After a C.I.A. briefing, Senator Lindsey Graham said he was convinced that Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia was behind the killing of Jamal Khashoggi. Senator Bob Corker added that if the crown prince went to trial, he’d be convicted “in 30 minutes or less.”
