Abbott Corruption Post Apparent Criminal Portal Internet Interference Delays Publication Adds Further Major Inaccuracies To Google Site Statistical Performance Reports

Thursday, 17 July 2014, AUSTIN, TX - The Ninth Amendment upon repeated attempts to finalize publication of its most recent post below regarding Republican Abbott's payoff to issue his official ruling denying all Texans access to any public information on hazardous chemical waste storage locations in neighborhoods throughout the state has been subjected to further repeated attempted interruptions of internet service prompting Google notices never before encountered including one reporting a Ninth Amendment "failing portal" disrupting internet access by the Ninth Amendment and access to the Ninth Amendment by readers as well as furthering attempts to block and/or obscure and manipulate site performance statistics so as to render them inaccurate therefore hindering preparation of posts of greatest interest to Ninth Amendment readers. These together suggest many state and federal criminal violations for denials of service and interference with communications equipment as well as the free exercise of Constitutional rights including those also codified and expanded upon in federal and state statutes establishing penalties for state and federal felony violations punishable by large fines and long prison terms including in many circumstances in excess of ten years imprisonment.

GOP Women Hater A.G "The General" Greg "Dark Money" Abbott Rules All State Residents After 30 Years Now Lose "Right" To Know Where Texas Hazardous Chemical Stockpiles Located After $75K+ Koch Brothers Abbott Payoff Post Deadly West Explosion

Wednesday, 15 July 2015, AUSTIN, TEXAS - In yet another mind-numbing series of steadily mounting preposterous claims that even MAD Magazine would reject for publication on the grounds that they are too blatantly dumb to be believed even by five-year-olds Texas' very own GOP Women (And Their Children) Hater A.G. Greg "Payday" Abbott  has once again thrust into Texans' faces just how abysmally bad his judgment is now extending to a rapidly growing host of hollow gaffes as female-hater Abbott most recently actually tried to pawn off an insultingly pathetic dishonest excuse for having abused his State Office to single-handedly deprive all Texans of critical safety information on potential chemical hazards throughout the nation's second largest state which Abbot himself admitted would not even entitle Texans to find out if some neighbor say right next to a school were storing truckloads of ammonium nitrate in sheds packed up and ready to go.
Although Republican Abbott may have been too busy soliciting "campaign donations" or who knows what that year such that he just missed the news altogether most Americans will never forget the monstrous devastation that one truckload's mixture of the fertilizer parked beside the federal building in the heart of Oklahoma City completely destroyed the entire huge building instantly killing several hundred federal employees who also happened to be mothers and fathers and daughters and sons and loved ones right in the heart of America in a massively devastating explosion that shook that entire major city and indeed was so massively destructive that its shockwaves were felt around the country and indeed the entire world.
Yet even in 2014 GOP Woman Hater A.G. Greg "Payday" Abbott would have Texans unknowingly play neighbor not just to undeclared tons of extremely hazardous fertilizer when in the wrong hands but all manner of even far more hazardous chemicals haphazardly spread out among all his fellow citizens of the Lone Star state. Texans who could freely do so for the past thirty years now are not even allowed to learn as a matter of public safety from their State government where the chemical stockpiles are kept.
After all the hysteria about components entering the country Texans now know from their aspiring Republican governor that as GOP Attorney General his office has ruled that they are no longer even "entitled" to know where there are known ingredients for potentially thousands of bombs that do not even need to be smuggled in because they are already here!  How could any person using their official state position as Attorney General in their right mind have already ruled that as of now Texans will be effectively prevented from finding out where these hazardous chemicals are stored. The answer is just what Texans may have come to expect from Republican governor candidate Abbott who this campaign season has already seen raking in campaign contributions that may well reach into the millions of dollars given with the clear expectation that the money is as with Perry no donation for better government for Texans but for officials making decisions with a direct profit impact on the those that "donate" the money to Abbott's campaign.
Texans should make no mistake about it that this is not because the big money wishes to buy Texans a Governor for the good of Texas. All they want is to buy another Texas governor for themselves. Perry has gotten them so spoiled and keeping playing business as usual hitting up Texans from their out-of-state mansions getting rich gouging the underclass with payday, title and "short-term" loans that end up lasting a lifetime to struggle to pay off with "fees" that are nothing but usurious interest that would have gotten them their hands cut off in Biblical times and maybe their tongues too if they did not shut up.
We have friends and family who have learrned the lifetime those "E-Z" and "short-term" loans" end up really lasting will be your own lifetime drained away faster the harder you try as they kill you off struggling to pay them back a thousand times over as you work day and night worse off than you ever were before until they either drive you into bankruptcy (and still keep trying even then to get more money with no shame even after the Court tells them to stay the hell away from you), or they just slowly kill you off plain and simple as you reach for the salt one day and drop dead with your face in your dinner plate the kids hollering at the table and a day later they will be on the phone and then at the door lying to your kin and trying to get them to say that they are owed all your life insurance proceeds. All anyone has to do is hang up the phone or shut the door. Do not ever make the mistake of ever agreeing to anything including not even that there is any known debt of any amount owed by anyone.
ALL THE PRECEDING IS WHAT WE BELIEVE MAY BE OUR OPINION WHICH IF IT IS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE FROM MOMENT TO MOMENT AND IS WE SUSPECT THE END PHASE PRODUCT OF TOO MUCH "JUNK" AND FAST FOOD AS WELL AS MAYBE THE MERCURY PUT IN OUR FILLINGS AND VACCINES AS CHILDREN. THE NINTH AMENDMENT DOES NOT PURPORT TO NOR DOES IT OFFER NOR PROVIDE ANY LEGAL ADVICE WHATSOEVER ON ANY MATTER AT ALL. ANYONE SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE OF ANY TYPE ON ANY MATTER AT ALL MUST CONSULT WITH A LEGAL PROFESSIONAL DULY QUALIFIED AND LICENSED TO PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE.
It is disconcerting that Abbott the Republican who would become Texas' Governor persists in compounding lies that are so pathetic there seems little doubt he will drive himself to madness were he just to listen momentarily to his own talking trash points. His office claims he had to rule that no Texans could know any longer after thirty years whether or not their very own neighbors were storing hazardous chemicals that might blow up the whole neighborhood and God knows what else because that decision was dictated by some supposed old Homeland Security law that we certainly are not aware of any other state have interpreted the same way since it makes no sense ever and doubtless creates much more of a public safety problem than it possibly could alleviate. How insulting and arrogant can a Republican public official be that he can claim straight to your face that the State has to put you into what for all you know (but of course now you cannot) is a danger a thousand times worse than the non-existent harm that has not been there for thirty years or that your neighbor that you have known forever is suddenly going to fall prey to foreign terrorists who are going to take or get them to use their hazardous chemicals to make a bomb?!
GOP Woman Hater A.G. Greg "Payday" Abbott apparently thinks so little of the true people of the great state of Texas that he actually publicly told Texans that the way they could find hazardous chemicals on properties ALL OVER the state of Texas was to "drive around" looking for facilities. So a Dallas TV station actually took Abbott up on his idiotic idea and drove around going up to places and facilities and asking to see their chemical lists. As the TV station and the newspaper put it, Abbott's suggestion worked just about "as well as you would think".
But Republican Abbott rather than just slink away at some point was still just too damn stubborn to give up so he persisted in proving himself even more of an idiot of by suggesting that Texans might look for locations of hazardous chemicals on the Texas Department of Insurance website apparently on the basis of some kind of wild guess without even checking or asking anyone himself in advance about this convenient resource that would we guess as he saw it at least kind of cure some of the many evolving problems of his campaign at least for the moment.
When survivors still willing to waste their time listening to GOP moron Abbott went to check out his latest fabricated brainstorm they were told that this approach was "useless" for their purposes. Yet unbelievably apparently utterly and completely determined to absolutely make himself look like as much of an idiot as humanly possible moron Abbott the world's most pathetic magician then suggested that perhaps (presumably if he asked nicely and wore a tie) the Texas legislature would allow all Texans to go and try to bother local fire stations for the information "during regular business hours".
Now that last one sounds so incredibly stupid and delusional that one can only imagine that request making firemen's and firewomen's (we guess they have those) jaws drop and proving decisively that Abbott was in no way qualified to be Governor of Texas until he at least tried a mild lobotomy and a few years bed rest. One thing seems clear and that is that Abbott really must need the job as it is hard to see how he could make any rational decisions whatsoever as Governor and therefore like Perry should have a whole group of handlers like Perry who if he goes too far off the mark presumably can just take him out and drag him home for a nap before he torpedoes his entire political career single-handedly. Kind of like Perry needing someone to tackle him off the stage the moment it became clear his brain ran entirely dry on glucose about five seconds into the last round of the Republican national debate. At this rate the Ninth Amendment believes that the only fair prediction the editorial board can make is that Abbott cannot win for Texas governor even if he were the only one running against himself.
So why cannot GOP Texas Moron Woman-Hater Greg "Payday" Abbott just not tell the truth for once for goodness sake. He must have had to at least on a few occasions as a child. After Abbott's behavior so far and a decade of watching Perry get paid off it would not seem to be such a big surprise or anything if Abbott were to just directly openly charge for favors. It would seem to have so much more dignity. And clearly no one in Texas at least at this time aggressively prosecutes these guys for anything since they are the ones that by now have given every patronage job and anything else that belonged to Texas away that was not nailed down. It is one way of protecting oneself. One can just see all the feds sitting in their offices smiling to themselves and waiting to see how much rope these guys will take imagining the day that the suits must swarm Perry probably off-guard in his running shorts and relieve him of his fearsome dog-killing laser-sighted six shooter, or was it a fox, or a wolf, or no come to think of it we are sure Perry was sure it was a bear. And no doubt it threatened Perry's dog.
Yeah, that's the ticket. In any case the true boring story here is just one more payoff for Abbott is what it took. Perry sold the State's air and water off long ago. The Gulf of Mexico they sold for what they could before leaving it as a pit of mixed Corexit and oil and floating chunks of poisonous hardened muck floating just beneath the surface fifty-two times more toxic just below where you cannot see it from the surface. But one sadly will not be seeing anymore shrimp and shallow water fish either for a long, long time, or maybe at all around here. Some say they will call it the Gulf of Corexit now, others the Gulf of Perry.
In any case the long sordid story of Abbott here comes to a pathetic end for the moment. Little doubt he like Perry will return from disaster after disaster returning like one more zombie of the walking dead. He surely can say with conviction that he did nothing for anyone to make anybody safer. Any fool can see that. No, friends the sad truth is that in the wake of the deadly West explosion of hazardous chemicals in 2013 the Koch Brothers have paid off Abbott to the pathetic tune of just $75,000. Looks as if Texans are looking for a next governor who thinks modest, real modest, at least when he thinks at all.
Then Texans may just have found their man. After all $75,000 to keep all information of hazardous chemicals from all the citizens of the second biggest state in the United States, and even make up a bonus lie that that is out of concern for safety because of some Homeland Security law, and another that the information is available on a web site where the commission that runs it says "not a chance", and then to even take it one step further and actually pretend like one was going to propose to the Texas legislature that it make local fire stations available during regular business hours to the public is beyond preposterous, Abbott is achieving a level of absurdity worthy of Eugene Ionesco. Firepersons curating public information records to members of the public in a place which is tailored absolutely to the extremely important local public safety functions of a community in matters of life and death, monitoring members of the public in such a work environment, which also happens to serve as the firespersons' actual home when they are on duty, but limit visiting hours of members of the public wandering about so that firepersons only are burdened with this minor inconvenience during "regular business hours". What the hell are "regular business hours" in a fire station!? Does Abbott take the people of the great state of Texas for imbeciles. We wish he would enter into a saloon in the 19th century and say such rubbish to locals as he told them how he wanted to run for sheriff. He would be shot dead and thrown in the street in about a minute.
These ill-considered insultingly stupid matters aside the fact of possible catastrophic environmental accidents alone resulting in contaminated soil and groundwater cleanups being needed in places where authorities have at best a haphazard awareness of the presence of such threats alone might instantly catapult Abbott into the formerly otherwise unoccupied stratospherically deranged environmental hazard orbit of "Professor" Idiot Rick "Payback" Perry whose Texas office after nearly a decade of intentional environmental mismanagement and carte blanche to his out-of-state bankrolling cronies filthy industry "self-regulation" which the USEPA yanked within two weeks of seeing first-hand the mess he had created will leave the fine honest hardworking Texans who trusted him as a steward of the magnificent Lone Star State whose land they have loved with what now in 2014 boasts some of the very dirtiest air and water in the United States trailing behind Perry like the filth of the San Antonio River as he jets out of town to his adopted radioactive homeland of Japan to leave GOP moron Greg Abbott presiding over a wasteland of filth.

Criminal Interference Attempts Against Ninth Amendment Freedoms Of Speech And Press And Readers' Access To Site Resumed By Conspiring Parties' Felony Violations Of Federal And State Statutes

Tuesday, 15 June 2014, SHREVEPORT AND HOUSTON, THE GULF OF COREXIT -  The editorial board of the Ninth Amendment once again reluctantly has determined that the time is upon us that we must creep about for a few hours because it is that brief period no longer than an extra-innings professional baseball game after luncheon and before the dinner hour when Texas present and former Governors and Presidents lay down for their nappy-time toddies perhaps occasionally arising from their untroubled slumbers to play another quick round of video golf or practice their penmanship signing all those darn papers that just keep coming no matter how fast they sign them and then check to make sure that all were signed right side up. An honest man must earn his money the honest way or it just does not feel right.*
Fantasy worlds of sweet delusion aside the editorial board of the Ninth Amendment has decided actually at this time that the all too familiar increasing interference with domestic, interstate and international communications between our northern hemisphere headquarters and various technical support and news bureau locations such that one who did not know better might think that our rigorous investigative and reporting impartiality and focus of attention might be compromised by the implied complications inherent in various implicit and more explicit threats really is nothing more than an arguably refreshing opportunity to peruse the statutes for the latest draconian penalties enacted for cybercrimes both mundane and exotic and related newly criminal activities focused on information technology, computers and the Internet that the State has been so busily enacting in the broad sweep of its hysteria that the number of years those who intermittently maintain such an interest in attempting to disrupt and divert this site qualify for achieve a number that eventually becomes higher than we are able easily to count but certainly totals something on the order of several centuries' worth of lifetimes far greater than one person might ever reasonably expect to live.
Then of course for good measure comes the time to throw on the less sexy (as they say in the profession) list of activities which are not cyber anything but nevertheless have been around for centuries since in most cases there also is a laundry list of predicate unlawful acts which one would rather just have skipped altogether but remain altogether necessary nevertheless in many cases just to get to the scene of the crime whether one likes it or not.
And finally as if all that were not enough just to make sure some bad guy (or gal) who is not one of the lucky ones who secretly was slipped their get out of jail free card out of the woodwork come the seemingly non-specific innocuous-sounding but not really so much as one would think charges like conspiracy, aiding and abetting, knowledge before the fact, knowledge after the fact, obstruction of justice, attempted, abandoned (but not in time), and of course always the danger of misidentification, disidentification, robodentification, wrong prisoner, blind witness, jailhouse snitch one never even remembers seeing before, even God forbid a peace officer sworn to uphold the law but who describes you and your actions such that you do not even realize she is testifying under penalty of perjury about you.
is it worth risking all that? Especially when one then will more likely than not be at the mercy of some other sick individual not a true friend but who will hold out, no way will he sell you out for a song. But then on the other hand, maybe for what he finally settled for which was a song and a sandwich. And you have nothing new to say?  So maybe they decide not to rat you out either. At least they only have something Well then on a slow day maybe it is time to speak of mandatory sentences, so sad everyone's hands are tied. Oh except come to think of it maybe there was that one person, that one alone who might change the charges just a little bit to manipulate the "mandatory" minimum. If only that dog had not barked, the one that just did not care for steak seasoned with valium.
Well on the other hand someone could have had a handgun for self-defense. Maybe they never really made it to the gun range despite the best intentions. Likewise cleaning and oiling it. Anyway readers can tell where this one is going. Some of us had it happen right down the street. Two bad guys lost their shirts at a poker game so they followed another fellow who had cleaned up at the poker game home and into the house with him and his wife. Only problem was that they were two armed men and he was one in pajamas with his gun in the drawer. But he pulled out the gun beside his wife still sleeping and pandemonium ensued. Later it took the police a while to figure out how who got where.
In any case the domestic gunfighter did get off a shot or two. The only problem was that the one he hit and killed was his wife. As for the other two they had been around the block, avoid ed the "gunfight", they just wanted the money. And sure enough the police did catch the guys which gives us the chance to add one last point to what seemed like such a simple little crime. The poker thief did not have a gun and did not take a shot at anyone. But the husband shot his wife dead during the crime. Because the law can be a strange thing with some little surprises. He was tried and went down for murder.
So there is one last thing to add on to everything else when we try to add up all those years. The guy who had hardly a thing to do with any cybercrime ended up with one last thing about which to worry. Like everything else it seems it has its own name, a special circumstance, although it does not sound so special in a good sort of way.
The editorial board of the Ninth Amendment has seen more than its share of the law. We do not particularly wish it on anyone although in this Country sometimes there is a cost for speaking your voice and writing things that not everyone will wish to hear. We do not do it because we hate our Country nor anyone in it. We do it because we love our Country it has a lot of problems but it is the best one on Earth. We aim to do our part to keep it that way with the clear instructions of the men and women (they could not sign it but we have no doubt where the true decisions were made). People will disagree on how best things are done until there are no people left but one.
But we have the ground rules as straightforward as they can be. Our ancestors made a sacred compact that established the rights and responsibilities among many different people trying to live together in one country, and among the people and the State to which they would lend their power. From their own very painful experience they agreed foremost that with very few exceptions a person, a group of people and a press were free to say as they pleased and others respond as they wished.
As the Ninth Amendment reminded readers before in times when persons disagreed with our words all persons have always been free to respond as they pleased elsewhere or with allowance provided right here for their comments published for all to read for themselves. However it is axiomatic that free speech in no way encompasses interference or attempting interference with another person's right to speak, to assemble and/or to publish what words they will. And finally as to the truth itself one can spend a lifetime trying to change facts, but so far as we are concerned a fact is a fact and the truth is the truth. And the truth cannot be denied nor ignored forever. That is a fact.

LAST DAY PLEASE COMMENT NOW! Stop FCC Stealth Kill Of Your Internet For Big Business Control! Hands Off Our Internet Public Utility Of, By, And For The People! Drown the FCC in NO THANK YOU! Comments By Today Tuesday, 15 July 2014

Sunday, 13 July 2014, WASHINGTON, D.C. - UPDATED. Fascinating if not so blatantly corrupt how the State never fails to "allow" the People the absolute least time possible to stand up and stop the biggest giveaways of the most valuable public property of our lifetimes. No excuses internet users indeed all Americans must now stand up to the corrupt State and Big Business thieves by the Tuesday, 15 July 2014 arbitrary deadline today and utterly drown the FCC with comments like those below NO THANK YOU! FCC State scum no killing off our internet public utility for one more huge permanent Big Business giveaway just like the State did with our TV and radio airwaves and railroad rights of way before that and so many other public resources that belong to the People alone. Stop these greed-crazed bums right here right now or we all surely will regret not taking but a minute to act now so as not to spend out our painfully slow lives idly waiting like slaves on blank screens while Big Business just keeps getting richer ripping us all off as it rams its "priority" trash through our internet that we let go. The reliable and WORKING internet EQUALLY accessible to all has come to define the great present-day public utility at the heart and core of our modern-day uncensored free network it holds us together and powers the unfettered exercise by all the People of the rights of religion, free speech, assembly and all our others with direct worldwide connection to all Peoples of our world as never before seen. But the very fear of the People claiming their vast freedoms which are their true birthright under the Constitution such that the State and Big Business cannot control and run roughshod over them makes the false of spirit weak at the knees and shake in their boots for they finally are exposed. The truth sets the People equal and free. And that drives the State and its Big Business bedfellows to madness. Do not let them steal one more public resource that is so vital. Do not let them steal your internet.

URGENT: Tell the FCC: Don’t kill the Internet
Tom Wheeler, President Obama's newly appointed chair of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), recently proposed adopting rules that will end Net Neutrality and kill the Internet as we know it.
The fate of the Internet at stake, and we have three days to speak out by submitting public comments to the FCC before the July 15 deadline.
Take action now â–º
Dear Martin,
Net Neutrality Now -- Click here to take action.
Tom Wheeler, the president's newly appointed FCC chair, recently proposed rules that would allow Internet service providers (ISPs) to divide the Internet into fast lanes for wealthy corporations and slow lanes for the rest of us.
If adopted, these rules would amount to nothing less than the corporate takeover of the Internet and the death of Net Neutrality.
However, because of a massive public backlash from open Internet supporters like you, Chairman Wheeler was forced to keep the door open for the change we really need -- reclassifying the Internet as a public utility, which is the only way to establish Net Neutrality regulations with teeth.
The FCC is now accepting public comments on this proposal, but the current comment period ends this Tuesday. We need to make sure Chairman Wheeler and the rest of the FCC commissioners feel overwhelming pressure from the public to take the necessary step of reclassifying the Internet as a public utility.

Net Neutrality is important because the Internet is an essential service Americans rely on to conduct our most basic daily affairs, from applying for a job to finding a home, to running a small business. And our right to communicate freely and be heard lies at the heart of our ability to participate equally in our democracy.

A string of federal court cases has made it abundantly clear that the FCC has the power to enforce strong Net Neutrality rules, but only if the FCC goes through the process of undoing a terrible Bush-era decision to deregulate broadband instead of treating it like the vital public utility it has become.

Chairman Wheeler says that he wants to preserve the open Internet. But his proposal explicitly states a preference for not reclassifying broadband -- the one and only thing that will allow the FCC to protect Net Neutrality and ban discrimination on the Internet.

The public can’t be silent in the face of this. You can bet that Chairman Wheeler will be hearing from the army of lobbyists who work for the big telecoms intent on destroying Net Neutrality.

We need to make sure he also hears from us. Don't delay. Click the link below to submit a public comment today.

Thank you for speaking out to stop the corporate takeover of the Internet.

George Clooney Continues To Slam Trash English Tabloid The Daily Mail Online Mail New York Times Article Reports - Times Digital Publishes Ninth Amendment Editorial Board Comment

Saturday, 12 June 2014, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - The New York Times edition today reported in the article linked below that the normally publicly reserved George Clooney remains unmollified by what he apparently regards as insufficiently half-hearted insincere efforts of the English trash tabloid The Daily Mail's Web Publication Mail Online to worm its way out of an incendiary article it published making untruthful assertions including about Mr. Clooney's Lebanese fiancee and her family's relationship with him which seemingly have incensed Mr. Clooney.
The tabloid already has acknowledged  its online piece was factually incorrect and withdrew it within hours of Mr. Clooney's publication of his first response in USA Today reportedly hammering the tabloid for what Mr. Clooney claims to have been its extreme recklessness in publishing a piece which could expose his fiancee and/or her mother and their far-flung families potentially to serious danger in a world which already presents more than enough real dangers.
Preceding the link below directly to the Times article concerning Mr. Clooney's continuing apparent outrage at The Daily Mail's Web Publication Mail Online while that tabloid's Web Publication has continued to enjoy a surge of readership in its expansion into the United States' market is a comment submitted to the Times on behalf of the Ninth Amendment editorial board in response to the Times article which Ninth Amendment comment is here below reproduced verbatim (with one spelling error corrected) having been just hours ago published in today's same digital edition of the Times along with other comments directly responding to the Times article.

The editorial board of the Ninth Amendment at www.waronnothing.blogspot.com expresses its full sympathy and support for Mr. Clooney, his fiancee, and all their families and loved ones. Mr. Clooney both in his life on and off the set is a living example of the very finest qualities of decorum and compassion far beyond what we ourselves could ever hope to achieve in our lifetimes. We are completely unfamiliar with the offending "tabloid" which would by all accounts seem to aspire to all the very worst qualities antithetical to what Mr. Clooney and his work both professional and humanitarian represents to all of us as the very finest example of the highest qualities which persons of every race might only aspire to achieve. Should the offending "tabloid" purport to hold itself out as a "news" organization given the most copious resources reported to be at its disposal might we suggest, including in recognition of and in respect for the scores of journalists who have given their lives in the field in just the past year to report the news, that it follow the example of news organizations such as CNN, the New York Times, le Monde and so many others and get some of its people off the streets of SoHo and Los Angeles and out there to the front lines of the Middle East and perhaps eastern Ukraine, for starters. These are serious times which is all the less excuse for spurious and infantile behavior by those who would hold themselves out to be members of the noblest of professions

BREAKING: The Islamic State Terrorists Reportedly Acquire Weapons-Grade Nuclear Material Unknown Capability Or Condition

Thursday, 10 July 2014, SAADA, YEMEN - Media organizations early this morning have released preliminary news reports that ISIS self-renamed The Islamic State may have acquired weapons-grade nuclear materials at unidentified locations in an unknown condition nor state of capability for use. Meanwhile in the notorious arms bazaar outside of this city a wide selection of major weaponry apparently remains for sale by arms dealers documented to include such weapons as RPG's with a variety of available warheads to any buyer with the funds to make purchases, as is reportedly the case at many locations outside of the United States for weapons such as RPGs. The availability of weapons at this notorious weapons bazaar at Saada extends to many other heavy weapons however even including in less public areas armaments such as shoulder-launched Stinger missiles for sale by one dealer for one million dollars (U.S.) which missiles are known to be capable of taking down airplanes such as commercial passenger airliners.
The Ninth Amendment editorial board stresses that it has no confirmed information whatsoever as to the actual existence of any type of weapons-grade nuclear materials purchased and/or captured by what has been preliminarily reported to be The Islamic State "terrorists". Recent media reports have focused particularly on the proximity of the group's control of territory in the area of the airport northwest of Baghdad's outskirts as the airport reportedly provides the only escape route for many American critical government personnel presently remaining attached to the United States Embassy and presumably largely confined to the extremely heavily secured United States "Green Zone" in Baghdad.
The growing presence of United States Marines to supplement existing Marine security, as well as military "advisers" to the Iraqi Army, followed by further combat troops to protect the advisers and help maintain/regain control of the airport, as well as unknown numbers of United States special forces units in and being dispatched to the area and region has been widely reported. The actual total numbers of all these United States forces is unknown and presumably classified especially given foreign combatants and/or "terrorists" in the region are widely reported to collect information from publicly available news reports.
Reports have not focused on the possibility that even if The Islamic State does not overrun the apparently critical northwest Baghdad airport escape route of last resort for American government personnel what the status may be of the group's access to Stinger missiles which presumably may have fallen into its hands in the large areas of territory the group has overtaken and/or by purchase by the group with the well-publicized extremely ample funding of the Islamic State not only originally from certain (private) wealthy donors in countries such as Saudi Arabia but the very large amounts of funds stolen by the group by overtaking a major Iraqi government bank holding a significant percentage of the country's currency reserves. This is in addition to many large caches of weaponry including much supplied previously by the United States to the Iraqi Army but largely abandoned by fleeing Iraqi troops in their haste to escape the advancing forces of ISIL now renamed The Islamic State.
This editorial board of the Ninth Amendment must stress that the above information on the extremely serious matter on any acquisition of nuclear materials is based solely on unconfirmed first incomplete reports and should not serve as the basis for any certainty on the part of readers of its accuracy to any degree, which is completely unknown. The lessons of the lies of the Bush Administration as to the presence previously in Iraq of "WMDs" under the control of Saddam Hussein widely now believed by a great  many Americans to have been a heinous bogus justification for the peremptory invasion of Iraq most likely motivated by former Vice President Dick "Pigheart" Cheney's insatiable monstrous greed for oil and cash for his many related commercial endeavors remain fresh in the minds of many Americans and Iraqis including those having suffered enormous personal grief and loss as a result of the pointless ensuing manufactured conflict.
Concerned readers it is emphasized emphatically are provided the information in this post as that available at this time in UNCONFIRMED BREAKING NEWS reports and are urged absolutely to perform further research and review any developing news in reaching conclusions of their own of what actual facts are or become known based on developing informed sources at this time and the ensuing hours and days.

Texas GOP Idiot Governor Rick "Payback" Perry Calls For Texas Marijuana Decriminalization To Swiss Audience Amidst Doubts As To His Sincerity Or Comprehension Of What He Was Saying And/Or Was Told To Say

Tuesday, 24 June 2014, SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS - Texas "Idiot" Governor Rick "Payback" Perry speaking to an international conference in Switzerland last week reportedly called for the decriminalization of marijuana in Texas for the first time ever.  Interested readers may make their own determination by clicking on the below link whether accompanying statements by Perry's spokeswoman reported in the article indicate if the Perry administration understands the exact meaning of "decriminalization" of pot. But then who are we at the Ninth Amendment to parse words?
Comments following the below article seem to indicate that few if any commenters took Perry seriously either because they merely assumed he was lying, just had wanted to go on another big overseas trip with his traveling carnival paid for by Texas taxpayers, or simply remained very confused, i.e. perhaps in reflecting (if Perry is capable of reflecting) on his infamous "freeze" in the nationally televised Republican Presidential candidates' debate when he forgot which federal executive departments and/or agencies he had proposed eliminating as part of his campaign platform but has since misremembered one as having been the DEA.

BREAKING NEWS: Pope Excommunicates Southern Italian Mafia From Roman Catholic Church Singling Out Calabrese Sicilian Families In Wake Of Mob Hit Of 3-Year-Old Earlier In Year

Sunday, 22 June 2014, VATICAN CITY, ROME - The current Pope of the Roman Catholic Church brought in upon the resignation of the prior sitting Pope with whom he sometimes lunches via helicopter in the gardens of a Roman Catholic retreat south of Rome with the former Pope and their shared overwrought secretary where they discuss among other things addressing widespread endemic corruption in the Vatican exposed by a Papal investigation initiated by the former Pope who resigned upon learning the results said to involve historical child abuse and misconduct of Bishops before the Popes praying together giving one another deference in the chapel at that location with one wearing the Papal cape and the other wearing the Papal cap earlier today reportedly excommunicated the Calabrese and several Sicilian mafia families following the saying of Mass.
Southern Italy Mafia groups frequent claims of holiness or goodness somehow associated with their activities to garner popular support were expressly disavowed today by the current Pope in Vatican City, who in fact formally excommunicated Sicilian mafia groups and families from the Roman Catholic Church with particular emphasis on the Calabrese and two other mafia groups. The Pope further took notice of the mafia "hit" of a three-year-old child in that region of Sicily earlier in the year which also apparently included the hit of an older man.
Interested parties should consult other trusted news sources for developing information on the particular background and circumstances of these extraordinary actions by the Pope in Vatican City today after his saying Mass and later going out among the crowd in the square outside St. Peters Basilica at Vatican City.

Regarding Veteran's Administration "Scandals" Professor Paul Krugman Nobel Peace Prize Winner New York Times Columnist Cautions Readers Not Rush To Judgment Despite Media Hysteria

Sunday, 22 June 2014, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - Nobel Peace Prize Winner New York Times (Uncompensated) Daily "The Conscience of a Liberal" Columnist Princeton University Economics Professor (and the Ninth Amendment Editorial Board is not sure exactly what else) Paul Krugman in a Thursday, 19 June 2014 column presented verbatim in its entirety as fair comment accessible by interested readers via the link below argues why more thoughtful persons may wish to exercise pause before rushing to judgment regarding information presented to them which facts on cursory examination may seem to be susceptible to but one "correct" interpretation but on further examination with more complete background context may not necessarily be exactly what it seems nor be presented in some cases solely for the necessarily "innocent" good-intentioned motives which readers might quite naturally be expected to impugn.
In the following piece Professor Krugman raises the question whether the furiously fueled Veteran's Administration hypermedia scandal may be to some extent be instigated by the calculated manipulation of parties with agendas which some observers might not otherwise immediately expect as well as demonstrating to the Ninth Amendment's editorial board one of a great many persons such as Professor Krugman win a Nobel Peace Prize while members of the Ninth Amendment's editorial board and staff have not. The editorial board however does take this opportunity unambiguously to communicate that we in fact are available to accept the Nobel Peace Prize and the accompanying one million dollar "stipend" -- including any inflation or cost of living upward adjustments -- should duty call upon us to do so.
