Thursday, 9 October 2014, AUSTIN, TEXAS - The Ninth Amendment passes on this latest direct confirmation of corrupt connections between the illegal actions of Indicted Texas Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry's blatant illegal misuse of millions of Texas taxpayers' dollars in the widening TEF Perry personal Texas Taxpayer Enterprise Slushfund scandal to shamelessly payback political cronies only made possible in conspiracy with corrupt A.G. Abbot through the lack of Woman-Hating A.G. "Dark Money" Abbott's performance of his legal oversight duties including recovering taxpayer funds illegally disbursed from Perry's taxpayer slushfund which as below can be seen plain as day that Perry did including to Abbott's own major "dark money" major donor Bank of America (long one of America's most criminally prosecuted banks by the United States and worldwide governments as made abundantly clear by its leading role in the Parmalat scandal the largest bankruptcy scandal in world history) as possibly the most corrupt major financial institution in the world from whom "campaign donations" (read bribes when Abbott never was in any seriously contested campaigns) flowed to recipient Abbott who never made Bank of America return as required of corrupt A.G. Abbott by law the $3.3 million in illegal Perry grants of Texas Taxpayers' money made to criminal Bank of America (which may have signed more consent decrees paying more fines to federal enforcement officials for more crimes than any other bank in United States history) for meeting none of the requirements of the TEF better now known as seen below as the Perry Taxpayer Enterprise "Slushfund".
The more that thoroughly longtime corrupt Abbott tries to distance himself from indicted Idiot Perry the more it looks like they will be sitting right beside one another at more than one defense table as woman-hater A.G. "dark money" Greg "payday" Abbott's ten-year corrupt plan finally almost came together in his $30 million dollar warchest of bribes which he mistakenly believes no one could figure he would now use not only to buy the Governorship through sleazy negative attack ads and dark money donor favors to those who bought him but actually to try to use the ill-gotten gains to threaten Wendy Davis out of the Texas Governor's race by calling her "broke" despite the fact that she still has about $6 million in totally legitimate campaign contributions and has received more in real true honest hardworking Texans' grassroots support since she announced her candidacy than corrupt Abbott has received in the same period including from all the "dark money" fugitive payday and title loan stores run out of other states, dirty businesses, hazardous chemical secret stockpilers, out-of-state Texas polluters, Texas homeowners' insurance essentially unregulated gougers, and now not surprisingly corrupt to the core Bank of America possibly one of the least consumer-friendly most criminally-inclined banks in the United States as amply documented in enforcement actions with huge payouts worldwide. The dots are so close together as set out below that a one-year-old could connect them in a second. The Ninth Amendment has got to hand it to these shameless brazen pair the worst of Republican crooks both indicted Perry who funds his personal criminal legal defense with taxpayer money he also illegally showers on old boy cronies and woman-hater "dark money" Abbott who thought he could get away with funding his campaign against Davis with ten years of bribes very thinly disguised as "campaign donations" in the end paid by taxpayers via Perry handouts to Abbott "donors".

“The Texas Enterprise Fund has long been
criticized as nothing more than a slush fund for Gov. Rick Perry. Now, that status is official.” -San Antonio Express News
Martin,
It seems like every few weeks, Rick Perry and Greg Abbott are tied to another scandal surrounding abuse of power or giving taxpayer money to their insider friends.
When the scandal broke, Rick Perry was exposed for awarding nearly $222 million in no-strings-attached funds to companies that didn’t even fill out an application for the money and were not required to create a single job in Texas.
We just found out, Greg Abbott's MAJOR donor Bank of America was awardedMILLIONS from the Texas Enterprise Fund.
As Bank of America did not create the number of jobs they promised, Greg Abbott looked the other way and did nothing to collect the $3.3 million owed to Texas taxpayers.
As attorney general, it was Greg Abbott’s responsibility to make sure taxpayer funds -- like the Texas Enterprise Fund -- are used properly and in compliance with the law.
If you’re tired of your money being spent recklessly and want to elect leaders who will fight for every hardworking Texan, then it’s time -- right now -- to step up and say we’ve had enough.
