Tuesday, 14 September 2018, Mountain View, CA - Alphabet, Inc. has been caught illegally tracking users who are led to believe they have turned off tracking on their Google cell phone and other devices with a multitude of apps. This as set out below according to the Associated Press and confirmed on Today Show "Rossen Reports" in yet another of its continuing stream of criminal and/or unlawful acts often through its Google and other subsidiaries. Alphabet Inc. which officially has dumped its original "Do No Evil" slogan for obvious reason appears to be in the EU, the U.S. and rest of the world instead adopted a policy of "profit even if evil and unlawful and/or illegal".
This Alphabet, Inc. Google seemingly illegally deceptive tracking has been confirmed on the NBC Today Show "Rossen Reports" on Tuesday 14 August 2018 by Jeff Rossen on camera specifically to turn to "off" his Google devices "location history." Mr. Rossen did this test in response to an Associated Press report that caused him concern that Alphabet Inc.'s Google was intentionally tracking unknowing users led to believe they were not being tracked.
After going to various locations around New York City during the day Mr. Rossen back at his start point found that his Google devices had in fact tracked and recorded his exact locations throughout the day. Mr. Rossen determined that Alphabet Inc. Google design had effectively deceived him into believing he had turned off these location tracking and recording functions. Mr. Rossen had to go through an entirely non-intuitive different function which Mr. Rossen had to demonstrate on the Today Show to viewers how to (apparently) turn off Google devices location tracking and recording through a ridiculously complex series of tasks including going through a separate website. Mr. Rossen noted that it is extremely profitable for Alphabet, Inc. to track users including on Google, apparently true as the company also recently reported either record or near-record profits while said to have "shrugged off" a $3.1 billion EU penalty days earlier, not its first fine in the billions but still demonstrates as here what Mr. Rossen called "deceptive practices." Alphabet Inc. and Google obviously need to pay some much higher fines and/or punitive damage awards in lawsuits and/or some sort of penalties to feel a significant financial sting enough to change their behavior from the highly improper if not unlawful. It appears the company also apparently has become to large and needs to be broken up under antitrust laws of several jurisdictions where they cannot pay off politicians.
Alphabet Inc. in immediate need of federal regulation including without limitation of its rampant abuses of U.S. laws as in the EU at least in the circumstance of this Google publisher customer reliant to its detriment on Alphabet Inc. which consistently provides publisher with grossly inaccurate maliciously manipulated performance statistic corrupt data including but not limited to through Google Blogger, Adsense and Analytics exploiting its complete lack of U.S. regulation which in all statistical probability means that this publisher is far from the exception but rather more likely the norm suggesting the Alphabet Inc. provision of intentional manipulated misinformation and other malfeasance against customers may number up into the billions of violations. Alphabet Inc. with President Soviet-born Sergey Brin as majority shareholder also is partly owned by the CIA and as well as being the CIA's joint venturer through its front company In-Q-Tel (IQT) (cleverly named after the fictional company which supplies James Bond with equipment.)
Although in recent years the CIA has been more adept than anything at getting its malicious cyber tools stolen by rogue nations and black marketeers since the CIA in its previous adventure having been found by the CIA's IG through a profound misallocation of resources and failure to have communicated vital information to other agencies to have single-handedly allowed the 9/11 disaster to take place and since then committing crimes against humanity by all involved still to be prosecuted for the completely ineffectual Bush-Cheney CIA Torture Program.
The CIA Torture Program and Worldwide Terrorism Recruiting Billboard was afforded culpable and prosecutable enablement by bogus legal reasoning which all knew to be so although attempted to be hidden of both Neil Gorsuch and Neal Kavanaugh (just what happens one cannot get the best minds for the Supreme Court) neither of whom ever would be permitted to remain on the Supreme Court when the GOP is eliminated as a treasonous RICO conspiracy with all its actions retroactively nullified at least to the time that another GOP intellectual giant George W. Bush in fact lost the presidential election although he did "take" office to launch the most disastrous U.S. "presidency" in history until of course the next obviously illegitimate "presidency" of top GOP sound intellect Donald J. Rapist.
Just to be clear from the time the CIA outfitted the mujahideen and helped bin Laden create and arm Al Qaeda before then missing its own creation's 9/11 attack on the U.S. the CIA given its disastrous record has received further calls for cessation of its involvement in "covert operations" but in any case has continued with its record of violation of international humanitarian rights with war crimes as well as other crimes against humanity for example by reason of CIA civilian and other extra-judicial drone murders in the sovereign territory of other nations.
The CIA's co-conspirator Alphabet Inc. also is an illegal EU and U.S. antitrust monopoly parent of Google and a variety of Google's prior subsidiaries which with obviously good reason dropped its original "Do No Evil" slogan instead essentially for "Do More Evil" since which time Alphabet Inc. and its Google and other subsidiaries have engaged in a wide variety of international crimes as well as fully exposing its fraudulent use of that slogan from its stealth beginnings at M.I.T. as it more recently has worked feverishly to cash in on deadly developments in the use of artificial intelligence (A.I.) not for good by any means but for the purpose of causing maximum death to humans through A.I. directed weapons as recently evidenced in its contract with the U.S. military to develop A.I. for maximum of use in crimes against humanity murder through the use of predatory drone human targeting and collateral civilian murder in the sovereign territory of other nations.
