Tuesday, 12 July 2011, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Ninth Amendment discourages readers from READING THE NEW YORK TIMES DIGITAL EDITION FOR FREE WITHOUT LIMITATION SIMPLY BY SETTING THEIR FIREFOX BROWSERS TO "PRIVATE BROWSING".
Recent indications in continued failed talks between President Obama and Republican Congressional leaders, prompting President Obama's second recent press conference today, indicate that should Republicans persist in their mania to insure that America's richest continue to pay little or more likely no income taxes at all, the New York Times may not have much use for readers' dollars anyway.
The Ninth Amendment upon careful analysis has concluded that the most recent continuation of Republicans' insistence that the rich continue to contribute nothing to the country except (non-existent) "created new American jobs" in the face of impending economic disaster of their own creation finally exposes the REAL underlying strategy of the very highest echelons of the Republican "brain trust". Forget about the bogeyman dreaded "Progressive Liberals" because in reality it is the Republican party that seeks to push the United States to the brink of "no return".
The Republicans, who have demonstrated throughout their existence that they can offer up nothing but Administrations which invariably drive the Country into recession, depression and economic ruin from which the Democratic Party must save it, finally are showing their true colors without reservation. For the alleged "principle" of NOT EVEN agreeing to reversing ruinous Bush ultra-rich tax cuts UNTIL 2013, the Republicans actually finally have exposed their hand of moving forward perhaps within as soon as weeks of precipitating the final economic, social, political, and governmental meltdown of the United States.
The Republicans are so far gone after years of duping the vast majority of their "constituency" whom they in reality do not represent at all have finally made their bold step into the abyss of anarchy. The Republicans in government are so far gone drunk with bribes, being mouthpieces of super-rich corporations, and watching in amazement as Americans swallow their "logic" of pure garbage, that not even the super-rich, Wall Street, or anyone else will be able to stop them now.
"Enough already, you have gutted the country and destroyed the economy to the point where the dollars you throw at us your constituents are going to become absolutely worthless!" This will not stop them. Now the truth comes out -- the Republicans in government have been the real radical anarchists. Their only hope will be that they can stay 1) alive, and 2) in any power at all if their other true paymasters, the defense contractors, see the opportunity and tell them, "Worry not, you get us the gold (no dollars, please), and we'll get you the bombs. And sure they will be the most "precision" bombs ever. They will hit everyone but you!

The Ninth Amendment to the Constitution is the strongest statement therein that powers not expressly granted the State are retained as rights of the People. The State has misconstrued, misrepresented, ignored, and denied the People's rights by elimination of protections reserved alone to them, not recognized by the Supreme Court, the Legislative, and worst the Executive Branch in the illegitimate exercise of draconian powers which unlawfully disparage the inalienable rights of the People.
