Korea UPDATES To 11 November 2017

Saturday, 11 November 2017 UPDATE Thursday, 12 October 2017, NEW YORK, NEW YORK- The United States Constitution at Article I, Section 8, provides that a Declaration of War can only be made by Congress. Due to the critical reduction in time to just minutes necessary for the United States irrevocably to become engaged in a potentially catastrophic nuclear war since the advent of nuclear weapons the Atomic Energy Act of 1946 was passed when there was more concern about "trigger-happy generals than civilian leaders" which Act therefore gave the President sole control to "unleash the apocalyptic force of the American nuclear arsenal by his [or her] word alone, and within minutes."
The immediate overwhelming American majority believe President Trump incompetent including more than 60,000 "Duty to Warn" United States  psychiatrists, psychologists and other mental health professionals who have signed an unprecedented statement attesting to this with the same widespread fear shared by the greater world community including longtime key United States' allies. All believe that Trump as United States President represents a clear and present nuclear danger threatening the security and even survival potentially of all nations having amply demonstrated himself to be perilously incompetent and dangerously unfit to fulfill his most solemn responsibilities as President of the United States.
Congress emphatically is urged in accord with the entire editorial board of the New York Times to fulfill its duty to remove the President's sole control of the nuclear arsenal consistent with Congress' singular authority provided in the U.S. Constitution Article I, Section 8, to declare war, replacing such sole presidential nuclear control with authorization for the implementation immediately of such other nuclear control procedures and/or responsibilities as Congress determines best fit to protect the United States national security.

https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2017/10/26/opinion/trump-nuclear-arsenal.html Trump last July 2017 during a Pentagon briefing wanted a "huge" increase in the current U.S. nuclear arsenal of 4,000 warheads with another 2,000 awaiting dismantling back up to the 1967 high of over 31,000 nuclear warheads. However Trump did not order such an increase after it was then explained why such an increase was unnecessary and would violate disarmament agreements and treaties. The U.S. in any case can "decimate" North Korea with 32 of its current nuclear warheads. Includes complete chart of all U.S. nuclear weapon types and quantities including nuclear weapon requirements to decimate each of many countries.
