       This is roughly similar to the State avoiding Fourth Amendment search and seizure constraints by having a private entity such as, say, Federal Express, "accidentally" rip open suspect packages for contraband and then hand it over to the DEA (whose acting Administrator incidentally just resigned in protest against President Trump including Trump's encouragement of police brutality coupled with AG Sessions vigorous idiotic universally opposed attempts at regression to the long-proven catastrophic "War On Drugs") thus efficiently streamlining the process of conducting searches and seizures without being inconvenienced by the encumbrances of the United States Constitution. Such matters in fact may be of particular interest to some engaged in U.S. cocaine trafficking as relevant authorities just have notified the public that at least some U.S. postal service employees no longer will be available to accept bribes for safe passage of cocaine shipments through the U.S. Postal Service.
       In any case in the strictly lay opinion of the Ninth Amendment the CIA's in-house and Department of Justice attorneys including former Cheney favorite evil Neil "Golly Gitmo" Gorsuch surprisingly were not at least disbarred and forever banned from federal service for advising the CIA that torture was not torture under U.S. and international law as well as treaties and conventions exposing the Bush/Cheney administration including its CIA officials and others to this day to lifelong prosecution for war crimes and crimes against humanity should they venture into the wrong countries.

       D.A.R.E. is a most telling example having years ago been shown actually to have increased drug use in the young. Sessions has joined our Russisa-elected president in encouraging a militarized police state assault on the U.S. population which Sessions persists in claiming is endangered by an imaginary increasing violent crime rate while actually violent crime has been plummeting for decades should not be relied upon by the State for legal advice as it remains the Ninth Amendment's lay opinion that any CIA domestic U.S. activity is unauthorized and unlawful on its face while conversely Alphabet, Inc. Google has so effectively entangled itself with State actors that it is only fair that acting like one that it be treated like one and subject to the same constitutional constraints.
       Those wishing to pursue remedies against Google for unlawful activities such as illegal searches and seizures, censorship, any other civil rights violations as well as for monopolistic market practices, censorship, invasion of privacy and so on might wish to consult with the ACLU or the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) or other such entities should those organizations be in agreement with the above or other pertinent theories or through private counsel where laws which go unenforced by the State still may have private party enforcement provisions such as for antitrust, invasion of privacy, gang stalking, racketeering and so on.
       However, as an example of Google's pervasive efforts to influence and/or co-opt those most involved with significant public policy issues affecting Google a New York Times op-ed piece linked to below reveals that Google actually now has become a significant funder and thus potential co-opter of EFF an organization one normally would expect to most vigorously represent the public interest in matters involving Google's market dominance and other matters concerning especially the internet. Vigilance in protecting consumer interests and online rights is most important including because now the Republican Trump administration has taken majority control of the FCC five person board so significant in making decisions regarding profound internet issues affecting the public such as preserving equal internet access in all regards including under the doctrine of "net neutrality" which had been protected under the Obama administration FCC with the finding that internet access could be regulated as a "public good". The new Trump GOP FCC Chair Ajit Pai's appropriately misnomered "Restoring Internet Freedom" proposal to reverse Obama-era net neutrality received an overwhelming 22+ million comments by the Wednesday 30 August 2017 close of the comment period.
       Interested readers below will find some sources that may be in agreement that Alphabet Inc. Google's time has come to face the consequences of its global corrupt monopolistic malfeasance not the least of which being that it should be broken up mercilessly this once arguably long ago beneficent company rumored born of good intentions at MIT to develop a better search engine with site rankings based on legitimate links to Alphabet Inc. Google today being the harbinger of an Orwellian dystopia whose founding motto "Don't Be Evil" has metastasized into the embracing of Lord Acton's admonition morphing "Power Corrupts, Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely" into its creed and guiding light, or rather darkness. The European Union (EU) has been much more aggressive than the U.S. in pursuing American-born technology companies' privacy and other violations the most recent major action being the assessment of a record $2.7 billion antitrust fine against Google reported in the CNBC link below.
       As most (especially Russians apparently) agree nothing is free including from Google or any social media site which in return for what they provide they each time in turn take and keep one's every word, phrase, sentence, and/or paragraph, one's every thought of the moment now even absolutely unethically also undertaking without notice or knowing permission scientific experimentation on users' emotions and so on much like Zuckerboy with Facebook or, surprise, the CIA had with MK-ULTRA (ahem, attempted) mind control or of course the OSS/CIA good old pal Josef Mengele unmentionable psychotically sadistic "experimentation" (he's our boy, just fly him to South America).
       Therefore if convinced Google is not altogether beneficent why not take a moment each time one does a search or whatever to just also entirely randomly quickly search several other bizarre words or inane terms in which one has absolutely no interest at all. As the acting head of DARPA testified before its oversight Senate subcommittee as to artificial intelligence one major challenge DARPA had identified was "garbage in, garbage out" which meant DARPA had to be quite careful as to what input the A.I. was exposed as the wrong input could result in some very unpredictable consequences of significant concern.

       YouTube effective censorship of "controversial" material "not in violation of our policies" has arrived heralded within an apparent non-controversial "Fight Terror" posting . Official YouTube Blog August 1, 2017 post reports YouTube in past month used "machine learning" (primitive A.I. precursor) for 75% of removals of "terror content" videos with no human flagging. However YouTube uses the same post to slip into announcing it now also is taking steps to effectively censor video content by isolating it as "limited" separated by an interstitial, not recommending it, not recording likes, not allowing comments and ending monetizing of creator content of "controversial" material admittedly "not in violation of our policies" but presumably to kill off content unwanted or inconvenient to Google by means still evolving but given the entirety of the body of the post to include just by "machine learning" rather than just human censors either of which in any case is absolutely objectionable effective censorship of free speech on a grossly monopolistic platform.

       The dossier reports detail Russian concerted well-practiced and honed "intelligence" efforts including cyberattacks among other things to disrupt and eventually under the direct control of Vladimir Putin covertly illegally manipulate the United States electorate in a variety of assaults specifically intended to assist Donald Trump while harming Secretary Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election. The Russians allegedly were joined in their efforts including by "Siberian Candidate" Donald J. Trump and associates with Trump reportedly himself further previously having been classically "kompromat" (compromised) including by his Moscow and St. Petersburg recorded and videotaped sexual perversions with FSB and/or GRU prostitutes during Trump's past stays in Russia.
       Trump first countered inquiries mostly in familiar combative apparent denial "tweets" in which among other matters he has made reference to "fake news" and claims that nearly the entire U.S. intelligence community has engaged in tactics against him characteristic of a "Nazi" regime. Americans like others need be mindful that they reportedly increasingly have been exposed to sophisticated attempts intentionally to manipulate them among other things by a growing body of planted fabricated untruthful misinformation, propaganda, manipulated social media as well as strategic coordinated leaks of hacked stolen private communications which each reader should consider when evaluating the accuracy of asserted "information" such as the potentially devastating "Siberian Candidate" Trump unconfirmed dossier of reports relying on as yet unverified sources.
       The dossier of material from the series of reports prepared by Mr. Steele linked to below however apparently is that referred to as the source of a two-page addendum "summary" reportedly attached to the classified version of a recently publicly released Director of National Intelligence redacted version of a longer report on Russian cyber and other meddling directed with implausible deniability by Vladimir Putin intended to influence United States elections as part of Putin's larger schemes to disorganize the civilized Western world so as better to accommodate his obsession with the re-establishment of a Russian empire roughly as represented by the former Soviet Union .
       "Siberian Candidate" Trump senior counsel Kellyanne Conway said on last night's airing of the "Late Night With Seth Meyers" television show that "Siberian Candidate" Trump could not remember if he had read the two-page addendum. President Barack Obama in an interview on Air Force One with NBC's Lester Holt said he had not read it and could not an any case discuss classified information.

       The editorial board of the Ninth Amendment wishes to inform or remind readers as the case may be that oddly not so often mentioned is the fact that this totally corrupt despicable pathologically lying leading Republican politician of the 1950's Senator Joe McCarthy who needlessly inflamed unfounded terror of communist infiltration while himself promoting stark violation of core Constitutional rights of the People completely contrary to the founding principles of this Nation defiling the United States through the early 1950's by extreme abuse of power even as it was he McCarthy himself who was in fact the instigator of terror as he waved phony papers around with non-existent supposed "lists" of communists known alone to him (remind readers of any U.S. President with one apparent lawyer displaying to the press in the lobby of Trump Tower rows of boxes on tables of supposed "disclosures" later revealed to be nothing but cheap props blank sheets of paper Trump likewise later making false vague insinuations and unfounded personal slanderous allegations then like an idiotic child playing "wait and see" games as to whether and when he would disclose their obvious falsity for weeks become months then only to divert into further obfuscations?) that rampaging McCarthy sickly inventing targets both inside and outside the government of the United States from his fake lists destroying countless people's careers, lives and families while diverting the Senate and others serving in the United States government into a vast waste of resources with lost years of legitimate work which doubtless included work and resources necessary to protecting the Nation from actual dangers.
       McCarthy also took his stage show traveling out West for further bogus investigation of Hollywood make believe but with absolutely real world devastating consequences for vulnerable talented creative victims as he wildly careened through his path of destruction but was in reality himself all the while a severe alcoholic as was well known to his Senate colleagues combined with McCarthy further secretly suffering from longtime heavy morphine addiction practicing "morphine madness" insuring the availability of his endless opiate supply by daring Henry Anslinger the 1930-1962 Director of the Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement to just try and deprive McCarthy of his opiate of choice in his alcohol-morphine fueled prime of raging terrorization of the country with McCarthy meeting secretly with Anslinger who when confronted personally declined to do Anslinger instead accommodating McCarthy arranging for him an endless refilling unlimited morphine supply through his Capitol convenient Washington, D.C. pharmacy which arrangement along with McCarthy's severe alcoholism fueled his wild seemingly unstoppable reign of terror until the day not altogether surprisingly came when after rampaging through the early 1950's like this it no longer worked as Senator Joseph McCarthy leading seemingly near all-powerful crusading Republican politician destroyer of lives found himself in remarkably rapid political decline perhaps rivaled only by the speed of his total mental and physical dissipation into a well earned non-existence just like his once fearsome "lists". 
       Some Republicans reportedly seek to rehabilitate McCarthy's history, principally at least one particularly loathsome member of the GOP ("Government of Putin") anyway the foul product of the notably loathsome savagely corrupt Texas state Republican party maintaining a stranglehold on undeserved power only through an ongoing RICO conspiracy anathema to all democratic principles including gerrymandering, voter suppression, blatant hypocrisy and manipulation and the systematic repression of the vast majority underclass aggressively promoting ignorance among the masses to cling to power without principle enabling their pervasive unfettered corruption and absolute exploitation of the state of Texas including its future generations' to feed their limitless greed right up until the day of their inevitable reckoning arrives.
       U.S. Senator Ted ("Freaky Ted") Cruz Canadian born of a father from Cuba the anti-immigrationist xenophobic Republican of Texas in case one has had the unlikely pleasure of not yet having been forced to become acquainted with his universally despised existence since his first bold foray in the Senate shutting down the U.S. government for no reason at all except that he apparently could costing Americans well into the tens of billions of dollars and curtailing all non-essential federal government services having evolved now to seek to effectively deny the most vulnerable Americans all meaningful healthcare which surprisingly was not enough to win him the 2016 Republican presidential nomination this "Freaky Ted" Cruz also has demonstrated his appetite for a McCarthy-style redux built on insinuation and demagoguery publicly claiming for example that from 1992-1995 even after the Cold War had ended that twelve members of the Harvard Law School faculty were communists apparently possibly because of involvement with the area of legal scholarship known as Critical Legal Studies.  
       Siberian Candidate Donald ("the Donald") Trump forced Cruz and all Republicans out of the Republican primary by apart from relying on vast highly coordinated Russian electoral malfeasance on his behalf also by showing great promise of being the worst possible Republican presidential candidate therefore naturally the first choice of Republicans who always since at least Richard Nixon who lied when he in fact did his best to destroy LBJ's chances of an early end to the Vietnam War leading to at least hundreds of thousands if not millions more needless deaths of the innocent only to better his chances in a presidential election now have firmly established the GOP as reliably striving to have the Republicans foist upon the American people who they in no way represent the worst available most criminally inclined deficit-mushrooming U.S. economy destroying heartless lying wretch who comes along who shows the most promise to strip any essential safety net services left from the most vulnerable including at risk babies, their mothers, the disabled, the aged and countless other most needy groups thought unable to defend themselves in order solely to gratuitously benefit their GOP filthy rich owners all the while also serving as handsomely self-compensated tools of the defense industrial pharmaceutical complex in other words that special candidate Republicans can find to put in the "driver's seat" of this Nation which it turns out they today care less about than they do even Russia the GOP new model at least for their own Republican oligarchical kleptocratic dream future. Ryan obediently exploited an endless fabricated confusion of bogus "procedural" and "policy" even "constitutional" grounds for delay neatly blaming Democrats for stalling House action on languishing tougher Russia sanctions that benefit murderous aggressor Putin and pals daily with more notice to more deeply stash in the West for hundreds of billions of dollars stolen from the Russian people. Finally House Democrats attempted themselves to introduce the bill identical to the now impatient Senate's sanctions bill. "Lyin' Ryan" having to move the bill through House approval now adding further sanctions on Russia as well as Iran and North Korea making hollow political cover attempt number three.
       After reconciliation a 419-3 House vote and 98-2 Senate vote the bill advanced to the White House seemingly cornered Trump into his unwilling signing of it into law this only otherwise politically untenable exercise of a veto of this new sanctions bill including as to Russia as removing his unilateral ability to dilute or end any Russian sanctions without up to 30-day congressional review. Nevertheless the Trump White House while ....... engaged in open warfare with itself on multiple fronts accomplished nothing helpful to the Nation as usual still generating endless confounding diversions upon diversions with every last nearly unimaginable excuse all obviously more lies to excuse not signing the bill later tacitly forced to admit their obvious falsity by after several days delay finally signing the bill into law.

Counter-Terrorism Center (CTC) there committing first degree capital murder drone "strike kills" of unidentified human targets including but not limited to U.S. citizen(s) abroad and anyone else in the area and drone mass murder of civilians.
       Previous to that work experience on behalf of the United States Mr. D'Andrea was intimately involved and culpable in a central leadership role in the C.I.A. Torture Program also there guilty of well-documented war crimes and crimes against humanity documented in part in the 2014 U.S. Senate Torture Report including but not limited to in violation of the Geneva Convention and all Human Rights And Torture Conventions to which the U.S. is a signatory, international, U.S. domestic and all other applicable laws, treaties and conventions with Mr. D'Andrea for whom such work is a family generational tradition himself doubtless central and/or deeply involved in just about any other C.I.A. and other U.S. government official and/or non-official appendage atrocity including those carrying too much of a stench to stomach or objectionable as clearly subject to prosecution as atrocities by other C.I.A. and U.S. Government employees agents and so on.
       More recently at least according to the C.I.A.-friendly Washington Post Mr. D'Andrea then disappeared from at least the C.I.A. public organizational chart during a "reorganization" to cleanse or failing that muddy the waters regarding C.I.A. employees of their still to be prosecuted crimes against humanity war crimes and other violations of U.S. and international law under the Obama administration also seemingly because of the fear he aroused in C.I.A. co-workers and bosses both of him and of being associated with him and his history in any organizational capacity apparently.
       Mr. D'Andrea apparently now has been sanitized of the stench of death although his crimes against humanity war and other crimes mostly have no statutes of limitations meaning he can be prosecuted in a variety of global jurisdictions including without limitation the International Criminal Court for the rest of his life presumably including being abducted and kidnapped internationally as required perhaps using techniques such as his own C.I.A. programs employed.
