"Payday" Abbott would be the already sold-out next Texas governor bought and paid for by criminal "dark-money" predatory lenders and doubtless inheriting like a case of anthrax Perry's usual suspects of in and out-of-state fat cat big money polluters, usurers, and payback seekers hiding in the shadows like thieves in the night who could not give a damn for Texas nor any hard-working Texans and their families and children they wait to suck dry.
       GOP Moron A.G "Payday" Abbott unlike Perry (whose alleged studies in animal husbandry reportedly have refused to be confirmed by his alma mater throughout his governorship) presumably matriculated from a law school of some sort although given the scholastic aptitude of other Texas Republican candidates fielded over the past decades his academic records could be expected to have been permanently sealed and buried at sea as quickly as possible. Republicans of course as a matter of political expedience place a premium on ignorance "among the masses" largely achieved by Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry in his relentless actions opposing and rejecting huge amounts of funding for a wide variety of desperate social services in Texas now successfully in many cases vying with Arizona for the relentless drive to the bottom including such areas as high school dropout rates, lower higher education, and illiteracy so pervasive that it often has forced large numbers of Texas community college students to quit before two years when they are unable to demonstrate even beginning high school level reading proficiency.
     The same crowd of predatory lenders such as payday loan stores, title loan stores and even supposedly reputable banks which now that robo-foreclosing has dried up have worked hard to figure out how to use direct deposit mechanisms in their criminally-inclined short-term loan schemes to try to defeat long-standing social security legitimate payee protections unquestionably intended to and successful in protecting such Federal Government payments to the elderly, disabled and needy since the 1930's recently ran amok in Utah with the help of both that state's and Texas' predatory lenders in literally buying public officials such as Utah's (forced from office) Attorney General John Swallow who essentially put Utah's top legal official at the exclusive disposal of "dark money" predatory lenders. As they love to say in the business, "We don't loan you, we own you."

     Aspiring next Texas Governor Moron A.G. "Payday" Abbott allegedly is running well over ten points ahead of Democrat Wendy Davis in "public opinion" polls crafted by totally biased pollsters to exclude large numbers of likely women and Hispanic voters by minimizing contacts with "that public" through means such as reduced cell phone polling most likely to reveal largely uncounted Democrat Wendy Davis voters and thus be conveniently undercounted so as to fix another Republican "win" in advance by rank manipulation and deceit.  Even given this "apparent" cushion Moron A.G. "Payday" Abbott seems determined to tear a page from the Perry Presidential "Deathfall" campaign from frontrunner to D.O.A. in no time flat in the mind-boggling suicidal campaign which political commentator James Carville called essentially "the worst run Presidential campaign in United States history".
     More precisely in the case of Moron A.G. Greg "Payday" Abbott the first Political Action Committee (PAC) established to support Texas' top legal official's supposedly near runaway lead in Texas' 2014 gubernatorial race chose for itself the name "Boats 'N Hoes". In all fairness to this seemingly inexplicably idiotic (except perhaps if compared to Perry) and ostensibly deranged choice of names arguably meriting clinical observation for self-destructive tendencies somewhat akin perhaps to a World War II Japanese soldier poised to take his own life with his side poised for overwhelming victory rather than defeat, it should be noted that The San Antonio Express-News did go on to qualify the "Hoe" title by noting that it was accompanied by "lyrics that can charitably be described as explicit".      Meanwhile the Davis campaign so far has recruited more than 15,000 dedicated volunteers and fielded a program which knocked on more than 55,000 doors this past weekend in support of Democrat Wendy Davis.      From what the Ninth Amendment knows of reports of certain New Zealand Police operatives and agents out of prison during at least many relevant periods the culprit will well be found to be "one of the usual suspects" conspiring with National Party leader(s) and other of co-conspirators in various criminal activities and enterprises.  
     In recent days in addition to misuse of official New Zealand law enforcement and intelligence equipment (some of which may have been made available to New Zealand by the United States for legitimate use) private hacking sites identified as voltaa.com related hacker referring and URL referring sites as well what are identified as Google Serbia sites have resulted in disrupted dissemination of information by this site as well as the reporting to the Ninth Amendment of what presumably are incorrect sites and countries. Presumably this activity is largely intended to and may actually prevent dissemination of reports regarding New Zealand pervasive National Ruling Party and individuals therein corruption now encompassing a wider range of conspirators in a growing criminal racketeering enterprise. The statistics further indicate a sudden complete drop of site visits by the United Kingdom and Canada in recent days averaging about fifty visits daily to what at least have been reported as between zero and one visit daily.
     Canada is a Commonwealth Country commonly rated to be one of the least corrupt countries in the world. New Zealand commonly also is rated mistakenly to be one of the least corrupt countries in the world but in recent months and years has proven itself to be one of the most corrupt countries in an ostensibly free society ranging from law enforcement, to judicial, to highest government level abuses. New Zealand's false "clean" rating has been maintained by a concerted effort to tightly control the small group of hand-chosen individuals who pass the false rating information on to the presumably ignorant of the truth international organization Transparency International monitoring all countries' information but reportedly not actually rigorously testing or investigating it including not visiting subject countries. Reportedly the local group in New Zealand keeps sufficiently isolated through tightly-controlled staffing by members of New Zealand's ruling corrupt rich and elite colluding to keep the truth from the world and therefore maintain on very false premises undeserved global goodwill, as well as commerce and tourists steadily flowing to New Zealand.
     The United States State Department by officials not wishing to be identified has confirmed the United States growing awareness of endemic corruption among New Zealand's ruling elite and significant numbers of rogue law enforcement personnel including New Zealand Police and SAS as reported through U.S. diplomatic missions in New Zealand. The United Kingdom which appears to have shown significant interest in posts at this site has virtually disappeared from statistics of site visits which as mentioned above also appear to be interfered with, diverted, or disrupted such that they show minimal "hits" totally inconsistent with seven years of previous statistics at this site.

     Wednesday, 2 April 2014, ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - As reported through the New York Times link in today's article on the mentally ill, shotgun-armed Albuquerque police without training for such encounters have killed another mentally ill homeless person "armed with two knives" also sending in a police dog as he turned away from them to pick up his belongings for illegal camping. Meanwhile U.S. Marshals today joined the ongoing Albuquerque law enforcement civilian shooting epidemic shooting an unarmed man in the head then seizing witnesses' phones/cameras. BREAKING NEWS: Chile Major Magnitude 8.2 Earthquake Hits With Six And One-Half Foot And Growing Tsunami Waves Hitting Coast Under Evacuation Expected To Reach Japan, Southern California And U.S. West Coast

       Tuesday, 1 April, SANTIAGO, CHILE - An 8.2 magnitude earthquake just has been reported to have hit Chile with six and one-half foot and growing Tsunami waves now hitting the coast of Chile. The coast of Chile now is under evacuation with Tsunami waves expected to reach Japan in several hours and the southern coast of California up to Washington state in 12-15 hours which would be from about 9 a.m. EST (6 a.m. PST) tomorrow Wednesday, 2 April 2014. Although apparently not felt in Santiago the earthquake was felt most strongly in northern Chile and Peru. There are no further reports as to any deaths or injuries at this time with Chile's coast under evacuation with more Tsunami waves approaching.
