     Sunday, 28 June 2015, WASHINGTON - The criminally conspiring endemically corrupt pathological habitually obfuscating murderously inclined to extreme violence against humanity remain unprosecuted as of November 2016 almost two years after the December 2014 public disclosure of the unambiguous conclusion that those identified in the Bush-Cheney administration and CIA as well as those conspiring to and acting with and for them as a matter of routine practice engaged in the commission of crimes against humanity and war crimes thoroughly documented in the U.S. Senate Torture Report executive summary and five hundred plus page brief introductory section (suggesting just how much more extensive their horrific and repulsive acts actually were as the vast majority of thousands of pages of the U.S. Senate Torture Report still have never been released presumably as too inflammatory to the American and world public).
     Nevertheless indefensibly lacking any straightforward coherent (as opposed to any obviously contrived convoluted facially totally illegitimate "secret" Bush-Cheney) legally compelling reason nor even any articulated nor attempted justification legal or otherwise even as the evidence as here inexorably has mounted nearly continuously ever further against those guilty of torture President Barack ("Torturer Shield") Obama inexcusably continues to block for reasons seeming entirely obscure from immediate United States Department of Justice prosecution (certainly not for lack of evidence) or the lawful extradition and delivery to the International Criminal Court of the torturers whose prosecutions face no statute of limitations therefore can be prosecuted for the rest of their lives.
     Perhaps Obama is prevented from acting either by fear of inquiry into his own prosecution for genocide by drone strike murders which appears not altogether improbable given Obama's ongoing erratic attempts at uncharacteristically publicly carefully obscuring and providing almost no clear information of his own and the U.S. government's obvious extensive knowledge and therefore not unlikely guilt and/or Obama protects torturers due to plausible direct explicit threats against Obama by others should he allow prosecution of torturers then to disclose much more detailed known information that Obama seeks indefinitely to avoid by his carefully crafted yet strangely and unbelievably muddled lack of coherent public remarks on his obvious ultimate responsibility for intentionally obfuscated numbers and locations of acts of civilian mass murder by Obama-authorized drone strike murders which may well total significant civilian mass murders in some areas of the world suggesting Obama's own culpability for untold numbers of atrocities of genocide by drone strike kills resulting in the mass murder of innocent civilians of various ethnicities and nations.
     How can the U.S. government at this time when the already legitimately adjudicated unconstitutional and illegal NSA criminal creeps' surveillance unlawfully continuing to invade every imaginable aspect of Americans' and world citizens' privacy nevertheless expect Americans or anyone else in the world to believe the NSA criminal creeps and their similarly culpable cohorts at home and abroad cannot count the dead bodies of those the U.S. just murdered on the ground below that exceed the number targeted? As they illegally spy on every inch of the planet they could be expected to have some ability to count the innocent freshly murdered civilians laying on the ground in various nations around the globe.
     Not yet formally prosecuted however as of today they still have the dubious luxury of either feigning their well-developed appearances of a lack of concern presumably in hopes that the People will buy into their holier-than-thou haughtiness as in their multitude of previous and doubtless ongoing despicable career transgressions contrary to all values Americans hold sacred or already having gotten themselves so mired in yet other new criminal conspiracies and resultant cover-ups such that they have forgotten exactly which one this was that they in any case uniformly continue in their duties of such important appearance where possible at present or do not as former public officials or contractors as the case may be but whatever their situation as evidenced in the Washington Post article linked to below all implicated in this latest criminal scandal refusing to answer to the press nor the People doubtless only because lacking available opportunity or the imagination here to fabricate their latest plausible lie that being the only type of answer they ever are at ease readily providing to the People it then being a near certainty once again it is a complete lie comfortably consistent with their culture of dishonesty including without limitation both to the People and press and when perjuring themselves under sworn oath to their Congressional overseers and others

     That loud pig mouth of course belonging along with his pig heart to former not-really-elected Vice-President first ever since pardoned criminal Spiro Agnew to take the office purely for personal profit, fraud, waste and abuse "Pigheart" Dick ("Criminal Notorious") Cheney born corrupt thug  defiantly vowing to Playboy including its notably widely Islamic Fundamentalist readership and eventually the rest of the world including his various mercenary business ventures from which Cheney assured as a top not-really-elected U.S. official he had cut all ties that might even give the appearance of impropriety except possibly frequent well maybe daily meetings and communications to see what else could be left for his lackeys to steal in some country Cheney next contrived to have the U.S. invade without provocation, brought tons of U.S. goods in the form of new equipment and then left if there without adequate local training training so the U.S. might soon again buy more useless tons of new replacement war contractor equipment only again to leave it preferably where it might readily as traditional find its way into the hands of some present or future armed menace to the U.S. in some other U.S. invaded country from which as perpetually "no-bid" designated contractor Halliburton or related Cheney-connected outfit might under some obscure illegal contract clause automatically grab and profit while despite inaudible Cheney protestations to the contrary his latest corporate benefactors insist Cheney must have his "tribute" for new business opportunities delivered to some Cheney enterprise per his preference and longtime business practice daily on pallets piled high with cash lowered from helicopters (enterprises partly made up of criminal racketeering outfits including international oil corporations and related business principals who for various reasons might be fighting extradition by avoiding all countries with any established legal authorities remaining, plus escaped prisoners of diverse nations, felons getting another chance with the "Big Dick", multitudes of Cheney "associates" with ankle and wrist bailbond bracelets, suitably murderous snipers, thugs, cage wrestlers, mercenaries, the criminally insane, some comprising security services ostensibly strangely engaged to "protect" active U.S. military combat soldiers, U.S. embassy guard positions formerly only held by proud U.S. Marines worldwide but now some tragically replaced inexplicably by Cheney untrained violent criminals carrying sawed-off shotguns and blackjacks among other characteristically illegal street thug weapons having used them mercilessly to beat for no reason people waiting in U.S. Embassy lines as in Pakistan where where the Pakistani police actually raided the Blackwater "Blackdeath" local storehouse of illegal weapons seizing those illegal even in Pakistan typically of the type used by brutally violent street criminals.
     This soon followed of course by another "shakeup" consisting solely of the frequent renamings of the Cheney theoretically but not really "distanced" criminal "no-bid" with extra bonus no performance federal government contract fraud specialists. Altogether collectively popularly known as Halliburton (although its divisions and subsidiaries also may include just about anything based on the principle of "rip-off' such as only a guess "Payday" and "Title" loan stores good places to launder money in various states and countries where arguably not illegal to other ventures as far-flung as gambling casino opportunities in or operating out of Macau) a massively dysfunctional company its very existence and "no-bid no performance" success certainly strongly continuing unchallenged under Cheney in making its principals firstly being Cheney himself ever rapidly more rich principally by depleting the empty treasury of the U.S. federal government but also acquiring other assets such as oil of all countries WMD Cheney invaded with an expertise not so much in doing its job "for the government" but by doing its job "on the government" effectively exploiting federal fraud, waste and abuse opportunities far beyond that of its for all practical purposes disappeared "competitors" it being understandably challenging for them to get government contracts and concomitant opportunities for their own fraud, waste and abuse if they are unable to bid for the work.
     Halliburton spin-off "security" enterprise soon after it had committed its latest new global atrocity was followed by the horrendous senseless shooting murder rampage set off by a former U.S. Army now "Blackdeath" sniper's precision shot to the head of an Iraqi motorist stuck in a traffic circle setting off a frenzied "melee" of unprovoked gunfire killing thirteen more stranded unarmed Iraqi motorists by other also since federally sentenced and imprisoned criminal Blackdeath "security" same criminals now killing since their newest transparently evasive vintage Cheney change in name only the same continuous unreformed Cheney originated unaudited and in any case totally inappropriate uncontrolled "security" pure criminal profiteering conspiracy for the unprecedented "private protection" of active official U.S. military personnel who watched in horror as the highly armed undisciplined Cheney security team massacred for no reason another fourteen innocent Iraqi civilians stuck in a traffic jam, not to overlook also in the aftermath of their internationally illegal U.S. unprovoked Iraqi "first strike" on Baghdad vast armies of inept criminal Cheney Halliburton unskilled "contractors" in Iraq and everywhere else no-bid "contracted" for all types of construction which should have been done by the U.S. Army Engineering Corps including building crumbling extremely dangerous faulty immediately failing infrastructure on which U.S. military lives depended for such things as landing fighter jets on "new" runways already upon completion in the condition of crumbled "concrete" not to mention myriad other racketeering friends and colleagues from Cheney's relentlessly "colorful" past.
     Noteworthy perhaps the only thing Cheney ever was known to have done in his "free" time (his time always cost someone something) included that while in office Cheney in his personal leisure time (really) missed a bird and shot a Texas lawyer in the chest with a shotgun blast one pellet from which almost killed the lawyer instantly lodged just millimeters from the lawyer's heart for which the lawyer later said Cheney never did say "he was sorry".
     When questioned in the instant matter on Cheney's torturous actions unlike the silent others Cheney blithely responded that he presumably as to all countries to which he had not yet laid waste would torture again in a heartbeat again whomever it was apparently should someone just hand him the necessary button to push or joystick to pull. The rest of the Bush-Cheney C.I.A. torturers chose to distance themselves from the "Cheney approach" ever adopting their familiar comfortable air of complete dishonesty so far under the contrived delusion of the C.I.A. ever having been a relatively successful agency for one so stupendously failed repeatedly inadvertently creating the global monsters whose most familiar slogan is "Death to America" then left on the next C.I.A. adventure leaving for the unfortunate U.S. military impossible fights at a cost of untold thousands of Americans lives and limbs continuing on to the C.I.A.s next mistake in an effectively continuously funded seemingly without limit "black budget" regardless of its dismal history seemingly viewed by its routinely lying officials as some permanent serial entitlement program doubtless not having been established as it acts which is as if its own fourth branch of government only because the Founding Fathers forgot probably because the C.I.A. only was authorized albeit with great reservation in 1947 with only foreign jurisdiction answerable to none except under duress and with then exclusively with lies and distortions such "finesse" requiring a preceding lifelong nonchalant bravado handed down generation to generation at a few Ivy League colleges.

     Those being other than the C.I.A. leadership of recent years which may at some point actually experience the loss of their "grace" of living above U.S. and world law much like their hanged or self-poisoned before they could be hanged historical fellow torturers, murderers, kidnappers, and patrons of the deranged criminally insane medical experimenters to name but a few but nevertheless all conspiring and attempting to do so thus no matter be it one or the whole sick gang they have acted altogether in furtherance of the C.I.A. Torture Program comprising a vast conspiracy committing war crimes against humanity presuming these criminal Bush-Cheney administration and C.I.A. torture officials share at least some minimal accordance with the norms of human conduct may have or soon will be even if picked off one finding themselves inevitably gripped by an unfamiliar aggravated personal anxiety or even morbid dread (although not of torture such as they committed but still not of a much better dread of a small personal concrete windowless underground prison cell) consumed with the fundamentally disturbing reality that the entire probable remainder of their lives imminently may become a living hell hung on but a thin reed should they at any moment accidentally take a step abroad (or if not then kidnapped possibly by former experienced former C.I.A. employees and contractors now gone to redeem themselves working for an honest salary rather than in furtherance of torture for the C.I.A. but now instead in the service of the scales of justice at the World Court) or failing all that also presumably at Obama's mere latest inexplicable whim perhaps his desire not to decimate his legacy as the "Chamberlain of America" when if unpunished doubtless the "alleged but very well documented" gang of Bush-Cheney C.I.A. Torture Program human rights war crimes participants and their lawless bureaucratic progeny once again are left to run wild around the globe only be encouraged further on their latest whim to continue murder, also torture crimes useless to the U.S. national security but obviously enormously helpful to terrorists funding and recruiting worldwide, and related kidnappings including the occasional torturing of innocent kidnapped citizens from formerly friendly nations as a matter of policy should "Torture Champ" Obama not change his direction back toward sanity on the matter ceasing his obstruction of justice of torture prosecutions having no possibly believable legal basis whatsoever and ordering the D.O.J. to prosecute the torturers therefore finally faced with the discomforting vision of being thrown if found guilty by a jury of their peers in private Florence, Colorado Supermax cells (with toilet) or their equivalent the criminal Bush-Cheney administration and CIA torture officials, co-conspirators, attempted co-conspirators, accomplices including all those before and after the commission of heinous criminal acts as well as obstructing justice found guilty of violating U.S. criminal statutes and international treaties, conventions and laws against torture including war crimes against humanity who here below declined (refused) as usual to respond to statements of former and present CIA officials admitting to their latest dishonest gross interference with justice as military and civilian lawyers in the below-linked article from the Washington Post reveal as set out in the heading of this post that earlier this year military prosecutors became aware of a cache of thousands of CIA photographs which the CIA likely had hidden from the military prosecutors or in any case "made them hard to find". Meanwhile earlier this year the CIA was stopped just before the CIA intended to misuse a new federal document "housekeeping" act to knowingly wrongfully dispose of countless thousands of doubtless incriminating to the CIA documents evidencing its widespread criminal malfeasance after having kept them only a brief period totally which the CIA doubtless knew to be criminally inadequate by federal records standards and was an obvious attempted inapplicable CIA characteristically criminal abuse of the Act.

     At the "secret location" the CIA presumably through its own endemic ineptitude revealed to Senate staff investigators the so-called "Panetta Report" (now kept locked in a Senate office building safe) proving that the materials the CIA made available in an enormous quantity of thousands of intentionally scrambled documentation in no coherent order were dumped on them to thwart Senate staff investigators so as to hide the CIA's illegal human rights war crime torture practices. The mess of documents the CIA provided were in any case largely bogus misleading "drafts" and presented a totally fraudulent account of the CIA's miserably failed criminal "'Torture Program" following the horrible 9/11 attacks. At the time the torture program then being "designed" was described by the CIA official formerly responsible for CIA counter-terrorism as a "train wreck waiting to happen" before the CIA official abruptly permanently departed the CIA.

    The photos now revealed reportedly document the interior and exterior of so-called CIA "Black Sites" including in Thailand, Afghanistan with its notorious "Salt Pit" torture dungeon, Poland, Romania and Lithuania also including CIA and foreign intelligence officials who now do not wish to be seen fearing "retaliation" for illegally torturing "detainees", as well as the equally inept socio-psychopath so-called "Torture Psychologists" Bruce Jessen and James Mitchell who designed the CIA's "Torture Program". The uncovered illegally hidden CIA photos in addition to photos of prisoners kept naked in transit furthermore include photos of some of the CIA devices used to commit CIA human rights war crimes used to torture them.

     The far-reaching impacts of this revelation on many ongoing Guantanamo Bay as well as other existing and far overdue prosecutions including senior members of the criminal Bush-Cheney administration and its conspiring criminal CIA officials as well as those responsible for directly acting as its actual torturers including those having committed war crimes against humanity have yet to be prosecuted in the United States or abroad is potentially vast but again evidence of heinous actions against humanity simply ignored. To date President Obama permanently destroys his legacy regardless of what else he does having forbidden the U.S. Justice Department to prosecute a single one of these criminal torturers as the whole world waits.

     The photos obviously have been kept classified by the CIA criminals as usual not for valid "national security" reasons but for their own criminal "personal security" reasons to keep evidence of their illegal, brutal and torturous behavior from the U.S. public and the world community for fear of the devastating personal consequences to them for their criminal behavior which they believe they can engage in with impunity.      Astoundingly some drug trafficking pals of the DEA even receive U.S. government benefits for supposed "injuries" and deaths on the job that the DEA never even has bothered to investigate nor confirm. Just yet another drug trafficker bonanza doled out by the totally corrupted and compromised DEA. Time to shut down the DEA which exists without constitutional basis and to end the nearly fifty year history of consistently absolute ruinous enormously costly failure of the DEA and the totally phony "war on drugs".
     This hypocritical phony "war" a malignant fiasco become policy tragedy of epic proportions relentlessly since inception unbelievably growing ever since has provided "work" for countless thousands of those otherwise deemed unfit and inept for any professional law enforcement work previously. Not only do many of those never before able to pass the test to carry a badge and a gun now regularly threaten the safety daily of the American people but also are a central reason for today's excessive grossly bloated domestic law enforcement apparatus. This monstrous behemoth now hangs above suffocating the People and the State invading their private affairs with an ever-expanding multitude of threats to the People including the widespread dangerously federally overequipped and largely undertrained police which continues to waste vast sums of American taxpayers' money and mindlessly threaten Americans' core Constitutional rights.
     Specific police training of late now often not of course how to do their jobs but instead how to identify and blatantly steal by "asset forfeiture' the most valuable and liquid of Americans' assets who are unlucky enough to happen upon the thieving police (or be ambushed by them for say a nice sports car) such with police nationwide stealing large amounts of cash and high value items quickly liquidated of course not forget expensive cars the police often now steal for themselves to drive. The American police are now by far the largest organized gang of thieves in the U.S. and barring sovereign immunity should be prosecuted under the RICO Act. All this police stolen private property grown to total enormous value across the country with police trained to steal from persons on the spot on the most flimsy of reasons a mere "suspicion" with no adjudication all in so blatantly unconstitutional a monkey could spot this gross and disgusting injustice.
     This obviously illegal and unconstitutional police "asset forfeiture" in all cases is immediate thus at the time those victimized by the police are deemed innocent under the law of any crime. The victims of police organized theft in fact often never are tried at all nor ever found guilty of anything. Nevertheless they find the recovery of their property virtually impossible should they try to navigate through Kafkaesque systems seemingly intentionally left in incomprehensible disarray. And if they do finally reach the end of the maze it will be only to find the district attorney most conveniently to the State acts as final arbiter as to whether they get anything at all back from the police without regard for (lack of) guilt.
     Meanwhile of most alarming immediate concern to the increasingly informed People is their awareness now regularly confirmed by a steady stream of new public exposures of cumulatively reliable sources on all "sides" that United States actual ("true") as opposed to espoused ("lies") drug policy is one demonstrably now inextricably intertwined with deep involvement including in illegal Mexico major drug channeling as well as some significant arms cross border U.S.-Mexico trafficking. The most recent disclosures from various sources and outlets provide ample first person evidence that the U.S. drug "law enforcement" reality has in fact largely now deteriorated to the exact opposite. At worst (yet reported) this consists of providing "drug trafficking management and protection services" at some Latin American locations where coordinated U.S. federal law enforcement resources some with the apparent knowledge of the highest regional or higher U.S. officials are diverted to illegal misuse and abuse of authority protecting the interests of U.S. favored strongest Mexican illegal drug cartels the name most mentioned being that of the Sinaloa cartel.
     The clear and present threat of a significant concentration of acting U.S. government officials and agents acting to facilitate criminal enterprises directly contrary to their sworn mission to the People tearing down rather than upholding the U.S. Constitution they have sworn to uphold cannot be over-emphasized. As the irrefutable evidence grows Americans have very good reason for great concern that decades of the corruption invited by the failed phony "War On Drugs" have reached a critical point at which if not terminated the long-term temptations and inevitable distortions in the United States government culture stand to corrode the highest levels of the United States government.
     This country faces a most dangerous and completely needless situation for those many of great career potential who may find themselves in the company of colleagues who find it becomes more and more difficult to resist either the temptation or likely an environment of growing pressure to lapse into a more and more pervasive culture of high level corruption engendering among other things rank hypocrisy, manipulation, greed with the knowledge that they are acting in absolute violation of their oaths of office tearing down rather than upholding the United States Constitution.
     The vastly disturbing extent of the tragically real destruction caused by the totally phony "drug war" is that its far too long accepted failures have reached what appears to be a most dangerous point. All signs right now evidence that if this horrorshow is not shut down we may well fail our country and its future. There no longer exists as there never did any rational reason for totally needlessly continuing to expose the United States to a most destructive threat which in actuality is more from attacking ourselves for that which is within than any one without other than what we have needlessly created.
     The phony failed "drug war" started as a cynical ploy by Richard Nixon has reached a no longer rumored but documented reality where it represents a danger of which it is in no way worthy of sustaining under any scenario whatsoever. That being in its entirely unacceptable threat of shredding the very fabric of the integrity of the United States federal government even so far as to the extent of threatening its survival as a trusted institution but rather by all accounts of its prosecution in foreign nations perhaps the great Executive Branch agencies so fond of using taxpayer dollars endlessly to accomplish nothing may finally recover them by without announcement simply open their own drug cartel in Washington, D.C., naturally keeping all drugs illegal at the same time as selling them to keep those invaluable price supports in place and all those private prisons full.
     On the other hand if the "drug war" is not stopped by the United States abroad but left to continue to run totally amok with an alphabet soup of agencies all unaccountable in the field is there anyone present who has a good feeling about where it all will end? Actually if fifty years of repeated and ever more costly and dangerous errors and now corruption evidenced on an unprecedented level has not been enough of a lesson what exactly please is it that the United States government awaits?  The best scenario under the present facts which one may be reasonably sure is in no way encompasses nearly the full extent of disasters not yet reported, presently taking place or if not certainly being planned as all know it is most foolish to leave even loose change at the end of the year in the "budget bucket".
     As noted above the far more alarming U.S. government law enforcement drug and arms trafficking corruption now extends to the facilitation of drug trade of U.S. especially favored drug cartels reportedly the Sinaloa cartel, but the U.S. drug business well supplemented with arms smuggling and trafficking among a growing group of agencies including the Border Patrol, CIA, DEA, Department of Homeland Security, FBI and apologies to all those left out. This assault rifle delivery to the Sinaloa cartel courtesy of the ATF in its operation "Fast And Furious". (The CIA still getting all the best candidates to name "operations").
     Even now the U.S. has expanded the "War on Drugs" to other areas notably reportedly both by illegally allowing cartel weapons into the U.S. with "free pass" border "fast lane" checks as well as delivering to Mexico (which unlike the U.S. has strict gun control laws) many of the coveted AR-15 assault rifles to the Sinaloa cartel. This brilliant scheme very hard to track down as to who at the ATF (the same ones who brought us Waco in order to prove there still was some reason for the agency's existence) actually authorized the delivery of the military assault rifles. ATF Operation "Fast and Furious" had decidedly mixed results which started with the apparent setback of a two year surge in killings after delivery of all the AR-15s to the Sinaloa cartel. That however was followed by a markedly quieter period around town extending for some years the Sinaloa cartel evidently having killed all its competitors and any other problematic individuals in the first two years. "Fast and Furious" however did not do well on the public approval meter of the other alphabet agencies and finally after stalling for a couple years to ATF finally pinned it on its Albuquerque office probably to their complete surprise.
     To reiterate and perhaps clarify and add a few more facts in this the final of edit added paragraphs. First most importantly it would appear the the U.S. "War on Drugs" is taking a perhaps anticipated by any who thought about it yet nevertheless troubling turn on the road to drug eradication. That being certain U.S. government agencies have picked favored drug cartels must notably the Sinaloa cartel providing the cartel with large numbers of AR-15s and perhaps also now some sort of protection for it when on risky drug trafficking runs.
     In any case it now has become glaringly undeniably apparent given public statements of those directly involved that the "war on drugs" agenda now extends to U.S. executive agencies facilitating arms and drug smuggling. This has become increasingly confirmed with such public statements. The Ninth Amendment analysis being that though at least some in the U.S. Executive Branch agencies on first consideration seem to have acted in a bizarre and inexplicable manner by arming and protecting one or more Mexican drug cartels that this has been clearly symptomatic of the effects of a half century of the deliberately murky culture of the "war on drugs" permeating U.S. law enforcement now for so long it is obscuring the bright light of justice and blurring any identifiable line of what really is right and wrong. And perhaps also confusion after so long of who is on which side. The recommendation offered here at least for the DEA is that one or two day drug cartel hosted drunken prostitute parties should not be substituted for legitimate leave time for agents. Something along the lines of the five days paid leave that DEA agents get off if they manage the impossible and get caught for going to the drug cartel parties seems more reasonable and should afford some time to for fraternizing with other federal agents rather than drug cartel party hosts in order to help differentiate the two groups.
     As for claims of "no knowledge" of those higher up. Just one example is the C.I.A.'s long-proven involvement with delivery and sales of crack cocaine and other drug trafficking which was confirmed recently by two separate Mexican officials quitting saying their is no will to end the war because that is to end one's job. They further independently stated that the C.I.A. has made it its business to manage drug trafficking south of the border which if true arguably would demonstrate a certain amount of culpability on the C.I.A.s part. Meanwhile it must be mentioned should he forget to do do so that even President Barack "Fast And Furious" Obama's direct knowledge of the highest levels of extensive criminal U.S. executive agencies' involvement in drug and arms trafficking with drug cartels has been strongly suggested by the fact that Obama only once in his Presidency has used executive privilege to block disclosure of documentation which he so far only has chosen to exercise on the release of documentation relating the the ATF's Operation "Fast and Furious".
     Even as they and others in law enforcement and related work such as private U.S. prisons whose livelihood depends entirely on it have come to exalt the "war on drugs" which must never end as it is obviously (to them) their very own perpetual employment entitlement bonanza without any regard for the fact that they have accomplished no progress at all but only nothing but the most harmful and dangerous intended and unintended unwavering empowerment and support of an ever flourishing murderous worldwide drug trade and associated international criminal syndicates now further routinely funding ever more dangerously fanatical global terrorist groups.
      One entirely foreseeable consequence of the "war on drugs" has been to facilitate the complete opposite result of its claimed impossible mission while corrupting and compromising many of those involved the result above being just one very small example. The drug trade given existing U.S. drug policy only will continue to generate enormous profits funding the expansion of ever more powerful enormously well financed criminal syndicates as well as a growing number of terrorist groups. All threaten global and U.S. national security while making the world a far more dangerous place. The result being the complete opposite of the presumed basis of the DEA's mission neither protecting the health nor safety of anyone anywhere. The DEA instead promotes and provokes extreme violence often encompassing the innocent including to the extent of displacing entire populations.
     As has been documented here in the Ninth Amendment the DEA effectively also routinely has forced policies on nations such as those finally being rejected by South American and other countries long imposed under U.S. threat of economic sanction which although largely unreported wreak widespread environmental destruction abroad and cause untold devastating health consequences on foreign citizens. Just one example of the scope of the invariably disastrous U.S. failed ill-conceived schemes being the U.S. mandated DEA "overseen" indiscriminate airborne dumping of poison by pilots who would prefer not to be shot down spraying their loads thus avoiding target drug crop areas controlled by highly armed drug traffickers but instead dumping on legitimate farms including on subsistence crops, animals, farmers and anyone else around poison most likely to be the notorious homicidal U.N. declared carcinogen herbicide RoundUp made by and to the enormous profit on human misery of Monsanto perhaps the world's most despised corporation aggressively criminally destroying both presently and for future generations through extremely reckless and irresponsible genetic alteration the very existence of the world's continuing food supply.  
     The United States failed drug enforcement policy never could nor was intended to succeed with the Nixon so-called "war on drugs" initiated as a cynical convenient temporary subterfuge. The so-called "war on drugs" initiated against no real enemy of significance nevertheless the value of its potential for political and budgetary exploitation having been recognized readily by other sorry opportunists easily outlasted Nixon not only preserved but endlessly vastly expanded doubtless also due to the rapidly growing cast of characters many probably previously who would have been on the welfare rolls now with vested a interest in its perpetual continuance engorging itself with unending budgetary growth.
     This total U.S. drug policy failure now has provided needlessly redundant decades of ever more gruesome and growing alarming pressing evidence that it must be fundamentally overhauled to one focused on rehabilitation and regulated measured drug accessibility with responsibility ultimately resting with the individual (see John Stuart Mills On Liberty).  As with regulated alcohol sales surplus profit through taxation enriches the State far better than instead spending rather than collecting enormous revenue while weaponizing homicidal maniacs for so many undeniably compelling reasons which combined domestically and globally have been at a staggering cost to the legitimate governance of nations around the world.
     At the same time the "war on drugs" entirely predictably as an economic imperative needlessly has created artificially inflated enormous drug profits entirely supporting the existence of criminal drug syndicates as well as now funding some of those with the worst of most violent intentions against humanity. The failed bogus "war on drugs" has become a direct and major threat by financing, equipping and expanding terrorist networks globally.

      Just his latest lie being exposed as President Obama still holds more than one hundred never charged nor tried tortured "detainees" at Guantanamo Bay thereby joining in the commission of continuing war crimes against humanity in flagrant violation of United States and international law and conventions and a grotesque affront to fundamental human rights and all standards of civilized human decency. Obama may be able in his last days as president to pardon others for atrocious human rights violations in the U.S. although never abroad but he cannot ever pardon himself for what through being an accomplice after the fact and obstruction of justice among other things effectively establishes him as a participant in all torture, murder, U.S. government kidnappings and other documented human rights crimes and abuses repugnant to the very fiber of American values perpetrated by U.S. government officials including the Bush-Cheney Administration, its CIA officials, and those acting in conspiracy with and under their authority including all those for whose illegal torture, kidnapping and illegal detention without limitation for which they are responsible.
     Obama's empty promised "change" has in fact largely been anything but by continuing and expanding many unconstitutional, illegal and reprehensible Bush-Cheney Administration executive branch activities and making permanent the most blatantly unconstitutional of their so-called morally bankrupt "legal interpretations" and bogus trash statutes. Lying hypocrite Obama has failed to prosecute any among the worst of those responsible for and having committed acts of torture as documented in extensive detail easily justifying prosecution by the U.S. Justice Department  which Obama has blocked including by the United States Senate Torture Report of December 2014. These are crimes against humanity similar to those prosecuted at Nuremberg and the President of the United States nearly exclusively responsible for their perpetration lacks all moral authority to seek to block their prosecution. Is Obama afraid the CIA will assassinate him for bringing their sick demented persons to justice allowing the CIA mistakenly assuming the authority of a non-existent fourth branch of government as this CIA most likely did JFK as well as untold numbers of often democratically elected foreign leaders. Does Obama cower at the thought of the ire of "Pigheart" Dick "Criminal Notorious" Cheney clearly bargained his soul with the devil for some fast bucks.
     The Obama Administration's actions moreover have confirmed Obama and his executive agencies as consistently inept ready liars of expedience as he has shown himself time and again a worthless tool of demented executive branch committed self-aggrandizing psycho-sociopaths run totally amok hiding behind false claims of "national security" in order to invade every corner of the private lives of the People of the United States growing a malignant police domestic spying state like a cancer with as bloated an ever-expanding budget as possible funding their demonstrably worthless further grave affronts on the most fundamental of the People's rights without any regard for the constraints on the State of the United States Constitution which although sworn to uphold they clearly hold in as much contempt as the People of this great nation from whom their only remaining legitimate power to the extent there is any left either survives or must be extinguished by their own actions.
     Hypocrite liar Obama rumored a once constitutional law professor at some allegedly accredited institution whatever he once falsely might have espoused has proven himself a protector of the most sickening of Bush-Cheney Administration torture officials including Obama apparent new pal the ill-disguised devil himself "Pigheart" Dick "Criminal Notorious" Cheney, CIA officials guilty of torture crimes against humanity and attempts at cover-up down the line, and without limitation the front line human rights violators deranged CIA "hands-on" torturers whopri never accomplished anything of value to the "national security" but rather gravely damaged it by destroying the moral authority of the United States the world over and providing rich fodder for further global terrorist recruiting.  Obama has done nothing even while these criminals who so far walk free (so long as they remain in U.S. jurisdiction) clearly must be subjected to prosecution under domestic and international law as well as war crimes conventions as the rest of the world awaits the opportunity to bring them to justice in the International Criminal Court or wherever jurisdiction lies.
     Hypocrite liar Obama further has proven himself a blatantly inequitable persecutor of whistleblowers as documented in previous posts here on a scale never before seen in this country. And most recently he has proven himself a champion of the continuation and expansion of reprehensibly unconstitutional domestic surveillance and privacy invasions of the American people not to mention the murder of U.S. and world citizens misusing at every opportunity the mechanism of the FISA monkey judge rubber stamp courts with rote unfounded claims of "national security" to subvert any legitimate actual real federal court ruling contrary to his unconscionable, unconstitutional and illegal agenda.
     There is no excuse for hypocrite liar Obama who has proven himself worthy only of the legacy of the worst kind of President who knew better but consistently proved himself nothing but an enemy of the Constitution he has sworn to uphold. Thanks though for letting a few handfuls of the many harmless out of a nightmarish prison system largely privately run for profit after having promised his electorate reform of the entire penal system which of course never happened and where hypocrite liar Obama admits he himself should be incarcerated had he been caught in his prior incarnation dealing drugs on his journey to becoming a United States Senator and President.
     A bold move opening a few cell doors of old dying and non-violent drug Barack while maintaining and expanding the entirely tragically misdirected priorities of United States bloated ruinous law enforcement monstrosity and the nation's disastrously corrupted criminal justice system where the innocent are stripped of their rights by police and prosecutors unilaterally deciding individuals' fates while the police routinely perjure themselves on the stand even as they officially are trained to seize private citizens' most liquid possessions and money for their own profit and use with no recourse for their victims but at best the Kafkaesque biased whims of a prosecutor "judge" despite the fact that many never even are tried nor convicted of any crime.
     As a president reportedly preoccupied with the "legacy" he will leave the Ninth Amendment editorial board belatedly with significant reluctance concludes that President Barack Obama's continuing and escalating major executive agency encroachments, as well as continuing and expanding constitutional and human rights violations as the leader of the United States and the free world will in due time define him as a disingenuous leader who in fact largely maintained and further followed the dire course already set out under duress and deception by the criminal Bush-Cheney Administration despite being elected on a platform of "change".

BREAKING: Hack Android Phones Easily Into "Spycams" By Unopened Text Message Since 2010 Vulnerability Hidden By Criminal Google But Disclosed By Firm Zimperium Cybersecurity Analytics Expect Another Imminent Barrage Of Global Regulatory Enforcement And Class Action Lawsuits Against Google

     Monday, 27 July 2015, MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA - Google Android OS phones dating back to 2010 which is those relying on Google's Stagefright 2.2 and since software with many of these phone operating systems no longer supported by Google thus no updates available today were revealed all to have a vulnerability which easily allows users' phones to be turned into "spycams" taking over Bluetooth, video, audio and microphone by remote intruder hackers some even entirely "taking over" users' phones without users' knowledge merely sending unopened text messages which attackers then even can even delete to hide evidence of the continuing intrusion and Android phone takeover. Google never has announced the vulnerabilities to users for at least five years which today was disclosed by Zimperium cybersecurity analytics.
     No fix at all is available from Google for older Android OS phones and newer fixes rarely are installed by users since Google does not send them out directly as Apple does for its iPhone but Google instead relies on Motorola and Samsung to deal with the monumental vulnerability of its Android OS mobile device operating system. Google only provides patches for mobile devices which run its latest Lollypop and KitKat Android operating systems reportedly leaving about 500 million of its mobile devices still vulnerable to the Stagefright "spycam" attack and possible total user phone takeover by remote hackers without users even having knowledge of it.
     The massive Google Android OS vulnerability today was revealed by he Zimperium cybersecurity analytics firm with Google "thanking" Zimperium for the information but neither offering nor providing any "fix" thus seemingly setting Google up for yet another worldwide round of massive class action and regulatory enforcement agency lawsuits from the United States to Europe and beyond to the far reaches of the world. The security flaw is estimated to remain unaddressed in at least one half billion Android OS phones allowing attackers in many cases to "completely take over" users' phones in addition to using them as "spycams".
     Critics long have warned of this type as well as other gross vulnerabilities in sloppy Google Android OS phone and mobile device code with Zimperium cybersecurity analytics and other security experts claiming that vulnerabilities in the unsecure Google code make its Android mobile devices inherently vulnerable to all types of attacks known and unknown. Although Perry's attorneys tried to play down the seriousness of the offense for which Perry of the infamous "smiling mugshot" still faces an effective life term in the hellish nation's top "sexual assault" prisoner on prisoner Texas rape prison system of Perry's own creation as a "politically motivated" minor charge (with a possible 99-year sentence) that characterization obviously is anything but accurate or truthful as might be expected of any hack representing (at Texas taxpayers' expense) the longtime corrupt Indicted Idiot Texas Criminal Ex-Governor Rick "Payback" Perry.
     While obviously not being concerned about his future possible life in prison the ever ambitious Perry handlers (who previously had Perry tell Texans he never would run for president until they apparently figured out they could likely steal vastly greater amounts from the U.S. government with the help of a Republican Congress) now have recycled the brain dead still standing presidential "hopeful" reportedly while out on bail boning him up now with new eyeglasses and his own personal "scholar" tutor in an apparent attempt to teach the former veterinary student which Texas A&M still refuses to acknowledge to at least briefly give the appearance of knowing how to speak and think and thus give the impression of having the false ability to communicate logically any content of value from his long dead brain perhaps even with an earpiece instructing him what to say while in "debate" most importantly remaining standing and avoiding minute-long lapses in speaking such that a call to 911 need not be required as nearly occurred in Perry's last presidential debate attempt as he apparently struggled to recall which federal agencies he had been instructed to "plan" on eliminating if elected curiously including those such as the Department of Energy which assembles the nation's nuclear weapons for the Department of Defense.
     In actuality the abuse of power charge Perry still faces left intact by the Texas Court of Appeals is the result of Perry's efforts to derail the rightful investigation of and subsequent Perry attempted cover up of blatant illegalities in his use of his so-called "Texas Enterprise Fund" (TEF) as Perry's personal slush payback fund paid for by Texas taxpayers for Perry to pay off cronies and fellow Perry criminal associates and supporters as well as reward criminal former Texas Attorney General now Governor "Woman Hater" Greg "Payoff" Abbott for refusing to perform his required oversight duties of the TEF to see that funds disbursed met legal application requirements and created Texas jobs which requirements in fact none of the funds doled out by Perry to cronies did nor did anyone involved even bother to attempt to show that they had benefited Texans from whom the funds were taken in taxes.
     Criminal GOP Texas mob AG Abbott completely neglected all his oversight duties consistent with his years-long successful effort collecting millions in dollars in bribes even from parties over whom his Texas AG office frequently was conducting "legal determinations" given Abbott in the form of "campaign contributions" even while not running in any seriously challenged campaign. The Perry TEF unlawful slush fund also perhaps most notably was used to funnel money indirectly to criminal former Texas AG Woman-Hater Greg "Payback" Abbott since he notoriously intentionally unlawfully conveniently "overlooked" his oversight duties of the his co-conspirator Perry's use of the TEF fund allowing Perry to illegally dole out millions of dollars with kickbacks then for example from Abbott's major "donor" TEF slushfund recipient longtime criminal Bank of America (see, e.g., B of A's criminal role in the Parmalat largest bankruptcy in world history setting up fake accounts and even branches eventually idiotically exposing the whole vast multi-national criminal enterprise "calling" a bogus loan part of its own vast criminal participation) which "contributed" funds back to pay off Abbott unlawfully for beneficial treatment as corrupt Texas AG to make "official" decisions in Bank of America's favor while accumulating funds for Abbott's eventual gubernatorial campaign as Idiot Texas Governor Rick "Payback" Perry handlers were bound one day to make the  decision to run him for their puppet president of the United States provided they could keep him still standing while brain dead perhaps playing up to Perry's hopes of then trying to "secede" the United States from itself as he repeatedly had "threatened" to do with Texas so that it presumably again might become Mexico's northernmost province.
     Abbott used years of such illegal bribes later to fund his campaign for governor of Texas allowing Abbott to enter the campaign to succeed presidential hopeful brain dead still standing Perry with a $30 million war chest before even officially beginning the campaign against Democrat opponent Wendy Davis with a catchy campaign theme song referring to women as "Hoes" while Davis received as much or more in legitimate campaign contributions than Abbot but could never make up for Abbott's illegal $30 million "head start" in bribes and payoffs from the usual small group of out-of-state suspects eager to continue exploiting the "business friendly" Texas for all they could wring out of the Lone Star state about which they could care less all of which funds eventually were used by Abbott to fund a television smear blitz against Wendy Davis as well as ads in which his conveniently Latin mother-in-law was the only one who would vouch for Abbott totally dominating negative television advertising in the final weeks of the Texas gubernatorial campaign insuring his place as the next corrupt GOP Texas Woman-Hating "Payoff" Governor also known for his peculiar hatred of the physically handicapped especially strange because of his own moral and ethical but also physical disabilities caused by an accident for which Abbott received an enormous insurance settlement which he then took steps to make sure no future accident victims in similar situations would "hit the jackpot" in Texas as Abbott himself had.
     This tragically again left good honest hard-working Texans once again to be relentlessly abused by another Republican criminal Texas governor along with his corrupt GOP party legislature doing all it could to deny the vast majority of fine true Texans whose interests it does not represent from voting either at the polling place or by imprisoning them while serving nothing but the GOP criminal enterprise's own greedy interests and that of its criminal cronies who do all they can to rip off the great Lone Star state for all they can get among other things trampling workers' rights and destroying the state's environment polluting its air, water and ground and requiring Texans to have their own land and that of the state's children's day care centers "fracked" even against their wishes without any thought for the future of the state, its people and future generations of Texans and their children.

      Monday, 5 January 2015, WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Ninth Amendment editorial board in an effort expeditiously to disseminate information via the enclosed link to interested/concerned readers briefly here summarizes some of the most serious assertions made in the Digital Journal article (the "Article") linked to below.
       In short according to the Article CIA Director John Brennan somehow has survived through both the Republican Bush (43) and now Obama Democratic Administration first as National Security Adviser despite a very shadowy past of significant concern including a very disturbing record of deep involvement with and leadership roles in illegal deadly "covert" operations such as "Assassination Czar" giving rise to inquiry as to why President Obama ever would have placed one with such a dangerous and/or murderous history in the position of CIA Director. Brennan has been "credited" with being the "architect" of the 2010 initiated "Disposition Matrix" operated by the executive branch highly secretive National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC).
       The NCTC as reported here in previous posts routinely directs heinous illegal acts including those extensively documented in the official U.S. Senate Torture Report in small part made public in December 2014 yet most all its thousands of pages still not released. Those all locked away reputedly along with the infamous Panetta Report which the CIA consistent with many historical events most likely mistakenly made available to its Senate overseers who the CIA made up some reason needed to work only in a secret leased remote storage unit forced to piece together everything from many thousands of pages the CIA first using its secret CIA tactic of thoughtfully having scrambled out of order before executing a CIA many thousand page "document dump" on the Senate interns presumably in furtherance of the CIA's "classified" other mission:
"Intelligence By Confusion".
       This is getting a bit far afield so to wrap up this digression the Panetta Report prepared for then CIA Director Leon Panetta revealed that all the mess of CIA documents engulfing the Senate Intelligence Committee interns had been intended to distort, conceal, confuse, obfuscate,  hide, misinform, delay and so on the true facts of the totally failed "Cadillac" CIA Torture Program. The Panetta report was prepared for CIA Director Panetta to concisely cover the actual CIA torture history and then present situation.
       The CIA using both its own and contract torturers when CIA employees began to feel "uncomfortable" being present at the site of flagrant war crimes against humanity in Guantanamo perhaps also "black sites" and asked to go home to their cubicles at Langley far from this unsupervised horrorshow of newly untrained contract torturers arriving to try out whatever new forms of human rights violations they might think up. The type of people who are not overly concerned about their resume when seeking their next job.
       Later torturer arrivals reportedly just freelancing with no interrogation training whatsoever improvised torture techniques after the other $80 million worth some shyster psychologists had sold to the CIA achieved nothing of value although perhaps serving as a useful guide to committing human rights crimes when followed and also misread, embellished and improved upon spontaneously in the heat of the moment. The CIA perhaps did give the U.N. Torture Committee perhaps more to include in its torture technique list although nothing of value to national security.
       One notable success the CIA did manage to intercede in the script for "Zero Dark Thirty" to include some ambiguous reference to the key Osama bin Laden lead concerning his messenger convincing the film's makers to make some changes to enhance the CIA's image but must importantly to have some detainee come out and spill the beans on the messenger not being tortured but while sharing a smoke because he told the CIA agent the CIA had done such a good job of torturing him before he was just ready to get it over with and hop a flight home. (Actually the truth now widely is believed that the messenger information came from the Pakistanis who told the U.S. when someone walked into a police station and identified the messenger.) This CIA script review technique first was perfected by the Los Angeles Police Chief who required that all "Dragnet" scripts be shot only after his review with changes as necessary and approval. In return the makers of "Dragnet" were given generous access to Los Angeles law enforcement property, premises and presumably streets for shooting the television show. In any case the CIA for some years running had managed to violate various portions of the U.N. Convention Against Torture as to which each year no doubt appreciated by President Bush and since then Obama each annually had to sign a certification of U.S. compliance with the U.N.
     Although the CIA doubtless handed over the Panetta Report itself to the Senate intern staff it first wanted it back claiming it was a draft. When that technique failed the CIA went to DOJ to fill out a police report alleging the Panetta Report had been stolen from documents either the CIA hand-picked to turn over to Senate interns or (less likely) who alternatively cleverly broke into Langley CIA headquarters one night when it was closed and hacked into the CIA's computer system to steal it. Along with the thousands of unreleased pages of the U.S. Senate Torture Report it too reputedly is being held by a U.S. Senate safe presumably obstructing justice by withholding evidence of doubtless many more very bad crimes which considering those made public documenting torture war crimes against humanity it is hard to imagine they how much worse the information on those not released could be.
       Back to the NCTC its heritage is rich with years of a history of globally violating fundamental human rights directing the perpetration of war crimes against humanity to mass drone and other murders as if it were above the Constitution and all laws understandably perhaps never having faced criminal prosecution for anything to date. All such illegal acts perpetrated under the direction and/or responsibility of the NCTC are both reprehensible and profoundly damaging as anathema to the fundamental values held by Americans confident those proclaimed values genuinely held define the very framework of their country and serve to justify its actions at at home and abroad.  Moreover these fundamental values must continue to inform the moral authority of this country in the greater world community as inherent to it not only at the time of its creation as the realization of the unique genius of the U.S. Constitution.
       Today the NCTC's and such like-minded U.S. officials' and agencies' although sworn to uphold the Constitution brazenly wanton disregard and reckless absolute contempt for all that it stands only can succeed in making victors of our inconsequential enemies by allowing them to win with their maximum phony staged "terror" shows backed up by nothing yet all too often simply allowed to succeed as if they earn by their acts of "terror" the result they seek. This is of course a much wider audience gladly handed over by media who obediently amplify one staged "terror" event from a hundred perspectives repeated as if it were one thousand occurrences even if the result may be much less significant than other dangers Americans regularly face daily such as the latest mass shooting yet count it their success if allowed to instigate self-perpetuating terror resulting in one further misstep to our own self-destruction rather than preserving our fundamental values imperative to our continued long-term prosperous existence.
       Instead the fundamental values both as set forth in the U.S. Constitution and when accurately further enacted in laws faithfully must be executed and must continue to be recognized not as encumbrances to the State but as essential to the People living in reasonable security still also in a country which places value of the highest order on life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness in other words which refuses to transform itself into the model presented by many who would destroy the U.S. presumably left to live under the intolerable conditions they exemplify enforced by rule by force on nations of unfortunates.
       As to adherence to fundamental American values serious concerns have arisen one glaring example being those identified in the U.S. Senate Torture Report inexplicably still not prosecuted by but seeminly under the protection of the Obama Administration which refuses to take any Justice Department action as if perhaps some of the most dangerous murderous criminal U.S. officials are immune to domestic punishment including just as one example its criminally insane deranged conspiracy targeting U.S. citizens for assassination even on U.S. soil by use of a metadata matrix supposedly identifying persons with whom to be "dealt" up to and including murder killed with no judicial process whatsoever.
       Apparently now that the CIA is killing people through "Lethal Surveillance Teams" with murder by drones and the NSA, NCTC and others through the use of "metadata" a new term has had to be devised for the new century of government-sanctioned murder for "operations" which now are to be known apparently as the more modern ambiguously uninformative term "dispositions" at for least ones in which persons are "disposed of" such as unwanted U.S. citizens. Apparently the Founding Fathers overlooked proposing an Amendment making clear that the new Country's citizens also had the right "Not to be killed by the State with no adjudication for no reason". Incidentally there is no need for a "new" term for these age-old activities which have been known since English common law as well as long-established U.S. laws simply as "first degree murder" and "intent" and "aiding and abetting" and being "accessories before and after the fact" as well as "conspiracy" to commit murder just to name a few.
       The systematic killings "based on metadata" confessed to by former C.I.A. chief General William Hayden referred to here in an earlier November 2014 post in the Ninth Amendment of U.S. citizens on U.S. soil reportedly is a fact which Attorney General Eric Holder refused to deny when asked point blank. Brennan's extremely disturbing record previously as a CIA deputy director and chief-of-staff to George Tenet also with connections to the highly secretive NCTC in murdering U.S. citizens was cause for great concern by the Senate upon President Obama's nomination of Brennan for CIA director which concern prompted letters to Brennan by Senators querying Brennan if he considered killing U.S. citizens to be Constitutional which also included an unsuccessful filibuster to block Brennan's confirmation by Senator Rand Paul.
       The Obama Administration reportedly later issued a secret order disclosed in a "Shadow CIA" defense contractor Stratfor email to "[g]o after persons publishing material negative to the Obama White House" followed by a Brennan-ordered "Investigative Reporter Witch Hunt" of investigative reporters. Following the issuance of this order Rolling Stone "Fearless" 33-year-old journalist Michael Hastings was killed in a horrendous assassination by probable "Cyber Car Attack" not difficult to do according to former Bush Administration Official Richard Clarke in which control of Hastings' brand new leased Mercedes could easily have been seized remotely accelerating the car to over 100 miles per hour rendering the car such that he could not brake running six red lights and shortly thereafter swerving sixty degrees also by possible remote CIA seizure of steering control into a tree and exploding with a huge fireball rising into the sky.
       Witnesses and a nearby pizza shop video made of the assassination (murder) of Michael Hastings show that the car probably actually exploded in a tremendous probable on board explosion throwing up a huge fireball actually before hitting the tree. The apparent CIA (possibly FBI aided) bombing appeared a bit too large for the purpose as any reasonable person witnessing the event or watching the video available in the Article linked to below may observe that this in no way appears the result of just a car explosion.
       The video appearing to show the probable Brennan ordered assassination (murder) is available for interested/concerned readers in the Digital Journal article linked to below. After initially being helpful local authorities reportedly have clammed up and repeatedly delayed disclosure of any police report or information from Hastings vehicle's "black box" now secured into cars just as in airplanes. Mercedes in Germany which for the past years has improved the safety of its vehicles such that it is virtually impossible for them to explode on any impact whatsoever immediately sent a team of shocked engineers to the United States to determine what had happened to the car. After first being allowed to do an initial inspection of the car Mercedes to has been rebuffed despite repeated requests to continue its investigation of the the cause of the explosion. Not surprisingly the car is not available for inspection.
       The probably assassinated (murdered) Rolling Stone reporter Michael Hastings had been on U.S. Government military and clandestine agencies' "hit lists" since his well-known investigative report published in Rolling Stone magazine after spending three days with then General Stanley McChrystal commander of NATO's International Security Assistance Force and U.S. Forces - Afghanistan and in which McChrystal and his senior staff repeatedly made made disparaging and possibly racist remarks openly mocking their Commander-In-Chief President Barack Obama and their civilian commanders in the White House. Rolling Stone's publication of Hasting's article then brought down the career of General McChrystal who was recalled by President Obama to Washington at which time McChyrstal resigned his post.
       McChrystal's former boss General David Petraeus was at that time commander of U.S. forces in Afghanistan and Iraq. The Princeton Woodrow Wllson School Alumnus Petraeus later was named CIA Director by President Obama serving briefly for just over a year from 2011 to 2012 before resigning his position confronted by a stupefying scandal in which the former four-star general had an extra-marital affair with his "biographer" reported using his CIA computer for email communications with his mistress in which his chosen CIA a password was equivalent approximately to using the name of a family pet such as "Spot."
      Finally the normally fearless Michael Hastings on the day of his probable murder was according to friends as "frantic" sending out e-mails to all his friends without his customary polite greetings but telling friends he believed he was being followed by the FBI and uncharacteristically telling one Army friend that he "had to get off the radar" for a while. He was later seen looking underneath his car and told his wife that he was "onto a big story". He told her that his next story due to come out in Rolling Stone magazine was on CIA Director John Brennan. Rolling Stone said in the wake of Hastings' death that it still would publish Hastings' Brennan article in two weeks in any case. Rolling Stone however in fact did not publish the story two weeks later as promised and never has since. Moreover it also has said that Hastings' information on Brennan has become unavailable.
       The Ninth Amendment's query is if the reported information about President Obama's CIA Director John Brennan is true besides the numerous murder charges listed above and many possible other criminal charges would these facts also make him a serial murderer? Obama Inspects Federal Correctional Facility First By U.S. President In Office

     Thursday, 16 July 2015, EL RENO, Okla. - President Barack Obama today became the first sitting U.S. President in history ever to visit a federal correctional facility as he passed through a series of metal gates and fences topped with concertina wire to enter Cell Block B which had been emptied of prisoners in a lockdown in advance of his visit to the federal medium security Oklahoma El Reno Correctional Facility with satellite minimum security camp.
     The President stared inside the 9 by 10 foot Cell 123 at its three bunks, a toilet with no seat, a small sink, metal cabinets, a little wooden night table with a dictionary and other books. He later reflected apparently on his own personal history saying, "[t]here but for the grace of God." Because Mr. Obama who has previously stated that he tried cocaine and used marijuana as a young man but apparently was fortunate enough not to land a prison term much less one lasting decades Mr. Obama today stood outside Cell 123 as the President of the United States rather than inside as a federal prisoner.
     The only inmates President Obama saw were six nonviolent drug offenders who had been selected to have a conversation with the President filmed by the "news organization" VICE to be shown in a "documentary on the criminal justice system" to be aired on HBO in the fall. (Actually that is a very carefully processed way of charitably describing VICE as some typical program which it is not produced by Bill Maher who repeatedly has jibed the President for not coming on his HBO show "Real Time With Bill Maher". Maher donated $1 million to Obama's first presidential campaign and now ribs Obama on air that Obama is avoiding even being on Maher's show as if Obama owed Maher money rather than Maher having donated $1 million to Obama's campaign. Anyway it sounds like Maher's payback time finally has begun with his Obama exclusive on Maher's VICE.)
     The President in observing that he might be in a prison cell rather than the White House after being moved by his conversation with the imprisoned six nonviolent drug offenders did not overlook along with referring to himself also reminding many in the press corps of their similarly good fortune. "When they describe their youth and their childhood, these are young people who made mistakes that aren't that different from mistakes I made and mistakes a lot of you guys made," President Obama told reporters afterward.
     As has been widely reported Mr. Obama recently commuted the sentences of 46 more non-violent drug offenders in addition to a relatively small number reported on here earlier in the year. Not to worry there are still 2.2 million prisoners behind bars in the United States. One study found that the size of the state and federal prison population is seven times what is was forty years ago. The United States with 5 per cent of the world's population now has 20 per cent of the world's prison population.
     President Obama has shown no tolerance for violent offenders even as he has called for legislation to overhaul the criminal justice system by the end of the year encompassing everything from sentencing to conditions in the nation's prisons. Before former Attorney General Eric Holder left office he directed U.S. Attorneys offices no longer to put weights of drugs seized in federal complaints so that judges would not be constrained to follow federal sentencing guidelines based on drug weights that they found inappropriate.
     Strangely there is now wide bi-partisan support for these criminal justice reforms to a system which is wasting both people's lives in often abhorrent conditions for non-violent mistakes they made in their youth or later as well as the huge amounts of money it is costing the People to maintain a system which makes no sense and does not work but essentially mandates a criminal culture for survival. Advocates of reform have brought together nearly unthinkable coalitions of people ranging all the way up to the Koch Brothers joining forces with liberal groups like the Center for American Progress to advocate changes.
