the bodies of their citizens?
Perhaps when some other "separatist" launches a missile President Obama will decide it is time to quit figuring everything out ad nauseum as all the evidence of it disappears and actually do something. We do spend all that tax money on weapons for some reason, do we not, so if no other country is up to the task we might at least clear a landing area and establish a perimeter. One would think the world community could secure a fifty kilometer area in a "friendly" country under occupation if it were used to doing something itself. Or maybe this time we should just leave it to the Europeans who have demonstrated that they have such a keen sense of discerning when an individual person or nation actually represents a true threat, such as when Putin decides that the pro-Russian population of Amsterdam wishes to be "liberated"?
In any case in the meantime it is a disgrace to all mankind that the entire world blabbers endlessly and wastes one more minute listening to a small man who has conclusively demonstrated that he has so great a disdain for peoplekind and is of such small mental stature that he cannot even tell lies which are consistent nor make even a modicum of sense. Yet this world cannot even summon the will to wrest control of an area of land where thugs are permitted to lord over the rotting bodies of the citizens of the world whom they have murdered and CNN worries as to where independent reporters "can point their cameras" without sickening viewers and anguish over whether the "black boxes" are still in Ukraine or not. Anderson Cooper meanwhile notes that some Europeans are most concerned as to their loss of natural gas should they cross Putin.
These days in history may go down as some of the worst examples of the lowest qualities of cowardice, greed and unwillingness to sacrifice even in the face of an obvious danger which has grown more apparent with each passing month. Indeed will this situation come to rival the anemic legacy of Neville Chamberlain and the people's eagerness to believe what reason should have screamed at them was not true, the memories that most all peoplekind less than one hundred years later would much rather forget but at what cost? Is the only lesson of all this to be that in the face of Putin all the others back down and dismiss the lasting wisdom of thinkers such as Lord Acton.
Well friends Putin is not standing there in the wreckage but instead the whole cowardly world is being held at bay by a handful of thugs with automatic rifles while the great nations of the world including the United States which has lost a citizen and one such as the Netherlands has lost scores of citizens not to mention the other countries who have lost their citizens and Malaysia that has lost so much. It defies belief that the forces of the world are not yet at the scene, and should the Russians decide to protect the territory of the Ukraine well let them die in their boots along with the rebels they can greet each other in hell.
Now if no one else has proven to have the courage why the hell has Obama not already gotten the largest crime scene in the world secured? Are we to believe the the world's Superpower and its allies are to be held back one second longer by a ragtag group of murderous thugs while one independent journalist sleeps beside the scene in a ditch in the night and tries to stay nearby guarding the black boxes and all other evidence himself the one person left to guard the interests of the entire free world?

Well it is time for the other developed nations of the world to do some of their own dirty work and let us see our erstwhile allies overseas to foot the bill themselves to defend their countries or beat their chests in bravery bought with our dollars, we have more than enough killed and wounded Americans for the sake of our United Nations, NATO and other allies. Let them spend some money on defense so we can fix our own roads and bridges and infrastructure and achieve again the levels of health care and social services that they have so far surpassed us in letting us spend all the money to provide for their defense.
The fact that two days have passed and the world community does not even have the collective will to already have rushed appropriate investigators with whatever security is necessary on the scene of what has come to be known as the world's biggest crime scene as dead bodies swarming with flies and their organs spilling out of their still buckled seat belts on the ground lying unsecured loosely guarded by a threatening group of thugs whose main purpose would seem to be to remove any evidence that incriminated them for this act of mass homicide and sneak what damning evidence they may away off to their Russian keepers is despicable. On the other hand the United States has lost but a single citizen so why do they not take some initiative to recover the bodies of their own?
Must the world really just sit and watch CNN's Anderson Cooper (metaphorically) wring his hands over yet more missing evidence and a Russian missile launcher truck but missing one missile caught on film slipping back from separatist-held Ukraine into Russia and express greater concerns ad nauseum while he sits at a desk talking to other people worrying greatly while doing nothing at all. It would seem that no one but a few independent journalists even have had the courage to be on the scene and sleep the night by themselves at the crime scene which so far as we know is after all located indisputably in Ukraine which we do not believe has indicated that any international investigation is unwelcome there. Can the entire combined forces of the U.N. or a developed country that has lost many citizens or whomever other than just the United States not wrest a space the area of a landfill from a group of thugs in order to collect and preserve critical evidence and recover the bodies of their citizens?
Perhaps when some other "separatist" launches a missile President Obama will decide it is time to quit figuring everything out ad nauseum as all the evidence of it disappears and actually do something. We do spend all that tax money on weapons for some reason, do we not, so if no other country is up to the task we might at least clear a landing area and establish a perimeter. One would think the world community could secure a fifty kilometer area in a "friendly" country under occupation if it were used to doing something itself. Or maybe this time we should just leave it to the Europeans who have demonstrated that they have such a keen sense of discerning when an individual person or nation actually represents a true threat, such as when Putin decides that the pro-Russian population of Amsterdam wishes to be "liberated"?
In any case in the meantime it is a disgrace to all mankind that the entire world blabbers endlessly and wastes one more minute listening to a small man who has conclusively demonstrated that he has so great a disdain for peoplekind and is of such small mental stature that he cannot even tell lies which are consistent nor make even a modicum of sense. Yet this world cannot even summon the will to wrest control of an area of land where thugs are permitted to lord over the rotting bodies of the citizens of the world whom they have murdered and CNN worries as to where independent reporters "can point their cameras" without sickening viewers and anguish over whether the "black boxes" are still in Ukraine or not. Anderson Cooper meanwhile notes that some Europeans are most concerned as to their loss of natural gas should they cross Putin.
These days in history may go down as some of the worst examples of the lowest qualities of cowardice, greed and unwillingness to sacrifice even in the face of an obvious danger which has grown more apparent with each passing month. Indeed will this situation come to rival the anemic legacy of Neville Chamberlain and the people's eagerness to believe what reason should have screamed at them was not true, the memories that most all peoplekind less than one hundred years later would much rather forget but at what cost? Is the only lesson of all this to be that in the face of Putin all the others back down and dismiss the lasting wisdom of thinkers such as Lord Acton.
Well friends Putin is not standing there in the wreckage but instead the whole cowardly world is being held at bay by a handful of thugs with automatic rifles while the great nations of the world including the United States which has lost a citizen and one such as the Netherlands has lost scores of citizens not to mention the other countries who have lost their citizens and Malaysia that has lost so much. It defies belief that the forces of the world are not yet at the scene, and should the Russians decide to protect the territory of the Ukraine well let them die in their boots along with the rebels they can greet each other in hell.

Although Republican Abbott may have been too busy soliciting "campaign donations" or who knows what that year such that he just missed the news altogether most Americans will never forget the monstrous devastation that one truckload's mixture of the fertilizer parked beside the federal building in the heart of Oklahoma City completely destroyed the entire huge building instantly killing several hundred federal employees who also happened to be mothers and fathers and daughters and sons and loved ones right in the heart of America in a massively devastating explosion that shook that entire major city and indeed was so massively destructive that its shockwaves were felt around the country and indeed the entire world.
Yet even in 2014 GOP Woman Hater A.G. Greg "Payday" Abbott would have Texans unknowingly play neighbor not just to undeclared tons of extremely hazardous fertilizer when in the wrong hands but all manner of even far more hazardous chemicals haphazardly spread out among all his fellow citizens of the Lone Star state. Texans who could freely do so for the past thirty years now are not even allowed to learn as a matter of public safety from their State government where the chemical stockpiles are kept.
After all the hysteria about components entering the country Texans now know from their aspiring Republican governor that as GOP Attorney General his office has ruled that they are no longer even "entitled" to know where there are known ingredients for potentially thousands of bombs that do not even need to be smuggled in because they are already here! How could any person using their official state position as Attorney General in their right mind have already ruled that as of now Texans will be effectively prevented from finding out where these hazardous chemicals are stored. The answer is just what Texans may have come to expect from Republican governor candidate Abbott who this campaign season has already seen raking in campaign contributions that may well reach into the millions of dollars given with the clear expectation that the money is as with Perry no donation for better government for Texans but for officials making decisions with a direct profit impact on the those that "donate" the money to Abbott's campaign.
Texans should make no mistake about it that this is not because the big money wishes to buy Texans a Governor for the good of Texas. All they want is to buy another Texas governor for themselves. Perry has gotten them so spoiled and keeping playing business as usual hitting up Texans from their out-of-state mansions getting rich gouging the underclass with payday, title and "short-term" loans that end up lasting a lifetime to struggle to pay off with "fees" that are nothing but usurious interest that would have gotten them their hands cut off in Biblical times and maybe their tongues too if they did not shut up.
We have friends and family who have learrned the lifetime those "E-Z" and "short-term" loans" end up really lasting will be your own lifetime drained away faster the harder you try as they kill you off struggling to pay them back a thousand times over as you work day and night worse off than you ever were before until they either drive you into bankruptcy (and still keep trying even then to get more money with no shame even after the Court tells them to stay the hell away from you), or they just slowly kill you off plain and simple as you reach for the salt one day and drop dead with your face in your dinner plate the kids hollering at the table and a day later they will be on the phone and then at the door lying to your kin and trying to get them to say that they are owed all your life insurance proceeds. So a Dallas TV station actually took Abbott up on his idiotic idea and drove around going up to places and facilities and asking to see their chemical lists. As the TV station and the newspaper put it, Abbott's suggestion worked just about "as well as you would think".
But Republican Abbott rather than just slink away at some point was still just too damn stubborn to give up so he persisted in proving himself even more of an idiot of by suggesting that Texans might look for locations of hazardous chemicals on the Texas Department of Insurance website apparently on the basis of some kind of wild guess without even checking or asking anyone himself in advance about this convenient resource that would we guess as he saw it at least kind of cure some of the many evolving problems of his campaign at least for the moment.
When survivors still willing to waste their time listening to GOP moron Abbott went to check out his latest fabricated brainstorm they were told that this approach was "useless" for their purposes. Yet unbelievably apparently utterly and completely determined to absolutely make himself look like as much of an idiot as humanly possible moron Abbott the world's most pathetic magician then suggested that perhaps (presumably if he asked nicely and wore a tie) the Texas legislature would allow all Texans to go and try to bother local fire stations for the information "during regular business hours".

Firepersons curating public information records to members of the public in a place which is tailored absolutely to the extremely important local public safety functions of a community in matters of life and death, monitoring members of the public in such a work environment, which also happens to serve as the firespersons' actual home when they are on duty, but limit visiting hours of members of the public wandering about so that firepersons only are burdened with this minor inconvenience during "regular business hours". What the hell are "regular business hours" in a fire station!? Does Abbott take the people of the great state of Texas for imbeciles. We wish he would enter into a saloon in the 19th century and say such rubbish to locals as he told them how he wanted to run for sheriff. After all $75,000 to keep all information of hazardous chemicals from all the citizens of the second biggest state in the United States, and even make up a bonus lie that that is out of concern for safety because of some Homeland Security law, and another that the information is available on a web site where the commission that runs it says "not a chance", and then to even take it one step further and actually pretend like one was going to propose to the Texas legislature that it make local fire stations available during regular business hours to the public is beyond preposterous, Abbott is achieving a level of absurdity worthy of Eugene Ionesco. Firepersons curating public information records to members of the public in a place which is tailored absolutely to the extremely important local public safety functions of a community in matters of life and death, monitoring members of the public in such a work environment, which also happens to serve as the firespersons' actual home when they are on duty, but limit visiting hours of members of the public wandering about so that firepersons only are burdened with this minor inconvenience during "regular business hours". What the hell are "regular business hours" in a fire station!? Does Abbott take the people of the great state of Texas for imbeciles. We wish he would enter into a saloon in the 19th century and say such rubbish to locals as he told them how he wanted to run for sheriff. He would be shot dead and thrown in the street in about a minute.

Then of course for good measure comes the time to throw on the less sexy (as they say in the profession) list of activities which are not cyber anything but nevertheless have been around for centuries since in most cases there also is a laundry list of predicate unlawful acts which one would rather just have skipped altogether but remain altogether necessary nevertheless in many cases just to get to the scene of the crime whether one likes it or not.
And finally as if all that were not enough just to make sure some bad guy (or gal) who is not one of the lucky ones who secretly was slipped their get out of jail free card out of the woodwork come the seemingly non-specific innocuous-sounding but not really so much as one would think charges like conspiracy, aiding and abetting, knowledge before the fact, knowledge after the fact, obstruction of justice, attempted, abandoned (but not in time), and of course always the danger of misidentification, disidentification, robodentification, wrong prisoner, blind witness, jailhouse snitch one never even remembers seeing before, even God forbid a peace officer sworn to uphold the law but who describes you and your actions such that you do not even realize she is testifying under penalty of perjury about you.

Only problem was that they were two armed men and he was one in pajamas with his gun in the drawer. But he pulled out the gun beside his wife still sleeping and pandemonium ensued. Later it took the police a while to figure out how who got where.
In any case the domestic gunfighter did get off a shot or two. The only problem was that the one he hit and killed was his wife. As for the other two they had been around the block, avoid ed the "gunfight", they just wanted the money. And sure enough the police did catch the guys which gives us the chance to add one last point to what seemed like such a simple little crime. The poker thief did not have a gun and did not take a shot at anyone. But the husband shot his wife dead during the crime. Because the law can be a strange thing with some little surprises. He was tried and went down for murder.
So there is one last thing to add on to everything else when we try to add up all those years. The guy who had hardly a thing to do with any cybercrime ended up with one last thing about which to worry. Like everything else it seems it has its own name, a special circumstance, although it does not sound so special in a good sort of way.

As the Ninth Amendment reminded readers before in times when persons disagreed with our words all persons have always been free to respond as they pleased elsewhere or with allowance provided right here for their comments published for all to read for themselves. However it is axiomatic that free speech in no way encompasses interference or attempting interference with another person's right to speak, to assemble and/or to publish what words they will. Mr. Clooney both in his life on and off the set is a living example of the very finest qualities of decorum and compassion far beyond what we ourselves could ever hope to achieve in our lifetimes. We are completely unfamiliar with the offending "tabloid" which would by all accounts seem to aspire to all the very worst qualities antithetical to what Mr. Clooney and his work both professional and humanitarian represents to all of us as the very finest example of the highest qualities which persons of every race might only aspire to achieve. BREAKING: The Islamic State Terrorists Reportedly Acquire Weapons-Grade Nuclear Material Unknown Capability Or Condition
Thursday, 10 July 2014, SAADA, YEMEN - Media organizations early this morning have released preliminary news reports that ISIS self-renamed The Islamic State may have acquired weapons-grade nuclear materials at unidentified locations in an unknown condition nor state of capability for use. Meanwhile in the notorious arms bazaar outside of this city a wide selection of major weaponry apparently remains for sale by arms dealers documented to include such weapons as RPG's with a variety of available warheads to any buyer with the funds to make purchases, as is reportedly the case at many locations outside of the United States for weapons such as RPGs. The availability of weapons at this notorious weapons bazaar at Saada extends to many other heavy weapons however even including in less public areas armaments such as shoulder-launched Stinger missiles for sale by one dealer for one million dollars (U.S.) which missiles are known to be capable of taking down airplanes such as commercial passenger airliners.
The Ninth Amendment editorial board stresses that it has no confirmed information whatsoever as to the actual existence of any type of weapons-grade nuclear materials purchased and/or captured by what has been preliminarily reported to be The Islamic State "terrorists". Recent media reports have focused particularly on the proximity of the group's control of territory in the area of the airport northwest of Baghdad's outskirts as the airport reportedly provides the only escape route for many American critical government personnel presently remaining attached to the United States Embassy and presumably largely confined to the extremely heavily secured United States "Green Zone" in Baghdad.
The growing presence of United States Marines to supplement existing Marine security, as well as military "advisers" to the Iraqi Army, followed by further combat troops to protect the advisers and help maintain/regain control of the airport, as well as unknown numbers of United States special forces units in and being dispatched to the area and region has been widely reported. The actual total numbers of all these United States forces is unknown and presumably classified especially given foreign combatants and/or "terrorists" in the region are widely reported to collect information from publicly available news reports.
Reports have not focused on the possibility that even if The Islamic State does not overrun the apparently critical northwest Baghdad airport escape route of last resort for American government personnel what the status may be of the group's access to Stinger missiles which presumably may have fallen into its hands in the large areas of territory the group has overtaken and/or by purchase by the group with the well-publicized extremely ample funding of the Islamic State not only originally from certain (private) wealthy donors in countries such as Saudi Arabia but the very large amounts of funds stolen by the group by overtaking a major Iraqi government bank holding a significant percentage of the country's currency reserves. This is in addition to many large caches of weaponry including much supplied previously by the United States to the Iraqi Army but largely abandoned by fleeing Iraqi troops in their haste to escape the advancing forces of ISIL now renamed The Islamic State.

The growing presence of United States Marines to supplement existing Marine security, as well as military "advisers" to the Iraqi Army, followed by further combat troops to protect the advisers and help maintain/regain control of the airport, as well as unknown numbers of United States special forces units in and being dispatched to the area and region has been widely reported. The actual total numbers of all these United States forces is unknown and presumably classified especially given foreign combatants and/or "terrorists" in the region are widely reported to collect information from publicly available news reports.
Reports have not focused on the possibility that even if The Islamic State does not overrun the apparently critical northwest Baghdad airport escape route of last resort for American government personnel what the status may be of the group's access to Stinger missiles which presumably may have fallen into its hands in the large areas of territory the group has overtaken and/or by purchase by the group with the well-publicized extremely ample funding of the Islamic State not only originally from certain (private) wealthy donors in countries such as Saudi Arabia but the very large amounts of funds stolen by the group by overtaking a major Iraqi government bank holding a significant percentage of the country's currency reserves. This is in addition to many large caches of weaponry including much supplied previously by the United States to the Iraqi Army but largely abandoned by fleeing Iraqi troops in their haste to escape the advancing forces of ISIL now renamed The Islamic State.
