BREAKING NEWS: DO NOT DOWNLOAD VERY MALICIOUS FAKE JAVA "UPDATE" DATED TODAY -- VERY MALICIOUS SOFTWARE RELEASED - SEE ORACLE WEBSITE FOR FIX

Tuesday, 28 January 2013, REDWOOD SHORES, CALIFORNIA - Just as the Ninth Amendment editorial board recently reminded readers that the Ninth Amendment should NOT BE RELIED upon as a primary computer software security source, the board voted late this afternoon after a most malicious fake version of Java software was once again released just weeks after a much less threatening virus that the Ninth Amendment log had to do its part to get this information out to our readers as soon as possible.
Unlike the last version of the hackers Java, this version invites users directly to take the virus onboard by flashing a message of a "Java Update" available at the click of a mouse. As we all too soon found out the Ninth Amendment found its computers soon debilitated at points around the globe.
This fake Java upgrade poses serious potential for the incapacitation of almost all users who have a need for Java in a computer session, particularly developers. We again emphatically warn that the Ninth Amendment neither intended to become nor is it by any means any "expert" on computer issues. Many alerts have been put out on Microsoft, Oracle and in many other locations on the internet. As best expleained (and please do no rely on us) for those who are casual computer users they can simply unplug the Java plug-in to incapacitate it for the time time being, or set security for Java use to the highest levels to remind users that they must not use it at this time.
At least two downloads are available, including on the Oracle web pages, setting out the two versions of a software response Oracle has engineered. Both rely on the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) in more recent versions of Java. The simpler free download is sufficient for regular users of Java. The second more complex download for use by developers who have frequent need for Java incorporates the first as well.
This FAKE JAVA DOWNLOAD is particularly malicious because it exploits other weaknesses in the computer running environment that are triggered by the initial fake Java download. As always the Ninth Amendment encourages our readers who may well be more capable than we to research this on their own until a solution is publicized. In the meantime, do not run the FAKE JAVA DOWNLOAD.
Meanwhile in other new Facebook once again cements Zuckerboy's most friendly relationship with European regulators who earlier pulled the plug on his CIA-friendly face-recognition technology in the European Union. Today Facebook officers admitted that they have no way of knowing, nor have they ever known, how to keep children such as girls under thirteen years of age from creating false personas on Facebook.
Google is expected to announce that it will demonstrate its own worship of the dollar at any price, including the safety of domestic privacy of young girls, by using its "Earth" mapping satellite photography to release collector's editions of digital "albums" pinpointing the last known location of such Facebook "clients" for the benefit of sex offenders who may have recently been released in the young Facebook girls home neighborhoods and now can find the information they long for right at their fingertips, thanks to Facebook's fierce rival Zuckerboy and his team of child exploitation experts.
